- 0:00DUST is a project built on community.
- 0:03There's a lot going on behind the scenes and as we move
- 0:07forward and build as a community, even in a
- 0:10decentralized environment, we need a little bit of structure
- 0:14to help us become a lot more effective, to help build our
- 0:18project even further than where we've got it through today.
- 0:22Today we're pleased, honored to be joined by Exit the Matrix.
- 0:26He's going to talk to us about some developments within our
- 0:29community that can lead us to further growth, further
- 0:32excitement. Exit Welcome to Ron's basement.
- 0:36So much Ron, really appreciate it and thanks for having me on
- 0:39again and for the great intro. My and hello, Dusters.
- 0:44That's right. Warns up dusters.
- 0:46Warns up. My purpose today is threefold
- 0:50actually. One is to provide a bit of
- 0:52transparency, a bit of transparency, provide
- 0:55transparency, period. Second is to provide a bit of
- 0:58education and to showcase the areas where you, yes, I mean you
- 1:04miss and Mr. Duster can contribute to.
- 1:07Just so you know, there is an ask that's coming here and we've
- 1:11had some heated debates on the timeline, maybe with a smaller
- 1:16group, but still with folks regarding the name leadership
- 1:19team. We've also had some internal
- 1:21discussions regarding the structure.
- 1:24We've listened to all sides and we also looked inward so deep it
- 1:29actually got a little scary. Just kidding.
- 1:33We kept on working. We kept a meeting on every
- 1:35Monday to continue to build value for the community and to
- 1:39ensure that critical functions were maintained without bumping
- 1:42into each other too much, right? Though we're keeping a balance
- 1:45between like as Ron said, some of that structure and not being
- 1:50overly handcuffed to it so that we still have the flexibility
- 1:54and so that we can leverage the benefit of, of, of the
- 1:57decentralized nature of UFD. Now, if you're scratching your
- 2:01head and thinking like, what's all this about?
- 2:04Because you may not have the context, let me let me provide
- 2:06that. So several months ago, we
- 2:08started to organize a structure, structure that would serve the
- 2:12community by ensuring that key functions were being carried
- 2:15out. So think about it like organized
- 2:17chaos of raiding, the management of events, carrying out various
- 2:23marketing tasks. For example, the UFD mural in
- 2:26UK, the work that's going on in IP, creating community resources
- 2:32such as our Discord along with the moderators group there, our
- 2:36websites, along with the connections that it has to
- 2:38various information sources. Plus evaluating things like
- 2:43partnerships, collaborations, managing funds, blah blah, blah.
- 2:46There's a lot of stuff that goes into this.
- 2:48There's a there's a let me, let me interject.
- 2:50There is a lot of stuff that goes into running Unicorn fart
- 2:55desk. No, no doubt.
- 2:56Sorry, I wanted to throw that in exit.
- 2:58No, please do run. And then, you know, we can keep
- 3:01it almost like a dialogue. That's actually even better,
- 3:03yeah. And I, and I want to interject
- 3:05something here as well. From day one, when Unicorn from
- 3:08the very early days of Unicorn fart test, I was always getting
- 3:12this question. What about the team?
- 3:14What about like people like we want, we want to be a
- 3:19decentralized community driven project, no doubt about it, but
- 3:24people also want some structure. And I don't think that any
- 3:27successful meme coin project, any organization can really
- 3:32truly, you know, be super successful without a a bit of
- 3:36structure in place. That doesn't take away from
- 3:39anyone out there ability to make a big massive impact in this
- 3:44project. But we're just not in.
- 3:47And I want to say this as well, this is not like an
- 3:50authoritarian. I've said it all along and you
- 3:52and I have joked about this like, like I'm not the seat.
- 3:54Like everybody out there is as much the CEO of Unicorn fart
- 3:58dust as I am. We aren't coming down with some
- 4:00authoritarian, authoritarian, you know, dictator dictates like
- 4:06you're right, like we want people, we want people to be
- 4:08able to to to be able to be involved in this project, but be
- 4:13to be able to do it in a very effective way.
- 4:15I'm sorry, I I rambled there exit.
- 4:17Go ahead. Not not at all.
- 4:19That's that's valuable. And that's absolutely true.
- 4:21You know, I'll add, I'll, I'll, I'll riff off of that a little
- 4:24bit because if, if we think about a function of ACEO and if
- 4:28you were to think about someone coming into a company to be at
- 4:30its helm and that person just sat behind a desk, closed their
- 4:34door and never came out, never really sent many messages,
- 4:37didn't really do anything. You'd go like, sorry to say, but
- 4:41they're, they're getting fired like that.
- 4:43That's not going to last. So, so we are all CEOs, but it's
- 4:49the activity that really enables it is the activity that powers
- 4:53it. Other than that, it's just like
- 4:55an EO, like an officer essentially.
- 4:58But, but that's, that's it. They're not really doing
- 5:00anything. So, so that's important to keep
- 5:02in mind, you know, and, and, and in addition to all the work
- 5:05that's been happening and that we've been doing, we're also
- 5:08continuing to evolve how we execute that work.
- 5:10It's not just the what, but it's also the how and how our
- 5:14functions interrelate in such a way that honors the distribute,
- 5:19the the distributed and autonomous nature of our
- 5:21community, as well as harnesses the central functions of the
- 5:25business that has legal, financial, contractual and other
- 5:28components. And it kind of, I was thinking
- 5:31about this quite a bit and I was actually chatting with a few
- 5:33dusters as well more recently, folks who who were very, very
- 5:39much favouring decentralization and, and kind of shying away
- 5:42from the central component. And I posed a couple of
- 5:45questions because those, those are things that are that are
- 5:47bouncing around in my mind as well, which is, you know,
- 5:50imagine, like, imagine getting legal advice in a fully
- 5:54distributed, decentralized fashion.
- 5:56So passing a contract for review to 10 or 20 different lawyers in
- 6:00various countries and having to pay them all, by the way, which
- 6:03is not insignificant. And then trying to take the best
- 6:07or the thing that you like the most from each of the pieces of
- 6:10advice that you received and trying to make a decision based
- 6:12on that. Like, it just wouldn't work,
- 6:15right? It's the same with finances.
- 6:17If we were to ask 20 different accountants and then pulled out
- 6:20a little piece of of what each one of them said and tried to
- 6:22couple something together, that wouldn't work either.
- 6:25So while of course there are pieces that are very much
- 6:28distributed, and that's our community and the work we're
- 6:31doing within the community where there's a massive amount of
- 6:34value from the collective genius that comes together, there are
- 6:37certain things that require centralization in order to work.
- 6:41And those things are like bulls, you know, that are facing each
- 6:44other, They're bumping horns against each other, and
- 6:46sometimes there are sparks. So how do we, how do we make it
- 6:49so that they're actually, rather than bumping against each other,
- 6:52running in concert and adding strength to the forward motion?
- 6:56I mean, that's the trick, right? That's the trick.
- 6:58And yeah, please go. Oh, I've got, I just had the
- 7:02biggest epiphany of my life, well of the day anyway.
