Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #262: Light & Dark Exists in Us All
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to Sea Time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hello.
- 0:06Speaker 3: How's it going great?
- 0:08Speaker 1: Doing well? Doing well?
- 0:13Speaker 3: Doing well? Yeah, I understand.
- 0:16Speaker 4: I don't know how you've been feeling lately, but it
- 0:18Speaker 4: just seems like there's a lot of stuff. There's a
- 0:20Speaker 4: lot of stuff that I feel like I've been unpacking from.
- 0:26Speaker 4: I don't even know if it's from all from this lifetime,
- 0:28Speaker 4: but I feel like there's a lot of unpacking I have.
- 0:30Speaker 3: It's been kind of crazy.
- 0:31Speaker 4: I haven't done any other recordings besides our tea time,
- 0:35Speaker 4: so I haven't been drawn to anything else. I haven't
- 0:38Speaker 4: because I've just been There's so much other stuff that's
- 0:40Speaker 4: been going on within this vessel that I've been exploring
- 0:45Speaker 4: and looking at and experiencing so.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Life, life and recognizing in those moments of life.
- 0:57Speaker 3: How are you feeling.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I've had a lot of irritation lately, so I'm like, Okay,
- 1:07Speaker 1: what's coming up now?
- 1:09Speaker 3: What other layers are coming now? Yeah?
- 1:12Speaker 1: Because it's continuous, right, it's not a one and done.
- 1:16Speaker 1: It's a healing process takes If you figure just in
- 1:20Speaker 1: this lifetime how many experiences we've had, and then you
- 1:23Speaker 1: think about generational and then you think about past live.
- 1:27Speaker 1: So it was like, we don't even know how many
- 1:30Speaker 1: layers of stuff is there. But the having listen to
- 1:38Speaker 1: Alex Ferrari on his Next Level Soul, the validation of
- 1:43Speaker 1: when we're healing now, we're healing multiple generations, we're healing
- 1:48Speaker 1: multiple lifetimes, we're shifting that energy. And it's just again
- 1:53Speaker 1: a reminder because I need them just as much as
- 1:56Speaker 1: anybody else that keep going, Fox, keep moving, don't stop,
- 2:02Speaker 1: don't get stuck in it. Recognize what what you're learning,
- 2:07Speaker 1: what I'm learning from it about myself, about the dynamics
- 2:12Speaker 1: of just humans as we interact, because to me, that's
- 2:15Speaker 1: so fascinating and man that it's so worth it because
- 2:23Speaker 1: I can speak for both of us that had we
- 2:26Speaker 1: not chosen the path we did to bring us here
- 2:30Speaker 1: together today on this on this recording, that if we
- 2:34Speaker 1: hadn't chosen something different, what what would have our lives
- 2:39Speaker 1: been like?
- 2:40Speaker 2: Right?
- 2:40Speaker 1: And and so being so blessed and and emotional being
- 2:46Speaker 1: so blessed.
- 2:47Speaker 2: And where I am today, and it's it's there's been
- 2:53Speaker 2: some things that you've gone through that you've talked about
- 2:55Speaker 2: before about you know, appreciating every single detail and something
- 2:59Speaker 2: that's kind of come forward to me.
- 3:00Speaker 4: This is my perspective, and from my perspective, everything is
- 3:05Speaker 4: made of God, everything is, everything does not exist without God.
- 3:09Speaker 4: So that in my mind, in my experience, I believe
- 3:13Speaker 4: everything is God. So with that being said, we've got
- 3:16Speaker 4: people that are saying, you have to watch out for
- 3:18Speaker 4: your plastics. You got to watch out for the aluminum,
- 3:20Speaker 4: You got to watch but.
- 3:21Speaker 3: This is all these are all products of God. Do
- 3:24Speaker 3: you understand? Do you know what I'm saying?
- 3:26Speaker 4: So the way that I hear it lately, as I've
- 3:28Speaker 4: been looking at things and it's like, it's not I
- 3:30Speaker 4: don't have to be I don't have to agree with
- 3:33Speaker 4: everything that everybody else says. And that's that's what we all.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Don't have to agree with what everybody else, but we
- 3:38Speaker 4: go with what we resonate with. And I resonate with
- 3:42Speaker 4: last night when I'm when I'm washing the dishes or whatever,
- 3:44Speaker 4: and when I'm looking at this this container that we
- 3:47Speaker 4: might have cooked some food and then it might have aluminum.
- 3:49Speaker 4: I'm appreciating this because this is another form of God
- 3:52Speaker 4: in my hands.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Right now.
- 3:53Speaker 4: I'm appreciating this plastic because the plastic we didn't just
- 3:56Speaker 4: create the plastic.
- 3:57Speaker 3: The plastic is part of God.
