- 0:02SPEAKER_02: You look like the biggest loser in the world.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: I feel like the biggest loser.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: As if I look cool.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: And out of nowhere, the panel behind her opens.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: It's this older gay man, and he looks, me and Reese Abadana goes, Oh, you two are mean.
- 0:15SPEAKER_03: Wait, could you imagine it's just green because you're actually gonna like in post put a wig over it?
- 0:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it looks good.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: A little bob would be so funny.
- 0:23SPEAKER_03: In middle school, they said wear your rubbers, and you took it literally with this hat piece.
- 0:27SPEAKER_03: Reservoir tip, honey.
- 0:29SPEAKER_03: Stick around.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: What possessed you to give me a purple mic?
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: I thought it would be fun to change up the mics for uh for Halloween.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: But you think I would go green.
- 0:46SPEAKER_03: Well, I thought maybe you would like the uh color contrast and kind of conversation between purple and green.
- 0:51SPEAKER_03: Who doesn't love contrast?
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the Big Cunty Couch.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: I'm Mike Fales.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: And I'm Gina Spears, but if I get on drag race, I'm Gina Meatball.
- 1:01SPEAKER_03: And I'm not getting on drag race, so I'm Gina Spears.
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: Forever and always.
- 1:05SPEAKER_03: I actually really like Gina Meatball.
- 1:07SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 1:07SPEAKER_03: Okay, cool.
- 1:08SPEAKER_03: I think, I mean, I was like a big fan of Gina Spears, but I think Gina Meatball is really like.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Well, no one likes Gina Spears until they do.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Like I always say it comes back around and then they end up liking it after making fun of me for fucking months.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Good.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, it's our Halloween episode.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: That was really good.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Don't pop my top.
- 1:25SPEAKER_03: It just kind of came out of nowhere.
- 1:27SPEAKER_02: Maybe it's the look.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: Holy shit.
- 1:32SPEAKER_02: Dare I say, who are you wearing and what is your fucking problem?
- 1:35SPEAKER_03: What is my fucking problem?
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: Okay, this is it's a costume edition.
- 1:39SPEAKER_03: This is a costume that I like to call the flaming gorilla heart, which is maybe one of the ugliest pieces of clothing, if you could call it that, on earth.
- 1:46SPEAKER_03: You look like the biggest loser in the game.
- 1:48SPEAKER_03: I feel like the biggest loser.
- 1:50SPEAKER_03: As if I look cool.
- 1:52SPEAKER_03: But it's like, what the fuck are you wearing?
- 1:53SPEAKER_03: What the fuck am I wearing?
- 1:55SPEAKER_03: This is something else.
- 1:57SPEAKER_03: This truly is.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: What's the story behind that?
- 1:59SPEAKER_03: You have to tell me, didn't you?
- 2:01SPEAKER_03: So you're yeah, wait, wait, you're a flaming gorilla?
- 2:03SPEAKER_03: Well, I was like, okay, you've been working hard.
- 2:05SPEAKER_03: You deserve a little treat, and the treat is humiliating myself.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for the for the love of Christ.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: Like, please.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: I'm always humiliating myself.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: It's getting, it's becoming my kink, apparently.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Thank God you're dressed like a fucking idiot.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: You're a flaming gorilla heart.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Am I like getting like smaller?
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: You are.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: We're losing neck for sure.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Now, this, there's some lore behind this.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: This is a costume for when we did uh videos for our friend Sam Tagger.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: Comedy little like interstitials, I guess, for like shows, and I found this uh at a place called Kiki Riki in the Garmin District.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: I was just telling our lovely guests uh about them, and I went in.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they exist anymore, to be honest.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which is sad.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Not that I ever fit into them because they were very like small, medium, large.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Get out.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but I went in and you know, I was sort of like looking for something crazy.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Uh because again, it was for a comedian.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: And you found it.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: I found it.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: They were like, this is the only version in the world.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: This is the one-off, like on a global scale.
- 3:09SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I can tell.
- 3:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is like they made one of this and then they had to like destroy the factory, the sweatshop that it was made in because everyone was like ashamed.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: But imagine them being like, This is one of a kind, not there's no other in the world.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: In the world.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh, okay, yeah, we're gonna be putting that into my car.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: We'll be taking that for sure.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: It's the ugliest thing of all time.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: The ugliest thing of all time.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: But we should, um, now that like it's on the couch, we should harvest the flames and make like Katy Perry like Supernome!
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: Super Bowl! Um, what do you think about the set?
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Wait, I do a good uh Mickey Mouse is Katy Perry.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: Ladies and gentlemen, let me crabbit.
- 3:49unknown: Right?
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 3:52SPEAKER_03: Thank you so much.
- 3:52SPEAKER_03: That was uh Super Bowl vibes.
- 3:54SPEAKER_03: Oh wait, what is your problem?
- 3:55SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 3:56SPEAKER_03: I have two problems.
- 3:58SPEAKER_03: One, I have been getting at least three texts a day that call me by my mom's name and are all about local elections from my hometown.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: So somehow the robocalls got mixed up and they're like, they think I'm Terry.
- 4:13SPEAKER_03: Because you're shopping for women's wear.
- 4:14unknown: Probably.
- 4:15unknown: Yeah.
- 4:16SPEAKER_03: For me.
- 4:16SPEAKER_03: They've seen my search history and they're like, you are actually uh uh elderly woman.
- 4:21SPEAKER_03: Middle-aged woman with no taste.
- 4:22SPEAKER_03: Middle-aged is is really uh generous.
- 4:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 4:25SPEAKER_03: Sorry, mom.
- 4:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's an elderly.
- 4:27SPEAKER_03: She's not watching.
- 4:27SPEAKER_03: She's watching.
- 4:28SPEAKER_03: What mailing list did I get put on by accident where they think I'm my mom?
- 4:31SPEAKER_03: You're not not your mom.
- 4:32SPEAKER_03: I'm not my mom.
- 4:33SPEAKER_03: Wowie.
- 4:34SPEAKER_03: Um the set looks incredible.
- 4:36SPEAKER_03: Thank you for decorating while I was decorating my face.
- 4:39SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 4:40SPEAKER_03: Um I did buy all the shit, and I'll be billing you later.
- 4:43SPEAKER_03: Well, I bought some other shit too.
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 4:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 4:46SPEAKER_02: Admit, like, no.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: No, someone got a little crazy at Michael's.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: But don't they look good?
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: But I am so glad you went um classic, like autumnal, because I was like, that's what I was picturing as well when I bought these big pumpkins.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, don't go too like purple flower, purple black rose to make it classy because it's like the contrast is there, just like my mic and my green.
- 5:07SPEAKER_03: There wasn't any black, you know, floral arrangements to be found.
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: I couldn't have even gone purple macabre if I wanted to.
- 5:12SPEAKER_03: So I had to.
- 5:13SPEAKER_03: I went to Michael's, so now you have to like remortgage your house.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: I was looking at the dollar uh tree.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, so you're poor.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, for sure.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Um, but I I couldn't tell.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: I was like, I can't decide which direction I want to go in, so uh I let you go off.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: And honey, you went off.
- 5:25SPEAKER_03: I sure did.
- 5:26SPEAKER_03: I really uh freaked it.
- 5:27SPEAKER_03: Um and then my other problem was uh so we got candy because last year we really ate shit with having no candy on side.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: God, you we righted the wrong in that.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: Last year we had a Halloween episode as well, and we decorated and all that.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: And I was like, wait, it's psychotic to have a fucking Halloween episode and with like decor and no fucking candy.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, truly.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: That's never been done.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: What in the gay guy diet are we doing?
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: And so I got uh all of like the Halloween, you know, the Halloween variety pack, and like shrinkflation is fucking real.
- 5:58SPEAKER_03: There are four Sour Patch Kids in a pack.
- 6:01SPEAKER_03: That sucks.
- 6:03SPEAKER_03: Who are you wearing and what is your problem, my dear?
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: This is an old ass costume.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: I I this is a 90s alien, if you can't tell.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: And I've worn this a few times.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Certainly didn't want to wear it today, but I I felt like the couch deserved it, like this dumbass look.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Uh so back in the day, Sarah and I, my girlfriend, that's how old this is.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Wow, pretty straight.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: I wore this as a boy back in the day.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Um, and now I'm a woman.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Uh, but it's a light bulb mask that I saw at Halloween Adventure, and I was like, that is so stupid.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: It looks like a 90s alien.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So do you remember when me and Sarah were like 90s aliens?
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: That was so fun.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: I had really good that night.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: And it was free.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, because it was like Dan gave me a bag, and I was like, oh, okay, weird.
- 6:48SPEAKER_03: And now I I was sort of thinking about that the other day.
- 6:50SPEAKER_03: I was like, was he trying to like flush his stash or something?
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: Like, what was going on legally?
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: You're like, no one's gonna be giving someone a bag of you know, I was like, what the fuck?
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: But it was so so fun because like I was like, I feel like I gave uh many people their first bumps as like an alien.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: It was like so.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: Snow in October, wow.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and uh so yeah, we're here again.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: And what is my fucking problem?
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I guess I'm like going through a break.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Well note to my future self, maybe don't dedicate an entire episode to uh your boyfriend or new relationship if it's like sort of new, you know, like on a podcast, maybe don't like it.
- 7:25SPEAKER_03: I think you talked about it like a reasonable amount.
- 7:28SPEAKER_03: So you were you were very like normal about it.
- 7:31SPEAKER_03: You you didn't actually you weren't gonna doing like a you know dedication at the beginning.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: Psychotic like one episode later to be like, well, well that was short-lived.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: True.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: And also we're just on a break.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe it could work out to be if he's watching.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: I start crying.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Uh no uh well, wait, actually, I do want to read a text that he said and I I feel comfortable doing this because I look bad.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Hold on.
- 7:55SPEAKER_03: My fucking nylon finger.
- 7:56SPEAKER_03: I'm silent because I'm roasting alive.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: Are you hot for once?
- 7:59SPEAKER_03: Well, look at what I'm wearing.
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: Thank the Lord.
- 8:04SPEAKER_02: Jesus fucking Christ.
- 8:06SPEAKER_02: I'm so glad you were uncomfortable.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: I hope you talked.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I did, just to be safe.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Wait.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: So he sent me this, and I just think it's so funny.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: You can't scream in my face, threaten to fuck all my friends, throw cash at me, and expect me to meet you outside for a cigarette.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I need that frame.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: That makes me want to put a ring on it.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's genius.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: But also, yes, I can.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I'm known for I'm known for throwing cash in people's face.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Whatever, I'm a hot mask, get over it.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's my problem.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: But uh, shouldn't that be like an embroidered pillow?
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I don't remember threatening to fuck all your friends, but maybe I did.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: Whatever.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: It's a work in progress.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Anywho, are you uh up to speed on uh what happened this week?
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: Kelly Clarkson Gate.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: Oh god, I don't care.
- 8:59SPEAKER_03: Leave her alone.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: I was invested until they like released the live footage and I just saw a bunch of hoodies and like weird, you know.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: I couldn't find her in the crowd, and I was like, I'm done.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: She's been done.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: I'm out of here.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: I've never cared about something less, even though I brought it up.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Leave her alone.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Leave her alone.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: But um, maybe we should I I do kind of want to do division of Cliff Kelly Clarkson songs later.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, that's good.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: That'd be fun.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: In uh celebration of her cancelation the small business.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Um, and then also, did you see Selena Gomez uh explaining that vaping has uh changed her voice?
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Yes, I did see that.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: It's like we all vape, girl.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: I know she has lupus and I'm sure she's on like crazy meds and et cetera, et cetera.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: But like crazy to say I vape a lot and now I talk out of like a pore in my nose.
- 9:40SPEAKER_03: Was she using that as an excuse to like say she's a case anymore?
- 9:42SPEAKER_03: Like, why who can't?
- 9:43SPEAKER_03: I don't know, but everyone's saying she's a clone.
- 9:45SPEAKER_03: And you know I can get a little conspiracy theorist.
- 9:49SPEAKER_03: She's not a clone.
- 9:50SPEAKER_03: She just said a bad blef.
- 9:51SPEAKER_03: That's like that's what it's always boils down to.
- 9:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, bad blef.
- 9:54SPEAKER_03: I want a boy bleff.
- 9:55SPEAKER_03: No, no, boy bleff.
- 9:56SPEAKER_03: Not doing it.
- 9:57SPEAKER_03: No, no, no.
- 9:58SPEAKER_03: Look at Bradley Cooper.
- 9:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 10:00SPEAKER_03: Bad blef.
- 10:01SPEAKER_03: Men shouldn't do it.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm not a man.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: I'm an alien.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Duh.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm so excited for our fabulous guests.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: It's such a good duo for our fucking Halloween episode.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: We're so lucky.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Should we take a fucking break and fill our little cauldrons?
- 10:16SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, we didn't even talk about it.
- 10:18SPEAKER_03: Isn't that genius?
- 10:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there it's genius, but I I think black plastic is like the most carcinogenic.
- 10:22SPEAKER_03: So, like can't wait.
- 10:23SPEAKER_03: Some of us are trying to get out of here early.
- 10:25SPEAKER_03: Happy Halloween.
- 10:26SPEAKER_03: On that note, let's take a break.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Bye!
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: Speaking of drag raids, I heard you both slipped in a little tape last night.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: We are not uh we signed an NDA, we are not allowed to talk about it.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: True, true, true, true.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she outed you're doing it.
- 10:42SPEAKER_03: Oh please.
- 10:42SPEAKER_03: I'm not I'm not tagging World of Wonder and Carson Cressley.
- 10:46SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm like unlike some people in this community.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: Uh no, I worked really hard on a lovely little project.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: I always call it my I'm always like, uh, I gotta, I gotta, I can't come tonight.
- 10:55SPEAKER_03: I'm working on my senior thesis.
- 10:58SPEAKER_03: We were working on our diorama.
- 11:01SPEAKER_03: That was like the quality of my tape.