- 7:06Exit. Can I share it with you right
- 7:07now? Please please.
- 7:08OK, so it would be like if, if Unicorn fart dust, if our
- 7:12community, let's say we all lived out in the in the middle
- 7:16of the country, I'll say somewhere in the United States,
- 7:18the middle of, of rural Illinois, OK, And we all live
- 7:21together out there and we didn't have a fire department, OK?
- 7:26And we all came together and said, look, we've got 30,000 of
- 7:30us living here in this community.
- 7:32Unicorn fart does land together in the middle of Illinois, but
- 7:36we don't have a fire department. What if a fire breaks out?
- 7:39And then if we all, if we just did it in a completely
- 7:42decentralized way and all said and all said, hey, you know
- 7:45what, if a fire breaks out, I'll, I'll volunteer, I'll go
- 7:48help with the fire out. I will too.
- 7:51But if there was no structure behind that, even though it's a,
- 7:54it's a Volunteer Fire Department, if there was no real
- 7:57structure or, or anything put in place like an action plan, like,
- 8:02well, if a fire does break out, then we need to call this person
- 8:06who's going to call this, you know what I'm saying?
- 8:07Like if a fire did break out and it was just a bunch of people
- 8:10said, yeah, I want to be part of the of the crew to put the fire
- 8:13out, it probably wouldn't be very effective, but some level
- 8:17of structure and organization would work.
- 8:19I don't know. I, I.
- 8:20To me, that makes sense. 100% it's it's similar like building
- 8:24a house, right? We have various types of
- 8:26workers, but if a community gets together to build a house and
- 8:29there is no organizing force, the things going to fall apart
- 8:32because someone needs to think about how do we plan for the
- 8:35structure of it? How do we make sure that
- 8:39whatever regulations, if they are, they are in place, are
- 8:41satisfied. Even if there aren't
- 8:42regulations, we certainly don't want the roof to collapse on the
- 8:45on the inhabitants after its build and on and on and on.
- 8:47So there are things that we need to think about so that, you
- 8:49know, the first rain, the whole thing just doesn't cave in.
- 8:52So, so that's yeah, I think those are those are really good
- 8:56analogies. So, so we have this, we have
- 8:59this coin, we have UFD and there are two sides of it.
- 9:02One of the sides of the coin is the community and the other
- 9:04sides of the coin is business and they work together.
- 9:07Like if you don't have one side of the coin, it's just, it's,
- 9:10it's, it's, it's, it doesn't, it doesn't really work.
- 9:13So, so today it's, it's my humble pleasure to speak with,
- 9:16with you and, and to share with a group that that's, that's
- 9:19tuning in. What is the next milestone of
- 9:23this evolution of, of this, you know, combining the community
- 9:26and business of UFD? And this is, there are three
- 9:28parts to it, Gil's advisors and stewards.
- 9:32And I'll, and I'll preface the, the next piece by saying that
- 9:34all of this, all of this work, everything that we're doing is
- 9:38and has been based on the servant leadership model so that
- 9:42those who step up and volunteer their time, because this is all
- 9:45volunteer, by the way, are doing so in the service of the
- 9:51community. I can't, you know, underline it
- 9:54with a thick enough marker. So it's in the service of the
- 9:58community and not the egos of, of the volunteers.
- 10:04So we've, we've actually, we've gone through an application
- 10:06process where we catalogued their skills.
- 10:09So those, those were the, the folks who were interested in
- 10:11filling key, key functions. So some of us were already at
- 10:13the table. There were a few other folks who
- 10:15raised their hand and said, yeah, I really want to be
- 10:17involved. Not just I want to be involved,
- 10:19but there are a few other things to it.
- 10:21I'll go through a little bit of moment and, and we, we've gone
- 10:25also through a scoring exercise based on a template so that we
- 10:28had some consistency in how we were considering each applicant.
- 10:32So, you know, there is actually a, a structure that that goes
- 10:37into this. You know, that's as far as the,
- 10:38the pieces that that go into the, the roles that are kind of
- 10:42the three pieces that I'll touch on them again near the closing,
- 10:45because that goes into the call, call for action, if you will.
- 10:49But it's one thing is time. Do we have the time to give to
- 10:53the project to give to the the community?
- 10:55The second one is do we have the talent?
- 10:57Do we have the knowledge? Do we have the experience and
- 11:01the and the third key is tenacity.
- 11:03So are we bull headed enough, if you will, to be able to face
- 11:09obstacles and not let them overcome us?
- 11:11Because yeah, I, I, I have this, I have this analogy I've been
- 11:14using for a while. I worked with various, various
- 11:18teams on the, on the corporate side of things, on massive
- 11:21projects where I was managing groups of 200 plus people in
- 11:24some, in some instances, you know, 40 million plus dollar
- 11:28budgets working for, on government contracts.
- 11:30And I worked with, with both business folks from, from
- 11:35various ministries, but I also worked with consultants and
- 11:38contractors. And there was a, there were
- 11:40distributed teams across multiple geographies, some, some
- 11:44in the US, some in Canada, some some offshore in India and, and,
- 11:48and in other geographies as well.
- 11:51And there were points at which the, the contractors would come
- 11:55to, to us and say, no, this is, this is not possible.
- 11:58We run into a problem here. And I'd look at them and say,
- 12:01you know, what if, if this were a Roomba, if this were an
- 12:04autonomous vacuum cleaner and it ran into a wall and it just
- 12:07stopped, what would you like? What would you do?
- 12:10Explain it to me. And I'd be like, well, it
- 12:12requires fixing. Like, that's right.
- 12:14So you run into obstacle, you learn something from that.
- 12:18And if you, if you stop, we can consider this a failure only if
- 12:21we decide it's a failure. Otherwise, it's just another
- 12:24data point. It's just another thing that
- 12:26we've learned. So we don't stop, we keep
- 12:27persevering. And that's the tenacity that's
- 12:29required to navigate various obstacles that come at us.
- 12:32Because this isn't smooth Rd. this isn't like, you know, we,
- 12:35we, we, we came into this and the hack never happened and the
- 12:38markets were just green the whole time.
- 12:40And we're at, you know, 20 billion right now.
- 12:42I'd, I'd love for that to be the reality today.
- 12:45That is the reality that we're pulling towards us with the
- 12:48actions that we're that we're doing.
- 12:50The one way to do this is to be passive and sit on the sidelines
- 12:52and say, you know what, it's great.
- 12:54We're just going to maintain our community and, and at some point
- 12:57the markets will pick up and everything will be rosy.
- 12:59I'm not much in favor of passive behavior.
- 13:02I'm very much action driven. And I think that we can achieve
- 13:06greater success by positioning ourselves in the right way so
- 13:10that not only is the market going to buoy us at at some
- 13:13point, but that we are taking specific actions to become at
- 13:17least somewhat decoupled from the market forces.
- 13:20So it doesn't really matter if the market is up or down, we're
- 13:23either staying stable or we're or we're continuing to move up,
- 13:26right. So how do we do that?