- 3:59Speaker 4: And it's like we get so caught up and keeping
- 4:01Speaker 4: things out of frequency of where it's at because they
- 4:04Speaker 4: said this is a low vibrational that they say polyesters
- 4:07Speaker 4: low vibrational. Well, then the question that I would ask
- 4:11Speaker 4: myself my team, how do I raise that vibration? And
- 4:15Speaker 4: to me, like blessing it is that is that simple
- 4:17Speaker 4: of a vibration. It's holding on to it with your
- 4:20Speaker 4: hands and being so appreciative because you're raising that vibration.
- 4:24Speaker 4: It's appreciating everything, and it even goes into the relationships, which.
- 4:27Speaker 3: You've also talked about. We've talked about.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Appreciating finding all the things to appreciate it about the person.
- 4:32Speaker 4: It's easy for us to find things that flaws or
- 4:35Speaker 4: things we find as a problem because we've been looking
- 4:37Speaker 4: at ourselves. When we find our own limits, I guess
- 4:41Speaker 4: what might might have been perceived as limits. But there's
- 4:44Speaker 4: like all these things and that's such we're in. We're
- 4:46Speaker 4: in such a growth time right now that to me,
- 4:49Speaker 4: when we say that these things are bad for you,
- 4:51Speaker 4: we're almost creating the same stuff that we've always done.
- 4:54Speaker 4: We've learned from that we've always done. It's fear. It's
- 4:57Speaker 4: fear of you're gonna you're gonna have the wrong foods.
- 4:59Speaker 4: And now I heard all over the spiritual community too,
- 5:02Speaker 4: and and I just don't feel like that resonates.
- 5:05Speaker 3: That doesn't it doesn't fit with.
- 5:08Speaker 4: What It's either either God is part of everything, or
- 5:11Speaker 4: he isn't, or she isn't or it isn't or whatever.
- 5:15Speaker 3: It can't be one or the other for me.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Now it could be that way, it could be different
- 5:20Speaker 4: for somebody else, But from from my perspective the universe,
- 5:23Speaker 4: we're all part of the universe where everything was made.
- 5:26Speaker 3: From like one thing, from one energy.
- 5:31Speaker 4: It was all created. And it's like to me that
- 5:34Speaker 4: that doesn't make any of that stuff bad. It it's
- 5:35Speaker 4: like saying the light and the dark, right, the dark's bad. Well,
- 5:38Speaker 4: the dark's not bad because guess what, we've got light
- 5:40Speaker 4: and dark in both of us. When we close our
- 5:42Speaker 4: eyes we see dark.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Is that bad?
- 5:44Speaker 4: No, it's not bad, it's possibility. So it's like to me,
- 5:50Speaker 4: it's like it's just a different perspective on things that
- 5:52Speaker 4: I've been noticing lately. And it's and it's just been
- 5:54Speaker 4: recently where like I'm really sitting there, I'm appreciating the
- 5:57Speaker 4: animal that might be on my plate. I'm appreciating the
- 5:59Speaker 4: earth doing the things that it did to get that deer.
- 6:02Speaker 4: And I might start to saying, just like you, you
- 6:04Speaker 4: brought the pen. I might start being like, well, I
- 6:06Speaker 4: like the purple. I really was really drawn to the
- 6:08Speaker 4: purple part of the pen. And then it's like, but
- 6:10Speaker 4: I liked the purple ink, and I said, I like
- 6:11Speaker 4: it when it makes a click sound, and I like
- 6:13Speaker 4: to I like.
- 6:14Speaker 3: That it just flows so smoothly.
- 6:16Speaker 4: And then I start appreciating everybody all the way down
- 6:19Speaker 4: to the earth because it didn't just mat It just
- 6:22Speaker 4: didn't come out of the clear blue out it, you know,
- 6:25Speaker 4: just just showed up here. I mean it could, but
- 6:28Speaker 4: it didn't. It was manufactured. It was creative. If I
- 6:30Speaker 4: have my glasses, one could probably tell you who made it.
- 6:32Speaker 3: But it's like, you know those things.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Even thinking that I need glasses, my glasses disappear most
- 6:38Speaker 4: of the time to me. If I was a look
- 6:40Speaker 4: at that from an energetic standpoint, it's letting me know
- 6:43Speaker 4: I don't.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Need the glasses, but I think that I need the glasses.
- 6:46Speaker 4: So I became dependent on something outside of myself, So
- 6:50Speaker 4: I say things and sometimes it's going to contradict itself
- 6:53Speaker 4: because it's I'm in a duality just like everybody else's.
- 6:56Speaker 4: We're on this three D three D five D. We're
- 6:58Speaker 4: in this whole environment that things are you know, can be,
- 7:02Speaker 4: can feel like they're stable but really aren't.
- 7:04Speaker 3: There are fixed, but they really aren't. So it's like
- 7:07Speaker 3: there's there's.
- 7:07Speaker 4: All these things that I've kind of been experiencing lately,
- 7:10Speaker 4: and it's just really helping me look at things differently,
- 7:13Speaker 4: helping me too, just to be in that appreciation because
- 7:15Speaker 4: it's because that's what it feels good.
