Latest / Man in America Podcast / EXPOSED: Is Microsoft SECRETLY Harvesting Your Energy RIGHT NOW? w/Todd Callender
Transcript
- 0:00Seth Holehouse: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Wholehouse. So if you're following what's really happening in this world, and not just what CNN talks about or what Fox talks about, but what is really going on, the crazy agenda, the depopulation, transhumanism, and everything, you probably get to a point where you feel like this stuff sounds like it's something out of a sci fi novel, which would make it easy to dismiss. But here's the evidence right in front of me that it's actually real. So today's topic with my good friend, Todd Callender, and we've got lots of receipts for this.
- 0:39He's gonna walk us through this might sound crazy, but we have the documents to show you how the patent that Bill Gates and Microsoft owns, which is patent literally o six zero six zero six. Right? So patent six sixty six, which enables them to harvest energy off our biological biological rhythms, how that ties into a wireless body area network, which we have scientific papers to review with you to show you how through something either on top the skin or implanted in the body, these little nodes can communicate from our body to a server. Right? Whether it's through five g or, you know, your iPhone, that basically our body can send signals and receive signals.
- 1:27And we have all the receipts to show this, okay. But that the in the main technology that these nodes are being placed into our bodies, you'd never guess, is actually the vaccines. And so Todd's also going to go into that. But then also talk about that gets it gets even better folks, how that the vaccines which modify our DNA and turn into something synthetic. He actually has there's a court case, a Supreme Court case, which they're trying to get overruled, which is what he's actually working right now, which ties into our show today, that when that happens, that DNA is modified to become synthetic, that the organism, you and I, if we took these things, becomes property of the patent holder.
- 2:13And so this is a it's quite a rabbit hole. But it's, again, we have the documentation to show you all of what's happening. There's even this brand new app and technology, which is something that looks like a new Apple product that does this for you that allows you to sign up and harvest your energy. Actually, I'll show you just to give you a little preview. Let me pull it up for you.
- 2:36So here's a little preview. Okay, of this company in Persona. Data Mining Now Live, which literally uses your heartbeat to mine crypto. Okay. And how so we're gonna be going into how this ties into Bill Gates and his patent 60606, and a whole lot more.
- 2:57So this is gonna be a wild ride as it usually is with Todd Callender. Just a reminder folks that every show I do is also a podcast. So if you're watching on Rumble, I actually even if you're watching Rumble, you like Rumble, still go subscribe on the podcast app, whether it's Apple Podcasts, or Spotify or Podbean. Because like we saw recently, with the cyber attack, Rumble is down for about a day. So you got to have redundancy.
- 3:20So even if you're watching on Rumble, make an effort to also go subscribe on the podcast app, whichever one you use to listen because it gives you a backup. So it makes me harder to get rid of, which is my goal. So folks, please enjoy this interview with attorney Todd Callender. Todd, it is always such a pleasure to have you on the show. Thank you so much for making time for us.
- 3:42Todd Callender: Even when the news isn't great, I enjoy being with you. I really do. Thanks for having me.
- 3:46Seth Holehouse: Of course. And we always find a way to make the news happy in some at least there's some slice of what we're gonna be talking about, which will be hopefully information that will lessen the fear and overall doom that exists in the world today.
- 4:00Robert Kiyosaki: Ray of hope. Yeah.
- 4:02Todd Callender: You know what? You're right. People people are just tired. However, it's like when you're on a long march and you still got a way to go. You got to dig deep and you got to see it through, because you know this has been planned against mankind for a very long time.
- 4:18Think about how far we've come in this fight. Seth. You know, three years ago, people would have thought we're insane having these conversations, and now they're like, I think I know a little bit about that. I'd like to know more. We just got to dig deep and finish this thing because we weren't supposed to be here.
- 4:34That's the good news. You and I are talking, and the design was for us not to be. So congratulations.
- 4:39Seth Holehouse: That's true. That's true. So before we started recording, you went over some pretty shocking information. And we we put together a bunch of actual source documents that we can show people in today's show because the topic we'll be getting into is something actually that reminded me of The Matrix. So I'm gonna pull up that.
- 4:59I had
- 4:59Robert Kiyosaki: the
- 4:59Seth Holehouse: image there. Let's see where's our picture. Actually, there you go. This is what today's topic brought to mind. It was the matrix.
- 5:11Todd Callender: You're talking about the documentary.
- 5:15Seth Holehouse: Exactly. Where in the future, the robots and the AI have taken over the world and the only use they have for human bodies is to harvest their energy through these amniotic fluid sacs they grow humans into and they plug them into this matrix that distracts them and keeps them active so they don't realize that they're actually being harvested for their energy to power the robots and the AI that are their overlords and seems kind of crazy yet what you're telling me before we started here seems somehow similar. It's actually
- 5:50Todd Callender: good. Walk us through that. They forgot to tell us, you know. Okay, so thank you for that. First and foremost, this is big news.
- 6:00My case, Robert v. Austin, that I filed as a temporary restraining order in August of twenty twenty one to stop the US military, the DOD, from forcibly at the time use of force was authorized forcibly giving people these vaccines, COVID shots, the kill shots as I call them. Over a couple of years worth of ferocious litigation with the Department of Justice who represents the DOD, HHS and the FDA, the defendants I sued, We finally got thrown out of court to the point where we could finally appeal to US Supreme Court. We landed our case on the docket. There's going to be a hearing to see if we get a full review.
- 6:40And the reason why I think we're there, in fact I'm fairly sure, is because of the subject matter that you and I are talking about today, and that is according to existing case law, and I've cited this throughout my case, right? So DOJ, everybody knows this, according to existing case law, the use of mRNA, that's Moderna and Pfizer, to effectuate gene modification results in the synthetic product. In this case, I'm talking about VAX people. They belong to the patent holders. That means they are chattel property according to existing US law right now.
- 7:15It's a complicated case that we rely upon to arrive at this conclusion. It's called molecular pathology versus Myriad Genetics. What concerns me a great deal is from the time I levied this allegation in my case to this very day, the Department of Justice who represents our government has refused to deny it. Never once have they denied this is true. I've been saying all along, you can't give people forcefully or without their informed consent.
