- 0:10military has struck more than fifty ISIS targets
- 0:12in the past two hours.
- 0:14Coast to coast and around the world from
- 0:16the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:19Following the president's order to quote, hit them
- 0:21hard after the killing of three Americans Saturday.
- 0:24It's time for the truth be told with
- 0:26Booker Scott.
- 0:29Tonight's show would have been a lot different
- 0:31at the beginning of this hour had Donald
- 0:34Trump decided to do what he had planned.
- 0:36The U.S.
- 0:37military had planned to bomb into oblivion the
- 0:40country of Iran on Tuesday.
- 0:43Other Arab nations came to Donald Trump and
- 0:46said, please don't do this right now.
- 0:48We are negotiating with Iran.
- 0:50We're getting close.
- 0:52This may be the off ramp that Donald
- 0:55Trump has been looking for to get out
- 0:57of Iran and the Middle East right now.
- 1:00I'm Booker.
- 1:01This is the truth be told, and thank
- 1:03you for joining us.
- 1:04I appreciate it.
- 1:05We're before we get to Iran, I want
- 1:07to talk a little bit about this race
- 1:09in Kentucky, Kentucky 4.
- 1:11That is Ed Gallren uh supported and endorsed
- 1:14by Donald Trump against Thomas Massey.
- 1:17Those results are going to be coming in
- 1:18in just a little bit.
- 1:20Going to be interesting to watch that one.
- 1:22There are other primaries going on today.
- 1:24Andy Barr in Kentucky against Daniel Cameron, another
- 1:27race that's interesting to watch.
- 1:30That is for Mitch McConnell's seat.
- 1:32Andy Barr, Daniel Cameron.
- 1:34That's good.
- 1:35That's going to be interesting to watch as
- 1:36well.
- 1:37While I'm talking about politics quickly, I want
- 1:39to go to the state of Florida.
- 1:41Everybody says, well, Florida is deep red, it's
- 1:42safe.
- 1:44Uh DeSantis and Donald Trump won by 1.6
- 1:46million votes, and I have said for a
- 1:49while, Florida is not deep red.
- 1:52Look around at elections over the last few
- 1:54months.
- 1:56You have the mayor of Miami, you have
- 1:57Boca Raton mayor.
- 1:59You have special elections for the General Assembly
- 2:02in Florida that have flipped from Republican to
- 2:04Democrat.
- 2:06So something is happening in in the state
- 2:08of Florida.
- 2:09It's purple.
- 2:10It has always been purple.
- 2:12And I think maybe we are seeing that
- 2:15shade of purple come back right now, even
- 2:18though it's been strong in support of Donald
- 2:20Trump, that that maybe the fact that it's
- 2:23it's showing itself as purple again.
- 2:26Donald Trump endorsed Byron Donald's to replace Governor
- 2:29Ron DeSantis.
- 2:32I think the endorsement was too early.
- 2:34And from what I hear in the state
- 2:35of Florida, a lot of people were not
- 2:37happy with the endorsement.
- 2:38They don't think that Byron Donald's is maybe
- 2:40the best choice for the state of Florida,
- 2:42that maybe he will not be the best
- 2:44governor for the state, and maybe not the
- 2:46best candidate.
- 2:48And the latest poll or the first poll
- 2:50that ever shows that his competitors actually ahead
- 2:53just came out.
- 2:55Uh his competitors, David Jolly, and David Jolly
- 2:58was a Republican just two years ago.
- 3:01In fact, he was a U.S.
- 3:03Congressman in Congressional District to 13, which is
- 3:06where Anna Paulina Luna sits now.
- 3:10And he got out of Congress.
- 3:12Charlie Chris took his place for a little
- 3:14while, and then Anna Paulina Luna won the
- 3:16seat, beat Charlie Chris, and now Charlie Chris
- 3:18is running for mayor in the city of
- 3:20St.
- 3:23Petersburg in Tampa Bay.