- 13:28That takes a few things. It takes looking at what are the
- 13:31next steps directly ahead of us and how to take them in, you
- 13:34know, with the right shoes on and so on and so forth to have
- 13:36the right tools in in in hand. The second is is looking at, you
- 13:40know, a few steps ahead. Am I walking in a way that's
- 13:43going to bump into a wall or not?
- 13:45And the third is having a map in mind of longer term, where are
- 13:48we going? So, you know, if, if, if,
- 13:51because then we can set some milestones to see are we, are we
- 13:54heading, are we actually getting there or not?
- 13:55So, you know, if, if I'm going from Chicago to San Francisco
- 14:00and you know, I end up in Alaska, I kind of took a detour,
- 14:05you know, it's not the most effective way to get from one
- 14:08point to the other. So, so that's kind of the, the,
- 14:10the, the thing here is, is just enough structure to have that
- 14:14strategy in mind of the long term goals.
- 14:18So all of this fits into a structure that that I'm actually
- 14:23here to, to really talk about. And Ron, if you wouldn't mind
- 14:25flushing up that, that picture of because, you know, pictures
- 14:31worth 1000 words. And, and, and I think that this
- 14:34analogy is actually great. It starts with the community.
- 14:37It starts and ends with the community.
- 14:38Frankly, that's, that's the true, that's the true thing.
- 14:40And there's a reason why it's represented as a Halo, because
- 14:43this is our crown. Without it, there's no
- 14:46structure, there's no UFD, there's no business.
- 14:48Like none of this exists without the without, without you,
- 14:51without the community. And if, if we Scroll down a
- 14:55little bit, we also have gills and I'll talk about them in, in,
- 14:59in a moment here and expand on that.
- 15:02They're oriented around key functions and they're
- 15:05interconnected by this gold thread of the advisory function,
- 15:10which is vital and critical because it exchanges information
- 15:14between the gills and it also brings key information and data
- 15:18points to the stewardship table. And, and it's no mistake.
- 15:23It's, it's, it's not by accident that it's designed to look like
- 15:26the gold coin on which the, the, the Unicorn sits in, in some of
- 15:31the, some of the memes, you know, early memes, because it's
- 15:34meant, meant meant to look like that.
- 15:36It's a. It's a.
- 15:38Exit. I think it might be beneficial
- 15:41for our viewer, for our duster who's joining us.
- 15:44And I know you'll go into greater detail, but what are
- 15:46some examples you can give the viewer of of what these
- 15:49different guilds are? Perfect.
- 15:52That's a perfect segue. So they're they're organized
- 15:54into groupings. So the first is community
- 15:56guilds. So those that interface directly
- 16:00with our community, they are engagement.
- 16:04So think about rating and other activities across X TikTok,
- 16:09Instagram and other social platforms.
- 16:12Lore and harmony. So this is spreading the UFD
- 16:15lore, making sure that tense situations are diffused with
- 16:19humor and good vibes. So keeping keeping things
- 16:22harmonious. The third is education and
- 16:26onboarding. So this is providing a welcome
- 16:28to new community members and helping them become orientated,
- 16:32oriented to various resources that we have available and then
- 16:37marketing and event management. So spreading the gospel of UFD
- 16:40on the timeline and beyond and managing various events.
- 16:44And this goes from planning through execution to awarding
- 16:48prizes. If those are, those are part of
- 16:50it and so on. So that's the first grouping is
- 16:52those community guilds, engagement, Lord Harmony,
- 16:55onboarding, education, marketing, event management.
- 16:57So, so and just for our viewer as an example, let's say with
- 17:00marketing and event management, I think a lot of people are
- 17:03familiar with Georgie, like Georgie is someone who is very
- 17:06involved in that Guild. Is that is that a a fair
- 17:10statement? Absolutely.
- 17:12So, so, so she, she heads up the marketing efforts and you know,
- 17:16we have a a new person who submitted their application
- 17:18interested in event management. So he'll be joining that group
- 17:22in on the engagement side. You know you, you all know Jack.
- 17:26He's. Just a force.
- 17:27To be reckoned with absolutely right, so force to be reckoned
- 17:31with. But we Jack is, is the is the
- 17:34the tip of the spear. There are so many other people
- 17:36who are involved in it. Wonderful rate moderators and so
- 17:40on. I'm actually, you know, I think
- 17:42more of them as kind of the, the engagement leads or, or, or
- 17:47engagement drivers really, but also, you know, Scott on TikTok
- 17:54and the work that he's done there connector and the work on
- 17:56Instagram, you know, Nate, who gets involved in, in, in
- 18:01activating across the social, the, the, the, the social sphere
- 18:05so that it's not like one person is doing it all and has it all
- 18:08on the shoulders. There are there are a number of
- 18:09people that that make this that make this happen, but in
- 18:13onboarding and. The other and the other thing I
- 18:15want to throw in as well because I think it's hopefully becoming
- 18:18clear to our dusters, our viewers who are out there.
- 18:21This isn't like, how do I say this?
- 18:24Like with engagement, like, well, this is the way engagement
- 18:27is. And you know, like these are
- 18:29these are just like, I mean it to me, it feels really cool that
- 18:33we've got this, for lack of a better way to say it, loose
- 18:37structure in place, guidelines in place.
- 18:41Like if somebody wants to get involved, if somebody's out
- 18:44there, like, hey, I really like it.
- 18:45Like there's somebody listening right now who's like, I really
- 18:48like rating. I really like like now they know
- 18:51where to go, right? They can go to Nate, they can go
- 18:53to Jack, resilient Jack, they can go to that Guild and find
- 18:57out how they can get involved instead of just kind of floating
- 19:00around out there not knowing really what to do or where to
- 19:03go. This gives a real clear path.
- 19:06Does that. Is that safe to say?
- 19:08Absolutely. And, and who go to that, I'll,
- 19:11I'll be talking about that as well, because, you know, in our
- 19:13next Monday meeting, we're going to be talking about the results
- 19:16of the, the scoring. And, and part of that is going
- 19:20to be making sure that we have the individuals with the
- 19:23greatest skills and the greatest interest in managing each of
- 19:26these areas. So some of the people, some of
- 19:28the names, as far as which area they're in is going to shift
- 19:32because by necessity we need to fill certain roles and people
- 19:35just jumped in. It doesn't mean that they're
- 19:37working with their preferred hand in all cases.
- 19:40Sometimes they just jumped in because there was a need, but
- 19:42they actually have skills in a different area or a great
- 19:44interest in a different area. So we also want to honor that.
- 19:47But yeah, we're going to, we're going to expose this information
- 19:49so that you can as a duster, you can see for yourself here is a
- 19:53scaffolding. And how do I pin my efforts to
- 19:56that if I want to contribute? Yeah, I like that.
- 20:01So we have the community guilds, which I just described.
- 20:03The second grouping is creative and expression guilds.
- 20:06So those are those have three. There are three parts to to that
- 20:10to that grouping. One of them is art and lore.
