- 0:22[SPEAKER_14]: I do.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_14]: I like the whole thing.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_14]: I think it's a nice addition.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_14]: This is a nice touch here.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_14]: And a nice blue light behind me.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_14]: Pan over to dance.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_14]: Does he have red behind this?
- 0:31[SPEAKER_14]: Drink of rose colors?
- 0:32[SPEAKER_14]: Look at us, dude.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_14]: Look at us here today.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_14]: Proud of you, Kube, did a great job.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_14]: Proud of you, pride is an abomination.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_14]: Is it?
- 0:41[SPEAKER_14]: What do you want them to have then?
- 0:43[SPEAKER_11]: Well, the month.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, yes, yes, yes, it's the whole thing.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_14]: By the way, everybody's sent it in the bro box.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_14]: Sure, it's taking pictures of them.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_14]: They're relaxing.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_14]: I like seeing them.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_14]: I haven't seen it.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_14]: Bravo.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_14]: You haven't seen it?
- 0:53[SPEAKER_14]: No.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_14]: It's a little happy pride month with Navy Sailor on it.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, well, with a little Navy mount on it, which is nice.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_14]: There's nothing greater than the Navy.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_14]: Let me see if I get a photo of it here.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_14]: There's a bunch of people that are posting.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_14]: I was like, yeah, way to go.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_14]: Blue.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_14]: Should I just air drop this to you?
- 1:13[SPEAKER_10]: Go for it.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_14]: What does that mean MacBook?
- 1:17[SPEAKER_14]: or Ross's eye Mac, there it is.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_14]: I think it's my my old school one, right?
- 1:21[SPEAKER_11]: I think you should print it out on a dot matrix printer.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_11]: It'd be fucking great if we could do it.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_11]: That's how I said, I don't know if you were around for this back in the day, Coup, but that's how I sent dick pics.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_13]: The dot matrix printers?
- 1:30[SPEAKER_13]: Oh yeah, I remember those first printer out here.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah, well, I don't mean the dot mean the comment that I made, but it's been difficult to find the materials.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_11]: The older people that have it now are fucking car part stores, they're the last people that use a fucking dot matrix printer.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_14]: The E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-
- 2:14[SPEAKER_14]: I can pull up the other one because we always do themes for these, obviously, this is pride month here, then the other thing we had in this month's bro box, which is awesome and still available if you want to get it.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_14]: We made Drinking Bros.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_14]: cases for poker, blackjack, chips, cards, everything that you would not need to take to a party or on vacation, go to those faces.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_14]: Everybody's taking board games out with their kids and having their summer vacations and everything else.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_14]: This is actually like a super fucking nice one.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_14]: So we went all out for this one and it's fucking dope.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_14]: Because let's face it, you go on trips with the kids and all that other stuff, I never packed cards.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_14]: And it's one of those things where you stop at a gas station like, hey, do you have cards?
- 3:01[SPEAKER_14]: Nobody ever has cards anymore.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_14]: For some reason, so yeah, we put cards in there and poker chips, all kinds of shit for the summer.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_14]: And it was turned out awesome.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_14]: Shout out to Brandon, man.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_14]: Because it's got the drink of bros logo on the outside, the crest, and super, super stoked about it.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_14]: You can still order those right now and then subscribe on Patreon.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_14]: And here, that's what keeps the lights on, drink of bros podcast, Patreon.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_14]: I think we're going to move that Friday show to Patreon, by the way.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_14]: Why put on YouTube anymore?
- 3:28[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know if YouTube is terrible.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_14]: That's terrible, dude.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_14]: It's terrible.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_14]: I know YouTube is the back end for this bullshit, but it's like, fuck it.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_14]: YouTube rather have it on Patreon.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_14]: And mostly about the back end from what I heard.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_14]: Probably it's private, it's shirt right there that had to be pride in the world.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_14]: People were asking about the Navy cap there, and I guess there's been a variety over the years.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_14]: Of Navy caps, we went right down the middle with it, so that way we're not really segregating you guys, because that's what we don't want a segregation.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_14]: And last, we actually want segregation, and hey dude, we're getting close.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_14]: Do you feel like it's getting close right now?
- 4:07[SPEAKER_11]: Um, I mean, I don't think it's ever been around the world.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think it's ever been the case.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_11]: Well, Europe has turned a significant corner.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_11]: Um, and they're like pretty much everybody over there is like we've got to get rid of all these Muslims.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_14]: every single person.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_14]: And I'm wondering if this is the turning point for this revolution that can be happening, also looked at Michael Rappaport's feet this morning.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_14]: And he was posts in that, these bullshit teen takeovers.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_14]: So there are haven't watched parties all over the cities for the next games.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_14]: And, dude, it was like fucking,
- 4:49[SPEAKER_14]: 200 black dudes that just showed up and started smashing cars and shit for no reason like I mean the next loss, but it's a long series guys, which you expect that they were going to fucking sweep for zero.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_14]: I mean I thought the next we're going to win last night's Wendy showed up as a 22 year old started elbowing people on the throat which I love and congratulations like I love to see a super start development front of my eyes I'm not I look you can't win them all I mean to be pissed about losing some last night's back No, no, I was uh
- 5:15[SPEAKER_11]: I feel pretty vindicated there because I think I said the only way they went is if he gets down to starts banging.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_11]: Yep.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_11]: That's the only way.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_11]: That's the only way.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_11]: But it's going to be the only way.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_11]: And I'll tell you what the difference is in the stat line.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_11]: I know Mike Brown was bitching about it after the fact.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_11]: Free throws the free the spurs have been could have been bitching about it this whole time again's okay See as well sure.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_11]: They got out free throw the whole time because of SGA that's how the fucking game works You get down to draw contact you get fouls you shoot free throws right and now they didn't invent it in this series Mike Brown you know that you went play for the fucking are you were a head coach for three warriors championships And oh championship with San Antonio as well right and he lost one with the caps
- 6:00[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I'm with the bra and this isn't a sports show.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_14]: Go one more video.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_14]: Luke.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_14]: Right there.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, so isn't a sports show.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_14]: However, the game last night is what triggered this.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_14]: Is there volume on this video?
- 6:18[UNKNOWN]: What the fuck is this?
- 6:41[SPEAKER_14]: And everybody's just got a camera out and then people are beating the shit out of each other and then smashing cars.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_14]: There's a cop car there in the background and then people start getting arrested.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_14]: Looks like they're stopping on somebody's wig right there.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_14]: I think that's just the jersey.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_14]: And it's a jersey of the spurs.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, God, it's gone, it's gone, it's gone.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_14]: And then the whole place goes bug fuck last night.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_14]: And this happens, I guess, the whoever's in charge of running these fucking parties and all this other shit said, hey, we're not going to have any more viewing parties.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_14]: And then boom, and media laughs at this video in viral.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_14]: The bell fast thing went viral.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_14]: And that was.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_14]: Probably one of the most shocking videos I've ever seen, where if you were pissed off about the George Floyd thing, watching a dude get to capitated in the fucking streets, should probably be up on that list.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know if it's blurred out, but yeah, this is this Newsweek.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_13]: Look.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_14]: OK, so you can show this because it's not covered.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_14]: He's just stabbing this guy over and over and over again.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_14]: And this has gone viral, the blurred vision, the unblurred vision, everything else.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_14]: And this happened in Belfass in Ireland, which is shocking to me.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_14]: I didn't know they had this many fucking migrants there.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_11]: Did you?
- 8:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, Ireland has had a huge problem with it, actually.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, so you, I mean, honestly, what is the IRA doing?
- 8:19[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_11]: What do you exist for?
- 8:22[SPEAKER_11]: I know you're still active.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_11]: What are you doing?
- 8:24[SPEAKER_11]: Not sure.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I mean, I don't understand.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_11]: They've been trafficking weapons in and out of Northern Ireland for, what year is this?
- 8:33[SPEAKER_11]: 600 bucks and years?
- 8:34[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, not really, not actually, but it's been a while.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_11]: But close.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_14]: building homemade bombs all kinds of shit.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, I get you don't want the fucking British to be in control or whatever of this.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_11]: You don't want to lose your Catholic roots to the Church of England.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_11]: But the real IRA, my understanding is still exist.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_11]: Mm-hm.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_11]: And they're letting their country be over run right now.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_11]: Honestly,
- 9:05[SPEAKER_11]: It doesn't look good for them.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_11]: That it looks the worst for them.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_11]: The politicians are all kinds, right?
- 9:10[SPEAKER_11]: Right.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_11]: But the IRA allegedly stood for something.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_11]: A lot of people gave them, I mean, most of their finances came from the United States to be clear, right?
- 9:19[SPEAKER_11]: Because people kind of believed in that to some degree whether it was right or not, I'm not going to comment on that.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_11]: but people did believe in that mission to some degree and now they're letting instead of being overrun by white Christian Church of England people, they're being overrun by Muslims.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_11]: And that's acceptable.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_11]: It's very odd.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_14]: Because what I'm told, and this is just, again, after looking into this last night, I was unaware that Ireland had the same problem as the rest of Europe, that there is kind of these segregated camps, and apparently, some shit had gone down and they burned one of the fucking places down and everything else.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_14]: If this isn't the moment for Ireland to either deport all these fucking people,
- 10:04[SPEAKER_14]: Just go on a full BLM movement.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know what is at this point.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_14]: What if the cops say there in the video?
- 10:12[SPEAKER_14]: Because I caught this later on in the evening last night.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_14]: When I say the lights, I mean, I was up at like 230 in the morning last night.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_14]: So I didn't get to see the reaction this morning here from the cops pressed play on this.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_14]: Blue.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_26]: There's a lot of space here in the morning.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_26]: And in terms of poverty, is there any other
- 10:33[SPEAKER_26]: and people might get that information.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, and I wear a speculation in relation to the suspect's immigration status.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: This morning I've been talking to colleagues from the Home Office whose rule it is to manage the immigration status of individuals.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: I can, for my understanding, is that the individual was given leave to stay or remain, sorry, in Northern Ireland, but I know that colleagues in the Home Office will be confirming the exact details of the status over the coming day, so you'll hear more from the coming
- 11:05[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, so, help me out with this and this is a genuine question I'm gonna ask you here.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_14]: Is it the Spain has claimed because they're letting in half a million migrants and they're going to let them fucking stay unchecked.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, they're here.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_14]: And their excuse is we are aging out as a culture and we need more fucking workers, these these migrant fucking workers, right?
- 11:27[SPEAKER_14]: So they're going to let them stay.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_14]: It's going to end up horrifically.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_14]: I can just go ahead and check that, check that box for you there.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_14]: If it's going to be good or bad, it's going to be bad.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_14]: Ireland, though.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_14]: I was unaware that there was a problem or anything else.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_14]: Why the fuck are they taking in all these people?
- 11:48[SPEAKER_14]: Because we're at a point now, where honestly, I think the United States should stop immigrants.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_14]: Just a 10 year ban on all this shit.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_14]: I think all these fucking countries should.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_14]: We're seeing the same scenes over and over again, and they keep getting worse.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_14]: We saw the fucking check on the train gets stabbed here.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_14]: This guy got his fucking head cut off.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_14]: He's still alive somehow, which I watched the video, we're not gonna play it on the show.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_14]: The full thing, because it is gruesome.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_14]: It looked like his head was being ripped off of his body and maybe there was two, three inches left.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_14]: And he is in the hospital and obviously very critical condition right now and they're trying to work on it.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_14]: But what was the hopes and dreams of putting these fucking people in Ireland?
- 12:32[SPEAKER_14]: Are you serious?
- 12:35[SPEAKER_14]: No, I mean, that's fucking insane.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_14]: That's what they tell people.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_11]: That's what they tell us.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_11]: The hopes and dreams are globalism.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_11]: That's the real story, right?
- 12:45[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't want to get too far in the weeds here.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_11]: But the Frankfurt School has decided in the 1930s, 20s and 30s that.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_11]: Marxism failed because capitalism is too comfortable and too secure, right?
- 13:06[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, but Marxism is still correct.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_11]: So the way that we have to do it now is through dissident campaigns, through color revolutions, through violence.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_11]: The only way to disturb a homogeneous society, even if it's homogeneous by,
- 13:25[SPEAKER_11]: by thought and idea, right?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_11]: America is a creedal nation.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_11]: It's not genealogical in the same way that a lot of other nations are.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_11]: The way to do that is to bring separate ideologies in.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_11]: That's the only way to disrupt the peace.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_11]: right, and the reason to disrupt a piece is so you can provide a solution for the chaos, and your solution is authoritarianism.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_11]: It is big brother, surveillance, central bank digital currencies, etc.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_14]: But then let's say you're correct.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_14]: And what's the end game of that other than role?
- 14:03[SPEAKER_14]: Right, right.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_14]: But is it a dictatorship?
- 14:06[SPEAKER_14]: Yes.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_14]: And that's what they want every single country to be.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_14]: Yes.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_14]: And then what do you do with these fucking people?
- 14:14[SPEAKER_14]: Do you kill them?
- 14:15[SPEAKER_14]: Do you deport them?
- 14:16[SPEAKER_14]: Are they now a party or society, but they're just in a lower cast?
- 14:19[SPEAKER_14]: Um, you deport all of them.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_14]: At the end?
- 14:22[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, come in, honestly.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_14]: And then that's the savior moment for them?
- 14:26[SPEAKER_14]: Um, no, there's no, no, no, no.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_11]: For the dictatorship, no, they just, they either deport them or kill them all.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_11]: At that point, it won't matter.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_14]: Because if you're looking at, let's, let's take bouquetly, for example, right?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_14]: It's not this extreme.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_14]: However, it was pretty fucking close with MS 13 and all that other shit.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_14]: He came in there, essentially said, all right, we're gonna let all these folks out, then go to whatever country they want, fuck that up, but not our country.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_14]: That's what Bolsonaro was doing in Brazil too.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_14]: That's why they threw in prison.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, and so then he builds the sea cop prisons.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_14]: And then essentially, he saves,
- 15:03[SPEAKER_14]: El Salvador is beloved by all the citizens there.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_14]: He is the highest approval rating in the entire world for any leader in any single country.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean, but that's not the kind of authoritarianism we're talking about.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_11]: So that is a turn of good, right?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_11]: That's a turn of good to return public safety.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_11]: Real authoritarianism isn't putting criminals in prison, which is what he's doing.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_11]: It's not draconian sentences, even, for violent people, because the definition of draconian changes based on the state of the union.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_11]: Right?
