  Children's News Network. Jobs are falling, spending is

  So the data right now, guys, we had bad jobs numbers last week,

  not good for the US economy. We also had bad consumer

  spending numbers come out. Why is that so important to the

  US economy? Because the US economy, like 2/3

  of it is based on consumer spending, is based on people

  buying a bunch of stuff, primarily from China buying a

  bunch of stuff and a lot of people buying a bunch of stuff

  on their credit cards and credit card debt and credit card.

  The length, the delinquency data is not good right now.

  We could be heading into a very dicey time in the US economy.

  And that was before this major a war that we're involved in or

  expedition or whatever they're calling it in the Middle East.

  And what that means is we're going to need to get some major

  support to the US economy from the United States Federal

  Reserve. And that will be money printing.

  And when they start printing money, when they start doing

  helicopter money is what Ben Bernanke called the dropping

  dollars, right? Pumping money into the US

  economy, more Fiat, more paper that will bring more liquidity

  into the crypto sector and into great projects like like we have

  right now. But there's other big trouble.

  And as you can see, we are experiencing uncertainty levels

  We are in very, very uncertain times.

  problem financially in the United States, which is just now

  starting to unfold. So you can brag to your friends

  about the shadow banking sector or what is technically called

  private credit and what this is, and there's big problems, OK,

  Remember during the 2008 financial crisis, it was because

  of mortgage-backed securities and the big financial service

  firms. Right now we have something

  similar ish going on in the world.

  It's called private credit. Private credit are these big

  financial companies like Blackstone, BlackRock, all of
• 11:19
  them, right? They got into the private
• 11:22
  lending sector outside of the traditional banking world,
• 11:26
  loaning millions and 1,000,000 billions, trillions of, I think
• 11:30
  it's a $2 trillion market of money to companies, software
• 11:34
  companies, that type of thing. And there are major red flags
• 11:38
  going up in that sector right now that again, could lead to
• 11:43
  financial turmoil, which again could lead to the Fed needing to
• 11:49
  print money, which would be good for crypto.

  Another one from Bar Chart private Credit, and they say
• 11:54
  another one, $33 billion Cliff Water private credit fund limits
• 11:59
  redemptions to 7%, half of what came in.

  So what's happening is investors are demanding money back from

  these private credit funds and the private credit funds are
• 12:12
  saying whoa, whoa, whoa. They're not saying they can't
• 12:14
  give any money back, but they're severely limiting the amount of
• 12:18
  money they give back to their investors.

  It's somewhat similar to like if you had $10,000 at the bank, at
• 12:26
  your bank and you went in and said, hey, I want 5000 of my
• 12:30
  $10,000. And they said, sorry, we can
• 12:33
  only give you 2000 of your, of the 5000 you want right now.

  So it's not like these big private credit funds are saying

  we won't give you any money back, but they are limiting the
• 12:46
  amount of money they're, they're, they're willing to give

  back. And that's big trouble.

  And it's not just Cliff water. It's another one called we've

  not we haven't heard of these because this is only for rich
