DUST is a project built on community.
0:03
There's a lot going on behind the scenes and as we move
0:07
forward and build as a community, even in a
0:10
decentralized environment, we need a little bit of structure
0:14
to help us become a lot more effective, to help build our
0:18
project even further than where we've got it through today.
0:22
Today we're pleased, honored to be joined by Exit the Matrix.
0:26
He's going to talk to us about some developments within our
0:29
community that can lead us to further growth, further
0:32
excitement. Exit Welcome to Ron's basement.
0:36
So much Ron, really appreciate it and thanks for having me on
0:39
again and for the great intro. My and hello, Dusters.
0:44
That's right. Warns up dusters.
0:46
Warns up. My purpose today is threefold
0:50
actually. One is to provide a bit of
0:52
transparency, a bit of transparency, provide
0:55
transparency, period. Second is to provide a bit of
0:58
education and to showcase the areas where you, yes, I mean you
1:04
miss and Mr. Duster can contribute to.
1:07
Just so you know, there is an ask that's coming here and we've
1:11
had some heated debates on the timeline, maybe with a smaller
1:16
group, but still with folks regarding the name leadership
1:19
team. We've also had some internal
1:21
discussions regarding the structure.
1:24
We've listened to all sides and we also looked inward so deep it
1:29
actually got a little scary. Just kidding.
1:33
We kept on working. We kept a meeting on every
1:35
Monday to continue to build value for the community and to
1:39
ensure that critical functions were maintained without bumping
1:42
into each other too much, right? Though we're keeping a balance
1:45
between like as Ron said, some of that structure and not being
1:50
overly handcuffed to it so that we still have the flexibility
1:54
and so that we can leverage the benefit of, of, of the
1:57
decentralized nature of UFD. Now, if you're scratching your
2:01
head and thinking like, what's all this about?
2:04
Because you may not have the context, let me let me provide
2:06
that. So several months ago, we
2:08
started to organize a structure, structure that would serve the
2:12
community by ensuring that key functions were being carried
2:15
out. So think about it like organized
2:17
chaos of raiding, the management of events, carrying out various
2:23
marketing tasks. For example, the UFD mural in
2:26
UK, the work that's going on in IP, creating community resources
2:32
such as our Discord along with the moderators group there, our
2:36
websites, along with the connections that it has to
2:38
various information sources. Plus evaluating things like
2:43
partnerships, collaborations, managing funds, blah blah, blah.
2:46
There's a lot of stuff that goes into this.
2:48
There's a there's a let me, let me interject.
2:50
There is a lot of stuff that goes into running Unicorn fart
2:55
desk. No, no doubt.
2:56
Sorry, I wanted to throw that in exit.
2:58
No, please do run. And then, you know, we can keep
3:01
it almost like a dialogue. That's actually even better,
3:03
yeah. And I, and I want to interject
3:05
something here as well. From day one, when Unicorn from
3:08
the very early days of Unicorn fart test, I was always getting
3:12
this question. What about the team?
3:14
What about like people like we want, we want to be a
3:19
decentralized community driven project, no doubt about it, but
3:24
people also want some structure. And I don't think that any
3:27
successful meme coin project, any organization can really
3:32
truly, you know, be super successful without a a bit of
3:36
structure in place. That doesn't take away from
3:39
anyone out there ability to make a big massive impact in this
3:44
project. But we're just not in.
3:47
And I want to say this as well, this is not like an
3:50
authoritarian. I've said it all along and you
3:52
and I have joked about this like, like I'm not the seat.
3:54
Like everybody out there is as much the CEO of Unicorn fart
3:58
dust as I am. We aren't coming down with some
4:00
authoritarian, authoritarian, you know, dictator dictates like
4:06
you're right, like we want people, we want people to be
4:08
able to to to be able to be involved in this project, but be
4:13
to be able to do it in a very effective way.
4:15
I'm sorry, I I rambled there exit.
4:17
Go ahead. Not not at all.
4:19
That's that's valuable. And that's absolutely true.
4:21
You know, I'll add, I'll, I'll, I'll riff off of that a little
4:24
bit because if, if we think about a function of ACEO and if
4:28
you were to think about someone coming into a company to be at
4:30
its helm and that person just sat behind a desk, closed their
4:34
door and never came out, never really sent many messages,
4:37
didn't really do anything. You'd go like, sorry to say, but
4:41
they're, they're getting fired like that.
4:43
That's not going to last. So, so we are all CEOs, but it's
4:49
the activity that really enables it is the activity that powers
4:53
it. Other than that, it's just like
4:55
an EO, like an officer essentially.
4:58
But, but that's, that's it. They're not really doing
5:00
anything. So, so that's important to keep
5:02
in mind, you know, and, and, and in addition to all the work
5:05
that's been happening and that we've been doing, we're also
5:08
continuing to evolve how we execute that work.
5:10
It's not just the what, but it's also the how and how our
5:14
functions interrelate in such a way that honors the distribute,
5:19
the the distributed and autonomous nature of our
5:21
community, as well as harnesses the central functions of the
5:25
business that has legal, financial, contractual and other
5:28
components. And it kind of, I was thinking
5:31
about this quite a bit and I was actually chatting with a few
5:33
dusters as well more recently, folks who who were very, very
5:39
much favouring decentralization and, and kind of shying away
5:42
from the central component. And I posed a couple of
5:45
questions because those, those are things that are that are
5:47
bouncing around in my mind as well, which is, you know,
5:50
imagine, like, imagine getting legal advice in a fully
5:54
distributed, decentralized fashion.
5:56
So passing a contract for review to 10 or 20 different lawyers in
6:00
various countries and having to pay them all, by the way, which
6:03
is not insignificant. And then trying to take the best
6:07
or the thing that you like the most from each of the pieces of
6:10
advice that you received and trying to make a decision based
6:12
on that. Like, it just wouldn't work,
6:15
right? It's the same with finances.
6:17
If we were to ask 20 different accountants and then pulled out
6:20
a little piece of of what each one of them said and tried to
6:22
couple something together, that wouldn't work either.
6:25
So while of course there are pieces that are very much
6:28
distributed, and that's our community and the work we're
6:31
doing within the community where there's a massive amount of
6:34
value from the collective genius that comes together, there are
6:37
certain things that require centralization in order to work.
6:41
And those things are like bulls, you know, that are facing each
6:44
other, They're bumping horns against each other, and
6:46
sometimes there are sparks. So how do we, how do we make it
6:49
so that they're actually, rather than bumping against each other,
6:52
running in concert and adding strength to the forward motion?
6:56
I mean, that's the trick, right? That's the trick.
6:58
And yeah, please go. Oh, I've got, I just had the
7:02
biggest epiphany of my life, well of the day anyway.
