- 0:08Speaker 1: your bathroom, your basement. What is it that you're trying
- 0:10Speaker 1: to get done? Boer has got you covered and for us,
- 0:13Speaker 1: we have been working on how.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Do we finish off our kitchen?
- 0:16Speaker 1: Now, if I was a guy who could do all
- 0:19Speaker 1: of my dreams, I would have knocked down walls, I
- 0:22Speaker 1: would have built things out. I would have done a
- 0:23Speaker 1: whole bunch of things. But I know that wasn't the
- 0:26Speaker 1: right move for my home. That is the true story.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I've been thinking about this for years. I fully understand
- 0:31Speaker 1: that's not the right move. But it was the right
- 0:33Speaker 1: move to take what we have been doing slowly but
- 0:36Speaker 1: surely and finish it off right with the right countertops,
- 0:38Speaker 1: the right backsplash, putting in the new fixtures, and really
- 0:42Speaker 1: giving a whole upgrade to all this work we've done
- 0:44Speaker 1: in the kitchen. That brings us to Boer because they're
- 0:48Speaker 1: taking care of everything we worked through it. These are
- 0:51Speaker 1: the selections, these are your opportunities, These are the people
- 0:53Speaker 1: to go visit.
- 0:54Speaker 2: These are the great.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Professionals that we work with, and we checked out so
- 0:57Speaker 1: much stone, so many different types of countertops on the backsplash,
- 1:00Speaker 1: and everybody was cool. Nobody rushed, nobody was rushing us.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It was try this, try that, here's an idea, look
- 1:07Speaker 1: at this way, think of this and helping us, guiding
- 1:10Speaker 1: us to getting to selections that work for us and
- 1:13Speaker 1: the kitchen.
- 1:14Speaker 2: That we want. And now we're just we're getting ready
- 1:17Speaker 2: for the install.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Oh, it's gonna be a couple of weeks because that's
- 1:20Speaker 1: when it's it's on the schedule for our schedule.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Cannot cannot wait. Oh, don't worry. I'll have photos as well.
- 1:26Speaker 1: This isn't about creating the greatest kitchen of all time.
- 1:30Speaker 1: This is about creating the kitchen you want that works
- 1:33Speaker 1: for your family or bathroom or basement. It's about you,
- 1:38Speaker 1: not some photo on Pinterest. Bower Remodeling understands us. Talk

- 1:57Speaker 1: h e R Booer Remodeling. Die Calm the popcorn moment.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 2:04Speaker 2: It's a story you need to hear to believe.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Then grab your popcorn, because there is more. President Trump
- 2:10Speaker 1: was on Air Force one and he was chit chatty,
- 2:15Speaker 1: as you know, the President likes to speak, and he
- 2:21Speaker 1: was discussing the peace deal.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Allegedly with Iran. I'll take many, many years to have
- 2:30Speaker 2: a build it back. If it could, I don't think
- 2:31Speaker 2: it would be even building boback. So we had a
- 2:35Speaker 2: we had an attack that would be the biggest attack
- 2:37Speaker 2: since World War Two, and it would have been disasters
- 2:43Speaker 2: with them, and they didn't want us to do it.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And at frankly I sat Arabia didn't want it either.
- 2:49Speaker 2: They thought that a deal is eminent.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Now, who are the day Saudi Arabia is one, Ua
- 2:58Speaker 1: is one, buck Rain is one?
- 2:59Speaker 2: And what did they not want?
- 3:00Speaker 1: They didn't want the United States to go full out
- 3:04Speaker 1: on Iran and take out power plants, desalinization plants.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Bridges, et cetera.
- 3:10Speaker 1: We have to start this conversation by understanding that even
- 3:14Speaker 1: without a nuclear weapon, Iran is a very unique threat
- 3:17Speaker 1: to the region. If anyone wants to argue that Iran
- 3:20Speaker 1: is not a threat. They are radically misguided. They're lying
- 3:26Speaker 1: to themselves into everybody else. If Iran had a nuclear weapon,
- 3:31Speaker 1: they would be impossible to deal with. But every time
- 3:35Speaker 1: we see these hits on Iran, Iran doesn't respond by
- 3:39Speaker 1: hitting Israel. Iran responds by hitting Jordan, Saudi Arabia, bakrabe Uee. Right,
- 3:45Speaker 1: they're trying to draw these people into this will make
- 3:49Speaker 1: your life difficult.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Get the US to stop. So that's the pressure point.
- 3:52Speaker 2: The Iranian regime has no compunction in who they kill.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Everybody to them is the enemy because their desire is
- 4:01Speaker 1: to caliphate.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Their desire is control.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And if they believe that anybody that disagrees with them,
- 4:06Speaker 1: they if they look at the world, they say anybody
- 4:08Speaker 1: who disagrees with them is an infidel. Anyone who disagrees
- 4:11Speaker 1: with them has to be destroyed.
