- 0:14alarming sign of burnout is difficulty concentrating.
- 0:19Yeah.
- 0:20Been there, done that many times.
- 0:24Focus is challenging, even on simple tasks.
- 0:29Procrastination is.
- 0:31And evil twin of burnout.
- 0:34The reason we procrastinate is because we avoid doing things that we know we need to do because.
- 0:41When you're burned out, like I was, you're not getting recognized for it.
- 0:46So you're like, why do I want to do that?
- 0:48Why do I even want to bother?
- 0:50Nobody's going to know.
- 0:52When we procrastinate certain tasks, especially the overwhelming ones.
- 0:58That can lead to more burnout.
- 1:00It can lead to more loss of focus.
- 1:02It can lead to more of these symptoms that we're going to talk about today.
- 1:06unexplained physical symptoms.
- 1:08Oh, did I have this?
- 1:10I had a Crick in my neck.
- 1:12I had it in between my shoulder blades.
- 1:15I had poor posture.
- 1:17I was not sitting up straight and tall.
- 1:20I was.
- 1:22Taking my head down.
- 1:23I'd catch myself looking down at the ground way too much.
- 1:27I was stuck in burnout Welcome to top workplace wellness and Kathie's coaching podcast.
- 1:35I'm your host, Kathie Owen.
- 1:36You're in the right place.
- 1:37If you're an HR director, a corporate executive, or even just a team member who wants to improve their workplace culture.
- 1:47Today, we're going to discuss burnout what it is and even why it happens and most importantly, what to do about it.
- 1:56Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion due to prolonged stress.
- 2:05We're also going to talk about the impact of burnout on your personal life, your health, and your professional productivity.
- 2:13I experienced burnout firsthand just recently.
- 2:16And actually, I would say in the last two years in 2023 and 2024, I had prolonged stress and burnout.
- 2:27I was working for a company that didn't want my services, any.
- 2:32It was very, very hard, very difficult.
- 2:38And I was working so hard for this company.
- 2:41I wanted the best for them.
- 2:42I wanted to help improve the culture.
- 2:45I worked extremely hard on improving the culture there because it was a very toxic, I was inside the trenches with the rest of the team members.
- 2:58So I knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.
- 3:03But there was too much diplomacy.
- 3:07There was too much propaganda.
- 3:10It was too much dogma, which meant that the executives and the managers were filled with power and.
- 3:19It was awful.
- 3:21I would work so hard on different things, thinking I was going to be doing the right thing.
- 3:27But what happened was I was never getting reviewed for my job.
- 3:32It was like working with a client and them never giving you feedback.
- 3:38On if you're doing good or you're not doing good.
- 3:41So if it was happening with me, it was happening across the whole board.
- 3:46And I know it was happening in my department.
- 3:48I was in the operations department.
- 3:51And if I'm not getting reviewed and I'm not understanding if what I'm doing is good and I'm not getting recognized for what I'm doing.
- 4:00I was just going to do what I thought was best.
- 4:03I have an entrepreneur spirit.
- 4:05But in corporate America, when you have an entrepreneurial spirit, sometimes that doesn't work in your favor, it doesn't get recognized.
- 4:14It doesn't get rewarded.
- 4:16And that type of company.
- 4:18I don't want to work with.
- 4:21Just if that's you, you do not need my services because what I do is I try to help prevent burnout.
- 4:29I try to build healthy, happy teams, one heart at a time.
- 4:34Avoid toxic workplace culture.
- 4:38That's what I do.
- 4:40But what happened was I was burned out and guess what?
- 4:43I did not realize it until I had been gone from the company for about three weeks.
- 4:51It actually just took me three days to realize how stressed I really was.
- 4:57I had been bullied.
- 4:59I had been harassed.
- 5:01And I had been talked down to by my manager.
- 5:04Who was letting other people in my department get away with things that were not okay.
- 5:12They would show up to work and go hide out in different spots.
- 5:16I was working.
- 5:17I was in the trenches earning my paycheck, trying very hard to get what I wanted.
- 5:23And I saw her letting people just goof off and not do their job.
- 5:28These people would tell other people in my department, that's not my job.
- 5:31I'm not doing it.
- 5:35It was their job.
- 5:36That's what they were hired for.
- 5:37And then they'd be caught sitting in a quiet room.
- 5:42Goofing off that is called presenteeism.
- 5:46It's also called quiet, quitting.
