Felon With Gun Caught in Prunedale | San Jose News
A 33-year-old convicted felon, Daryl Lipska, allegedly showed up armed with a laser-sighted revolver in Prunedale early Thursday morning, then later pulled over in the same black car. Police found a Smith & Wesson .38 Special, suspected drugs, and paraphernalia during the search. Lipska, already on bail for another felony, now faces multiple charges including illegal gun possession, violating a restraining order, and drug offenses.