- 7:42You can't give them gene modification shots and turn them into chattel property. You can't turn them into slaves because it violates the thirteenth Amendment, whether you gave permission or not. We outlawed slavery in 1865 after the Civil War. You can't own people. And so this is part of what's in front of the court now, and I really need people to understand how how dire the situation is, because this has already happened, Seth, that people have already not only been enslaved for purposes of the gene modification, they've already been harnessed.
- 8:15So one of the patents that we are very worried about, and we've talked about at length, is the Bill Gates patent 60,606, where he reserves the right to harness people's batteries and cloud computing nodes to mine cryptocurrency. Lo and behold, we find that that's actually happening today. There's the patent right there.
- 8:37Seth Holehouse: This is literally the patent number. So this is That's right. For for and I apologize for the audio listeners, but this is literally the patent number. It's, you know, 2020. I'm assuming maybe that's a year.
- 8:46Todd Callender: That's what it was granted.
- 8:47Seth Holehouse: Patent O60606. So it's literally patent 666. Okay?
- 8:53Todd Callender: That's
- 8:53Seth Holehouse: right. The actual document I'm showing people. The applicant is Microsoft Technology Licensing LLC. Okay? So mister mister Gates.
- 9:03And so walk us through this. So what I see here is cryptocurrency system using body body activity data.
- 9:13Todd Callender: Yeah, that's right. So what we discover in recent times that brought this back to light is the use of a wireless body area network, WBAN. It shows up in a lot of scientific papers and what it leads to is 02/2008, our government created the coronavirus. The coronavirus was created for the purpose of a software installation that everybody that got coronavirus would have the ability to transmit data, low power and data such that it could be remotely accessed. People's location, GPS style location and identification down to their DNA.
- 9:55So and they speak about this wireless body area network. Lo and behold, we start looking into that and there are actually international standards of the I triple E. There are standards on how you can use this somebody's wireless body area network or not. And it leads us back to this patent whereby by by virtue of five gs signals, you can't make this up, EMF radiation, they're able to harness our biorhythms, not just as cloud computing nodes, they've turned our DNA, our bodies into computers that they get to use through the system, but as battery sources, and this is what we found, and I couldn't be more serious about this, we actually found this. One of our clients in our law firm saved the vial that he actually gave to himself.
- 10:46He's a medical doctor, he's a military medical doctor, and we did not just mass spectrometry, did a lot of testing on it, and in that we found Cesium-one hundred thirty seven. We also found it in a list of ingredients and some of the patents that Pfizer had. Reason why it's important is when Cesium-one hundred thirty seven is introduced to living tissue, it turns that tissue into a transistor, a transducer, an amplifier and a receiver. So at least four different things it becomes. And the amplification is is mind blowing to the point where introduction of data coming in at gigahertz means that a terahertz is going to go out.
- 11:25So if you think about this in energy terms, what is zero point energy? What is it people want free energy? How does that work? It means that you're putting in little amount of energy and you're getting a lot out, that you're getting more out than you put in. So here we are, we are the definition of free energy because according to these patents that we're discussing right now and and that are already in use right now, this is now commercially available, a gigahertz in, a terahertz out.
- 11:55That is the definition of free energy. And so we found the scientific papers that talk about how our wireless body area networks are being harvested. We're being our energy is being harnessed and they're using it as cloud computing nodes. So if you go to inpersona.com, here's an app you can download. You can buy this app, you can download it and you could there you go.
- 12:16What does that say? That out loud for me. What'd you say?
- 12:20Seth Holehouse: So Data Mining Now Live, it says in Persona Data That Matters, a metaverse platform that incentivizes positive health and lifestyle behavior. Well, that that seems not too bad. I mean, this Wait, wait,
- 12:35Todd Callender: the agenda 2,030 part.
- 12:36Seth Holehouse: Exactly. Incentivizes positive health and lifestyle behavior. Yeah. Okay. Good.
- 12:41You wake up early. Well, but then it says now here, here's where it gets strange. The first web three app that uses your heartbeat to mine crypto. Okay. It continues.
- 12:53It says you are a crypto mining machine. Says use proof of sensing technology. Using proof of sensing technology, you can now can now mine via coin with your heartbeat.
- 13:06Todd Callender: Yep. So this is what we found. This is what we found. You and I spoke about it before in early on in the military. When the COVID shots were going through this process of becoming a counter, a COVID countermeasure, a weapon, we found the military study is called C459-one thousand and one.
- 13:25They make reference to something called an InTouch e diary, it's an ePCR device, and what we discovered is that 44,000 service members and their families don't forget that last part were used as guinea pigs, and they used this ePCR device, which is what you just showed right there, it's a device that's either a belt or a Fitbit or your phone. And it was reading real time cellular changes inside of people's bodies after they got the shots. That data was harvested and it was transmitted through the five gs system to Israel, where it was laundered. Apparently twelve hundred people died in that and an eighty two percent spontaneous abortion rate, amongst other things. The cleaned up data was sent back to the FDA, Pfizer and and the DOD, and it was all cleaned up, safe and effective.
- 14:16And they used that as the predicate, the basis for their approval to have this as safe and effective emergency use authorization. Everybody's got to get the goat shot. But they knew it was a fraud because they were reading the cellular changes inside their bodies within six hours of the shots. People were becoming genetically modified. In other words, all of the pieces that we've laid out before the court for the last two years have been proven accurate by that what you just showed a commercially available cloud computing node, cryptocurrency mining data link through that very same mechanism, and it's here and nobody asked us.
- 14:55They've already harnessed the chattel property slaves who got the shots. They're already stealing your energy, they're already using you for cloud computing, and now they're offering you a couple of crypto coins if you feel let them take your heartbeat. Crazy.
- 15:12Seth Holehouse: So I wanna, and this is just I'm so glad that we have the receipts to look at this information. Because it's so it's so mind blowing. So I'm just gonna read a little bit. This is the the this doc this is on sciencedirect.com. It says a survey on wireless body body area networks, WBAN, architecture, security challenges, and research opportunities.