- 15:40[SPEAKER_11]: Like you treat your kid differently if there's potential danger and if there's not.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_11]: Like the tone of your voice raises, if he's about to fucking walk into traffic versus he's doing something that's annoying you.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_11]: And that's under normal conditions.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_11]: When there's the threat of external violence against other people all the time, you raise the conditions a little bit.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_11]: Right?
- 16:05[SPEAKER_11]: You fucking hit people harder.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_11]: Like the untouchables.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_11]: you send Kevin Costner and Sean Conrad on the street to put people in the fucking hospital.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_11]: That's the way it is.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_14]: But this is, this is what should happen now over there.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's what this, what Bucaly is done is what should happen in most of the world.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_11]: Most of the world is not like the United States.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_11]: They don't have our,
- 16:25[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, inheritance of English common law are civil liberties and all that stuff.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_11]: They live in a different world than we do.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_11]: So they're going to have to handle their problems differently than we do.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_11]: We just have to kick the people out.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_11]: That's our solution.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_11]: Just get them out and we'll, everything will go back to normal here.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_11]: But, uh, the other places are going to have to get pretty rough.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_11]: Now, but that's not what I'm talking about.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_11]: I'm talking about the government's selling you a solution to something.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_11]: Not.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_11]: Hey, we're going to put all these violent criminals in prison.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_11]: That's a solution every country should sell their people.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_11]: The thing that globalist governments will sell is that.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_11]: I know you want your privacy, but it's too dangerous.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_11]: I know you want religious liberty, I know you want financial liberty, but it's too dangerous.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_11]: You have to let us manage all this stuff.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_11]: Otherwise, it'll get out of hand, and that's what they're selling.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_11]: And that's what, there's a big difference between putting criminals in prison, who are violent assholes and fucking reaching into my fucking private space, right?
- 17:26[SPEAKER_11]: It's not even close to the same thing.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_14]: But here's what I'm trying to figure out on a daily basis.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_14]: This is a shit seems to keep happening around the world.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_14]: Is we're letting people out of prison here, or not even most cases taking them to prison just saying, hey, the shit you've done isn't really considered violent enough for me or your circumstance or whatever the fuck it is.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_14]: And then you let these shit bags back out in the street and then they start murdering people, right?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_14]: And it's not just immigrants here, it's everybody.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_14]: It's any criminal that's out there of a different race, other than white, and they're letting these fucking people out, and then they're killing people.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know how you stop these judges at local levels in these states that, like, I'm just going to use Illinois for an example because they just lost the Chicago Bears, which just seems impossible to me.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_14]: They have the worst mayor
- 18:19[SPEAKER_14]: Other than the worst mayor they had before, which was Beetlejuice, which is something possible.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_14]: But he's even worse, and then you got Pritzker.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_14]: That is the sanctuary state.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_14]: They're hiding people for mice and doing all kinds of shit and everything else.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_14]: And then the people that are getting arrested for these crimes, they're saying, eh, it's not really violent enough.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_14]: Let them out, and then they're fucking murdering people.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_14]: And this is the guy right here, I think his name is Brandon Johnson.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, he's become a real fucking famous now.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_14]: And, you know, what was their 31 shootings over the weekend?
- 18:53[SPEAKER_14]: Hmm, you're like, okay, cool.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_14]: Every weekend, every weekend.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_14]: So, how do you stop these individual states and these shitty people in these states from spreading out everywhere?
- 19:05[SPEAKER_14]: Unless you crack down on crime and all that other shit?
- 19:08[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it's not even a debate.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_11]: Violet criminals get put in prison.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_14]: the end.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_14]: But what is your level of violence?
- 19:16[SPEAKER_14]: Because apparently, you're in I differ from this fucking guy right here.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_11]: Well, he's not.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_11]: He has no concept of this.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_11]: If you're praying on other people, then you gotta go to prison.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_11]: You're right to swing your fist and it my face.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_11]: That's the general rule.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_11]: Meaning you have liberty as well, but once you encroach and someone else's, you're no longer exercising liberty, you're oppressing someone else's.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_11]: And that's the marker.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_11]: If you are a predator class, then you have to get put down, whether it's death or a fucking imprisonment.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_11]: Putting weed dealers in jail for the rest of their lives, I don't see how there's any utility in that.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_11]: But people who are part of violent gangs, they gotta go.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_11]: If it's a motorcycle club of white dudes, or the mob, or fucking black dudes on the street corner somewhere, they gotta go to prison for the rest of their lives.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_11]: They're making choices out there, and their choices have consequences.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_11]: People that are,
- 20:22[SPEAKER_11]: We can clearly see, now you can't imprison people for stuff they haven't done yet.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_11]: I don't believe in that thought crime bullshit or pre-crime either.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_11]: So, some people will make the argument that.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_11]: if somebody does X and Y, they're bound to do Z.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, maybe that's true.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe definitely it's true, but you still can't arrest them for Z, or punish them for Z until they do Z.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_11]: But you can't try to prevent it.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_11]: And the way that you prevent stuff like that is the same way that they did in New York from 1993 until 2008 when Bloomberg left.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_11]: Right.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_11]: Well, it is stop question and frisk.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_11]: It's a recipe with property crimes, broken window theory.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_11]: It is highly effective.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_11]: And one of the most beautiful or dangerous cities on planet earth, that broken window theory worked very, very well for two decades, basically.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_11]: Right?
- 21:21[SPEAKER_11]: If there's another experiment out there, that you need to look to, I don't know what the fuck it is.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_11]: Right, but it's gotten so much worse.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_11]: But even in era versus like the 67's, 80's, even in like America where there's a lot of constitutional and legal roadblocks to enforcing the law.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_11]: Those things still worked in a very dynamic situation with a bunch of different, I mean, there's five boroughs.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_11]: three of them are kind of crime problematic, the other two aren't necessarily, but there's three maybe sometimes four depending on the year that have crime problems.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_11]: And we were able to solve those to a large degree using this constitutionally sound system.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_11]: that these motherfuckers refuse to participate in, and it's because they believe in this oppressive versus oppressed bullshit.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_11]: Black people are oppressed.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_11]: Talked about it the other day, that's why I stopped Asian hate and ever didn't last, because they found out it was black dudes, and nobody cares about that.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_11]: Because Asians are up here in black dudes who are down here on their fucking oppression scale.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_11]: You know what I mean?
- 22:25[SPEAKER_11]: Asians are white.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_11]: They got called white before the Jews did.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_11]: You know what I mean?
- 22:29[SPEAKER_11]: So that's the way it is.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_11]: That's the way these people think they're Marxists.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_11]: That is Marxist ideology.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_11]: It's postmodernism.

- 32:11[SPEAKER_14]: I've absolutely no tolerance for apparent scenes of violent like this on our streets.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_14]: My thoughts are first and foremost with the victim, and I think the first responders, including members of the public, who intervened.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_14]: No, you've allowed this shit to go on in your country for years and years and years.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_14]: And you took away all the guns and then suddenly knives are there, knives aren't available.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_14]: I think to white people, just like, what is it?
- 32:38[SPEAKER_14]: Cultural, something where you can hide it and you're fucking turban or whatever the fuck it is.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_14]: So for me, I'm looking at this, I mean, they're literally going back and forth here saying, I hope there's no riots over this.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_14]: I don't see how there's not tonight.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_14]: There should be no shit, no shit, but I doubt there will be.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_14]: You don't think so?
- 33:00[SPEAKER_14]: I actually think there will be tonight.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_14]: I really do.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_14]: I just don't understand how, if it's the Ireland we know, and maybe it isn't anymore.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_14]: And maybe that's foolish on my part.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_14]: Jesus Christ, man, those guys are ready for a fucking riot, but maybe not, man.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know what it's like over there anymore.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_14]: One of the first speeches I saw appeared to be
- 33:28[SPEAKER_14]: It's some African woman who spoke British.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_14]: She was given a speech about it yesterday and I was like, all right, what's the outcome of this?
- 33:37[SPEAKER_14]: I don't really get what's happening here.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_14]: It seems to me also in Ireland, they're electing a lot of foreigners to government the same way that London is.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_14]: London's got a fucking Muslim mayor.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_14]: Ireland, and that's why Conner McGregor was thinking about running was, there's, you know,
- 33:54[SPEAKER_14]: 80 different fucking races that are running that council now, so maybe right.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know And maybe it's a different Ireland than what we grew up with but when we grew up and some shit like this happened I was gotten the fucking streets and bomb the shit out of each other and and kicked the living Christ out of each other Until they felt like justice was served.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_14]: So we'll see tonight
- 34:20[SPEAKER_14]: I'm hoping for the other.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_14]: I'm kind of hoping for the old Ireland.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_11]: They come back.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think they should go after their own police or anything, but they should go find the people who are causing problems and get them the fuck out of there.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, all right, this is 23 minutes ago.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_14]: So protests have already started here.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_14]: Blue, call, go ahead and send you this link.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_14]: You can pop it up on screen there.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_14]: Connor McGregor is also made a statement saying he demands immediate and total third-world immigration ban after the African migrant tried to be had somebody last night.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_14]: He's a ban all immigration and third-world countries immediately.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_14]: Do it in every Western nation, enough letting animals pillage your home land.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, I don't disagree with that, and truthfully, if he fucking ran, let's say he wins.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_14]: Let's say he wins his fight in July, and then he ran right afterwards.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_14]: He'd fucking win.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_14]: He'd be president of Ireland.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_14]: Is that what they call it there?
- 35:20[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I think they do have a president only.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's president.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_11]: This is two different countries, so.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_11]: Conrad is a public government, North Ireland is where Bellfast is.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, God, God.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_14]: It's still in two different leaders.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_11]: God it.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, pop that video up.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_14]: So the protests are already starting on that now.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_20]: Man, I got 80 different angles in this shit there.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, watch this on a fucking stream too.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_14]: There's streamers just watching this shit.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, there's a lot of like, they'll have YouTube streams that show all of these different angles and stuff.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_10]: And then people will just watch the stream stream stream stream.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I'm free.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_14]: Blue can't know you're new, but that's something we've pitched for a long time, where it's like, dude, if we can watch this shit on paper, if you, I'd pay money for this.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_10]: They usually have stuff like this on YouTube, and they'll just have a bunch of different things.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_14]: It's not YouTube, PrideKick.com, probably.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_14]: I've seen it on YouTube, but it's gonna ship, too, okay.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_14]: Or in Twitch or something like that, like, yeah.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_14]: We'll find out what happens here tonight, but this is going on in every country, including our own, and people are fucking fed up with it, and seeing this shit was absolutely shocking.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_14]: Last night, the guy is Sudanese, by the way.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sure he's a fucking...
- 36:50[SPEAKER_14]: What do you think, a rocket scientist, or a doctor, or a veterinarian, or something that's going to...
- 36:53[SPEAKER_14]: They also are saying the hero from Belt Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast Fast
- 37:18[SPEAKER_14]: No knife for no nothing, huh?
- 37:20[SPEAKER_11]: Huh?
- 37:21[SPEAKER_11]: I was kind of where we were at.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_11]: Not unless you're one of them.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_11]: So what do you do?
- 37:27[SPEAKER_14]: Just grab a tree branch and run over?
- 37:29[SPEAKER_11]: Grab whatever you can, I guess.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, tie or iron or whatever.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_14]: Fuckin' hell, man.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, I can't figure it out.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_14]: And as this continues to go on here, Rupert Low.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_14]: Is the, wow, is it low or low?
- 37:48[SPEAKER_11]: I think it's low.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_14]: I've heard it pronounce low.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_14]: All right.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_14]: I'll send you this video.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_14]: He's got a video.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_14]: He's just posted on his Twitter regarding this as well.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_14]: And I see the, and this is MP, what does that mean?
- 38:01[SPEAKER_14]: member of parliament because I congressman got you got you so he just released the statements They're also saying bell fast is on lockdown all major roads going in and out of bell fast being blocked All shops and businesses have been ordered to close by 5 p.m. And then underneath it says whoever this dude is as I'm telling you It's about to go down So I don't know what's it?
- 38:25[SPEAKER_14]: It is fucking right, I would imagine, but press play on this guy's clip here.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_05]: Good morning, everybody.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_05]: I've just watched the most horrific footage from Northern Ireland from Belfast of one man on top of another with a knife.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously, screaming and shouting, some patriots effectively attempted to intervene.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what has happened to the victim, but it didn't look good.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_05]: I now call for the police with full transparency to disclose the ethnicity and immigration status of the person who perpetrated the attack.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_05]: This is a disappointmently growing trend which is affecting all of us.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_05]: It stems from immigration largely, it stems from the fact that there's a whole industry of people who have made vast amounts of money, propagating an industry called the human rights industry, which basically has fed off the back of the legal complex to surrounding human rights law.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_05]: There's a people like Keistarma, Lord Hermann, a whole raft of people who I think put their own interests above those of the safety of the British people.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_05]: And it's time we got some honesty from the police force who are paid for the British taxpayer, paid for by the British taxpayer, let's pay to serve the British taxpayer and let's pay to keep us all safe.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_05]: We can quite tell you see with the death reasons, tragic death of Henry Novak, we can see two tier policing and now I think I call for total transparency.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_05]: If you have transparency, you have truth and from truth, you can actually start to
- 40:13[SPEAKER_05]: deal with the issues that are causing the problem.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_05]: Until we have that, I'm afraid we are going to continue to all of us suffer from increasing distrust and increasing feeling of the lack of safety.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_05]: And that is not going to be good for all of us.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_05]: We want our high trust society back, and we're not going to get it back.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_05]: By people being deceitful, we need honesty, we need truth, we need authenticity, and we need openness.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, and that's all great, and I obviously hope that happens here, but the comment that I'm reading over and over again, that I'm hearing from everybody.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_14]: Even my mom said this to you the night for Christ's six.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_14]: She was like, I don't even recognize my own country, which is what they're saying there.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_14]: But they're also saying this in every fucking country right now.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_14]: And it's the same goddamn problems over and over and over again, with these grimy fucks that we're all letting in, and then half of our country's protecting them.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know who's protecting them there.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_14]: It seems like they've kind of just been walled off in these certain areas and that's it and even the police in London won't go in to these fucking areas over here.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_14]: And then it appears as if they're media over there and Britain has the same goddamn problem that we have.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_14]: We're words matter here.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_14]: The headline today for this was man taken a hospital with serious injuries after stabbing.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_14]: That's it.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_14]: That was their fucking headline today, and BBC.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_14]: And the citizens are raging about it, but we're dealing with that here in America.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_14]: Same thing.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_14]: We deal with these same fucking headlines from all the major media outlets, and nobody wants to say a goddamn word, and it's fucking shocking to me.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_14]: So,
- 41:56[SPEAKER_14]: If it burns tonight, it fucking burns.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_14]: And to me, it's long overdue.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_14]: Go ahead and light it up tonight, boys.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_14]: If you're over there in Ireland, you know what?