- 7:18Speaker 3: It feels good to be an appreciation.
- 7:20Speaker 4: It feels good to look at people and find all
- 7:22Speaker 4: the positives in them instead of looking at them and
- 7:25Speaker 4: finding something that you know that's wrong, that we perceived
- 7:28Speaker 4: is wrong, and our.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Palette that we might have are are I can't even
- 7:36Speaker 3: think of the right words right now. The learnings that
- 7:39Speaker 3: we have learned.
- 7:41Speaker 4: I've only been someone else's is who told us that
- 7:44Speaker 4: something was bad or good since we've been here, And
- 7:47Speaker 4: it's like everything that we've been told is bad or
- 7:49Speaker 4: good is not all bad or good, And so it's
- 7:52Speaker 4: like it's just going through this experience and really feeling things.
- 7:55Speaker 4: It's really being with the emotions. It's really like you
- 7:58Speaker 4: were just feeling a second ago, that that emotion come forward.
- 8:01Speaker 4: I'm thankful that you have those moments. I'm thankful that
- 8:04Speaker 4: I have those moments because it gives you gave me
- 8:06Speaker 4: permission to be able to express myself and have my emotions,
- 8:10Speaker 4: you know what I mean. And it's like you evolve
- 8:13Speaker 4: yourself when you don't try to restrict yourself and hold
- 8:16Speaker 4: something back. As soon as you try to hold that back,
- 8:18Speaker 4: the only the only thing that other person may feel
- 8:20Speaker 4: is restriction or something's not quite right, someone's holding something back,
- 8:25Speaker 4: and then then we can go where we want to
- 8:27Speaker 4: from our template, right our template. That's what I was
- 8:29Speaker 4: trying to say earlier. So it's just fascinating that all
- 8:32Speaker 4: these things, it's not a big deal.
- 8:35Speaker 3: We're on the right path.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Everything's going great, and it's really like it's great to
- 8:40Speaker 4: hear people's experiences and the things they say, but it's
- 8:43Speaker 4: to go back inside and look at that information or
- 8:47Speaker 4: see how it resonates with you and talk to your team,
- 8:49Speaker 4: because the most important thing that we can do is
- 8:52Speaker 4: go back into self is to go back into that
- 8:55Speaker 4: that meeting with self and celebrating that your soul is
- 9:00Speaker 4: so not limited to maybe Beverly or to Amy, or
- 9:05Speaker 4: to whoever whatever name you've been given you chose.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Well, I want to go.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I want to just highlight what you're talking about, because
- 9:15Speaker 1: if we think about it, we make this determination that
- 9:18Speaker 1: something's right and something's wrong. Well, everything was created from thought,
- 9:23Speaker 1: So somebody who had the thought where I might think
- 9:25Speaker 1: it's wrong to them, it seems like the doable solution
- 9:29Speaker 1: or the feasible path. You go from torture chambers to
- 9:35Speaker 1: adult toys to a pencil, like everything everything was created
- 9:41Speaker 1: from a thought that it needed. This creation needed to
- 9:45Speaker 1: fill a purpose. And it's the solution oriented mindset. Right,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I have this thing, this issue, and I need a solution.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Will a solution comes good? A different doesn't matter.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Where did that thought?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Where did that idea come from? We still asked those questions,
- 10:07Speaker 1: where did that idea come from? Who who decided how
- 10:12Speaker 1: to make a pencil? Or or somebody needed a mouse
- 10:16Speaker 1: right for your not a not a squeaky mouse, a
- 10:19Speaker 1: mouse for your computer and a cell phone Like everything
- 10:23Speaker 1: you see around me came from a thought. But was
- 10:27Speaker 1: it my thought? Was your thought? Was it everybody's thought?
- 10:33Speaker 1: Was it millions of people thinking the same thing? Man,
- 10:35Speaker 1: I wish I had some kind of device to move
- 10:38Speaker 1: that cursor around on my laptop or my computer. Everything
- 10:43Speaker 1: came from a thought. And whether you think, whether you
- 10:48Speaker 1: identify it as right or wrong, that's your perception. But
- 10:55Speaker 1: keeping in mind that that thing or that solution came
- 10:58Speaker 1: from somebody's idea of needing something to fix something, whatever
- 11:04Speaker 1: it was, And then it is our perception that is
- 11:09Speaker 1: right or wrong. But then I love that you said
- 11:11Speaker 1: each of us has light and dark within us. That's
- 11:14Speaker 1: the union and the ing, and and you you get
- 11:19Speaker 1: to decide. You get I get to decide, You get
- 11:23Speaker 1: to decide. Whoever's listening, they get to decide which side
- 11:28Speaker 1: are you going to be on? In the moment, I
- 11:32Speaker 1: could sit here in this room. I could be in
- 11:34Speaker 1: light or I can be in darkness, meaning I could
- 11:37Speaker 1: be in feeling joy, or I could be feeling anger, hopelessness, despair, excitement, exhilaration.