- 15:37So in this, pardon me, it describes that a wireless body area network, W band, d WBAN, is a wireless network that consists of a set of tiny biomedical nodes distributed on the body surface underneath the skin inside the body or in the vicinity of the body. W band, also known as wireless body sensor network, is defined in this IEE numbers, which is a particular type of wireless sensor. It says that the it provides a reliable short range of communications and a wide range of data rates to fit different types of applications. Here it continues as Bluetooth. There you go.
- 16:25So it says, the extremely low power sensor nodes have the ability to monitor the vital physiological signs of the body, and some nodes are able to inject a medicine doses directly into the body, both the wearable devices like an Apple Watch, right? And the or a patch that goes on your skin, and the implantable medical devices, IDMs, aka could be a vaccine, right? Are designed to send real time readings of the bio, the body bio signals to a remote server or sync node. The monitoring signals vary considerably depending on the node type and could be body temperature, blood pressure, respiration, measure, etc. So this is a scientific paper talking about this technology that if I understand correctly, what they're saying in here is that they can get all these little nodes into you, these sensory nodes, right, which could be injected via vaccine, right?
- 17:22Todd Callender: That That's right.
- 17:23Seth Holehouse: These nodes send off wireless information, send off information. So they have these five gs towers and whatnot. Our bodies so we're used to the government doing things without our permission. Right? So the I mean, sounds like a sci fi novel.
- 17:41I mean, literally, this is this is the matrix that we're this is the matrix that we're talking about here.
- 17:47Todd Callender: And they didn't have to hook anybody up. Why? Because the the use of cesium one three seven is the same substance used in nuclear weapons, by the way, and the atomic clock. This is the interesting part is the wireless network couldn't communicate. It could not capture those signals unless they're timed exactly right.
- 18:06Cesium 137 is what the atomic clock runs on. And so this is the harmony between the two. And that's why it was introduced into people in the hydrogel and the shots. Because in all of them now, they put hydrogel and everything, lidocaine and insulin, influenza shots, they put it into everything because why? They're turning everybody into their chattel property to do exactly what you just described.
- 18:30So don't forget, when you introduce cesium-one 37 to living tissue transducer, transistor, amplifier, receiver it's turning you into their computer effectively. In addition to all the little, you know, micro switches and microchips that we see floating around in people's blood, the nanobots are actually linking together now. And we've come to understand with some brilliant doctors, including Doctor. Mahalcha being one of them, Doctor. Ruby, another one.
- 19:00We've come to understand that the clots, these weird fibrous white clots that we're finding that embalmers are finding in people's bodies are actually antennas, that those are being created by the EMF radiation and people that were given certain amounts of carbon, and it turns into a carbon oxide of sorts, amongst other things. And anyway, they they are just simply turning us into remote power sources, remote computing. I shouldn't say turning us into, they have turned people into this. And nobody asked me, who asked you? You know what I mean?
- 19:40And so this is why I want to get millions of people, if people please, I beg you, call the Supreme Court, write them, tell them you are not their slave. Nobody asked you if you want to be genetically non modified. Nobody asked you if you want to be harnessed by the web or become somebody's power source. They have got to reverse this. They've got to outlaw the use of mRNA to genetically modify people.
- 20:02This cannot be done. And by the way, as you read through those scientific papers, it's not just people. It's cows, it's dogs, it's anything. And it's why they're making all these diseases now zoonotic, right? The UN and our government now say this is a one health approach.
- 20:16If it's, a human or an animal is immaterial. And what did, what did mister Harari call us? The hackable animals. That's what they look at us like, Seth. We we are just we're we're chattel property.
- 20:29In other words, we're livestock. And they refer to us as such.
- 20:34Seth Holehouse: Hey, folks. I've got a quick message for you. So I'm sure you've heard a lot of people, myself included, talking about the importance of buying precious metals, gold and silver. But what's really behind that? Is it just a thing of, hey, buy this gold, buy this silver.
- 20:49Right? Or is there something deeper that we should be looking at? So I recently came across some figures about house prices. So in 1930, the average family home was approximately $4,000. Fast forward to 2023, the average family home is just over $400,000.
- 21:06So you have to ask yourself, why is that? Is it because things have just gotten more expensive? No, it's actually because the dollar has lost 99% of its value since 1930. Right? When people talk about the collapse the dollar or inflation, this is what it means.
- 21:20Now let's take a look at gold. So in 1930, if you wanted to purchase your home in gold, it would take approximately 200 gold coins. So 200 gold coins would purchase the average family home in 1930, about $4,000. Now if you instead of buying a home with that gold or cash, you set those aside. If you set aside $4,000 in cash in 1930, it would be worth $4,000 today.
- 21:47What can you buy with $4,000? Can you buy a family home? No, you can't even buy a crappy used car. But if you set aside $4,000 worth of gold coins in 1930, which is 200 gold coins, 1 ounce coins, that would be worth approximately $400,000 today. And this is the key lesson about precious metals.
- 22:08It's not about getting rich. It's about putting your money into an asset that protects you against inflation and against the destruction of the currency, which is what happens to all fiat currencies, especially now we're in the end days of the dollar. And so that's why it's important, maybe not all of your money, but a portion of your money, a portion of what you have, I highly recommend putting it into precious metals of gold and silver because what it's doing is it's protecting you. This is an asset that has stood the test of time, not just stood the test of time since the 1930s, we're talking about the rise and fall of civilizations. Gold was used to buy houses back in ancient Rome.
- 22:48It's still around. It's an asset that will forever have its value. So folks, if you want to do this and you need someone you can trust, there's no person I can recommend more than Doctor. Kirk Elliott. He's a very good friend of mine.
- 23:00He's a strong Christian patriot, and he's out to really help people to protect their savings and what you've worked for against the destruction of the dollar, not to mention also protecting it against the dangers of a central bank digital currencies. So to learn more about this, go to goldwithseth.com or call (720) 605-3900. Again, that's goldwithseth.com or (720) 605-3900. Both those places will allow you to set up a quick appointment where you can talk to a wealth advisor that will help get you started on this path. Again, goldwithseth.com 7 2 0 6 0 5 3 9 0 zero.
- 23:40These vaccines have this Cesium I forgot the number.
- 23:44Todd Callender: 137. Cesium 130 So Inter alia.