7:06
Exit. Can I share it with you right
7:07
now? Please please.
7:08
OK, so it would be like if, if Unicorn fart dust, if our
7:12
community, let's say we all lived out in the in the middle
7:16
of the country, I'll say somewhere in the United States,
7:18
the middle of, of rural Illinois, OK, And we all live
7:21
together out there and we didn't have a fire department, OK?
7:26
And we all came together and said, look, we've got 30,000 of
7:30
us living here in this community.
7:32
Unicorn fart does land together in the middle of Illinois, but
7:36
we don't have a fire department. What if a fire breaks out?
7:39
And then if we all, if we just did it in a completely
7:42
decentralized way and all said and all said, hey, you know
7:45
what, if a fire breaks out, I'll, I'll volunteer, I'll go
7:48
help with the fire out. I will too.
7:51
But if there was no structure behind that, even though it's a,
7:54
it's a Volunteer Fire Department, if there was no real
7:57
structure or, or anything put in place like an action plan, like,
8:02
well, if a fire does break out, then we need to call this person
8:06
who's going to call this, you know what I'm saying?
8:07
Like if a fire did break out and it was just a bunch of people
8:10
said, yeah, I want to be part of the of the crew to put the fire
8:13
out, it probably wouldn't be very effective, but some level
8:17
of structure and organization would work.
8:19
I don't know. I, I.
8:20
To me, that makes sense. 100% it's it's similar like building
8:24
a house, right? We have various types of
8:26
workers, but if a community gets together to build a house and
8:29
there is no organizing force, the things going to fall apart
8:32
because someone needs to think about how do we plan for the
8:35
structure of it? How do we make sure that
8:39
whatever regulations, if they are, they are in place, are
8:41
satisfied. Even if there aren't
8:42
regulations, we certainly don't want the roof to collapse on the
8:45
on the inhabitants after its build and on and on and on.
8:47
So there are things that we need to think about so that, you
8:49
know, the first rain, the whole thing just doesn't cave in.
8:52
So, so that's yeah, I think those are those are really good
8:56
analogies. So, so we have this, we have
8:59
this coin, we have UFD and there are two sides of it.
9:02
One of the sides of the coin is the community and the other
9:04
sides of the coin is business and they work together.
9:07
Like if you don't have one side of the coin, it's just, it's,
9:10
it's, it's, it's, it doesn't, it doesn't really work.
9:13
So, so today it's, it's my humble pleasure to speak with,
9:16
with you and, and to share with a group that that's, that's
9:19
tuning in. What is the next milestone of
9:23
this evolution of, of this, you know, combining the community
9:26
and business of UFD? And this is, there are three
9:28
parts to it, Gil's advisors and stewards.
9:32
And I'll, and I'll preface the, the next piece by saying that
9:34
all of this, all of this work, everything that we're doing is
9:38
and has been based on the servant leadership model so that
9:42
those who step up and volunteer their time, because this is all
9:45
volunteer, by the way, are doing so in the service of the
9:51
community. I can't, you know, underline it
9:54
with a thick enough marker. So it's in the service of the
9:58
community and not the egos of, of the volunteers.
10:04
So we've, we've actually, we've gone through an application
10:06
process where we catalogued their skills.
10:09
So those, those were the, the folks who were interested in
10:11
filling key, key functions. So some of us were already at
10:13
the table. There were a few other folks who
10:15
raised their hand and said, yeah, I really want to be
10:17
involved. Not just I want to be involved,
10:19
but there are a few other things to it.
10:21
I'll go through a little bit of moment and, and we, we've gone
10:25
also through a scoring exercise based on a template so that we
10:28
had some consistency in how we were considering each applicant.
10:32
So, you know, there is actually a, a structure that that goes
10:37
into this. You know, that's as far as the,
10:38
the pieces that that go into the, the roles that are kind of
10:42
the three pieces that I'll touch on them again near the closing,
10:45
because that goes into the call, call for action, if you will.
10:49
But it's one thing is time. Do we have the time to give to
10:53
the project to give to the the community?
10:55
The second one is do we have the talent?
10:57
Do we have the knowledge? Do we have the experience and
11:01
the and the third key is tenacity.
11:03
So are we bull headed enough, if you will, to be able to face
11:09
obstacles and not let them overcome us?
11:11
Because yeah, I, I, I have this, I have this analogy I've been
11:14
using for a while. I worked with various, various
11:18
teams on the, on the corporate side of things, on massive
11:21
projects where I was managing groups of 200 plus people in
11:24
some, in some instances, you know, 40 million plus dollar
11:28
budgets working for, on government contracts.
11:30
And I worked with, with both business folks from, from
11:35
various ministries, but I also worked with consultants and
11:38
contractors. And there was a, there were
11:40
distributed teams across multiple geographies, some, some
11:44
in the US, some in Canada, some some offshore in India and, and,
11:48
and in other geographies as well.
11:51
And there were points at which the, the contractors would come
11:55
to, to us and say, no, this is, this is not possible.
11:58
We run into a problem here. And I'd look at them and say,
12:01
you know, what if, if this were a Roomba, if this were an
12:04
autonomous vacuum cleaner and it ran into a wall and it just
12:07
stopped, what would you like? What would you do?
12:10
Explain it to me. And I'd be like, well, it
12:12
requires fixing. Like, that's right.
12:14
So you run into obstacle, you learn something from that.
12:18
And if you, if you stop, we can consider this a failure only if
12:21
we decide it's a failure. Otherwise, it's just another
12:24
data point. It's just another thing that
12:26
we've learned. So we don't stop, we keep
12:27
persevering. And that's the tenacity that's
12:29
required to navigate various obstacles that come at us.
12:32
Because this isn't smooth Rd. this isn't like, you know, we,
12:35
we, we, we came into this and the hack never happened and the
12:38
markets were just green the whole time.
12:40
And we're at, you know, 20 billion right now.
12:42
I'd, I'd love for that to be the reality today.
12:45
That is the reality that we're pulling towards us with the
12:48
actions that we're that we're doing.
12:50
The one way to do this is to be passive and sit on the sidelines
12:52
and say, you know what, it's great.
12:54
We're just going to maintain our community and, and at some point
12:57
the markets will pick up and everything will be rosy.
12:59
I'm not much in favor of passive behavior.
13:02
I'm very much action driven. And I think that we can achieve
13:06
greater success by positioning ourselves in the right way so
13:10
that not only is the market going to buoy us at at some
13:13
point, but that we are taking specific actions to become at
13:17
least somewhat decoupled from the market forces.
13:20
So it doesn't really matter if the market is up or down, we're
13:23
either staying stable or we're or we're continuing to move up,
13:26
right. So how do we do that?
