- 0:38Speaker 3: Go to his website, BillOReilly.com. Bill O'Reilly, how are you doing?
- 0:44Speaker 4: You know, I'm trying to digest the Cato report that
- 0:48Speaker 4: says Kathy Ogle is the worst governor in the country.
- 0:52Speaker 3: It's quite an honor.
- 0:52Speaker 4: Yeah. I think anybody could top Pritzker in Illinois, but apparently,
- 0:59Speaker 4: according to Cato, Ms. Vogel does. But it doesn't mean anything,
- 1:04Speaker 4: of course, because the voters are casting their ballots with emotion,
- 1:09Speaker 4: not in a rational way. But it is pretty chilling
- 1:15Speaker 4: that we're the highest state in the union as far
- 1:18Speaker 4: as taxes are concerned. And now, This agency, which is
- 1:22Speaker 4: not a conservative, it's a libertarian agency, Cato, says, look,
- 1:27Speaker 4: nothing works in New York, and the governor sits there,
- 1:30Speaker 4: and things get worse and worse and worse, so she
- 1:33Speaker 4: is the worst out of the 50.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Wow. Yeah, so she's been declared worst governor in America.
- 1:40Speaker 3: This will be the least covered story in New York,
- 1:43Speaker 3: of course, by the media.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Right. Although the Blakeman people should run... you know, a
- 1:51Speaker 4: spot or two on this. Um, however, I think people's
- 1:58Speaker 4: minds are made up at this point, you know, it's
- 2:00Speaker 4: a week away and I don't know if there's too
- 2:03Speaker 4: many undecided people, uh, floating around in New York right now. Yeah.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Um, hey, Obama on the campaign trail getting into quite
- 2:13Speaker 3: a verbal battle with Donald Trump is Obama effective on
- 2:17Speaker 3: the campaign trail.
- 2:20Speaker 4: African-Americans like him. He can pull boats out in Michigan
- 2:27Speaker 4: for Al-Said. The thing about Barack Obama is his evolution.
- 2:33Speaker 4: And I've covered you guys in the very beginning when
- 2:35Speaker 4: I had that kind of brawl with his body man
- 2:37Speaker 4: up in New Hampshire. I don't know if you remember that.
- 2:41Speaker 4: But it is in my book, Confronting America. The guy
- 2:45Speaker 4: tried to block us from shooting it. Then Senator Obama
- 2:49Speaker 4: was up for a rally. This is a big guy,
- 2:51Speaker 4: and he kept moving in front of my cameraman. I
- 2:54Speaker 4: politely at first told him, you know, stop it, and
- 2:57Speaker 4: he wouldn't. So I had to take vigilante action, which
- 3:03Speaker 4: I did. And it's a funny story. But Obama back
- 3:09Speaker 4: then was not who Obama is now. And that always
- 3:12Speaker 4: fascinates me. So Trump and Obama, they don't like each other,
- 3:17Speaker 4: but interestingly enough, when they're together in person, they yuck
- 3:21Speaker 4: it up. I mean, you remember the few times they
- 3:25Speaker 4: were at memorial services and everything? Yeah. They're not brawling
- 3:30Speaker 4: or pouting or looking away. But when former President Obama
- 3:36Speaker 4: went down to Florida to endorse this Angie Nixon thing, uh...
- 3:42Speaker 4: who is a full blown communist that gave me pause
- 3:47Speaker 4: you know i'm going to is it just about opportunism
- 3:49Speaker 4: for you because you got four lavish homes and and
- 3:55Speaker 4: you want to see is at least two of them
- 3:58Speaker 4: what are you doing you know but there's never a
- 4:01Speaker 4: question to barack obama from the press about his evolution
- 4:07Speaker 4: from kind of a left-wing mainstream guy and now he's
- 4:12Speaker 4: endorsing communists and Islamists. I'll say he's not a communist.
- 4:16Speaker 4: He's an Islamist. Um, and Obama is endorsing both of
- 4:21Speaker 4: those people. I kind of surprised me. Yeah.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Um, when he went after president Trump's decorating, uh, let's
- 4:31Speaker 3: be honest. I don't think anybody's going to take a
- 4:33Speaker 3: picture of the oval office and say to their decorator, Hey,
- 4:35Speaker 3: do this for me. I want this. But, uh, It's
- 4:39Speaker 3: his own taste. But when he went after the Cheesecake Factory,
- 4:42Speaker 3: did that show how out of touch he is with
- 4:44Speaker 3: normal America?