- 23:48Seth Holehouse: That we've now looked at the scientific paper talking about the body being a W band wireless body area network, I think.
- 23:56Todd Callender: That's right.
- 23:58Seth Holehouse: So these nodes have been injected into people that you've discovered inside the vaccines that can then send not just so they can send signals. They do. So they send signals to all this five g infrastructure. Because what I read there, it talked about how it would send this information to like a data center or whatever it is. I'm sure through this.
- 24:18So no wonder during COVID, they just build this massive five g structure Exactly. Receive all this data. Right? Exactly. And so that data so is a, allowing them to track where your body's at.
- 24:30It's it's like it's like it's like putting an air tag on your car. You can always see where the car is driving around.
- 24:35Robert Kiyosaki: It's
- 24:36Todd Callender: a lot worse than that.
- 24:37Seth Holehouse: Okay. They can see everything happening biologically. Can harness power off that, which obviously
- 24:44Todd Callender: And that when it
- 24:44Seth Holehouse: was like whenever you see something commercialized like this, whenever it reaches this level, it's like the technology has already gone through the military industrial complex, it's already being used for all the nefarious Eventually, it comes out to the public in some really, really nice looking app. This design comes out of, you know, Silicon Valley, and everyone gets all excited about it. But then this whole thing, I mean, a lot of this whole thing, this descriptive mining is built upon the principles of the matrix for one. That's This is all built on this technology that Bill Gates patented with patent number 60606. I mean, it's like,
- 25:23Todd Callender: We couldn't make it up.
- 25:24Seth Holehouse: You can't you couldn't make this stuff up. You couldn't make this stuff up. It's it's absolutely it's it sounds like a like a sci fi novel.
- 25:32Todd Callender: And and and so this is the this is the part that just blows me away. I've put a lot of this into evidence in our case. And when I did oral arguments, again, Robert V. Austin at the time was the tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, eighteen November of last year. My law partner Dave Wilson and I did oral arguments to the court.
- 25:53And the first words out of my mouth were the service members wanted to remain human. They didn't want to become somebody's slave. And boy, the court did not want to hear that. They interrupted me and they started doing everything they could to attack my case procedurally, blah, blah, blah. And luckily, my partner Dave got into the fact that there never was a license komarani or any of them.
- 26:16None of these shots were ever FDA approved. It was all a hoax. It's a fraud. And so then the two out of the three judges were kind of rattled by this information. They took six months, six months to eventually come back to us and say, your case is not justiciable.
- 26:35We can't we can't hear your case. We're not going to remand this. We're not even going to decide the merits of your case. We're just not going to hear it at all. After they heard it, they're not going to hear it.
- 26:45So this is why we were we went to the Supreme Court and please get somebody here in this case. And this is the part, Seth, it just blows me away. It's all a fiction. It's all a facade Right here, it's not lost on me that I'm going to a court that has, number one, one justice as I understand it with a valid oath of office. One, it's not lost on me that this court is in the business of making law and effectively made the very law that I'm appealing, which is that it's okay to, you know, turn people into slaves, to chattel property that we outlawed in 1865.
- 27:24You know, the irony is not lost on me. Think about it in front
- 27:28Seth Holehouse: of the court. What's the how does he
- 27:30Todd Callender: answer this? There's no good answer. If they say, Nope, you cannot own people, the billions, if not trillions of dollars Bill Gates and everybody else spent on turning us into their child property slaves and the cloud computing slaves, matrix slaves, that's all gone. It all blows up. And if on the other hand, they say, yeah, you're child property slaves and you have no human rights, That's my allegation.
- 27:54If you're not human, how do you have human rights? They're suspended anyway. Then what happens? Does the world rise up? Does the world rise up and say, hell no, I am not going to be your slave?
- 28:05Either way, they can't answer this in a good way. And this is why we have to demand it. People have got to call. They've got to be indignant. They've got to say, my kid and me, we don't work for you.
- 28:16We don't work for free. You can't harness us. Because what stops them? The problem set is this globally at this moment in time. But from a US perspective first, there is nothing stopping our government from lining you and me up against a wall and anybody else they want to without any probable cause whatsoever.
- 28:34And they can shoot us. They can shoot us with lead. They can shoot us with liquid. It only requires a mere suspicion of a communicable disease. And guess what?
- 28:43Climate change is now a communicable disease. He believes this climate change is a communicable disease. So if you and I are climate changers or deniers, as the case may be, there is nothing legally stopping them. There is no consequence on any MLAT's mutual legal system. Other country will hold them liable or culpable for shooting us dead.
- 29:03They have granted to themselves the power to destroy us without any consequence whatsoever. Are we going to stand for that? This is what I laid out to the I testified to the Parliament of Croatia. Two weeks ago. And my message was this, I laid out how we got here.
- 29:24Thirty minutes worth, you can find it, it's online, but CloudHub is probably the easiest place. But at the end of it, ask, what is my ask? My ask is, Dear God, don't turn us into slaves. Outlaw the use of this gene modification technology. It's actually CRISPR Cas9, but outlaw the use of gene modification technology in humans.
- 29:45Dear God, that's a bridge too far. That's allowing these gangsters to become gods, or they think they are. They are going to destroy our species. This is an extinction level event, and if we don't stop this right now, there are no more humans. We're done.
- 30:00Seth Holehouse: And so the reference for that you've made to chattel and owning, this that's something found within this particular ruling, right?
- 30:10Todd Callender: Molecular pathology versus myriogenetics. The holding of the case, page six halfway down, starting with the word it is also. The court says use of mRNA to effectuate gene modification results in the synthetic product becoming the property of the patent holders. There's a lot of reading you have to get through to understand this. It's talking about a gene, a naturally occurring gene, as it relates to certain types of breast cancer, and the court holds, Hey, just because somebody's got a gene, you can't patent that.
- 30:40That's God's creation. But if you genetically modify that gene, you can go ahead and patent that. That's yours. And that's the nature of this case. And in the Ditka, that's the follow on language where judges muse.
- 30:54One of the judges says, Wow, at some point this is going to turn into a question about whether you can patent humans. That day is now. We are here. Ten years later, we are here.