- 11:02SPEAKER_03: Uh I saw I've seen clips of your tapes.
- 11:05SPEAKER_03: You're like, you're funny.
- 11:07SPEAKER_03: No one is funny anymore.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: The more I like meet more than New York Queens, I'm like, I can't take a slot.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Like you guys should be fucking on.
- 11:13SPEAKER_03: You gave us to a mandatory meeting on a game.
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: Well, she was from LA.
- 11:18SPEAKER_03: She was from LA.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: Well, lucky for you, I said I was from Rhode Island.
- 11:21SPEAKER_03: So that's the key.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: See you in the workroom, see you in the work room.
- 11:24SPEAKER_03: Maybe I should start saying where it starts right there with I'm from Rhode Island.
- 11:28SPEAKER_03: I should start saying I'm from the island of the people.
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: Are you?
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: I am an island.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: I only was there.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: Stupid bitch.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Chelsea is my mahalo.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Does that mean family?
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: You can't blame her.
- 11:43SPEAKER_03: She went to college on Staten Island.
- 11:45SPEAKER_02: So Chelsea is my Ohana.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: Jesus Christ.
- 11:51SPEAKER_03: Ohana.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: Please welcome to the pod.
- 11:53SPEAKER_03: Hanukka Lewinsky and Chelsea Pierce.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Hey, I got something I want to talk about.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Talk about.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: The costume edition.
- 12:03SPEAKER_03: AKA to she she had to explain it right away because I was afraid that people wouldn't get it.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Someone stopped me on the subway and said, Oh, Sabrina, where are you going?
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: They did not.
- 12:14SPEAKER_03: No, I swear to God.
- 12:14SPEAKER_03: Swear to God, a girl with glitter on her cheeks.
- 12:17SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 12:18SPEAKER_03: A girl with glitter on their cheeks.
- 12:19SPEAKER_03: It was you.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Check better clear.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: And I was thankfully my music wasn't blasting my ears.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: And I heard Sabrina, where are you going?
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: I go, to a podcast.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: That is perfect.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: He said, Do you want the house tour?
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Everyone here is a work of art.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: I've said that before, unfortunately.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: But I am addicted to compressions too and Sabrina Madonna like.
- 12:42SPEAKER_03: Compressions too.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Compressions too.
- 12:45SPEAKER_03: What's going on down low?
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: Compressions too.
- 12:48SPEAKER_03: Do you guys like compressions?
- 12:48SPEAKER_03: Depressions too.
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: That's me.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Depressions too.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: I'm a compression.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: I'm joyful all the time.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: Wait, how compressed are we?
- 12:56SPEAKER_03: What's going on?
- 12:57SPEAKER_03: Um, I'm wearing, I think, three layers of tights and a fishnet.
- 13:01SPEAKER_03: Cute.
- 13:01SPEAKER_03: Are you corseted?
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: No.
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: No corset.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: Taped.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: Is your belly tape?
- 13:04SPEAKER_03: No, you don't have a belly.
- 13:05SPEAKER_03: No, I'm just, I'm just getting myself an eye.
- 13:08SPEAKER_03: And I've corset here if we don't need it.
- 13:10SPEAKER_03: I am corseted only because it was part of the Coachella look.
- 13:14SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 13:14SPEAKER_03: But I will say it's a good thing.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: It's corset that makes you look bigger, not corset that makes you look like bigger bigger bigger.
- 13:17SPEAKER_03: Well, that's because it's a size too big because it was the only thing that was available on Prime.
- 13:20SPEAKER_03: So I'm just making it work.
- 13:22SPEAKER_03: But I am wearing my uh my Steve Maddens because I'm I think these are also Steve Maddens.
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: We've discovered that um we're all women of a certain age.
- 13:30SPEAKER_03: Yes, we are.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: And I relate.
- 13:33SPEAKER_03: I refuse to wear pleasers and damage my toenails anymore for the twinks of Hell's Kitchen.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: I'm in an act of an act of defiance.
- 13:40SPEAKER_03: I won't go over two and a half inches.
- 13:42SPEAKER_03: Well, you know what?
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: That boot is giving cat's eye.
- 13:44SPEAKER_03: Like loves to wear a boot like that.
- 13:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:47SPEAKER_03: Um, congrats on being like a ready-wear size, the both of you.
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: No, no, you're not.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: How are you in Steve Madison?
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: We say Steve Madison.
- 13:55SPEAKER_03: They reserve like a very small bracket of ugly shoes for size huge.
- 13:59SPEAKER_03: For the monsters like us.
- 14:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there's like 12.
- 14:02SPEAKER_03: Are you a woman's 12?
- 14:03SPEAKER_03: What?
- 14:03SPEAKER_03: I'm a I can fit into a Steve Madden 12.
- 14:05SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm usually like like pleasers.
- 14:07SPEAKER_03: I'm a 13.
- 14:08SPEAKER_03: From it to down.
- 14:09SPEAKER_03: Give it to me.
- 14:11SPEAKER_04: That's me quite a bit.
- 14:11SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 14:12SPEAKER_03: Have you seen that Celine clip where she's like, she's like, I've asked people, like, what size are you?
- 14:17SPEAKER_03: And she's like, no, you don't understand.
- 14:19SPEAKER_03: What size do you have?
- 14:20SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, couldn't be me, bitch.
- 14:23SPEAKER_02: I kind of have that magic power, and I can like I have a narrow foot.
- 14:26SPEAKER_02: I feel like if you have a narrow foot, you can like do things.
- 14:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:28SPEAKER_03: That's what I can go down.
- 14:29SPEAKER_03: That's what I can pick a lock with my foot.
- 14:32SPEAKER_03: You know, don't kink shame.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: I'm not, I was asking.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Well, you're a ladies four.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 14:38SPEAKER_03: You do have like not to say the word normal on the podcast, but you do have like normal size feet, right?
- 14:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, eight and a half in women's.
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: I love to mop a dance on the thing.
- 14:49SPEAKER_03: I'm an 11s like in women's, so that's that's but I'm also really readywear.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: I'm a readywear queen.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because you can like if you go on Amazon and and you search size 11, like the the selection is broader.
- 15:00SPEAKER_03: Pretty huge.
- 15:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:01SPEAKER_03: Five size 12 and 18.
- 15:03SPEAKER_03: She needs them to be broader.
- 15:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:05SPEAKER_03: In 2026, I would say like an 11 is like almost every brand.
- 15:08SPEAKER_03: Almost.
- 15:09SPEAKER_03: Almost.
- 15:09SPEAKER_03: You know, nice as possible.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: I should get my my um women's size figured out.
- 15:16SPEAKER_03: What is your man's size?
- 15:17SPEAKER_03: Well, okay, I've talked about this on the pod before.
- 15:18SPEAKER_03: I used to think I was a 12, but I think my feet have goes down every time I was a nine.
- 15:24SPEAKER_02: I think I think I have like a 13 or more.
- 15:26SPEAKER_03: So it's like I'm a 15, 16.
- 15:28SPEAKER_03: Oh wow.
- 15:29SPEAKER_03: In women's.
- 15:29SPEAKER_03: If you're a 12, yeah, you're probably yeah, because you usually add two sizes.
- 15:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, you do have big feet.
- 15:34SPEAKER_03: I'm literally just staring at it.
- 15:35SPEAKER_03: And and I put I shoved my feet into these shoes, and I was like, why are my feet not fitting in these?
- 15:40SPEAKER_03: And that like my did they shrink?
- 15:43SPEAKER_03: Stop getting bigger.
- 15:44SPEAKER_03: I thought that I used to think I was an 11 men's.
- 15:47SPEAKER_03: And then when I got size for my custom laducas, um, they were like, No, you're actually a 10.
- 15:53SPEAKER_03: And I think so I was like, how did my feet shrink?
- 15:55SPEAKER_03: And I was like, oh, I think like I've been doing drug for 15 years, and I think that for the first time five years, I was literally sitting, what size do you have?
- 16:03SPEAKER_03: And I I think I like accidentally bound my feet a little bit.
- 16:06SPEAKER_03: You shrunk them.
- 16:09SPEAKER_03: I'm not kidding.
- 16:10SPEAKER_03: Gorgeous.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I need my neck, I think.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: I've been trying to put rings, I should put rings on my neck, like, you know what I mean?
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a girthy neck.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: I have Brittany Square's neck, you know, it's like it could feed a country.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: People are hungry.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, Chelsea's binding and mommy, her feet free.
- 16:24SPEAKER_03: Mommy's gonna feed the children for sure.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Well, on our podcast, we do a little segment called Who Are You Wearing and What Is Your Problem?
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: We sort of got into the costume of it all, but I guess what the fuck is your problem?
- 16:35SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: We like a petty, we like a dumb.
- 16:37SPEAKER_03: What's going on, you dumbass bitches?
- 16:38SPEAKER_03: Petty and dumb.
- 16:39SPEAKER_03: Petty and dumb.
- 16:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, petty and dumb.
- 16:41SPEAKER_03: There you go.
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: Petty and dumb.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: Me giving you my wig backstage.
- 16:45SPEAKER_03: That is the flattest wig of all time, and I am gagging for it.
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: Wait, and you want to gag?
- 16:50SPEAKER_03: This was the backup.
- 16:52SPEAKER_03: The other wig I got.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: Even flatter.
- 16:55SPEAKER_03: Which camera do I look at?
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: Back to buy science.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: Isn't that crazy?
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: I really feel I'm giving the CD fantasy to girl.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: I said to you earlier, I was like, my name's Rebecca.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: And I was like, that's my sister's name.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:07SPEAKER_03: She's gonna want that unit down.
- 17:09SPEAKER_03: Truly.
- 17:10SPEAKER_03: She's giving T S in more ways than one.
- 17:12SPEAKER_03: Because Taylor Swift.
- 17:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 17:15SPEAKER_03: It's a great wig.
- 17:16SPEAKER_03: I'm actually I love anything crossy.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: I was like, this is one of the wigs that when Izzy, like every girl has it.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: Like Izzy Uncott has it.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: Like any girl who has done a Taylor Swift brunch has this wig.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: And the first time I saw it, it's like, is that human?
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: And they're like, you are blind as a bat.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: It is made of plastic.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: Is that human?
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Good though.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I was certainly made by the human.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: That little like snip, snip, snip, bang.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: I did cut the bang a little bit.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: I would need 700 of those because like you're petite.
- 17:41SPEAKER_03: I like, my God.
- 17:42SPEAKER_03: Imagine me in that.
- 17:43SPEAKER_04: I'm like, dear.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: That's that's I I I wouldn't dare put on like a wig out of the bag.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: I wouldn't out of the bag.
- 17:49SPEAKER_03: Well, you're a hair girl, eh?
- 17:51SPEAKER_03: Just because it's styling.
- 17:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I do hair, but I also like I'm one of those queens that like I don't want it like goofy big.
- 17:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 17:57SPEAKER_03: You know the wigs that are like too literally where the root stands like five inches away from your forehead.
- 18:03SPEAKER_03: I think Salmonilla.
- 18:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:05SPEAKER_03: Well, I mean she looks amazing in all her hair.
- 18:08SPEAKER_03: But that's the thing.
- 18:08SPEAKER_03: She can pull off like huge hair.
- 18:11SPEAKER_03: I think she does.
- 18:12SPEAKER_03: It's it's like a fine line with me.
- 18:13SPEAKER_03: I definitely need like a little base tease, though, because then it's giving.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: That's why I need to hit you up and commission you because I like that middle zone.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Like I can't go too big.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, I should go bigger than I do, but like the fantasy for me is a little like big, giant, like I know it all.
- 18:28SPEAKER_03: What's the wig called the big one?
- 18:29SPEAKER_03: Shamu.
- 18:30SPEAKER_03: Shamu.
- 18:31SPEAKER_03: Shamu.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: You know Steven Perfidia?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, of course.
- 18:34SPEAKER_03: Sometimes I have like, you know, he's very available and very, very talented, but it's old school.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: Uh like there's love about it in old school.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: Not on me, but I love watching old school.
- 18:43SPEAKER_03: Like, I can't.
- 18:44SPEAKER_03: Same.
- 18:45SPEAKER_03: And then I put it on me and I'm like, what?
- 18:46SPEAKER_03: Whoops.
- 18:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:48SPEAKER_03: You look like a punctuation mark, like in the middle of a wig.
- 18:51SPEAKER_03: She made the wig like bigger than anything that's ever existed.
- 18:53SPEAKER_03: It's as wide as his couch.
- 18:54SPEAKER_03: It's like so funny.
- 18:55SPEAKER_03: It wasn't that big we went in.
- 18:56SPEAKER_03: It's somehow like she is powering.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: That's our old school drag queen voice.
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: Whenever we like slip in like old school drag tropes, we just like we this like old gay voice.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: Oh, honey.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, honey.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: There is nothing I love better than old gay voice.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:14SPEAKER_03: I know it's completely off track, but my god, I love old gay voice.
- 19:17SPEAKER_03: You know what I love is like old gay plastic surgery.
- 19:20SPEAKER_03: Kind of like old plastic surgery monster.
- 19:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we don't really see that anymore.
- 19:24SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't want subtle.
- 19:25SPEAKER_03: If I see you.
- 19:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like if I see you in the pines at 55, I want you to look like made of wax.
- 19:31SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 19:32SPEAKER_03: And I live for it.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: You know, like the Palm Spring.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: Yes, we need that.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: I want it.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: So it's my dream like acting role to play like a stereotypical like drag queen, like oh, like honey.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Like, oh honey.
- 19:48SPEAKER_03: I'm sure it's so offensive, but like I would know it's my you know that oh honey, like the whole like Trixie trope of it all, that character, the like O'Honey character was based off her old roommate who is like that.
- 19:57SPEAKER_03: I didn't know that.
- 19:58SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 19:59SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 19:59SPEAKER_03: Like her first roommate in LA was like this old gay.
- 20:02SPEAKER_03: Old gay?
