- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from Midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven tenor.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Well, hey, a lot going on. We'll get to the
- 0:13Speaker 2: President's China visits so far very successful. We'll we'll get
- 0:18Speaker 2: to Israel. This is great New York Times, you know,
- 0:21Speaker 2: probably the most anti Semitic newspaper ever. I mean, this
- 0:24Speaker 2: is the paper that covered up the Holocaust. I mean
- 0:26Speaker 2: it's a long history of anti semitism. Israel has finally
- 0:30Speaker 2: announced they're going to sue the New York Times for defamation.
- 0:33Speaker 2: They just printed some outrageous stuff this week. So this
- 0:37Speaker 2: is good. Somebody will finally once overall expose the New
- 0:40Speaker 2: York Times. We'll get to Mom, Donnie, and a whole
- 0:43Speaker 2: lot more coming up. The president. The China visit, very
- 0:47Speaker 2: very successful. First, the greeting on the runway. Normally, if
- 0:53Speaker 2: you look at the past presidents, it's not much of
- 0:56Speaker 2: a greeting. In fact, with Obama, they didn't even give
- 0:59Speaker 2: them a proper staircase to come down from Air Force One.
- 1:02Speaker 2: He had to use the little backstairs, the baby stairs
- 1:05Speaker 2: to come down. But in this case President Trump, enormous greeting. Now,
- 1:10Speaker 2: President she wasn't there to greet him, but he never
- 1:12Speaker 2: does that. But this was actually quite an upgrade from
- 1:16Speaker 2: the last time the President was there. The Vice president
- 1:19Speaker 2: of China was there to greet them, Both ambassadors, senior
- 1:22Speaker 2: foreign affairs officials were there to greet him. Red carpet
- 1:27Speaker 2: welcome also military band, honor guard, three hundred youths singing
- 1:31Speaker 2: a welcome message, waving American and Chinese flag. So it's
- 1:35Speaker 2: quite an honor that she gave him the greeting on
- 1:37Speaker 2: the runway. To've had the meetings all day yesterday, big
- 1:41Speaker 2: state dinner last night. Then at the state dinner, President
- 1:45Speaker 2: Trump making a great speech, and President she actually not
- 1:51Speaker 2: only making a great speech but saying yelling out Maga
- 1:56Speaker 2: to the crowd, make America grade again, driving the left
- 2:01Speaker 2: absolutely nuts that she said that. But quite an honor
- 2:04Speaker 2: to President Trump that he said that. Now there's a
- 2:07Speaker 2: lot to discuss and what everybody is on the trip,
- 2:10Speaker 2: not just all these business leaders, but Pete Hegzith and
- 2:14Speaker 2: Scott Bessant and all the major cabinet officials are there,
- 2:18Speaker 2: and Bessant will meet with his counterparts in China as well,
- 2:23Speaker 2: Hegzith and Rubio and everybody else. So there's endless meetings
- 2:26Speaker 2: going on all day. Trump and she will talk. Now
- 2:31Speaker 2: you're going to read that she is demanding Taiwan, that
- 2:34Speaker 2: he'd be able to take control of Taiwan. He's absolutely firm.
- 2:38Speaker 2: And that's it. Now, we don't know if this is true.
- 2:42Speaker 2: This is coming from Chinese sources, Chinese news, which is
- 2:48Speaker 2: you know, state controlled. This is just being leaked out
- 2:51Speaker 2: by China. You notice the media here in America, the networks,
- 2:54Speaker 2: the fake news. Whenever President Trump says anything, they always
- 2:57Speaker 2: stick in the phrase without evidence. He said without evidence.
- 3:02Speaker 2: So when she says something, they never stick in without evidence.
- 3:06Speaker 2: They never do that to him. To President Trump. Some
- 3:11Speaker 2: things have already come out of this. It looks like
- 3:13Speaker 2: we're very close to getting China to start buying American oil.
- 3:18Speaker 2: They're depending on Iran and the oil and the straight
- 3:22Speaker 2: of hermose to get to them. If you look on
- 3:23Speaker 2: a map, there's parts of China that are very close
- 3:26Speaker 2: to Iran. It's much easier to ship that oil from
- 3:29Speaker 2: Iran to China. A little tougher from the US, it
- 3:32Speaker 2: would have to come. Well, the West Coast is a
- 3:35Speaker 2: problem because of all the green people. We don't have
- 3:40Speaker 2: the proper pipelines to the West coast, so we can't
- 3:42Speaker 2: get enough oil to the West coast, so it's a
- 3:45Speaker 2: little difficult to ship. But Europe has started buying our oil.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Ever since the Straight of horm Moose closed, Iran's economy
- 3:52Speaker 2: is completely shut, and with the Straight of Hormose closed,
- 3:55Speaker 2: Europe and other nations have to buy the oil from
- 3:57Speaker 2: US instead, more oil than anybody in the world. We've
- 4:02Speaker 2: got an incredible overflow of oil plenty to sell, so
- 4:05Speaker 2: it looks like China will start buying some of our oil.
- 4:09Speaker 2: All those business leaders are there, Tim Cook and Elon Musk,
- 4:13Speaker 2: but they're all there to start doing business, more business
- 4:16Speaker 2: with China and help relations there. China has been trying
- 4:20Speaker 2: to quietly slowly destroy our car market. Elon Musk will
- 4:25Speaker 2: try to help them with that. President's going to try
- 4:27Speaker 2: to do the opposite instead of trying to destroy our markets.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Let us help him get his markets flowing and create
- 4:35Speaker 2: more business for him. China's economy is not as strong
- 4:38Speaker 2: as ours, believe it or not. Our economy is very strong.