- 11:45Speaker 1: I could be in any either one of those spaces
- 11:48Speaker 1: right now with me, with my life, with with my
- 11:52Speaker 1: life choices, with my history, but I'm not choosing that
- 11:56Speaker 1: right now. I'm choosing to be light, lighter and blessed
- 12:02Speaker 1: that you and I get to have these conversations and
- 12:04Speaker 1: that people are going to somebody's going to listen to it.
- 12:10Speaker 1: So when typically when we get what I call triggered,
- 12:18Speaker 1: those those heavy emotions that we get triggered with, so
- 12:21Speaker 1: again typically anger, frustration, irritation, those things where we get
- 12:26Speaker 1: into that reactive mode, then to me, that's more of
- 12:30Speaker 1: a darker side of me coming forward, and that's very reactive,
- 12:35Speaker 1: it's very masculine, it's very survival type. My lightness says,
- 12:43Speaker 1: let's look at this, let's look at why is this trigger?
- 12:46Speaker 1: I mean, let's look at how can I handle this
- 12:49Speaker 1: in the best way possible in this moment, or how
- 12:52Speaker 1: could I've handled that differently where it would have been
- 12:55Speaker 1: a better outcome. That's my feminine side, my lighter side.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So where are you going to be in the moment?
- 13:05Speaker 1: And keeping in mind that typically when we get into
- 13:09Speaker 1: those reactive modes, defensive modes, or darkness, it's because of
- 13:14Speaker 1: our history, it's because of what we're hanging on to,
- 13:17Speaker 1: is because of what we've stored inside our body and
- 13:20Speaker 1: our subconscious programming that's getting triggered and we just react
- 13:26Speaker 1: in a very quick responsive way. And it takes when
- 13:32Speaker 1: you're in that type of space for so long, like years,
- 13:35Speaker 1: we've been in spaces for years just within ourselves that
- 13:40Speaker 1: it takes a lot of practice to bring to or
- 13:44Speaker 1: to allow the light to shine brighter than the darkness,
- 13:48Speaker 1: and even just a little light, there's no darkness. So
- 13:53Speaker 1: I love that you brought that up in the terms
- 13:55Speaker 1: that you did, because it makes me think when you
- 13:58Speaker 1: say things I'm sure works both ways, that it makes
- 14:01Speaker 1: us think in different ways or bigger ways, I don't know.
- 14:06Speaker 1: It just opens us up to other perspectives of a
- 14:14Speaker 1: what is the word I'm looking for analogies. Different analogies
- 14:18Speaker 1: creates different thought processes of how we see things or
- 14:21Speaker 1: think about things. So thanks for bringing that up.
- 14:25Speaker 3: You're welcome. Thank you Spirit. And that's who did that
- 14:29Speaker 3: come from? Was it better or was it now?
- 14:33Speaker 4: Because I feel like spirit polls from our experiences and
- 14:36Speaker 4: stuff and it makes it relevant to the other person
- 14:38Speaker 4: so that there is an understanding. It's not saying that
- 14:43Speaker 4: my understanding is always on par with things, you know,
- 14:46Speaker 4: It's really not, because then I only have my experiences,
- 14:49Speaker 4: and that's why I am so open to listening to
- 14:52Speaker 4: other things. I haven't always been, but I am open
- 14:54Speaker 4: now because it's like my ways of doing things haven't
- 14:58Speaker 4: always gotten me to where I want to go to,
- 15:00Speaker 4: and so I can continue doing the same things, which
- 15:02Speaker 4: is what they say is maddening. But it is maddening
- 15:05Speaker 4: to do the same thing over and over and over
- 15:07Speaker 4: again expecting something else to change from it. And it's
- 15:11Speaker 4: like the change comes from within, It comes from listening
- 15:13Speaker 4: to the voices and stuff. It comes from, you know,
- 15:17Speaker 4: getting messages to share with somebody else, and it's all
- 15:20Speaker 4: more on a personal level than anything else. And it's
- 15:22Speaker 4: like it's not being afraid to just be ourselves, show
- 15:26Speaker 4: up and be our true authentic selves, which is like
- 15:28Speaker 4: I said earlier, it's like being able to share that emotion.
- 15:31Speaker 3: It's a gift.
- 15:33Speaker 4: It's a gift because not I have not always been
- 15:35Speaker 4: able to do that in my lifetime, because my gosh,
- 15:38Speaker 4: that would have shown that I was vulnerable, and then
- 15:40Speaker 4: you might be able to hold something over me, or
- 15:42Speaker 4: you might be able to take something away from me
- 15:44Speaker 4: or embarrass me because I said, I spoke up and
- 15:46Speaker 4: maybe I was wrong, And now it's like I don't
- 15:48Speaker 4: care whether I'm wrong. I just know because it doesn't
- 15:51Speaker 4: matter anymore. I got to that point too with the
- 15:54Speaker 4: kids too. It's like it doesn't matter. I don't have
- 15:57Speaker 4: to be right. Even if I'm right, I don't have
- 15:59Speaker 4: to be right. I don't have to be right. What
- 16:01Speaker 4: is me forcing the opinion on?