- 20:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:03SPEAKER_03: No, that you know my favorite old gay story.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: Years ago, and I'm this is gonna be my my favorite thing to do when I ever I do like a podcast is I love to talk about other people because who else?
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna name drop people.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Well I said earlier you're a journalist.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: And am.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: I was I looked for evidence.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Um and did so we were seeing me and Reese Havoc were seeing our dear friend Marsha Marsha Marsha on her opening night is the MC and cabaret on amazing.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: We go into this flower shop and we're like, oh, we're getting flat friends, like flowers for our friends opening night.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: It's like a really big night for her.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: And they're like, oh, one of her friends just came in.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: And we were like, who?
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: And the florist like describes this friend to us, and we're like, oh, we know this friend.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: So we start talking ad nauseum to the florist about how much we hate this friend of Marsha's.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: Like, like for about five minutes, like laying to this poor, like 17-year-old florist who's like, I just want to look at Chrysanthemums.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: Literally Statler and Waldorf in the florist shop.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: Like, gosh.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: And out of nowhere, we like we finish our rant, and it like my by magic, the panel behind her, like where the other florists are, opens.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: It's this older gay man, and he says, I want to do it into the camera because it's so good.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: Which one?
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: That one, yeah, yeah.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: And he the panel comes out and he looks at me and Reese Hapadown and goes, Oh, you two are mean.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: And then disappeared.
- 21:13SPEAKER_03: I was like, But I was like, finally, someone said it.
- 21:15SPEAKER_03: I was like, this is amazing.
- 21:17SPEAKER_03: Congratulations.
- 21:18SPEAKER_03: That is unbelievable.
- 21:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I said that, and then I will say the only other one that comes close is we were in Provincetown.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: You went there for this one.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: This one's really good.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: We were in a clothing store in Provincetown.
- 21:30SPEAKER_03: Oh, this one's appropriate for Halloween, too.
- 21:31SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, very on brand.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: Mind you, it's the middle of August.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: And we're in some clothing store, me and a couple of our friends, and we just hear this old gay couple.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: The one goes, Ha ha ha, goes, I put on my nightgown.
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: I'll look like Ichabod Crane.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: And then there's a pause.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And then his, I'm gonna assume husband goes, I think we're the only two people in here who knows who Ichabod Crane is.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: I literally, I was sitting down, I fell through the chair.
- 21:57SPEAKER_01: Like it was unbelievable.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: You have to understand.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: No, that when when shit like this happens to her, she's literally gooning because she's like it it like like like I say, I feel like Calis Solo when she heard we could see boop.
- 22:10SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm making a character.
- 22:11SPEAKER_03: I'm like, it's gonna be a million things on a remote.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 22:14SPEAKER_03: So what else are we talking about?
- 22:16SPEAKER_03: Oh we're talking about Gave Light.
- 22:16SPEAKER_03: What are we wearing?
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Oh, and what are we?
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: What's our problem?
- 22:20SPEAKER_03: I'll start.
- 22:21SPEAKER_03: Okay, so I'm wearing um Bezos' finest.
- 22:24SPEAKER_03: Um this one uh FaceTimed me earlier this week.
- 22:28SPEAKER_03: And I well, I I FaceTimed her out.
- 22:30SPEAKER_03: Actually, I texted you.
- 22:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:31SPEAKER_03: Because we were like, what are we gonna do?
- 22:33SPEAKER_03: Like, we wanted to do something of like duo costume.
- 22:35SPEAKER_03: And I said, because I just styled this beautiful wig for her, this red wig, this red curly wig, I was like, oh my god, what if we wear red?
- 22:42SPEAKER_03: Right versatile.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I at least one person on this side of the couch wears like any hair color other than blonde.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: The brand is strong, okay?
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: It is strong because I don't notice that you don't wear anything else but blonde.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: But when Hanukkah said that you only wear blonde, I'm like, oh yeah, of course.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:56SPEAKER_03: Because that's true, she once said, I don't hate myself.
- 22:58SPEAKER_03: But my point is it doesn't get boring.
- 23:00SPEAKER_03: I don't I wear like you know, I put I do a lot of like the dip dyes with like the the fantasy colors and everything.
- 23:06SPEAKER_03: So you know I'm doing I'm doing a character.
- 23:08SPEAKER_03: You used to say Gwen Verden meets Gwen Stefani or something.
- 23:11SPEAKER_03: Gwen Stefani meets Gwen Verdon.
- 23:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:12SPEAKER_03: I might have said it in my thesis this year.
- 23:14SPEAKER_03: Early modern millennial.
- 23:15SPEAKER_03: Early modern millennial.
- 23:16SPEAKER_03: Clock it.
- 23:17SPEAKER_03: Um, but I I I texted her and I was like, what if we did uh clueless and I was Cher and you were Thai?
- 23:24SPEAKER_03: Because like, you know, you all know who Thai is, right?
- 23:27SPEAKER_02: Well, I didn't have to be like, wait, Ty, tie, tie, tie, tie, tie.
- 23:30SPEAKER_03: Brittany Murphy.
- 23:32SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, open the school, Jesus.
- 23:34SPEAKER_03: I know all three of us.
- 23:35SPEAKER_03: I know, but then as soon as yeah, and then she said, is everyone clutch your pearls.
- 23:40SPEAKER_03: I've never seen clueless.
- 23:43unknown: Yeah.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: Get out! Yeah, truly.
- 23:46SPEAKER_03: Sorry.
- 23:46SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 23:50SPEAKER_02: Me either.
- 23:51SPEAKER_02: I'm not even green.
- 23:53SPEAKER_03: So she was like, she was not into it, but I was like, I have the clueless outfit, and like, you know, you have plaid skirts and little, you know, nothing outfits.
- 24:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 24:01SPEAKER_03: You you have separates from Rainbow, you know?
- 24:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:04SPEAKER_03: You have separates associated somehow.
- 24:06SPEAKER_03: We all do, okay?
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: We all have separates.
- 24:09SPEAKER_03: We're all a little ready-wear around here.
- 24:11SPEAKER_03: But she wasn't into it, so then we but then we got on FaceTime and we were going through ideas and stuff, and then you you the powers of persuasion are strong with you because somehow the call ended and she was like, Okay, perfect.
- 24:22SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna do this thing where I have everything I need, and you're gonna have to go on Amazon and find about 600 different pieces.
- 24:28SPEAKER_03: You gotta see it.
- 24:29SPEAKER_04: And you look grudges.
- 24:30SPEAKER_03: Thank you so much.
- 24:31SPEAKER_03: You do look gorgeous.
- 24:32SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: And I feel, and I'm the one wearing the flat wig, so it all works out.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: Well, I must have wear, but that's no.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: I had I had a lovely wig that uh is now covered in blood in the trash that I was gonna wear for this.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: And then don't worry, you'll mess it up.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: You'll get to talk about that.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: But I want to talk about.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 24:48SPEAKER_03: Um, I I do feel more comfortable than usual because like when I wear my nice custom stuff, it's usually lined in neoprene, so I feel like I'm wearing like a scuba suit.
- 24:56SPEAKER_03: Oh god, I hate neoprene.
- 24:58SPEAKER_03: Um but I think my problem is that um I'm probably gonna be banned from Amazon any moment because we always talk about it being the Amazon costume rental shop.
- 25:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, because like you're returning everything.
- 25:09SPEAKER_03: Returning love.
- 25:10SPEAKER_03: Do they ban people anymore?
- 25:11SPEAKER_03: I don't think so.
- 25:12SPEAKER_03: I I too big literally they make you type it in, you go skirt too short.
- 25:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you skirt too long.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: You pick like a different one for every item.
- 25:20SPEAKER_03: And what's really crazy is like, and it's starting to get to this point where like I do a number once a year.
- 25:25SPEAKER_03: Like, I do this Dracula number once a year, and I bought a cape last year, and then I returned it, and then I realized I had to do it again, and I re-bought one.
- 25:31SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: Well, I think the thing is like when you do a return, they just put them on these giant pallets and people like bid on them, and then they'll just get like a billion returns.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: And then I'm sure they'll like resell it on AliExpress.
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: They don't care.
- 25:43SPEAKER_03: It's uh Amazon.
- 25:44SPEAKER_03: Like it's Amazon.
- 25:45SPEAKER_02: And it's it's it's I primed these fucking plastic straws.
- 25:48SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 25:49SPEAKER_03: Oh, well, so we go back.
- 25:50SPEAKER_03: They're going back.
- 25:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they're going so microplastics.
- 25:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 25:54SPEAKER_03: They are going back.
- 25:55SPEAKER_03: They literally are.
- 25:56SPEAKER_03: The used ones, of course.
- 25:58SPEAKER_03: Uh wipe that lipstick off and send it back.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: I was like, the microplastic, I can really taste it, I think.
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: How about you with the cauldrons?
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: Can you taste the microplastics?
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: Hanukkah chose, you know, we had a little choose your adventure.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: Everyone here chose a little cauldron because, like, how could you not?
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: And I said, I don't want that many carcinogens.
- 26:15SPEAKER_03: Then I don't drink out of plastic, yet that's from the Dollar Tree.
- 26:18SPEAKER_03: No, no, no, no.
- 26:19SPEAKER_03: I said black plastic.
- 26:20SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 26:22SPEAKER_03: This one, this one, I tasted death.
- 26:25SPEAKER_03: Who's worried about the impact of the plastics on her health and the choices she's.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: But not worried about uh powder and gasoline milled together going into my system.
- 26:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: Don't say mill.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: Mill.
- 26:36SPEAKER_01: I'm from Massachusetts.
- 26:37SPEAKER_03: It's kind of like our mill.
- 26:39SPEAKER_03: So you're from Hawaii.
- 26:40SPEAKER_03: You're no, she was born in Hawaii.
- 26:49SPEAKER_03: Aloha.
- 26:50SPEAKER_04: Oh, you've been there for like one hour.
- 26:51SPEAKER_03: No, I just literally out on the runway on track race with a leg and like culture.
- 27:02SPEAKER_03: No, I I mean, uh, I lived there until I was like about six.
- 27:05SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 27:05SPEAKER_03: And then um hours old.
- 27:07SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 27:07SPEAKER_03: Six hours old, and they were like, Colonizer, get out.
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: Um, no, and then my uh my dad walked out of me and my mom.
- 27:14SPEAKER_03: But then that's not the sad part of the story.
- 27:15SPEAKER_03: The sad part is that we moved to New Jersey.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: So my God.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: So sorry.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: The logical jump.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: Well, at least your dad walking out made you really funny and cool.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: There's silver lining everywhere.
- 27:27SPEAKER_03: But you're from Massachusetts?
- 27:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:29SPEAKER_03: The best.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: I actually do love Massachusetts.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: Really good state.
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: I'm from Rhode Island.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: Massachusetts, first state to legalize gay marriage.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: That's true.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Massachusetts is great, got married in Massachusetts, got engaged in Massachusetts, was born in Massachusetts, like everything.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: You can die there.
- 27:42SPEAKER_03: Oh, well, you know, any day now.
- 27:43SPEAKER_03: I was gonna say, uh I went to college in Boston.
- 27:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so yeah.
- 27:46SPEAKER_03: Well that Emerson.
- 27:47SPEAKER_03: Ooh, I usually make it, right?
- 27:50SPEAKER_03: We went to Risney, so like hello.
- 27:52SPEAKER_03: You went to RISD?
- 27:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:53SPEAKER_03: What year did you graduate?
- 27:54SPEAKER_03: I went to what year did you graduate?
- 27:56SPEAKER_03: 2011.
- 27:57SPEAKER_03: I always think it's 2015, but it was 2011.
- 27:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, it was 2011.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: That just soothed my nerves again because I was like, I was getting to want to hear something really gross.
- 28:05SPEAKER_03: You like graduated from middle school?
- 28:06SPEAKER_03: I started high school in 2011.
- 28:08SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 28:09SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna say for the second time, kill yourself.
- 28:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:12SPEAKER_03: Because I was thinking, like, oh, a girl, I went to high school with when they're maybe your same class.
- 28:16SPEAKER_03: No, she was still in high school when I was.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, thank God for Chelsea, because like we were just saying, it's so hard to find someone who fucking is our age.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: Everyone's 30 or they're all dead.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: Are they really?
- 28:25SPEAKER_03: There's this story from years ago.
- 28:26SPEAKER_03: My demographic.
- 28:28SPEAKER_03: My ex-boyfriend is a uh pianist at Maurice Crisis.
- 28:32SPEAKER_03: So I used to hang out there a lot.
- 28:33SPEAKER_03: And there was this, I think his name was Jason.
- 28:34SPEAKER_03: He was one of the cocktail servers.
- 28:36SPEAKER_03: He was so funny, like, really dry sense of humor.
- 28:38SPEAKER_03: Someone nearby asked this other guy, like, Oh, how old are you?
- 28:40SPEAKER_03: And he goes, I'm 27.
- 28:41SPEAKER_03: And then this guy, Jason, just in earshot, goes, Nobody's 27.
- 28:45SPEAKER_03: And I was like, honestly, T.
- 28:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:49SPEAKER_03: You don't hear that too often.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: I have a couple of friends right now.
- 28:51SPEAKER_03: You're 30 or 29?
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: 30.
- 28:53SPEAKER_03: I just turned 38.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: Are you loving your 30s?
- 28:55SPEAKER_03: No, you're not.
- 28:56SPEAKER_03: No, I'm just, I'm just kind of like, I'm ageless.
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: You really say they should harvest your like plasma.
- 29:03SPEAKER_03: Um, not to bring her up.
- 29:08SPEAKER_03: No, because you really, like, I said to her like early on in our relationship, like, I was like, do you ever like turn off?
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: And I got really mad at her.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: I got really mad.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: I'm like, what do you mean turn off?
- 29:17SPEAKER_03: It's just like me always.
- 29:18SPEAKER_03: It's truly.
- 29:19SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I get to dissociate as a treat, like, very often.
- 29:22SPEAKER_03: And like, she, that's not in your book.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: I think I need like one day every like two weeks to do nothing.