13:28
That takes a few things. It takes looking at what are the
13:31
next steps directly ahead of us and how to take them in, you
13:34
know, with the right shoes on and so on and so forth to have
13:36
the right tools in in in hand. The second is is looking at, you
13:40
know, a few steps ahead. Am I walking in a way that's
13:43
going to bump into a wall or not?
13:45
And the third is having a map in mind of longer term, where are
13:48
we going? So, you know, if, if, if,
13:51
because then we can set some milestones to see are we, are we
13:54
heading, are we actually getting there or not?
13:55
So, you know, if, if I'm going from Chicago to San Francisco
14:00
and you know, I end up in Alaska, I kind of took a detour,
14:05
you know, it's not the most effective way to get from one
14:08
point to the other. So, so that's kind of the, the,
14:10
the, the thing here is, is just enough structure to have that
14:14
strategy in mind of the long term goals.
14:18
So all of this fits into a structure that that I'm actually
14:23
here to, to really talk about. And Ron, if you wouldn't mind
14:25
flushing up that, that picture of because, you know, pictures
14:31
worth 1000 words. And, and, and I think that this
14:34
analogy is actually great. It starts with the community.
14:37
It starts and ends with the community.
14:38
Frankly, that's, that's the true, that's the true thing.
14:40
And there's a reason why it's represented as a Halo, because
14:43
this is our crown. Without it, there's no
14:46
structure, there's no UFD, there's no business.
14:48
Like none of this exists without the without, without you,
14:51
without the community. And if, if we Scroll down a
14:55
little bit, we also have gills and I'll talk about them in, in,
14:59
in a moment here and expand on that.
15:02
They're oriented around key functions and they're
15:05
interconnected by this gold thread of the advisory function,
15:10
which is vital and critical because it exchanges information
15:14
between the gills and it also brings key information and data
15:18
points to the stewardship table. And, and it's no mistake.
15:23
It's, it's, it's not by accident that it's designed to look like
15:26
the gold coin on which the, the, the Unicorn sits in, in some of
15:31
the, some of the memes, you know, early memes, because it's
15:34
meant, meant meant to look like that.
15:36
It's a. It's a.
15:38
Exit. I think it might be beneficial
15:41
for our viewer, for our duster who's joining us.
15:44
And I know you'll go into greater detail, but what are
15:46
some examples you can give the viewer of of what these
15:49
different guilds are? Perfect.
15:52
That's a perfect segue. So they're they're organized
15:54
into groupings. So the first is community
15:56
guilds. So those that interface directly
16:00
with our community, they are engagement.
16:04
So think about rating and other activities across X TikTok,
16:09
Instagram and other social platforms.
16:12
Lore and harmony. So this is spreading the UFD
16:15
lore, making sure that tense situations are diffused with
16:19
humor and good vibes. So keeping keeping things
16:22
harmonious. The third is education and
16:26
onboarding. So this is providing a welcome
16:28
to new community members and helping them become orientated,
16:32
oriented to various resources that we have available and then
16:37
marketing and event management. So spreading the gospel of UFD
16:40
on the timeline and beyond and managing various events.
16:44
And this goes from planning through execution to awarding
16:48
prizes. If those are, those are part of
16:50
it and so on. So that's the first grouping is
16:52
those community guilds, engagement, Lord Harmony,
16:55
onboarding, education, marketing, event management.
16:57
So, so and just for our viewer as an example, let's say with
17:00
marketing and event management, I think a lot of people are
17:03
familiar with Georgie, like Georgie is someone who is very
17:06
involved in that Guild. Is that is that a a fair
17:10
statement? Absolutely.
17:12
So, so, so she, she heads up the marketing efforts and you know,
17:16
we have a a new person who submitted their application
17:18
interested in event management. So he'll be joining that group
17:22
in on the engagement side. You know you, you all know Jack.
17:26
He's. Just a force.
17:27
To be reckoned with absolutely right, so force to be reckoned
17:31
with. But we Jack is, is the is the
17:34
the tip of the spear. There are so many other people
17:36
who are involved in it. Wonderful rate moderators and so
17:40
on. I'm actually, you know, I think
17:42
more of them as kind of the, the engagement leads or, or, or
17:47
engagement drivers really, but also, you know, Scott on TikTok
17:54
and the work that he's done there connector and the work on
17:56
Instagram, you know, Nate, who gets involved in, in, in
18:01
activating across the social, the, the, the, the social sphere
18:05
so that it's not like one person is doing it all and has it all
18:08
on the shoulders. There are there are a number of
18:09
people that that make this that make this happen, but in
18:13
onboarding and. The other and the other thing I
18:15
want to throw in as well because I think it's hopefully becoming
18:18
clear to our dusters, our viewers who are out there.
18:21
This isn't like, how do I say this?
18:24
Like with engagement, like, well, this is the way engagement
18:27
is. And you know, like these are
18:29
these are just like, I mean it to me, it feels really cool that
18:33
we've got this, for lack of a better way to say it, loose
18:37
structure in place, guidelines in place.
18:41
Like if somebody wants to get involved, if somebody's out
18:44
there, like, hey, I really like it.
18:45
Like there's somebody listening right now who's like, I really
18:48
like rating. I really like like now they know
18:51
where to go, right? They can go to Nate, they can go
18:53
to Jack, resilient Jack, they can go to that Guild and find
18:57
out how they can get involved instead of just kind of floating
19:00
around out there not knowing really what to do or where to
19:03
go. This gives a real clear path.
19:06
Does that. Is that safe to say?
19:08
Absolutely. And, and who go to that, I'll,
19:11
I'll be talking about that as well, because, you know, in our
19:13
next Monday meeting, we're going to be talking about the results
19:16
of the, the scoring. And, and part of that is going
19:20
to be making sure that we have the individuals with the
19:23
greatest skills and the greatest interest in managing each of
19:26
these areas. So some of the people, some of
19:28
the names, as far as which area they're in is going to shift
19:32
because by necessity we need to fill certain roles and people
19:35
just jumped in. It doesn't mean that they're
19:37
working with their preferred hand in all cases.
19:40
Sometimes they just jumped in because there was a need, but
19:42
they actually have skills in a different area or a great
19:44
interest in a different area. So we also want to honor that.
19:47
But yeah, we're going to, we're going to expose this information
19:49
so that you can as a duster, you can see for yourself here is a
19:53
scaffolding. And how do I pin my efforts to
19:56
that if I want to contribute? Yeah, I like that.
20:01
So we have the community guilds, which I just described.
20:03
The second grouping is creative and expression guilds.
20:06
So those are those have three. There are three parts to to that
20:10
to that grouping. One of them is art and lore.