- 4:47Speaker 4: It's a joke. And I was in the Oval Office
- 4:51Speaker 4: myself three weeks ago. It looks great. I'm sorry. And
- 4:54Speaker 4: I'm not a gaudy guy. I'm not a gold guy.
- 4:58Speaker 4: But it looked great to me. And I was in
- 5:03Speaker 4: the Oval Office when Barack Obama was president. It looked
- 5:06Speaker 4: good then. But it's spruced up in Trump's style. But
- 5:11Speaker 4: that was just a joke, a one-liner. I mean, the
- 5:15Speaker 4: luckiest people on earth are the Cheesecake Factory people, right?
- 5:18Speaker 4: Now everybody's running in. They should have an Obama and
- 5:22Speaker 4: Trump special every day.
- 5:24Speaker 3: The Cheesecake people. Yeah.
- 5:27Speaker 4: So I don't take any of that seriously. You'll find
- 5:31Speaker 4: this interesting, Simone, because you follow this stuff. Yeah. I
- 5:37Speaker 4: told my staff this morning, enough with the social media
- 5:41Speaker 4: cranks on both sides. Enough. I don't want to hear
- 5:46Speaker 4: about them. I don't care what they say. It doesn't
- 5:50Speaker 4: matter to the country. They're just trying to do it
- 5:53Speaker 4: to get attention and money, sell ads or whatever, give speeches.
- 5:59Speaker 4: I don't want to even hear. I don't want you
- 6:02Speaker 4: guys to even present it to me, no matter how
- 6:05Speaker 4: bizarre it is. It doesn't matter. It's a con, okay?
- 6:12Speaker 4: I know all these people personally, all of them, and
- 6:16Speaker 4: I know why they're doing what they're doing, and it
- 6:18Speaker 4: doesn't matter. What matters is corruption at the government level,
- 6:24Speaker 4: like Alaska. Alaska, when you sneak a name onto a ballot,
- 6:31Speaker 4: The same name as a Republican running for the Senate?
- 6:35Speaker 4: Who did that? Who snuck the name on there? The
- 6:39Speaker 4: guy's an ex-school teacher. He hasn't done one event. His
- 6:44Speaker 4: name is Dan Sullivan, and Dan Sullivan is the name
- 6:47Speaker 4: of the principal GOP guy on the ballot. Who did it? Well,
- 6:54Speaker 4: the media doesn't want to know who did it. They
- 6:57Speaker 4: have no interest at all. And the Justice Department is
- 7:01Speaker 4: now getting involved to find out how this could possibly happen.
- 7:06Speaker 4: That's a good story. That's corruption. And of course, you know,
- 7:11Speaker 4: you put on CNN and it's, oh, look at Trump's doing. Yeah,
- 7:15Speaker 4: that's Trump's job to root out corruption. Okay, you got it? Oh,
- 7:23Speaker 4: that just gets me crazy.
- 7:25Speaker 3: You used to work at CBS News. Do you ever
- 7:27Speaker 3: think you'd live to see the day where they don't
- 7:29Speaker 3: investigate major stories?
- 7:32Speaker 4: Yes. Yes. I have to answer honestly. I have that
- 7:35Speaker 4: big story in Confronting America, what has to change, about
- 7:39Speaker 4: me and Dan Rather. I saw it up close, eye
- 7:44Speaker 4: to eye. I saw the corruption. I knew what Rather
- 7:48Speaker 4: was trying to do. And I left. I left the job.