- 3:25These names just always resurface, don't they?
- 3:27And David Jolly is another one of those.
- 3:30Former Republican just two years ago, he flips
- 3:33to become a Democrat, and now he is
- 3:36leading Byron Donald's 4642.
- 3:38So obviously there are some undecided, but I
- 3:41think it shows some chink in the armor
- 3:44there of Byron Donald's, unfortunately.
- 3:47And I wish that Donald Trump had not
- 3:49endorsed him so early.
- 3:59There's a couple of good Republicans running against
- 4:00Byron Donald's, but they really don't have a
- 4:02shot at it.
- 4:04Byron Donald's has raised a lot of money,
- 4:06and the polls are way out ahead for
- 4:08Byron Donald's on the Republican side for that
- 4:10nomination.
- 4:13Let's get to Iran, because the Arab nations
- 4:15have come to the rescue for the time
- 4:18being for the country of Iran.
- 4:21And uh the Arab nations, they don't want
- 4:23Iran to have a nuclear weapon, and they've
- 4:25jumped in and said these negotiations are going
- 4:26well.
- 4:33And I think maybe this may be the
- 4:35thing that Donald Trump can use.
- 4:38Maybe it's the thing that he was looking
- 4:39for.
- 4:40The rhetoric Donald Trump has used against Iran
- 4:42really has not been effective.
- 4:45The leadership in the country, they really don't
- 4:47care what he says.
- 4:49It's just another bluff to them at this
- 4:52point, because in reality, you have to look
- 4:54at this and be truthful about it, that
- 4:56most of these have been bluffs.
- 4:59President Trump also cautioned that there won't be
- 5:01anything left of them talking about Iran if
- 5:04they fail to rush through a deal to
- 5:06end the war.
- 5:09He wrote that on Truth Social.
- 5:11And he says, quote, the clock is ticking,
- 5:13unquote, for Iran.
- 5:15They better get moving fast, or there won't
- 5:17be anything left of them.
- 5:20Time is of the essence.
- 5:22Again, Tuesday was the day that uh America's
- 5:25military had planned to bomb Iran, and Donald
- 5:28Trump is now saying they better move fast.
- 5:31And I wonder if the leadership of Iran
- 5:34is paying any attention at all to this.
- 5:37I hope that they are, and whether they
- 5:39are or not, I think maybe Donald Trump
- 5:41and uh the administration may be smart at
- 5:43this point to leave it to the Arab
- 5:46nations in the Middle East.
- 5:48They have a lot at stake.
- 5:50It costs them a lot of money with
- 5:51the Strait of Four moves as well.
- 5:53They are having problems and issues with oil
- 5:55and getting it out of the region, and
- 5:57it's costing them.
- 6:00Meanwhile, Iran has bombed the UAE.
- 6:03They've bombed them terribly, over 2,000 bombs to
- 6:05the UAE, Saudi Arabia is another one, and
- 6:08those are a couple of the countries that
- 6:10are working with Iran in negotiating some sort
- 6:12of peace.
- 6:15I would think that if the Arab nations
- 6:18are okay with Iran's whatever it is, uh
- 6:22in negotiating this peace, then it should be
- 6:25okay with America because they are closest.
- 6:29And I so that in in that way,
- 6:31I see this as a way that Donald
- 6:33Trump can pull out, and I think that's
- 6:34what he's been looking for.
- 6:37I know that he says no nuclear weapons,
- 6:39but if the Arab nations say that Iran
- 6:41is gonna say they are not gonna have
- 6:44any nuclear weapons, and Donald Trump leaves it
- 6:46to them to do it, then he can
- 6:48pull out, say face, take the win, and
- 6:51uh American troops can come back home.
- 6:53Strait of Hormoes will open, the oil will
- 6:56uh go down, eventually gas prices will come
- 6:58down, maybe before the midterm election, which will
- 7:00Before the midterm election, which will be very
- 7:00be very important to Donald Trump and the
- 7:02important to Donald Trump and the Republicans.