20:13
So this is providing the artistic direction and
20:15
documenting and ensuring consistency of the UFD lore,
20:19
whereas in the community it's spreading that lore, spreading
20:22
the dust as we say. The second, the second function
20:27
here is merchandise and sales. So this is production of the
20:31
official UFD merchandise. This is nothing, no, no slide
20:36
against UFD Corral. He's done an absolutely and he's
20:39
doing an absolutely bang up job in the absence of, of more
20:43
structure. And now that our IP is coming
20:46
out, we're also looking at what is the next stage of that
20:48
evolution of merchandising and how do we harness all the
20:52
intelligence that we have and all the skills that we have
20:54
there. And, and UFD Corral has, like I
20:56
said, done a, done a great job in the absence of it and also
21:01
various sales activities that funnel that, that will, because
21:03
they're not doing that yet, but that's, that, that will funnel
21:06
funds to the UFD treasury. And then the third piece and
21:10
it's this one is like to me is one of one of the, I mean, all
21:13
of these things are important, but this one to me is really one
21:15
of the linchpins, if you will, which is partnerships and
21:18
external marketing. So this is finding and building
21:21
partnerships, collaborations and also spreading the gospel UFD,
21:26
not to other folks who know crypto, who think about crypto,
21:29
who are already in our echo chamber to some extent.
21:34
This is to the retail, how do we make it easy for the retail
21:38
person to on board to UFD? How do we make it most
21:41
attractive to them? And we've got some amazing
21:44
talent that we actually are are starting to onboard.
21:46
There was a there was a sleeper agent in our in our midst for a
21:50
while. Katie Kin.
21:55
You may, you may have seen her on the timeline starting to, to
21:57
become active and, and she's got some fantastic skills together
22:01
with, with fixed lists. And so, so we're still, we're
22:04
still, we're starting to really catalyze a movement here that
22:08
goes beyond just rhetoric. So this isn't just throwing
22:10
something over the fence and saying I've got an idea, but
22:12
this is also, I have an idea. This is how I think it could be
22:16
executed. And by the way, I'm also putting
22:19
out my hand. I have the cycles and the
22:21
cajones, right? I have the perseverance, the
22:23
tenacity to make it happen. I'm going to run with it, right?
22:26
And it's beautiful thing to see is is people actually coming to
22:29
the table and already starting to produce things.
22:32
If, if if if it starts to feel like.
22:34
And I want to, and I want to interject something as well,
22:36
even if we, if we go to the community guilds, look at the
22:39
effectiveness and the, I would say success that like Brazilian
22:44
Jack and and Nate's been involved as well, like the on
22:47
the engagement side. I know that upstairs Susie's
22:50
involved in that now. And they have a weekly, a short
22:52
weekly meeting and like they're organized and it's made the, the
22:57
rating so much better. And again, I want to emphasize
23:00
it's the place where any any of you sleeper agent Raiders out
23:04
there, but they know where they can go now to get direction and
23:09
where they can really learn the best way that they can help.
23:12
The project is gonna be going to that Guild, the engagement
23:16
Guild, right? Absolutely.
23:19
Absolutely. I was just gonna say that as I
23:22
talk about these things, I think maybe you can start to hear it
23:25
in my voice. I've got a smile from ear to
23:27
ear. Like almost literally like my
23:31
teeth are getting dry as I. You know what?
23:32
Exit I'm going to end this live stream right now because you
23:35
said the wrong thing. You're supposed to say your horn
23:37
is tingling, OK? That's that.
23:40
I mean, that's, that's happening all the time.
23:42
That's just, you can hear in my voice that my lips are getting
23:46
stuck to my teeth because I'm having to take sips of of water
23:49
here because I'm literally vibrating with excitement.
23:52
That's how freaking unicornish I am.
23:55
So yeah, the, the, the third Guild, the grouping of, of, of
23:59
of guilds is strategy and operations.
24:03
So this is really where we start to marry up the community side
24:08
with the business side. This is technology and
24:11
innovation. So what are the technology
24:13
supports that we need? For example, website discord,
24:17
the different streaming tools we're looking at, you know, how
24:19
to multi task to, to, to additional social platforms,
24:23
blah, blah, blah. There's a lot, there's a lot of
24:24
stuff here, automation. So how do we take the things
24:28
that currently we're doing through brute force?
24:31
And, and there's there's, I'll take a very short segue here.
24:36
In organizations, there is a tool like a litmus test, not to
24:41
be confused with our great DJ litmus, but there's a litmus
24:45
test that organizations use to measure their maturity.
24:48
It's called CMMI. So capability maturity model,
24:55
so, so it measures of how do organizations execute things?
24:59
And it starts at level 1 and level 1 is essentially, you
25:02
know, things are chaos. Level 2 is kind of the organized
25:05
heroics where great things are getting done.
25:08
But it's because a lot of people are putting a lot of time into
25:11
it, a lot of effort into it. And yes, we can accomplish great
25:14
things that way, but is it repeatable?
25:16
Is it sustainable or, or, or are we going to throw all our effort
25:20
into it and burn out and disappear for a while?
25:22
We don't want that. So as we go up the scale on the,
25:26
on the maturity model, capability maturity model, we,
25:29
we start to, we start to approach a, a space where we
25:33
have repeatable patterns. So we have some process that's
25:37
sketched out and it may not work correctly the first time, but we
25:40
don't just throw it out. We say which pieces didn't work,
25:43
let's replace them. And it may actually be through
25:46
community engagement, right? Like we tried something and it
25:48
flopped. Like why?
25:50
Give us your ideas. Give us your best, your best
25:52
suggestions. Let's make this better next
25:54
time. Next time, maybe it's a little
25:56
bit better, but it's still not optimal, still not achieving the
25:59
outcomes that we want. So we continue to optimize it
26:00
until we have a pattern in place that we can repeat over and over
26:05
and over. And it's easier, right?
26:08
And some of that relies on automating those brute force
26:10
efforts. So some of that you're already
26:12
seeing the evidence of on our website, because there's a stats
26:15
page that pools information from various sources.
26:18
So rather than having to go to five different websites and
26:21
search for that information yourself, it's presented to you.
26:24
So that's, that's what's just, that's just one small example.
26:29
The the second piece here is logistics and operations.
26:32
So this is supporting various meetings that happen, making
26:36
sure that operation of various functions is running as smoothly
26:39
as possible. So they do different guilds have
26:42
what they need, do different functions have what they need.
26:45
The third piece is strategy and organizational design.
26:49
So this is continuing the refinement of the structures to
26:53
ensure smoother and more efficient operation and also
26:56
ensuring that the work that we're doing, it actually fits
27:00
like I said before, that map, right, So that we're, if we're
27:02
going from from Chicago to San Francisco, we're not ending up
27:06
in in Tokyo on the way there unless we really wanted to make
27:09
the detour for some for some specific reason.