- 29:28SPEAKER_03: Because you're like a little ball of energy.
- 29:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm energizer, Bunny.
- 29:32SPEAKER_03: Poor husband.
- 29:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I hate you.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: Always, I'm always.
- 29:35SPEAKER_03: Wait, you're a Gemini witness.
- 29:36SPEAKER_03: She means literally her poor, like, he doesn't have money anyway.
- 29:39SPEAKER_03: I'm a Virgo, yeah.
- 29:40SPEAKER_03: Yes, I knew that about you.
- 29:41SPEAKER_03: What do you mean by the way?
- 29:42SPEAKER_03: Cancer Virgo.
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: June or July.
- 29:44SPEAKER_03: I think we've been over.
- 29:45SPEAKER_03: Wait, August.
- 29:47SPEAKER_03: July 22nd.
- 29:48SPEAKER_03: I like conversations.
- 29:50SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 29:50SPEAKER_03: We're talking about having four different conversations.
- 29:53SPEAKER_03: That's gonna be a good thing.
- 29:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: Um, but no, I'm a September Virgo.
- 29:58SPEAKER_03: Wait, what?
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: When's your birthday again?
- 30:00SPEAKER_03: September 14th.
- 30:01SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 30:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 30:01SPEAKER_03: I'm on August 30th.
- 30:03SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 30:03SPEAKER_03: So you're right there.
- 30:04SPEAKER_03: But my my fiance is a September Virgo.
- 30:07SPEAKER_03: He's September 4th.
- 30:08SPEAKER_03: Two Virgos?
- 30:08SPEAKER_03: There is a little bit.
- 30:09SPEAKER_03: Wow, I know.
- 30:10SPEAKER_03: How do you do it?
- 30:10SPEAKER_03: I think he's like age.
- 30:12SPEAKER_03: How do you share the clipboard?
- 30:13SPEAKER_03: I don't know what any of it means.
- 30:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but it's just something you just have to sell.
- 30:16SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm a Gemini.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: And they're like, okay.
- 30:19SPEAKER_03: And then you just go all nervous to be like, are you a Virgo?
- 30:21SPEAKER_03: And you're like, yeah.
- 30:22SPEAKER_03: Oh, uh, uh.
- 30:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:23SPEAKER_03: Virgo, they we are beloved.
- 30:25SPEAKER_03: No offense.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: What I Gemini heard is like two-faced, right?
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: That's like the third.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Can be.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: Well, I've always like, my thing is like, well, me in trag, me out of trag is a joke.
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: But I'm like, I am the duality.
- 30:36SPEAKER_03: You are the same.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: The duality.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: Like, my thing is I'm always like, what with the flat wig?
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Flat wig.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: The duality of that flat wig.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: I take this off, I look like Lyza Manelli.
- 30:44SPEAKER_02: Even flatter.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: I want you in an even flatter wig.
- 30:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: This is booking.
- 30:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you're coming back.
- 30:51SPEAKER_03: She put it on on FaceTime earlier, and I was like, she goes, the wig came.
- 30:54SPEAKER_03: She's like, I can't wear it.
- 30:55SPEAKER_03: Do you have anything I could wear?
- 30:56SPEAKER_03: I was like, it's probably not that bad.
- 30:57SPEAKER_03: I go, go, go, go, go.
- 30:58SPEAKER_03: I held it up.
- 30:58SPEAKER_03: You could see the lights.
- 30:59SPEAKER_03: Oh, it was like, no, you know, it is that bad.
- 31:01SPEAKER_03: Wow! Yeah, I was like, oh my god.
- 31:03SPEAKER_01: No, I didn't see my back wall from here.
- 31:05SPEAKER_03: It was like it was like an ad for like medical wigs, but it was the before.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: You know, like I'm dragging you to hell, but I have a light.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: You've got this.
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: You both look so bad.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: But at least it's big.
- 31:15SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 31:18SPEAKER_03: Little backcombing, never hurt nobody.
- 31:19SPEAKER_03: What is it?
- 31:20SPEAKER_03: What is it made of?
- 31:21SPEAKER_02: No rubber.
- 31:22SPEAKER_03: Wait, could you imagine it's just green because you're actually gonna like in post put a wig over it?
- 31:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like should be great.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: A little bob would be so funny in middle school.
- 31:30SPEAKER_03: They said wear your rubbers, and you took it literally because obviously.
- 31:35SPEAKER_03: Reservoir tip, honey.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: Like I was telling Hanukkah before you got here, like, I don't pay myself green when I wear this because I think it's really funny that like Gina is like in an alien costume.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 31:46SPEAKER_03: So stupid to like have your face beer.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say, can I ask you a journalistic question?
- 31:50SPEAKER_01: Please.
- 31:50SPEAKER_03: For sure.
- 31:50SPEAKER_03: Does anyone ever call you Gina?
- 31:52SPEAKER_03: Or it's uh I wish, you know, my my I have a cousin, I have multiple cousins named Gina, which like you know, that's where the instable comes from.
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: And I call them all Gina.
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: No one fucking calls me.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: Or Johnny did.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: No one calls me at all.
- 32:05SPEAKER_01: I think she's from I wanna say I want to say she's from like Iowa.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: Her name is Gina Bell.
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like like Sasha Bell's daughter.
- 32:14SPEAKER_01: Or I guess.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: I was like, did I miss like the part of it?
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: Her name is it's it's written Gina.
- 32:20SPEAKER_01: Pronounced Gina.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: That's fine.
- 32:21SPEAKER_01: And I think it's really, really fun.
- 32:23SPEAKER_01: So I was like, what if I did this bit where I just keep calling you Gina?
- 32:25SPEAKER_01: But then I was like, I know it's not about me.
- 32:28SPEAKER_03: I think Vagina is.
- 32:28SPEAKER_03: I don't know if I call that a bit, but Vagina would be such a good drag name, but you'd have to be really cunt to be named Vagina.
- 32:34SPEAKER_03: Vagina.
- 32:35SPEAKER_01: I also think we've as a society maybe moved beyond like genitals, puns as drag names.
- 32:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I think.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: Because Gina Vagina would be funny, but like agree.
- 32:43SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah.
- 32:43SPEAKER_03: I was like, we're over it.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: But wait, Hanukkah, what's your problem?
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what's your problem?
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: What's my problem?
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Oh, I I do have a problem today.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: Ha ha.
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: Well, it's funny.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 32:54SPEAKER_03: Do you want like big fish or small fish to fall?
- 32:56SPEAKER_03: Whatever you want to get.
- 32:57SPEAKER_03: Big fish, love that movie.
- 32:58SPEAKER_03: And musical.
- 33:00SPEAKER_03: I haven't seen that in like one second.
- 33:02SPEAKER_03: I saw it once and I was like, uh oh.
- 33:04SPEAKER_03: That was like the takeaway.
- 33:06SPEAKER_03: The musical is pretty good.
- 33:07SPEAKER_03: Uh-oh.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: I've never seen it.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: Should I revisit it?
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna preface my story with I this is I went for free because a friend got me in.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: I am obsessed with Carrie the Musical.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: The original 1988 Broadway flop.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: I'm obsessed with the original Broadway cast of Carrie.
- 33:21SPEAKER_01: I have been since I was like 12.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: So like 15 years.
- 33:23SPEAKER_03: It's like you might want to put a new sim card in there.
- 33:27SPEAKER_03: The Museum of Broadway, every October does like a spooky series.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: And they build today is the Carrie Reunion.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: And it was the poster from the original Broadway cast.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh my fucking God, they're gonna do this like crazy reunion with the original Broadway cast because there are people in New York and London.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: It was so bad.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: It was so bad to the point where I was on my phone texting people during it.
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: This kind of sounds like their problem, not your problem.
- 33:56SPEAKER_03: She's like, I got a flat wig and the carrying was bad.
- 33:59SPEAKER_03: Today was not my day.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: And so there was the music director from the original Broadway production, and he had these like amazing sorts of like, yes, this is amazing.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: And then it was some guy, he was like the first person to direct a college production.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: I was like, How are you the authority on carrying the you directed a student when it's mythical college?
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: Like no shade.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: But I was like, I was like, what the fuck am I listening to?
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: And then even crazier, they phone called in people who did it at Stage Door Manor.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: Do you know what Stage Door Manor is?
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: No.
- 34:29SPEAKER_01: It's a children's theater camp.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: So it was people who did carry the musical man.
- 34:34SPEAKER_03: Like the stage door kids.
- 34:35SPEAKER_03: They don't fuck around.
- 34:36SPEAKER_03: No shade.
- 34:36SPEAKER_03: I'll take both shape.
- 34:37SPEAKER_03: I was gonna say like Swifties.
- 34:39SPEAKER_03: It's about to be a Twitter fire.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: And they did carry, and it was two people who did it when they were kids.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: And like, I just was having fun.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: I'm like, this is not what I signed up for.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: Why are you talking?
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: Why are you talking?
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: Why are we and then at the end they brought out a child psychologist from Columbia to talk about the psychology of Carrie?
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: I literally, if I was on stage, well, yeah, well, there wasn't a stage, it was just in like this room.
- 34:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, Jesus.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: And there were rows of seats and the row like filed to a wall.
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: If my seat wasn't against the wall, I would have walked out.
- 35:03SPEAKER_01: It was a free event, Museum of Broadway.
- 35:04SPEAKER_01: I want my money back.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say, that must have been really hard for you.
- 35:08SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: I had really high expectations, and my god, were they not met?
- 35:14SPEAKER_01: They were shattered.
- 35:15SPEAKER_01: They were dumped blood on top of that.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: There you go.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Hello.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Even that would have been better.
- 35:21SPEAKER_03: She's trapped in the middle of the road, going, I can't spend eternity.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: Someone was like, Your personal hell is at a carry talk pack with none of the original cast, and you can't get out.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: I was like, Yeah.
- 35:31SPEAKER_03: You're fucking gay.
- 35:33SPEAKER_03: I like purgatory.
- 35:34SPEAKER_03: You have to tell the story.
- 35:35SPEAKER_03: You have to tell the Sherry Sanders story.
- 35:37SPEAKER_03: I think everything in my life.
- 35:40SPEAKER_03: Everything in my life led to me being a drag queen.
- 35:43SPEAKER_03: Like every single thing.
- 35:44SPEAKER_03: Every drag queen says this.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but it just felt right.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but like I can give you.
- 35:49SPEAKER_03: She one year, she's talking about her senior thesis one year, and she goes, So I'm gonna say, like, my drag is like a love letter to pop culture.

- 35:58SPEAKER_04: She's trying to like talking about everyone else, girl.
- 36:01SPEAKER_01: So there's this woman, Sherry Sanders, she does this thing called Rock the Audition, where she teaches musical theater kids how to do pop rock.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: And actually, it's like very, very good.
- 36:08SPEAKER_03: Like I learned a lot in the class.
- 36:09SPEAKER_03: What were you singing?
- 36:10SPEAKER_03: I was singing.
- 36:11SPEAKER_03: Wait, scooch back and pivot.
- 36:12SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 36:13SPEAKER_03: Teach a camera because you're too pretty.
- 36:14SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 36:15SPEAKER_01: You don't want like my giant fucking nose.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: No, no, we don't.
- 36:18SPEAKER_03: We want it anyway.
- 36:20SPEAKER_01: I was singing uh You Make Me Feel Mighty Real by Sylvester.
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: And it finishes, and she goes, So who is your character?
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: She like she starts like affecting how she's acting.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: And everyone in the class can co-sign on this happening.
- 36:31SPEAKER_01: Like, this isn't embellished, like everyone remembers this.
- 36:34SPEAKER_01: Because she's like talking normal, she's like coaching, and then I finish.
- 36:37SPEAKER_01: So who is your character?
- 36:38SPEAKER_01: I was like, what?
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: And she goes, she goes, is she queen?
- 36:43SPEAKER_01: Is she mother of the house?
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 36:47SPEAKER_00: Is she queen?
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: And then what happened?
- 36:49SPEAKER_01: And then I was so like suddenly went, and she goes, You better click.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: I was like, get me out of this room right now.
- 36:56SPEAKER_03: You better click.
- 36:57SPEAKER_03: You better click.
- 36:58SPEAKER_03: I said the people on YouTube.
- 37:00SPEAKER_03: You better click.
- 37:01SPEAKER_03: This was in daycare.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, daycare.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: Everyone in that class can co-sign that.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Is she queen?
- 37:09SPEAKER_01: Is she queen?
- 37:10SPEAKER_01: Is she mother of the house?
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: It was the hand going up on a mother and house.
- 37:13SPEAKER_01: You better click.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: You like a queen?
- 37:15SPEAKER_03: Well, I know.
- 37:16SPEAKER_03: Oh, I love her.
- 37:17SPEAKER_03: It was incredible.
- 37:17SPEAKER_03: It rocked the audition.
- 37:19SPEAKER_03: Rock the audition.
- 37:21SPEAKER_01: And let me tell you, Miss Sherry Sanders, I've done quite a few jobs using her audition cuts.
- 37:25SPEAKER_01: So I learned something good.
- 37:27SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 37:27SPEAKER_03: And she is queen.
- 37:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 37:29SPEAKER_03: She is queen.
- 37:31SPEAKER_03: Mother of the house.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: You both better click.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 37:34SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 37:38SPEAKER_03: Because I need to fill my cauldron.
- 37:39SPEAKER_03: Okay, we'll fill up everyone's cauldron with some magical potion and we'll be right back.
- 37:43SPEAKER_03: Bye.
- 37:52SPEAKER_04: Slash like um nurses.
- 37:54SPEAKER_03: Good time gals or like doctors.
- 37:56SPEAKER_03: Male nurses.
- 37:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 37:58SPEAKER_03: It's always like the fag that's like giving UK on the dance floor.
- 38:02SPEAKER_03: Or like, what do you do?
- 38:02SPEAKER_03: They're like putting your IV in like in the morning.
- 38:05SPEAKER_01: Phlebotomists.