- 20:13So this is providing the artistic direction and
- 20:15documenting and ensuring consistency of the UFD lore,
- 20:19whereas in the community it's spreading that lore, spreading
- 20:22the dust as we say. The second, the second function
- 20:27here is merchandise and sales. So this is production of the
- 20:31official UFD merchandise. This is nothing, no, no slide
- 20:36against UFD Corral. He's done an absolutely and he's
- 20:39doing an absolutely bang up job in the absence of, of more
- 20:43structure. And now that our IP is coming
- 20:46out, we're also looking at what is the next stage of that
- 20:48evolution of merchandising and how do we harness all the
- 20:52intelligence that we have and all the skills that we have
- 20:54there. And, and UFD Corral has, like I
- 20:56said, done a, done a great job in the absence of it and also
- 21:01various sales activities that funnel that, that will, because
- 21:03they're not doing that yet, but that's, that, that will funnel
- 21:06funds to the UFD treasury. And then the third piece and
- 21:10it's this one is like to me is one of one of the, I mean, all
- 21:13of these things are important, but this one to me is really one
- 21:15of the linchpins, if you will, which is partnerships and
- 21:18external marketing. So this is finding and building
- 21:21partnerships, collaborations and also spreading the gospel UFD,
- 21:26not to other folks who know crypto, who think about crypto,
- 21:29who are already in our echo chamber to some extent.
- 21:34This is to the retail, how do we make it easy for the retail
- 21:38person to on board to UFD? How do we make it most
- 21:41attractive to them? And we've got some amazing
- 21:44talent that we actually are are starting to onboard.
- 21:46There was a there was a sleeper agent in our in our midst for a
- 21:50while. Katie Kin.
- 21:55You may, you may have seen her on the timeline starting to, to
- 21:57become active and, and she's got some fantastic skills together
- 22:01with, with fixed lists. And so, so we're still, we're
- 22:04still, we're starting to really catalyze a movement here that
- 22:08goes beyond just rhetoric. So this isn't just throwing
- 22:10something over the fence and saying I've got an idea, but
- 22:12this is also, I have an idea. This is how I think it could be
- 22:16executed. And by the way, I'm also putting
- 22:19out my hand. I have the cycles and the
- 22:21cajones, right? I have the perseverance, the
- 22:23tenacity to make it happen. I'm going to run with it, right?
- 22:26And it's beautiful thing to see is is people actually coming to
- 22:29the table and already starting to produce things.
- 22:32If, if if if it starts to feel like.
- 22:34And I want to, and I want to interject something as well,
- 22:36even if we, if we go to the community guilds, look at the
- 22:39effectiveness and the, I would say success that like Brazilian
- 22:44Jack and and Nate's been involved as well, like the on
- 22:47the engagement side. I know that upstairs Susie's
- 22:50involved in that now. And they have a weekly, a short
- 22:52weekly meeting and like they're organized and it's made the, the
- 22:57rating so much better. And again, I want to emphasize
- 23:00it's the place where any any of you sleeper agent Raiders out
- 23:04there, but they know where they can go now to get direction and
- 23:09where they can really learn the best way that they can help.
- 23:12The project is gonna be going to that Guild, the engagement
- 23:16Guild, right? Absolutely.
- 23:19Absolutely. I was just gonna say that as I
- 23:22talk about these things, I think maybe you can start to hear it
- 23:25in my voice. I've got a smile from ear to
- 23:27ear. Like almost literally like my
- 23:31teeth are getting dry as I. You know what?
- 23:32Exit I'm going to end this live stream right now because you
- 23:35said the wrong thing. You're supposed to say your horn
- 23:37is tingling, OK? That's that.
- 23:40I mean, that's, that's happening all the time.
- 23:42That's just, you can hear in my voice that my lips are getting
- 23:46stuck to my teeth because I'm having to take sips of of water
- 23:49here because I'm literally vibrating with excitement.
- 23:52That's how freaking unicornish I am.
- 23:55So yeah, the, the, the third Guild, the grouping of, of, of
- 23:59of guilds is strategy and operations.
- 24:03So this is really where we start to marry up the community side
- 24:08with the business side. This is technology and
- 24:11innovation. So what are the technology
- 24:13supports that we need? For example, website discord,
- 24:17the different streaming tools we're looking at, you know, how
- 24:19to multi task to, to, to additional social platforms,
- 24:23blah, blah, blah. There's a lot, there's a lot of
- 24:24stuff here, automation. So how do we take the things
- 24:28that currently we're doing through brute force?
- 24:31And, and there's there's, I'll take a very short segue here.
- 24:36In organizations, there is a tool like a litmus test, not to
- 24:41be confused with our great DJ litmus, but there's a litmus
- 24:45test that organizations use to measure their maturity.
- 24:48It's called CMMI. So capability maturity model,
- 24:55so, so it measures of how do organizations execute things?
- 24:59And it starts at level 1 and level 1 is essentially, you
- 25:02know, things are chaos. Level 2 is kind of the organized
- 25:05heroics where great things are getting done.
- 25:08But it's because a lot of people are putting a lot of time into
- 25:11it, a lot of effort into it. And yes, we can accomplish great
- 25:14things that way, but is it repeatable?
- 25:16Is it sustainable or, or, or are we going to throw all our effort
- 25:20into it and burn out and disappear for a while?
- 25:22We don't want that. So as we go up the scale on the,
- 25:26on the maturity model, capability maturity model, we,
- 25:29we start to, we start to approach a, a space where we
- 25:33have repeatable patterns. So we have some process that's
- 25:37sketched out and it may not work correctly the first time, but we
- 25:40don't just throw it out. We say which pieces didn't work,
- 25:43let's replace them. And it may actually be through
- 25:46community engagement, right? Like we tried something and it
- 25:48flopped. Like why?
- 25:50Give us your ideas. Give us your best, your best
- 25:52suggestions. Let's make this better next
- 25:54time. Next time, maybe it's a little
- 25:56bit better, but it's still not optimal, still not achieving the
- 25:59outcomes that we want. So we continue to optimize it
- 26:00until we have a pattern in place that we can repeat over and over
- 26:05and over. And it's easier, right?
- 26:08And some of that relies on automating those brute force
- 26:10efforts. So some of that you're already
- 26:12seeing the evidence of on our website, because there's a stats
- 26:15page that pools information from various sources.
- 26:18So rather than having to go to five different websites and
- 26:21search for that information yourself, it's presented to you.
- 26:24So that's, that's what's just, that's just one small example.
- 26:29The the second piece here is logistics and operations.
- 26:32So this is supporting various meetings that happen, making
- 26:36sure that operation of various functions is running as smoothly
- 26:39as possible. So they do different guilds have
- 26:42what they need, do different functions have what they need.
- 26:45The third piece is strategy and organizational design.
- 26:49So this is continuing the refinement of the structures to
- 26:53ensure smoother and more efficient operation and also
- 26:56ensuring that the work that we're doing, it actually fits
- 27:00like I said before, that map, right, So that we're, if we're
- 27:02going from from Chicago to San Francisco, we're not ending up
- 27:06in in Tokyo on the way there unless we really wanted to make
- 27:09the detour for some for some specific reason.
