- 4:47Speaker 9: It'll be every two weeks here on Wednesday nights. And
- 4:50Speaker 9: we've got a couple others that are in the pipeline too.
- 4:52Speaker 9: All right, so since we hot swapped everything, I need
- 4:55Speaker 9: to get a sound check.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Can you hear me?
- 4:59Speaker 7: I can hear okay?
- 5:01Speaker 1: Because Ge says he's not here, but I have him unmuted.
- 5:05Speaker 10: Check chat test tests one, two, three, you have three.
- 5:12Speaker 11: We got a problem.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Well, you know, it's that springfielding and water. It's kind
- 5:16Speaker 1: of like the three fishes.
- 5:22Speaker 11: Different.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah, So anyway, my name is Rick Robinson. I'm
- 5:25Speaker 1: one of the hosts of this crazy thing we call
- 5:27Speaker 1: Toxic Masculinity. It's our once a month experience where we
- 5:30Speaker 1: discuss everything that the left of the media tell you.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It tells you is wrong with being a dude. Without
- 5:35Speaker 1: further ado, I'm gonna kick it over to the bar
- 5:38Speaker 1: babe on the panel, Miss Agairykin. Good evening. How are you?
- 5:41Speaker 7: I am. I'm doing a little better. I had a
- 5:46Speaker 7: mishappy yesterday. Yeah wait, no, it wasn't as dire as
- 5:56Speaker 7: what our beloved gy has been going through. Trust me this.
- 6:00Speaker 7: It was a thorn. I was pulling weeds under a
- 6:03Speaker 7: rose bush and I pulled up and my thumb was
- 6:07Speaker 7: pierced by a thorn and the thorn broke off, the
- 6:10Speaker 7: tip broke off into my skin. The problem wise, they
- 6:12Speaker 7: broke off into the knuckle, the joint and they cannot
- 6:16Speaker 7: get it out. So I ended up going to the
- 6:18Speaker 7: er to get you know, an x ray to make
- 6:22Speaker 7: sure everything was okay in there, and then they gave
- 6:25Speaker 7: me antibiotics, a tetanus shot, painkillers, and a thumb split.
- 6:29Speaker 7: I've never been so embarrassed. That was something so stupid
- 6:32Speaker 7: in my life.
- 6:33Speaker 11: But I'm doing okay. I didn't take it out.
- 6:37Speaker 7: They couldn't. They could not go in because of the location.
- 6:41Speaker 7: They risked actually damaging the tendon, and so that's why
- 6:46Speaker 7: they they they left it in there and they just said,
- 6:49Speaker 7: let the body take care of it. I'm gonna put
- 6:51Speaker 7: you on antibiotics. Oh, by the way, have you had
- 6:53Speaker 7: your teennis shot. I'm like, that's as good as time
- 6:56Speaker 7: as ever.
- 6:57Speaker 11: Yeah, that's right, that's right. Well, on that vein my
- 7:04Speaker 11: daily check of the foot revealed something that I don't
- 7:09Speaker 11: know what it is. So I took a picture of
- 7:11Speaker 11: it and I sent it to the doctor and they
- 7:12Speaker 11: texted me back and I have a one forty five
- 7:14Speaker 11: appointment tomorrow, so we'll see, okay, I know, so whatever,
- 7:22Speaker 11: I'll know more tomorrow. For now, it's time.
- 7:28Speaker 7: Hopefully it's just a little fluid sac or you know,
- 7:31Speaker 7: a little cyst growing or something like that. Just something removable.
- 7:37Speaker 11: That's what I'm worried. About is that it's something removable, removable,
- 7:45Speaker 11: it shouldn't be there, true, that this is true. Yes,
- 7:51Speaker 11: So what I'm hoping is it's just a piece of
- 7:54Speaker 11: skin that's been pushed up from the healing of the wound.
- 7:57Speaker 11: And I don't need to worry about it. And what
- 8:00Speaker 11: I don't need to hear is that it's scar tissue
- 8:02Speaker 11: pushing up and that it's going to have to be
- 8:05Speaker 11: debrided again.
- 8:09Speaker 1: I hope not.
- 8:10Speaker 11: Yeah, we shall see. Like I said, no more tomorrow,
- 8:14Speaker 11: And this is as good a time as any to
- 8:16Speaker 11: go ahead and warn Rick and everybody else that I
- 8:18Speaker 11: will be off next Wednesday. Whether it's vacation or surgery,
- 8:25Speaker 11: will find out tomorrow, but I will be off at
- 8:29Speaker 11: one player or the other.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I mean, you're always a little bit anyway.
- 8:33Speaker 11: I'm hoping vacation.
- 8:34Speaker 7: But we're going to pray for vacation. Yes, pray for vacation.
- 8:39Speaker 7: Let's do the voodoo for vacation.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Ah.
- 8:42Speaker 11: Yeah, whoever's got my voodoo by the way, I'm gonna
- 8:46Speaker 11: fucking kill you I find you.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaking of while we're on this subject, whoever's got
- 8:56Speaker 1: my voodoo doll? Can you can you move the pin
- 8:58Speaker 1: that's in my shoulder just a little to the rate.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 9:03Speaker 11: There you go, and maybe a little shallower.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm into deep tissues, so it's fun.
- 9:09Speaker 11: Get some get some good acupuncture going here.
- 9:14Speaker 1: But yeah, so anyway, how's the amish one?
- 9:20Speaker 10: You know, I'm I'm healing, I'm doing better. I'm uh.
- 9:26Speaker 10: It's been a slog, but god damn, we're all fucking
- 9:30Speaker 10: broken on the show. Well, i mean after four years ago, except.
- 9:38Speaker 12: It suddenly got hot like overnight, and I'm back to
- 9:42Speaker 12: making ball soup right now.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Thanks for sharing.
- 9:46Speaker 7: Wow, Okay, I've been in the wrong place.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Now is it the I'm just curious, So what's that?
- 9:57Speaker 1: Is it the three ball variety?
- 9:59Speaker 11: I'm curious from your intro You're.
- 10:06Speaker 12: Well, no, because I'm right now because i'm home and
- 10:10Speaker 12: i'm aerrating.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You made it my business when you mentioned you were
- 10:14Speaker 1: making ball soup, sir, So it's not my phone.
- 10:16Speaker 11: Yes, And I mean, I'm sorry you're going through that.
- 10:20Speaker 11: I'm actually experiencing a week and a half of real
- 10:24Speaker 11: spring weather here. Low's are going down to about forty
- 10:28Speaker 11: at night. Highs are right around seventy two, and it's
- 10:30Speaker 11: supposed to be like this through next Wednesday. I can't
- 10:34Speaker 11: get enough of this ship except for the pollen.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Yeah, pollen. You sound a little pollinated, my friend.
- 10:43Speaker 11: Yes, well, I hit the nasal spray about a half
- 10:45Speaker 11: hour ago. It should be doing most of its work
- 10:48Speaker 11: by now, so you know, we'll see. And I'm sitting
- 10:55Speaker 11: here sipping on a large cup of clear fluid to
- 10:58Speaker 11: help not build anything up.