- 31:04Seth Holehouse: And so now that okay. So this is a supreme Supreme Court ruling, which laid the precedent for basically a when a company modifies a gene, which turns into something synthetic created by man Yes. Within an organism.
- 31:19Todd Callender: Big Monsanto.
- 31:20Seth Holehouse: That they you could argue actually they do. Like Monsanto own the They own the genome of the corn or whatever.
- 31:27Todd Callender: That's right. Yes. That's right.
- 31:29Seth Holehouse: So it's applying that same principle to humans. Now do you think that now that we're seeing that that mRNA that was inserted, not only did it create this synthetic gene that is then patented and by the Supreme Court's ruling owned by the company that introduced it.
- 31:46Todd Callender: The patent holders.
- 31:47Seth Holehouse: Yeah. The patent holders. Yep. That but but they also took in with that in the mRNA, this other technology, which then allows you to infinitely monitor that organism and to harvest energy off of that organism.
- 32:02Todd Callender: Yes. There's lots of patents. And this is what concerns me. It's not like they didn't know, Seth. So go back, you know, there's guys running around saying I was the inventor of mRNA.
- 32:14These people are testifying on Capitol Hill. They'll be thinking, you know, you really really want to be calling yourself a slave master because that's effectively what it is. But the point is in 2011, our Congress passed something called the Leahy Act. It was an amendment to the the Patent Act. The Department of Commerce administers it.
- 32:37And effectively, act said, hey, you can't use the Patent Act. You can't use our patent office to genetically modify and own humans. Except for two things. Two things here. Number one, that only applies to patents after 2011.
- 32:54This mRNA technology goes back more than twenty years. So any patents prior to 2011, and these are prior to 2011, by the way, as it relates to the mRNA technology doing gene modification and use of CRISPR Cas9 far predate 2011. Secondarily, if you look at that patent, you will find that that's a world patent. That's World Patent Office. What does that mean?
- 33:19Because The US has no jurisdiction. So and by the way, the way the LIHEAP Act reads, it just says you can't use the funding, you can't use tax revenues to do this. It doesn't say you can't do it, it just says you can't use the patent office to fund it. So effectively, they have to open a loophole that would allow actors to utilize the patent treaty network, because there is one, a convention on this, to patent and own people. And so one of the points I've made to the court up until this point is the thirteenth amendment that outlawed slavery, It doesn't talk about humans.
- 33:56It talks about people. Why? Because prior to 1865, people in our country said, well, those slaves, you know, they're only worth three fifths of a vote. Are they really people? That was a question.
- 34:08Shall we consider them to be humans? And what happened is our Congress was smart about it. They said, let's not call them humans, let's call them people. We eliminate that argument. And so here we are again today, and this is my point.
- 34:19Thirteenth Amendment is constitutional law. You can't own people. So whether somebody has been genetically modified or not, you don't get it all. That's my position. And I want the court to uphold that position.
- 34:29We need to stand firm on this or there is no end. There there is no stopping this. How what kind of a freak could bastardize this into the worst kind of headache nightmare you can imagine? And they will. They've already shown.
- 34:45They're sociopathic and and then beyond that, they're genius sociopathic.
- 34:51Seth Holehouse: Hey folks, I have a quick message for you. Thank you so much for watching listening to this interview. I have one small request. If you're enjoying what you're listening to, could you please share this interview with one person? Just one person.
- 35:04Because of censorship and shadow banning, it's so hard to get this content out to more people. And the only way we can really do it is when you help by sharing it. So if you like what you're listening to, hit pause, share it with one person. It helps so much. Thank you so much.
- 35:20This technology that can use these nodes to send data to these five gs, you know, to five gs receivers and probably all kinds of other things. Know that most people have Wi Fi. People are carrying around
- 35:33Todd Callender: Well that is a five gs.
- 35:34Seth Holehouse: Know, phones in their pockets.
- 35:36Todd Callender: 2.4 gigahertz.
- 35:37Seth Holehouse: Yes. But the one of the questions I have is, is that a two way street? Can they then send data back to these nodes in the body? I mean, we've talked about the October 4, EBS and the potential that they could use this to activate. So is this the same system that we're that we talked about before that it's not just okay, you're this transmitter, and you're kind of, it's not like a pulse, right?
- 36:00You imagine something kind like pulsing a signal that you can't, it's a one way signal, right? This is a two way kind I'll give an example. Okay.
- 36:09Todd Callender: Okay, you're in your house with your family, your wife's got an iPad, you got an iPad, you have a wireless router in between. You're all hooked together. Your iPads can talk, right? And they all go through this wireless system. That's it.
- 36:27We are all now hooked into this in one way or another. And those devices, you know, that they talk about the ePCR device, we've had those in our pockets now for twenty years. So they've already done it. How many people run around with an Apple Watch? I refuse to wear a watch, by the way.
- 36:44But you know what I'm saying? And they talk about wearables. You could wear it in the earring if you wanted to, or whatever the case is. Really, at the end of the day, the issue is that these downloads, this app, is just to effectively boost the power signal that they're getting from you. That's it, it's just a harnessing thing.
- 37:07It's hardly like any other amplifier and your stereo has an amplifier. That's all it is. That's what your phone is an amplifier, or your Fitbit or whatever else.
- 37:17Seth Holehouse: And so I've also heard you discuss the the five gs infrastructure and the these five gs antennas that they've installed. Yeah, but how they have abnormally large cables running. Yes. Can you detail that
- 37:33Todd Callender: for Well, is exactly the point. Was asking Mark Steele, who's a friend of mine, and he was actually in the electronic weapons business. And so he understands all this stuff. And I said, Mark, you know, in times past, why do we need 14 of these two inch cables, solid copper cables going into these Wi Fi arrays, not Wi Fi, five gs arrays, the mass in the towers. And, you know, at the time we were thinking very clearly that if you look through the patents and the use of the scientific papers, they can create force fields, they can do all kinds of stuff, they can turn us on and off using something called options, effectively do anything they wanted to to our bodies.
- 38:15But what it turns out, and I've heard from other people that this was a two way street, those are that's the same kind of cables we use for power lines. That's what those are, is power either way. They're harnessing people's power, and this is why people are so chronically sick and chronically tired. They're being used as a power source. That's the bottom line.