- 4:41Speaker 2: China's economy not so strong, a little fragile right now,
- 4:46Speaker 2: so they could use a lot more money coming in.
- 4:48Speaker 2: So that's what the President will do. We've got a
- 4:50Speaker 2: lot of average leverage. We've got a lot to offer.
- 4:54Speaker 2: China also leaking out reports that they will sell weapons
- 4:59Speaker 2: to Iran through third party countries. They'll sell them shoulder
- 5:03Speaker 2: fired missiles, that sort of stuff. But they've been throwing
- 5:06Speaker 2: out stuff like this just to you know, it's a
- 5:09Speaker 2: good negotiating tactic. Now, we got to negotiate that away.
- 5:12Speaker 2: So but it's going well, it's going well. There will
- 5:16Speaker 2: be more meetings today tonight. Watch Hannity tonight. Sean Hannity
- 5:22Speaker 2: exclusive interview with the President tonight after all of these meetings.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Now here's the good news. Israel is going to go
- 5:30Speaker 2: after the New York Times. The New York Times for
- 5:34Speaker 2: just about its whole existence, has been the most anti
- 5:36Speaker 2: Semitic newspaper. Just horrible, horrible anti semitism at the New
- 5:41Speaker 2: York Times. They even covered up the Holocaust, that's how
- 5:43Speaker 2: bad they were. And lately the last week or two
- 5:48Speaker 2: they've just gone totally off the rails. This crazy Nicholas
- 5:52Speaker 2: Christoff spreading this ridiculous story that nobody, absolutely nobody, but
- 6:00Speaker 2: the story is that Israel was training dogs to rape women.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Now nobody believes that for a second. But they've also
- 6:09Speaker 2: been running articles about how female prisoners in Israel are
- 6:12Speaker 2: being raped, absolutely ridiculous. So Benjamin net Yahoo has announced
- 6:17Speaker 2: that Israel will sue the New York Times. They're going
- 6:20Speaker 2: to launch a massive defamation suit against the New York Times.
- 6:24Speaker 2: That's good news, nobody deserves it more and more importantly,
- 6:30Speaker 2: hopefully they'll start to uncover all the crap that goes
- 6:33Speaker 2: on in the New York Times. When you do these
- 6:35Speaker 2: kind of lawsuits, there's a lot of discovery and you
- 6:37Speaker 2: can interrogate a lot of people. This is the Israeli
- 6:41Speaker 2: Foreign Ministry just put this out following the publication of
- 6:45Speaker 2: the Nicholas Christoff story, one of the most hideous and
- 6:48Speaker 2: distorted lives ever published against the State of Israel, which
- 6:53Speaker 2: also received the backing of the newspaper. That's the other thing,
- 6:55Speaker 2: this crazy story and the New York Times standing behind
- 6:59Speaker 2: it and backing it up. Prime Minister net Yahoo, Foreign Minister, So,
- 7:03Speaker 2: how we have instructed the initiation of a defamation lawsuit
- 7:08Speaker 2: against the New York Times. This could be pretty interesting
- 7:12Speaker 2: and expect certain people. I would think Alan Dershwitz would
- 7:15Speaker 2: jump in and help this. He has been sounding the
- 7:18Speaker 2: alarm on the New York Times for years, So I
- 7:22Speaker 2: think he'd be happy to help out here. Hey, Rudy
- 7:26Speaker 2: Giuliani all better, one hundred percent better back at work,
- 7:29Speaker 2: his work. Now he's doing that podcast every night. But
- 7:31Speaker 2: he's he's back.
- 7:33Speaker 3: You know, I feel one hundred percent, but I'm probably not.
- 7:35Speaker 4: I still am recovering from what was a pretty pretty
- 7:40Speaker 4: pretty serious about of viral pneumonia.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Yeah, but back. You know, he was in a coma,
- 7:47Speaker 2: was on a ventilator. You know, they always tell you
- 7:49Speaker 2: if you're on a ventilator, that's it, you're never coming back.
- 7:51Speaker 2: But this just shows you can come back from a ventilator. Hey,
- 7:55Speaker 2: Kevin Walsh will be the Fed share He was confirmed yesterday.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Kevin Walsh can affirmed by a vote of fifty four
- 8:02Speaker 2: to forty five. But the only Democrat that voted in
- 8:06Speaker 2: his favor was John Fetterman. But Warsh has been confirmed. Now,
- 8:10Speaker 2: you can have an unusual situation at the FED when
- 8:13Speaker 2: they vote in a new FED chairman, the old FED
- 8:15Speaker 2: chairman leaves. That's normal. Jerome Powell should be leaving. He now,
- 8:21Speaker 2: let's see what he does. He's announced that he won't
- 8:23Speaker 2: leave that he'll stay because as he's the FED chairman,
- 8:26Speaker 2: but he also has a seat on the Board of Governors,
- 8:30Speaker 2: so he could stay there. He's a couple of years
- 8:32Speaker 2: left in his term. Now that's highly, highly unusual. You're
- 8:37Speaker 2: supposed to leave, give up, you're supposed to quit your term.