- 42:06[SPEAKER_14]: Think of it as a prep for the World Cup that's about to start here in two days.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_14]: Just look at it like a nice warm up for that.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_14]: Is I'm assuming Ireland made it, right?
- 42:18[SPEAKER_11]: That I don't, I usually don't know.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_14]: Did Ireland make the World Cup this year?
- 42:21[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, but there, yeah, I mean,
- 42:26[SPEAKER_11]: it's it's always an interesting thing to hear people say they don't recognize their country um i did not you're kidding but they're not they're not very good um that's not shocking well then this is the only right you're going to get okay during the world cup so you might as well take advantage of it now all right that's all i'm saying yeah pardon pardon me for the interruption now there's uh
- 42:56[SPEAKER_11]: to the people who say stuff like that.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_11]: I would ask, um, how do you know your neighbors?
- 43:04[SPEAKER_11]: How many people in your neighborhood do you know by the first name?
- 43:08[SPEAKER_11]: Mind?
- 43:08[SPEAKER_11]: No, I'm just, these are real important questions.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_11]: Once the last time you volunteered and solved a problem in your local community, I am not going to tell you that things are not fucked up.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_11]: What I am going to tell you is that from your perspective, the only way that you can be part of a solution is to do the things that I am saying.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_11]: That's the only power that you have, but it's an immense power, right?
- 43:34[SPEAKER_11]: It's, you know, 180 million people pulling on the same side of the rope.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_11]: And it's not fucking heroic or difficult.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_11]: You just do the right shit every day.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_11]: You carve out a little time for America in your day.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_11]: If this is the country you want to live in, you do it for your house.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, you change the air filters and the light bulbs in your house.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_11]: You do the dishes and you do the fucking laundry and the vacuum the floors.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_11]: Well, American needs that too, motherfucker.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_11]: And if you don't do it, then the government, the state will hire people to do it.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_11]: And they'll work there for 40 fucking years.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_14]: That's it.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_14]: And one of the biggest reasons for me when we moved back you was to move back into my old neighborhood, most of all, almost all of my neighbors still live there.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_14]: I know them.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_14]: And to your point, do?
- 44:24[SPEAKER_14]: Yes.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_14]: It's something we're to go down.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_14]: I get fucking tendudes that I can believe in in my neighborhood and we'd all fucking rally up and kind of look after each other.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_14]: Because right, it does start with your own neighborhood and then your community and then outward from there.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_14]: And right now, we'll see what happens, man.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_14]: Maybe,
- 44:42[SPEAKER_14]: Maybe they don't have those type of neighbors.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know what's going to happen there tonight.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_14]: But if this happened in my community, be fucking live it about it.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yeah.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, that's the thing where the Chicagoans who are
- 45:04[SPEAKER_11]: at City Hall in the same force that white liberals from Portland are at their city hall or at an ice building in Illinois.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_11]: If 31 people were being shot in my city every weekend, I would have something to say to somebody about that.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_11]: So who's saying something?
- 45:27[SPEAKER_11]: Because you had thousands of people show up to protest fucking ice in your neighborhood.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_11]: And you can't protest gang violence.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_11]: because this guy won't put people in prison your DA and your mayor's suck, come on man.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_11]: Sorry, I think Chicago's dope.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_11]: Pretty big fan in New York as well, or was.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_11]: And I don't go to either of them anymore.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_11]: No, because you're not serious fucking people.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_11]: You're complaining about shit.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_11]: You show up to protest when it's some ideological cause.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_11]: But on its your own fucking backyard and the problems there, you've got to not the fucking say about it.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_11]: Sorry, you're not serious people, so I'm not helping you.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_11]: And you and I, that's like a guy saying,
- 46:10[SPEAKER_11]: He's rolling, he's actively rolling around in the mud complaining about the film.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_11]: Sorry, bud.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_11]: You get nothing for me.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, in my book, I know we're in Patreon today, but they send us to a lot of these events.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_14]: And the world cup is just coming up.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_14]: And they're like, hey, dude, this is a big deal for everybody.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_14]: We'd like to send you there.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_14]: And I said, hey, not to USA.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_14]: I was like, not that I don't love the team and I want the team to win.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_14]: I want the team to win.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_14]: The world cup.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_14]: It's in Los Angeles.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_14]: some downtown Los Angeles is zero fucking desire to go to Los Angeles right now.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_14]: So pick another game and all fucking go there, but I'm not going to Los Angeles right now.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_14]: And if you look at it in our country with what's going on right now, we got a similar stitch that's going on in Frisco.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I don't know if you're following the car at Melo Anthony trial, but this is now on deliberations as of right now.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_14]: So they're deciding right now, however, they have put the option of manslaughter on the table, which is weird to me, unless this was something on
- 47:18[SPEAKER_14]: The defense parts of saying, all right, this went horrifically bad now during this trial.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_11]: That's not the reporting that I'm hearing.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_14]: What are you hearing?
- 47:26[SPEAKER_11]: The reporting that I'm hearing is that the defense called a witness and what really bad for them.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_11]: And the prosecution.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_11]: arrested or their prosecution arrested but the defense immediately arrested and I four did it go it go good for Carmelo Anthony or against it went against them that's what I heard to but very bad against the defense and today I think is closing statements it's done right now so as of right now it is done and they're saying hey they're gonna have three options first degree murder
- 47:59[SPEAKER_14]: Man slaughter, which is a lesser charge, and then not guilty, which is self-defense.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, it's gonna be murder.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_14]: And it's life, right?
- 48:07[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, in lethal injection.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_11]: Death penalty?
- 48:11[SPEAKER_11]: I believe that's what the Texas.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I don't know if it was firing squad, because they just enacted something that as well.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_13]: I think it was like Oklahoma or Kansas that reinstated the firing squad.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, but a lot of people who are bitching in the street saying, hey, if they let them off with manslaughter, that's not life that's not death, right?
- 48:33[SPEAKER_14]: Even though we killed this kid, I don't think there's a fucking world in which he's not guilty in this and if there is, that should be the fucking right, but
- 48:47[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I mean, according to the news report here, this is breaking news.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_14]: Man's slaughter is now on the table with Carmel Anthony.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_14]: The lawyers in the judge in this case have agreed to include it.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_14]: In the charging document, the jurors will consider today now that the closing arguments are completed.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_14]: Man's slaughter is a lesser charge than when he's charged with, which is murder.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_14]: Man slaughter is one of person acts recklessly and takes an unjustifiable risk, but did not intend to kill.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_11]: Stabbing somebody in the chest seems like it is an intent to kill, right?
- 49:17[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, you're a reasonable person, Cooper.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_11]: I think your mustache certainly says so.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_11]: Sure does.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not very trustworthy.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_11]: If you stab me in the heart, what is your expectation?
- 49:28[SPEAKER_11]: I would expect you to die.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_14]: And by the way, because your host crime corner, they said the knife was so deep that it caught part of the bone.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, yeah, he was fucking going forward.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't think that it even went that deep.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_13]: Well, if it caught the rib, that would be, if it catches the rib, that'd be expected.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_13]: If it went all the way like to a spine or something, then he was fucking going to town like him.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_13]: Fuck, dude.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_14]: Uh, so, man slaughter is one of person acts, records scene, takes in just for a risk, but did not intend to kill a murder charge.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_14]: Carries five to 99 years in prison.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_14]: Man slaughter carries two to twenty years in prison.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_14]: If that was my kid and he only got 20 fucking years, who killed him, so any amount of money to have that guy killed in prison?
- 50:12[SPEAKER_11]: Is he being tried as an adult?
- 50:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_11]: So, so many of the Chad said, because he's a minor he can't get the death penalty.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_14]: Believe he was 18 years old when this happened, so.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_14]: That's not 70.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_14]: Well, he was 70, he might be an adult in Texas, no.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_11]: It's not, no.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_11]: No shit.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_11]: U.S. Supreme Court President actually roper versus Simmons in 2005, executing someone for a crime.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_11]: They committed, while under the age of 18 is unconstitutional, cruel and unusual punishment.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_11]: That's the dumbest shit I've ever read in my life.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_11]: You're not different between 17 and 18.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_11]: No, nonsense.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_14]: No.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_14]: and, you know, carrying an open knife to the track meet, there's no other way around this.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_14]: Is that him talking right there?
- 51:00[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that looks like he said something.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_14]: After the trial, press play.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_14]: Because they're there in deliberations, so.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_14]: They're about to spray ****.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, that's it.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_14]: Now kill that.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_14]: That is A.I.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_14]: Luke.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, sorry about that.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_14]: New on the job today.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_14]: I can't listen to him before I play.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_14]: Boy, that's, uh, fuck.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_14]: What do you say?
- 51:25[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_14]: Look, I think A.I.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_14]: We all knew A.I was going that direction.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_14]: She's just Christ.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_14]: Play it again.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_14]: I think that.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_10]: I don't think that was AI.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_10]: I think that was just someone.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_10]: It was definitely AI.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_10]: And no, because I think that was a real clip of him, but they just had somebody else saying something.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, which is AI?
- 51:44[SPEAKER_11]: They put it in his mouth and they make our stage different words.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_11]: Well, somebody's going to be putting it in his mouth here pretty soon.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_14]: If he only gets 20 years now.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_14]: If, as a dad, I pay any amount of money to anybody in that jail.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_11]: I guess just wait 20 years and then kill him when he comes out.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_11]: Because by then, you're fucking elderly.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_11]: Anyways, you're ready to die.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_11]: And then it's cut that dude's fucking head off, like you're an African immigrant.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_14]: I would want him to go in prison.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_14]: I would want him to go in prison.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_11]: Well, you wanted him to have the hope, like, oh, I'm out of jail now.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_11]: How do you get to read a little bit of life and maybe you're right?
- 52:20[SPEAKER_11]: Then you show up and you do a grand platinum or said you're established dominance.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_11]: And then you fucking cut his head off.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I'd feel that motherfucker in the trunk.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_14]: It would be old school medieval shit.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_14]: So maybe you're right.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_14]: Let him go that 20.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_14]: See what happens.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_14]: And then as soon as he gets out, you fucking grab the guy.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_14]: You know what?
- 52:42[SPEAKER_14]: It would give you something to live for for 20 years.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_14]: I've like, okay, cool.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_14]: You start training for it.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_11]: You're getting ready, picking out your plots, start buying lands, so you're doing like dead lifts on a wooden cart with your friends sitting in it, and then shit, I guess.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_14]: It's like Bert Kuns' gay ass crossfit videos that he posted all the time.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, while I was going rocky for, I'm gonna go Bert, he's been posting on a crossfit videos.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_14]: I was just like, what the fuck man, is this 94?
- 53:10[SPEAKER_14]: Jesus Christ, man.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_11]: We get it, you work out, we're good.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, he's 70 or 80 years old, so.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, easily.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_14]: Easily.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_14]: Now, the other fucking fun fact, I mentioned this brief one, Ross Patrons Revolution, this morning, what we'll talk about it now, is New York Times, this morning reported, Spencer Brothers is out.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_14]: So this is it.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_14]: They already declared the race for her and there's 18% left.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_14]: However they 18% no.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah 18% just like my gain is 18% left um now
- 53:44[SPEAKER_14]: Apparently, James O'Keefe did a video, which, you know, you and I are not the biggest fans of him, but he was able to capture people live on air, homeless people filling out ballots on the streets.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_14]: And they were paying people to do it right now, as of two hours ago, the DOJ just prosecuted that woman.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_14]: So that's quick.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_14]: That is very quick.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_14]: Go to your DMs there, Bluek, and this one is real.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_14]: This is not AI.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_14]: Sure, the burner account's going to love the end word on there.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_14]: So the press, press play on this.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_14]: This was the woman.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_21]: The professional signature collector who agreed to plead guilty to paying homeless people to register to vote in Los Angeles.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_21]: Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong admitted she used to pay people on skid row two or three dollars to sign ballot initiative petitions and gave homeless people her address to you so they could register to vote.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_23]: I'm strong got paid for every signature she got and the DOJ says this case is just the tip of the iceberg.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_18]: This case is important because it shows how easy it is under California law to corrupt the state's voter rolls and thereby corrupt the state and federal elections administered by the state.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_12]: So now the question is how widespread those in power would like to say well of course there's some fraud but it's not widespread the truth is and I can tell you having been up there they have no idea they have no idea how spread the
- 55:26[SPEAKER_14]: Yep, and I'm going to show you the literal video here of how this is done because even I was pretty stunned by this, where I was like, oh shit, this is this easy.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_14]: You can just go up and give people fucking
- 55:42[SPEAKER_14]: money on the streets and do it.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's crazy to me.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, that's what a lot of the ballot harvesting is.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_11]: It's getting random bombs and people's dogs registered in my dog should be able to vote.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_11]: I agree.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_11]: And then old folks homes as well.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_11]: And then illiterate immigrant communities.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, well, that we've seen before in other states.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_14]: But this is the first time in California, and press play on this clip here.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_06]: Fraudulent petitioners on Skid Row are now paying the homeless to forge names, forge addresses, and forge signatures of registered voters.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_06]: So do you want to sign on the right?
- 56:22[SPEAKER_06]: The first one?
- 56:24[SPEAKER_24]: I'm Joseph Allbright, okay?
- 56:25[SPEAKER_24]: The first one?
- 56:27[SPEAKER_24]: Joseph Allbright.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_14]: Holy shit, look at all the Thomas people with fucking vote, seriously.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_20]: Theresa.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_14]: Oh my god.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_14]: That's the right.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_06]: Quickly becoming a widespread scheme that can be found on almost every street corner in downtown Los Angeles.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_11]: Cool.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_11]: Well, you're choosing not to live in a real country.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_11]: If you're behaving like that, and I think we should start treating California the same way that we treat other third world countries.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_14]: Well, I think they are.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_14]: They're cutting off the funding.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_11]: Cut off the funding, but also you can't come to the rest of the US anymore.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, you mean wall and off, holding it off?