- 4:12Speaker 2: They don't care.
- 4:14Speaker 1: They don't care that might be a Muslim nation or not,
- 4:16Speaker 1: means nothing to the Islamist We've already seen this the.
- 4:20Speaker 2: World over, where we're talking about Boolaharam in.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Areas in Africa, whether we're talking about al Qaeda, we're
- 4:25Speaker 1: talking about isol doesn't matter the group.
- 4:28Speaker 2: They don't care who they kill.
- 4:31Speaker 1: But there's a way to look at the idea of
- 4:34Speaker 1: this alleged deal, this alleged deal that got announced that
- 4:39Speaker 1: has perimeters, I think he meant parameters.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Neither here nor.
- 4:44Speaker 1: There is to say that the strait will be open,
- 4:49Speaker 1: the Strait of Hormuz will be open, no nuclear weapon
- 4:53Speaker 1: will be.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Pursued, Everything will calm down.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Oil prices are down over five dollars about right now,
- 5:00Speaker 1: nine dollars and fifty eight cents on the West Texas crew.
- 5:06Speaker 1: There is it's something to be said for not going
- 5:12Speaker 1: all out. I know what I've said, but allow me
- 5:15Speaker 1: to at least accept the fact that the other side
- 5:18Speaker 1: of this conversation has an argument to make.
- 5:21Speaker 2: And it's not the side.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Of the argument that says we shouldn't be there, there's
- 5:24Speaker 1: nothing to do with us. All that is silly talk,
- 5:27Speaker 1: it's childlike in my view. But there can be something said.
- 5:31Speaker 1: And this goes back to something major Mike Lyons said
- 5:33Speaker 1: on Tony Katz today last week, which is the siege
- 5:37Speaker 1: mentality is indeed working. We block them economically, we block
- 5:43Speaker 1: their ability to thrive. We further put the pressure on
- 5:46Speaker 1: and his argument was continue the bombing, so the pressure increases.
- 5:51Speaker 2: But one can argue that by going all out, you're
- 5:54Speaker 2: committing to going all out.
- 5:56Speaker 1: The region is not prepared for all out, and maybe
- 6:01Speaker 1: we can get what we want without going all out.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Maybe that can be done.
- 6:06Speaker 1: That is a different analysis than the idea of a deal.
- 6:13Speaker 1: My argument is that a no deal can be made.
- 6:15Speaker 1: We already know that the IERGC, the Islamic Revolutionary Guardcore,
- 6:18Speaker 1: is working independently of any alleged leadership. We've got the
- 6:22Speaker 1: reporting now from CNN, a whole host to people. We
- 6:25Speaker 1: know that the IRGC is working not only independently of
- 6:28Speaker 1: so called leadership, they're working in factions and places independently
- 6:32Speaker 1: of each other. So we know this to be true.
- 6:36Speaker 1: That is something that's going on to be dealt with.
- 6:38Speaker 1: That can be dealt with with arming the Kurds, for example.
- 6:41Speaker 1: It doesn't have to involve US forces. I've made the
- 6:43Speaker 1: argument here that it shouldn't be US forces, Israeli, French, YUA,
- 6:49Speaker 1: Saudi forces if you have to put boots on the ground.
- 6:52Speaker 2: You heard it here first. But one could make.
- 6:56Speaker 1: The argument that if you're breaking them, just break them,
- 7:00Speaker 1: and you can break them like this. But any move
- 7:05Speaker 1: is going to have to involve these other countries applying
- 7:10Speaker 1: the pressure and the willingness to put people on the ground.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And that has to be, I believe, the talking point
- 7:17Speaker 1: or the maneuvering point, the deal point for the president.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You don't want us to take out this, that and
- 7:23Speaker 1: the other. Yes, it's gonna be costly, Yes it's gonna
- 7:25Speaker 1: be hard for the people.
- 7:25Speaker 2: All these things are true.
- 7:27Speaker 1: But to have a lot of oil money to rebuild with,
- 7:29Speaker 1: so it'll get rebuilt.
- 7:30Speaker 2: It'll take time, but it'll get rebuilt. But if we're
- 7:33Speaker 2: not gonna do this, well, then you have to make
- 7:37Speaker 2: a commitment.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Now I haven't seen the proof of that yet, but
- 7:42Speaker 1: I'm placing my bet up. Maybe that's where the president
- 7:44Speaker 1: is going. What I need them to do is stop
- 7:47Speaker 1: saying I make deals. We're gonna make a deal. There
- 7:49Speaker 1: is no deal to be made with the IRGC. There
- 7:52Speaker 1: could be a deal made with the neighbors of Iran.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And how the pressure is applied to make the IRGC
- 8:00Speaker 1: leadership crack that is not something we've explored on the show.
- 8:04Speaker 1: We'll try and get to that today on Tony Katz
- 8:06Speaker 1: Today at noon.
- 8:08Speaker 2: It is a busy news day