- 16:04Speaker 3: No? You said this and I said this? What was
- 16:07Speaker 3: the reason for all that?
- 16:08Speaker 4: We get caught up in some of that stuff and
- 16:10Speaker 4: we lose out on moments on moments of just kind
- 16:14Speaker 4: of stepping aside and allowing that other person to have
- 16:16Speaker 4: their growth right now, or recognizing it's offering a trigger
- 16:20Speaker 4: for you.
- 16:20Speaker 3: So that trigger being offered up is such.
- 16:22Speaker 4: An opportunity for us to be like, because I got
- 16:25Speaker 4: tired of being the way that I was, So now
- 16:27Speaker 4: I've got an opportunity. Someone just gave me some other
- 16:29Speaker 4: way of trying something, and now I can formulate my
- 16:32Speaker 4: own plan, or I can try it and then make
- 16:35Speaker 4: it my own by doing different things. So it's like
- 16:38Speaker 4: we forget about we forget to ask for help. And
- 16:41Speaker 4: it's really that comes for a lot from our team,
- 16:44Speaker 4: that really just does come from our team, and it's
- 16:46Speaker 4: asking the questions and stuff, and I understand where you're
- 16:48Speaker 4: coming from as far as like frustrations and stuff, because
- 16:51Speaker 4: it's been well, someone said recently, it's been like a
- 16:53Speaker 4: roller coaster. I'm like, yeah, it really has. It's been
- 16:56Speaker 4: some great times, but it's been some tumultuous times. It
- 17:01Speaker 4: makes you question things and it reminds us that we're
- 17:04Speaker 4: here and we're having the human experience, and it's like
- 17:08Speaker 4: it's okay, it's okay, it is okay. Yeah, we just
- 17:14Speaker 4: got to be easier for ourselves. And we think someone
- 17:16Speaker 4: else is doing something wrong that's only been by what
- 17:20Speaker 4: we were told it.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Was right and wrong.
- 17:22Speaker 4: And so it's really looking at things because each person
- 17:25Speaker 4: has a perspective. You know, people have open relationships, other
- 17:28Speaker 4: people don't have open relationships.
- 17:30Speaker 3: There's all this kind of stuff.
- 17:31Speaker 4: And for me, I know that I just don't vibrate
- 17:33Speaker 4: that I vibrate with a closed relationship. I have close
- 17:38Speaker 4: relationships with people, but my relationship my romantic partner, that's
- 17:43Speaker 4: a different relationship.
- 17:44Speaker 3: And it's like one is enough for me.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Too, It's too much and it's like there's too much
- 17:54Speaker 4: energy for me going to But that's my experience and
- 17:57Speaker 4: so now I'm I'm gravitating to what my experiences are
- 18:01Speaker 4: versus what I've been told that.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Is right and wrong. So I'm kind of like looking
- 18:05Speaker 3: at things. Is that really wrong? Is that really right?
- 18:06Speaker 3: Is that my perspective? You know what I mean?
- 18:09Speaker 4: So it's just it's really just being open and I
- 18:12Speaker 4: really am open to all this information that's coming through lately.
- 18:17Speaker 3: So it's just been it's been blessing.
- 18:20Speaker 1: That goes back to even like you're saying open relationships
- 18:24Speaker 1: to me, I wouldn't do well with that, and uh,
- 18:29Speaker 1: and it's not for me to judge other people who
- 18:31Speaker 1: do it. If it works for them, great, if that's
- 18:33Speaker 1: where they need to be with their relationships, intimate relationships specifically,
- 18:39Speaker 1: then so be it. I'm not that's their deal. Where
- 18:45Speaker 1: did that idea come from that it's okay to have
- 18:48Speaker 1: more than one partner, more than one romantic relationship. Where
- 18:52Speaker 1: did that come from? It was an idea that was planted,
- 18:56Speaker 1: somebody ran with it, probably many many people ran with it.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I'm sure different because this world is so big. That
- 19:02Speaker 1: so big but so small that there were probably people
- 19:07Speaker 1: in multiple countries who we are doing this. Yeah, but
- 19:13Speaker 1: where did that come from? Where did where?
- 19:16Speaker 2: Right?