- 57:14[SPEAKER_14]: That would be awesome.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_14]: Because yeah, we're all done with that there.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_14]: What was the final total here?
- 57:22[SPEAKER_14]: Blue, what do you got there?
- 57:23[SPEAKER_10]: 92.4, expected in.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_10]: Right now.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_10]: OK.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_10]: So Spencer Pratt's at 25.8, Nithia Romans at 28.5, and Karen Bass at 34.4.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_14]: What a leap.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_14]: So Karen Bass and get any more votes.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_14]: It was only Nithia Roman.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_14]: What are the fucking chances?
- 57:42[SPEAKER_14]: What are the fucking chances?
- 57:44[SPEAKER_14]: That's amazing, dude.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_14]: That's amazing.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_14]: It reminds me that fucking deposition I watched last night for Tim Waltz.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_14]: This fucking guy.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_14]: This is, I mean,
- 57:56[SPEAKER_14]: We chat about this yesterday, man, we're like a lot of people are losing hope in all this other shits.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_14]: Watching this guy's deposition for Tim Waltz is fucking crazy, dude.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_14]: I'm gonna give you the first lady first, because this was the actual whistleblower start of this shit.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_14]: Play her clip first and then I'll grab you the other one, look.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_14]: It's in your DM's right now.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_14]: because we all know what's going on.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_14]: Everybody knows what's going on.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, these two fuckers are still not arrested.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_14]: When we chat about this yesterday, plus, press play on this, I mean, I...
- 58:29[SPEAKER_17]: When I evenly started speaking about it, the reaction from leadership within the Department of Human Services was very quick and very swift.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_17]: I was perp walked out of very embarrassingly long hallway and my badge taken away and told I was under investigation and actually banned from returning to the building and it that's the kind of thing that sends such a chill to everyone who saw me walked out in that very
- 59:10[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, now go to the next clip here, so this was the whistle-blower and then they started interviewing his chief of staff.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_14]: This fucking guy, I mean, I was mesmerized by this last night's.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, he all put admitted what was going on in there and then I've been in these depositions before.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_14]: Same room, same great walls and fucking socks here and they're for like eight hours.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_14]: And they're just asking you questions, right?
- 59:36[SPEAKER_14]: Basic questions.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_14]: Sometimes they'll try to trick you, but in the case of this, not really a trick.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_14]: She was just asking a fucking question.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_14]: Now this was from the oversight committee that we mentioned yesterday, so this clip just got released.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_14]: Press play on Tim Waltz' chief of staff during the deposition.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_02]: There you're, Tim, you're at all, did these fire, when commissioners for their hand ones are?
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_09]: Let's see, say more about what you mean by handling your fraud.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_02]: During your tenure, did government laws fire a commissioner because he was displaced with their handling of fraud.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you know, I described earlier that you want to choose asking me a little.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_14]: That's his lawyer interrupting right there.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_02]: Well, part of my question, do you understand?
- 1:00:43[SPEAKER_09]: Well, it's a handling of fraud decimation earlier.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_09]: What do you mean by that?
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_02]: You mentioned earlier that there were some discussions about commissioners need to be more aggressive when it came to handling
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_02]: You know, more, more purchases in place to prevent fraud.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_02]: To your knowledge and during your tenure as governor walls as chief of staff.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_02]: Did you fire a commissioner for not being aggressive enough in combating fraud?
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_09]: For now, I think that what I described, I think that we, for instance, with an example with Mr.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_09]: Arson, like I said earlier, came to the right result.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_09]: I think it was right for to have a focused conversation while what was needed at the agency and for make this incidentally.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_02]: During your tenure as Chief of Staff, did Governor Wille's fire commissioner for any reason?
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_09]: Well, we talked earlier about very Katherine Ricker.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_09]: And then, I mean, there, I don't know.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_14]: To, to, to, to, to today, Junior, the flock.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_09]: I know, this is maddening, you know, when the governor was reelected, you also sort of make a decision about whether to have people to stay on.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_09]: And so that was a point in which we could, this is, do this as like performance,
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_14]: this guy look at it he knows he's fucked to he knows that one wrong answer and he's in prison for ten years and walls isn't given shit he rather this guy go to fucking jail I guess this I maybe I'm struggling with the tire lately we have still we had questions leave sometimes over performance it is true
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_11]: She's three minutes.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_09]: Four chosen.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_09]: I'll show you a point.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_11]: If three minutes.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_11]: If it takes you three minutes to answer one question while you're stuttering through the specific definitions of words, blue, pull-up, Bill Clinton's testimony.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_14]: I had a feeling you were going to bring that up.
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_14]: What's this one here?
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_14]: Bill Clinton's testimony where, for the monochrome.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_14]: I can't think of it.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_11]: I think from a Ken Star, yeah.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_11]: OK.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_14]: This wasn't for the Epstein thing?
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_14]: No, I mean, no, because that was one of my faves too.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_14]: When he started looking at it, it was like he was looking at high school yearbook, so he was like, oh, yeah.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, I remember fucking, that girl smelled like cinnamon.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_03]: God, that was great.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_03]: I remember going to get pussy that night.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_03]: And I missed those good old days.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_14]: Now, you're on the wrong one, Blue.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_14]: You got to go back to Ken's star.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_11]: It's where, Bill Clinton and Ken's star.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_11]: Try to deliberate what the meaning of the word is.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, by the way, is the root of all language.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_11]: To be, it is the core verb and every single language that human beings have ever written.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_11]: So to deliberate on what is means is stupid.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_11]: Uh-huh, just to be clear.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_13]: Well, what do you mean by is stupid?
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, that's exactly it.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_11]: I'd not, I don't know.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_14]: That's a nice relationship with that woman.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_14]: Press play was a set, was he in front of?
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_14]: Of.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_14]: I miss this era.
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_10]: I'm trying to find like a short one.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_10]: This one's three minutes long, but.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_10]: Right, the whole thing, we've got some fucking B-blue.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, blue.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_10]: Well, if it's too long, someone's like that.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_10]: Fuck, my favorite.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_14]: We're going to show it to fans.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_14]: No, dude.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_14]: This is for us right now in our mental acuity.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_22]: swear that the testimony you're about to give before this committee will be the truth.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_22]: The whole truth is.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_22]: That's can't stop.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_11]: You're talking about how I'm telling this.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_14]: Bill Clinton's testimony.
- 1:05:01[SPEAKER_14]: Bill Clinton testifying.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_14]: for Mono-Kaloanski, and that'll give you the fucking answer right there.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_14]: I remember seeing clips of this in like campaign commercials and shit is this the one right here?
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_14]: No, really, it looks like a deposition right there, you're saying no, that might be it, yeah, actually.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_11]: This might be a play.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_19]: It depends upon what the meaning of the word is.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_19]: Well, let me use it.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_01]: It depends on the meaning of the word is is.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, what's a woman?
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, you know, I don't really have an answer for that.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_14]: What do you mean by a woman, exactly?
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, dude, these depositions.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_14]: And by the way, your lawyer just sits next to you.
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_14]: He's kind of nodding.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_14]: You have a pre-game thing with where you go into this routine and what you are going to say and not going to say, I was always out of control.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_14]: So lawyers hated me and they were just like, Jesus Christ, what's wrong?
- 1:06:16[SPEAKER_14]: He's going to send it to him.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_14]: Was it in care?
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_14]: I knew I didn't.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_14]: I knew I didn't.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_14]: When you know you haven't done something wrong, it can be hilarious.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_14]: Like fucking port noise was very funny.
- 1:06:28[SPEAKER_14]: I wish I wished I was able to post on the line.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_14]: They're hilarious too.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, if you want a really funny deposition, watch the deposition for Lil Wayne.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_13]: He's a performer in the court and outside.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_14]: Really?
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_14]: What was he being out was it the gun charges?
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, something like that.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_14]: My favorite though, I mean, shit.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know why it pops up in my feed.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_14]: Maybe we're talking about on the show the other day.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_14]: Was Johnny Depp's answer during the Amber Hertrial.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_14]: We're pure cinema every fucking answer dude.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_14]: And it was just about poop.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_14]: I could watch it forever.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_14]: No, it was everything all the way around.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_14]: The one that pops up in my feed was the, the goblet of wine.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_14]: Or a pot, I'm sorry, it was a, a pint of wine.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_14]: And they were like, the lawyer, the prosecution, which is like, is it true you pulled yourself a pint of wine?
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_14]: And it's like, yeah, it all blukes already got it.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_14]: Play it, blukes.
- 1:07:23[SPEAKER_14]: This is the greatest hits.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_14]: He's got a compilation video that's great, by the way.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_13]: Rewind it.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_13]: Rewind it, by the way.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_13]: Rewind it.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_13]: He poured yourself up.
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_13]: There's no audio in the beginning.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_13]: He's still there, isn't it?
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_26]: Um, let me beg a point of red wine.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_26]: Correct.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_26]: A mega pint.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_26]: Yeah.
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_26]: I poured myself a large glass of wine.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_14]: And it's his natural voice also that she's so fucking demeaning, where you're just like, I poured myself a glass of, a large glass of wine.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_14]: Show the little Wayne wine.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_14]: How old is he?
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_14]: Holy shit.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_13]: What is his isn't it all?
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_13]: This is a September 25, 2012.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, so he was probably dirty maybe.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_14]: He looks like a child though.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_14]: Holy fuck.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_14]: All right, play this one.
- 1:08:16[SPEAKER_07]: Well, then any criminal actions were pending against you at the end of 2008.
- 1:08:25[SPEAKER_07]: You recall being at all concerned about any criminal actions that may have been pending against you at the end of 2008, I don't recall.
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_07]: You recall that in the summer of 2007, you were arrested in New York City following a performance at the Beacon Theater, I don't recall that.
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_07]: Do you recall that police in New York City discovered a 40 caliber pistol on you, on your person?
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_07]: I don't recall that in late 2009, you pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_07]: following the end of 2009, I don't know, didn't you serve about eight months at Ryker's Island in 2010?
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_07]: Do you remember being arrested?
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_07]: It's just like all about January, 2008.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, near you, my hair is all not only.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_07]: So yeah.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I was gonna say, of course he's not gonna remember being charged 24 hours a day.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_07]: In early 2008, with possession of narcotics for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct, involving weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_19]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_07]: Didn't you win, I don't know, the word for the best or the last album we've ever seen here and you know, that was made for the Carter III.
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_19]: I missed Carter, you have to wait until the, the attorney has finished asking the question place.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_07]: Sorry, that's my psychic.
- 1:10:16[SPEAKER_07]: Sorry.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_14]: Do you read?
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sorry, that's my son, I'm being a psychic.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_14]: God, that's great.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_14]: Do you remember serving eight months of records I own?
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_14]: No, not really.
- 1:10:28[SPEAKER_14]: When in Beth's album, not really good, that's why you should legalize lean right there.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_14]: There would be no riots, nobody cut their heads off on people around the world, nothing because you're just too fucked up to do it.
- 1:10:42[SPEAKER_14]: But also you're not violence.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_14]: We're just kind of just chill.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_14]: All God damn day.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_14]: legalizing lean.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_14]: Look, I don't recall.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_03]: Man, I don't a car at hell now.
- 1:10:57[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it's always weasier of baby.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_03]: No, I don't a car at, I don't know.
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not a psychic.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_03]: I can't do shit.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_13]: Somebody in the chat saying the verdicts in for Carmello Anthony.
- 1:11:06[SPEAKER_14]: Whoa, are you serious?
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_14]: That was very, very quick.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_11]: If that is real, it's guilty.
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_11]: Is?
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, you can, I mean, there's live coverage if you want to turn it on.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, turn it on.
- 1:11:20[SPEAKER_14]: YouTube will have this life go to any network, just type in Carlemau, Anthony Trell.
- 1:11:26[SPEAKER_14]: Holy shit.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_14]: This is the quickest in history then.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_14]: But the fuck.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_14]: They just deliberated an hour ago.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_08]: Vertic Dreece.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_08]: There you go.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_08]: I of the Colin County Courthouse.
- 1:11:45[SPEAKER_25]: people are holding signs there and shanting as you can see as you can see as you can see the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the flyer, the
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_11]: the foods I like chicken.
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, because I've been in the rough my diet at all.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_11]: It's not really care about the politics.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_11]: Look at this.
- 1:12:16[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, what's this, what's this right here?
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_14]: What's this fucking, what are they screaming for?
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_25]: They're case that offense, rest at its case.
- 1:12:21[SPEAKER_25]: Um, let me talk about it for a minute.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, holy shit right now.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_08]: This is going on.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_08]: Not much that has been growing in color now.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_11]: Now, my since I don't want to use one of these two people know either one of these two canals.
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_11]: These are two dumb people right here.
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_08]: This is fucking simple.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_11]: I guy wants justice For a stranger and the white guy wants justice for a stranger And it's only based on the race.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_08]: Yes Hi, I thought we got that fix the last idea.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_13]: No, I've been meaning to get around to it.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_08]: I just haven't time I didn't know there was there was this here just show us really what's right on we try to get our office without hot That has been brought out with this particular case
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_25]: Absolutely, and this is going to get violent, though live on the fucking air.
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_25]: How things are going to be, um, once the verdict is announced, which we are.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_25]: That would be astounded if there's not to a five, uh, this afternoon, so in less than 10 minutes, but we're already seeing tensions.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_25]: And this is how it could be the last couple of things that we've been watching.
- 1:13:21[SPEAKER_11]: Like, I would be shocked by that, um, each other, uh, not, uh, no, so not guilty would mean that all 12 people said not guilty.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_11]: because even one whole doubt would be a hung jury would be hung.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 1:13:35[SPEAKER_14]: And then we wouldn't have an answer.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_11]: We wouldn't have an answer.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_11]: Whatever it is, they all agreed and there's no way one person on that all white and Asian jury did not say guilty.
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_14]: The look at, uh, pop in the volume here.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_14]: This, this looks like it's going to come to blows here in a second.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_08]: It's been a question about what happened.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_08]: In other words, he's never denied, in fact, he had admitted that he did stab the young man, Austin Metcalf.