- 7:02Republicans.
- 7:05So maybe this is the off-ramp that Donald
- 7:05So maybe this is the off ramp that
- 7:07Donald Trump can use.
- 7:07Trump can use.
- 7:10Whether it's completely successful or not in his
- 7:10Whether it's completely successful or not in his
- 7:13eyes, I think it's time to turn back
- 7:13eyes, I think it's time to turn back
- 7:16to America and domestic issues for the election.
- 7:16to America and domestic issues for the election.
- 7:19And I know that from the very beginning
- 7:19And I know that from the very beginning
- 7:21of this conflict, and we've talked about it
- 7:21of this conflict, and we've talked about it
- 7:23at length here on this program, is uh
- 7:23at length here on this program is uh
- 7:25a nucle nuclear weapon cannot be had by
- 7:25a nuclear nuclear weapon cannot be had by
- 7:27Iran.
- 7:27Iran.
- 7:29It's been
- 7:29It's been the line in the sand by
- 7:31Donald Trump.
- 7:33And an ending to this now would be
- 7:36best because Iran, Taran, they are carrying on
- 7:39with their efforts to inflict as much economic
- 7:42pain on the global economy as possible, without
- 7:45regard for anything that Donald Trump seems to
- 7:48be telling journalists or posting on Truth Social.
- 7:51Uh, on Monday, Iranian officials created an ex
- 7:54account on Twitter for what the regime is
- 7:58calling the Persian Gulf Street Authority.
- 8:01Did you know that?
- 8:02And here's one of their post, a post
- 8:06announcing the establishment of the new agency described
- 8:09it as legal entity and representative authority of
- 8:12the Islamic Republic of Iran for managing the
- 8:15passage and transit through the Strait of Hormuz.
- 8:18So Iran still thinks they have control of
- 8:20the Strait of Hormuz, and as long as
- 8:22they think they do, and they're putting that
- 8:24information out there, you're not going to have
- 8:26ships going through there, regardless of what Donald
- 8:28Trump says.
- 8:30Even with convoys and help from other nations
- 8:32in Europe, you're getting three, four, ten ships
- 8:34through there a day, and that's not near
- 8:36enough.
- 8:38What Iran did here, it really appears to
- 8:41be a middle finger raised defiantly at Trump's
- 8:44direction, straight at him.
- 8:47That's really the only way you can take
- 8:48that.
- 8:50Trump's threats, while usually working in most of
- 8:53the cases, really haven't worked with this Iranian
- 8:56regime.
- 8:59They have waited him out to this point.
- 9:02And I don't think Donald Trump or America
- 9:05can continue to just stay there with nothing
- 9:08really happening.
- 9:10This hour would have started different had Donald
- 9:13Trump uh done what he had planned to
- 9:16do, and that was bomb Iran.
- 9:18And he says again that he would have
- 9:20bombed them into oblivion.
- 9:23He said that many times, and the Iranian
- 9:25people now, the regime probably realize that even
- 9:28when he says that, that's not necessarily what
- 9:31happens to Iran, because they're still there.
- 9:34And if you go through the missile sites
- 9:36that are available to them right now at
- 9:38the Strait of Hormuz, it's 30 out of
- 9:3933.
- 9:42They have 33 there, 30 30 are still
- 9:44available, or available again because they've had this
- 9:46time during the ceasefire since April 7th to
- 9:49replenish, and they say they have a lot
- 9:51of missiles.
- 9:54Whether they do or not, I don't know.
- 9:56I just see this as a good time
- 9:58now that Donald Trump can get out of
- 10:00Iran, and I think he should.
- 10:03I came across this story last night, and
- 10:05I want to share it with you because
- 10:08when you look at people like Candace Owens
- 10:10and Tucker Carlson and these other influencers on
- 10:13YouTube and Rumble and places like that, there
- 10:15is a lot of recklessness.
