- 0:02Speaker 1: I'm not going to lie. The countertops went on yesterday.
- 0:07Speaker 1: They look hot. Tony Katz, 93, WIBC. Good morning.

- 0:22Speaker 2: you trying to make a part of your house that
- 0:25Speaker 2: has more value to your life?
- 0:26Speaker 1: Never mind increasing the value of your home. That's what
- 0:29Speaker 1: Booer is there for.
- 0:30Speaker 2: They've been serving central Indiana for over two decades. Incredible people,
- 0:34Speaker 2: Rob and Kathy, incredible team that they've got there. And
- 0:38Speaker 2: the communication is so great. There's no stress. I know
- 0:40Speaker 2: what's happening. I know what's going on every step of
- 0:45Speaker 2: the way. I know what they were doing yesterday, and
- 0:47Speaker 2: they got it done. I know what they're doing today,
- 0:49Speaker 2: and it will get done. And so the countertops came off,
- 0:53Speaker 2: and new countertops went on. And I don't think they're
- 0:57Speaker 2: the everyday. We went with the granite. It did not
- 1:01Speaker 2: go in some of the other directions. We thought about it.
- 1:03Speaker 1: We looked at everything.
- 1:04Speaker 2: We had so many options to choose from. But went
- 1:06Speaker 2: with the granite, and it'll get sealed today.
- 1:09Speaker 1: And I'll be like, okay.
- 1:11Speaker 2: This, this is a good look. It might not be
- 1:14Speaker 2: your look, but you can choose your look with Boer.

- 1:23Speaker 1: let's go, let's go, let's go. It's a story you
- 1:39Speaker 1: need to hear to believe.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Then grab your popcorn because what?
- 1:43Speaker 1: There is more.
- 1:46Speaker 4: There's always more, my friends. I was looking at a
- 1:49Speaker 4: couple of things. And where, hold on, where was it?
- 1:57Speaker 1: I just had it in front of me. Here it is. Ah,
- 2:01Speaker 1: there we go. First things first.
- 2:03Speaker 2: They are going to start draining the quarry in Carmel.
- 2:09Speaker 1: So this was, of course, the big question.
- 2:11Speaker 2: You've got 9 billion gallons of water inside the quarry.
- 2:16Speaker 1: It could have very well just been this lake.
- 2:20Speaker 2: If the Blue Woods Creek had managed to back its
- 2:26Speaker 2: way to connection with the White River, tearing up the
- 2:30Speaker 2: ground as it did, and I've got the video, and
- 2:35Speaker 2: I was going to post this stuff on Monday and
- 2:36Speaker 2: put it all together. And that's when we learned about Matt.
- 2:40Speaker 2: And so, yeah, everything has taken a backseat. Live streams
- 2:44Speaker 2: on the Midday Show have taken a backseat. Postings, I
- 2:47Speaker 2: hope everybody understands. And I do have some other things
- 2:52Speaker 2: to discuss regarding Matt, which I'll get to just about
- 2:56Speaker 2: this show right here.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And so I have this video to show you.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And to understand what happened in Carmel, different than what's
- 3:04Speaker 2: happened in Noblesville, different than what's happened in Anderson, where there.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Is– I am not getting good reports. I am not.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I'm going to try and travel through some of Anderson
- 3:16Speaker 2: this weekend. One of the things that we said is
- 3:20Speaker 2: very true from this flooding.
- 3:22Speaker 1: We don't know the extent to the damage.
- 3:25Speaker 2: We can only see what we see. We know where
- 3:27Speaker 2: the water came to. We know where trees got toppled, etc.
- 3:30Speaker 2: We don't know what lies underneath. And it seems that
- 3:34Speaker 2: Anderson has got a bunch of those kinds of issues.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I hope to be wrong. With Carmel, the Blue Woods
- 3:41Speaker 1: Creek was like eight feet wide.
- 3:44Speaker 2: It was only inches deep. There was a stone path
- 3:48Speaker 2: you could walk across it. You see what it is now?
- 3:52Speaker 1: I was there.
- 3:53Speaker 2: It's 25 feet below where the surface level is.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It's unbelievable.
- 3:59Speaker 3: It is.
- 3:59Speaker 2: 20, 30 yards wide. It's massive. What got eaten away.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I will also tell you this. It's freaking gorgeous.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I walked it. It's incredible.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Now, I'm not trying to create an issue or a problem.
- 4:21Speaker 2: There is going to be a real desire once people
- 4:24Speaker 2: see it to keep it like that.
- 4:27Speaker 1: It's spectacular. I think you've got to shore up the banks.
- 4:30Speaker 1: The ground is soft.
- 4:31Speaker 2: I think there are going to be people on an
- 4:33Speaker 2: archaeological perspective who say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 4:37Speaker 1: We didn't want this to happen, but it's happened, and
- 4:40Speaker 1: we now have an opportunity.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Before we open this up, before you guys do anything,
- 4:44Speaker 2: we want to walk through every inch of this.
- 4:48Speaker 1: As long as it doesn't stop the bridge from being rebuilt,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I actually have no issue with this.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Now, the city may because of things that I don't
- 4:57Speaker 2: know about. More information might change. But Lord only knows
- 5:03Speaker 2: what they're going to find. And I'm not not only
- 5:06Speaker 2: am I not opposed to them finding things.
- 5:08Speaker 1: There is.