- 1:13:59[SPEAKER_08]: That's not the question.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_08]: The question is, was it murder in the state of Texas?
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_08]: You have to prove intent that he intend to kill or cause, you should have about the amount of life that was in fact.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:14:10[SPEAKER_11]: That is a very open and shut.
- 1:14:13[SPEAKER_13]: It does suggest pre-meditation.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_13]: I think realistically, if it was a slash injury to Austin Metcalf, they could have argued manslaughter that he was just slashing, and he ended up bleeding out with a stab, yeah.
- 1:14:25[SPEAKER_13]: He was not going to lay with him.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_25]: as a lesser charge to first-degree murder.
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_25]: Obviously, manslaughter is a reckless killing.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_25]: Meanwhile, murder includes the intent that this was deliberate, that he intended to do this.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_25]: So that is the question here.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_14]: Now, Dan, as we're waiting to his verdicts here, the sentence comes later, right?
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_14]: They're not going to send it some grats here.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I'm okay.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_14]: So...
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_14]: As this is going on, I read off the list earlier at the top of the show.
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_14]: Murderer you're looking at 2 to 20?
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_14]: Not to manslaughter, I'm sorry.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_14]: manslaughter you're looking at 2 to 20.
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_14]: Murderer you're looking at 25 to life.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_14]: And then obviously not guilty.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_14]: It's not guilty, but there's no fucking way that happened in a verdict this quick.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_11]: No, a quick verdict and a murder trial is always bad news for the defense.
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_14]: always.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_14]: So I think they know, and I also think, part of me, this is the room we're going around online, because I'm reading on the comments here.
- 1:15:28[SPEAKER_14]: Again, part of that part of me is thinking if they ended this quick, they're hoping for a lesser charge rather than drag this out.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, I don't think that's in their power at this point.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_11]: They had the opportunity to make a plea deal.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_14]: I'm sure they did, right?
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_14]: I think that had to have been on the table for months at this point.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_14]: Very, very swift verdict has been reached.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_14]: Jesus Christ.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_14]: some orders are going fucking knots here and yeah it could be sometime before they actually announce ah let me see see if they have an answer here yeah we'll see if it leaks well usually they'll announce a time of like all right we'll be back at two 15 and and say what it is here let me see if I can find it on the old Google machine do it
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_14]: real quick is that I'm real curious about he with the amphitheute to uh Carmelo Anthony and again not the basketball player out there he was the wonderful person yeah Google AI is saying that he got manslaughter that he got so it's it's done guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_13]: Where the fuck is we at where is that at when I looked up Carmelo Anthony verdict on Google the AI overview said that he's guilty of manslaughter so that that could be wrong And yeah, you could just be AI thinking it's right.
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
- 1:17:10[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I still not there.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, it's observed absorbing everything in 60% of its fucking wrong for Chris six
- 1:17:20[SPEAKER_14]: So at 145 p.m., as of 16 minutes ago, officials announced a verdict has been reached in the case to give you a time period for those of you guys that are listening at home on the audio show.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_14]: Jerry deliberations started at 10.53 a.m.
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_14]: So you're looking at,
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_11]: Under three hours.
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_11]: Chatsing 305 Eastern's that's two minutes from now.
- 1:17:46[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:17:47[SPEAKER_11]: We'll have we'll have the answer if it's not two minutes from now.
- 1:17:49[SPEAKER_11]: I'm going to Assault both of you.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_14]: I know which one's first.
- 1:17:55[SPEAKER_11]: I know both of these people personally who said it.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_11]: What I'm going to shake him nickel.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_11]: He was just on the show a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_11]: We'll kill Jacob.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, no.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_14]: He helped move to our studio.
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_14]: Dude.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_14]: We can't kill.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_13]: We got to save him.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_13]: We might be helpful from him again.
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_14]: But yeah, so if you're looking at the timeline here and this is keep in mind this is central because we're on east coast time now.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_14]: So you were at two hours and 51 minutes exactly.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_14]: That's how long this should be deliberated.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_14]: That is the shortest I've heard in for a full fucking five profile case in a very long time.
- 1:18:31[SPEAKER_11]: I remember OJ is being quit.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, the new black Panther party is there.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_14]: No way.
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_14]: They had a no one.
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_14]: It's Tom Hanks there.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_14]: We should send him dressed up as gum.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_14]: Sorry, I ruined your black pen at the party.
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_14]: I think that would be awesome, dude.
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_14]: And we dress up Robin Wright pen to be a fucking AIDS-ridden Kant.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_14]: And she just kind of fucking goes traips and through the water over there.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_03]: Four is, four is the V. I got a baby at AIDS and you're rich.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_03]: Can I have help?
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_13]: That's why they had to clean up that reflecting pool.
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, okay.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_13]: Because it was AIDS, okay.
- 1:19:08[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 1:19:09[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, okay.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_14]: I think I ate some, I think I ate some of your massive chips.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_14]: I'm so sorry, Jenny.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't know they were doing any more black panthers after Chadwood Boseman died.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, they are.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_14]: They turned it to it's chick, by the way.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, it was really bad.
- 1:19:26[SPEAKER_14]: It was called black chick panther, panther said didn't do well, surprisingly didn't do well.
- 1:19:33[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, it was shocking that it didn't do well.
- 1:19:35[SPEAKER_14]: Well, so the 305 is when they're going to announce this year, so we're heading into it.
- 1:19:41[SPEAKER_14]: I wonder if they're going to go live inside the courtroom.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_14]: Has there been cameras inside the courtroom for this case, or just reports afterwards?
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_13]: I haven't seen any footage from it.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_13]: I think that's closed courtroom.
- 1:19:50[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_14]: Um, well.
- 1:19:55[SPEAKER_14]: Is this all right.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_14]: Let me ask the question that I asked this about fucking Ireland earlier.
- 1:20:00[SPEAKER_14]: Coup.
- 1:20:00[SPEAKER_14]: Is this something that people fucking write on across America?
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_14]: Like, what do you?
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_13]: over Carmelo Anthony?
- 1:20:05[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:20:06[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, anything aside from not guilty verdict, there's going to be riots for it.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_13]: You think so?
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_13]: Absolutely.
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_13]: 100%.
- 1:20:12[SPEAKER_14]: I just think in a case like this, which is so fucking egregious, there's no way.
- 1:20:17[SPEAKER_14]: What about you?
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, I mean.
- 1:20:19[SPEAKER_14]: Look, it's tough to say any more.
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, she's just Christ.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_14]: They burned down the city for the next last night, like so.
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I don't think it's going to be like another summer of love or anything like that.
- 1:20:27[SPEAKER_13]: It's not going to match the George Floyd riots, but there's definitely going to be unrest in the streets tonight.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:20:33[SPEAKER_14]: Um, man, this is in Friscoe.
- 1:20:35[SPEAKER_14]: Friscoe is in your Dallas.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_14]: Full disclosure, I've been in Friscoe a million times.
- 1:20:41[SPEAKER_14]: This is the most amount of black people I've ever seen in Friscoe.
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_14]: Best play.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_24]: I can tell you that it appears that we have a heightened police presence that I shown up within the past few seconds seems like they're trying to show.
- 1:21:00[SPEAKER_24]: It looks like at least seven or eight uniformed officers right off the side.
- 1:21:05[SPEAKER_13]: Fox playing the smooth gas or somebody with the blue.
- 1:21:08[SPEAKER_24]: You know, not sure to the entrance of the board.
- 1:21:11[SPEAKER_24]: See the front of everybody's running high.
- 1:21:13[SPEAKER_24]: Yeah, remember when we live in a studio, the studio was on the whole tour.
- 1:21:17[SPEAKER_24]: A member of the media.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_24]: That guy played the record group.
- 1:21:20[SPEAKER_24]: Well, this is a good play.
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_11]: Coop and Joel lived right around the corner.
- 1:21:22[SPEAKER_11]: I know.
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_11]: But remember he was playing, he played.
- 1:21:24[SPEAKER_11]: He played.
- 1:21:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, classical music to get the bombs away.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, that's 7-11.
- 1:21:28[SPEAKER_13]: That was literally like right on the other side of the fence.
- 1:21:31[SPEAKER_13]: Freely apart with the peaceful.
- 1:21:32[SPEAKER_14]: Joel and I were like, yeah, I wanted to get a tall boy one day and I go, hey dude, what's up with the music?
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_14]: She said a curiosity.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_14]: And, uh, and he goes, oh, so get these fucking people to come and know this to the shit.
- 1:21:42[SPEAKER_14]: And I was like, no, the fence, I'm calm and I wasn't even violent walking in here today.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_14]: I just, I really enjoy Moonlight Sonata.
- 1:21:49[SPEAKER_14]: Thank you, thank you very much.
- 1:21:50[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, that, that entire stretch of Old Torf is to this day still the sketchiest place that I've ever lived in.
- 1:21:56[SPEAKER_14]: It is, rapingly, bad.
- 1:21:58[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know how it is.
- 1:22:00[SPEAKER_11]: What's going on?
- 1:22:00[SPEAKER_08]: Here we go.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_08]: And now we're coming to this heightened emotional eatable cold noise.
- 1:22:05[SPEAKER_08]: He's got at least to the gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky gilky g
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_25]: So we're going to bring you the details as soon as we find out what they have reached, but I think we should probably reset if you're just joining us right now as to what is going on right now.
- 1:22:31[SPEAKER_25]: The jury started deliberating at 10.52 this morning.
- 1:22:36[SPEAKER_25]: and at 205 they have now reached a verdict.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_25]: You're waiting for that verdict to be announced 207 right now.
- 1:22:42[SPEAKER_25]: These things sometimes take some time.
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_25]: And things have certainly escalated outside of the Colin County courthouse.
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_25]: You can see law enforcement out there trying to, you know,
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_25]: keep everything calm trying to get people away.
- 1:22:56[SPEAKER_25]: It looks like from the steps of the courthouse but tensions are rising at one point we saw two people very close to each other exchanging some words and we could hear yelling.
- 1:23:09[SPEAKER_25]: Earlier when when we were on the noon show Alex Boyet was outside of the courthouse and he was saying that you know he saw prayers circles at one point I think we were hearing someone chanting in the background.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_25]: and speaking, and so things have suddenly started in the last year.
- 1:23:24[SPEAKER_25]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:26[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:27[SPEAKER_25]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:29[SPEAKER_25]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_25]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:31[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:33[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:35[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:38[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:39[SPEAKER_11]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:41[SPEAKER_14]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:42[SPEAKER_14]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:43[SPEAKER_14]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_14]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:48[SPEAKER_14]: I think he's still in the last year.
- 1:23:49[SPEAKER_14]: I
- 1:23:50[SPEAKER_11]: Adam Shefter says it's more likely than not that Aaron Doll is coming out of her time or to play for the rain.
- 1:23:56[SPEAKER_11]: It would be the greatest thing of all the time.
- 1:23:58[SPEAKER_14]: I'd be all in as a ramps fan, and I don't want to go to LA.
- 1:24:03[SPEAKER_14]: Ever, ever.
- 1:24:05[SPEAKER_14]: But I will watch that song every time.
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_11]: What's the date from the comfort of my own?
- 1:24:07[SPEAKER_11]: Can you imagine?
- 1:24:10[SPEAKER_11]: Aaron Donald.
- 1:24:10[SPEAKER_11]: Aaron Donald and fucking, uh, I guess I can't uh, Aaron Donald's young.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_14]: It's not like he's an old dude.
- 1:24:16[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, but him and Miles Garrett are the same.
- 1:24:18[SPEAKER_11]: Ripping people's faces off.
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_14]: It'd be the greatest duo ever.
- 1:24:22[SPEAKER_14]: for the greatest duo ever.
- 1:24:23[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, we're waiting for this now.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_14]: It should be out at any seconds.
- 1:24:27[SPEAKER_14]: In the meantime, I can give you a quick update here.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_14]: Artemis III, they have chosen.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_14]: This will serve as the ultimate test run for a person, excuse me, the four person, crew will fly around the Orient Spacecraft to meet and connect with the moonlanders.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_14]: And people are pitching that it's all dudes.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_14]: Let's go.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_14]: Let's go.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_14]: It's going on.
- 1:24:46[SPEAKER_14]: Somebody coming out of there.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_14]: Fort dudes are going to be on Artemis no chicks.
- 1:24:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean they figured that out with the Dipped-up situation last time I think they're like look we love you honey, but We're gonna get weird up here now.
- 1:24:58[SPEAKER_11]: You fucking blew up that toilet dude.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_14]: You think it was happening in that place?
- 1:25:01[SPEAKER_11]: I mean that kind of makes it seem like she fucked up the turlet doesn't it?
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_11]: Probably a tampon stitch.
- 1:25:05[SPEAKER_11]: No, no She's 60 years old.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_14]: No, she was young
- 1:25:10[SPEAKER_14]: She's pretty young.
- 1:25:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:25:12[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:25:13[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:25:14[SPEAKER_11]: Plug her up.
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_11]: Well.
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know how it works.
- 1:25:16[SPEAKER_14]: I'm not sure.
- 1:25:17[SPEAKER_14]: Does gravity pull your tampon out of your body?
- 1:25:20[SPEAKER_13]: No.
- 1:25:21[SPEAKER_13]: No.
- 1:25:22[SPEAKER_14]: Does it shove it up higher?
- 1:25:23[SPEAKER_13]: Well, if one of the other astronauts, like if they were in zero G and one of the other astronauts grabbed her by the hands and started spinning her in a circle, then yeah, I mean, you could paint the walls red that way.
- 1:25:31[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:25:33[SPEAKER_14]: I think that would be fun.
- 1:25:34[SPEAKER_14]: I don't think so.
- 1:25:35[SPEAKER_14]: I don't think so.
- 1:25:39[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, yeah, if he said it, then it is true.
- 1:25:41[SPEAKER_14]: Well, he's been on our show.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_14]: And everything he said was true, and that's there.
- 1:25:45[SPEAKER_14]: There's aliens.
- 1:25:46[SPEAKER_14]: They are rapable.
- 1:25:49[SPEAKER_14]: Now that part, I don't remember if you said it, if you didn't, I'm in a little waning on that one.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember if he said that.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not sure.
- 1:25:55[SPEAKER_14]: It sounds like something to say.
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_03]: The aliens are rapable.