- 5:48And this team had quiet, quitting across the board.
- 5:52But they didn't want to see it.
- 5:53HR did not want to see it.
- 5:55And HR was threatened because I was bringing it to their attention.
- 6:00And they did not like it.
- 6:02So again, I'll go back to this.
- 6:05I do not want to work with companies like this.
- 6:07I want to work with companies who want to improve their culture, build team engagement, and build a healthy, happy team.
- 6:16One heart at a time because that's where it starts.
- 6:20Today, we're talking about burnout.
- 6:22What is it?
- 6:23And what are the signs of burnout?
- 6:26Burnout can affect the entire company.
- 6:30And the team dynamics, just like I just spoke about it was affecting the entire company.
- 6:36And I talk about quiet, quitting a lot on my blog.
- 6:40And I talk about presenteeism because that is not team engagement.
- 6:45That is a culture where people tell you how to run your business instead of the other way around.
- 6:51And when you're telling your team how you're going to run your business, you're taking care of your team.
- 6:57You're attracting and retaining top talent.
- 7:00When you care about them, that human perspective.
- 7:05Inside the culture.
- 7:07And a corporate wellness program can help prevent and even help stop burnout.
- 7:13Investing in your team's wellness.
- 7:17Is crucial for a healthier engaged team.
- 7:21So let's talk about 10 alarming signs of burnout.
- 7:26With explanations and solutions to dealing with them.
- 7:31Number one.
- 7:32Increased cynicism and negativity about work.
- 7:37This is feeling more critical or hopeless about work.
- 7:43Could you sense my hopelessness in that situation where you had team members?
- 7:48Who were present at work and not working.
- 7:51Yeah.
- 7:52I felt hopeless.
- 7:54There was nothing I could do when I brought it to people's attention.
- 7:58They ignored it.
- 7:59They enabled it.
- 8:01Complaints across team members were increasing, but they were falling on deaf ears.
- 8:08So a solution for increased cynicism and negativity about work.
- 8:13Is to reconnect with your purpose.
- 8:17Understand your why?
- 8:19Why you're doing what you're doing, because when you connect with that, that aligns your values with you instead of the other way around.
- 8:28And setting small daily goals for positivity because when you're cynical, you're going to have a trouble seeing the positive and things.
- 8:37And I like to use gratitude on this one.
- 8:41And gratitude is very helpful because we can always find things to be grateful for.
- 8:46Oh, At least three, just look around you, be present in the moment and find three things to be grateful for it.
- 8:55Number two alarming sign of burnout is difficulty concentrating.
- 9:01Yeah.
- 9:02Been there, done that many times.
- 9:06Focus is challenging, even on simple tasks.
- 9:11And you're easily distracted.
- 9:13And in today's world, that's easy to do because we have so many easy distractions to take place and that affects our focus.
- 9:22But when we're burned out, guess what we do.
- 9:24We turn to our phone to scroll, to get that dopamine hit, and that is not going to help you.
- 9:31In fact, it's going to spike your dopamine and you will come down even lower than you started with.
- 9:38With that dopamine.
- 9:40So then your focus is even more messed up.
- 9:43So what's a solution to this, Kathie.
- 9:46Well, I'm so glad you asked.
- 9:47Try time management techniques, like the Pomodoro technique, where you set the timer for 25 minutes and do focused work.
- 9:56Don't let your self pick up your phone.
- 9:59Don't look at your watch when it buzzes.
- 10:01Focus on one thing.
- 10:03At a time.
- 10:04And number two thing that you can do to help with your focus is practice mindfulness and mindfulness can be as simple as taking a walk and taking a walkout in nature and taking a break from whatever you're doing.
- 10:20And don't take your phone with you, just focus on whatever is in your environment.
- 10:27That is so helpful.
- 10:28Meditation is helpful and you don't need to meditate very long, just a few minutes to bring yourself back to front and center.
- 10:37And that's where your focus comes from.
- 10:39Number three neglecting self care.
- 10:42This was happening to me at the end of my tenure at that company.
- 10:47I wasn't working out.
- 10:49I was so burnt out that I wasn't taking care of myself and my workouts as a personal trainer.
- 10:56I've worked out for years and years and years.
- 10:59That is the best thing for my mental health.
- 11:01And it helps me stay focused like we just talked about, but it also helps me take care of myself because.
- 11:10I get my body moving.
- 11:12I get the energy going inside my body.