- 10:18And Candace Owens is being sued by McCrone,
- 10:20the head of uh France and uh about
- 10:22her words and what she has said about
- 10:25his wife, and uh she was sued in
- 10:27Europe and she's being sued in America as
- 10:30well over what she said.
- 10:32But in this story, there was a YouTuber
- 10:36in Nashville, Tennessee that lost a court battle,
- 10:3917.5 million dollar verdict in a defamation case
- 10:42over a true crime video.
- 10:46And I was glad to see this because
- 10:48people think they can say whatever they want
- 10:51to, citizen journalists, they have a phone in
- 10:53their hand, they take video, and they put
- 10:56things out there that hurt other people, and
- 10:58they have no responsibility for it.
- 11:01There is no accountability on the back end
- 11:02of it.
- 11:03They ruin people's lives, and it doesn't matter.
- 11:06They just continue to make money on YouTube
- 11:09and Rumble or with advertisers.
- 11:12And it's irresponsible.
- 11:14But 17 and a half million dollar verdict
- 11:16in Nashville over this lawsuit over the death
- 11:19of somebody.
- 11:21Now the lawsuit was filed against YouTuber Ryan
- 11:24Upchurch by the relatives of Keely Rodney, who
- 11:28was a 16-year-old California girl who disappeared in
- 11:31August of 2022 after attending a party near
- 11:34Tahoe National Forest.
- 11:37I don't know if you remember that young
- 11:38lady.
- 11:40Her body was later found inside her SUV
- 11:42in a nearby lake.
- 11:44Authorities ruled her death an accident and said
- 11:47there was no evidence of foul play.
- 11:50The girl's father, Daniel Rodney, and grandfather David
- 11:53Robertson sued Upchurch in federal court in Nashville
- 11:56in 2023, claiming he defamed them in a
- 11:59video titled, quote, zero proof of Keeley Rodney
- 12:02situation being real, unquote, which makes me think
- 12:05about Candace Owens and the things that she
- 12:08says about Charlie Kirk.
- 12:12Uh Charlie Kirk's death on national television, his
- 12:14murder, his assassination.
- 12:17There has probably never been a case with
- 12:20more evidence against one person, Tyler Robinson, in
- 12:23the history of murders and assassinations.
- 12:25But she carries on her farce, and uh
- 12:28the result of that is it hurts people.
- 12:30It hurts Erica Kirk, it hurts uh the
- 12:33the children of Charlie Kirk, his legacy.
- 12:36People have to be more responsible with the
- 12:38their words and the things they do if
- 12:41they think they are a citizen journalist.
- 12:44Because a lot of these people are just
- 12:45doing this for clicks.
- 12:47They're doing it for money, and they're not
- 12:49being responsible.
- 12:51According to the lawsuit, Up Church suggested the
- 12:53case was fake and part of a scam
- 12:56to raise money through GoFundMe.
- 12:59So this YouTuber, in a similar fashion to
- 13:00Candace Owens, says that the whole thing was
- 13:02fake.
- 13:04The young girl was dead, and this YouTuber
- 13:07irresponsibly raises money on that.
- 13:11Here's uh WSMV4 in Nashville with a little
- 13:13bit more of this story.
- 13:15Need you to be looking out for Kylie
- 13:17and Kylie's car?
- 13:19When 16-year-old Kylie Rodney vanished after attending a
- 13:22party in August of 2022, her mother's desperate
- 13:25plea for help.
- 13:28My head is uh all over the place
- 13:30and terrifying.
- 13:33Turned the search for her daughter into an
- 13:35international story.
- 13:37But the news took a tragic turn.
- 13:40A heartbreaking end to the more than two-week
- 13:43long search when investigators in California determined she
- 13:46accidentally drowned after driving her car into a
- 13:49lake the night she went missing.