- 19:16Speaker 1: I just keep coming back to the idea, like, where
- 19:18Speaker 1: did that idea come from? And then when one person
- 19:26Speaker 1: provides this idea that's come to fruition, then other people
- 19:32Speaker 1: who feel comfortable with it no matter what it is,
- 19:37Speaker 1: they embrace it and they run with it. And it
- 19:40Speaker 1: doesn't matter if it seems like it's on the light
- 19:43Speaker 1: side or the dark side, if it feels good to
- 19:47Speaker 1: them in the moment, no matter what category we put
- 19:51Speaker 1: it in, they're going to do it. And it's similar
- 19:57Speaker 1: with organizations. There's organizations that seem very dark and there
- 20:02Speaker 1: are organizations that seem very light. Where do you feel
- 20:06Speaker 1: accepted and loved by?
- 20:07Speaker 3: What people?
- 20:08Speaker 1: Do you feel accepted and loved by? Those are the
- 20:10Speaker 1: people you're going to be gravitating toward. Even if to
- 20:15Speaker 1: me it seems like a dark organization or dark people
- 20:19Speaker 1: meaning ah, people who have way different belief systems than
- 20:23Speaker 1: I do, are very negative or I think it'd be
- 20:29Speaker 1: attracted to the lighter side where they feel that a
- 20:32Speaker 1: love and a different the lighter light, not out of
- 20:39Speaker 1: so so the heaviness, the dark, dark and uh energy,
- 20:45Speaker 1: I'm going to call it. Where there's guilt and it's
- 20:49Speaker 1: fear based and you know, manipulation, but they draw you
- 20:56Speaker 1: in through feeling loved and accepted through understanding, and once
- 21:01Speaker 1: they get you in there, now they're going to control you.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That's to me as a darker side of so a
- 21:06Speaker 1: cult maybe like a cult cult to do that. And
- 21:11Speaker 1: then there's there's people who are just genuinely loving and
- 21:14Speaker 1: accepting with where you're at, and they encourage you to
- 21:18Speaker 1: move forward and they guide a path for you.
- 21:22Speaker 3: They give you resources.
- 21:23Speaker 1: It's just a different type of love.
- 21:25Speaker 3: But there's there's.
- 21:28Speaker 1: The idea of seeing you move forward in your life
- 21:31Speaker 1: and move toward joy and fun. So it's two different
- 21:35Speaker 1: to two different energies, both providing a love and acceptance
- 21:40Speaker 1: in a different way. But it's going to be a
- 21:43Speaker 1: matter of what do you what do you gravitate toward?
- 21:45Speaker 3: What type of people?
- 21:47Speaker 1: And that's that works until it doesn't and then and
- 21:56Speaker 1: then you find the next you just like this doesn't
- 21:59Speaker 1: feel good anymore, This heaviness, this darkness doesn't feel good anymore.
- 22:03Speaker 1: The manipulation, the anger, the first doesn't feel good anymore.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I want something where I actually feel good right, And
- 22:11Speaker 1: that that idea of feeling good with those heavier dark.
- 22:22Speaker 1: I don't know what other words to use right now,
- 22:24Speaker 1: but just to identify the different groups. When you feel
- 22:29Speaker 1: like you're being abused and all that, you just you
- 22:31Speaker 1: can only take so much and you need to get out,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and then you're what is now? The idea comes? Is
- 22:39Speaker 1: there something lighter? Is there something where I don't have
- 22:42Speaker 1: to feel like I have to do for somebody for
- 22:45Speaker 1: them to do for Is there something out right? We
- 22:47Speaker 1: start having ideas, we've thought questions, and then the people
- 22:52Speaker 1: will start showing up or the resources will start showing
- 22:54Speaker 1: up to guide you in a different direction. So just
- 22:59Speaker 1: to suck coming back to everything comes from an idea
- 23:02Speaker 1: or a thought or question being very intentional too about
- 23:09Speaker 1: what we're thinking about for for the guidance to come,
- 23:14Speaker 1: as we've talked about many times.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it's really interesting. Like we get we get on
- 23:24Speaker 1: these conversations and my head just starts spinning. I'm like,
- 23:27Speaker 1: oh my gosh, I never thought about it that way.
- 23:30Speaker 1: It's just opened up to a whole new perspective.
- 23:32Speaker 3: So and I love it. I love it. I like
- 23:36Speaker 3: the new perspective.
- 23:36Speaker 4: It's because I can just tell you my old perspectives
- 23:39Speaker 4: don't work. I got a video for my stepdad yesterday.
- 23:44Speaker 4: It was it was like yesterday and it showed a
- 23:47Speaker 4: video and I saw Jim and it and I was like, oh,
- 23:49Speaker 4: that was awesome. And at the end of the video,
- 23:51Speaker 4: I've got my middle finger up and I'm flipping them
- 23:53Speaker 4: off in the camera.
- 23:54Speaker 3: That was in the video.
- 23:55Speaker 4: But it reminded me, first of all, I'm not even
- 23:58Speaker 4: that person anymore. Not that I not playful like that,
- 24:01Speaker 4: because I mess around with the kids like that all
- 24:02Speaker 4: the time. TikTok has like a lot of things like, hey,
- 24:05Speaker 4: my best friend said, this is bury and they're not.