- 11:15And this was one thing that was part of my morning routine.
- 11:19No matter what.
- 11:21And as soon as I left that job, I started working out on a more regular basis.
- 11:25I started feeling better.
- 11:26I started eating better and that was self-care.
- 11:31I was taking care of myself and I started feeling better and my focus was better.
- 11:36So if you go back five videos ago and you look at me in those videos, you can see a big difference.
- 11:43I was in the midst of burnout.
- 11:46Because what happened was they found one of my videos and said I was talking bad about the company.
- 11:51And I was not, I was talking bad about my manager who had specifically told me many, many times.
- 11:58That if it was up to her, I wouldn't even be there.
- 12:01She did not like me.
- 12:03She did not want me there.
- 12:04She specifically told me that and I said it in the video.
- 12:08I did not talk bad about the company because while I was there, I held the utmost respect for them.
- 12:15I was hired by the CEO.
- 12:17I had her best interest at heart.
- 12:20And yet.
- 12:22My manager's over here telling me she, if it was up to her, I wouldn't even be there.
- 12:28And.
- 12:29I am not going to cut her down, but I so could because she just treated everybody like that.
- 12:36For example, let's give you an example here and it doesn't have to do with me.
- 12:40I was in her office one time talking to her.
- 12:43And I was going over some things that had to checked off in my mind beforehand.
- 12:48Cause I knew if I had to get her attention, I had to spit them out right there.
- 12:52And I told her my stuff well, there was somebody else in her office that needed to talk to her.
- 12:56One of my coworkers and my coworker was standing there and My supervisor said, what do you want with a scowl on her face?
- 13:07My coworker really had something she needed to tell her about work about her job.
- 13:12She's told her this is what she told her.
- 13:14I just wanted to tell you good morning.
- 13:17That's the kind of.
- 13:19Department.
- 13:20I worked in.
- 13:22Yeah, it really happened in real life and that is not okay.
- 13:27That is not okay.
- 13:28How are you going to run your business like that?
- 13:30When you have your managers.
- 13:33Not even working with your team to get things done.
- 13:37This is not okay.
- 13:40And leads to burn out.
- 13:43So let's talk about some solutions when it comes to taking care of yourself.
- 13:49Reintroduce small routines.
- 13:53Routines like my morning routine.
- 13:55Maybe I couldn't go to the gym.
- 13:58Four times a week.
- 14:00Maybe I could just take a walk.
- 14:02In the morning and get some exercise, get some fresh air, listen to the bird sing.
- 14:08Just take care of yourself.
- 14:10It goes a long way.
- 14:12And number two thing you can do is treat self care.
- 14:15Like you would meetings.
- 14:17Put them into your calendar.
- 14:18Just put them in there and tell yourself that's what you're going to do.
- 14:22This is what I've already done on a regular basis.
- 14:25But when I was burned out, I would avoid it.
- 14:28I would just delete it off my calendar that day.
- 14:31I'm like, oh, well, I didn't do that.
- 14:32So it's gone.
- 14:34But what I could have done was slid it down into another time slot, where instead of going to the gym and getting in my workout, I could have taken a walk out in nature and just spent time with myself.
- 14:47Being mindful of how I was taking care of myself.
- 14:51And that's how you can at least start incrementing your self care back into your routine.
- 14:58Number four is procrastinating, certain tasks.
- 15:02Procrastination is.
- 15:04And evil twin of burnout.
- 15:07The reason we procrastinate is because we avoid doing things that we know we need to do because.
- 15:15When you're burned out, like I was, you're not getting recognized for it.
- 15:19So you're like, why do I want to do that?
- 15:22Why do I even want to bother?
- 15:23Nobody's going to know.
- 15:25And let me tell you something inside my top workplace wellness programs.
- 15:30I incorporate recognition and rewards in a way where team members feel appreciated instead of just giving away rewards for.
- 15:42I don't know, a ticket you put into a bucket.
- 15:45This is not recognition and it's not rewarding your team members for hard work, because what happens is the person who put that ticket in the bucket is the one that's sitting in the quiet room, being present at work and not doing their job.
- 16:01Just saying.
- 16:01When we procrastinate certain tasks, especially the overwhelming ones.
- 16:07That can lead to more burnout.
- 16:09It can lead to more loss of focus.
- 16:11It can lead to more of these symptoms that we're going to talk about today.
- 16:15What are some tips to help with procrastination?