- 11:05Speaker 1: The one thing I do miss about not trying not
- 11:07Speaker 1: to drink soda. There were times when my flim stuff
- 11:10Speaker 1: would get bad enough that the carbonation wild about the
- 11:12Speaker 1: elect it would cut through it.
- 11:13Speaker 11: Yeah, uh uh.
- 11:18Speaker 1: But that's because I'm like, am I'm like a walking
- 11:20Speaker 1: ad for Benadryl. So yeah, in my case, I should
- 11:24Speaker 1: say a wobbling ad for now.
- 11:26Speaker 11: Andrew said, Jeff is here for me? But Andrew, are
- 11:29Speaker 11: you just playing or is Jeff actually here?
- 11:34Speaker 2: No, I'm here, you're here, Well you're not, Jeff.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Well, you guys were both being here and I'm like
- 11:41Speaker 1: freaking out because I'm thinking something's not working.
- 11:47Speaker 11: You are You are not the alien?
- 11:51Speaker 2: I alien? I just said I was Jeff.
- 11:54Speaker 1: He could be an alien. He's just not the alien.
- 11:56Speaker 1: We don't know for sure.
- 11:59Speaker 11: Oh we're going to play that game.
- 12:05Speaker 10: Oh, any.
- 12:11Speaker 11: What's everybody up to.
- 12:14Speaker 7: Already?
- 12:16Speaker 11: You know, except for I believe everybody is of AARPH.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I know I'm getting mailed from them now you can
- 12:24Speaker 1: you can fuck off?
- 12:26Speaker 12: You know I was when I was forty nine. I
- 12:29Speaker 12: joined them. Saw way they couldn't bully me.
- 12:32Speaker 11: Good for you, that's the way to stand up for
- 12:35Speaker 11: your I got forty nine.
- 12:36Speaker 7: I got my first missive when I turned forty two,
- 12:39Speaker 7: and I sent it back with a rather scathing message inside.
- 12:43Speaker 7: And they waited until I was fifty five to send
- 12:46Speaker 7: the next one.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Oh that's because your latina. Everybody knows you're disposition to
- 12:50Speaker 1: stabbing people.
- 12:51Speaker 7: I may have mentioned the term machete in that missive, Yes.
- 12:56Speaker 11: Just in case anybody's wondering. You do not have to
- 13:00Speaker 11: be fifty to join.
- 13:02Speaker 7: No, you don't.
- 13:03Speaker 12: No, But that's when they start bullying you. How they
- 13:08Speaker 12: I mean, I mean how they know.
- 13:10Speaker 10: I mean we're all cross reference and index.
- 13:15Speaker 7: But uh, yeah, they all have our they have our
- 13:18Speaker 7: government gives it. Yeah, the government give.
- 13:20Speaker 11: It to them because they're tied into the left wing
- 13:23Speaker 11: of the government. So native you know, you know, when
- 13:29Speaker 11: I fully came to realize how left wing AARP really
- 13:33Speaker 11: was when was that when when they were swinging the
- 13:37Speaker 11: torpedo bats for Obamacare?
- 13:39Speaker 1: Oh nice, you know old Native American proverb left wing
- 13:44Speaker 1: right wings seemed dembird.
- 13:47Speaker 7: Oh, it was actually before then, because I remember when
- 13:50Speaker 7: uh President Bush had just won his second his second term,
- 13:56Speaker 7: and there was that picture of a lady she was cooking,
- 14:00Speaker 7: and she was calling the White House and was telling
- 14:04Speaker 7: the president, you know, and it would show the back
- 14:07Speaker 7: of the President at the resolute desk, you know, and
- 14:09Speaker 7: his back was turned to the desk in his chair,
- 14:12Speaker 7: but you could tell it's supposed to be George Bush.
- 14:15Speaker 7: And she's telling hims like, yeah, could you bring down
- 14:18Speaker 7: the drug prices? And he responds, yes, I'll get right
- 14:21Speaker 7: on that. And that ARP. If only it were that easy,
- 14:25Speaker 7: join AARP so we can be your voice.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:28Speaker 7: It started well before Obama. It just really took off
- 14:31Speaker 7: exponentially with Obama.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:33Speaker 11: I mean that's that's when I made the real tie
- 14:36Speaker 11: in on it. There there is another organization I don't
- 14:41Speaker 11: know if there still is or not, but there was
- 14:43Speaker 11: another organization out there called AMAC Yes, which swung politically
- 14:50Speaker 11: the other direction. I just don't know if they're still there.
- 14:55Speaker 7: Yeah, Yeah, Okay they are, and they get there's ads
- 15:00Speaker 7: for them on now the more right leaning networks Likens,
- 15:06Speaker 7: Max and Fox News.
- 15:08Speaker 11: Yes, I ignore all that and just play music while
- 15:11Speaker 11: I'm listening to Serious XM. Now, So I just like
- 15:18Speaker 11: my music. And speaking of already shocked me when he
- 15:24Speaker 11: when he called Agent Orange obscure, I was taken back
- 15:27Speaker 11: a little bit. I just I don't know, maybe maybe
- 15:31Speaker 11: maybe you were right already, maybe my game is a
- 15:34Speaker 11: little better than I thought it was. But I just
- 15:37Speaker 11: did not find them to be obscure.
- 15:40Speaker 12: I mean, we did that one show with mel where
- 15:42Speaker 12: we were talking punk rock and your knowledge was a
- 15:44Speaker 12: lot deeper than I gave.
- 15:45Speaker 10: You credit for.
- 15:46Speaker 11: So well, thank you.
- 15:48Speaker 12: So the fact that you knew who Asian doesn't surprise me.
- 15:53Speaker 12: And for those of you out in the audience, if
- 15:54Speaker 12: you or listen, you know, send in the studio who
- 15:57Speaker 12: don't know Asian Oranges, learn.
- 16:00Speaker 11: YouTube, Spotify, Serious XM, get on it.
- 16:06Speaker 10: Yeah absolutely.
- 16:09Speaker 12: But yeah, Now, if I had dropped fire Hose and
- 16:11Speaker 12: you had known them, I'd be okay, that's a little
- 16:13Speaker 12: bit even more secure because Agent Orange has been on
- 16:15Speaker 12: a few soundtracks.
- 16:17Speaker 10: Yes, fire Hose has been on to my knowledge one,
- 16:21Speaker 10: and that was the matter of degrees soundtrack.
- 16:23Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm I'm familiar with them, so I'm gonna I'll
- 16:26Speaker 11: draw the line right there between them.
- 16:29Speaker 10: Fire Hose used to be the Minutemen.
- 16:32Speaker 12: When we heard they had like the Minimun's number one
- 16:37Speaker 12: fan went and tried to get the band back together,
- 16:39Speaker 12: and he said, well.
- 16:40Speaker 10: Fuck it, I'll play guitar and vocals and for you.
- 16:42Speaker 12: I mean, and he knew, he knew all the songs
- 16:44Speaker 12: and everything, so and then that's starting. And then he
- 16:47Speaker 12: got in with the band. So that was kind of cool.
- 16:53Speaker 11: What are we talking about in chat there? Why is
- 16:55Speaker 11: the show not streaming on Pickaxe? Get Jeff's ass in here.
- 16:59Speaker 11: Let's let's find out why.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I didn't know that was an option.