- 38:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:07SPEAKER_03: They do like EKGs full time.
- 38:09SPEAKER_03: I one time, I one time didn't know, like, I think I put Trimax in the category of like Viagra or like Cialis.
- 38:15SPEAKER_03: Like I thought it was like a pill.
- 38:16SPEAKER_01: Trimax is I know what it is because one of our friends, who I'm sure she'll talk about this when she's on the podcast, hooked up with this guy on Fire Island somewhere.
- 38:23SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna say because it's not my story to tell him.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: It's too funny not to.
- 38:26SPEAKER_01: But anyway, hooked up by this guy and he shot Trimex into his own.
- 38:28SPEAKER_03: Well, that's what I I unfortunately Well, they were like, Do you want Trimax?
- 38:34SPEAKER_03: And I thought I was just gonna take a pill.
- 38:35SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Yeah, I'll take a boner pill, whatever.
- 38:36SPEAKER_03: And then before I know, like it was like it was happening, and it I felt like it was too late to back out.
- 38:40SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Oh, okay, I guess I did.
- 38:43SPEAKER_03: Did they put Trimax in your wiener?
- 38:44SPEAKER_03: Did you love it?
- 38:45SPEAKER_03: This was like a long time ago.
- 38:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:47SPEAKER_03: Damn, you needed help for years.
- 38:49SPEAKER_03: Like for like No, I didn't even need it.
- 38:51SPEAKER_03: I didn't even need it.
- 38:52SPEAKER_00: I will say I have seen someone do it.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: I've never done it, but I would have done it.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: Uh I'll try I'll try anything for it.
- 39:00SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 39:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 39:01SPEAKER_03: Like shoot me up.
- 39:02SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 39:02SPEAKER_03: They were very nice too, because like just like public service announcement, you can't like you need the like antidote.
- 39:10SPEAKER_03: Like to like make it go away.
- 39:12SPEAKER_03: What?
- 39:12SPEAKER_03: Because it's dangerous.
- 39:14SPEAKER_03: It's dangerous to go to sleep with a boner that fears.
- 39:18SPEAKER_03: Like, you know what I mean?
- 39:20SPEAKER_03: Like you have to, you have to like your boner, you can get nerve damage in your dick.
- 39:25SPEAKER_03: Because it's like if you have a boner for more than four hours, consult a physician.
- 39:29SPEAKER_03: So if you're sleeping for eight hours with a boner for a while, what if I want a boner for more than four hours?
- 39:32SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, hello.
- 39:34SPEAKER_03: But I do think you can do it.
- 39:35SPEAKER_03: You want someone to have a boner for at least an hour.
- 39:39SPEAKER_03: It's just not your boner.
- 39:40SPEAKER_03: But I think you can have a boner for more than four hours if it's like an active boner.
- 39:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, if it's like the blood.
- 39:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, or organic boner.
- 39:50SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: All I remember was like the needle was so thin.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: And that was cool.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: I haven't done it, but uh someone I was like hooking up with did it.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: He was doing everything.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: Needle.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: And then he got to the shot.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: And then I got her beast.
- 40:04SPEAKER_03: I'm pretty like, I don't know.
- 40:05SPEAKER_03: I like I'm fine with needles.
- 40:07SPEAKER_03: No.
- 40:07SPEAKER_03: Like I've and I've always been okay with needles.
- 40:09SPEAKER_03: I've never been squeamish about getting my blood drawn or anything.
- 40:11SPEAKER_03: And then once I started getting injectables, I was like, oh.
- 40:13SPEAKER_03: You get toxed?
- 40:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I've gotten toxed.
- 40:16SPEAKER_03: In this economy, honey, I wish I could get toxed.
- 40:18SPEAKER_03: No, I haven't had Botox for like almost two years.
- 40:20SPEAKER_03: You don't even need it.
- 40:21SPEAKER_03: No, I do.
- 40:22SPEAKER_03: Oh well.
- 40:23SPEAKER_03: You're like, well, actually, no, but I think I like I used and I've I've gotten a fair amount of lip filler, and like that's where that's really painful.
- 40:32SPEAKER_03: Oh, I know.
- 40:32SPEAKER_03: I've done it once.
- 40:33SPEAKER_03: It's gone now.
- 40:34SPEAKER_03: It's really that funny.
- 40:36SPEAKER_03: What?
- 40:36SPEAKER_03: That I've done it once?
- 40:37SPEAKER_03: No, your lip filler?
- 40:38SPEAKER_03: You got it.
- 40:39SPEAKER_03: And then like I saw you across the street and you were like hiding behind your own hand.
- 40:44SPEAKER_03: Good morning, Muhammad.
- 40:45SPEAKER_03: It was like, I was like, what?
- 40:47SPEAKER_03: Because I got chin filler too, which it's all kind of like chin filler, lip filler, and Botox all in one sitting.
- 40:52SPEAKER_02: So you were like, It looked like a bar of soap was like in my face.
- 40:54SPEAKER_03: You were literally like pulsating.
- 40:57SPEAKER_03: You were swelling in real time.
- 40:58SPEAKER_03: I was like, it was so shocking we had to like run away and hide for all.
- 41:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we had things to do and places to be.
- 41:03SPEAKER_03: Like we had to cancel plans, literally.
- 41:04SPEAKER_03: I could not be seen.
- 41:05SPEAKER_03: It was so scary.
- 41:07SPEAKER_01: You don't need lip filler.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: You're too young.
- 41:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you have to have you.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: You don't need lip filler.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: I've had and I know it's different.
- 41:14SPEAKER_01: It's called BBL Broadband Light, and they zapped my rosacea.
- 41:17SPEAKER_02: Ooh, she but I've not had anything like in me.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: They just like zapped me with a laser.
- 41:22SPEAKER_02: It's a Botox, it's fun.
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's not.
- 41:26SPEAKER_02: It is fun.
- 41:26SPEAKER_03: You know what else is fierce about it?
- 41:27SPEAKER_03: I because I'm I'm a sweater, and I've always been a sweater, and then I started getting really sweaty like over the past couple years, and I was like, what the fuck is going on?
- 41:36SPEAKER_03: And then I realized, oh, antidepressants.
- 41:39SPEAKER_03: Oh a hundred percent.
- 41:42SPEAKER_03: Well, that's literally.
- 41:44SPEAKER_03: I'm actually going through that.
- 41:46SPEAKER_03: The Zola sweats, the Zola sweats, the SSRI sweats are so real.
- 41:50SPEAKER_03: It's like so that's the thing, like in drag, like I'm already so sweaty.
- 41:54SPEAKER_03: So when I'm like freshly toxed, like I don't sweat on my face, which is really good.
- 41:59SPEAKER_03: I mostly and I like like pills and meds, so like I want to know what you're on, if you don't mind.
- 42:03SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, yeah.
- 42:04SPEAKER_03: We can literally um deluxe not all of it, but just like the SSRI, but all yes, deluxe, it's it's symboltica because depression hurts, and cymbalta does help for me, let me tell you.
- 42:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, love it.
- 42:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm like, sponsor me.
- 42:16SPEAKER_00: Um, because it's it's technically cymbalta, right?
- 42:21SPEAKER_03: I want Vivance really bad.
- 42:22SPEAKER_03: Like, who do I gotta blow?
- 42:23SPEAKER_03: What's Vivance?
- 42:24SPEAKER_03: That's like the new ad.
- 42:25SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, I don't do any of it.
- 42:27SPEAKER_03: It's it's honestly like a little too fierce for me.
- 42:30SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 42:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I I find that like the aftermath for me is a little spooky.
- 42:34SPEAKER_03: Really?
- 42:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I probably shouldn't do anything.
- 42:36SPEAKER_03: I say is I Chelsea's a drug addict.
- 42:38SPEAKER_03: Oh, wait, really quick, back to lip filler.
- 42:40SPEAKER_03: Back to lip filler filler.
- 42:42SPEAKER_03: I have like a high pain tolerance, but that was one of the most painful things I've ever done.
- 42:45SPEAKER_03: I've only done it once.
- 42:46SPEAKER_03: I was like, holy shit.
- 42:47SPEAKER_03: Like it was so painful, it was it was almost good.
- 42:49SPEAKER_03: It is very yeah, I know, right?
- 42:50SPEAKER_03: You were like, I had to go, I had to go so far away in my mind, like I was like so like on another planet to like get through it.
- 42:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:58SPEAKER_03: Like I usually I'm good like if I don't look like when I'm getting my blood drawn, I just look away, like see it happening.
- 43:04SPEAKER_03: But then you end up getting like a partnership to get like free filler, and then you have you're having to film everything.
- 43:08SPEAKER_03: So you're like actually reliving it, and then like I never get that offer.
- 43:11SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I wonder why.
- 43:13SPEAKER_02: I know why am I not like asked to like put it on?
- 43:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I always say, I was like, I'm shameless.
- 43:18SPEAKER_03: I was like, I will I would let you like put Botox into my hole, like and broadcast it live in Times Square if it was free.
- 43:24SPEAKER_03: Have you done it?
- 43:25SPEAKER_03: I've gotten Botox in my hole, but it wasn't, it was medically necessary, unfortunately.
- 43:28SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 43:29SPEAKER_03: This lovely lady had asshole surgery on Valentine's Day of 2020.
- 43:33SPEAKER_03: Oh I know.
- 43:35SPEAKER_03: I previously ultimate act of self-love.
- 43:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:38SPEAKER_02: The guy who stabbed like injected his dick gave me uh anal herpes.
- 43:41SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's not haven't had an outbreak since.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: That's good.
- 43:46SPEAKER_02: Hey, it's still time.
- 43:48SPEAKER_03: There's still time.
- 43:53SPEAKER_03: Getting it dissolved.
- 43:55SPEAKER_03: Because wait, did you guys hear about uh that like older dad?
- 44:00SPEAKER_03: Guy, his name was I won't say his name, but he was in the news for a while because he got busted for being like unlicensed and was giving people like Botox and filler and stuff.
- 44:09SPEAKER_03: No.
- 44:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was going to him.
- 44:10SPEAKER_03: Um in New York.
- 44:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he he had like a he had like a van.
- 44:17SPEAKER_03: You'd think.
- 44:18SPEAKER_03: No, he made it look props drive.
- 44:20SPEAKER_03: He made it look like I'm on it.
- 44:21SPEAKER_03: He had a van.
- 44:22SPEAKER_03: Oh no, no.
- 44:22SPEAKER_03: At that point, I was like, yeah, it's probably fine.
- 44:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 44:24SPEAKER_03: Was he an old guy?
- 44:26SPEAKER_03: He was like a daddy type.
- 44:27SPEAKER_03: Like he was, he was very like suddenly he wasn't like so.
- 44:30SPEAKER_01: We're gonna feel your cheeks now.
- 44:31SPEAKER_03: And you know what?
- 44:31SPEAKER_03: I will say this because she knows Marty Will Cummings was the one that referred me to this person.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: It all goes back to Marty.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: It does all go back to Marty impression.
- 44:40SPEAKER_03: Marty Gul Cummings! Yes! You got to get out there and vote! It's a really good one.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: Pretty good.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 44:49SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 44:50SPEAKER_03: She's in the room.
- 44:50SPEAKER_03: But yeah, he's he like, I mean, Izzy on Cut and I have both had like back my favorite person in life.
- 44:57SPEAKER_03: She's so funny.
- 44:57SPEAKER_03: Like black market filler and stuff.
- 44:59SPEAKER_03: So there was that we always we tweeted something like this one time.
- 45:02SPEAKER_03: Like it was remember like uh COVID era, like tables and the bars and everything.
- 45:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: Hot tops.
- 45:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, when you had to put your mask on and everything.
- 45:09SPEAKER_03: Like me and Izzy drunk at industry, like fully, like with our hands in each other's mouths, feeling each other's calcified filler.
- 45:16SPEAKER_03: Like I was like, filler.
- 45:19SPEAKER_03: I almost said you're above it.
- 45:20SPEAKER_03: Oh, you're above it.
- 45:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:22SPEAKER_03: So you're above it.
- 45:22SPEAKER_03: No, I know.
- 45:23SPEAKER_03: You don't eat it.
- 45:24SPEAKER_01: The only thing that I would want is I my smile lines are really deep, but I'm just learning to just accept that.
- 45:28SPEAKER_01: Because that one's really I need to do it.
- 45:29SPEAKER_01: But not filler.
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: That's a drop of filler.
- 45:32SPEAKER_03: It's really hard to because Biner really does.
- 45:34SPEAKER_03: I just got Botox and I hate Botox in my forehead and like could it move?
- 45:38SPEAKER_00: Unless it not moved.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: I I don't like it.
- 45:40SPEAKER_00: No, no, it hasn't, it hasn't set in yet, Philly.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: But I notice it right away.
- 45:44SPEAKER_00: Like it does do something like immediate to me, at least I notice.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Uh and but I don't I see the compensation.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: He like shot up my the sides of my nose too light to like help other like areas like compensation.
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: But then I'm like, I can see I'm like hyper aware in like a bad way.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: Like I can see like a little droop in like the tip of my hands.
- 46:02SPEAKER_03: I highly supply.
- 46:03SPEAKER_03: You made my nose a little light on the me.
- 46:05SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 46:05SPEAKER_00: Are you both padded or no?
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: I'm padded.
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: I'm padded, yeah.
- 46:08SPEAKER_03: Cutie.
- 46:08SPEAKER_03: I'm padded too.
- 46:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 46:09SPEAKER_03: Okay, show off.
- 46:10SPEAKER_03: I'm waiting.
- 46:11SPEAKER_03: You're like, I'm padded.
- 46:12SPEAKER_03: There's a hem.
- 46:13SPEAKER_03: There's a hem.
- 46:14SPEAKER_03: Everybody looks like there's a hammer choice.
- 46:16SPEAKER_00: You guys both have amazing drag names.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 46:19SPEAKER_00: Monica Lewinsky is genius and Chelsea Pierce is genius.