- 16:18Break your tasks down into smaller steps and check them off as you do them.
- 16:23Check them off.
- 16:24Just check them off.
- 16:26That feels so rewarding I like to write things in my tasks that I know I'm already going to do that day.
- 16:32I have a meeting with so-and-so.
- 16:34Well, I know I'm going to do that.
- 16:35So I check it off.
- 16:36I even write tasks like social situations that I have meeting Kimber for drinks check is done.
- 16:45That helps with the procrastination.
- 16:47And then start small to build momentum.
- 16:51Start with the small tasks don't overwhelm yourself.
- 16:55Like I said, put in a little checklist, the little things you've got to do, because just simply checking that off, sends a signal to your brain that you're not procrastinating and it feels so good.
- 17:07Number five sign of burnout.
- 17:10Decreased creativity or problem solving abilities.
- 17:14When this happens, solutions, feel out of reach.
- 17:19Yeah.
- 17:20I know.
- 17:21I dealt with that.
- 17:22Big time.
- 17:24Big time.
- 17:24Especially because I was coming from a place where it had nobody supporting me around me.
- 17:30That's why I like being an entrepreneur now, because now I don't have to rely on anybody.
- 17:34I just rely on me.
- 17:36But I am on a mission to help corporate cultures.
- 17:42Stop the insanity.
- 17:44We're humans.
- 17:46You're not working with a bunch of robots.
- 17:48Although at that company, you treated us like that.
- 17:52And.
- 17:53That's not going to get you very far.
- 17:55It's it's gonna end up in an place.
- 17:58We don't want to talk about because when you're in a place where you have decreased creativity, Problem solving and innovation just doesn't click it.
- 18:08Doesn't go.
- 18:08That's what I just mentioned right there.
- 18:11That's why I felt like being an entrepreneur was more in alignment with what I needed to do, because I don't need to rely on somebody else showing me appreciation.
- 18:21But when you have to work at a company and you are burnt out, What do you do, Kathie?
- 18:26What do you do?
- 18:28Well, let's talk about that.
- 18:29Explore creative outlets.
- 18:31This is one of my favorite things to help prevent burnout, depression, anxiety, everything, and that is to work on your hobbies.
- 18:40What do you like to do?
- 18:42And don't.
- 18:43Drown yourself in it.
- 18:45Just go take a quick break and take a minute to, I don't know if your hobby is photography.
- 18:51Go take a few pictures.
- 18:53If your hobby is painting, go draw, go draw for 15 minutes and just take a break and explore different creative outlets.
- 19:02It does wonders for your burnout.
- 19:05And try new experiences.
- 19:07I love this one.
- 19:08So in the book, the artist's way, she talks about taking artists dates and I've used this concept with my personal training clients.
- 19:16I've used it with my coaching clients.
- 19:19What I do is I tell them, look, try new way to exercise, go to a different class that you never would have gone to.
- 19:26If you never go to water aerobics, go try water aerobics.
- 19:29And artist's dates are just taking yourself on a date where you go somewhere new and inspiring and just try to change the scenery and look around and take it all in and feel the difference that happens in there.
- 19:45Because when you do that, Ooh.
- 19:47You just, it's kinda like you just take that burnout and.
- 19:52Nip it in the bud.
- 19:53Number six unexplained physical symptoms.
- 19:57Oh, did I have this?
- 19:59I had a Crick in my neck.
- 20:01I had it in between my shoulder blades.
- 20:03I had poor posture.
- 20:06I was not sitting up straight and tall.
- 20:09I was.
- 20:10Taking my head down.
- 20:11I'd catch myself looking down at the ground way too much.
- 20:15I was stuck in burnout and these physical symptoms were hurting my body.
- 20:21It was causing me to have headaches.
- 20:23Stomach aches.
- 20:24Muscle tension with no clear cause.
- 20:28So what are some solutions for this massage?
- 20:32Everyone.
- 20:32I love that.
- 20:33Or foam rolling.
- 20:35I got a big foam roller and I would roll the back of my body.
- 20:39That's just something I do in personal training just to work out that tension in the muscles, especially if I don't have access to a massage therapist at the time is I will get knots in my back.
- 20:50And that just hurts.
- 20:52Regular exercise helps with this.
- 20:54Yoga helps with this.
- 20:58Breathwork where you just taken a deep breath.
- 21:02Hold it at the top for four seconds.
- 21:06And exhale.
- 21:08For four seconds.