- 17:04Speaker 11: I mean, what the hell is pick axe?
- 17:08Speaker 7: Listen, I am the most technically dumb person on the planet.
- 17:12Speaker 7: I have no pick axe is what I have out
- 17:14Speaker 7: there outside in the ground.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Pick Axe is an ex alternative. But I wasn't aware
- 17:21Speaker 1: that it had streaming. You know, I have to look into that.
- 17:23Speaker 1: But since everybody mentioned agent orngs instead of everybody who
- 17:27Speaker 1: has no idea who they are going, who the hell
- 17:28Speaker 1: is that? Here?
- 17:39Speaker 9: All right, there's your little snippet of al.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Is more punk than Greenday.
- 17:45Speaker 7: Every is more punk than Green Deck.
- 17:48Speaker 10: I was gonna say, I mean, no, they're so cow
- 17:52Speaker 10: skate punk. They're fucking awesome.
- 17:54Speaker 12: They really are, so, you know, like the Vandals in
- 18:00Speaker 12: many ways.
- 18:01Speaker 11: So the the Vinyls were more punk than Green Day.
- 18:06Speaker 10: I'd never gotten people so mad at me on X Well.
- 18:10Speaker 12: I mean, okay, the Green Day is not punk thing
- 18:13Speaker 12: that went on for like three months.
- 18:15Speaker 10: But when I said the Pretenders are more punk than.
- 18:19Speaker 12: Green Day, and then I expanded to say the Pretenders
- 18:21Speaker 12: are actually more punk than the Ramones.
- 18:26Speaker 11: Damn man, Gauntlet Throne.
- 18:30Speaker 2: You're not wrong, though.
- 18:32Speaker 10: No, Chrissy Hines way more punk rock than Joey Ramone.
- 18:38Speaker 7: Anyway, I thought that was the same person, Chris.
- 18:42Speaker 2: He had a better ass.
- 18:44Speaker 7: No, I don't know.
- 18:52Speaker 11: But yeah, I just, uh, I don't know. I don't
- 18:56Speaker 11: know what the hell. Danielle's in the chat room, Raptors
- 18:59Speaker 11: in the chat room, Jeff's in there, em is in there,
- 19:03Speaker 11: m d is in there. Was up Campbell of course.
- 19:07Speaker 10: About how I introduced him to fire Hose. He loved it,
- 19:11Speaker 10: by the way.
- 19:11Speaker 7: Steven's also in the chat and he had a fabulous
- 19:14Speaker 7: pilot show with Elf today. That was a really good show.
- 19:17Speaker 7: Gotta get chat.
- 19:18Speaker 11: I was doing the dinner thing, but I'll have to
- 19:20Speaker 11: go back and catch that new show. I gotta gotta,
- 19:23Speaker 11: you know, gotta do it Steven and Elf.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Yep, it was a good show, interesting, very informative. I
- 19:31Speaker 2: was wondering if it was really on k r N.
- 19:33Speaker 11: Wow were they were they using multi syllable words and ship?
- 19:41Speaker 7: Oh yeah, a lot of big words. There were a
- 19:44Speaker 7: lot of big words.
- 19:45Speaker 11: A lot of them nine dollars words?
- 19:48Speaker 3: Has it?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Andrew off of the sin beIN with you? Brother?
- 19:52Speaker 11: Yeah? You sure do? Got a party tongue.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Wow, you took that to the Alabama level.
- 20:10Speaker 11: Saddles my friend.
- 20:15Speaker 7: I'm I just watched that today.
- 20:19Speaker 11: Reserve for Sunday, okay, Jeff, okay, Oh yeah, look this
- 20:28Speaker 11: is this is one night I actually get to see
- 20:30Speaker 11: and respond to the chat because I don't have my
- 20:32Speaker 11: notes in front of my face. So it's it's always
- 20:34Speaker 11: good to see you guys, I believe it or not.
- 20:39Speaker 11: If I could find a way to split screen this,
- 20:42Speaker 11: my my old MacBook gave up the ghost finally, so
- 20:46Speaker 11: I'm back down to one MacBook and I can't have
- 20:50Speaker 11: one up and with notes and the other up with
- 20:53Speaker 11: the chat. So you're a little Latin.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Is did we died?
- 21:08Speaker 7: It's funny because out of out of everybody, I've met
- 21:11Speaker 7: Andrew in real life, I've met Stephen in real life,
- 21:13Speaker 7: I've met Raptor once and that's it. But they all know,
- 21:18Speaker 7: like uber tiny, I know I haven't met Rick yet.
- 21:23Speaker 11: I mean, yeah, I know, yeah, you.
- 21:28Speaker 7: Know, hopefully.
- 21:33Speaker 2: You do.
- 21:33Speaker 7: You work too much, so the onus is on us
- 21:36Speaker 7: to actually travel your way so that you know, I've
- 21:39Speaker 7: never even been to Oklahoma. Yeah I live, I live,
- 21:44Speaker 7: I lived ninety minutes from the border, and I've never
- 21:47Speaker 7: been to.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Well, he would knuckle down. You wouldn't have that problem.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know.
- 21:56Speaker 11: Is okay?
- 22:01Speaker 10: Do you said me and I dropped last week? Oklahoma?
- 22:03Speaker 10: Go to Lahoma? Battlahoma.
- 22:08Speaker 1: I was laughing a little bit.
- 22:09Speaker 11: Not only we we actually did Oklahoma in drama in
- 22:13Speaker 11: high school.
- 22:15Speaker 1: You did the entire state.
- 22:16Speaker 11: Man, you were busy back then. It was no chore.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Tall leave a couple of dollars on the dresser.
- 22:27Speaker 11: Hey man, the wind just swept me right down the plane.
- 22:31Speaker 7: Nice, nice, very nice.
- 22:40Speaker 11: No, but we had a U. We had a bit
- 22:42Speaker 11: of a slave driver for for a drama sponsor, and
- 22:46Speaker 11: uh over a over a two year span. Uh, we
- 22:51Speaker 11: did Oklahoma, Jesus Christ, Superstar, Pirates of Penzance, and Godspell
- 22:59Speaker 11: Holy Cow. Yeah for a high school.
- 23:04Speaker 7: Wow, that's incredible. Did y'all have a really large theater department?
- 23:09Speaker 7: I means no.
- 23:12Speaker 11: We actually a lot of us did multiple roles before
- 23:17Speaker 11: I left. We also, uh, not part of school, but
- 23:21Speaker 11: as part of drama. We did Joseph in His amazing
- 23:24Speaker 11: technicolor dream Coat, where I played the brother Levi and
- 23:28Speaker 11: also the butler in the prison. Nice yes, Elvis.
- 23:38Speaker 7: I wasn't part of the theater group, but I did
- 23:41Speaker 7: a lot of voices and that's why they let me
- 23:44Speaker 7: like be in the in the in the plays. But
- 23:48Speaker 7: when we did you know, the Joseph and the technical
- 23:53Speaker 7: dream cote, nobody had a technical or dream cook didn't
- 23:56Speaker 7: know they couldn't. Yeah, I made it. I actually made
- 24:01Speaker 7: it by hand. The coat that the guy was gonna wear,
- 24:04Speaker 7: who's a friend of mine, and and he took he
- 24:07Speaker 7: and he's like, this is the guardiest thing. And I'm like,
- 24:11Speaker 7: what technical colored dream coat that you did not understand.