27:12
But that that we're actually paying attention, that the work
27:14
we're doing fits or at the very least doesn't hinder the long,
27:18
the long term direction of the project, the 4th.
27:21
Exit, exit. Because upstairs Susie yelled
27:25
down at me that I still had that graphic up.
27:27
I guess she wanted to see my face on the screen.
27:30
Well, the third piece was logistics.
27:32
Is that right? Because I'm taking notes.
27:34
Sorry. So first piece was tech
27:35
innovation, second is logistics, operation and operations.
27:38
The third is strategy and organizational design.
27:41
So how do we continue to evolve this conversation?
27:44
Actually is, is rooted in strategy and organizational
27:47
design. So how do we ensure that the
27:50
things that we're doing aren't getting us further away from the
27:53
goals that we have at the very least.
27:55
And the desired effect is that actually the things that we're
28:01
doing are getting us closer. But in some cases, there are
28:04
some valuable things that don't really get us closer, but are
28:06
needed for a moment. So it's also responding to those
28:09
and we have operations, tactics and strategies as the 33 layers.
28:14
And then the fourth piece here, right, in the strategy and
28:16
operations guilds is finance and legal.
28:19
So this is supporting the financial needs of UFD and also
28:23
liaising with legal counsel for things that include IP
28:26
contracts, liability clauses. And I'm not going to bore you
28:30
with the legal terms, right? We, we, we, we hear enough of
28:35
them to, to get a little bit uncomfortable.
28:37
Let's, let's just, let's just put it that way, right?
28:39
And then the 4th grouping of the of the guilds is the that kind
28:45
of founding layer. So these are the shoulders on
28:48
which all of the other work rests.
28:51
And this is the advisory and strategic.
28:53
So the there are two tables here rather than being called gills
28:57
or tables. So one of the them is the
29:01
advisory table. So these are the heads of gills
29:03
as well as other key individuals who provide reporting and
29:07
supporting information to the stewards and they disseminate
29:10
the information back between the Guild.
29:12
So they're kind of the spreader bees, right?
29:15
They're they're critical component that keeps everything
29:17
linked together. And also the next, the next
29:20
piece is stewardship table. And that this is where the key
29:23
decisions that support both the community as well as the
29:25
business interests of European this this is pivotal, right?
29:28
It's not the, the stewardship table is really the bridge, the
29:31
full bridge between the community and business.
29:35
And, and that as, as the stewardship table is considering
29:38
various decisions, it needs to make those decisions in an
29:40
informed way. And to do that, we need the
29:44
information critically from the advisory table.
29:47
So that function is like the, you know, the, the middle layer
29:51
is where everything is like this is the make or break layer
29:56
really, really pivotal to function.
29:57
And, and so then the stewardship table makes decisions on the
30:00
community and business side of UFD, evaluates all the
30:03
information I've had to make the best choices in support of
30:06
community. And it also ensures long term
30:09
sustainability of the business of UFD.
30:11
So the focus here is on harmony, lore, culture, identity.
30:15
So those are the kinds of considerations as well as I can
30:18
see the wheels spinning. It was it's it's interesting to
30:21
me and I think very cool at the same time that if I heard this
30:25
correctly, the stewardship table is not in effect placed on top
30:33
of per se the the guilds, right. It's more working in conjunction
30:39
with is that, which I guess you could even say we're not even
30:42
placing the guilds on top of the community because interestingly,
30:46
in the graphic that you sent me, the communities at the very top.
30:50
So I'm just my, my wheels were spinning as you were saying
30:54
that. Like it's not like the Stewart's
30:56
tables, like we're a group of, of benevolent dictators or
31:01
anything like that. It's this, it's not an
31:04
authoritarian, it's this more of a incorporated structure.
31:10
Is that is that accurate to say? 100% And again, this goes back
31:14
to what I mentioned earlier, which is the servant leadership
31:18
model. So this is the lower down we go,
31:21
the, the more that servant attitude is present and
31:25
prevalent because the the stewardship supports via the
31:31
advisory role, by the way, supports the guilds and the
31:35
guilds are there to support the community.
31:38
That's it and to and to and to grow the value of UFD and to
31:42
make sure that our bags freaking skyrocket.
31:45
This is Valhalla, this is, this is our Valhalla territory stuff,
31:48
right? I mean for, for real, like the,
31:51
the way that the way that I really see it is we're not we're
31:55
not here because I have got nothing better to do and and,
31:57
and I'm just bored right? Like, of course I get a lot of
32:00
value. I get a lot of personal
32:01
pleasure, all the satisfaction out of achieving specific things
32:05
for the benefit of the community.
32:07
But you know, I used to tell my my employees that back back when
32:11
I had, you know, when I, when I exchanged my time for money,
32:19
which, which I no longer do, but I used to tell them that I'm,
32:24
but I'm really selfish and, and they would look at me like, you
32:26
know, your actions aren't really consistent with that.
32:28
So what what gives? And I would say that's because
32:30
we're all used to seeing short term self selfish where people
32:32
are, people are actually doing things that are counter to being
32:36
long term selfish. Like if I want to achieve
32:38
something, I, if I do good things, good things come out of
32:41
it. They may not come out
32:42
immediately. And it may seem like, you know,
32:45
I'm giving something up and, and, and I'm not doing what I
32:48
want. I'm doing something for somebody
32:50
else. Well, it comes back to me
32:52
tenfold. I, I know that every one of
32:54
those actions is actually working for the long term
32:56
benefit of my own bag as well. The fact that we're all going to
32:59
be successful. Well, if I were the only
33:01
billionaire out there, I'd be freaking bored because I'd have
33:03
no one to interact with. It's a very, very lonely place.
33:06
The more money we have, the more wealth we have, the more lonely
33:08
it gets. But, but here we're building a
33:10
community of prosperity, right? And that's built on the
33:13
foundation of honesty and integrity.
33:16
That's this amazing, right to me.
33:18
So, so, and in executing all of these functions, because those
33:22
are the four groupings, right? So the creative guilds, sorry,
33:25
the the community guilds, creative and expression guilds,
33:27
strategy and operation guilds, as well as the advisory and
33:30
strategic functions, the four groupings.
33:33
And in executing our functions, we always ask ourselves a
33:35
question. And this was something that a
33:37
really wise person on one of the projects I worked with.
33:41
Let me, let me, I'm, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but I want to,
33:43
I want to make sure I have this right.
33:45
So there's the the four guilds, the community guilds, the
33:48
creative guilds, Strategic and operations, and then the
33:52
Advisory and strategic and the Stuarts are part of.
33:57
Is that an accurate way to say the Advisory and Strategic
34:01
Guild? Yeah, yeah, it's actually.