- 46:22SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: And also you have like, I want to say, like the most iconic makeup in New York at the moment.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Like or like distinct.
- 46:29SPEAKER_01: I thought you were gonna say she has the most iconic original drag name, which we will not say on the model.
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, yours is so genius.
- 46:36SPEAKER_00: I mean, both of you are so genius.
- 46:37SPEAKER_03: No, her drag name before.
- 46:38SPEAKER_03: I had it, I had a drag name, but it wasn't.
- 46:40SPEAKER_03: We are not, you can't.
- 46:41SPEAKER_03: All I'll say is if you dig hard enough, you can find it.
- 46:44SPEAKER_03: It was a different time, and that's why I changed it.
- 46:46SPEAKER_03: That's all we're gonna say, okay?
- 46:48SPEAKER_03: My my first drag name was Cody Angel.
- 46:50SPEAKER_03: I don't know why.
- 46:51SPEAKER_03: I don't know why.
- 46:52SPEAKER_03: You played a bunch of drag names too.
- 46:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because I like I Carmen Perron.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, Carmen Perone.
- 46:57SPEAKER_01: It was where are they now?
- 46:59SPEAKER_01: Uh Carmen Perone.
- 47:00SPEAKER_01: I'm I think you can find her Instagram account still.
- 47:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, she's on Satan Islands.
- 47:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I was in college, I was Carmen Perone, and then before that, I was Candy Sweet.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: This is and by when I did drag, I was like in my bedroom, but I was like, my drag name is like Candy Sweet.
- 47:12SPEAKER_01: And it was like Carmen Perone.
- 47:14SPEAKER_01: And then I think that was it.
- 47:15SPEAKER_01: Um, there was a time I wanted my drag name to be Lola Moon because my mom, this is a stupid story.
- 47:21SPEAKER_01: My mom texted me, season nine of dragger.
- 47:22SPEAKER_01: She's like, I love that queen, Lola Moon.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: I was like, Mom, who's Lola Moon?
- 47:26SPEAKER_01: She goes, she goes, you know the one from Vegas with the pink hair?
- 47:29SPEAKER_01: I went, pheromone.
- 47:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's fierce.
- 47:33SPEAKER_01: Lola Moon is kind of con.
- 47:35SPEAKER_01: For a while, I was like, I'll be Lola Moon.
- 47:36SPEAKER_01: And then when I was like, I think I'll be Hanukkah Winski, my dad goes, What if your drag queen was carry my purse?
- 47:41SPEAKER_03: I went, That's also really good.
- 47:43SPEAKER_03: I knew a drag queen.
- 47:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, your dad's a faggot.
- 47:46SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm telling you, my wish wanted me to be a drag queen so bad.
- 47:51SPEAKER_03: No, her parents are if you're watching, I love you.
- 47:53SPEAKER_03: Best people in the world.
- 47:54SPEAKER_03: They're wonderful.
- 47:55SPEAKER_03: They do best people in the world.
- 47:56SPEAKER_00: Well raised, the both of you.
- 47:57SPEAKER_03: No, but back to your makeup, like it is so like iconic.
- 48:00SPEAKER_03: And I want to say anime inspired.
- 48:02SPEAKER_03: It's I I like you know what really started shifting it?
- 48:06SPEAKER_03: And this is like so stupid.
- 48:07SPEAKER_03: But I because I used to paint really small.
- 48:10SPEAKER_03: Like because I worked for Mac.
- 48:11SPEAKER_03: When I met Chelsea, she was like small crossing like yeah, because like I spent all day doing beauty beats on like Upper West Side women because I worked at the Columbus store, which is uh it used to be by Lincoln Center, but it's now closed.
- 48:26SPEAKER_03: Um and then I don't know, like I mean, I have a pretty like masculine face, so like I don't really think that it was the best choice for me.
- 48:34SPEAKER_03: But it was like all I knew how to do.
- 48:36SPEAKER_03: But it was blended.
- 48:37SPEAKER_03: It was it was blended, yeah.
- 48:39SPEAKER_03: But no, yeah, it was fine.
- 48:40SPEAKER_03: But I think like I don't know what excites me about drag is like the transformation of it all.
- 48:45SPEAKER_03: Same.
- 48:45SPEAKER_03: And especially because like speaking about Botox and everything, and like without Botox, I've realized that like my natural boy eyebrows are like basically in my eyelid.
- 48:54SPEAKER_03: Like I have like very and like my like when I smile, my eyes are kind of downturned.
- 48:58SPEAKER_03: So I started just like trying to yank it more.
- 49:00SPEAKER_03: It's so good, and then it was the Rain on Me video, and we had so much time to be playing with our makeup in 2020, like during the pandemic.
- 49:07SPEAKER_03: We were like let's it was that white graphic liner that they had in that final.
- 49:12SPEAKER_03: So I started like using white graphic liner because like I mean, look at your face, like when you draw through your natural brow, it's just like I have to yank that's I had the same thing.
- 49:22SPEAKER_03: I have like a Neanderthal brow.
- 49:23SPEAKER_03: So when you like I'm like out like a pretty boy, but it's still like a big brow bone and like deep set browns.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: It's harder than you.
- 49:30SPEAKER_03: No, but you I I say this to you all the time.
- 49:32SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm I'm like I'll always pull you aside drunk at the bar.
- 49:34SPEAKER_03: I'd be like, bitch, you can pick it up.
- 49:36SPEAKER_03: You really can.
- 49:37SPEAKER_03: You really can't.
- 49:37SPEAKER_03: It's so clean.
- 49:39SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, you too in between like the center of your face is like so symmetrical.
- 49:43SPEAKER_01: It's so pretty.
- 49:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, thank you.
- 49:45SPEAKER_01: I feel kind of like a man in a wig today.
- 49:47SPEAKER_03: No, you're gorgeous.
- 49:48SPEAKER_03: No, you're you're you look beautiful tonight tonight.
- 49:50SPEAKER_03: No, yeah.
- 49:51SPEAKER_03: No, you look beautiful now.
- 49:52SPEAKER_01: There isn't a I used to be really fucking a really long time to find my face.
- 50:01SPEAKER_01: Like years.
- 50:01SPEAKER_01: But I love that.
- 50:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we're so waiting.
- 50:04SPEAKER_01: No, you're gorgeous.
- 50:05SPEAKER_01: I didn't know it took like to the point where like once I changed my makeup, people would come up and go.
- 50:09SPEAKER_01: Specifically, Dev Doe came up to me one night at a bar.
- 50:12SPEAKER_01: It's like two in the morning.
- 50:13SPEAKER_01: She goes, Hanukkah, I love you so much, and I love that now you're more than just a good personality.
- 50:18SPEAKER_03: I was like, like honestly, worse.
- 50:20SPEAKER_03: No, I was like, I was like, okay, so I do know that I'm pretty now.
- 50:23SPEAKER_03: Like, I was like, this is a really good standard.
- 50:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I love that.
- 50:26SPEAKER_00: You're also a cute boy.
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: You both are cute boys.
- 50:28SPEAKER_03: So are you?
- 50:29SPEAKER_00: Both of you.
- 50:30SPEAKER_00: Oh, thank you, thank you.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: Chelsea's flirting on the board.
- 50:32SPEAKER_03: I was like when you're at a drag, you're a cute boy.
- 50:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: You take off the wig and the beard.
- 50:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 50:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 50:37SPEAKER_01: But woman.
- 50:39SPEAKER_01: You take off the wig and the beard, you're a green alien.
- 50:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 50:42SPEAKER_03: No, I you I I always talk about like the when I started drag, it was an era of like, and I'm not I'm not being quite like back in my day, because I'm obviously not from the era of like Sherry Vine, Jackie B.
- 50:53SPEAKER_03: Like those are like the legends, you know, who paved the way.
- 50:56SPEAKER_03: But still, like you couldn't get like a beautiful like lace front wig off of Amazon Prime delivered to your like we were going to like we were going to the beauty supply stores and we were wearing screen door lace that was like scan shapes too dark.
- 51:09SPEAKER_03: So stiff, yeah, exactly.
- 51:10SPEAKER_03: A black woman, like literally, totally, and and also like there like the there weren't as many tutorials and everything.
- 51:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so like you had to kind of take the time to figure it out, which I think was better because it was like a rite of passage.
- 51:25SPEAKER_03: You had to go be ugly for a while.
- 51:27SPEAKER_03: Like and you like you.
- 51:29SPEAKER_03: But the girls come out the gate looking flawless now, and I'm like, that doesn't build character for sure.
- 51:34SPEAKER_02: That's a problem though, because like it they lack everything else.
- 51:37SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 51:37SPEAKER_03: Bob told me like years ago, like, you can't be a bedroom queen and wait for yourself to look fuss.
- 51:42SPEAKER_03: You gotta like go out and look like she busted.
- 51:45SPEAKER_01: And I I certainly did.
- 51:46SPEAKER_01: There's a great story.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: The reason I changed my makeup and we caused a row, but and she knows this story because she said it was a row.
- 51:53SPEAKER_01: We were at$3 bill one night.
- 51:55SPEAKER_01: This is like years and years ago, and I did this gig and it was so bad, and I felt so ugly, and I like my makeup was bad, and I felt bad about myself.
- 52:02SPEAKER_01: It was just like a really rough night.
- 52:03SPEAKER_01: And I run into like Kiki and Laguna and uh Castrata and all those girls outside, and I'm like, And Kiki's like, Oh my god, are you okay?
- 52:11SPEAKER_01: Like, what's wrong?
- 52:12SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I don't know, I just feel like really, really ugly tonight.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: And Laguna goes, Well, you said it.
- 52:19SPEAKER_01: I did not speak to Laguna for a year.
- 52:21SPEAKER_01: Great impression, also.
- 52:23SPEAKER_03: Did not, thank you.
- 52:24SPEAKER_03: I do, I actually I love doing impression.
- 52:26SPEAKER_03: I'm very good at impressions.
- 52:27SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 52:27SPEAKER_03: Me, me when I'm Trump, I'm very good at impressions.
- 52:30SPEAKER_03: It's like, yeah.
- 52:32SPEAKER_03: She's got a great Kamala, don't you?
- 52:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, I can I could do any character on American horror story, Coven.
- 52:38SPEAKER_01: Um Jessica Lang is like Jessica Lang is very fun.
- 52:41SPEAKER_01: I can do it later if you want.
- 52:42SPEAKER_01: Um, but Laguna's like, you said it.
- 52:44SPEAKER_01: And I literally like spiraled so hard.
- 52:46SPEAKER_01: And to be fair, it did prompt me to change my makeup.
- 52:48SPEAKER_01: So like, and she was, and she was right, but it was so nasty in that moment that I literally she still apologizes for it.
- 52:53SPEAKER_01: I'm like, girl, forgiven.
- 52:54SPEAKER_01: Not forgotten, but it is forgiven.
- 52:56SPEAKER_03: No, but like she pushed you to become like way better.
- 52:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but it was like I did not speak to her for a year.
- 53:01SPEAKER_03: I was so mad at her.
- 53:02SPEAKER_01: She was also the reason where like there was one night she comes up to Chelsea outside of industry, she goes, Oh my god, Chelsea, you look so beautiful tonight.
- 53:10SPEAKER_01: I and we were like, So we sigh every time we go.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: You look gorgeous.
- 53:15SPEAKER_01: I didn't, but was it shade?
- 53:16SPEAKER_03: Was it Janelle that that told Laguna she was like, You're kind of a cunt.
- 53:20SPEAKER_03: Like, and then like it looked like Laguna had this whole like existential crisis where she was like, Am I a cunt?
- 53:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 53:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, well, if Janelle tells you something, you listen.
- 53:28SPEAKER_03: Or Laguna.
- 53:30SPEAKER_03: Janelle does Janelle is my favorite.
- 53:31SPEAKER_03: Can we please salute Janelle number five?
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: Janelle number five is my favorite drag queen of all relay.
- 53:35SPEAKER_01: Like I I I bow down at the altar of Janelle number five.
- 53:39SPEAKER_01: We always favorite person.
- 53:40SPEAKER_03: And we tell this story on stage all the time because like if we attempt a punchline and it doesn't land, we always say we make reference to this story, which is when this is Janelle.
- 53:49SPEAKER_01: She did a Halloween show to Figaro Girl.
- 53:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 53:52SPEAKER_03: She was about to intro um LLC, brought her to um her drag daughter, and she was like, This this next bitch is so Gen Z of abored in her.
- 54:02SPEAKER_03: No one laughs.
- 54:03SPEAKER_03: No one laughs.
- 54:03SPEAKER_03: She goes, she goes, Oh, y'all didn't like that one.
- 54:06SPEAKER_03: So every time a bunch of this one is like, I go, Oh, y'all didn't like that one.
- 54:09SPEAKER_03: That's amazing.
- 54:10SPEAKER_03: So good.
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: That's great.
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: Consider that soul, and that's good to have my box.
- 54:14SPEAKER_03: Janelle is the best.
- 54:15SPEAKER_03: Janelle like tossing clowns.
- 54:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Janelle on Drag Race.
- 54:18SPEAKER_01: She literally, I think she is like, but like before, like I she I think might be my number one.
- 54:23SPEAKER_00: That's why Drag Race is annoying because it's like it could be the best show on earth.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: Like it like it used to be and it's gotten like worse, blah, blah, blah.
- 54:29SPEAKER_00: But like, there's so many icons that it could just easily like they it's overproduced.
- 54:33SPEAKER_03: They could just cast legends, that fucking audition, and make and let the show tell it something.
- 54:38SPEAKER_03: I still love it.
- 54:38SPEAKER_03: I love Drag Race.
- 54:39SPEAKER_03: I love watching it.
- 54:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, of course.
- 54:41SPEAKER_03: I'm not just gonna watch it.
- 54:42SPEAKER_03: But I think I mean, if my pick, like put Izzy Uncut on Drag Race.
- 54:45SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah, I know.
- 54:47SPEAKER_03: The funniest person on earth.
- 54:49SPEAKER_03: Like I love her.