- 24:15Speaker 11: Look, this was this was so cool. You'll appreciate this
- 24:19Speaker 11: because you've done it. But for the part where they
- 24:22Speaker 11: sell him, we had a pair of Russian twins at
- 24:28Speaker 11: the school who did like the complete white shake outfits
- 24:36Speaker 11: with mirrored sunglasses. And we did a life size camel
- 24:41Speaker 11: cut out out of cardboard and mounted it on wheels
- 24:46Speaker 11: holded across the stage. And they had rigged up they
- 24:51Speaker 11: had rigged up a little squeeze bag so the camel
- 24:53Speaker 11: could spit.
- 24:59Speaker 7: We did have the cardboard cut out something they they
- 25:03Speaker 7: got a uh. The teacher actually had a friend in
- 25:08Speaker 7: the drama department at Corpus Christie and borrowed the camel outfit,
- 25:14Speaker 7: and so there were people inside like a horse outfit,
- 25:18Speaker 7: you know. And so but they did not practice walking
- 25:23Speaker 7: together in that, and so they what looked like it.
- 25:26Speaker 11: Was like skewed drunk. Yes, did they separate, no.
- 25:33Speaker 7: Thank goodness. But but it did provide some hilarity, you know.
- 25:38Speaker 11: But us a Godfather scene, you know, the head laid
- 25:41Speaker 11: down on the floor.
- 25:45Speaker 7: I would have paid bank and I would have said,
- 25:50Speaker 7: y'all need to do that again tomorrow night.
- 25:53Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, the the that was the lead in Jesus
- 26:01Speaker 11: Christ Superstar. He got in a little bit of trouble
- 26:05Speaker 11: with the sponsor there. The first time they quote unquote
- 26:10Speaker 11: hit him with the whip. He's like, oh, do it again, Yeah.
- 26:20Speaker 12: Hang you on, dig into your robes, grab a ballgag
- 26:23Speaker 12: wrapping around in small town Florida.
- 26:25Speaker 11: That did not go over so well, But in.
- 26:32Speaker 10: The eighties that's what we expected from people.
- 26:35Speaker 11: Oh god, yes, it was a great time.
- 26:41Speaker 7: Yeah, they don't they don't have fun with their plays
- 26:44Speaker 7: much anymore because I you know, I used to volunteer
- 26:48Speaker 7: in the high school. My daughter was there and she
- 26:51Speaker 7: was stage manager, and I'm like, what what plays are
- 26:56Speaker 7: you putting in? Oh, Radium Girls. I'm like your And
- 27:00Speaker 7: I was like and she was like, no, it's a
- 27:02Speaker 7: really good thing. I'm like, that is traumatic. What are
- 27:05Speaker 7: you doing? And for those of you who don't know,
- 27:08Speaker 7: the Radium Girls was to play based on uh the
- 27:12Speaker 7: the women who would paint the glow in the dark
- 27:17Speaker 7: dials for for for watches and for clocks, and they
- 27:21Speaker 7: would dip their their their brushes, you know, on their
- 27:28Speaker 7: tongue with you know, uranium, and this was the story
- 27:32Speaker 7: about their dehabilitation and eventual death and I'm like, this
- 27:37Speaker 7: is morbid. Why can't you do something fun?
- 27:43Speaker 2: It was their way of having high school drama.
- 27:48Speaker 7: Oh well there wasn't enough never.
- 27:57Speaker 11: That is crazy.
- 27:59Speaker 10: Yeah, back to the old lace.
- 28:01Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, return with a v. Return.
- 28:08Speaker 11: We're gonna make you an off. You can refuse.
- 28:15Speaker 7: I love that scene. I mean that the horse. I'm sorry,
- 28:19Speaker 7: I I think it was very dramatic. It was a
- 28:22Speaker 7: great scene. It really was. It was very act.
- 28:30Speaker 11: That's probably the first time that I I actually recognized
- 28:37Speaker 11: terror on a man's face. He made it look so real.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:48Speaker 10: And the scream that was kind of yeah.
- 28:51Speaker 11: Yeah, oh yeah, without a doubt, no brutal.
- 28:55Speaker 7: Yeah, that wasn't scream that you hear on the in
- 28:58Speaker 7: the in the movies, the book, the screen.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Was.
- 29:03Speaker 11: It wasn't something you were used to hearing a man
- 29:06Speaker 11: do on on film, not at the time anyway, you know.
- 29:10Speaker 11: I mean this is.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Especially in that.
- 29:16Speaker 13: That if you think about it, in that whole movie,
- 29:28Speaker 13: all they were all tough guys. Oh yeah that scream
- 29:33Speaker 13: and you had that and it was one that's a
- 29:36Speaker 13: range of depth that the actor was able to pull off.
- 29:39Speaker 2: That really showed that, yeah he was scared.
- 29:46Speaker 11: Uh yeah, and you know it's uh so, it's a
- 29:52Speaker 11: little different, not better, not worse, but a little different
- 29:56Speaker 11: than Go get your fucking shine Box. Pretty close though,
- 30:05Speaker 11: I mean, you know they're both classics. Don't get me wrong.
- 30:08Speaker 11: I mean, I'm not saying anything's better or worse. I'm
- 30:11Speaker 11: just saying it's different.
- 30:13Speaker 1: So pop quiz since this happened, since the last time
- 30:17Speaker 1: we've done this show, starting with g favorite Valkilmer movie.
- 30:21Speaker 11: Though, I honestly don't know.
- 30:30Speaker 1: You're having to think towards her what kind of.
- 30:31Speaker 11: A yeah, no kidding. I mean, I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 30:34Speaker 11: have to go back and look at a list of
- 30:35Speaker 11: his movies before I pick a favorite.
- 30:38Speaker 1: It's kind of al Kilmer Fanner you, sir.
- 30:41Speaker 11: Well, we'll couple it a mild one.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Mild whatever. I finally watched. The only reason I brought
- 30:51Speaker 1: it up is I finally watched Top Secret last night.
- 30:53Speaker 1: That movie was was.
- 30:55Speaker 10: Was you never seen it?
- 30:56Speaker 2: No?
- 30:56Speaker 1: I know that's the only movie of his that I
- 30:59Speaker 1: don't think. I was great because I finally found it.
- 31:02Speaker 1: It was on Pluto last night, so I watched it
- 31:03Speaker 1: for free. I made it about an hour in before
- 31:06Speaker 1: the ad annoyed me. And I went to sleep, but
- 31:09Speaker 1: it was pretty good.
- 31:11Speaker 12: Who and I used to have where we would do
- 31:12Speaker 12: it entirely and uh top secret and nice pirates, Oh
- 31:16Speaker 12: my goodness, Doctor Trouble, Little China.
- 31:25Speaker 7: Nice favorite Belcailmer movie. Hm hmm, I have mine. Nobody
- 31:36Speaker 7: will be surprised.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Yeah, come back to me, since we're smelling smoke coming
- 31:42Speaker 1: from g general direction the norm what's your zaggy?