- 8:40Speaker 2: And that way, besides getting Kevin warsh in his new chairman,
- 8:44Speaker 2: President Trump can also fill another seat with one of
- 8:47Speaker 2: his own choices. That's the reason Powell would stay, so
- 8:51Speaker 2: that President Trump can't appoint another FED board member. This
- 8:54Speaker 2: would be just to screw up President Trump. And then
- 8:57Speaker 2: the other reason Powell would stay is to try to
- 9:00Speaker 2: have some leverage over the board as the former chairman,
- 9:03Speaker 2: try to influence them, intimidate them, whatever he's trying to do.
- 9:06Speaker 2: So it's unheard of for the chairman to stay. I
- 9:10Speaker 2: don't know what Warshall do about it. You can try
- 9:12Speaker 2: to the president can try to remove them. That's not
- 9:16Speaker 2: going to be easy. But you can also torture him out.
- 9:20Speaker 2: You can move his parking space to like a mile
- 9:24Speaker 2: away and on the other end of the building. You
- 9:26Speaker 2: can do stuff like that. You can change his office,
- 9:28Speaker 2: you can you can try to tortureim away but I
- 9:30Speaker 2: don't know. This guy's a pretty bad guy, Jerome Powell.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I don't know if they're gonna get rid of him
- 9:34Speaker 2: that fast. So you want to rent a house in
- 9:37Speaker 2: the Hamptons the summer, A lot of people they don't
- 9:40Speaker 2: own a house, they rent a house for the summer.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Apparently the Hampton's housing market has set a new record.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Houses now top houses now renting for a million dollars
- 9:53Speaker 2: a month. Can you imagine spending a million dollars a month,
- 10:02Speaker 2: three million for the summer just to rent a house?
- 10:04Speaker 2: Absolutely insane. The Hampton's it is very nice. It's not
- 10:09Speaker 2: that nice. It's very nice. But if you go to
- 10:11Speaker 2: the north shore of Long Island, it's much nicer. Oyster
- 10:14Speaker 2: Bay is nicer, Huntington Bay is nice. As towns. They've
- 10:17Speaker 2: got beautiful beaches, beautiful homes, and they got there's nothing
- 10:21Speaker 2: in the Hamptons, you know, there's like two restaurants in
- 10:23Speaker 2: every town. That's why you have to you can't get
- 10:27Speaker 2: a reservation. There's only like two restaurants in every town.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Because you for your restaurant there, you only got three
- 10:32Speaker 2: or four months of business. Impossible to make a living
- 10:34Speaker 2: on that. So very few restaurants open up there and
- 10:40Speaker 2: when you walk down the you go. Try to park
- 10:43Speaker 2: in any town in the Hampton's impossible. You can't find
- 10:46Speaker 2: the parkings north Shore of Long Island much nicer. It's
- 10:50Speaker 2: forty five minutes from the city instead of four hours
- 10:53Speaker 2: like the Hamptons. Is a zoron Mom, Donnie, you know
- 10:58Speaker 2: this budget that he put out. He's great at the videos.
- 11:01Speaker 2: What a video where he puts out he goes, we
- 11:05Speaker 2: discovered it. We were suddenly suddenly hit with a ten
- 11:08Speaker 2: billion dollar budget gap. We were suddenly hit with this,
- 11:11Speaker 2: but we were amazing that we fixed it. We solved it. Well.
- 11:14Speaker 2: First of all, everything in the video he put out's
- 11:16Speaker 2: a total lie. It wasn't suddenly hit with anything. If
- 11:19Speaker 2: you go back about a year and a half ago,
- 11:21Speaker 2: Eric Adams is announcing that there's a ten billion dollar
- 11:24Speaker 2: gap the city council and Eric Adams made a million speech.
- 11:28Speaker 2: He said, we got a ten billion dollar gap coming up,
- 11:30Speaker 2: so everybody knew about it. It wasn't suddenly hit with it
- 11:35Speaker 2: and covering it up. Well, did he really cover it up.
- 11:40Speaker 2: There's a lot of fudging in this budget and a
- 11:42Speaker 2: lot of things that just are dishonest in the budget. Now,
- 11:46Speaker 2: usually if you're a mayor with a budget gap and
- 11:49Speaker 2: you got to fill it, you cut programs, you try
- 11:53Speaker 2: for austerity, you cut costs. That's what you're supposed to do.
- 11:56Speaker 2: What he did he took the train to Albany and
- 12:00Speaker 2: and bullied Hockel into give them them the money. Hkel
- 12:03Speaker 2: running for reelection toughest opponent in the world, Bruce Blakeman.
- 12:06Speaker 2: So she's terrified of this, of losing the election, so
- 12:09Speaker 2: she needs mom Donnie's endorsement, she needs his supporters, she
- 12:13Speaker 2: needs his help. So she gave him about six billion
- 12:17Speaker 2: to close the gap. And the other way he closed
- 12:20Speaker 2: the gap is just making up stuff. He put in
- 12:24Speaker 2: five hundred million from the Pieto terror attacks. Well, that
- 12:29Speaker 2: doesn't exist, it's never been passed, it doesn't exist yet.
- 12:32Speaker 2: And even if they did it, it only brings them three
- 12:34Speaker 2: hundred million. It's a lot of fudging that kind of stuff.
- 12:37Speaker 2: And he keeps yelling about things. He keeps making these
- 12:40Speaker 2: stupid I don't know if he's lying or he's just
- 12:44Speaker 2: this dumb. We need more teachers, If only we had
- 12:47Speaker 2: more teachers. That's why he wants to raise taxes. To
- 12:50Speaker 2: pay for more teachers. We got too many teachers already.