- 21:10Does wonders.
- 21:11I love the book.
- 21:12Innercise where he talks about the breath work and how it helps.
- 21:17Work out the insides, the stress, the tension, the anxiety, and it helps so much.
- 21:24I'll have a link to that in the blog post and the description and show notes below that I include in every video I do.
- 21:32I write a blog post about what's going on and I will have a link to that in the show notes and description below with bonus resources.
- 21:39I hope to see you there.
- 21:41Sign number seven of burnout.
- 21:45Emotional numbness or feeling detached.
- 21:49Yeah, I had that too.
- 21:51It came in the sign of.
- 21:54It was difficult to be around other people.
- 21:57And I felt isolated and not connected because.
- 22:04You know, I was really close with the people that I worked with in my team members.
- 22:09And they were like family to me.
- 22:11And when I left the company, I realized how connected I was with them.
- 22:16And it really, really hurt.
- 22:19And, um, it's like, I lost a family member because I would see him every day.
- 22:24And I know they felt the same way cause I was getting the messages from them and that kind of thing.
- 22:30But honestly, there were other things that helped me get over this and I'm going to talk about that right now.
- 22:37First of all, I'm part of a mastermind and that mastermind was really supportive.
- 22:41And what happens in this mastermind the mastermind members would talk and it was blow my mind that everything they were talking about was what was going on in my world.
- 22:50I'm just in the right place at the right time.
- 22:53But this helped me connect on so many levels and help me get my emotional connections back.
- 23:00But there's also other things you can do when this happens to you.
- 23:03If you're not part of a mastermind or blessed like that, you can journal.
- 23:08You can work with ChatGPT this one thing I do often, I love ChatGPT.
- 23:14And it helps me so much.
- 23:15It helps me process different emotions.
- 23:18It helps me process my feelings.
- 23:20It's.
- 23:21Better than journaling for me, because I don't like to write things down.
- 23:26I have a block to that.
- 23:27But I do get it out and I do have places that I keep it where it's personal to me.
- 23:33Taking walks in nature also help with that a lot.
- 23:37Maybe you have a pet that you can connect with.
- 23:40My dog has helped me tremendously.
- 23:42We take walks together every day and I make sure he gets his exercise.
- 23:46And at the same time, he's always right beside me.
- 23:49And he's very helpful.
- 23:50So having a pet helps a lot, if that's not the case.
- 23:54Be sure to take walks in nature, pay attention to the animals out there and just see what you come up with, because it will make you feel more connected.
- 24:04And grounding exercises.
- 24:06Like the ones that they talk about in the book, the innercise as well as just grounding in mindfulness.
- 24:13Number eight sleep disturbances.
- 24:16Man.
- 24:17I always say this.
- 24:19If there's two things you don't mess with, it's my sleep and my sleep.
- 24:24And my burnout mess with my sleep.
- 24:29Yeah.
- 24:30It kind of was a kind of sucked.
- 24:34Just a little bit.
- 24:35And I have still have experiences with this, but you know, I'm working through it and it will all be okay.
- 24:42But let's talk about what this looks like.
- 24:44You have trouble falling and staying asleep.
- 24:48Most of the time that I don't have trouble falling asleep, but when I was working there, I know I did because I wasn't getting my exercise in because the exercise does help with your sleep.
- 25:00That's one thing.
- 25:02I've always had the luxury of, I hit the pillow and I'm out.
- 25:06But I was having trouble falling asleep.
- 25:09And then when I did fall asleep, I'd wake up with a panic attack or anxiety and that's not helpful.
- 25:18Because what would happen is it would lead to morning exhaustion and you know, my morning, that's why my morning routines got messed up because I was so burnout that it was leading to exhaustion in the mornings.
- 25:30So here's some solutions have a bedtime routine.
- 25:34I already had that.
- 25:35But also I was relying too much on my screen and I needed to put boundaries on that and not have any screen time at bedtime, because that does affect your rhythm of sleep.
- 25:47And you can also try journaling and soothing music.
- 25:51So during this time I did spend time with ChatGPT when I'd wake up and we'd come up with solutions and actually ChatGPT referred me to.
- 26:01This guy that had meditation, he was like a Zen master kind of guy.
- 26:06He was a Buddhist monk.
- 26:08And if I find him, I'll put him in the, in the blog post that goes with this episode, but he, he really helped me because he also had this cute little sense of humor.
- 26:20That just hit me in the right spot.