- 5:11Speaker 2: I grew up in in Middletown, New Jersey, and we
- 5:14Speaker 2: had a place near us called Poracy Park.
- 5:17Speaker 1: P-O-R-I-C-Y. Poracy Park.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Poracy Park was like a nature center. And that's where
- 5:25Speaker 2: you first like, like touched a frog, right? That's that,
- 5:31Speaker 2: that was that place. I think everybody may have had
- 5:33Speaker 2: something like that. When you see this, you will realize
- 5:40Speaker 2: that elementary schools are going to send students to check
- 5:42Speaker 2: this out. It's going to be a field trip that
- 5:45Speaker 2: happens for your kids and your grandkids for a generation.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Like that's, it really is.
- 5:53Speaker 2: You almost look like you're on another planet. The stones
- 5:58Speaker 2: that were uncovered. Now, I don't think I'd recommend people
- 6:02Speaker 2: really taking rocks from the place, leave it for the
- 6:05Speaker 2: next group. Although I'm sure it's happened and I was
- 6:10Speaker 2: there and absolutely. You're going to want it. There's going
- 6:14Speaker 2: to be some kind of, okay, let it just be
- 6:15Speaker 2: what it is right now. But it's spectacular looking. It
- 6:22Speaker 2: really is, and I have no issue with that. But
- 6:25Speaker 2: when I keep hearing bridges are expensive and you got
- 6:29Speaker 2: the Hazel Dell Bridge and it's going to take two
- 6:32Speaker 2: years to Governor Braun, to Mayor Fincombe, and really to
- 6:36Speaker 2: the Hamilton County commissioners.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Who they're responsible for the bridge.
- 6:40Speaker 2: You don't have two years and nobody knows what the
- 6:43Speaker 2: hell you're talking about. So let's start by stopping. You
- 6:48Speaker 2: don't get two years. You rebuild the bridge in four months.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Stop telling us it can't be done. Stop throwing up
- 6:57Speaker 2: all the roadblocks.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Oh, you don't understand.
- 7:01Speaker 2: There may be a lot about the bridge I don't understand,
- 7:03Speaker 2: and it's construction. You know what I know?
- 7:05Speaker 1: Two years makes you out of your mind. Two years
- 7:08Speaker 1: is crazy talk.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Four months.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Start with a whole different philosophy. The bridge has to
- 7:17Speaker 2: be rebuilt.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Four months.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I'm sorry, two years is crazy. Two years is out
- 7:26Speaker 2: of control. But that doesn't bring us to the popcorn moment.
- 7:30Speaker 2: This brings us to the popcorn moment. Let's go, let's go,
- 7:33Speaker 2: let's go, let's go.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Did I already say that? Excellent.
- 7:37Speaker 2: This was a show that I don't know how anybody
- 7:41Speaker 2: watches anymore, which is that Abby Phillips show on CNN.
- 7:44Speaker 2: I think we're going to see less of Scott Jennings
- 7:46Speaker 2: on that show. There's nothing left. Abby Phillip is a
- 7:50Speaker 2: bad host. All she is interested in doing is telling
- 7:54Speaker 2: anybody on the political right how wrong they are and
- 7:56Speaker 2: then protecting those on the political left when they look
- 7:59Speaker 2: like fools. It's not a show that's worthwhile. But this
- 8:04Speaker 2: idea that Iran is emboldened, well, that's just not true.
- 8:10Speaker 1: That is buying into their bluster.
- 8:13Speaker 3: They changed their ways. that they have given up on...
- 8:16Speaker 3: The entire region is allied against them. Are you disputing
- 8:21Speaker 3: that the entirety of the Middle East is not aligned
- 8:23Speaker 3: against Iran thanks to the president? You are talking about
- 8:26Speaker 3: something completely different.
- 8:27Speaker 1: No, you said their influence in the region. Their influence
- 8:29Speaker 1: in the region is dramatically different. They have no navy.
- 8:32Speaker 3: They have no military.
- 8:33Speaker 1: They have no allies. They have no economy.
- 8:36Speaker 3: And they export no oil.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Do you not know these things?
- 8:38Speaker 3: Who are you talking about? Iran. Iran. I'm talking about
- 8:41Speaker 3: their proxies. Who are you talking about? I'm talking about
- 8:43Speaker 3: the nation of Iran and its ability to do anything.
- 8:46Speaker 3: They cannot export a barrel of oil today, and you
- 8:48Speaker 3: think they're emboldened? That is crazy talk. I'm talking about
- 8:52Speaker 3: their allies, Iran's allies. Are they telling them to back down?
- 8:58Speaker 1: Iran doesn't have allies.
- 9:00Speaker 2: If you're talking about proxies like Hezbollah and Hamas, these
- 9:03Speaker 2: are terrorist organizations that are funded by Iran. So what
- 9:07Speaker 2: you should be in favor of is putting an end
- 9:10Speaker 2: to them. But they are not emboldened. They are as
- 9:14Speaker 2: they always have been. Ideological and desperate for the destruction
- 9:18Speaker 2: of Western civilization, Jews and Christians, so they can get
- 9:22Speaker 2: their caliphate.
- 9:26Speaker 1: The idea that they are somehow emboldened by this, no.
- 9:29Speaker 1: They are as they have always been.
- 9:31Speaker 5: And to not know that At her stage, in her position,
- 9:41Speaker 5: that is not sheer ignorance.
- 9:43Speaker 1: That is willful ignorance, and there is a difference.