- 12:53Speaker 2: There's too many people in the Department of Education. We're
- 12:57Speaker 2: spending forty four thousand a student and they're getting absolutely
- 13:03Speaker 2: the worst education ever. They can't pass any tests when
- 13:06Speaker 2: they come out of high school. Worst education ever. And
- 13:09Speaker 2: we're spending forty four thousand a student. If you go
- 13:13Speaker 2: to the finest schools, the finest private schools, they're spending
- 13:17Speaker 2: twenty two thousand a student and they're getting phenomenal education.
- 13:21Speaker 2: So you gotta cut the gotta cut the spending like crazy.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Who's going to run against Mom Donnie next time? You know?
- 13:28Speaker 2: Michael Rappaport, the actor, the comedian. I don't know if
- 13:31Speaker 2: he's that well known. I mean he's sort of well known,
- 13:33Speaker 2: but he's announced he's running. Michael Rapport, the actor and comedian,
- 13:38Speaker 2: running against Mom Donnie. I am running for mayor of
- 13:40Speaker 2: New York City.
- 13:41Speaker 5: I never thought that I would even consider running for
- 13:44Speaker 5: mayor of New York City. And I will do it
- 13:48Speaker 5: with the best intentions, and I won't do it the
- 13:51Speaker 5: way any other political person has ever done it. Your
- 13:56Speaker 5: brother Cuomo Kung Fu Curtis, Kathy Hokle Obama Trump. The
- 14:03Speaker 5: only way to beat this guy is to make it
- 14:06Speaker 5: and take it with a New York City street fight mentality.
- 14:12Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 14:12Speaker 2: I think we need We need a more serious candidate
- 14:15Speaker 2: than that. We need a real solid experience to manager,
- 14:19Speaker 2: a real candidate with real real government management experience. You
- 14:24Speaker 2: need like a Bruce Blakeman type to go up against
- 14:27Speaker 2: Mom Dunny. But it's years away. I hate to say it,
- 14:30Speaker 2: but it's like three and a half years awake and
- 14:31Speaker 2: a long way to go before that. Hey, we'll take
- 14:34Speaker 2: some calls next. Eight hundred three to two one zero
- 14:38Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 14:41Speaker 2: zero seven ten.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Give WR oh Bree said on the iHeartRadio app to
- 14:47Speaker 1: hear Mark Simone and all the WR hosts in an instead.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simo show on WRY.
- 15:00Speaker 2: It will take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 15:04Speaker 2: the zero seven ten is them. We always like to
- 15:06Speaker 2: hear him. New callers too, if you haven't called try it.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten. Eight hundred
- 15:14Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten. Let's go to Mike
- 15:18Speaker 2: in Florida. Mike, how you doing?
- 15:20Speaker 7: Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike speaking of Mandani when you're talking.
- 15:24Speaker 7: When you played part of his budget announcement yesterday, he
- 15:27Speaker 7: talks about how he's taxing the rich and not the workers.
- 15:30Speaker 7: But what he and people like AOC don't understand is
- 15:33Speaker 7: the rich create workers. He and AOC create takers.
- 15:38Speaker 6: The rich.
- 15:38Speaker 8: You know, guys like Musk and Ken Griffin. Ken Griffin,
- 15:41Speaker 8: you know, has three thousand employees. Musk has fifty thousands.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Ken Griffin more than that. This new buildings building out
- 15:48Speaker 2: will have fifteen thousand in this new building right.
- 15:50Speaker 7: Well, that's yeah, exactly.
- 15:52Speaker 8: But the point being is that they create, you know,
- 15:55Speaker 8: they create workers that guys like Mandani, and that's and
- 16:01Speaker 8: that's the irony. And I'll tell you another thing. These
- 16:03Speaker 8: rich guys that they all think of sitting around just
- 16:05Speaker 8: counting their money all day, most of them, the ones
- 16:07Speaker 8: I've met in the past, are the hardest working people
- 16:10Speaker 8: I've ever met. I mean they you know, they they're
- 16:12Speaker 8: non stop guys like Trump, the guy you sleeks two
- 16:15Speaker 8: hours a day and they're always on to go doing something.
- 16:18Speaker 7: Yeah, I eat jobs.
- 16:19Speaker 8: They're all like that opportunity.
- 16:20Speaker 2: They're all and not only do they work eighteen hours
- 16:22Speaker 2: a day, seven days a week. When they've conquered the world,
- 16:25Speaker 2: then they go out and buy another business, Like, look
- 16:27Speaker 2: at Bezos, what do you need Whole Foods for? What
- 16:29Speaker 2: do you need to keep buying businesses for you? Just
- 16:32Speaker 2: they just create more work for themselves.
- 16:34Speaker 8: Well, look at all the guys you took the schleptish China.
- 16:36Speaker 3: I mean, you know, a.
- 16:37Speaker 6: Sixteen hour flight.