- 31:47Speaker 7: Mine is Willow? I mean I love all of his movies,
- 31:50Speaker 7: but Willow was something that he did that was so
- 31:54Speaker 7: far outside of his comfort zone. And I mean you
- 32:00Speaker 7: made his character so believable. He comes in, he's about
- 32:05Speaker 7: to die, he's trapped at a cage.
- 32:08Speaker 10: You know.
- 32:08Speaker 7: He convinces him to let him go. He decides to
- 32:11Speaker 7: help Willow with the quest that he's on and all
- 32:15Speaker 7: that stuff. I mean when they go when they finally,
- 32:17Speaker 7: you know, go into the castle and he comes out
- 32:21Speaker 7: in that regalia and generally just dying. I mean, the
- 32:25Speaker 7: whole when he gets the pixie dust on him and
- 32:30Speaker 7: he falls for Joanne Wally, who becomes eventually his wife
- 32:35Speaker 7: in real life. That whole scene where he is just
- 32:42Speaker 7: wooing her and everything, and she's just like completely confused
- 32:45Speaker 7: and stuff. And my favorite part is one there on
- 32:50Speaker 7: the horse and she's saying, I was your son and
- 32:55Speaker 7: went away. Yeah, I went away, and she just gets
- 32:58Speaker 7: pissed off because you started falling for it, you know,
- 33:03Speaker 7: but eventually, you know, they do fall for each other
- 33:06Speaker 7: and everything. But he made that character, that rogue, so
- 33:11Speaker 7: lovable and so believable, and it wasn't something that he
- 33:14Speaker 7: was used to doing at all. So I think that
- 33:18Speaker 7: it even beat out Tombstone. As much of a you know,
- 33:23Speaker 7: fan of Tombstone that I am, because of all the
- 33:25Speaker 7: extreme eye candy in that film, I have to go
- 33:28Speaker 7: with Willow.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I actually almost.
- 33:33Speaker 11: Forgot it.
- 33:35Speaker 12: Conversation about Tombstone on Thursday Night and how it's just
- 33:40Speaker 12: old actors LARPing in a Western, where Unforgiven is actually like,
- 33:48Speaker 12: you know, a believable, a good Western. Tombstone is just,
- 33:53Speaker 12: oh look they're doing a play.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Tombstone was eye candy, and I cannot stress this thing up.
- 34:00Speaker 11: We do it well.
- 34:02Speaker 7: It was well done eye candy. I mean, you know,
- 34:06Speaker 7: the guys got you know, uh, Dana Wheeler Nicholson in it,
- 34:11Speaker 7: they got h Dana Delaney as well. But the women,
- 34:16Speaker 7: we women got a lot of eye candy in that sucker.
- 34:20Speaker 7: Gotta say it was a fantastic film.
- 34:24Speaker 12: We'll give it a better rating than what was that
- 34:27Speaker 12: western that had Andy McDowell and Drew Barrymore in it?
- 34:32Speaker 7: Oh the Bad Girls?
- 34:34Speaker 10: Yeah it was.
- 34:38Speaker 7: Oh that was a horrible But there was a lot
- 34:42Speaker 7: of eye candy for guys, Like I said, I think.
- 34:52Speaker 7: I mean, we had Kurt Russell, we had Sam Elliott,
- 34:58Speaker 7: we had Michael Bean, and in a smaller role, we
- 35:02Speaker 7: even I mean Bill Paxson as well, and of course
- 35:05Speaker 7: titular Val Kilner. But in a smaller role, we had
- 35:11Speaker 7: what's his name, the gay one? Well, no, he him
- 35:17Speaker 7: was okay, no, the guy that's like Billy Zaye.
- 35:22Speaker 10: Oh, Billy Zaye was.
- 35:24Speaker 7: In this film. And I've been a fan of Billy
- 35:27Speaker 7: Zayne's because he he doesn't have the greatest roles. He's
- 35:31Speaker 7: always acting b movies since but but he he's good
- 35:34Speaker 7: at the cheesiness and that's why I enjoy But Billy
- 35:39Speaker 7: Zaye has the most remarkable eyes. You know, I'd love
- 35:45Speaker 7: his eyes. They're just beautiful and they're not crazy like
- 35:53Speaker 7: Michael Beans.
- 35:54Speaker 11: But that's okay.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Danielle made a great point. He actually went out pretty
- 36:00Speaker 1: well looking like a badass with Maverick, with his role
- 36:03Speaker 1: in Maverick being the last one he was able to
- 36:05Speaker 1: pull off that.
- 36:06Speaker 7: They wrote they wrote in the Throat Cancer for him
- 36:09Speaker 7: because he was undergoing the treatment and everything, and so
- 36:13Speaker 7: that was that was a great tribute, in my.
- 36:17Speaker 11: Opinion, Billy's saying he's at the sham wild guy, all right.
- 36:29Speaker 1: For my favorite Vlcimra movie, I'm just gonna give you
- 36:31Speaker 1: guys a quote instead. I was thinking of the immortal,
- 36:34Speaker 1: immortal words of Socrates who said, I drink.
- 36:36Speaker 7: What real Genius.
- 36:41Speaker 1: It's actually the first movie I ever remember seeing him in,
- 36:43Speaker 1: and it's weird because I started thinking about it last night.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I was like, Top Secer came out in like eighty four,
- 36:47Speaker 1: Real Genius came out in eighty five, Top Gun came
- 36:49Speaker 1: out in eighty six. He was just doing like back
- 36:51Speaker 1: to back movies and he.
- 36:54Speaker 11: Yeah, he actually did two in eighty six, so.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Different.
- 37:00Speaker 12: He had consistent work, you know, in the many phases
- 37:02Speaker 12: of I mean, and he didn't have the worst Batman
- 37:05Speaker 12: movie either.
- 37:05Speaker 10: It was so most people forget that he was Batman.
- 37:10Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, well I should have like, which of these
- 37:14Speaker 12: characters has never played Batman.
- 37:16Speaker 10: People would actually say Val Kilmer, Now.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Well, I mean so the weird The weird thing about
- 37:26Speaker 1: that is is it was his his movie because of
- 37:29Speaker 1: how like the the Keaton movies were like really close
- 37:33Speaker 1: to I think the comic book vision of Batman, and
- 37:36Speaker 1: then by the time they got to Kilmer, it was
- 37:38Speaker 1: like this merging of the sixties, can't be Batman with
- 37:42Speaker 1: the dark universe Batman, and he was. He was probably
- 37:46Speaker 1: about the only guy that could have pulled that off.
- 37:48Speaker 1: The only thing that could have made that better, in
- 37:49Speaker 1: my opinion, was if they had gotten Clooney to play
- 37:52Speaker 1: Wayne and Kilmer to play Batman. Because it didn't matter
- 37:55Speaker 1: whether Clooney was in the suitor in the tucks, he
- 37:57Speaker 1: was Wayne. And it didn't matter if Kilmer was in
- 37:59Speaker 1: the tuck are in the suit, he was Batman. If
- 38:01Speaker 1: they could have combined those two, it probably would have
- 38:03Speaker 1: been the best Batman movie ever. If they'd have had
- 38:05Speaker 1: a decent writer.