- 27:12But that that we're actually paying attention, that the work
- 27:14we're doing fits or at the very least doesn't hinder the long,
- 27:18the long term direction of the project, the 4th.
- 27:21Exit, exit. Because upstairs Susie yelled
- 27:25down at me that I still had that graphic up.
- 27:27I guess she wanted to see my face on the screen.
- 27:30Well, the third piece was logistics.
- 27:32Is that right? Because I'm taking notes.
- 27:34Sorry. So first piece was tech
- 27:35innovation, second is logistics, operation and operations.
- 27:38The third is strategy and organizational design.
- 27:41So how do we continue to evolve this conversation?
- 27:44Actually is, is rooted in strategy and organizational
- 27:47design. So how do we ensure that the
- 27:50things that we're doing aren't getting us further away from the
- 27:53goals that we have at the very least.
- 27:55And the desired effect is that actually the things that we're
- 28:01doing are getting us closer. But in some cases, there are
- 28:04some valuable things that don't really get us closer, but are
- 28:06needed for a moment. So it's also responding to those
- 28:09and we have operations, tactics and strategies as the 33 layers.
- 28:14And then the fourth piece here, right, in the strategy and
- 28:16operations guilds is finance and legal.
- 28:19So this is supporting the financial needs of UFD and also
- 28:23liaising with legal counsel for things that include IP
- 28:26contracts, liability clauses. And I'm not going to bore you
- 28:30with the legal terms, right? We, we, we, we hear enough of
- 28:35them to, to get a little bit uncomfortable.
- 28:37Let's, let's just, let's just put it that way, right?
- 28:39And then the 4th grouping of the of the guilds is the that kind
- 28:45of founding layer. So these are the shoulders on
- 28:48which all of the other work rests.
- 28:51And this is the advisory and strategic.
- 28:53So the there are two tables here rather than being called gills
- 28:57or tables. So one of the them is the
- 29:01advisory table. So these are the heads of gills
- 29:03as well as other key individuals who provide reporting and
- 29:07supporting information to the stewards and they disseminate
- 29:10the information back between the Guild.
- 29:12So they're kind of the spreader bees, right?
- 29:15They're they're critical component that keeps everything
- 29:17linked together. And also the next, the next
- 29:20piece is stewardship table. And that this is where the key
- 29:23decisions that support both the community as well as the
- 29:25business interests of European this this is pivotal, right?
- 29:28It's not the, the stewardship table is really the bridge, the
- 29:31full bridge between the community and business.
- 29:35And, and that as, as the stewardship table is considering
- 29:38various decisions, it needs to make those decisions in an
- 29:40informed way. And to do that, we need the
- 29:44information critically from the advisory table.
- 29:47So that function is like the, you know, the, the middle layer
- 29:51is where everything is like this is the make or break layer
- 29:56really, really pivotal to function.
- 29:57And, and so then the stewardship table makes decisions on the
- 30:00community and business side of UFD, evaluates all the
- 30:03information I've had to make the best choices in support of
- 30:06community. And it also ensures long term
- 30:09sustainability of the business of UFD.
- 30:11So the focus here is on harmony, lore, culture, identity.
- 30:15So those are the kinds of considerations as well as I can
- 30:18see the wheels spinning. It was it's it's interesting to
- 30:21me and I think very cool at the same time that if I heard this
- 30:25correctly, the stewardship table is not in effect placed on top
- 30:33of per se the the guilds, right. It's more working in conjunction
- 30:39with is that, which I guess you could even say we're not even
- 30:42placing the guilds on top of the community because interestingly,
- 30:46in the graphic that you sent me, the communities at the very top.
- 30:50So I'm just my, my wheels were spinning as you were saying
- 30:54that. Like it's not like the Stewart's
- 30:56tables, like we're a group of, of benevolent dictators or
- 31:01anything like that. It's this, it's not an
- 31:04authoritarian, it's this more of a incorporated structure.
- 31:10Is that is that accurate to say? 100% And again, this goes back
- 31:14to what I mentioned earlier, which is the servant leadership
- 31:18model. So this is the lower down we go,
- 31:21the, the more that servant attitude is present and
- 31:25prevalent because the the stewardship supports via the
- 31:31advisory role, by the way, supports the guilds and the
- 31:35guilds are there to support the community.
- 31:38That's it and to and to and to grow the value of UFD and to
- 31:42make sure that our bags freaking skyrocket.
- 31:45This is Valhalla, this is, this is our Valhalla territory stuff,
- 31:48right? I mean for, for real, like the,
- 31:51the way that the way that I really see it is we're not we're
- 31:55not here because I have got nothing better to do and and,
- 31:57and I'm just bored right? Like, of course I get a lot of
- 32:00value. I get a lot of personal
- 32:01pleasure, all the satisfaction out of achieving specific things
- 32:05for the benefit of the community.
- 32:07But you know, I used to tell my my employees that back back when
- 32:11I had, you know, when I, when I exchanged my time for money,
- 32:19which, which I no longer do, but I used to tell them that I'm,
- 32:24but I'm really selfish and, and they would look at me like, you
- 32:26know, your actions aren't really consistent with that.
- 32:28So what what gives? And I would say that's because
- 32:30we're all used to seeing short term self selfish where people
- 32:32are, people are actually doing things that are counter to being
- 32:36long term selfish. Like if I want to achieve
- 32:38something, I, if I do good things, good things come out of
- 32:41it. They may not come out
- 32:42immediately. And it may seem like, you know,
- 32:45I'm giving something up and, and, and I'm not doing what I
- 32:48want. I'm doing something for somebody
- 32:50else. Well, it comes back to me
- 32:52tenfold. I, I know that every one of
- 32:54those actions is actually working for the long term
- 32:56benefit of my own bag as well. The fact that we're all going to
- 32:59be successful. Well, if I were the only
- 33:01billionaire out there, I'd be freaking bored because I'd have
- 33:03no one to interact with. It's a very, very lonely place.
- 33:06The more money we have, the more wealth we have, the more lonely
- 33:08it gets. But, but here we're building a
- 33:10community of prosperity, right? And that's built on the
- 33:13foundation of honesty and integrity.
- 33:16That's this amazing, right to me.
- 33:18So, so, and in executing all of these functions, because those
- 33:22are the four groupings, right? So the creative guilds, sorry,
- 33:25the the community guilds, creative and expression guilds,
- 33:27strategy and operation guilds, as well as the advisory and
- 33:30strategic functions, the four groupings.
- 33:33And in executing our functions, we always ask ourselves a
- 33:35question. And this was something that a
- 33:37really wise person on one of the projects I worked with.
- 33:41Let me, let me, I'm, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but I want to,
- 33:43I want to make sure I have this right.
- 33:45So there's the the four guilds, the community guilds, the
- 33:48creative guilds, Strategic and operations, and then the
- 33:52Advisory and strategic and the Stuarts are part of.