- 1:25:59[SPEAKER_14]: That'll be what's what's going on.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, we watched what we got here.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_14]: Look, blue.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_14]: So we got this is an Artemis announcement.
- 1:26:05[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know if I'll talk about it.
- 1:26:06[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, go back to the murder trial.
- 1:26:08[SPEAKER_14]: I'm trying to fill here.
- 1:26:09[SPEAKER_14]: You've already had the work on the show today.
- 1:26:12[SPEAKER_14]: I'm trying to fill here, brother.
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_14]: And we're here as verdicts.
- 1:26:15[SPEAKER_25]: We do this.
- 1:26:15[SPEAKER_25]: What happened here?
- 1:26:17[SPEAKER_25]: That is what the jury is going to have to decide on.
- 1:26:19[SPEAKER_25]: Or was this a case of manslaughter?
- 1:26:20[SPEAKER_25]: As we just mentioned, the lesser charge that was presented this morning to the jury that they could also consider.
- 1:26:26[SPEAKER_08]: And in a case like this, we talk about Bill Worsky waving his opening opportunity in closing arguments that was strategic move.
- 1:26:36[SPEAKER_08]: prosecutors because the burden of proof is on the state.
- 1:26:39[SPEAKER_08]: They get to open the defense makes its close and then they get to rebut that to have the last word.
- 1:26:44[SPEAKER_08]: He wanted to stack all of his time.
- 1:26:46[SPEAKER_08]: So he deferred, if you will, will hold arms and reserve it in weight.
- 1:26:50[SPEAKER_08]: So he could have this powerful and emotional planned clothes, which is what he did.
- 1:26:55[SPEAKER_08]: That's what he did.
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_08]: That's what
- 1:26:57[SPEAKER_08]: an attorney is supposed to do to try to press their claim to the jurors and the last voice you hear, maybe the last impression.
- 1:27:06[SPEAKER_08]: And so we'll have to see what this jury decides.
- 1:27:10[SPEAKER_08]: One of the interesting things, and I think we've talked about it a little bit on our air, is that Bill Worsky and Toby Schoock
- 1:27:16[SPEAKER_08]: have worked together with some of the biggest cases and they were both prosecutors in the same time at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_08]: Some of the most historic cases in North Texas, they worked on them together, even as special prosecutors for a case down in Kaufman County, where an assistant district attorney was assassinated.
- 1:27:35[SPEAKER_08]: And now they, on another historic case, are at opposite tables in the court.
- 1:27:40[SPEAKER_25]: And we will see how, you know, how the jury decides what decision they have come to.
- 1:27:46[SPEAKER_25]: We are waiting for them to announce the cover on the phone right now.
- 1:27:49[SPEAKER_14]: What I'm reading kind of in the background here on Twitter is that they are trying to get more police in the area before they do announce that.
- 1:27:57[SPEAKER_14]: That means guilty, I agree, because white people don't riot.
- 1:28:02[SPEAKER_14]: And Dan, I'll ask you this personally, I mean, you know that side of the biz a lot better than I do.
- 1:28:09[SPEAKER_14]: Do they often call a head in advance and say, hey, man, we need more people because we're expecting X, does it verdict?
- 1:28:15[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_14]: There's a midget there too.
- 1:28:18[SPEAKER_14]: Man, whenever a midget's in the crowd, it freaks me the fuck out.
- 1:28:22[SPEAKER_11]: You gotta be worried about somebody picking that little bastard up and throwing them into the question.
- 1:28:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 1:28:26[SPEAKER_14]: And what's gonna happen there, dude?
- 1:28:28[SPEAKER_14]: You toss a midget, that whole place is gonna go up like a goddamn fucking matchbox.
- 1:28:33[SPEAKER_11]: A midget is basically a projectile weapon.
- 1:28:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yep, and a riot.
- 1:28:36[SPEAKER_11]: Sure, I don't see they should be allowed in public.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_14]: I mean, we're still, okay, here's a pair of stills.
- 1:28:44[SPEAKER_14]: Go out and walk around, go grocery shopping at night.
- 1:28:46[SPEAKER_14]: Let's kind of make this minimal, all right?
- 1:28:49[SPEAKER_14]: Pun intended.
- 1:28:51[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
- 1:28:51[SPEAKER_14]: If you were listening to Sunday Night Black DJs, by the way, we were doing a test run for all the equipment in here, and that's when we're all got shut up.
- 1:28:59[SPEAKER_14]: I've gotten a lot of DMs, coupe of like, hey, can you guys do that every Sunday night?
- 1:29:02[SPEAKER_14]: I know it was just like, I don't understand.
- 1:29:04[SPEAKER_14]: We just sat down and did it that night.
- 1:29:06[SPEAKER_14]: There was no thought whatsoever that went into that, and it doesn't exist anywhere anymore.
- 1:29:12[SPEAKER_13]: We'd be hard pressed to find a platform that would let us get away with that on our TV bases.
- 1:29:17[SPEAKER_13]: should make our own.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_14]: We needed to test all the cameras and the clips and all the things and everything before we went live on Monday and it was like, how do you want to do that?
- 1:29:24[SPEAKER_14]: And I was like, uh, because my book you think was pre-recorded by the way.
- 1:29:28[SPEAKER_14]: So we, there wasn't live and I was like, all right, uh, let's just turn on the cameras and I'll fucking figure out something.
- 1:29:33[SPEAKER_14]: And, uh,
- 1:29:34[SPEAKER_14]: She got wild, really fucking wild.
- 1:29:37[SPEAKER_14]: And what I didn't know, apparently, from the DMs, was that listeners were getting cut back in, after YouTube was cutting off clips.
- 1:29:46[SPEAKER_14]: So it was copyright, and then we'd come back in in the middle of some fucked up story, and they were just like, what is going on here, dude?
- 1:29:53[SPEAKER_14]: All right, they're setting up barricades.
- 1:29:55[SPEAKER_08]: This is getting pretty far out now.
- 1:29:59[SPEAKER_08]: I agree with you, some of the call was made here.
- 1:30:04[SPEAKER_08]: for Austin Metcalf's twin, I don't know that they felt like they needed to bring that emotional wound to the surface, to press their claim, and prove their point to jurors.
- 1:30:17[SPEAKER_08]: Through video, through tearful testimony of many of the 21 witnesses, I think folks really of that moment.
- 1:30:25[SPEAKER_08]: We heard about how they were trying to do the chess compressions, and we heard all of that I think they felt we don't need to
- 1:30:33[SPEAKER_08]: bring him back through that and let him live through that moment.
- 1:30:35[SPEAKER_08]: Remember the family members as the medical examiner talked, as some of that testimony went forth, the family members of Medcap left the court room.
- 1:30:43[SPEAKER_08]: So, no need to put him through that trauma in front of the jury.
- 1:30:47[SPEAKER_08]: I think they felt they were okay without that.
- 1:30:49[SPEAKER_08]: And I think the defense felt the same thing.
- 1:30:52[SPEAKER_08]: If they were okay without Carmelo Anthony taking the stand.
- 1:30:54[SPEAKER_25]: And for people who are watching and maybe wondering too, the prosecution called 21 witnesses, initially I believe 35 witnesses were expected and the defense called a handful of witnesses.
- 1:31:06[SPEAKER_25]: I think I've heard from different legal experts that the defense really doesn't even have to call witnesses in this case.
- 1:31:12[SPEAKER_25]: It all this falls on the prosecution side in terms of
- 1:31:15[SPEAKER_25]: trying to prove that he is guilty.
- 1:31:17[SPEAKER_25]: So that is why you know if you think oh there's a disparity why were there 21 witnesses on one side and a handful of witnesses on the other side.
- 1:31:25[SPEAKER_25]: That is probably why you see a higher number on the prosecutor side.
- 1:31:29[SPEAKER_08]: Well, sometimes less is better.
- 1:31:32[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, we believe the jurors are back in the courtroom according to the families that are in the courtroom.
- 1:31:38[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:31:39[SPEAKER_08]: the judge is not yet on the bench the families are now back in the court room and you know time is very flexible we there's something in Texas called legal time lawyer time and it was a station fox for local big boom and down and yeah going to be a moment for these jurors
- 1:32:02[SPEAKER_08]: They've been told that it's completely unprepared for this tonight.
- 1:32:04[SPEAKER_08]: It's a supercharged case.
- 1:32:06[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe they had a podcast set up in there, too.
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_14]: That's like, just one table and two fucking giant microphone.
- 1:32:12[SPEAKER_10]: The news is basically a podcast if you think about it.
- 1:32:14[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, really is.
- 1:32:15[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, that's why it's, uh, I think it's a depends on what you mean by the word is.
- 1:32:26[SPEAKER_10]: Have you seen this like the virtual sets that some of the new stations have?
- 1:32:31[SPEAKER_10]: It's like they just have a greenscreen and that's pretty good.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:32:35[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:32:35[SPEAKER_10]: That's crazy.
- 1:32:36[SPEAKER_14]: I did a shit.
- 1:32:37[SPEAKER_14]: I didn't interview years ago.
- 1:32:38[SPEAKER_14]: I'm Wilmingson down here.
- 1:32:39[SPEAKER_14]: And that's what it was.
- 1:32:40[SPEAKER_14]: WWE AY has that.
- 1:32:42[SPEAKER_14]: All right.
- 1:32:42[SPEAKER_14]: The giant greenscreen back there.
- 1:32:44[SPEAKER_14]: And I was like, okay, cool.
- 1:32:46[SPEAKER_14]: But they had camera equipment, which is super fucking old.
- 1:32:50[SPEAKER_14]: And then they were greenscreen and everything.
- 1:32:52[SPEAKER_14]: But whenever I moved like my hands are shit, like it would be all blurry, you know, it's like, okay, cool.
- 1:32:57[SPEAKER_14]: Kind of lame.
- 1:32:58[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, you got to keep your fingers together.
- 1:33:00[SPEAKER_10]: And that's it, they're like, no, your hair has to be really slick.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_10]: Yep, yeah.
- 1:33:05[SPEAKER_14]: And mine was not, it was not a control.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_14]: I was out of control that day, and it was live.
- 1:33:09[SPEAKER_14]: I, home lame.
- 1:33:11[SPEAKER_14]: Whenever I get to go online, those are my favorite things.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_14]: They can't stop me.
- 1:33:14[SPEAKER_10]: I think they have like robotic cameras now, too.
- 1:33:17[SPEAKER_10]: Like, it's just all really, yeah, it's crazy, man.
- 1:33:21[SPEAKER_14]: their prompters are always going out to.
- 1:33:24[SPEAKER_14]: I saw home girls prompt her go out and I was just like don't worry about it.
- 1:33:27[SPEAKER_14]: I got this.
- 1:33:28[SPEAKER_14]: I don't need to do one.
- 1:33:29[SPEAKER_11]: I'm going to make some pretty nice slide or that you can program now.
- 1:33:32[SPEAKER_11]: Like if you're on a fixed set, you can put.
- 1:33:37[SPEAKER_11]: your singles, like this, and then even a wide establishing, but you can put the wide establishing on a either-it-l-shaped or a flat slider and program it to go to certain points.
- 1:33:52[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if the people that are using it for cooking shows and show like that.
- 1:33:59[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, and if you're, by the way, going back and forth from social media, there hasn't been no verdict reached, by the way.
- 1:34:07[SPEAKER_14]: this is going down, this is going down, nothing has been reached yet.
- 1:34:12[SPEAKER_14]: And it appears if the blockade they're setting up or getting further away from the courthouse.
- 1:34:18[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, that's what you do.
- 1:34:19[SPEAKER_11]: Is it a great standoff, okay?
- 1:34:21[SPEAKER_11]: Like you'll set up a single set of barricades right there in front of the police, then they'll come in with a new crew, shows up with more gear, probably.
- 1:34:29[SPEAKER_11]: They'll push them back farther.
- 1:34:36[SPEAKER_11]: All right, usually how that goes.
- 1:34:41[SPEAKER_14]: Fuckin' any dude.
- 1:34:44[SPEAKER_25]: who went to school with both students.
- 1:34:45[SPEAKER_25]: It's got to be very emotional for them as well to be a part of this and to witness all this play out.
- 1:34:52[SPEAKER_25]: So we will see what the jury has decided momentarily.
- 1:34:58[SPEAKER_25]: Again, we were expecting for that decision to be announced at 205.
- 1:35:02[SPEAKER_25]: It is 220 right now.
- 1:35:03[SPEAKER_25]: So they're a little bit late, right?
- 1:35:05[SPEAKER_25]: It's a little bit of 15 minutes behind schedule, but I think that sometimes happens in these kinds of cases.
- 1:35:12[SPEAKER_08]: Right, and so we really not late if we thought it would come at two or five if you come at any time now We know it's coming.
- 1:35:18[SPEAKER_08]: You're a lot coming family.
- 1:35:20[SPEAKER_08]: You have that to the beach.
- 1:35:21[SPEAKER_11]: Why is it that Dallas Which is probably like 20% black maybe has two black news people and they're both talking like white people You know Jasmine Crackett was out of there too, which was shocking
- 1:35:35[SPEAKER_14]: for real.
- 1:35:36[SPEAKER_14]: But she also talked white before she got the job.
- 1:35:39[SPEAKER_14]: We've played those clips on the show numerous times here.
- 1:35:42[SPEAKER_11]: That's like 23% of Dallas's black, but both news hosts are black, and they both talk like white people.
- 1:35:48[SPEAKER_14]: And the Congress woman just talked like a white person.
- 1:35:51[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:35:51[SPEAKER_14]: So she got in there and she was like, so did that do it in Tennessee though.
- 1:35:55[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, you're right.
- 1:35:56[SPEAKER_14]: Fucking a dude.
- 1:35:57[SPEAKER_11]: I'm just doing it and I'm, it's like the transition of two-pock.
- 1:36:03[SPEAKER_11]: Justin would get this shit kicked out of him and real life.
- 1:36:07[SPEAKER_14]: If any of those guys actually decided to get up, but we're all waiting for this guilty is trending right now.
- 1:36:18[SPEAKER_14]: None of this is confirmed.
- 1:36:21[SPEAKER_14]: None of this is confirmed yet, but the Artemis thing is hilarious.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_14]: Maybe they'll butt fuck up there.
- 1:36:30[SPEAKER_14]: You know?