- 38:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I think it's the writing that's thank the movie,
- 38:12Speaker 7: and that they tried making it so you know, the
- 38:15Speaker 7: darker and darker and darker, because you know, it is Batman.
- 38:18Speaker 7: Gotham is a dark city and all that, but to
- 38:21Speaker 7: the point where it was almost Dick Tracy, like the
- 38:25Speaker 7: colors were all the same, you know, you know what
- 38:28Speaker 7: I mean? So I was like, nah, but I did.
- 38:31Speaker 7: I I admit I went to watch Val Kilmer Batman
- 38:36Speaker 7: because Val Kilmer, well where you go?
- 38:41Speaker 10: So my answer is the same as Rick.
- 38:42Speaker 12: But I just want to point because I was just
- 38:44Speaker 12: scanning his IMDb because I just wanted to see you.
- 38:46Speaker 12: Because the dude did consistently have work that existed, much
- 38:51Speaker 12: less that he was in He played Moses in ten
- 38:56Speaker 12: the Ten Commandments.
- 38:57Speaker 10: To the musical.
- 38:58Speaker 11: He did mm hmm.
- 39:01Speaker 10: I did not know that thing existed.
- 39:04Speaker 7: Now you do.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Now, who would have thought you learned it on the show,
- 39:11Speaker 1: like toxic masculinity, but you learned.
- 39:12Speaker 7: Something new everything.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Go, hey, we have an OL siding. Welcome in, sir,
- 39:17Speaker 1: how are you so, Aggie? I'm assuming, I'm assuming you
- 39:21Speaker 1: have a libation for us.
- 39:23Speaker 7: I do, actually, And it's funny because this came about
- 39:28Speaker 7: because someone didn't know what this was in reality. And
- 39:33Speaker 7: by this I mean a boiler maker.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Doesn't a boiler maker is they? I will say this tonight.
- 39:47Speaker 7: Yeah, you know it is a professional with somebody who
- 39:51Speaker 7: you know it was a trades person who made steel,
- 39:55Speaker 7: made boilers, you know, for either gas or liquids, you know,
- 40:02Speaker 7: And they actually did not know what a boiler maker was.
- 40:06Speaker 7: They were watching Purdue, okay, and so they were called
- 40:11Speaker 7: the Purdue boiler boiler makers and they made the big
- 40:13Speaker 7: mark and and I looked at them. I was like,
- 40:16Speaker 7: are you talking about the profession or are you talking
- 40:18Speaker 7: about the drink? And the look was just precious, and
- 40:22Speaker 7: I'm like, I'm thinking, let's go. Let's start with the trade,
- 40:27Speaker 7: let's start with the actual worker. Did so that inspired
- 40:33Speaker 7: tonight'strict the boiler maker, which a lot of you know,
- 40:36Speaker 7: it's it's making you come back. As I understand, the
- 40:41Speaker 7: local joint here just added it to its to its list.
- 40:46Speaker 7: The you know how they have a bar menu of
- 40:49Speaker 7: drinks of cocktails, They just added it to their cocktail
- 40:53Speaker 7: many and yeah, and I was. I was there yesterday
- 40:57Speaker 7: because there was no way I was cooking after what
- 40:59Speaker 7: the the trauma that I suffered. So I'm looking at it.
- 41:06Speaker 7: I'm going, y'all added a boiler maker And the gal said, yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 7: it's a it's a new drink that the bartender found
- 41:16Speaker 7: out about. And I looked at it. It's like, no,
- 41:18Speaker 7: this drink is old, honey, it is old. And I
- 41:24Speaker 7: was like I still remember. I don't know if you
- 41:26Speaker 7: guys remember this, but Bewitched on an episode where Ben
- 41:31Speaker 7: Franklin was brought by Aunt Clara into the you know,
- 41:37Speaker 7: modern day, and he's at a bar. It's a beer
- 41:43Speaker 7: and it just drops the shot in there. Look at me.
- 41:46Speaker 7: I just invented the boiler maker. To this day, I
- 41:52Speaker 7: love that episode just for that scene. But the boiler
- 41:55Speaker 7: Baker is a very simple cocktail. It's just beer and whiskey.
- 41:58Speaker 7: You take a pint of beer and you drop a
- 42:03Speaker 7: shot glass of whiskey, ry or bourbon is fine, either one,
- 42:07Speaker 7: and you just drop it in there and then you
- 42:09Speaker 7: just think it. That is a boiler maker. It's very simple.
- 42:13Speaker 7: A lot of people are like thinking that it's very
- 42:16Speaker 7: it's a very complicated cocktail. No, No, you just literally
- 42:20Speaker 7: drop a shot of piky. Now you can drop the
- 42:22Speaker 7: entire shot with the glass, which a lot of people
- 42:24Speaker 7: like to do because it phones over, or you can
- 42:27Speaker 7: just pour the whiskey, or you can just shotgun the
- 42:31Speaker 7: whiskey and then drink the beer. But most people like
- 42:34Speaker 7: to just drop the whole thing in there, and that.
- 42:37Speaker 11: Is your the whole point and then you then you
- 42:40Speaker 11: have to turn it up and finish it before the
- 42:42Speaker 11: whiskey diffuses out into it, right right, Yeah, Yeah.
- 42:48Speaker 7: It's kind of like they did that a similar with
- 42:51Speaker 7: the Irish car bomb where you take the shot, the
- 42:55Speaker 7: shot of Bailey's and you drop it into the guinnis
- 42:58Speaker 7: and man, that tastes really good.
- 43:02Speaker 12: Hid Irish car bomb, you gets you drink all year long.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Funny, it's because when Energy Drinks first came on the scene,
- 43:16Speaker 1: they used to do what they and all the bars
- 43:19Speaker 1: I used to work in when I was working security,
- 43:21Speaker 1: they would do what was called a yager mom. It
- 43:22Speaker 1: was basically a red bull with a shot.
- 43:26Speaker 10: Yeah, that's when that's what red bull on the gun.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Uh.
- 43:35Speaker 7: And see I'm getting I'm getting a little history, yeah,
- 43:44Speaker 7: y'all meaning that we're getting the whole history about Purdue
- 43:47Speaker 7: why they're called the boiler makers in the chat. This
- 43:49Speaker 7: is interesting. I had no idea that that was the
- 43:52Speaker 7: reason they we're called the boiler makers. Thanks empty and
- 43:55Speaker 7: Stephen is actually he went to produce, so so he knows. Yeah,
- 44:01Speaker 7: he does both.
- 44:03Speaker 11: Yeah, So I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna circle back here
- 44:08Speaker 11: to Kilmer movies. I have a a fondness because as
- 44:13Speaker 11: a very young young g U I used to watch
- 44:16Speaker 11: reruns of Roger Moore's The Saint and I always liked
- 44:21Speaker 11: that show, and when they redid the movie with Kilmer,
- 44:23Speaker 11: I thought it was pretty cool. I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 44:27Speaker 11: put that on the back burner though, because my favorite,
- 44:31Speaker 11: I think, and because it has the right amount of
- 44:35Speaker 11: cheese and the right amount of seriousness to it. But
- 44:38Speaker 11: it also it hit me close to home with with
- 44:43Speaker 11: the half breed kind of thing. I'm gonna have to
- 44:45Speaker 11: say Thunderheart, Yeah, a great film, and and then you
- 44:53Speaker 11: know the later later in his career, I would say
- 44:57Speaker 11: that changing complete direction for him and and bringing it
- 45:01Speaker 11: home the super Hey, you know it was it was
- 45:10Speaker 11: way out of his.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Yes, it was. You know.