34:02
Made a misstatement or is that? I made a misstatement, Ron.
34:05
I apologize that I should have said advisory and stewardship.
34:09
OK, so so the 4th is the advisory and stewardship area.
34:12
Yeah. OK.
34:13
So the stewardship area is because I think maybe some
34:17
people make the mistakes of, well, the stewardship, I'm going
34:19
to repeat what I said earlier like they're a group of they're
34:22
the executives or blah, blah. But that's not really the case.
34:25
It's the stewardship Guild is incorporated.
34:28
I'm stewardship group is incorporated within one of the
34:33
guilds. Is that am I saying that
34:35
correctly? Yes, eventually it's a
34:36
stewardship function, right? That support that is that, that
34:39
that works because it's enabled by the advisory roles and it's
34:44
in in, in support of the guilds, but also, uh.
34:50
Oh, oh, no, we lost you Exit. All right, guys, Can you?
34:57
Can you? Yep.
34:58
I can hear you now. All right, perfect.
35:01
I saw. I saw the little blip.
35:02
The hourglass now. You're back.
35:06
All right, thanks. So, so yeah, the, the the
35:09
stewardship table is where there is the heaviest burden, if you
35:13
will, of administrative functions.
35:15
So the stewardship table is where because these individuals
35:19
are going to be needing to review documents.
35:21
So if, if, if like reading 10 page documents, if reading legal
35:25
jargon appeals to you, if, if scrutinizing decisions appeals
35:30
to you, then then this is, this is a function that you probably
35:34
do well in. But if you want to more have fun
35:36
on the timeline, interact with the community and things like
35:39
this, then there are other roles that are a better fit and better
35:42
that, that suit you better. So we also want to make sure
35:45
that, that we're not taking some of the amazing and incredible
35:48
talent that we have, you know, and, and I'll actually single
35:51
out for one moment Georgie, because she's a great example of
35:53
that. You know, I'm not going to, I'm
35:56
not going to expose the details of her application because those
35:58
are all kept confidential, But I but I can say, you know, she's
36:01
got incredible skills. And when we, when we, when we're
36:04
asking the question of where do you want to assign those skills?
36:07
And even in conversation with her as well, she's like, I want
36:10
to do a lot of wonderful things for the community, but please
36:13
don't handcuff me to the desk with bunch of documentations and
36:16
paperwork and all that stuff. I, I've got enough of that in my
36:19
own private life. I don't need more of it when
36:20
I'm, you know, out to, to support the community.
36:22
That's, that's not, that's not what I signed up for.
36:24
And there are lots of folks like that who are doing amazing
36:26
things and who are amazing contributors.
36:29
And not just contributors, leaders in, in their disciplines
36:32
and they just don't really need or want to be mired in some of
36:37
the, in the bog of, you know, paperwork and logistics and all
36:41
those things that go with, with, with it.
36:42
So yeah, the, the, the burden of, of administration, if you
36:47
will, and of all those activities increases the further
36:50
down that, that the line we go of those, of those layers, you
36:53
know, from the community at the top through the, through the
36:56
guilds to the advisory function. And then, and then stewardship
37:00
continues to increase as we go down.
37:02
But in executing all of those functions, we ask ourself a
37:05
question. And then this is something as,
37:07
as I started to say earlier was something I, I picked up and
37:10
learned from, from a really wise individual who worked on one of
37:13
the, he was a consultant. He, he worked on one of the
37:15
projects that I was, that I was involved in.
37:19
And, and on the corner of the whiteboards in our, in our
37:22
meeting rooms, he'd, he'd put a little box and he put 1 + 1
37:25
equals question mark. And this is a question that I
37:28
asked myself in our various efforts.
37:31
So if the answer is 2 wrong, because then we could have done
37:37
the same work individually, we didn't actually need to waste
37:40
the time to meet and debate something.
37:43
We are always striving for that answer to be greater than two,
37:48
right? So that that means that that
37:52
what we achieved through our discussion is greater than what
37:55
we could have done on our own. And this is the Unicorn magic
37:58
instantiated. This is the magic at work.
38:02
And so I'm almost wrapping up right, because we've we've
38:05
talked about this a fair bit. But what, you know, if you're
38:08
asking yourself, yeah, that's great.
38:09
We heard a lot of rhetoric and a lot of stuff here and.
38:13
Hold on exit. Hold on, exit.
38:14
Sorry to interrupt you, but I want to, I want to point out to
38:17
our viewer, our dusters out there, maybe butter cups who
38:20
have yet to buy their first UFD. This is the part where Exit the
38:24
Matrix, unless I'm mistaken, is going to talk to you and what
38:28
you can do. If you're saying, yeah, I want
38:30
to be part of this, I feel like I can do more to help UFD.
38:34
Is that what you're going to talk about next year, Mr. Exit?
38:37
Mr. Exit. Mr. Rod the Goat.
38:42
The Goat. Ron Toshi.
38:43
Yes. So I mean, you, you you've heard
38:45
me talk a bunch. And and not from the wisest guy
38:48
at the table. Let's let's let's just face it,
38:51
you know, but I'm but I'm trying my best for for you guys.
38:54
So but. Well, I'm setting a high
38:55
standard for you exit, so you're doing great.
39:00
So, so you know, in summary, what does all of this mean?
39:03
Why are we here? Why should you care?
39:05
We are decentralized and yet organized this dichotomy.
39:10
We are here to serve the community and the business of
39:13
UFD. We're here for you, for you the
39:16
dusters, for you, the butter cups, for anybody in the
39:18
community. We're here to grow the value,
39:21
and ultimately value and price will meet.
39:24
There's a vacuum between the two, and I can just hear that
39:27
the thing collapse together and it's going to be a sound that
39:29
will deafen hundreds of thousands of people.
39:33
It'll melt faces. And I have zeroed out of this.
39:35
I've seen this future. We're pulling it towards
39:37
ourselves with all the actions that are taking place.
39:40
Well, the things that you're doing as well as a community,
39:45
we're, we're doing this to make this move efficient and
39:48
effective and not just like I said earlier, sit on the
39:50
sidelines, wait for the market to carry us.
39:52
And while we're making the journey, also make it more
39:55
enjoyable, provide our community with a stronger voice on key
39:57
questions. And so you can actually expect
39:59
to see an increasing number of polls on our Discord.
40:02
We're going to ask for inputs on various initiatives and options.
40:04
Why not on X? Well, because bots can come on X
40:07
and skew any kind of a poll. We actually want to make sure
40:10
that dusters have the voice in the direction of of what
40:12
specific tasks. So now the ask and thanks for
40:16
that earlier segue, Ron, because yes, there's an ask.