- 13:52But according to attorney Chris Smith, they're still
- 13:54obviously grieving.
- 13:56Rodney's death was just the beginning of her
- 13:59family's pain because true crime conspiracy videos.

- 14:33This guy sounds a whole lot like Candace
- 14:34Owens, doesn't he?
- 14:36He's just asking questions.
- 14:37No harm in asking questions.
- 14:39I should be able to ask questions.
- 14:41Did you hear how he did it?
- 14:43Did she even exist?
- 14:44Did this girl even exist?

- 17:06Great to have you tonight.
- 17:07It's also great to have Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 17:10He's been on the program several times.
- 17:12It's been a while since he has been.
- 17:14That's my fault.
- 17:15The last time he was here, he says,
- 17:17bring me back as a regular, and I
- 17:18think that's a great idea.
- 17:20And somehow I didn't.
- 17:21It's my fault, but let's get him into
- 17:23here for the conversation.
- 17:25Sheriff Mack, great to have you back.
- 17:27And I apologize.
- 17:28You should have been back here at least
- 17:29two times since you were here about 14
- 17:31months ago, but I'm glad to have you
- 17:33here tonight.
- 17:34Well, that's great.
- 17:35I'll be on with you anytime you'd like.
- 17:38And um it's it's a great show.
- 17:40And and I gotta tell you, you've got
- 17:42a great radio voice.
- 17:44One of the best I've ever heard.
- 17:46Well, thank you.
- 17:46I appreciate that.
- 17:47I've done it for a long time, Sheriff
- 17:48Mack.
- 17:49I don't know if you know that, but
- 17:50I started.
- 17:51I started a career in radio 1986, so
- 17:5340 years ago.
- 17:55And uh, it's hard for me to believe
- 17:57that I'm old enough to have done anything
- 17:59for 40 years.
- 18:00But uh you know, you get to that
- 18:02age and you start saying things like I
- 18:04I wear contact lens.
- 18:06I've been wearing contact lens now for about
- 18:0848 years.
- 18:10And it doesn't seem like I've been I'm
- 18:12old enough to do that.
- 18:13But let's get into a conversation here because
- 18:15the last time you were here, we discussed
- 18:18you know the deportations that were coming up
- 18:20and the importance of sheriffs.
- 18:22And just for a little background, if you
- 18:24don't know who Sheriff Mack is, he was
- 18:27the first sheriff in America to sue the
- 18:29federal government, and he did so successfully.
- 18:31He had a couple of other sheriffs that
- 18:33came along with him along the way, and
- 18:34maybe we'll talk about that a little bit,
- 18:35but we have talked about that in the
- 18:37past.
- 18:38Besides that, he was trained by the FBI.
- 18:41He was uh almost in every level of
- 18:44law enforcement there in Arizona, where he still
- 18:46lives today, and he was the sheriff elected
- 18:49sheriff in a county in Arizona.
- 18:51And as we've discussed before, Sheriff, there is
- 18:54probably nothing more important as an elected official
- 18:56than the sheriff in a county, because it
- 18:59is the highest official that any of us
- 19:01actually vote for.
- 19:04And I know we talked about that last
- 19:04time.
- 19:06Well, that's true, and uh, I'm right next
- 19:08to uh Penell County, where I was Graham
- 19:11County Sheriff, like Graham Cracker.
- 19:13Yeah, so that's just south, a little bit
- 19:15south and east of uh Penell County, where
- 19:18I think your son lives.
- 19:20My son lives there, he sure does.
- 19:22And what town is it?
- 19:24I really don't know, and I feel bad
- 19:25that I can't answer that question.
- 19:27I've been there, I've been there to visit
- 19:28once.
- 19:29Probably either Cassagrande or uh Florence.
- 19:33No, that the first one you mentioned sounds
- 19:34familiar.
- 19:36It's uh fairly close over the uh the
- 19:38Maricopa line, I guess.