- 1:36:31[SPEAKER_11]: I think they should start testing it.
- 1:36:34[SPEAKER_11]: If we're gonna get serious about becoming an interplanetary species.
- 1:36:39[SPEAKER_14]: Has there ever been a male butt sex in space?
- 1:36:42[SPEAKER_14]: I doubt it.
- 1:36:43[SPEAKER_14]: Come on.
- 1:36:45[SPEAKER_14]: It used to be just dudes.
- 1:36:46[SPEAKER_14]: You're talking about the Russians and butt fuck each other up there?
- 1:36:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, maybe.
- 1:36:51[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:36:53[SPEAKER_14]: I think maybe one BF went down.
- 1:36:57[SPEAKER_14]: One head went in, somebody's fucking butt cheeks.
- 1:37:00[SPEAKER_14]: I'm not saying anything happened.
- 1:37:03[SPEAKER_14]: Like a ejaculation wise when I was saying it was, at least pressed in there for a little bit to see.
- 1:37:08[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, we're doing something wrong.
- 1:37:10[SPEAKER_03]: Are we doing this as science?
- 1:37:12[SPEAKER_03]: Science.
- 1:37:13[SPEAKER_14]: And I don't have any answers right now.
- 1:37:14[SPEAKER_14]: I don't have the answer, that's it right now.
- 1:37:19[SPEAKER_14]: And we haven't had the verdict to read yet.
- 1:37:21[SPEAKER_14]: So again, whatever you're reading on social media is not in,
- 1:37:26[SPEAKER_14]: um... just that the verdicts has been made extremely fucking quickly here uh... uh... anything other than the fucking life would be not serious uh... now people are starting to really come in line up here uh... press there were some people who asked the question of why did he bring a knife to a track meat uh... and there were some more details that were brought out about that knife
- 1:37:56[SPEAKER_08]: So let me interject this, Lori Brown is in the court room and she is able to send out messages.
- 1:38:02[SPEAKER_08]: And she is saying to us now that the attorneys are talking to the family members.
- 1:38:06[SPEAKER_08]: And she believes that the attorneys are preparing the family members of, you know, the victim's families, the defendant's families, not to react to whatever that verdict might be.
- 1:38:17[SPEAKER_08]: Judges don't like
- 1:38:19[SPEAKER_08]: outburst emotional outbursts in the courtroom and it's important that family's trying to say.
- 1:38:24[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, my face right now.
- 1:38:25[SPEAKER_08]: It's not easy, but that's probably what's happening now.
- 1:38:27[SPEAKER_08]: And she says Carmelo Anthony she believes has his head down.
- 1:38:31[SPEAKER_08]: She can't see his face.
- 1:38:32[SPEAKER_08]: He's looking down.
- 1:38:33[SPEAKER_08]: You might imagine again, as I mentioned, sweaty palms are just racing, breath this short mom's face because
- 1:38:42[SPEAKER_25]: It's a heart pounding moment and kind of in limbo waiting to find out what needs the heart is.
- 1:38:47[SPEAKER_25]: It looks like we have someone joining us on Zoom, Russell Wilson.
- 1:38:51[SPEAKER_25]: Russell, thank you for joining us here.
- 1:38:52[SPEAKER_25]: We are waiting for that verdict to be announced.
- 1:38:56[SPEAKER_25]: What do you think?
- 1:38:58[SPEAKER_25]: Well, what do you make of the fact that I mean the jury has been deliberating for deliberated rather for three hours, so they reached a decision just before two o'clock just in your experience.
- 1:39:08[SPEAKER_25]: I mean, what do you make of them coming to this decision fairly soon?
- 1:39:13[SPEAKER_15]: You know, I think, yeah, it would be consistent with they're not being much disagreement among the 12 jurors.
- 1:39:23[SPEAKER_15]: So, you know, it wouldn't necessarily take very long to resolve those disagreements.
- 1:39:31[SPEAKER_15]: And so I think it was really kind of a narrow issue if you will.
- 1:39:35[SPEAKER_15]: It wasn't really a doubt about, you know, who done it and how it happened,
- 1:39:42[SPEAKER_15]: And so perhaps based off of what they heard, jurors had a strong feeling one way or another, and eventually that came to a unanimous verdict.
- 1:39:57[SPEAKER_15]: Russell, it's Sean.
- 1:39:59[SPEAKER_08]: Let's go in on what the two narrow really questions are narrow, narrow questions.
- 1:40:07[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I think one of them would have been that they believe this was murder or manslaughter, and then if they did believe that it was either one of those crimes that they believed that it was justified, and that viewed from the standpoint of Carmella Anthony, and they had
- 1:40:31[SPEAKER_15]: throughout the trial, extensive testimony, regarding really an incident that took place very quickly in a matter of seconds.
- 1:40:41[SPEAKER_15]: And so when they're sitting there as jurors, even though they're not deliberating, they themselves are forming at least individual opinions regarding the evidence.
- 1:40:51[SPEAKER_15]: And so the first time that you actually deliberate as a whole,
- 1:40:56[SPEAKER_15]: is in a jury deliberations, but when you're sitting there through a trial and you hear testimony, it has to cause you to form an opinion or some thought one way or another, and so you're trying to keep your mind open as to things.
- 1:41:13[SPEAKER_15]: What the fuck do you usually do?
- 1:41:14[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know if you're looking on another feed.
- 1:41:16[SPEAKER_14]: Go to your Twitter, DMs, and we'll go to that feed.
- 1:41:21[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know what's happening here.
- 1:41:23[SPEAKER_14]: This is like a public access station, but they're just calling like relatives and having them on air and just saying.
- 1:41:29[SPEAKER_11]: This is Dougie.
- 1:41:30[SPEAKER_14]: Hey, Dougie, are you free?
- 1:41:33[SPEAKER_14]: Can you pick up the phone?
- 1:41:36[SPEAKER_14]: I did.
- 1:41:37[SPEAKER_15]: That is about a verdict.
- 1:41:39[SPEAKER_15]: That's about a car iteration.
- 1:41:40[SPEAKER_15]: It's good to have.
- 1:41:41[SPEAKER_15]: Even though this is.
- 1:41:42[SPEAKER_04]: It's been out here.
- 1:41:43[SPEAKER_04]: So it's not because it's always that boring.
- 1:41:45[SPEAKER_04]: You know what's going to happen?
- 1:41:46[SPEAKER_04]: There have been some people.
- 1:41:49[SPEAKER_04]: seeing to be trying to stir things up, but I saw a lot of restraint, even when a lot of things were being yelled and a lot of really horrible things were being yelled, there was a lot of restraint on both sides that kept it from turning physical.
- 1:42:05[SPEAKER_04]: And so that is my hope.
- 1:42:07[SPEAKER_04]: I know that somebody's going to be disappointed.
- 1:42:10[SPEAKER_04]: with whatever the verdict is.
- 1:42:11[SPEAKER_04]: So we have people here, really hoping for different outcomes.
- 1:42:16[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody's going to be disappointed, but I'm, you know, awfully hopeful that it will remain peaceful.
- 1:42:24[SPEAKER_16]: We're just hearing, I'm listening, Andrea, but we're getting some live-up to you right now.
- 1:42:29[SPEAKER_16]: Just some notes, we're hearing that for the first time Hunter Metcalf is in the courtroom.
- 1:42:34[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know if you're seeing that as well.
- 1:42:36[SPEAKER_16]: And that's important to note, right, because Hunter Metcalf, you know, had been there throughout.
- 1:42:45[SPEAKER_04]: I think this is the first time that he's being spotted in the courtroom.
- 1:42:50[SPEAKER_04]: We've heard his name a lot.
- 1:42:51[SPEAKER_04]: This is the victim of the Metcaps twin brother Hunter.
- 1:42:55[SPEAKER_04]: We've got for testimony about him being there when his brother
- 1:43:01[SPEAKER_04]: We have heard about his reaction, very emotional reaction, and from the people who fight comforting him after this occurred, but we haven't seen him before, but obviously he's showing up, and this is, only in all of the times, while testimony is taking place, some of the witnesses won't sit there and listen, you know, some people from the family will
- 1:43:28[SPEAKER_04]: You know, very disturbing testimony, you're very disturbing images, but often for the verdict is finally really see everybody want to be there.
- 1:43:35[SPEAKER_04]: A drill, we're getting more that this is the first time that we're seeing them.
- 1:43:38[SPEAKER_16]: The jury's walking in by the jury is walking in right now, which means that the verdict, as soon as they sit down, we're going to hear what this verdict is.
- 1:43:46[SPEAKER_16]: So we're literally literally.
- 1:43:49[SPEAKER_11]: So that's what you've been lying about the time.
- 1:43:52[SPEAKER_11]: He's like that black man.
- 1:43:54[SPEAKER_16]: If you hear it first, you interrupt me if I hear it.
- 1:43:57[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, if you interrupt me I'll fuck you up.
- 1:44:00[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, he can't hear it.
- 1:44:02[SPEAKER_14]: I can't hear us that's the weird thing Who you gotta get to set up right dude?
- 1:44:06[SPEAKER_14]: They've gotta be able to hear us to the television screen.
- 1:44:09[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:44:09[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I'll see what I can do to let you guys be able to yell back at the anchors Thank you, and but I want them to hear us, okay?
- 1:44:16[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I'll all make some calls.
- 1:44:17[SPEAKER_11]: I think they should be able to smell us
- 1:44:20[SPEAKER_11]: Because my, I have very powerful, fair amount, especially when I'm angry.
- 1:44:23[SPEAKER_11]: Do you really?
- 1:44:24[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:44:24[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:44:25[SPEAKER_11]: No.
- 1:44:25[SPEAKER_11]: It lets everyone in the area know that danger is a foot.
- 1:44:29[SPEAKER_14]: Jerry is walking in here.
- 1:44:35[SPEAKER_04]: if it's not guilty on murder, then it would come down to Man's Flotter, it's not guilty on both.
- 1:44:39[SPEAKER_04]: Again, that's an acquittal, that's the end of the story.
- 1:44:43[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, we're going to hear that here in a second.
- 1:44:45[SPEAKER_16]: We also know that the judge had given orders that if this verdict were to come in before four o'clock, this would move immediately into the sentencing phase.
- 1:44:53[SPEAKER_16]: I hope you anticipate that will play out.
- 1:44:55[SPEAKER_16]: Well, you know, I guess will there be another break, another recess and then come back for that, or does that usually happen immediately?
- 1:45:04[SPEAKER_16]: And again, just leaning into your experience.
- 1:45:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I would say generally there's a break.
- 1:45:11[SPEAKER_04]: This judge happens to be one that keeps things moving quite quickly, so I'm afraid to really even try to protect what he's going to do.
- 1:45:18[SPEAKER_04]: But we were warned that we would essentially go right into the sentence saying it will be the same jury that determines
- 1:45:31[SPEAKER_04]: had the option of having the Dutch determine the sentence or the jury he opted for the jury.
- 1:45:37[SPEAKER_04]: So at this point, both sides will once again have the option to present witnesses.
- 1:45:42[SPEAKER_04]: Again, if this is a conviction, if from L. Anthony's now guilty, the defense would be able to present evidence of sort of mitigating circumstances.
- 1:45:52[SPEAKER_04]: Why the jury should give him five years, as opposed to 99 years.
- 1:45:57[SPEAKER_04]: So we could hear some testimony or not.
- 1:45:59[SPEAKER_04]: In some cases the sentencing phase really is just another round of arguments Other round of closing arguments from our side.
- 1:46:08[SPEAKER_16]: We have seen that.
- 1:46:10[SPEAKER_04]: It could go either way.
- 1:46:11[SPEAKER_04]: Those are the options.
- 1:46:13[SPEAKER_14]: But we're going to be, we're going to keep an eye on that as I don't think I've ever heard of sentencing happening on the same day, instead of it's before 4 o'clock, which we're 3 30 PM here on the East Coast.
- 1:46:24[SPEAKER_14]: So it's 2 30 PM there that they would do sentencing immediately afterwards.
- 1:46:27[SPEAKER_14]: I have never heard of that in my life.
- 1:46:30[SPEAKER_14]: Bye.
- 1:46:31[SPEAKER_14]: if it's that open and shut I guess what is it fucking matter at this point.
- 1:46:35[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:46:36[SPEAKER_14]: All right.
- 1:46:38[SPEAKER_14]: Turn the volume up here.
- 1:46:39[SPEAKER_16]: Same sense from from what we're seeing from the aerial video comment in the news sort of see an increased law enforcement presence there too.
- 1:46:47[SPEAKER_16]: Yes.
- 1:46:48[SPEAKER_16]: We've got to vote.
- 1:46:49[SPEAKER_16]: You're seeing the line for the coverage too.
- 1:46:55[SPEAKER_16]: Let's stand by here for a second, getting more than we may have a verdict.
- 1:46:58[SPEAKER_16]: So if you see it come through and drill, for folks who are joining us on the CBS News Texas stream and over the air, we are coming to you with breaking news within the Carmelo Anthony trial.
- 1:47:09[SPEAKER_16]: We understand that he verdict has already been announced for just getting the word to see what exactly that verdict is.
- 1:47:14[SPEAKER_16]: So please bear with us.
- 1:47:16[SPEAKER_16]: We've got in drill, we'll see you outside the courtroom.
- 1:47:18[SPEAKER_16]: JD miles inside and we're watching everything from back cream to studios as well.
- 1:47:22[SPEAKER_16]: At any moment, now we're expecting
- 1:47:23[SPEAKER_10]: Do you think the journalists have like guilty written out in a text of way to just say we go guilty guilty on murder guilty on murder.
- 1:47:32[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:47:34[SPEAKER_04]: So there we go.
- 1:47:36[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure if that is the the most severe the most severe of the charges again.
- 1:47:42[SPEAKER_04]: The options were murder and manslaughter or quit all.
- 1:47:45[SPEAKER_04]: We have a conviction of murder, which is obviously most of your from manslaughter.
- 1:47:50[SPEAKER_04]: the signals that we are going to go to sentencing and again the punishment range is lied to 99 years I'm going to step aside we're going to look at the front I know people up there were positions to be first to get the word but you're getting the word first since we have a direct connection to the courtroom and I'm just kind of watching to see what kind of reaction we're going to get from them
- 1:48:12[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, Andrea, you're right, because I don't know that the folks that have gathered out there have found out completely or so they're finding out now.