40:19
Do you have some free cycles? So that's time.
40:23
Do you have some expertise or experience that you want to
40:25
contribute? That's the talent.
40:27
And are you able to navigate obstacles like an autonomous
40:30
vacuum cleaner, learning from them and not letting them stop
40:32
you? So that's a tenacity.
40:34
Like if you, if you've got the three TS, please, please raise
40:37
your hand on X on Discord via e-mail from our website.
40:41
We need more active CEOs to make UFD an incredible success based
40:46
on a collection of the three TS. And if you have suggestions like
40:49
if, if you've listened to this and you're like, yeah, this is
40:51
BS. You know, I don't agree with
40:52
this, that, that I frankly don't care about.
40:57
What I care about is why, because the why disagreements is
41:00
what makes us stronger when we, when we get curious.
41:03
So I'm, I'm, I'm interested why share ideas, you know, be, be,
41:08
be respectful, be thoughtful and share them.
41:10
The venues are there. And if you're not sure where to
41:12
put your suggestions, join our discord today to let it RIP.
41:16
Ask, ask in the general chat and someone will point you in the
41:19
right directions because it's together that we're going to
41:21
win. And, and you know, horns up.
41:23
You know, that's, that's, that's, that's the big thing
41:25
here. And I'll just add, so, so this
41:27
is year one, right? And this is year one.
41:29
And you've heard the things that we're doing, the things that
41:32
we're continuing to evolve. You've seen how much has
41:34
happened over the last few months.
41:36
A new website stood up Discord with a bunch of different things
41:39
going in it, the rating groups, much more organized, marketing
41:43
picking on all cylinders. And it's only going to get
41:46
better, all of it. So think about our 2nd birthday.
41:50
Like I'm sitting here, I'm literally, I can't sit still.
41:52
I'm vibrating. I am so bullish.
41:54
I'm unicornish, you know. My horn is tingling.
41:56
Like your horn is growing. Explode.
41:58
Yes, exactly. It's tingling so much it's
41:59
glowing. Unicorn.
42:02
Right. Yeah, So Balahala.
42:04
Right, Brothers and sisters, you know, the Unicorn family like
42:07
this is this is where we can achieve together.
42:09
I mean, I'll just shut up now. And.
42:11
I, I think and, and, and, and I've got just, I got two things
42:14
I want to say #1 if we go out to the website, there's a, is
42:18
there, there's a spot on our website now that tells us how
42:20
many dusters we have. But last I checked it was around
42:24
35,000. Is that accurate?
42:26
And from from your understanding.
42:29
Exit. Yeah, it's it's it's a little.
42:30
Let me just look at this right now.
42:32
Can I pull? It up.
42:33
Can I show people on the screen if I go to the website?
42:35
Can you tell me? Where Yeah, you can.
42:37
You can just go to the stats page, OK?
42:39
So hold on here, OK, Stats, this is the unicornfartdesk.com.
42:45
If I go to stats and where is it on here?
42:49
I know there it is right there, total holders 35,599 is what I
42:55
see. OK?
42:57
So, so when I, when I think about, and that's our community,
43:01
obviously when I think about our community, 35,000 people, right?
43:06
All connected. I, I, there was a guy named Seth
43:08
who was who's, who's a duster. And he said this one time it's
43:12
like, like we're a giant cluster like of nodes and we're all
43:16
connected together, right? We all have these connections.
43:20
Like when you see those, those constellation printouts, however
43:24
you want to say, but we're all connected together.
43:26
When I think about 35,000 people without any structure
43:30
whatsoever, right? Like like in, in, in sure, you
43:34
know, we've had this unbelievable experience over the
43:37
last year and we did have some structure, loose structure in
43:41
place. But if you think about the
43:43
difference between 35,000 people just kind of randomly because
43:47
they love UFD, which is awesome, 100% just kind of randomly
43:52
trying to do things to help further the project.
43:55
As opposed to a situation like we're describing right now
44:00
where, hey, you know, we, we've got A and structure is the only
44:04
word I can come up with, but I don't really think it's the
44:06
right word. But nonetheless, we've got
44:09
systems in place. We have, we have information for
44:14
you about where you can go if you want to make a bigger impact
44:18
on the project. And I don't think any, I mean,
44:21
people like to love to talk about pudgy Penguins and, and
44:24
what Luke has done there. Hey, they've got some structure
44:27
in place, right? And we're not trying to emulate
44:29
them and we're always going to be our, our own.
44:31
They're a kind of a different structured business than we are
44:35
at this point. But you know, the big, I think
44:38
even Doge, who I understand there's like the Doge Foundation
44:41
or something like that, like like these big projects and all
44:44
of them are different, all of them are unique.
44:46
But when I look at what you're, what you the work.
44:49
And by the way, before I forget, thank you cuz I know you've put
44:52
in a tremendous amount of work. And we're very lucky to have you
44:56
because you are very talented to kind of come up with something
44:59
that works with our decentralized structure and
45:03
community, but in a way that makes us like multiple times
45:07
better than if we just all kind of randomly are out there doing
45:11
things without without any. I mean, we're like you said, 1 +
45:15
1. Can I can equal 3 and with
45:18
Unicorn fart does it can equal 4?
45:20
Absolutely. And then actually, you know, I
45:23
wanted to to also mention because I just went to the the
45:26
stats page myself and Scroll down a tiny bit and then social
45:29
dot social dominance. We're currently 7th in our rank
45:33
among all of the pump fun meme coins.
45:35
So the it's it's, it's not that number, the seven that's that's
45:39
particularly exciting or important.
45:42
But what I wanted to mention is above us the the the the the
45:45
token, the next one above is has a very small market cap and it's
45:50
a super anomaly because it's an AIAI based meme coin type of
45:53
thing. There.
45:54
There are always kind of a, a Bluebird in, in the, in the
45:59
thing, but there are a few things that are really
46:01
important. Our market cap is 9.86 as it
46:05
shows on a social dominance. It's actually a little bit
46:07
lower. It's it's nine, it's 97
46:10
currently and and yet, and yet the next one up in the in the
46:18
fourth spot Vine 28 million. The one above it, 334 million,
46:25
then 360, then 1.59 billion. Guess what, We are in an amazing
46:32
company. Yeah, so we are punching way,
46:37
way above our weight. Not only that, I mean, this I
46:40
haven't actually seen, I don't think I've seen it since I built
46:46
the API that collects this information and since I've been
46:49
looking at the website on a daily basis.
46:51
But our sentiment score, I think fixless posted something about
46:55
the fact that our that our sentiment score was at I think
46:58
85 or something like that, 86 which was the highest it's been
47:01
even since we had all time high in our market cap.
47:05
Our sentiment score today is 9090.