- 16:38Speaker 8: You know, you know that's not something you just say, Okay,
- 16:40Speaker 8: it's on a Force one albeit, but it's know yeah, still,
- 16:44Speaker 8: it's like incredible things for these guys, they just you know,
- 16:47Speaker 8: just didn't never stop the always going eating jobs worldwide.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Good point, Mike, Thanks for calling you. If you ever
- 16:55Speaker 2: wondered how do you get to be a billionaire, You
- 16:57Speaker 2: just have to work your ass off day and night.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Never give up, never quit, never never never imagine if
- 17:05Speaker 2: you're a Bezos, you create Amazon, the whole thing's a
- 17:08Speaker 2: big success. Now you made yourself two hundred billion. Wouldn't
- 17:12Speaker 2: that be enough? Wouldn't you say, now I'm going to
- 17:14Speaker 2: go enjoy it. No, he buys Whole Foods, buys this business,
- 17:17Speaker 2: buys another business, buys another, trying to create more aggravation
- 17:20Speaker 2: for themselves. Let's go to Gary in Brooklyn, Gary, how
- 17:23Speaker 2: you doing.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Okay, I'm going to tell you something. You're gonna be surprised.
- 17:28Speaker 2: All right, Calm down, Calm down, you.
- 17:31Speaker 3: I'm very calm. The Jews erected Mandannie.
- 17:35Speaker 2: How well, actually, the Jews did not elect you. Let
- 17:40Speaker 2: me just correct it. The Jews did not elect Mandani.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Okay, maybe I said by screaming he's anti Semitic, they
- 17:49Speaker 3: encourage all the people that don't.
- 17:50Speaker 2: No, no, no, no.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Don't you just said he was a secret Jew lover.
- 17:55Speaker 3: No no, no, don't.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Thanks for confusing the whole thing. Now, you did not
- 18:00Speaker 2: elect mom Donnie. Now you go back and you look. Oh,
- 18:02Speaker 2: there were a lot of Orthodox group Jewish groups, the
- 18:05Speaker 2: supporting Mam Donnie. Don't worry when they got into the
- 18:08Speaker 2: voting booth and that they didn't vote for nobody voted
- 18:10Speaker 2: for him. But yeah, what elected Mam donnie? Are these
- 18:16Speaker 2: crazy left wing radicals that were indoctrinated in our universities
- 18:21Speaker 2: over the last few decades. Let's go to Mary in Worcester, Worcester, Massachusetts.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Right, Nope, Brewster New York.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Oh, it says Worcester. Oh it's Brewster. Okay, Brewster, New York.
- 18:37Speaker 2: It's a wonderful place. I better talk a little slower here, Brewster,
- 18:40Speaker 2: New York.
- 18:41Speaker 9: Has anybody has anybody actually researched whether or not there's
- 18:45Speaker 9: a real true way to get mom Donnie out of office.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Well, the governor can remove him. She won't do that
- 18:51Speaker 2: because she's terrified.
- 18:52Speaker 4: I don't do that.
- 18:53Speaker 2: She's terrified of getting beaten by Bruce Blakeman, so she won't.
- 18:56Speaker 2: She won't do that. That's about it. You're talking about impeachment,
- 18:59Speaker 2: we don't really catch it. That's about it. The governor
- 19:03Speaker 2: can remove him, but you know, the governor can remove
- 19:06Speaker 2: the district attorneys. They work directly for the state. They're
- 19:08Speaker 2: not city people. They're state employees.
- 19:10Speaker 9: And yet we still have Alvin Braggs.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Yeah, she's so. You don't count on Huco for anything.
- 19:16Speaker 2: You couldn't count on Cuomo for anything either.
- 19:18Speaker 4: But there is bleak.
- 19:20Speaker 2: It's bleak. What are you doing in Brewster? What do
- 19:21Speaker 2: you do up there?
- 19:24Speaker 4: I am a pastry shelf.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Ooh, I like that very good. You work in a bakery.
- 19:31Speaker 9: No, I work in a small, small grocery store.
- 19:34Speaker 4: I do the scratch baking.
- 19:37Speaker 2: You know, people might be shocked when you go into
- 19:38Speaker 2: the grocery store. You see all that prepared stuff. People
- 19:41Speaker 2: might realize it's freshly baked. It's freshly made there, right.
- 19:43Speaker 9: It's all of it comes out at a fabulous, fabulous
- 19:47Speaker 9: kitchens from scratch, everything, the savory and the suite.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, well that's good to know. Excellent Mary. Yeah,
- 19:54Speaker 2: you'd be surprised how fresh things are where. You don't
- 19:56Speaker 2: think they are a lot of supermarkets. All that prepared food,
- 20:00Speaker 2: all this baked goods, it's actually made fresh right there.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Look at the right next door to us, there's a Chipotle.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Every morning, I walked by Chipotle and they got these
- 20:10Speaker 2: bins of chips, the biggest bit, like millions of chips
- 20:14Speaker 2: piled up and they're putting them into the bag. So
- 20:16Speaker 2: you always assume those chips that they buy from somewhere,
- 20:19Speaker 2: they're actually baked fresh in there every day. Uh, fresh
- 20:23Speaker 2: chet every day. It's pretty interesting. Let's go to Vincent
- 20:26Speaker 2: and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 20:28Speaker 6: Good morning, Malca morning?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Married a caller from Hey, Vincent, you got a cold, Well,
- 20:34Speaker 2: I just.
- 20:34Speaker 6: Woke up a couple of a couple of minutes ago.
- 20:38Speaker 2: You just woke up at ten thirty that's worse than me.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Yeah, Bob, Yeah, I think we need Nick Shelley to
- 20:47Speaker 6: come and do a review of all the people getting
- 20:50Speaker 6: welfare in food stamps. Well, it isn't the Vice President JB.