- 24:06Speaker 4: I was shuffling around looking for something and they find
- 24:08Speaker 4: the middle finger and then they bring it up. And
- 24:10Speaker 4: so we joke around about that because ever since Colton
- 24:13Speaker 4: was a little baby, and Brand's like.
- 24:15Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, look at he's got a cute little pocket.
- 24:17Speaker 4: And Brand's like yeah, and she stuck her finger in
- 24:19Speaker 4: her pocket and pulled out a middle finger. But the
- 24:22Speaker 4: joke was my mom would always put my dad had
- 24:25Speaker 4: didn't know, And I understand this now.
- 24:28Speaker 3: I just understood it. Today.
- 24:30Speaker 4: There was a picture of my mom that my dad
- 24:32Speaker 4: found and we all laughed about it because my mom
- 24:35Speaker 4: had her thumb sooke through her belt loops and her
- 24:38Speaker 4: middle fingers were like hanging down. We're in the picture
- 24:41Speaker 4: because he would have her, you know, get up and
- 24:43Speaker 4: get pictures. And it's like he never saw that. Now,
- 24:46Speaker 4: after she passed, she transitioned, I call it transitioning. When
- 24:51Speaker 4: she left her physical body, he kept looking for a
- 24:54Speaker 4: note from her, messages from her, and it's like the
- 24:58Speaker 4: messages were every whe where. The messages were in the
- 25:01Speaker 4: words that she said before she transitioned, like I don't
- 25:04Speaker 4: care what you do with my ashes.
- 25:05Speaker 3: I'm going to be traveling the world. You can do
- 25:07Speaker 3: whatever you want with them. I don't care.
- 25:11Speaker 4: To her flipping off leaving messages like that, like that
- 25:15Speaker 4: he didn't even catch, but he's catching the message. Now,
- 25:17Speaker 4: those are the messages. You know, a lot of times
- 25:19Speaker 4: we get hung up on those things that we've got
- 25:21Speaker 4: to hear it a certain way, and that's controlling things
- 25:25Speaker 4: and then recognizing it comes from so many different relate
- 25:29Speaker 4: ways that it can come forward. There's it's limitless, really,
- 25:34Speaker 4: but it's being open and seeing all this stuff and
- 25:35Speaker 4: knowing it's a message.
- 25:37Speaker 3: Just like we lean on our messages.
- 25:39Speaker 4: We get messages from numbers and words and angels and
- 25:43Speaker 4: you know all this different stuff like that the messages
- 25:46Speaker 4: are still coming in through our loved ones even after
- 25:48Speaker 4: they passed in ways, like just like simply as slipping
- 25:52Speaker 4: them off.
- 25:52Speaker 3: It was just the lighthearted behavior.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Like I don't feel like doing this right now, but
- 25:56Speaker 4: I'll go ahead and do it for you anyways.
- 25:58Speaker 3: And it's just it's just the fun stuff afterwards.
- 26:01Speaker 4: But it's like it's also helps me recognize that I'm
- 26:04Speaker 4: not even that same person anymore. So there is a
- 26:06Speaker 4: gauge there because I'm not that same person anymore. I
- 26:11Speaker 4: feel that it feels foreign to me. It feels if
- 26:14Speaker 4: it doesn't fit into all this new knowledge, Like we
- 26:18Speaker 4: just had this whole conversation when we've gained all this information.
- 26:21Speaker 3: And we've we've shifted and we've.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Picked up more information because we're constantly expanding that once
- 26:26Speaker 4: we've expanded, there's no going back.
- 26:28Speaker 3: You can't shrink us back down.
- 26:29Speaker 4: We can shrink back down a little bit, but never
- 26:31Speaker 4: backed down to where we were before we got to
- 26:33Speaker 4: this point. I can't shrink myself down anymore to be
- 26:36Speaker 4: the people pleaser and to fit in for everybody, you know,
- 26:40Speaker 4: just to make everybody else feel comfortable. I just can't
- 26:43Speaker 4: do it, and I certainly don't want anybody else to
- 26:45Speaker 4: do it for me either, because it's you know, if
- 26:47Speaker 4: if that's just uncomfortable, it just't it doesn't feel good,
- 26:50Speaker 4: it's not it's not lighthearted, and it's not guided.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Yeah, And so your idea is, I want to I
- 26:58Speaker 1: want to feel light hearted. I want to feel a
- 27:02Speaker 1: sensation of ease and peace and enjoy peace. Right, So
- 27:08Speaker 1: your idea of where you want to be within yourself
- 27:11Speaker 1: and in your life is way different than what your
- 27:17Speaker 1: idea was of life back in the day, right, twenty
- 27:21Speaker 1: thirty years ago?