- 19:40And it's about 45 minutes from the airport,
- 19:42if that helps you any, but that's where
- 19:44he's sounds like Cash Grand.
- 19:46Yeah, that would be close to Catherine, just
- 19:47down I-10.
- 19:49Fairly new area and all uh new development,
- 19:51uh really nice area of Arizona.
- 19:54Well, they do that.
- 19:55The the construction all around Gilbert area is
- 19:57just phenomenal.
- 20:00It uh man, this is a real growing
- 20:02area, and the town I live in now,
- 20:04Gilbert, um, is about two and a half
- 20:07hours from Safford, the county seat of Graham
- 20:09County, where I grew up.
- 20:12My wife and I both grew up there,
- 20:14and I was privileged enough and blessed enough
- 20:17to be the sheriff in my hometown uh
- 20:19for eight years, and I absolutely love that.
- 20:22And it produced a miracle, and it was
- 20:24called Mac VUS.
- 20:26And it was that turned out to be
- 20:29absolutely uh phenomenal miracle in my life, and
- 20:32I still make a living promoting that case.
- 20:36Yeah, and that was against Clinton.
- 20:39Yeah, that was against Bill Clinton.
- 20:41I said that was against Bill Clinton.
- 20:42I sued the Clinton.
- 20:43Yeah, yeah.
- 20:44The real miracle was I sued the Clintons
- 20:46and beat them and live to tell about
- 20:47it.
- 20:48So you're you're maybe the only one.
- 20:51Be careful.
- 20:52Yeah, be careful.
- 20:53Don't sleep with both eyes closed out there
- 20:55in Arizona.
- 20:56Uh Hillary's walking around someplace, so be careful
- 20:58out there.
- 21:00Yeah.
- 21:00Yeah.
- 21:01You've got a brand new book, too.
- 21:01You've got a brand new book, too.
- 21:02I want to talk about this new book
- 21:02I want to talk about this new book
- 21:05you have, but let's talk about your organization
- 21:05you have, but let's talk about your organization
- 21:08first, which is CSPOA, and that is for
- 21:08first, which is CSPOA, and that is for
- 21:10Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
- 21:10Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
- 21:13And tell us everybody where that website is.
- 21:13And tell us everybody where that website is.
- 21:16Uh, it's www.cspoa.org is the website.
- 21:16Uh it's www.cspoa.org is the website.
- 21:20I'll tell it for you.
- 21:20I'll tell it for you.
- 21:22And uh a little bit about your work
- 21:22And uh a little bit about your work
- 21:23there, and then I want to talk about
- 21:23there, and then I want to talk about
- 21:25the deportations.
- 21:25the deportations.
- 21:26That's what we talked about the last time,
- 21:26That's what we talked about the last time.
- 21:28as Donald Trump had.
- 21:28As Donald Trump had just been sworn in,
- 21:30as I remember it the last time you
- 21:32were on the program, and we talked about
- 21:34what was coming with deportation.
- 21:36So I want to get into that conversation.
- 21:38But if you could talk about constitutional sheriffs
- 21:41and peace officers association.
- 21:43Well, the CSPOA actually was formed.
- 21:46It sounds like it's an a national law
- 21:48enforcement organization.
- 21:50And I guess in a way it's sort
- 21:52of is, but it was it wasn't for
- 21:54sheriffs, and it wasn't for peace officers, it
- 21:56was for the American people.
- 21:59And the and then we say, well, but
- 22:01I can't join.
- 22:04Yes, you can.
- 22:05Every single one of you can join the
- 22:07CSPOA.
- 22:09And there's a branch called the CSPOA posse.
- 22:12And in fact, as a matter of fact,
- 22:14this doesn't work if the American people don't
- 22:16join.
- 22:18It really doesn't work.
- 22:19Because the we want the boss of the
- 22:23sheriffs and peace officers on the organization on
- 22:27our board, uh part of our uh organization
- 22:30and part of our board of directors.