- 38:39And nobody asked us, Is anybody paying you to be one of those? They're regularly
- 38:48Seth Holehouse: harvesting energy off of people.
- 38:51Todd Callender: That's that's exactly what we found. And where was the government? I mean, look, governments have been talking about this. They are. This is why I keep saying they are all in on it.
- 39:02When you talk about a uniparty, dear God, it's a joke on us. You want to talk about, you know, Academy Award actors, they're all sitting up there on Capitol Hill or whatever parliament they're in. They're either really stupid or really cunning and great actors, and I think it's probably a combination of the two, because it took this long, it took at least fifty years to get the laws all in place to make this moment in time happen, and they plotted it. This is premeditated mass murder in addition to other things. It's not just that, it's slave.
- 39:32It's every egregious thing that a human being could do to another human being. They're doing this right now.
- 39:40Seth Holehouse: So you mentioned this ray of light. Where does that come in? This is a pretty this is pretty. Is pretty heavy stuff.
- 39:51Todd Callender: Mean, Christmas is Christmas is near there.
- 39:54Seth Holehouse: That's true. That's true. I mean, this realization, like, okay, we've gone from, okay, COVID was it from a lab? Or was it from nature? Okay, it's from a lab.
- 40:03And then there's the vaccines, all the vaccines are killing people and all the vaccines are inserting this synthetic substances as mRNA and there's these clots. So actually, clots are antennas, the clots have you pulled them out of people, they keep growing in the vials once they're outside the body. And So we've gone through all this stuff and now we're getting to the point where it's like, oh, actually, there's this kind of operating system or these these set of nodes being put into people. My concern is that they're dropping this stuff this stuff into the into the skies with chemtrails that we're breathing it in. I mean Yes.
- 40:33This is it's it's heavy. It's heavy. It
- 40:37Todd Callender: it comes
- 40:37Seth Holehouse: to this realization of and and we're not just these aren't just wild conspiracies. I mean, you and I
- 40:43Todd Callender: Oh, no.
- 40:43Seth Holehouse: Looking at the at the actual technology, the patents, the scientific papers. I mean, heck, that that now they're kind of wanting it in our face. It's like it's here. Wow.
- 40:53Todd Callender: Just buy one. I mean, you know what I mean? That there's nothing stopping. If you don't believe us, buy one. Get that app.
- 40:59See how much see how much crypto you can mine with your biorhythms. You know, and FTX was designed Bill Clinton and his pals came to The Bahamas and they they set up FTX to be a carbon credit trading platform based on your biorhythms. Oh, lo and behold, this talks about NTFs and other things, crypto things that you could buy and sell and trade based on your biorhythms. It's right there. This is real time.
- 41:24It's already happened is the point. They've already something like traded or used 1,400,000,000,000 heartbeats. That's a lot of heartbeats! So they've been at this for a while. And standards were developed in accordance with the UN nation's Declaration on the Rights of Children.
- 41:41There's a UN convention specifically referenced by the international standards, the IEEE. Yeah, IEEE is a standards agency, an NGO, that says how much of the wireless body area network can you use or not use, when is it dangerous, when is it not. You know, to arrive at standards, you have to have a lot of data. They've been at this for a long, long time and nobody raised their head, Hey, maybe we should think about this. How many people actually were part of this, Seth?
- 42:14Think about how grand this conspiracy had to be. A giant criminal enterprise. No wonder why you see Klaus Schwab and Noah Harari if they were so full of hubris. Penitrate ze kabodits! Of course they did.
- 42:31They had to. So anybody that's been to that school, you know, Klaus Schwab's criminally insane school, you're going have to look at those people really closely. Why did you go? What did you learn? Were you a part of it?
- 42:44And now he says 50% of the cabinets of the world's countries are now penetrated with his graduates. It's a criminal mastermind school, is what that is. And by the way, Mr. Schwab was a student of Henry Kissinger, who was the author of the paper, used as the basis for the 1994 Cairo Population Accords, where all the governments of the world agreed that 7,000,000,000 of us have to die.
- 43:10Seth Holehouse: Folks, have a quick message for you. Look, the twenty twenty four election is do or die for the globalist and communists that have infiltrated our country and are currently running it. And they either have to win or they're going to destroy America so nothing is left either way. And if you're the person that's watching this show and following this information, unfortunately, you have the weight on your shoulders of making sure that your family is prepared, especially as we head in to this next year in this next election cycle because unfortunately, I think it's gonna get rough. And one of the ways I know they're going to target us is through our food supply.
- 43:43You can see all the food factories burned down, you can see the warnings of coming famines and food shortages and everything like that. And food is one of the number one ways totalitarian regimes have always used to control the populations destroy the food supply. So if you don't have at least two, three, four, five, six months worth of stored food, I highly recommend you take that very seriously. Because look, as I mentioned, if you're the person that's watching this, you're the person that carries the burden of making sure your family is prepared. I would recommend at least six months, if not a year of storable food.
- 44:15So if things go haywire, whether it's grid down or terrorist attack from what's coming across the border, that your family can safely stay in place and you can feed your family. So folks today, go to heavensharvest.com and make sure you get your storeable food that'll last for up to twenty five years. Just in case things go south, you know that you have what's gonna take to feed your family, which is so so critical for us to get through this next stage of history. So go to heavensharvest.com today, order your food that'll last up to twenty five years and use promo code Seth to save 15% on your entire order. Again, that's heavensharvest.com and use promo code Seth, s e t h, to save 15% on your entire order.
- 44:57Todd Callender: We gotta take our planet back. But I will tell you the good news is this, because you did ask me about that. First and foremost, we're here and we're talking.
- 45:04Seth Holehouse: That's
- 45:05Todd Callender: true. Nobody's turned us off yet. Secondarily, Christmas is near and I feel the Christmas spirit rising. I brought my hat. You didn't say a thing about it, so I took it off.
- 45:14Seth Holehouse: I quite like this hat.
- 45:17Todd Callender: Oh, well, thank you. But it's it's hot. I live in a bomb.