- 27:22Speaker 4: Right, not even the same not even the same person,
- 27:25Speaker 4: and not even the same person. Just like you said,
- 27:28Speaker 4: it's been kind of, you know, kind of been a
- 27:30Speaker 4: little bit up and down or a little bit crazy.
- 27:32Speaker 4: It wasn't exact words, but and it's like, and we've
- 27:35Speaker 4: grown through so much of that just by having those experiences,
- 27:38Speaker 4: we've grown so much. So we will never be that
- 27:42Speaker 4: same person. I will never be that same person from
- 27:44Speaker 4: five years ago. That's just that's not me anymore.
- 27:47Speaker 3: It's just not me. There's parts of me I'll still
- 27:49Speaker 3: find humor and stuff of that stuff. But the first
- 27:51Speaker 3: thing I said.
- 27:52Speaker 4: Was, oh, Jim and I just put you know, the
- 27:54Speaker 4: little smiley face with the hearts and her.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Eyes or his eyes, because that to me, those like
- 28:00Speaker 3: big moments. Those are moments that.
- 28:03Speaker 4: During the timeframe I would have been caught up for
- 28:05Speaker 4: my own stuff, my own ego, my own whatever, who
- 28:07Speaker 4: knows what it was caught up in stuff. And it's
- 28:09Speaker 4: like I wasn't in I wasn't catching the moments or
- 28:12Speaker 4: enjoying the moments the way that I have. But if
- 28:14Speaker 4: it wasn't for my grandkids, I probably wouldn't have learned that.
- 28:16Speaker 4: I wouldn't have learned to be more in the now.
- 28:18Speaker 4: We've talked about being in the now a lot, but
- 28:20Speaker 4: it's like I wasn't in that space. I wasn't in
- 28:22Speaker 4: that space to do those kind of things. And so
- 28:24Speaker 4: now that I am, I'm there and I'm more than
- 28:27Speaker 4: happy to share the information with anybody, even my grandkids,
- 28:32Speaker 4: even when they're having their moments and yeah, and it's okay.
- 28:36Speaker 3: It's knowing that they have a right to have those
- 28:37Speaker 3: moments too.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Yeah, awesome. Well, friends, take some time, maybe get a
- 28:46Speaker 1: pen and paper in journal at what what is your ideas?
- 28:49Speaker 1: What are your ideas of life? What are your ideas
- 28:52Speaker 1: of what you would like to expect? And just kind
- 28:57Speaker 1: of contemplate it and get into it and give more
- 29:00Speaker 1: attention to it, because because whatever your ideas are, they
- 29:05Speaker 1: are your part are parts of your manifestation, and so
- 29:09Speaker 1: whatever your ideas are, they come to fruition. And sometimes
- 29:13Speaker 1: those things come to fruition and we're like, what in
- 29:15Speaker 1: the hell why am I having this experience or why
- 29:18Speaker 1: is this happening? Or why did that show up for me?
- 29:20Speaker 1: And well, you had the idea, you had the thought,
- 29:25Speaker 1: and it came. And so be very intentional about what
- 29:31Speaker 1: where you're giving your attention so that we're more we
- 29:37Speaker 1: have clearer intentions of what we want to bring into
- 29:40Speaker 1: our life. And if if, if you would like to
- 29:43Speaker 1: be more on the lighter side, more on the loving path,
- 29:46Speaker 1: then what does that look like?
- 29:48Speaker 3: What is your idea of that?
- 29:50Speaker 1: And then maybe define it even more, look use the
- 29:54Speaker 1: people around you as indicators as examples, and then make
- 30:02Speaker 1: note of that and put that into your idea or
- 30:05Speaker 1: your thoughts and so and make that your or your focus.
- 30:09Speaker 1: So with that, we had a great conversation. I was
- 30:13Speaker 1: very excited about it. I always get energized when we
- 30:17Speaker 1: come and sometimes sometimes I kind of drag myself in
- 30:21Speaker 1: to do these conversations. But once we get started, and man,
- 30:26Speaker 1: it just opens me up and it starts me thinking,
- 30:28Speaker 1: and then it gives me a whole whole nother path
- 30:31Speaker 1: to go down as far as my thoughts and ideas,
- 30:34Speaker 1: and so I really enjoy that. So I appreciate Bev
- 30:37Speaker 1: for being here with us and having these conversations. Do
- 30:41Speaker 1: you have any final words before we wrap this up?
- 30:44Speaker 4: Well, first of all, I would say, I appreciate you, so,
- 30:46Speaker 4: thank you very much. And what else I would say
- 30:49Speaker 4: is live intentionally. Yeah, live intentionally every moment.
- 30:54Speaker 3: It's going to change your life.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Yeah awesome. All right, Friends, be courageous these conversations with
- 31:01Speaker 1: your friends, family, co workers, people in the grocery line.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I was, I always refer to the grocery store. I
- 31:06Speaker 1: don't know why, but I always go to the grocery store.
- 31:11Speaker 3: So share.