47:11
That is on like such overwhelmingly positive vibes on
47:16
the on the timeline. I mean, and, and yes, it makes
47:18
sense because we're getting closer to our birthday.
47:20
So more things are being posted that are very positive.
47:22
And then the light of that, but still folks like this is you.
47:26
This is our collective energy. This is our collective
47:28
vibration. This is why OnePlus One can
47:31
equal a billion, you know? Yeah, yeah.
47:34
And we are. And we are in this incredible
47:36
period of time, I believe like what we are doing is leading,
47:41
leading edge, maybe even bleeding edge, right?
47:44
Because sometimes there's some a little bit of bleeding when
47:47
you're on the leading edge. But when you look at like the
47:50
gift of tech technology that we have right now, the gift of Web
47:53
3 and the gift of the blockchain.
47:56
And they really all three of those are gifts, right?
47:58
They're things that 30 years ago, if you told me that any one
48:02
of those three would be in existence, I wouldn't believe it
48:05
that I'd be here in Saint Louis. And you're where you are
48:08
different way different part of the world.
48:09
And we're we're communicating. But it's not just you and me,
48:12
but we've got over 300 people also joining us live.
48:16
But that we'd also have this ability through Web 3 to build
48:19
this community and because of the blockchain, be able to build
48:23
something of real value, do things like donate almost $5000
48:28
to live like a Unicorn, amongst a host of other major
48:31
accomplishments that this community had over the last
48:34
year. Without, without a real
48:38
framework. I'll call it a framework.
48:40
I like the word framework. A framework like like we have
48:44
now with the guilds where, where people we have the ability to,
48:50
for 1 + 1 to equal 3-4 or five, who knows?
48:54
It's, I'm super excited now. Again, I want to say thank you
48:57
to you for for your work on this and in many other areas for the
49:01
project as well. And for anybody out there who's
49:04
listening right now that that wants to be part of something
49:09
super. I mean, the, the uniqueness of
49:11
Unicorn fart does the uniqueness of my gosh, one year ago right
49:16
now, today, I'd never owned a crypto in my life.
49:19
I didn't know what Web 3 was. I didn't know any of this stuff.
49:23
And that you know that together we've been able to build this
49:26
and to get where we are today, I think is extraordinary.
49:29
But the future, like you said, when we look at the two year
49:32
birthday is even more optimistic.
49:35
Absolutely. So, so, so exciting.
49:38
And then of course, we've got our birthday coming out, so
49:40
that's also very exciting. So please keep an eye on a few
49:43
different spaces. You know, website is one of
49:45
them. There are a couple of facelifts
49:48
and surprises that are coming down the Pike on that front,
49:52
plus a whole just like like a whole list that, that, that,
49:56
that would take us longer to count.
49:58
Then, then, then we have time. So and, and thank you, Ron.
50:02
And then like for me, if you know the community again, if a
50:05
lowly warm like me, like honestly, I just, I am a servant
50:08
of the Unicorn. Yes, I have some skills, but you
50:10
know, I, I, I sat on the sidelines for a while and then a
50:13
lot of it was due to health reasons.
50:14
But still there are no excuses or just results or, or like a
50:18
lack thereof. So if, if someone like me can
50:21
come in and, and start achieving and start catalyzing and start,
50:25
you know, also gaining, gaining recognition, which is not
50:27
important for me, but the recognition that reflects back
50:30
the community light and the spirit of the community.
50:34
Think about what you can do. Think about the amazing skills
50:36
that you have and all the unique passion, all the unique drive
50:40
and, and yeah, and it doesn't have to be hours and hours.
50:43
It's like some of it can be done asynchronously.
50:45
So yeah, the the the things that we can achieve are absolutely
50:50
astounding. And, and one more time, what's
50:53
the most effective way somebody out there who's listening says,
50:56
yeah, I want to get involved. I want to get involved in the,
50:59
in the rating Guild or I want to get involved in, you know, one
51:02
of these other areas that you talked about.
51:04
They can go on to Discord, correct?
51:07
That is the that is the best way because things get get really
51:10
lost on X. We have very, very like a lot of
51:13
chats, so you have to scroll through a lot of things to find
51:15
stuff. But on Discord, it's a lot of
51:16
easier to do so. And if you don't know how to
51:18
find Discord, go to our website, go to the contact page, which is
51:21
actually the bottom of the community page.
51:23
The the, the, the, the little bubble there for Discord.
51:25
Click on it. You'll be.
51:26
Here, wait a minute. Let's show.
51:28
Let me, let me show. Let me show people.
51:29
Perfect. OK, so I'm gonna go to the home
51:32
page and then how would I go about finding the press contact?
51:37
Contact you can press, you can either contact the community but
51:40
contact is the easiest thing so just Scroll down a little bit
51:43
and just because of the wallet it bumps it up and the second
51:45
icon. The discord one there.
51:48
Discord, the little, the little :) of discord, yeah.
51:51
Got it. OK, and then that'll bring them
51:54
to the Unicorn Fart discord server.
51:57
I sound like I know what I'm talking about.
51:59
You do. That's because you do.
52:00
You've been there. That's awesome.
52:03
Oh yes, yes, I'm learning Discord definitely.
52:05
And that's the other thing too, right?
52:07
Like like this. I think you know the, the this
52:10
project does give people, give the person out there listening,
52:13
right. So yes, we're talking to you the
52:16
opportunity to learn as well. I mean, you know, I've learned a
52:19
lot about X, I've learned a lot about Discord.
52:22
I'm learning a lot about community building and
52:26
everybody. And it's fun to learn and it's
52:28
fun to grow. And we're all doing it together
52:31
because like I said earlier, you know, crypto is still very
52:34
young. Web 3 is even younger, and
52:37
Unicorn fart desk is just coming up on its one year birthday
52:40
exit. Thank you.
52:42
Did I forget to ask you anything?
52:44
Any parting words you want to leave with our guests?
52:46
Not at all. I mean, I've, I've said it
52:47
already so many times. Thank you guys.
52:49
Thanks to each and everyone of you who who's out there burning,
52:52
burning the candle right and then and holding the light
52:56
because it it takes, it takes it takes the herd to make this
53:01
happen. It does, it does.
53:03
It's a community driven project and all right, my friend.
53:07
Well, thank you. Thanks to our viewer, thanks to
53:09
our dusters and even some of those butter cups who might be
53:12
out there. You know, I encourage everyone
53:15
to get involved. I think the future looks very
53:17
bright. Don't forget, OK #1 be good to
53:21
yourself today. That will give you a platform
53:24
from which to be good to other people.
53:25
So thank you and bye bye exit. Thank you.
53:29
But Pala hala. Hala, hala, hala, horns up.
53:33
Woo Hoo.