- 45:20Seth Holehouse: It's warm for that.
- 45:22Todd Callender: But aside from that, I noticed something really, really interesting, and I I've saved it to talk to you about it because I know that you will understand this, and it blew me away. It was yesterday I was talking to my executive officer. He's the operations guy that makes everything work here. Name's Nick. Great guy.
- 45:41And we've been dithering about, you know, reserves. We've got to deploy money because it's something we're gonna pay claims, and, you know, it's a global business, so we have to be very careful about these things. And and we bought a lot of physical gold to hold and hedge against inflation, but we were watching, you know, gold does this around the 2,000 mark and we know some people in the business of hallmarking and refining, and there are output contracts which are really quite encouraging to me because a lot of them are coming from provinces and states, not countries. What that means is that the individual states in The United States or provinces in Switzerland or wherever else are saying, Screw you, federal government, we're going look after our own citizens. And many states, I think it's 22 in The United States now, have said that gold and silver are legal tender, and I know this is right up your alley, you know these things, that's not my point.
- 46:33My point is that you would have seen Russia kicked out the IMF, the World Bank, at all a couple of years ago, as did Muammar Gaddafi, and he paid for that. Funny how they're after Vladimir today, but he tied the Ruple 5,000 to the gram, 5,000 Ruple to the gram. And you look at our fluctuations on gold to the dollar, it's roughly 2,000 to the dollar, with small variations: percent up and down, but not much more than that. Well, look at that from an international perspective, and it works out to be just the same. Putin is tied 5,000 rubles a dollar.
- 47:10Ours is fluctuating at 2,000 to the ounce. As you do the math, the $71 per gram works out to be 5,000 rubles. So what that shows me is there's consideration and cooperation between Vladimir Putin and somebody in our government that's got these output contracts. Treasury is actually in charge of the Federal Reserve. Never before has that happened prior to Trump.
- 47:33Trump loaded it. It now is under the Department of Treasury. It sure looks to me like there's some wonderful collaboration going on between the powers in our treasuries, the Russian and The US, and perhaps even the Chinese. It used to be you would have a big arbitrage between those nations and currencies, and they've eliminated that arbitrage. What that means to me is that The US is already headed towards a gold standard.
- 47:59That's what that means. And because the US dollar is now being adopted by Argentina, it's Ecuador, Panama, Turks And Caicos, other nations, but Argentina is a huge market moving to US dollar, and they use cash. What this is meaning to me is it's going to end up being a gold backed currency, not a crypto, not a central bank digital currency, because that's not how South America works. It's my market, trust me, I know. And now we're seeing that the Eurodollar was supposed to be done, done for.
- 48:31We are no longer on the petrodollar, right? We untied it from oil, and somehow the US dollar remains strong. They've inflated the crap out of our currency by printing. You know what? Everybody else has printed too, except for Russia.
- 48:46They have not printed. They've stuck their currency 5,000. So you see this collaboration to level the playing field, and the BRICS nations were all supposed to go to the dollar. The BRICS nations were supposed to throw out their own money by now. They haven't done that.
- 49:00They're not as a single currency, right? So they have their own. And what I'm saying is what what I think is an explanation as to why our country has not declared bankruptcy officially, why all of these banks have not died yet. You know, you got Wells Fargo and Bank of America laying off people. They're they are pear shapes now.
- 49:21And yet, and yet we don't see this big collapse of the stock market, yet we don't see this huge rise in gold, or frankly for that matter, silver. Why? Because the world is shaking out. The the chief banker of the Vatican was arrested right after Trump came into office. He enacted something called IEPA, International Economic Emergency Powers Act.
- 49:46I know of it because I used to enforce it one day when I was a younger man in law school, and I worked for the federal government doing law enforcement. We used that to do civil asset forfeiture abroad, and you hear Jan Halper talking about two fifty planes of gold coming back to The United States. All of these pieces are fitting together too nicely to support the proposition that we're in the middle of a shake out, that these criminals that have been plaguing us for thousands of years, they are they are getting set up for the great collection and the reconciliation as I see it. So I've got a lot of hope that next year there may not even need to be an election. I think that an election is probably likely only in so much that we want the will of the people to rise up and say, here it is, we're manifesting this, we've had enough, we're going to throw off the bonds, you know, these chains, and I'm very very optimistic that if we can get that straight, maybe we can get the Supreme Court to say, Yeah, you don't get to own people.
- 50:48Screw you, Bill Gates. Thirteenth Amendment, this is void as a matter of public law. I think there's actually a possibility, a good possibility, that we walk away from this whole thing. Not unscathed. We've had a lot of casualties, but the humanity will survive this.
- 51:07Seth Holehouse: Which understanding the power, the financial system, especially the fiat currency Ponzi scheme, understanding how potent of a tool that's been in suppressing and imprisoning mankind and implementing their agenda.
- 51:23Todd Callender: Yes.
- 51:24Seth Holehouse: Anything that threatens that is is really, really significant. So it's good. It's good to hear that. It's good to hear that. And I'm a big as the audience knows, like I'm a big believer in gold and silver.
- 51:35It's like it's it's real. It's a real tangible physical asset.
- 51:39Todd Callender: And I know you've studied it.
- 51:40Seth Holehouse: If you're clever, they won't take it away from you. And so that's that's encouraging. Because that I think in a lot of ways again, if we look at the discussion that we've had today, talking about this technology, these patents, and everything, it's it's easy to be overwhelmed by that because you see how organized it is. And as you mentioned, it's like three of are really dumb or they're really, really smart. I think a lot of them are they're psychopathic geniuses.
- 52:04Think that's you referred earlier. And so it's easy to feel like they're always 10 steps ahead, but there's also counter. There's a counter to that that's
- 52:14Todd Callender: also We stopped them. We stopped them. Look man, this is why we focused. We poisoned the well on the DOD, but the reason we focused on the use of force is we knew that if they started holding people down and shooting with these shots, there'd be no stopping them. So we focused on that first and we stopped them.
- 52:31And and you know what? It wasn't it took one to stand. But then there were 400,000 service members saying, hell no, that's where we're at. And if we can stop the biggest killing machine the world has ever known, then what can we not stop? Can we stop slavery?