- 20:56Speaker 6: Vans in charge of wald the fraud. And I say
- 20:59Speaker 6: this because I came up with I thought about something
- 21:03Speaker 6: the other day. What if in New York City, all
- 21:06Speaker 6: the people who have to re certify their income, their
- 21:11Speaker 6: eligibility for Medicaid, for food stamps, and all the other
- 21:16Speaker 6: freebies that they get. What if the Democrats were really
- 21:20Speaker 6: being sneaky and in with these applications that they're sending out,
- 21:25Speaker 6: they sent voter registration applications.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Well, we've been hearing the reports of that they're sending
- 21:31Speaker 2: out voter registration they're sending out on.
- 21:33Speaker 6: The exactly because the idea being that even if these
- 21:37Speaker 6: first off, they're going to vote for the freebee party,
- 21:40Speaker 6: which is the Democrats. By the way, did you hear
- 21:42Speaker 6: yesterday that the mayd they're not going to give free
- 21:46Speaker 6: air conditioners and fans to so called eligible eligible applicants. Now,
- 21:54Speaker 6: a room air conditioner for your bedroom coursed about two
- 21:58Speaker 6: hundred and twenty five dollars you mean to say, instead
- 22:01Speaker 6: of buying Begs a chip, soda and be ah buy
- 22:05Speaker 6: an air conditioner. No, we're gonna give them away. So
- 22:08Speaker 6: I thought of that. What if they were putting the applications,
- 22:14Speaker 6: the voter applications in with the other.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Well, again we're hearing reports that they've been doing that, and.
- 22:20Speaker 6: Of course thinking it, look at it this way. The
- 22:23Speaker 6: Democrats would figure even if they these people do not
- 22:27Speaker 6: get their bennies reupt they'll get another voter.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely good, good point, Vincent and Vincent. We gotta
- 22:36Speaker 2: go because we've got to do the news. But we've
- 22:37Speaker 2: been hearing about that. Good point. Thanks for calling. Hey,
- 22:40Speaker 2: when we come back the hunt for Steve More, I
- 22:42Speaker 2: think he'll be here. We'll talk to Steve Moore, the
- 22:44Speaker 2: Brilliant Economist coming up next on seven to ten wo R.
- 22:50Speaker 1: He knows his way around all this. It's the Mark

- 23:02Speaker 2: get his book, The Trump Economic Miracle. You'll learn a lot. Also,
- 23:06Speaker 2: he runs the Committee to Unleash Prosperity and they put
- 23:09Speaker 2: out the best daily briefing, news and analysis, best smartest
- 23:14Speaker 2: people in the world. Get this every It's free. It'll
- 23:15Speaker 2: come right to your email. Just go sign up, Go
- 23:18Speaker 2: to unleash prosperity dot com. Steve Moore, how you doing.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Well, Marcott doing well? Boy? A lot of things going
- 23:27Speaker 4: on in the world right now as we speak. I mean,
- 23:29Speaker 4: you've got obviously Trump meeting with President g I think
- 23:34Speaker 4: they're probably meeting right now. I get confused with the
- 23:37Speaker 4: big time change. And then of course now it looks
- 23:40Speaker 4: like the British government is getting is going to fall.
- 23:45Speaker 4: There's all sorts of turmoil over there. And then you've
- 23:49Speaker 4: got going what's going on in Los Angeles with this
- 23:53Speaker 4: new Republican candidate who's catching fire. It's just an amazing
- 23:56Speaker 4: time that we live in. And I think there's a
- 23:59Speaker 4: revolt against big government and high taxes and the liberal
- 24:04Speaker 4: stupidity in terms of the way that they govern and
- 24:06Speaker 4: the way that they keep taking more of our money
- 24:08Speaker 4: away from us and more of our freedom. So it's
- 24:11Speaker 4: amazing time we're living in.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it does go in cycles. Hey, let me start
- 24:14Speaker 2: with China. If you watch the American media, the network coverage,
- 24:18Speaker 2: it sounds like we're going over there beggars hat in
- 24:20Speaker 2: hand with the mercy of China. Yeah, our little economy
- 24:24Speaker 2: up against the big super power. The truth is their
- 24:27Speaker 2: economy is not so strong. We're doing much better than
- 24:29Speaker 2: they are, aren't we.
- 24:31Speaker 4: You know, it's so funny you should mention that, because
- 24:32Speaker 4: I was just writing something for Tomorrow's Hotline on exactly
- 24:36Speaker 4: that topic. So, you know, there's a New York Times
- 24:39Speaker 4: piece out today about how, oh, you know, China has
- 24:41Speaker 4: become the new superpower because Trump's such a horrible president,
- 24:44Speaker 4: and you know, Americas in decline and China's ready to
- 24:49Speaker 4: take over as the superpower. And so I look, I
- 24:52Speaker 4: just looked at the statistics. Our stock market just in
- 24:55Speaker 4: the last twelve fifteen years, his exploded five times faster
- 25:02Speaker 4: than the Chinese stock market. They've basically been flat, and
- 25:05Speaker 4: we just keep going up, up, up up up.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Now.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Of course, there are problems now in America. People are
- 25:09Speaker 4: angry about high gas prices, high grocery prices, high housing prices.
