Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's Daily Wager for
• 0:26
April 9th, 2024 and well, it turned out not to be much of A
• 0:32
  game. Iowa, Iowa.
• 0:36
Purdue. Hey, they're both black and
• 0:38
gold, right? They kept it close early, but
• 0:43
UConn just too good that that's a pretty good team out there.
• 0:48
Winning back-to-back. Never losing or in the
• 0:52
tournament, obviously. And never winning by less than
• 0:55
double digits. So I guess I need to understand
• 1:01
it's not always who you who got you to the dance.
• 1:03
You need to know when it's time to switch, when you're at the
• 1:07
  dance. But stay loyal.
• 1:10
That's the way it goes. Take the L All right tonight.
• 1:14
Sticking to basketball. Obviously not college since
• 1:17
that's all over. Going to the professional ranks,
• 1:21
heading all the way out West and we got this 910 match up between
• 1:28
  Lakers, Warriors, potential playoff preview.
• 1:34
We got the Warriors going into LA, their 2 1/2 point underdogs.
• 1:39
Nobody's quite sure if Lebron's going to show up or not.
• 1:44
Is he ill or is he going to have a flu game?
• 1:46
I think this is his chance. He's going to play it up like
• 1:50
he's like, he's really hurting, Like he's really sick.
• 1:53
And then he's just going to go out there and he's going to put
• 1:55
up like 60 or or maybe 50 or or maybe 40.
• 2:01
I think he's going to go out there and try to put up a lot.
• 2:04
And so I think they're going to win and I think, I think they're
• 2:09
going to cover the 2 1/2. So I think they're actually
• 2:12
going to beat the Warriors, stay in the ninth slot and do what
• 2:18
they do. So we're going to take LA Lakers
• 2:22
-2, 1/2 against the Warriors in tonight's NBA action.
• 2:29
See anything better than that? Pound it.
• 2:30
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