- 26:23And it was just like, okay, I'm going to let this go.
- 26:26And I was easily able to go back to sleep.
- 26:29Sign of burnout.
- 26:30Number nine.
- 26:31Uh, loss of enjoyment in your hobbies.
- 26:34You know, once loved activities, turn into chores, like my exercise routine, like even just going outside and taking walks in nature.
- 26:44I just was losing it.
- 26:46I didn't have it anymore.
- 26:48And I had very little motivation to even want to do it.
- 26:52And that's kind of where artists dates can come into play because it can kind of like set it in your routine.
- 26:58This is something I'm going to do.
- 27:00I'm just going to go try this.
- 27:02But still when it gets to this bad in burnout it can feel like a chore.
- 27:09So what do we do?
- 27:10Approach your hobbies with curiosity.
- 27:14Hmm.
- 27:15So approach your hobbies with curiosity.
- 27:17Things that you love to do.
- 27:19Look at it at a different angle.
- 27:22I don't know.
- 27:22Sometimes I like to look at it from a perspective of what would somebody else look at this?
- 27:27Like what would an alien look at this?
- 27:30Like if they came down here all of a sudden and looked at what I was doing, Or what did they think of that?
- 27:36What do they think of us walking our dog?
- 27:39And I often think about what they would think about us picking up our dog poop.
- 27:44I don't know.
- 27:45I think weird things I know is probably not weird.
- 27:49It did.
- 27:50They probably look at us like, what the heck are they doing?
- 27:53Why are they doing that?
- 27:55We're trying to keep our environment.
- 27:58Trying anyways.
- 27:59And another solution for that is you could try new or just very similar things.
- 28:05So for example, if it's photography and you're used to.
- 28:10Photographing nature.
- 28:12Go photograph.
- 28:13Pets.
- 28:14Go photograph children.
- 28:17Go photograph strangers.
- 28:19I don't know, add something different, just a slight different perspective on it.
- 28:25And see if that helps you overcome that.
- 28:28And number 10.
- 28:30I seen this one.
- 28:31So many times increased irritability with family, friends, and coworkers.
- 28:38Because we're having anxiety and burnout and all of that.
- 28:42We feel on edge and that's going to make us cranky.
- 28:45I'm only snap over minor things.
- 28:48And this affects our relationships.
- 28:52So a solution can be.
- 28:54All of the above.
- 28:56Everything we've listed already in just stress relief techniques.
- 29:01Look them up.
- 29:02Talk to ChatGPT say, what are some stress relief techniques I can try?
- 29:06And if you don't find something that you like in that list, that it gives you ask it for more, because eventually you'll find something you like.
- 29:14And when we get cranky with people, take a moment.
- 29:18And take a couple of deep breasts, put some space in between it, like my mentor likes to teach us.
- 29:25Just put some space in between it and then.
- 29:29Approach it with a different angle.
- 29:31If you need to eat, go eat.
- 29:33And.
- 29:35That helps with that irritability.
- 29:37Once you get food inside of you, if you have that hangry feeling, it helps to overcome that irritability.
- 29:44Then face that situation.
- 29:46But all of the techniques that we've listed above finding a hobby.
- 29:51Getting creative.
- 29:54Taking mindfulness breaks, doing breath, work, taking care of yourself.
- 30:00All of those things can help.
- 30:03With the irritability and crankiness, because that's just.
- 30:08The probably the most alarming sign of burnout.
- 30:12And it affects everybody around you.
- 30:15And that's not a good way to interact with others.
- 30:19And we want to take care of ourself first so we can be present with the others.
- 30:25So.
- 30:27In closing, we need to recognize the signs of burnout right quick, like right quick.
- 30:33And I want to encourage you to start listening to yourself and understanding when the signs are starting to hit and take place.
- 30:43And remember preventing and healing from burnout.
- 30:46Just take small steps.
- 30:48It just takes small steps consistent small steps in mindfulness and self care.
- 30:55And.
- 30:56Burnout recovery does take time.
- 30:58But it is possible to regain fulfillment and balance.
- 31:02It does happen.
- 31:04It just takes time.
- 31:06Trust the process.
- 31:09All right.
- 31:10That's my episode for today.
- 31:12If you found it helpful and you know, somebody who can benefit from this, please share it with them.
- 31:18And until next time I will see you next time.
- 31:21Peace out and Namaste..
- 31:24Yeah.