- 54:51SPEAKER_03: I'll sit at a table at a reboot with her and she'll say something, and I'm like, well, I should quit drag because I've never done anything funny in my life.
- 54:57SPEAKER_03: She's so funny.
- 54:57SPEAKER_03: She's she came on.
- 54:58SPEAKER_03: I will say we're gonna last Halloween.
- 55:00SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what did she dress as?
- 55:02SPEAKER_01: Oh, Megan.
- 55:04SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 55:05SPEAKER_03: Izzy and I, we've written a lot of uh verses for like Oh, I'm sure.
- 55:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we we what we wrote, what we co-wrote, I will say, because like these girls were part of the process as well.
- 55:16SPEAKER_03: We co-wrote Tina Berner's Rapping Roast and then Jasmine Kennedy's rapping roast.
- 55:20SPEAKER_03: And I love writing with Izzy.
- 55:21SPEAKER_03: Like she's because like we both really think of comedy like in a like we can't are capable of thinking it in a mathematical way.
- 55:28SPEAKER_03: We're like, oh, like the syntax makes something land a little better.
- 55:32SPEAKER_03: And like I love the like on that woman, the meme of the woman with the mask.
- 55:36SPEAKER_03: Like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 55:37SPEAKER_03: Well, I think of you as a comedy queen.
- 55:38SPEAKER_03: Thanks.
- 55:39SPEAKER_03: Or how do like we know each other because of like, I don't know, maybe my exact one.
- 55:43SPEAKER_03: I think that's how we first met.
- 55:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 55:45SPEAKER_03: Interesting.
- 55:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 55:46SPEAKER_03: I think that's how we first met.
- 55:48SPEAKER_03: But then I became a fan of yours as well because I was like, oh my god, you're funny.
- 55:50SPEAKER_03: Thank you, thank you.
- 55:51SPEAKER_03: You're a girl, you are that comedy queen.
- 55:53SPEAKER_03: You're not curious so much.
- 55:55SPEAKER_03: You're both funny.
- 55:55SPEAKER_03: I love the pot.
- 55:58SPEAKER_03: I love the pie.
- 55:59SPEAKER_00: So I get an Abby Bo.
- 56:00SPEAKER_00: No, I'm here.
- 56:01SPEAKER_03: This is the best time I'm not.
- 56:02SPEAKER_03: I'm killing myself tomorrow.
- 56:03SPEAKER_00: Should we tell?
- 56:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're killing yourself tomorrow?
- 56:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah, me too.
- 56:06SPEAKER_03: Not if I beat you to the bunch.
- 56:08SPEAKER_03: Didn't you say you had a counterpun Diva's on a cliff you wanted to do?
- 56:10SPEAKER_02: Oh, because I was saying Kelly Clarkson Gate, like the bird on the wall, like blah, blah, blah.
- 56:14SPEAKER_02: Molly.
- 56:14SPEAKER_02: I mean my love.
- 56:16SPEAKER_03: Molly.
- 56:17SPEAKER_03: Molly, that's the bird for the bird.
- 56:19SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 56:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 56:20SPEAKER_03: What is your stance on this all?
- 56:21SPEAKER_03: I don't care.
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: There are not there.
- 56:25SPEAKER_03: I'm telling you, there is so much discourse lately about this, that, and the other thing, like the Kelly Clarkson bird, the Taylor Swift of it all.
- 56:31SPEAKER_03: And I'm Taylor Swift bird.
- 56:34SPEAKER_03: I'm like, shut the fuck up.
- 56:37SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
- 56:38SPEAKER_03: I was just doing that the other day in my for no reason.
- 56:41SPEAKER_03: I was like, shut the fuck up.
- 56:43SPEAKER_03: But you know scary movie, the two.
- 56:45SPEAKER_03: Shut the fuck up.
- 56:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 56:46SPEAKER_00: I love scary movies.
- 56:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, so good.
- 56:49SPEAKER_03: So good.
- 56:50SPEAKER_00: Cindy Campbell is like a huge part of my like drag character.
- 56:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 56:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: Unfortunately.
- 56:55SPEAKER_03: I used to in the during the uh shout out to my uh my friend uh Jeffrey Koch, who I call sweet Jeffrey.
- 57:01SPEAKER_03: We lived together during the pandemic, and like we lived in this huge apartment up in Washington Heights, and all the other roommates had left.
- 57:08SPEAKER_03: So we just had this giant apartment.
- 57:09SPEAKER_03: There's this long hallway.
- 57:10SPEAKER_03: So I would like periodically just like out of nowhere, like scamper down the hallway and lean like from behind a wall and I was like, Brenda.
- 57:16SPEAKER_04: Cindy!
- 57:17SPEAKER_02: This is a skeleton!
- 57:19SPEAKER_03: Like this is just Cindy, the TV is leaking.
- 57:25SPEAKER_02: So good.
- 57:27SPEAKER_03: Like it's not like I don't know, it's not a vocal stim because I don't like say it, but it's like when uh in the first movie when they're that's the during the sex scene and he undoes her pants and the bats fly out.
- 57:36SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, it's been a while.
- 57:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I'm so pushing.
- 57:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh my god.
- 57:42SPEAKER_00: She's like, but we can keep it PG 13.
- 57:43SPEAKER_00: It's like sorry.
- 57:46SPEAKER_03: Like great.
- 57:47SPEAKER_03: I that kind of comedy will never not be funny to me.
- 57:50SPEAKER_03: Like, right at the top.
- 57:53SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 57:54SPEAKER_00: And like Chad, we love you.
- 57:56SPEAKER_00: Like, that was so good.
- 57:57SPEAKER_00: Like oh, with the hat.
- 57:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was just gonna say that would be getting bigger.
- 58:01SPEAKER_03: That is so genius.
- 58:02SPEAKER_03: I'm telling you, so like when she gets in the car for no reason, it's like, did you know that?
- 58:06SPEAKER_03: Her I should be big hat, like Halloween.
- 58:09SPEAKER_02: That's your Halloween costume.
- 58:10SPEAKER_03: Wait, what if you did, what if you did like where you were kind of bar crawling and like you were switching out the hat several times.
- 58:17SPEAKER_01: You do an episode of the pod where the hat keeps getting better.
- 58:19SPEAKER_03: Oh, the next year.
- 58:24SPEAKER_03: We can edit this.
- 58:25SPEAKER_03: Like, what do you do for what do you mean for actual Halloween?
- 58:30SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 58:30SPEAKER_03: What are we doing for Halloween?
- 58:32SPEAKER_03: No.
- 58:32SPEAKER_03: Do you do like a boy costume?
- 58:34SPEAKER_03: You were kind of um Zach Efron like with the towel.
- 58:39SPEAKER_03: What would you character was that?
- 58:41SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 58:41SPEAKER_03: That was a really loud scene.
- 58:43SPEAKER_03: No, it was like when he was in the wrestling movie and there was like a paparazzi photo of him like walking from his trailer and he looked like a Neanderthal.
- 58:48SPEAKER_02: That was a mistake.
- 58:49SPEAKER_02: No, I love it.
- 58:51SPEAKER_03: I love a photo here.
- 58:53SPEAKER_03: I love a costume that's like I was talking about for no one but you.
- 58:56SPEAKER_03: No, I like like okay.
- 58:57SPEAKER_03: It's the genre of like how like Demi did put Lovato last year.
- 59:02SPEAKER_03: Like that to me is like really funny.
- 59:04SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't ever do stuff like that, but I appreciate it.
- 59:07SPEAKER_03: Yes, yes.
- 59:08SPEAKER_03: For sure.
- 59:08SPEAKER_03: So I am poot.
- 59:11SPEAKER_03: How can you not?
- 59:12SPEAKER_03: Uh I don't know what I'm gonna do for Halloween.
- 59:15SPEAKER_03: Are you waving as or someone off camera?
- 59:17SPEAKER_03: I was I was adjusting my glove, my love.
- 59:19SPEAKER_03: I don't think these are ghosts.
- 59:24SPEAKER_03: Sweetie, you're going crazy.
- 59:26SPEAKER_01: It's like it's just a curtain.
- 59:27SPEAKER_03: Stop hailing a cab.
- 59:28SPEAKER_03: We're indoors.
- 59:29SPEAKER_03: You're like, we're not done yet.
- 59:30SPEAKER_03: Um I no, I don't I don't think these gloves were meant for someone of my um stature.
- 59:35SPEAKER_03: Let's just say that.

- 1:02:16SPEAKER_03: Maybe they're both right.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_01: It takes two to tank up.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_03: Jackie Cox once said this to me, and it like two sides to every story about my breakup.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_03: Let's get into it.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, how cheeky of you.

- 1:03:16SPEAKER_03: Love that.
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_03: Love that.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_03: That's really shitty.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_03: And it's kind of like, isn't there something beautiful about being at peace with that?
- 1:03:20SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_00: You gotta assholes.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_00: Cling to assholes.

- 1:03:42SPEAKER_03: She puts them together like so quickly that it's my it's mind-boggling.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_01: I will say, there's like not a lot of people that Chelsea and I hate.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_01: There's a couple, but not a lot of people.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_03: I feel like your list is probably.
- 1:03:52SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm gonna know.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, maybe.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_03: You also know.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_03: I don't really think.
- 1:04:03SPEAKER_03: I don't think I hate anyone, but I'm not sure.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_03: It's like, okay guys.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, good enough.
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_03: Grow up, hate yourself a good.

- 1:04:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm I'm I'm cusp, so I'm I'm a little of both.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_03: I think there are very few people that I genuinely hate, but there are people Donald Trump.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_03: There are people love the stuff.
- 1:04:24SPEAKER_03: There are people that I would uh like see coming from afar on Ninth Avenue, and even if I'm not listening to music, I put my AirPods in just so I can wave at them.
- 1:04:33SPEAKER_03: Like you're my friends and family.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_03: Like I don't want to talk to you.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_03: Everybody, everyone, no.
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:04:39SPEAKER_03: She can't relate.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_03: Oh no, I'm not sure.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_03: It's so genius, though, when you're gonna be able to do it.
- 1:04:41SPEAKER_03: She wants them to get pulled away by the way.
- 1:04:44SPEAKER_00: You're passing by and it's just like a hey, how are you?
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_00: And it's like mutually you both are on the same page and it's like thank god.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_03: That is like we're adults, like, the best gift you could give each other.
- 1:04:54SPEAKER_03: Best gift you can give each other.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_03: Or you mutually like or telekinetically agree to carry, uh, agree to ignore each other.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_03: Which was which was part of my what the the one or only time I did, I don't think so many live.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_03: Mine was like, I don't know, it included a joke where I was like, I don't think so many DJs in clothing stores, like when you know you go to an HM HM and they're doing like a full like fucking set, and you're like, you're like, I just want to like buy a tank top, not like fucking take Molly and like make out with a stranger who I'm gonna ignore and help catch him when I try to get away.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_03: You know, my god, yeah.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_03: Like so and that's a beautiful thing, you know.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I always say, like, especially like you know when drag queens get mad that like no one's paying attention to them at the show.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_03: I'm like, that is your god given right to ignore me at the bar while I'm performing, okay?
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_03: Literally.
- 1:05:39SPEAKER_03: I love I just saw Jack Fervor like in passing, and he was like, I'm running so late, but you look so cute, and left.
- 1:05:44SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Love that consider it stolen.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm running so late.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_00: Like I'm gonna go push it, guys.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_00: Gotta because I ain't got time.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't small talk.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_01: The worst is when you don't respond to someone's text and then you see them as you're running past, you're like, sorry, I didn't Respond.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_01: I gotta go.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm in it.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_01: I did this.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_01: I did this yesterday.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_01: And then you go, we're both shitty friends.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_01: What if they're not really your friend?
- 1:06:07SPEAKER_03: It takes two.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_03: What's y'all's favorite Halloween candy?
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_03: Reese's cups.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_03: Reese's.
- 1:06:12SPEAKER_03: There's no Reese's in here.
- 1:06:13SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 1:06:14SPEAKER_03: Actually, I would say the uh Reese's pumpkins.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_03: Those are the I don't have too much experience with the pumpkins, the Easter eggs, which is the same Reese, the same thing.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_03: That's the thing.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_03: Reese's holiday Reese's.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_03: Like the trees, the eggs.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_03: Heath.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_03: Heath bar.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_03: Ooh.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_03: Heath bar.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_03: I fucking love a fucking crackle.
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_03: Yes! Which one is crack bar?
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_03: It's like the other brand Crunch Bar.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_03: Oh, you can't.
- 1:06:43SPEAKER_03: In like the crab bag.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_03: It's good, really?
- 1:06:47SPEAKER_03: It's better than Crunch Bar because Crunch Bar is like thin and kind of waxy.
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_03: Crackle.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_03: Actually, actually crackly.
- 1:06:53SPEAKER_03: Like it has that like kind of pop rocky quality.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_03: I love crackle.
- 1:06:57SPEAKER_03: What about me?
- 1:06:57SPEAKER_03: That's really hard.
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_03: I I like candy corn pumpkins.
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's not like a trick-or-treaty thing.
- 1:07:02SPEAKER_03: That's just like candy corn's very poor.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_03: Candy corn is great.
- 1:07:04SPEAKER_03: It really is.
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_03: The one with chocolate in it.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_03: No, no, no, no.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_03: But I do like cellar.
- 1:07:10SPEAKER_01: I think it's like a separate name.
- 1:07:12SPEAKER_03: You do have I'm not kidding.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_03: I think it's called like harvest.
- 1:07:14SPEAKER_03: No, harvest mix is a real thing.
- 1:07:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:07:16SPEAKER_01: That's the one with the one that has the chocolate.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_03: The brown.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and I don't need those.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_03: Those are bad.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_03: And I like chocolate.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_03: There's something weird about those.
- 1:07:22SPEAKER_03: No, it's it's the it's the like plastic sugar to chocolate.
- 1:07:25SPEAKER_03: I'm like, yeah, yeah.