- 33:57Is that an accurate way to say the Advisory and Strategic
- 34:01Guild? Yeah, yeah, it's actually.
- 34:02Made a misstatement or is that? I made a misstatement, Ron.
- 34:05I apologize that I should have said advisory and stewardship.
- 34:09OK, so so the 4th is the advisory and stewardship area.
- 34:12Yeah. OK.
- 34:13So the stewardship area is because I think maybe some
- 34:17people make the mistakes of, well, the stewardship, I'm going
- 34:19to repeat what I said earlier like they're a group of they're
- 34:22the executives or blah, blah. But that's not really the case.
- 34:25It's the stewardship Guild is incorporated.
- 34:28I'm stewardship group is incorporated within one of the
- 34:33guilds. Is that am I saying that
- 34:35correctly? Yes, eventually it's a
- 34:36stewardship function, right? That support that is that, that
- 34:39that works because it's enabled by the advisory roles and it's
- 34:44in in, in support of the guilds, but also, uh.
- 34:50Oh, oh, no, we lost you Exit. All right, guys, Can you?
- 34:57Can you? Yep.
- 34:58I can hear you now. All right, perfect.
- 35:01I saw. I saw the little blip.
- 35:02The hourglass now. You're back.
- 35:06All right, thanks. So, so yeah, the, the the
- 35:09stewardship table is where there is the heaviest burden, if you
- 35:13will, of administrative functions.
- 35:15So the stewardship table is where because these individuals
- 35:19are going to be needing to review documents.
- 35:21So if, if, if like reading 10 page documents, if reading legal
- 35:25jargon appeals to you, if, if scrutinizing decisions appeals
- 35:30to you, then then this is, this is a function that you probably
- 35:34do well in. But if you want to more have fun
- 35:36on the timeline, interact with the community and things like
- 35:39this, then there are other roles that are a better fit and better
- 35:42that, that suit you better. So we also want to make sure
- 35:45that, that we're not taking some of the amazing and incredible
- 35:48talent that we have, you know, and, and I'll actually single
- 35:51out for one moment Georgie, because she's a great example of
- 35:53that. You know, I'm not going to, I'm
- 35:56not going to expose the details of her application because those
- 35:58are all kept confidential, But I but I can say, you know, she's
- 36:01got incredible skills. And when we, when we, when we're
- 36:04asking the question of where do you want to assign those skills?
- 36:07And even in conversation with her as well, she's like, I want
- 36:10to do a lot of wonderful things for the community, but please
- 36:13don't handcuff me to the desk with bunch of documentations and
- 36:16paperwork and all that stuff. I, I've got enough of that in my
- 36:19own private life. I don't need more of it when
- 36:20I'm, you know, out to, to support the community.
- 36:22That's, that's not, that's not what I signed up for.
- 36:24And there are lots of folks like that who are doing amazing
- 36:26things and who are amazing contributors.
- 36:29And not just contributors, leaders in, in their disciplines
- 36:32and they just don't really need or want to be mired in some of
- 36:37the, in the bog of, you know, paperwork and logistics and all
- 36:41those things that go with, with, with it.
- 36:42So yeah, the, the, the burden of, of administration, if you
- 36:47will, and of all those activities increases the further
- 36:50down that, that the line we go of those, of those layers, you
- 36:53know, from the community at the top through the, through the
- 36:56guilds to the advisory function. And then, and then stewardship
- 37:00continues to increase as we go down.
- 37:02But in executing all of those functions, we ask ourself a
- 37:05question. And then this is something as,
- 37:07as I started to say earlier was something I, I picked up and
- 37:10learned from, from a really wise individual who worked on one of
- 37:13the, he was a consultant. He, he worked on one of the
- 37:15projects that I was, that I was involved in.
- 37:19And, and on the corner of the whiteboards in our, in our
- 37:22meeting rooms, he'd, he'd put a little box and he put 1 + 1
- 37:25equals question mark. And this is a question that I
- 37:28asked myself in our various efforts.
- 37:31So if the answer is 2 wrong, because then we could have done
- 37:37the same work individually, we didn't actually need to waste
- 37:40the time to meet and debate something.
- 37:43We are always striving for that answer to be greater than two,
- 37:48right? So that that means that that
- 37:52what we achieved through our discussion is greater than what
- 37:55we could have done on our own. And this is the Unicorn magic
- 37:58instantiated. This is the magic at work.
- 38:02And so I'm almost wrapping up right, because we've we've
- 38:05talked about this a fair bit. But what, you know, if you're
- 38:08asking yourself, yeah, that's great.
- 38:09We heard a lot of rhetoric and a lot of stuff here and.
- 38:13Hold on exit. Hold on, exit.
- 38:14Sorry to interrupt you, but I want to, I want to point out to
- 38:17our viewer, our dusters out there, maybe butter cups who
- 38:20have yet to buy their first UFD. This is the part where Exit the
- 38:24Matrix, unless I'm mistaken, is going to talk to you and what
- 38:28you can do. If you're saying, yeah, I want
- 38:30to be part of this, I feel like I can do more to help UFD.
- 38:34Is that what you're going to talk about next year, Mr. Exit?
- 38:37Mr. Exit. Mr. Rod the Goat.
- 38:42The Goat. Ron Toshi.
- 38:43Yes. So I mean, you, you you've heard
- 38:45me talk a bunch. And and not from the wisest guy
- 38:48at the table. Let's let's let's just face it,
- 38:51you know, but I'm but I'm trying my best for for you guys.
- 38:54So but. Well, I'm setting a high
- 38:55standard for you exit, so you're doing great.
- 39:00So, so you know, in summary, what does all of this mean?
- 39:03Why are we here? Why should you care?
- 39:05We are decentralized and yet organized this dichotomy.
- 39:10We are here to serve the community and the business of
- 39:13UFD. We're here for you, for you the
- 39:16dusters, for you, the butter cups, for anybody in the
- 39:18community. We're here to grow the value,
- 39:21and ultimately value and price will meet.
- 39:24There's a vacuum between the two, and I can just hear that
- 39:27the thing collapse together and it's going to be a sound that
- 39:29will deafen hundreds of thousands of people.
- 39:33It'll melt faces. And I have zeroed out of this.
- 39:35I've seen this future. We're pulling it towards
- 39:37ourselves with all the actions that are taking place.
- 39:40Well, the things that you're doing as well as a community,
- 39:45we're, we're doing this to make this move efficient and
- 39:48effective and not just like I said earlier, sit on the
- 39:50sidelines, wait for the market to carry us.
- 39:52And while we're making the journey, also make it more
- 39:55enjoyable, provide our community with a stronger voice on key
- 39:57questions. And so you can actually expect
- 39:59to see an increasing number of polls on our Discord.
- 40:02We're going to ask for inputs on various initiatives and options.
- 40:04Why not on X? Well, because bots can come on X
- 40:07and skew any kind of a poll. We actually want to make sure
- 40:10that dusters have the voice in the direction of of what
- 40:12specific tasks. So now the ask and thanks for
- 40:16that earlier segue, Ron, because yes, there's an ask.