- 7:53Speaker 4: I went to Boston. And I just couldn't work there. Now,
- 8:00Speaker 4: when I worked at ABC, because I came back to
- 8:02Speaker 4: New York at Rune Arledge's request, that was not in
- 8:08Speaker 4: play there then. Jennings wouldn't do that, but rather did
- 8:13Speaker 4: it from the jump. And so to answer your question, yeah,
- 8:19Speaker 4: I saw it. And then it got worse and worse
- 8:21Speaker 4: and worse and worse at CBS. Hmm.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Cronkite, he was a left-wing guy, but he tried
- 8:28Speaker 3: to keep the slant down to a minimum.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Yeah, he was a World War II guy. All those
- 8:33Speaker 4: guys who trained in World War II in Europe, Murrow
- 8:37Speaker 4: and Cronkite, they were all there, and they had rules
- 8:41Speaker 4: for the road. That's what we do. They're all liberal guys,
- 8:43Speaker 4: all of them. But that's okay. That's all right. As
- 8:48Speaker 4: long as you're not trying to impose or twist the
- 8:51Speaker 4: news in a certain way to benefit... your own belief system,
- 8:55Speaker 4: it's fine. But what Rather did was he wanted to
- 9:01Speaker 4: impose his view of the world and the country on
- 9:06Speaker 4: every single individual at CBS News. And I'm not standing
- 9:11Speaker 4: for it. And I wasn't even, I was a reporter,
- 9:14Speaker 4: I was a commentator back then, I was covering the wars.
- 9:18Speaker 4: But what they did to me and others was awful,
- 9:21Speaker 4: and that's why I have that chapter in Confronting America
- 9:25Speaker 4: about it.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Yeah, so rather, he really was the father of modern-day
- 9:29Speaker 3: fake news. He really opened up this can of worms
- 9:33Speaker 3: for everybody.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Well, he's 95 years old now, and he's still pushing
- 9:37Speaker 4: the left agenda. Still doing it. And as you may remember,
- 9:43Speaker 4: he got booted out of CBS because he dealt with
- 9:47Speaker 4: fake documents about Bush the Younger's National Guard service. And
- 9:53Speaker 4: I wasn't surprised they caught him because he was so
- 9:57Speaker 4: blatant about it. It was so obvious. So anyway, look,
- 10:03Speaker 4: we're in a bad place, but the good news is
- 10:06Speaker 4: that there are outlets where you can get the truth
- 10:12Speaker 4: in the media and in social media. But a lot
- 10:15Speaker 4: of people, they just hear this stuff and they believe it. And,
- 10:19Speaker 4: oh boy, the affordability thing is the best. The affordability thing.
- 10:25Speaker 4: You think the Democratic Party is going to make your
- 10:29Speaker 4: life more affordable? Do you really believe that? When for
- 10:34Speaker 4: the past 50 years, that party has done nothing but
- 10:37Speaker 4: raise taxes. When there was the big tax cutting bill,
- 10:43Speaker 4: the big beautiful bill, not one Democrat in Congress voted
- 10:47Speaker 4: for it, and you think that these people are going
- 10:51Speaker 4: to make your wallet heavier? And when I hear and
- 10:58Speaker 4: see that, I just think the person is either brainwashed
- 11:02Speaker 4: or stupid. Okay, because we all live in New York
- 11:09Speaker 4: now and in Jersey and Connecticut, the highest taxed states
- 11:12Speaker 4: in the union. Because they're controlled by Democrats.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly, we're out of time. But if you want
- 11:18Speaker 3: to read a fascinating book, get his latest book, Confronting America.
- 11:22Speaker 3: There's all sorts of great stories and moments in America.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Confronting America is the new book by Bill O'Reilly. Listen
- 11:29Speaker 3: to his podcast. We'll do it live. Watch his YouTube channel.

- 11:39Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly, thanks for being with us.
- 11:42Speaker 5: All right, and congratulations to Kathy Hochul for the great
- 11:47Speaker 5: honor of being made the worst governor in the United
- 11:51Speaker 5: States of America.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Maybe there's another plaque.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Bill O'Reilly, thanks. Take care. Talk to you soon. Yeah,
- 12:00Speaker 3: Kathy Hochul was voted the single worst governor in America,
- 12:03Speaker 3: actually by a very good study. Hey, don't forget at noon,
- 12:07Speaker 3: it's Buck and Clay with an excellent show. Three o'clock,
- 12:10Speaker 3: the most listened to radio show in America. Sean Hannity
- 12:13Speaker 3: will be back. He'll be on today at three. Jesse
- 12:16Speaker 3: Kelly at six. Jimmy Fallon, funny show every night at nine.
- 12:21Speaker 3: I'm here nine to noon, three hours every day, nine
- 12:24Speaker 3: to noon. And then, of course, right before me, it's
- 12:27Speaker 3: Curtis Lewa and Larry Menti, six to nine, 710WOR.