- 22:34We want the American people on board because
- 22:37you're the only supervisor the sheriff has.
- 22:41You've got to be part of this, and
- 22:43not only that, but you're the most important
- 22:44part of our government.
- 22:46We the people, the first three words of
- 22:48our constitution.
- 22:50And folks, if I could get down on
- 22:52my knees and and beg you to become
- 22:54members and a part of this because you're
- 22:57what makes it work.
- 23:00And the relationship between you and your sheriff
- 23:03is so vital that you have it, that
- 23:06you have a relationship that he hears from
- 23:09you, because if he doesn't, he's just gonna
- 23:12do whatever he does here from from others.
- 23:16And if he doesn't hear from the boss,
- 23:19then he's gonna think you don't really care,
- 23:23and he's just gonna run things how most
- 23:26sheriffs do, and that is just mainstream law
- 23:29enforcement, which is writing tickets, yeah, handling all
- 23:33the calls for police service, family fights, do
- 23:36the criminal criminal investigations, which folks, all of
- 23:39that is part of your sheriff's responsibility.
- 23:43But his ultimate responsibility is to make sure
- 23:45that you and your family and your God
- 23:48given rights, your civil rights are being protected
- 23:51every day.
- 23:53And that's where we come in because we
- 23:56train how to do that and how to
- 23:59be a constitutional sheriff, and we invented that
- 24:02term, but a constitutional sheriff, again, that name
- 24:05and that term is not for him, it's
- 24:08for you.
- 24:11It's for you that we do this.
- 24:14And so freedom is the ultimate responsibility of
- 24:16your sheriff, and we want to make sure
- 24:19that he hears from you.
- 24:22And that's why we ask each and every
- 24:25one of you to become members of the
- 24:28CSPOA posse, and that's right there on the
- 24:30front page of that website, CSPOA.org.
- 24:34You also have a pamphlet or book that
- 24:35you give away free as well.
- 24:37This isn't the book that I was talking
- 24:39about a minute ago about your new book.
- 24:41This is something altogether different.
- 24:43Is that accurate as well if you go
- 24:44to that website?
- 24:46Yes, um, because uh it's a little white
- 24:49booklet, and on the front page, it shows
- 24:52me hand holding it with my hand.
- 24:55It's uh it's just a it's about the
- 24:57size of your pocket constitution.
- 25:00Uh, but you can read this in about
- 25:0310 minutes, and it is such a freedom
- 25:06miracle and a huge freedom tool.
- 25:10And I and I'm gonna say this without
- 25:11any reservation.
- 25:13This is the most powerful freedom tool we've
- 25:16been endowed with, endowed is the word in
- 25:19the declaration of independence.
- 25:23We were endowed by our creator.
- 25:25Endowed means gifted.
- 25:27We were gifted with this blessing from God.
- 25:31And this was a gift from God, this
- 25:33decision.
- 25:35Uh, because it's the most powerful 10th Amendment
- 25:38state sovereignty, personal sovereignty case in the history
- 25:41of our country.
- 25:43And I'm really proud to be a part
- 25:44of it.
- 25:46But this miracle did not come from me.
- 25:48It came from the author of all miracles,
- 25:50and we all know who that is.
- 25:53And so I would I I would offer
- 25:56anyone and everyone who becomes a member of
- 25:59the CSPOA.
- 26:02We will send you a copy of this
- 26:04beautiful little pamphlet fits in your coat shirt
- 26:07pocket, coat pocket too, but shirt pocket.
- 26:10And it's again, it's something that every one
- 26:12of you need to read, and it's something
- 26:14that you need to pass along to your
- 26:16city council, your county commissioners, and make sure
- 26:18your sheriff has one, and then go talk
- 26:20to your sheriff, and we train you how
- 26:22to do that.