- 25:14Speaker 4: But my god, you compare that with what's going on
- 25:16Speaker 4: in China, which is just stagnant. And so for the
- 25:19Speaker 4: New York Times say, oh, they're the new model of
- 25:21Speaker 4: central planning and having the government run or anything. It's
- 25:24Speaker 4: just crazy. But no, we I want Trump to be very, very,
- 25:28Speaker 4: very tough with President g I mean, it's been a
- 25:31Speaker 4: lot of pomp and circumstance the last couple of days,
- 25:34Speaker 4: but when he gets behind closed doors, you know, we've
- 25:36Speaker 4: got to get them to be more Well, they're involved
- 25:39Speaker 4: in very predatory trade practices. As you know, they are
- 25:43Speaker 4: not helping at all in the Middle East with respect
- 25:45Speaker 4: to the you know, the situation with the getting me
- 25:49Speaker 4: straight of hormos open and by the way, they get
- 25:51Speaker 4: more oil from the Middle East than we do. So
- 25:54Speaker 4: and then Taiwan is going to be a big issue
- 25:56Speaker 4: too because they they are getting very close apparently to
- 26:00Speaker 4: possibly invading Taiwan, and you know, Trumps basic said, hell, no,
- 26:05Speaker 4: you're not. We're not going to let you do that.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I just explained to people there's no way we
- 26:09Speaker 2: can allow them to take Taiwan. What would be the
- 26:12Speaker 2: horror of that.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Well, you know, it's helps situation because you know, we're
- 26:17Speaker 4: thousands of miles away from from Taiwan and they've always
- 26:22Speaker 4: had their Taiwan is an embarrassment to China because Taiwan
- 26:26Speaker 4: is so much richer than China is the average Taiwanese
- 26:29Speaker 4: citizen has a living standards of three or four times
- 26:32Speaker 4: higher than the average person living in China, and so
- 26:35Speaker 4: that they don't like that, they don't like to be
- 26:37Speaker 4: embarrassed by that, so they want to take it over.
- 26:39Speaker 4: You know that Taiwan is critical for chip making for
- 26:43Speaker 4: microchips in our cell phones and our computers and so on.
- 26:47Speaker 4: So you know, whether or not we could we would
- 26:50Speaker 4: be able to blockade that block them from invading Taiwan,
- 26:55Speaker 4: I don't know, a lot of people think it's inevitable
- 26:58Speaker 4: that's going to happen because they believe in the on China,
- 27:00Speaker 4: which means they just take over these areas that that
- 27:05Speaker 4: you know, we're once part of communists China, so and
- 27:07Speaker 4: look they're they're communists. These these are bad leaders. This
- 27:10Speaker 4: isn't even one pire we're dealing with.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, well, hopefully this will be a very
- 27:15Speaker 2: successful trip for the present. Gas prices are up obviously
- 27:18Speaker 2: because of the the Iran conflict. What about the inflation
- 27:23Speaker 2: numbers weren't so good this week. That's just the result
- 27:26Speaker 2: of gas. Gas prices filled.
- 27:29Speaker 4: Yeah, that's predictable. I mean, look, when gas prices go
- 27:31Speaker 4: up and energy prices go up, the price of everything
- 27:34Speaker 4: else goes up. I mean, it goes happen to the
- 27:35Speaker 4: airline tickets and transportation costs and so on. I mean,
- 27:38Speaker 4: it's just inevitable. So we've got to get the look.
- 27:41Speaker 4: I want to make sure that your listeners understand there's
- 27:43Speaker 4: no shortage of oil or gas in the world, and
- 27:45Speaker 4: it's it's we're a wash in it. It's just you've
- 27:48Speaker 4: got these supply chaine disruptions that are happening in the
- 27:50Speaker 4: Middle East, and that has thrown, you know, the energy
- 27:54Speaker 4: markets into turmoil. At some point, it's going to get fixed.
- 27:58Speaker 4: There's a question whether it's gonna be in three days
- 28:00Speaker 4: or three weeks or three months. But it's it's really
- 28:03Speaker 4: important for Republicans. This is a political matter, Mark to
- 28:06Speaker 4: get the Strait of Hormuz open so the flow oil
- 28:09Speaker 4: is flowing, because if people are facing five dollars gallon gas,
- 28:13Speaker 4: you know, Republicans could be facing big wipeout in November.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you get the same situation with fertilizer and ran conflict.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Fertilizer prices going up, how does that ripple out through
- 28:25Speaker 2: the economy.
- 28:26Speaker 4: It's a big deal, you know.
- 28:27Speaker 3: So I didn't realize this, you know.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Until a few weeks ago when I started looking into this.
- 28:31Speaker 4: But there is a big for you just ask a farmer,
- 28:34Speaker 4: and there's a big worldwide fertilizer shortage. And this is
- 28:39Speaker 4: planting season. This is a spring, and so this is
- 28:41Speaker 4: when they plant, but they can't plan out if they
- 28:43Speaker 4: don't have the fertilizer. And I didn't realize we're so
- 28:46Speaker 4: dependent on importing the fertilizer from the Middle East and
- 28:49Speaker 4: other countries. So that too has been blacked by the
- 28:53Speaker 4: Iranians who are not letting these ships get through and
- 28:57Speaker 4: that could mean higher grocery prices. So one thing that
- 29:00Speaker 4: Trump should do is there's a tariff that we impose
- 29:02Speaker 4: unimported fertilizer. Well, this is not a great time to
- 29:05Speaker 4: have make fertilizer more expensive, so they should probably lift that.
- 29:09Speaker 4: That was a Biden. You're a tariff on imported fertilizer.
- 29:14Speaker 4: We should get rid of that so that the farmers
- 29:16Speaker 4: have enough fertilizer so they can grow our crops, Our beans,
- 29:19Speaker 4: our corn, wheat and so on are very much affected
- 29:23Speaker 4: by this worldwide shortage.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Hey, Steve Moore, our buddy Kevin Walsh yesterday got officially
- 29:30Speaker 2: now nominated as or voted in as the FED share
- 29:34Speaker 2: how's that.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Going to confirmed? Yeah?