- 1:07:26SPEAKER_00: I just like the pumpkins.
- 1:07:26SPEAKER_00: I don't like the triangles.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_00: I like the pumpkins because like the ratio is the thing.
- 1:07:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the ratio of the pumpkin ratio.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah, get shot.
- 1:07:31SPEAKER_02: Burn it.
- 1:07:32SPEAKER_02: Showering.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, turn it around.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_02: Fucking shoot it.
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_02: Now it's just a shape.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_03: I like candy corn.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_03: It's so polarizing.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_03: What are your stances?
- 1:07:39SPEAKER_03: Love candy corn.
- 1:07:39SPEAKER_03: Love candy corn.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna reach for it, but like I'm not like, you know, like when people are like uh pineapple pizza.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_03: Yes or they're like, ah, God.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_03: No, I'm like, shut up.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_03: Shut up.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_03: No one cares.
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_03: Shut up, shut up.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_03: Fuck, who cares?
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_03: No one cares how relaxed.
- 1:07:52SPEAKER_03: I'll eat a candy corn for shits and giggles.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_03: But it does like if you have like one more than too many, it hurts.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_03: Yes, it hurts your fucking tea.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_03: For sure.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_03: Like there's a lot of things.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_03: Well, especially if you're playing with the pumpkins, my guy.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_03: Pumpkins you can have like one or two, I think.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the pumpkins are a lot of things.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_03: Not in my house, honey.
- 1:08:12SPEAKER_00: Not in my house.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_00: Uh but candy corn is honey flavored.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_00: That's why people who don't like candy corn, I'm like, it's honey flavored.
- 1:08:19SPEAKER_00: Is it really?
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go try this when I get home.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's honey.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_03: It's probably also a texture thing for people because it's got that like kind of like it's not waxy.
- 1:08:28SPEAKER_01: Is candy corn honey flavored the way that like grenadine is pomegranate and not cherry is?
- 1:08:32SPEAKER_03: Oh, I know, right?
- 1:08:33SPEAKER_03: Do you know this?
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_03: Is that the same thing?
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_03: Isn't that crazy?
- 1:08:35SPEAKER_03: Cruising my mind.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_03: Grenadine is pomegranate.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_03: This is my my fiance loves to go to me.
- 1:08:40SPEAKER_03: No, sorry, God.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_03: I only know these things because my fiance loves to go to trivia at uh nobody's perfect in Health's Kitchen.
- 1:08:46SPEAKER_03: It happens on Thursdays.
- 1:08:46SPEAKER_03: It's actually fab, really fun.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_03: You guys should come sometimes.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I would love to.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_03: Um, and it's it's all this these useless bits of information that like but now I know having them.
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_03: Because one of them was like, what is grenadine?
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_03: Like, what is the base of Grenadine?
- 1:08:57SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Oh, cherry and pomegranate.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_03: But does it even taste like pomegranate?
- 1:09:01SPEAKER_03: But they're not adding it just.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_03: That's how I knew the bird's name was Molly.
- 1:09:03SPEAKER_03: That is the trivia, yeah.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_01: See, and both of those things I just knew.
- 1:09:07SPEAKER_01: You knew it was pomegranate?
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_01: I'm a journalist.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_01: It's my job to know things.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_00: Wait, uh, what's like the the boy version of a Shirley Temple?
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_00: Roy Roger.
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_00: I love a Roy Roger.
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_00: Remember being a kid and being like, I boy, I have to have a Roy Roger, oh not me.
- 1:09:26SPEAKER_03: You were like, Can I just get a pint of grenadine?
- 1:09:28SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_03: I do like grenades.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_03: I'm just gonna butt chug some grenadine, honey.
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_03: No, if you want to cherry in your drink at a bar, you have to get the maraschinos.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_03: And bartenders love when you're gonna do that.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_03: No, oh, I like doing it myself.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_03: It's tactile.
- 1:09:41SPEAKER_00: When you muddled your own maraschinos at a young age.
- 1:09:44SPEAKER_03: You who gave me attitude when you used to work at Amy's Bread for asking for more oat milk or asking people to muddle things.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_03: It was free.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_03: You are a hypocrite.
- 1:09:51SPEAKER_03: It was free coffee on record.
- 1:09:53SPEAKER_03: Oat milk?
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_03: What?
- 1:09:55SPEAKER_03: I didn't want to open it.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_03: Did you say oat milk?
- 1:09:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you were like, that was the same cadence as back rolls.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_01: Back oat milk.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_01: Like oat milk.
- 1:10:02SPEAKER_01: No, I'm not asking the bartender to muddle it.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_01: I go, can I get a vodka soda with cherries at the bottom?
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_01: And then I muddle it because it's tactile.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_01: What?
- 1:10:10SPEAKER_01: Oh geez.
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_03: And put it back in.
- 1:10:14SPEAKER_03: What is it?
- 1:10:15SPEAKER_03: A something in mortar?
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_03: A brick and mortar.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_03: A brick and mortar.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm I will say that something in mortar.
- 1:10:22SPEAKER_00: I'm like the dumbest person on earth.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_03: I do, I I I will be always be like a sour gummy girl.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_03: Like a sour patch case.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we were talking on the break.
- 1:10:30SPEAKER_03: Like, I was saying, like, as a little boy, I liked like the orange slices as like a candy.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_03: That's a little fruity.
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_03: It is a little fruity.
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_01: What was your best childhood Halloween costume?
- 1:10:40SPEAKER_03: Now I'm curious.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_03: Me turn it once journalism.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_03: I had like a creative family that like would like to do family costumes, and it was like a thing.
- 1:10:48SPEAKER_00: Um one year we were like, I have two sisters and we were all toy soldiers forced upon us.
- 1:10:53SPEAKER_00: Like we never chose anything.
- 1:10:54SPEAKER_00: It was just like our parents being weird.
- 1:10:55SPEAKER_00: Um that was like a hit, uh, even though it was Christmas themes.
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_03: Like, no one wants Christmas at Halloween, but sure.
- 1:11:00SPEAKER_03: Um you said Toy Soldiers, and I thought the green army man from Toy Story.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_03: That would be cooler.
- 1:11:05SPEAKER_03: You were like, No, it was like key in my I had a little key up my back.
- 1:11:09SPEAKER_03: That's fucking sick.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_03: And you do right now.
- 1:11:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:11:12SPEAKER_04: And so I got to scale up her nose.
- 1:11:16SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, there were many good ones, but I always talk about maybe I've said it before.
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_00: Uh, one year my mom was like, Your sisters are gonna be bakers and you're gonna be a wedding cake.
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Okay.
- 1:11:30SPEAKER_03: I had no arms.
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_02: I was like a multi-tiered cake.
- 1:11:33SPEAKER_03: My friends obviously made fun of me.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_03: They're like, why are you a wedding cake?
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_03: Pastry cake, bitch loser.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_03: Every tier, every tier was round.
- 1:11:42SPEAKER_03: Me when I worked at Amy's pastry cake, bitch loser.
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_03: No, I love Amy.
- 1:11:48SPEAKER_03: I love Amy.
- 1:11:48SPEAKER_03: Like, if your son's a little fruity, maybe don't like it.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_03: Don't make him a wedding cake.
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_03: I'm sorry to say on the nose.
- 1:11:54SPEAKER_01: They're like, okay, so you're gonna be a fairy.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally.
- 1:11:58SPEAKER_00: And and every tier was lined with blow pops.
- 1:12:01SPEAKER_00: Of course I was.
- 1:12:01SPEAKER_00: And they all took them, and I was like, Talk about on the nose, girl.
- 1:12:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:12:05SPEAKER_00: I had no, yeah, blowpop.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 1:12:07SPEAKER_00: I had no arms, couldn't defend myself, and there was candles, like I it was a lit-up hat.
- 1:12:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that is too much.
- 1:12:12SPEAKER_00: And that's why you're a dragon.
- 1:12:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's why I'm a terrible.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_03: Wait, what's that?
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_03: I can't remember a goddamn thing, but I do remember I wanted I wanted to be Casper the Friendly Ghost.
- 1:12:21SPEAKER_03: So my mom made me a uh ghost costume.
- 1:12:23SPEAKER_00: No offense, you're the dad from Casper.
- 1:12:26SPEAKER_03: If you look up the dad from Casper when he gets turned into a ghost, he looked it.
- 1:12:29SPEAKER_03: We look exactly the same.
- 1:12:30SPEAKER_03: The same thing.
- 1:12:31SPEAKER_03: So that's why you kind of give it a lot.
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_03: Doesn't everyone talk about the inside out dad?
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_03: No, yeah, I give it a little bit.
- 1:12:37SPEAKER_03: So I wanted the highest of compliments.
- 1:12:39SPEAKER_03: Thank you very much.
- 1:12:41SPEAKER_03: I wanted to be Casper the Friendly Ghost.
- 1:12:43SPEAKER_03: My mom made me a ghost costume, which was like a little white skull cap and a white little gown or whatever.
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I don't think anyone's gonna know that I'm actually Casper.
- 1:12:51SPEAKER_03: They're just gonna think you're like ghosts.
- 1:12:53SPEAKER_03: So I had her write Casper on my chest.
- 1:12:55SPEAKER_03: That's so I was like literally like I'm Casper, I'm Casper.
- 1:12:59SPEAKER_03: So there were no questions about it.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_03: I was like, oh, is that anxiety?
- 1:13:02SPEAKER_03: Like manifesting as like a five-year-old being like, I would love to be able to get that's so funny.
- 1:13:09SPEAKER_03: I thought about writing Madonna across my chest today.
- 1:13:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I was like, maybe people will get it.
- 1:13:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_03: On your forehead.
- 1:13:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah, surely.
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_00: And then one year, like um, my parents, like, I don't know, they they dropped the ball.
- 1:13:20SPEAKER_00: And so uh, like I was a ventriloquist because I was like a small kid growing up, and my sister was like the whatever.
- 1:13:27SPEAKER_00: And neighbors like had like become accustomed to us like kind of slaying every year.
- 1:13:32SPEAKER_00: So we uh I was in a fucking duffel bag, and my sister like pulled me out like after like ringing the bell and like whatever we did this performance, and this woman.
- 1:13:39SPEAKER_03: You like reset at every house, like literally trick or treat.
- 1:13:43SPEAKER_03: I'm doing a show for you.
- 1:13:44SPEAKER_03: Get in the duffel bag, get in the to me.
- 1:13:47SPEAKER_00: I was kidding, that's crazy.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_00: No, we were poor.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_00: Get in the to me.
- 1:13:51SPEAKER_00: The Johnsons down the street are like, all right, they're at it again.
- 1:13:55SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 1:13:56SPEAKER_00: But wait, so this woman who like loved our costumes every year didn't get the like ventriloquist of it all, and she just goes to me and my sister in top hats.
- 1:14:02SPEAKER_00: She just goes, You look like men.
- 1:14:05SPEAKER_00: Like so.
- 1:14:06SPEAKER_00: And you were like, oh dude.
- 1:14:08SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 1:14:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:14:09SPEAKER_00: It was very like, yeah, cool.
- 1:14:10SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 1:14:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was like, I'm going back to my double.
- 1:14:13SPEAKER_03: I'm just getting in the Uber after this.
- 1:14:15SPEAKER_03: You look like men.
- 1:14:17SPEAKER_01: Okay, Chelsea, what was your what was your best Halloween costume as a kid?
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_03: I was, I will, and shout out to my mom.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_03: Uh, let me be Wednesday Adams.
- 1:14:24SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 1:14:25SPEAKER_03: In like the fourth grade.
- 1:14:27SPEAKER_03: In suburban New Jersey.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_03: I will say the the fourth and third graders, they're doing a lot of cross-dressing.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_03: Like at least back in our day.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_03: No, no, no.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_03: I remember there were there were it was like a costume for like a boy to just dress up as a girl for Halloween.
- 1:14:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:14:40SPEAKER_03: It was like a thing, and it was people thought it was so hilarious.
- 1:14:43SPEAKER_03: Well, the thing is, what I really wanted to be was, and I'll never forget this, one of my favorite pastimes of Halloween.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_03: Like I was a big Halloween kid.
- 1:14:49SPEAKER_03: Like, and I would change my mind like six times before like and my mom, God bless her, would have to like buy the costumes and then like buy another one because I changed my mind.
- 1:14:57SPEAKER_03: But there was this, like, you know, the at Party City on the wall, they would have like unlicensed, sort of like witch cot like sexy witch costumes.
- 1:15:05SPEAKER_04: I remember there was one Cassandra, and it was like a favorite name.
- 1:15:10SPEAKER_03: It was like very, it was like kind of Sarah Sanderson coded, but it was like a child costume, Cassandra, and it had like the lace up bodice and everything.
- 1:15:17SPEAKER_03: And my mom would let me try it on.
- 1:15:19SPEAKER_03: Of course.
- 1:15:19SPEAKER_03: So I really wanted to be Cassandra, but I felt like maybe like Wednesday would be the like least likely to get me beat up thing because it was just sort of like a tunic of sorts.
- 1:15:28SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:15:29SPEAKER_03: Hanukkah, what's your favorite Halloween costume?
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, from growing up?
- 1:15:32SPEAKER_03: Um, it's bad.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_03: Like it's great, but it's bad.
- 1:15:35SPEAKER_01: Best of all, no, me and my best friend were Glinda and Fierro.
- 1:15:39SPEAKER_01: My best friend's mother custom made her the Glinda bubble dress.
- 1:15:42SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 1:15:43SPEAKER_01: And then I wore a white button up, a red vest that my friend's mom made me, the tightest khaki pants I could find, and my mom's boots.
- 1:15:52SPEAKER_01: And people were like, Stuart Wise.
- 1:15:54SPEAKER_01: We would like, we would mind you, sophomore year of high school.
- 1:15:56SPEAKER_01: We were trick-or-cheating.
- 1:15:58SPEAKER_01: And we would open the door, we would be like, and they'd be like, and you two are dressed as a princess and her stableman?