- 45:15Speaker 10: Thunderhart was fantastic. I remember Graham Green in that when
- 45:17Speaker 10: he was riding him a ticket. How did you know?
- 45:19Speaker 10: I was going so fast? I listened to the wind sixty.
- 45:25Speaker 7: That's another very underrated actor, Graham Green, and I feel
- 45:29Speaker 7: he should have gotten the best supporting actor for Dances
- 45:32Speaker 7: with Wolves. Sure that works, Yeah, he should he totally
- 45:37Speaker 7: should have.
- 45:38Speaker 10: But yeah, he's great timing too. M hm he does.
- 45:48Speaker 1: All right, and Andrew, Andrew, you still or did you
- 45:51Speaker 1: fall asleep?
- 45:54Speaker 7: I'm here.
- 45:54Speaker 2: I just can't add to the val chimera discussion at it.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Well, that was the first thing I was going to
- 46:02Speaker 1: ask is if you had anything gad to do it?
- 46:04Speaker 1: And last thing I was going to ask is do
- 46:06Speaker 1: we have any polls? Because you're supposed to be dancing.
- 46:10Speaker 2: I have been dancing lately.
- 46:14Speaker 11: Shake that money?
- 46:17Speaker 2: Uh, I can't. Alejandro owns the company now, he makes
- 46:21Speaker 2: me work.
- 46:24Speaker 11: Is working.
- 46:28Speaker 1: Supported?
- 46:28Speaker 7: Bro?
- 46:28Speaker 1: I don't know who you're no new bosses, but it
- 46:30Speaker 1: ain't him.
- 46:32Speaker 11: No seniority.
- 46:34Speaker 2: I'm still working.
- 46:36Speaker 10: Yeah, nice, Yes, I do have working on the wall.
- 46:44Speaker 2: I do have poles. Last month, February, we had Doge audits.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Someone think of the Feds Zeeman's temper tantrum and dims
- 46:56Speaker 2: lead the cringe and it was close. Those audits came
- 47:04Speaker 2: in at forty percent with them's leading to crins at
- 47:07Speaker 2: thirty nine.
- 47:08Speaker 10: Wow, that is close.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's the closest one we've ever had.
- 47:15Speaker 1: I think we had the Taie ones. I think we
- 47:18Speaker 1: had the Taie ons, but it was only ones.
- 47:19Speaker 2: I think, yeah, but for this month from March and
- 47:27Speaker 2: I'm going on suggestions and what I could quickly peruse
- 47:30Speaker 2: before falling asleep at night. We sixteen hour days are
- 47:37Speaker 2: not recommended when you're over the age of one hundred
- 47:39Speaker 2: and forty nine.
- 47:40Speaker 11: I understand that.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Well, you're one of those people that Elon Musk is
- 47:45Speaker 1: grabbing hibout.
- 47:47Speaker 2: No, I'm not drawing so security yet.
- 47:50Speaker 1: No, he's just trying to figure out how coming one
- 47:51Speaker 1: hundred and forty nine and have it's the active little
- 47:53Speaker 1: scurity number.
- 47:55Speaker 2: Well yeah, wow, yeah, it's not hard.
- 47:59Speaker 11: If he challenges you, just break off a finger and
- 48:02Speaker 11: show him the rings inside of it.
- 48:09Speaker 2: So for the for the month of March, and I think,
- 48:12Speaker 2: I hope I got this right. I think this'll be interesting. Uh.
- 48:16Speaker 2: I have terriffs are only for the US snow red yeah,
- 48:29Speaker 2: signal signaling war plans and Tesla violence.
- 48:35Speaker 11: Hm hmm nice interesting mm hmmm vote early vote often.
- 48:42Speaker 2: I just put it out there pend on my.
- 48:48Speaker 11: We'll all share it so we'll get it around.
- 48:51Speaker 10: For five years, and he just goes and tweets it.
- 48:54Speaker 1: H You know, you know, what are you gonna do?
- 49:02Speaker 11: You can't fire him, No, I quit.
- 49:14Speaker 10: You know you put that out on your account, not
- 49:16Speaker 10: on the the Pole account.
- 49:18Speaker 1: Right, he knows the poll account wasn't getting you started
- 49:21Speaker 1: posting him back on his again.
- 49:25Speaker 11: We'll get it around.
- 49:25Speaker 2: The poll account just gets a lot of boobage.
- 49:31Speaker 11: All right?
- 49:32Speaker 10: Wait, wait, say this thing.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Why I didn't say it was a bad thing. I
- 49:38Speaker 2: just said that it's getting a lot of boobage.
- 49:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this sounds like a complaint. Then I
- 49:44Speaker 1: don't know why this would be a complaint. I am confused, and.
- 49:47Speaker 11: We are talking.
- 49:48Speaker 2: We can't spend all my time on Twitter.
- 49:52Speaker 1: That sounds like a personal problem.
- 49:55Speaker 10: Problem.
- 49:55Speaker 11: You you can if you really want to.
- 50:00Speaker 1: I mean, you can do anything. It's just you know
- 50:02Speaker 1: there near may not country.
- 50:08Speaker 10: You get a new micah arm because.
- 50:11Speaker 12: My shock mount rubber band has degraded and it's just
- 50:16Speaker 12: resting against the bottom of the anyway, Sorry, I just
- 50:20Speaker 12: noticed that random thoughts by old uncle Ordy.
- 50:23Speaker 1: So what you're saying is what you're saying is your
- 50:26Speaker 1: your boom arm needs by Hagar.
- 50:27Speaker 10: What you're saying, yes, okay.
- 50:30Speaker 11: Wow, boom yeah. Campbell throwing down on Andrew.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Andrew got it doesn't have That's why I used I
- 50:50Speaker 2: have twenty five kind of guys.
- 50:57Speaker 1: You're another one. You're another one of those metric people
- 51:00Speaker 1: like BC. I'm not sure we could be friends anymore
- 51:02Speaker 1: when you.
- 51:02Speaker 2: Got in freem hey, I want to tell you what
- 51:07Speaker 2: sounds better one inch or twenty five millis.
- 51:12Speaker 7: I mean, I'm sorry. I was told there would be
- 51:17Speaker 7: now math in this show.
- 51:22Speaker 1: This is Chat Lives Matter Night. There's not supposed to
- 51:25Speaker 1: be any maths. There's only supposed to be myths.
- 51:29Speaker 11: Myths and math in years.
- 51:33Speaker 2: I'm sorry. I blame Steven. He was using big words.
- 51:37Speaker 2: We're gonna have some type of intellectual follow up after him.
- 51:41Speaker 1: I was just impressed that somebody else uses conversational Latin
- 51:44Speaker 1: besides me.
- 51:49Speaker 10: It's a dead language. He's conversing in it, that's right.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Who cares?