- 1:48:21[SPEAKER_16]: There seems to be some movement out there now.
- 1:48:22[SPEAKER_16]: Perhaps now they're finally getting word of this burden.
- 1:48:25[SPEAKER_16]: But if you're just joining us right now, Carmelo Anthony, 19 years of age has been found guilty by a court of law by a jury of his peers in for the charge of murder.
- 1:48:37[SPEAKER_16]: But the charge of murder related to the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf took place back in April of 2025 that he tracked me in Frisco.
- 1:48:46[SPEAKER_16]: And again, Andrea, it looks like folks are now.
- 1:48:50[SPEAKER_16]: We're getting images here, folks are just hearing this.
- 1:48:53[SPEAKER_16]: We're seeing what appears to be a two women crying on the ground right now.
- 1:49:01[SPEAKER_04]: You're definitely seeing the reaction to the word coming out.
- 1:49:04[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of the people that you're seeing.
- 1:49:06[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 1:49:30[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I'm sure we got to know it.
- 1:49:31[SPEAKER_16]: I'm starting to interrupt you.
- 1:49:32[SPEAKER_16]: We got to note that Carmella Anthony broke down inside the courtroom and his parents walked out soon after this happened.
- 1:49:40[SPEAKER_16]: So a lot going on inside that unfortunately we are not allowed to have a video cameras or reporting devices and some of your parents.
- 1:49:47[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, that's coming to us from a cruise.
- 1:49:49[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I mean, they're never going to see him again.
- 1:49:51[SPEAKER_16]: have access to a phone or computer telling us it's car.
- 1:49:54[SPEAKER_11]: By the way, you're in the world of weird parts of this case how they lived.
- 1:49:57[SPEAKER_11]: They were they didn't have jobs and they lived in like some eight hundred thousand dollars.
- 1:50:01[SPEAKER_14]: Well, some crazy shit like that.
- 1:50:02[SPEAKER_14]: Here's what happened.
- 1:50:03[SPEAKER_14]: There was a go fund me and he got one point two million dollars.
- 1:50:06[SPEAKER_14]: They took the money bought to the parents to bought to brand new Mercedes.
- 1:50:11[SPEAKER_14]: moved into a gated community because they said that they were being harassed, and the Mercedes, I guess, help them stop being harassed, like, I've never owned a Mercedes, so I don't know, but does it make you feel safer?
- 1:50:26[SPEAKER_14]: I guess maybe buying a brand new Mercedes for yourself, if you kid murder some assapose.
- 1:50:31[SPEAKER_14]: Okay.
- 1:50:31[SPEAKER_11]: Um, that the men and those people guys buy a Mercedes.
- 1:50:35[SPEAKER_11]: They did, yeah, they killed them.
- 1:50:36[SPEAKER_14]: They actually did.
- 1:50:37[SPEAKER_14]: Holy shit.
- 1:50:38[SPEAKER_14]: So yeah, okay.
- 1:50:39[SPEAKER_14]: Interesting.
- 1:50:41[SPEAKER_14]: So it turns out, if you are a guilty, you do buy a Mercedes really quick and then kind of figured out from there.
- 1:50:47[SPEAKER_14]: But again, I want to remind people, they said the sentencing in Dallas allegedly, if it happens before 4pm, they will come back and sentence this.
- 1:50:55[SPEAKER_14]: I'm curious to hear what that is.
- 1:50:57[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I don't know what the law is and that particular district.
- 1:51:03[SPEAKER_14]: I can't imagine it would be immediate, right?
- 1:51:07[SPEAKER_14]: What, you would probably hear some statements when we'd imagine?
- 1:51:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I mean, there would be a deliberation, the defense, and the prosecution can both call character witnesses, blah, blah, blah, blah, for the sentence?
- 1:51:19[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I think this sentencing will probably take a couple of days, but it'll be done by the end of the week.
- 1:51:23[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:51:25[SPEAKER_14]: Now, for him, he goes a jail immediately, right, that's it.
- 1:51:28[SPEAKER_14]: So, he's been incarcerated.
- 1:51:31[SPEAKER_14]: Well, he's been incarcerated, but he was let out.
- 1:51:34[SPEAKER_14]: So, he was living in that mansion with his parents for a while.
- 1:51:37[SPEAKER_14]: And he came back for trial.
- 1:51:40[SPEAKER_14]: So, what do they just cuff you in the room and then you're going, right?
- 1:51:42[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:51:43[SPEAKER_11]: Baila, please take him into custody.
- 1:51:45[SPEAKER_11]: Gotcha.
- 1:51:46[SPEAKER_14]: Gotcha.
- 1:51:47[SPEAKER_14]: Um, okay, well, there you have it's, uh, justice.
- 1:51:51[SPEAKER_14]: I'm not surprised by this.
- 1:51:54[SPEAKER_14]: I guess with the outpouring online, you wonder how the shit's gonna go today.
- 1:52:00[SPEAKER_14]: And this one turned out to be correct in my opinion.
- 1:52:03[SPEAKER_14]: I don't really know how anybody else could have seen this any other way.
- 1:52:06[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I guarantee you, his lawyer, Laura's gonna have a press conference tonight.
- 1:52:09[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:52:10[SPEAKER_14]: And say, hey, this was an all-white jury and blah, blah, blah.
- 1:52:13[SPEAKER_14]: This is racist and we put this young black man in jail.
- 1:52:19[SPEAKER_14]: Now, Coup, I'll keep an eye out tonight.
- 1:52:20[SPEAKER_14]: I don't know the news and all the other shit to see if,
- 1:52:25[SPEAKER_14]: There's riots or whatever, it doesn't appear right now, at least.
- 1:52:32[SPEAKER_14]: There's that many people going fucking crazy.
- 1:52:36[SPEAKER_14]: They all seem to be kind of dispersing and walking away from the courthouse as I'm viewing this live on TV.
- 1:52:44[SPEAKER_14]: You can flip up to that feed there, Luke, to that one.
- 1:52:46[SPEAKER_14]: Sure.
- 1:52:47[SPEAKER_14]: So this is well.
- 1:52:48[SPEAKER_16]: So the heat has been removed from the courtroom and again, as you mentioned, this was well before clock that this verdict came in, so I'm assuming all intentions right now.
- 1:52:59[SPEAKER_16]: are to pivot into that sentencing phase.
- 1:53:01[SPEAKER_16]: How long that could take?
- 1:53:02[SPEAKER_16]: We don't know at this point, right?
- 1:53:04[SPEAKER_16]: You said it could be.
- 1:53:05[SPEAKER_16]: It could be very short.
- 1:53:05[SPEAKER_16]: It could be something very quick.
- 1:53:07[SPEAKER_16]: Or it could be something where they begin with the testimony again and full on arguments.
- 1:53:12[SPEAKER_16]: Something that might potentially look like a whole other trial, but in fact, what it is is is the sentencing phase, right?
- 1:53:20[SPEAKER_16]: That's how that works.
- 1:53:23[SPEAKER_04]: Right, the fact that he's been taken out of the courtroom signals to me that they're probably going to take a a little bit of a break with this judge though those breaks have been short sometimes it's a 15-minute bathroom break or or something of that and They make a Game show tonight and then you know, you got to you got Stanley Cup game four on tonight Can't lose his games Yeah, so I think he's going to probably Go ahead and dump out
- 1:53:48[SPEAKER_11]: Come back in and maybe squeeze one out too, like fucking tug off, you got to release some of the pressure.
- 1:53:54[SPEAKER_14]: Is that what you do after a high profile case like this you go and jack off in the chambers?
- 1:53:58[SPEAKER_14]: Well, you don't know that he's masturbating.
- 1:54:00[SPEAKER_11]: He may have a war back there.
- 1:54:01[SPEAKER_11]: You think so?
- 1:54:02[SPEAKER_14]: This dollar, dollar, oh my, oh my, oh yeah, well, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my, oh my
- 1:54:18[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, so we'll see, but it's either way, shit.
- 1:54:23[SPEAKER_14]: Glad we caught this live today.
- 1:54:25[SPEAKER_14]: This is what you're fucking pay for in Patreon here.
- 1:54:27[SPEAKER_14]: Jesus Christ, man.
- 1:54:29[SPEAKER_14]: I was not expecting it to live.
- 1:54:30[SPEAKER_14]: I was, again, falling this kind of in the background as the show was going on.
- 1:54:33[SPEAKER_14]: I was not expecting a verdict this fast.
- 1:54:37[SPEAKER_14]: I was two hours in 50,
- 1:54:39[SPEAKER_14]: One minutes that they deliberated and came back with a murder guilty.
- 1:54:44[SPEAKER_14]: But then again, it seemed like the easiest case of all time.
- 1:54:47[SPEAKER_14]: And then it appears as if the defense just gave up at the end.
- 1:54:51[SPEAKER_14]: Hoping for, I guess, some form of lenient scene, maybe, in the sentence.
- 1:54:55[SPEAKER_14]: And drag this out?
- 1:54:56[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it's like pulling up with a fucking hamstring injury when you're losing a race.
- 1:55:00[SPEAKER_14]: Whoops.
- 1:55:00[SPEAKER_11]: OK. Yeah, I got to get the fuck out of here.
- 1:55:03[SPEAKER_14]: OK.
- 1:55:04[SPEAKER_14]: Interesting.
- 1:55:06[SPEAKER_14]: All right.
- 1:55:07[SPEAKER_14]: Shit, now's the point in the show.
- 1:55:09[SPEAKER_14]: We get to the drinking bro of the week.
- 1:55:11[SPEAKER_14]: It's not going to be Carmelo Anthony.
- 1:55:13[SPEAKER_14]: You can submit on drinkabros.com.
- 1:55:17[SPEAKER_14]: Brobox, I'm fucking fire right now, dude.
- 1:55:20[SPEAKER_14]: Everybody's posting those shirts in the poker set.
- 1:55:23[SPEAKER_14]: There, I just bought the bathing suits.
- 1:55:26[SPEAKER_14]: And they are on the way to my house.
- 1:55:29[SPEAKER_14]: And whether it's beautiful, I want to pop on one of those bathing suits and test it out.
- 1:55:33[SPEAKER_14]: I'll give you an honest answer.
- 1:55:35[SPEAKER_14]: I will give you an honest answer live on air.
- 1:55:37[SPEAKER_14]: I can promise you that.

- 1:55:49[SPEAKER_14]: A lot of people are asking to bring back the summer, swazzy shirt.
- 1:55:53[SPEAKER_14]: Ironically, we did not make that one.
- 1:55:56[SPEAKER_14]: So I don't know if I have the design, but I'll search for it.
- 1:55:59[SPEAKER_14]: Let's see if we can pop that back up in the store.
- 1:56:01[SPEAKER_14]: But the rest of them are up there.
- 1:56:03[SPEAKER_14]: And we've updated the store.
- 1:56:04[SPEAKER_14]: Also updated the app.
- 1:56:05[SPEAKER_14]: The app is free during a browser app on iPhones and Android.
- 1:56:08[SPEAKER_14]: So you can submit on there as well.
- 1:56:11[SPEAKER_14]: It's emailed to us live on air.
- 1:56:13[SPEAKER_14]: And we'll read it here.
- 1:56:15[SPEAKER_14]: This one just came in from.
- 1:56:19[SPEAKER_14]: Drink about submission, Tommy Rigsby from Virginia.

- 1:56:42[SPEAKER_14]: He was there for me when no one else was, and I truly find out, found out, excuse me, whom my friends were.
- 1:56:48[SPEAKER_14]: You remember the WWE JD bracelets back in the day?
- 1:56:52[SPEAKER_14]: Well, I had a WWE DD bracelet made for what would Danny do.
- 1:56:56[SPEAKER_14]: If I was ever struggling, I'd look at that for guidance, always told him it meant something different to me, to keep his head from swelling over the past year.
- 1:57:05[SPEAKER_14]: Danny's family has been
- 1:57:08[SPEAKER_14]: Runover by the bus called life shortly after his wife Jesse delivered their third child she suffered a life threatening hemorrhage at home.
- 1:57:14[SPEAKER_14]: I think Fugdani is an amazing paramedic and was able to render aid until she was flown out to the hospital shortly after her recovery baby Logan was diagnosed with a aggressive form of cancer.
- 1:57:25[SPEAKER_14]: I spent the majority of his life in the hospital, but recently we received some good news.
- 1:57:29[SPEAKER_14]: Baby Logan will be receiving a bone marrow transplants.
- 1:57:33[SPEAKER_14]: set of celebrating the families now navigating a new set of obstacles last week, Jesse had a seizure for the first time.
- 1:57:39[SPEAKER_14]: It was later diagnosed with a tumor in the frontal lobe of her brain.
- 1:57:44[SPEAKER_14]: It sounds like a horrible plot line to a daytime soap opera, but unfortunately it's all very true.
- 1:57:52[SPEAKER_14]: I posted a local news story with their go-fund me on the drinking bros app recently.
- 1:57:57[SPEAKER_14]: Most men would have been broken by now, but Danny is standing strong.
- 1:58:01[SPEAKER_14]: He's the definition of what a true man is.
- 1:58:04[SPEAKER_14]: He goes to work at the fire station and comes home to take care of his two other kids.
- 1:58:07[SPEAKER_14]: He goes back to the hospital to take care of Jesse and Logan.
- 1:58:11[SPEAKER_14]: Danny is my drinking bros forever, and I ask everyone to pray for him and his family.
- 1:58:15[SPEAKER_14]: For sure.
- 1:58:16[SPEAKER_14]: That is a horrific story, man.
- 1:58:19[SPEAKER_14]: all the way around.
- 1:58:20[SPEAKER_14]: But shit, we're all thinking about you guys and we appreciate the support and listening and hopefully this fucking crazy program just brings you a little bit of entertainment throughout your day to get through the hard shit.

- 1:58:42[SPEAKER_14]: Spotify, got a new editor that started.
- 1:58:44[SPEAKER_14]: Is he here today?
- 1:58:46[SPEAKER_14]: Miguel's here there.
- 1:58:47[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, so he's gonna be putting up that back.
- 1:58:49[SPEAKER_11]: You didn't hear the Mary Archie music?
- 1:58:50[SPEAKER_14]: No, he's super Mexican.
- 1:58:52[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 1:58:53[SPEAKER_14]: It's the most Mexican name of all time, isn't it?