- 52:48Global slavery? You don't get to owe me those damn towers are coming down. It's happening in Peru. The government's turning those those power, those phased arrays, weapons systems are coming down. So it's I'm hopeful.
- 53:02I think we have it in us, but we've got to rise up. That's the issue. We got to reclaim it for ourselves and demand it.
- 53:09Seth Holehouse: So one thing that you mentioned, because I want to leave people with a strong call to action. So obviously, share this video, share this this podcast. Please. It's really important to get this information out. You mentioned
- 53:19Todd Callender: Look it up for yourselves.
- 53:20Seth Holehouse: Exactly. Like the I'll put the source documents in the description below. Will put the link so you can read the PDFs. Buy the app. Let us know.
- 53:28Buy the app. Exactly. And let me know we've made some money on crypto from your heartbeat. And I'll say you something. So but you'd mentioned that people could take action in calling to say, look, you can't control me.
- 53:44What process like, who do people call? Like, what do they say? Supreme court. Okay.
- 53:49Todd Callender: And and Supreme court.
- 53:49Seth Holehouse: Okay. Is there a particular reference they should make to a court? Okay. So walk us through that. Let's let's let's make it really, really easy.
- 53:57So easy. There's no excuse not to do it.
- 53:59Todd Callender: The case name is Robert v Austin. The appellate case number was 211032. It's got a new Supreme Court docket number, and I'll send you the docket so you can see it. It's on the docket, and it's got a docket number. And if you'll attach it to this, then we'll have the opportunity to to share that around.
- 54:21And I want people to demand that we get a full hearing on our case. Robert V. Austin is
- 54:27Seth Holehouse: the case right here.
- 54:30Todd Callender: Yeah, think that's it. What's it saying?
- 54:33Seth Holehouse: Robert v. Robert et al. V. Austin et al. Yep.
- 54:39Todd Callender: US Supreme Court.
- 54:43Seth Holehouse: Okay.
- 54:43Todd Callender: So my co counsel Andy Schlafly filed that, thank God for him. I'm not licensed in the Supreme Court yet, but I'll certainly apply. And so he got us on the docket, God love him. Tremendous lawyer, by the way. And so just because we're on the docket now, what happens is the court will decide whether they want to give us a hearing or not, whether they're actually going to hear the case and make a decision, or whether they're going to spit us out.
- 55:07And I want a million people to call up and say, I want you to hear this case, and I want you to rule. I am not a freaking slave. I am not owned. Because they could do that very easily, they could clarify. If you read through molecular pathology versus marigenetic, it's a confusing ruling.
- 55:24And I think it was intended to be such to cloud our knowledge and judgment. And yet, as I cite this throughout my case, right, never once did the Department of Justice say you're wrong. I have alleged this for two and a half years. No one ever said you're wrong. Well, what am I supposed to believe?
- 55:44Right? And now we see that people were actually already honest. So we need the court to clarify and overrule its prior holding, which is current US law. They know you can't own people. No!
- 55:58Think of the ramifications of this. I mean, haven't thought it through all the way, but I've thought a lot about it. Where does it stop? Do they turn us into you know, a fire hydrant? What can they can genetically modify you and anything they want?
- 56:14Seth, you're a moose.
- 56:17Seth Holehouse: I mean, when when thinking about that, where does it stop? I get these ideas. What about Matrix? I mean, you know, back to the whole, this is Documentary. This is where it stops.
- 56:28Like, this is It's no, we're there now. I guess right. Yeah. This is it. It's it's turning humans into harvestable property.
- 56:35And I think that to me, where I come back at this is that that right there, that world that you see in the matrix is a godless world. That's a world that God abandoned. And I've seen so many signs and so many indicators that God is not abandoning our world, and that a lot of people are actually standing up and positioning themselves. They're positioning their souls in the right side of history. And so that's ultimately to me what gives does give me hope is that
- 57:02Todd Callender: Yes.
- 57:03Seth Holehouse: You can see their agenda. It's about fundamentally, it's about Satan destroying God's It is human. Satan destroying our DNA, destroying God's greatest creation. And even though they put that stuff into us and, you know, whether it's through chemtrails or vaccines, my belief is that it's only the surface of what God created with us. It's not in our souls.
- 57:23They didn't they didn't Yes. They didn't genetically modify my soul. It's just this this human body that disappears when I die. Right? So that's that's what we have inside of it.
- 57:32And they will never be able to touch that. And if enough of us stand up,
- 57:37Todd Callender: they're not going be
- 57:38Seth Holehouse: able to withstand it. And we're already seeing that.
- 57:39Todd Callender: That's right.
- 57:40Seth Holehouse: Already seeing that.
- 57:41Todd Callender: We've done it once. We can do it again. Right? I think that was beautifully stated. Seth, I'm really happy to hear you say it that way, that you know, souls are eternal.
- 57:51They very clearly are. And I don't want anybody stealing my relationship with my Creator. Right? And I that's it. And I I'm grateful every day.
- 58:02You know, God built us for this moment in time. And I get to be with you doing this and all the other lovely people in this fight. And imagine the power of us all if we rise up, humanity rises together, put away your division, put away your fear. In fact, that's the best part about a relationship with God. You don't fear anymore.
- 58:21So ask for open the relationship. Hey, God, are you there? I mean, it's really that easy.
- 58:26Seth Holehouse: Yeah, I'll tell what, with with the amount of, pardon me, suffering and darkness, and evil in this world, not that I look, I'm not suicidal, I have a will to live. But considering where what what life is like, when it's my time to go to heaven, I hope I believe I will have a spot reserved there for me when it's time
- 58:50Todd Callender: I'm gonna talk to St. Peter, undoubtedly.
- 58:52Seth Holehouse: I will be I will be so gracious and so looking forward to that day. I mean, but of course, I want to stay here and fight for every last second I'm given here on this earth to fulfill the special that I You're what was. When when the time is up, when the time is up, I go see my brother again and all the people that I mean, who knows how all the people that are there waiting and I'll be ready for it. I'm looking forward to it.
- 59:19Todd Callender: I love that perspective. And I can only think that our time on this planet is the biggest, greatest school ever invented.