- 40:19Do you have some free cycles? So that's time.
- 40:23Do you have some expertise or experience that you want to
- 40:25contribute? That's the talent.
- 40:27And are you able to navigate obstacles like an autonomous
- 40:30vacuum cleaner, learning from them and not letting them stop
- 40:32you? So that's a tenacity.
- 40:34Like if you, if you've got the three TS, please, please raise
- 40:37your hand on X on Discord via e-mail from our website.
- 40:41We need more active CEOs to make UFD an incredible success based
- 40:46on a collection of the three TS. And if you have suggestions like
- 40:49if, if you've listened to this and you're like, yeah, this is
- 40:51BS. You know, I don't agree with
- 40:52this, that, that I frankly don't care about.
- 40:57What I care about is why, because the why disagreements is
- 41:00what makes us stronger when we, when we get curious.
- 41:03So I'm, I'm, I'm interested why share ideas, you know, be, be,
- 41:08be respectful, be thoughtful and share them.
- 41:10The venues are there. And if you're not sure where to
- 41:12put your suggestions, join our discord today to let it RIP.
- 41:16Ask, ask in the general chat and someone will point you in the
- 41:19right directions because it's together that we're going to
- 41:21win. And, and you know, horns up.
- 41:23You know, that's, that's, that's, that's the big thing
- 41:25here. And I'll just add, so, so this
- 41:27is year one, right? And this is year one.
- 41:29And you've heard the things that we're doing, the things that
- 41:32we're continuing to evolve. You've seen how much has
- 41:34happened over the last few months.
- 41:36A new website stood up Discord with a bunch of different things
- 41:39going in it, the rating groups, much more organized, marketing
- 41:43picking on all cylinders. And it's only going to get
- 41:46better, all of it. So think about our 2nd birthday.
- 41:50Like I'm sitting here, I'm literally, I can't sit still.
- 41:52I'm vibrating. I am so bullish.
- 41:54I'm unicornish, you know. My horn is tingling.
- 41:56Like your horn is growing. Explode.
- 41:58Yes, exactly. It's tingling so much it's
- 41:59glowing. Unicorn.
- 42:02Right. Yeah, So Balahala.
- 42:04Right, Brothers and sisters, you know, the Unicorn family like
- 42:07this is this is where we can achieve together.
- 42:09I mean, I'll just shut up now. And.
- 42:11I, I think and, and, and, and I've got just, I got two things
- 42:14I want to say #1 if we go out to the website, there's a, is
- 42:18there, there's a spot on our website now that tells us how
- 42:20many dusters we have. But last I checked it was around
- 42:2435,000. Is that accurate?
- 42:26And from from your understanding.
- 42:29Exit. Yeah, it's it's it's a little.
- 42:30Let me just look at this right now.
- 42:32Can I pull? It up.
- 42:33Can I show people on the screen if I go to the website?
- 42:35Can you tell me? Where Yeah, you can.
- 42:37You can just go to the stats page, OK?
- 42:39So hold on here, OK, Stats, this is the unicornfartdesk.com.
- 42:45If I go to stats and where is it on here?
- 42:49I know there it is right there, total holders 35,599 is what I
- 42:55see. OK?
- 42:57So, so when I, when I think about, and that's our community,
- 43:01obviously when I think about our community, 35,000 people, right?
- 43:06All connected. I, I, there was a guy named Seth
- 43:08who was who's, who's a duster. And he said this one time it's
- 43:12like, like we're a giant cluster like of nodes and we're all
- 43:16connected together, right? We all have these connections.
- 43:20Like when you see those, those constellation printouts, however
- 43:24you want to say, but we're all connected together.
- 43:26When I think about 35,000 people without any structure
- 43:30whatsoever, right? Like like in, in, in sure, you
- 43:34know, we've had this unbelievable experience over the
- 43:37last year and we did have some structure, loose structure in
- 43:41place. But if you think about the
- 43:43difference between 35,000 people just kind of randomly because
- 43:47they love UFD, which is awesome, 100% just kind of randomly
- 43:52trying to do things to help further the project.
- 43:55As opposed to a situation like we're describing right now
- 44:00where, hey, you know, we, we've got A and structure is the only
- 44:04word I can come up with, but I don't really think it's the
- 44:06right word. But nonetheless, we've got
- 44:09systems in place. We have, we have information for
- 44:14you about where you can go if you want to make a bigger impact
- 44:18on the project. And I don't think any, I mean,
- 44:21people like to love to talk about pudgy Penguins and, and
- 44:24what Luke has done there. Hey, they've got some structure
- 44:27in place, right? And we're not trying to emulate
- 44:29them and we're always going to be our, our own.
- 44:31They're a kind of a different structured business than we are
- 44:35at this point. But you know, the big, I think
- 44:38even Doge, who I understand there's like the Doge Foundation
- 44:41or something like that, like like these big projects and all
- 44:44of them are different, all of them are unique.
- 44:46But when I look at what you're, what you the work.
- 44:49And by the way, before I forget, thank you cuz I know you've put
- 44:52in a tremendous amount of work. And we're very lucky to have you
- 44:56because you are very talented to kind of come up with something
- 44:59that works with our decentralized structure and
- 45:03community, but in a way that makes us like multiple times
- 45:07better than if we just all kind of randomly are out there doing
- 45:11things without without any. I mean, we're like you said, 1 +
- 45:151. Can I can equal 3 and with
- 45:18Unicorn fart does it can equal 4?
- 45:20Absolutely. And then actually, you know, I
- 45:23wanted to to also mention because I just went to the the
- 45:26stats page myself and Scroll down a tiny bit and then social
- 45:29dot social dominance. We're currently 7th in our rank
- 45:33among all of the pump fun meme coins.
- 45:35So the it's it's, it's not that number, the seven that's that's
- 45:39particularly exciting or important.
- 45:42But what I wanted to mention is above us the the the the the
- 45:45token, the next one above is has a very small market cap and it's
- 45:50a super anomaly because it's an AIAI based meme coin type of
- 45:53thing. There.
- 45:54There are always kind of a, a Bluebird in, in the, in the
- 45:59thing, but there are a few things that are really
- 46:01important. Our market cap is 9.86 as it
- 46:05shows on a social dominance. It's actually a little bit
- 46:07lower. It's it's nine, it's 97
- 46:10currently and and yet, and yet the next one up in the in the
- 46:18fourth spot Vine 28 million. The one above it, 334 million,
- 46:25then 360, then 1.59 billion. Guess what, We are in an amazing
- 46:32company. Yeah, so we are punching way,
- 46:37way above our weight. Not only that, I mean, this I
- 46:40haven't actually seen, I don't think I've seen it since I built
- 46:46the API that collects this information and since I've been
- 46:49looking at the website on a daily basis.
- 46:51But our sentiment score, I think fixless posted something about
- 46:55the fact that our that our sentiment score was at I think
- 46:5885 or something like that, 86 which was the highest it's been
- 47:01even since we had all time high in our market cap.
- 47:05Our sentiment score today is 9090.
