"And beginning with Moses and all the prophets, He interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself." (Lk. 24:27) St. Augustine picks up on this and interprets the events of Noah's nakedness and the blessings of Shem and Japheth and the curse of Ham's son Canaan.