- 29:36Speaker 2: Confirmed?
- 29:36Speaker 4: Yeah, It's amazing. I mean, I'm just so a glow
- 29:41Speaker 4: over this because Kevin worsh will be, I think, an
- 29:44Speaker 4: outstanding FED chairman. He understands what people like Larry Coblo
- 29:49Speaker 4: and our Lapor and Steve Forbes have taught us over
- 29:51Speaker 4: the years, which is that you want a stable dollar,
- 29:54Speaker 4: you want a dollar that's as good as gold, and
- 29:58Speaker 4: that we can't have inflation and rise nine percent as
- 30:01Speaker 4: it did under the worst FED German in fifty years,
- 30:06Speaker 4: and that was Jerome Powell. So it's a good news
- 30:09Speaker 4: that Jerome Powell is leaving. It's very good news that
- 30:11Speaker 4: Kevin Walsh, who does believe in the strong dollar and
- 30:15Speaker 4: does believe in fighting inflation so that we're not going
- 30:18Speaker 4: to see, you know, food prices and energy prices go
- 30:21Speaker 4: through the roof. So I'm very happy that I'm disgusted,
- 30:25Speaker 4: Frankly Mark with the Senate Democrats, all but one Fetterman,
- 30:29Speaker 4: all of but one, voted against Kevin Warsh even though
- 30:33Speaker 4: he's the most qualified guy. I can't think of anybody
- 30:36Speaker 4: more qualified in the country. You know, he has the experience,
- 30:40Speaker 4: he's a monetary expert. It just shows how deep the
- 30:43Speaker 4: Trump derangement syndrome is among the Democrats. They won't even
- 30:47Speaker 4: vote somebody who's highly qualified, non political, just because they're
- 30:51Speaker 4: trying to stick a finger in Trump's eye.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's ridiculous. Hey, you say, Jerome Powas leaving, you
- 30:56Speaker 2: think we might have to go to like landlord tenant
- 30:58Speaker 2: court to a victim to get him. He'll never give
- 31:00Speaker 2: up that seat as well.
- 31:02Speaker 4: He said, Well, that's the other issue is it's you know,
- 31:05Speaker 4: this is this is a guy who hates Trump. He'll
- 31:08Speaker 4: do everything he can to try to disrupt the economy
- 31:14Speaker 4: while Trump is president, so he may stay on. And
- 31:16Speaker 4: it's really not their to Kevin worsh to have the
- 31:19Speaker 4: I don't I think it's been sixty years or something
- 31:21Speaker 4: like that since the former Fed chairman stays on the board.
- 31:25Speaker 4: It's just not done. It's bad for him. But you
- 31:29Speaker 4: know what's still saying that that Jero and Paul has
- 31:33Speaker 4: a lot of class with the capital A.
- 31:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a terrible guy. Well, Steve Bore, you do
- 31:41Speaker 2: great work. The Committee Unleashed Prosperity puts out the best

- 32:38Speaker 2: But I'll be filling in today for Sean Hannity from
- 32:41Speaker 2: three to six, and then make sure you watch Hannity

- 33:20Speaker 2: Hey, that Long Island railroad strike. That would be awful
- 33:24Speaker 2: if that happened. That if they go on strike, it'll
- 33:26Speaker 2: happen Friday night at midnight. It would start Saturday and Sunday.
- 33:30Speaker 2: So you think traffic's bad now on the l Ie,
- 33:33Speaker 2: you think Long Island traffic's bad. Now wait, if that
- 33:37Speaker 2: Long Island Railroad strike happens, it's just going to be
- 33:40Speaker 2: a parking lot. But negotiators reporting they're getting close. They're
- 33:45Speaker 2: getting close, so there may be maybe a settlement could
- 33:49Speaker 2: be we'll see. Hey, you know I had to go
- 33:53Speaker 2: to see a doctor yesterdays. I made a doctor's appointment.
- 33:56Speaker 2: I'm going to go to another doctor on Friday, nothing serious.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Two doctor's appointments. My phone is blowing up with text
- 34:04Speaker 2: from every doctor's office. You know, you make an appointment,
- 34:07Speaker 2: you get a text immediately to confirm it. You get
- 34:09Speaker 2: another text that night just to confirm. Then you get
- 34:13Speaker 2: another text in the morning. Then you go to the
- 34:16Speaker 2: doctor and you leave and you're walking down the hall
- 34:19Speaker 2: to the elevator, and before you can even push the
- 34:21Speaker 2: button for the elevator, you get a text, how was
- 34:23Speaker 2: your appointment, Please take this survey, and he gave me
- 34:27Speaker 2: a prescription. Now I get a text from the pharmacy.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I get another text from the pharmacy where your order
- 34:33Speaker 2: has been received, your prescription, and then get another text
- 34:35Speaker 2: it's being prepared. Then you get another text it's almost ready. Look,
- 34:39Speaker 2: I mean they spent all night last night clearing off
- 34:41Speaker 2: all these texts off my phone. They gotta stop with
- 34:44Speaker 2: these texts. Hey, in the next hour, Jimmy Fayler will
- 34:47Speaker 2: be with us. We've got a lot to talk to
- 34:48Speaker 2: him about. Now. I'm here every day ten to noon,