- 47:11That is on like such overwhelmingly positive vibes on
- 47:16the on the timeline. I mean, and, and yes, it makes
- 47:18sense because we're getting closer to our birthday.
- 47:20So more things are being posted that are very positive.
- 47:22And then the light of that, but still folks like this is you.
- 47:26This is our collective energy. This is our collective
- 47:28vibration. This is why OnePlus One can
- 47:31equal a billion, you know? Yeah, yeah.
- 47:34And we are. And we are in this incredible
- 47:36period of time, I believe like what we are doing is leading,
- 47:41leading edge, maybe even bleeding edge, right?
- 47:44Because sometimes there's some a little bit of bleeding when
- 47:47you're on the leading edge. But when you look at like the
- 47:50gift of tech technology that we have right now, the gift of Web
- 47:533 and the gift of the blockchain.
- 47:56And they really all three of those are gifts, right?
- 47:58They're things that 30 years ago, if you told me that any one
- 48:02of those three would be in existence, I wouldn't believe it
- 48:05that I'd be here in Saint Louis. And you're where you are
- 48:08different way different part of the world.
- 48:09And we're we're communicating. But it's not just you and me,
- 48:12but we've got over 300 people also joining us live.
- 48:16But that we'd also have this ability through Web 3 to build
- 48:19this community and because of the blockchain, be able to build
- 48:23something of real value, do things like donate almost $5000
- 48:28to live like a Unicorn, amongst a host of other major
- 48:31accomplishments that this community had over the last
- 48:34year. Without, without a real
- 48:38framework. I'll call it a framework.
- 48:40I like the word framework. A framework like like we have
- 48:44now with the guilds where, where people we have the ability to,
- 48:50for 1 + 1 to equal 3-4 or five, who knows?
- 48:54It's, I'm super excited now. Again, I want to say thank you
- 48:57to you for for your work on this and in many other areas for the
- 49:01project as well. And for anybody out there who's
- 49:04listening right now that that wants to be part of something
- 49:09super. I mean, the, the uniqueness of
- 49:11Unicorn fart does the uniqueness of my gosh, one year ago right
- 49:16now, today, I'd never owned a crypto in my life.
- 49:19I didn't know what Web 3 was. I didn't know any of this stuff.
- 49:23And that you know that together we've been able to build this
- 49:26and to get where we are today, I think is extraordinary.
- 49:29But the future, like you said, when we look at the two year
- 49:32birthday is even more optimistic.
- 49:35Absolutely. So, so, so exciting.
- 49:38And then of course, we've got our birthday coming out, so
- 49:40that's also very exciting. So please keep an eye on a few
- 49:43different spaces. You know, website is one of
- 49:45them. There are a couple of facelifts
- 49:48and surprises that are coming down the Pike on that front,
- 49:52plus a whole just like like a whole list that, that, that,
- 49:56that would take us longer to count.
- 49:58Then, then, then we have time. So and, and thank you, Ron.
- 50:02And then like for me, if you know the community again, if a
- 50:05lowly warm like me, like honestly, I just, I am a servant
- 50:08of the Unicorn. Yes, I have some skills, but you
- 50:10know, I, I, I sat on the sidelines for a while and then a
- 50:13lot of it was due to health reasons.
- 50:14But still there are no excuses or just results or, or like a
- 50:18lack thereof. So if, if someone like me can
- 50:21come in and, and start achieving and start catalyzing and start,
- 50:25you know, also gaining, gaining recognition, which is not
- 50:27important for me, but the recognition that reflects back
- 50:30the community light and the spirit of the community.
- 50:34Think about what you can do. Think about the amazing skills
- 50:36that you have and all the unique passion, all the unique drive
- 50:40and, and yeah, and it doesn't have to be hours and hours.
- 50:43It's like some of it can be done asynchronously.
- 50:45So yeah, the the the things that we can achieve are absolutely
- 50:50astounding. And, and one more time, what's
- 50:53the most effective way somebody out there who's listening says,
- 50:56yeah, I want to get involved. I want to get involved in the,
- 50:59in the rating Guild or I want to get involved in, you know, one
- 51:02of these other areas that you talked about.
- 51:04They can go on to Discord, correct?
- 51:07That is the that is the best way because things get get really
- 51:10lost on X. We have very, very like a lot of
- 51:13chats, so you have to scroll through a lot of things to find
- 51:15stuff. But on Discord, it's a lot of
- 51:16easier to do so. And if you don't know how to
- 51:18find Discord, go to our website, go to the contact page, which is
- 51:21actually the bottom of the community page.
- 51:23The the, the, the, the little bubble there for Discord.
- 51:25Click on it. You'll be.
- 51:26Here, wait a minute. Let's show.
- 51:28Let me, let me show. Let me show people.
- 51:29Perfect. OK, so I'm gonna go to the home
- 51:32page and then how would I go about finding the press contact?
- 51:37Contact you can press, you can either contact the community but
- 51:40contact is the easiest thing so just Scroll down a little bit
- 51:43and just because of the wallet it bumps it up and the second
- 51:45icon. The discord one there.
- 51:48Discord, the little, the little :) of discord, yeah.
- 51:51Got it. OK, and then that'll bring them
- 51:54to the Unicorn Fart discord server.
- 51:57I sound like I know what I'm talking about.
- 51:59You do. That's because you do.
- 52:00You've been there. That's awesome.
- 52:03Oh yes, yes, I'm learning Discord definitely.
- 52:05And that's the other thing too, right?
- 52:07Like like this. I think you know the, the this
- 52:10project does give people, give the person out there listening,
- 52:13right. So yes, we're talking to you the
- 52:16opportunity to learn as well. I mean, you know, I've learned a
- 52:19lot about X, I've learned a lot about Discord.
- 52:22I'm learning a lot about community building and
- 52:26everybody. And it's fun to learn and it's
- 52:28fun to grow. And we're all doing it together
- 52:31because like I said earlier, you know, crypto is still very
- 52:34young. Web 3 is even younger, and
- 52:37Unicorn fart desk is just coming up on its one year birthday
- 52:40exit. Thank you.
- 52:42Did I forget to ask you anything?
- 52:44Any parting words you want to leave with our guests?
- 52:46Not at all. I mean, I've, I've said it
- 52:47already so many times. Thank you guys.
- 52:49Thanks to each and everyone of you who who's out there burning,
- 52:52burning the candle right and then and holding the light
- 52:56because it it takes, it takes it takes the herd to make this
- 53:01happen. It does, it does.
- 53:03It's a community driven project and all right, my friend.
- 53:07Well, thank you. Thanks to our viewer, thanks to
- 53:09our dusters and even some of those butter cups who might be
- 53:12out there. You know, I encourage everyone
- 53:15to get involved. I think the future looks very
- 53:17bright. Don't forget, OK #1 be good to
- 53:21yourself today. That will give you a platform
- 53:24from which to be good to other people.
- 53:25So thank you and bye bye exit. Thank you.
- 53:29But Pala hala. Hala, hala, hala, horns up.
- 53:33Woo Hoo.