- 51:57Speaker 1: I use it all the time just to annoy people.
- 52:00Speaker 11: It's not like they're going to get up out of
- 52:01Speaker 11: the ground and beat your ass over it.
- 52:05Speaker 2: I mean, you know, there's only one reason.
- 52:12Speaker 1: When when the zombies come, they might you never know.
- 52:14Speaker 11: I mean, they could come over Olympus across the Serengetti
- 52:17Speaker 11: when it rises.
- 52:18Speaker 7: You know, Oh you did not, damn you. I love
- 52:28Speaker 7: that song. But having studied sub Saharan Africa, I get
- 52:33Speaker 7: so bad knowing that there is no freaking way that's
- 52:37Speaker 7: the cone over three hundred miles from the.
- 52:45Speaker 11: Collected in the whole song.
- 52:47Speaker 1: To be fair, how high were they when they wrote
- 52:50Speaker 1: that song.
- 52:52Speaker 11: That's the only thing I can think of is Luca
- 52:54Speaker 11: there was smoking, something about the size of his guitar,
- 52:58Speaker 11: and it just permeated a whole room.
- 53:02Speaker 1: I mean, it's it's like when you know, Iron Butterfly
- 53:06Speaker 1: recorded in the Garden of Eden and it was so
- 53:07Speaker 1: bad they changed the entire title of a song.
- 53:10Speaker 11: Well, that's because he was drunk when he tried to
- 53:12Speaker 11: sing it, and that's how it came out.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I know, But that's what I'm saying, same thing. Everybody
- 53:18Speaker 1: knows what the lyric was supposed to be, but it
- 53:20Speaker 1: came out so bad that they're just like, yeah, we'll
- 53:21Speaker 1: just call it.
- 53:27Speaker 2: But yeah.
- 53:28Speaker 11: I mean, Africa is just the most beautiful, brooding medley.
- 53:35Speaker 11: The music is great, it's a banger.
- 53:38Speaker 7: The lyrics sucker. Although I gotta say when I saw
- 53:44Speaker 7: Perpetu Gizzil doing the a cappella for it, I was
- 53:47Speaker 7: quite impressed because they really did a great job.
- 53:51Speaker 1: On it.
- 53:52Speaker 7: This was several years ago, and the lead singer, I
- 53:56Speaker 7: swear to god, it looked like Tobey maguire. I was like,
- 53:58Speaker 7: what the hell is spider Man?
- 54:02Speaker 11: Yeah, Stephen Country Roads, all the places are in Virginia,
- 54:05Speaker 11: not West Virginia. Yet, been through that one hundred times
- 54:10Speaker 11: to say that, because you know, I've worked in radio,
- 54:13Speaker 11: so a lot of this stuff has advantaged me.
- 54:15Speaker 2: So well.
- 54:17Speaker 1: That was actually one of my favorite songs as a
- 54:19Speaker 1: kid that well, until later, how geographically terrible it was,
- 54:23Speaker 1: I do.
- 54:24Speaker 2: But it's but but it's not wrong though they're still
- 54:27Speaker 2: in West Virginia is there? Really it's still West Virginia.
- 54:38Speaker 10: Delaware isn't there?
- 54:40Speaker 2: So that Andrew Delaware is not real?
- 54:44Speaker 1: That whole sentence.
- 54:45Speaker 11: Just hold the line better than Africa? Yes, agree, Campbell,
- 54:51Speaker 11: agree wholeheartedly.
- 54:53Speaker 7: What about Rosanna?
- 54:55Speaker 10: Damn it.
- 54:57Speaker 11: Not a bad song, not a bad song all out
- 55:00Speaker 11: and the rumors, the rumors behind it were all just rumors.
- 55:04Speaker 10: It is not true.
- 55:05Speaker 11: It was not about our cat.
- 55:07Speaker 7: But can we agree that having Cynthia be the dancer
- 55:12Speaker 7: in that video was total banger? Yes, okay, we can
- 55:18Speaker 7: agree on that.
- 55:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like I like the Murphy version of that
- 55:22Speaker 2: one in forty eight hours.
- 55:33Speaker 11: As a new in town.
- 55:35Speaker 7: His name and not to be confused with Roseanne Rosanna.
- 55:42Speaker 11: It's always something.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Never mind, I still miss her.
- 55:52Speaker 7: I do too, I do too.
- 55:55Speaker 2: Yep.
- 55:57Speaker 11: And they just they have decent Saturday out live.
- 55:59Speaker 1: Now there's no such thing as a decent Saturday night
- 56:03Speaker 1: lib No, there.
- 56:04Speaker 11: Hasn't been in shit forty years.
- 56:12Speaker 10: It started Donald Weekend Update the last time they were good.
- 56:17Speaker 1: It started dying right around the time I was old
- 56:19Speaker 1: enough to actually watch it without my parents yelling at
- 56:22Speaker 1: me for trying to watch it.
- 56:23Speaker 11: Now, I will say this, I do enjoy watching the
- 56:27Speaker 11: snippets of jostin Chay. Yeah, but those guys are good.
- 56:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:36Speaker 1: But the thing about it is the entire show used
- 56:38Speaker 1: to be like that. Now you've got like a little
- 56:40Speaker 1: and it's just like I just love that.
- 56:43Speaker 11: The whole premise for them is that they don't know
- 56:45Speaker 11: what the other one's writing for them. They're doing it cold,
- 56:49Speaker 11: and that is great.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, all right, well, believe it or not, folks,
- 56:58Speaker 1: we are just about to the end of the US
- 57:01Speaker 1: get already.
- 57:02Speaker 2: Yep. Yeah.
- 57:02Speaker 12: I didn't make this comment because I was in the
- 57:04Speaker 12: middle of coughing when you said snippets, I thought Snegelts
- 57:07Speaker 12: time all got not necessarily the.
- 57:09Speaker 10: News was a good show.
- 57:10Speaker 11: Oh yeah.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Another another amusing is from weird old Uncle Ordy right
- 57:19Speaker 1: here live on Masculinity.
- 57:22Speaker 2: Weird.
- 57:22Speaker 11: Hold on, that's.
- 57:27Speaker 1: All right, Let's start with ladies. First, agg you, where

- 58:40Speaker 1: I keep telling Maggie that she needs to give up
- 58:44Speaker 1: giving up for lint, but she never loves.
- 58:46Speaker 11: She is allowed. She gives herself a glass of water
- 58:49Speaker 11: every Friday, So just lay off.
- 58:55Speaker 1: I'm a little disappointed, my dude, because you used to
- 58:58Speaker 1: have this lint tradition that you would like to out
- 59:00Speaker 1: of Catholics, and it was great.
- 59:04Speaker 11: I love doing reverse lent. I'm still doing it. I
- 59:07Speaker 11: just don't publicize it. I mean, like for dinner tonight,
- 59:10Speaker 11: I had a big chicken cutlet sandwich with melted smoke

- 1:02:03Speaker 1: some of us will see you in a month.
- 1:02:05Speaker 11: Yeah, we'll see you in a month. Really, twenty five
- 1:02:10Speaker 11: ladders are not for a fun.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: Yes, you know.
- 1:02:14Speaker 11: I's agains