- 26:24But go talk to your sheriff and ask
- 26:26him if he's a constitutional sheriff, and then
- 26:28make sure he gets a copy of this
- 26:29Supreme Court case.
- 26:31Folks, you would not you could never fully
- 26:34understand how powerful that is.
- 26:38Getting your sheriff on board uh with being
- 26:41a constitutional sheriff, and that is the ultimate
- 26:45protection for you and your family against tyranny,
- 26:48oppression, and governmental abuse.
- 26:52Yeah.
- 26:52And through history in America, the sheriff used
- 26:54to have a whole lot of power, and
- 26:56it seems like we have allowed that power
- 26:58to be taken away from the sheriff in
- 27:00a lot of cases.
- 27:02And I think you're right, that's probably on
- 27:04us, the American people, we the people, and
- 27:07we allowed that to happen over time.
- 27:09You're in Arizona, and as you were talking,
- 27:11I got to thinking about Nancy Guthrie in
- 27:14that case and the sheriff there.
- 27:16He's come under a lot of pressure, and
- 27:18a lot of people don't think he handled
- 27:19that case.
- 27:21Were you watching that case like everybody else
- 27:22at the time?
- 27:23And do you have any thoughts on that
- 27:25sheriff there in Arizona in the Nancy Guthrie
- 27:26case?
- 27:28I was watching it like a hawk because
- 27:30when he was running, I actually endorsed his
- 27:31opponent.
- 27:33And this is what happens when you vote
- 27:35for the wrong person for sheriff.
- 27:37Uh, he he's not a good person.
- 27:40Uh and uh somebody confronted him about me
- 27:43and constitutional sheriff movement, and he said, Oh,
- 27:46Sheriff Mack, he's a white supremacist.
- 27:49Oh, really?
- 27:50Yeah.
- 27:50Yeah.
- 27:51So something that stupid.
- 27:52Uh that's their go-to.
- 27:53I never met the man in person.
- 27:56Uh, I've never talked to him.
- 27:58After he said that about me, I left
- 28:00A message and told him I thought that
- 28:00him a message and told him I thought
- 28:02he ought to and I had to have
- 28:02that he ought to and I had a
- 28:04a conversation because if he's going to lie
- 28:04have a conversation because if he's gonna lie
- 28:06about me, he seems to be the type
- 28:07about me, he seems to be the type
- 28:09of egotistical uh public official that doesn't really
- 28:09of egotistical uh public official that doesn't really
- 28:11check the truth and check with the person
- 28:11check the truth and check with the person
- 28:13he's bad mouthing before he opens his big
- 28:13he's bad mouthing before he opens his big
- 28:15trap.
- 28:16trap.
- 28:18Yeah.
- 28:18Yeah, and so uh I even offered on
- 28:18And so uh I even offered on a
- 28:20a radio show out of Tucson to uh
- 28:21radio show out of Tucson to uh bring
- 28:23bring in Sheriff Mark Lamb, former sheriff of
- 28:23in Sheriff Mark Lamb, former sheriff of Penell
- 28:25Penell County.
- 28:25County.
- 28:28Uh and and and
- 28:28Uh and and and and say, you know,
- 28:30both of us are willing to look at
- 28:31your case.
- 28:32We've both been through these sort of cases
- 28:36before, and especially involving uh search and rescue.
- 28:40Uh and maybe we would have some new
- 28:42eyes shed some light onto this uh case.
- 28:45Of course, he never responded.
- 28:47And and I think someone or Sheriff Lamb
- 28:49actually offered it in person or called him
- 28:51about it.
- 28:53But um, I never called him after that.
- 28:55But this was a big talk show out
- 28:57of Tucson, and I'm sure somebody told him
- 28:59that we were offering that.
- 29:01But uh he's very egotistical.
- 29:04I was gonna say that's what it looks
- 29:04like.
- 29:06Just the gun on a lot of things.
- 29:07So yeah, I I don't have any respect
- 29:08for him.
- 29:10And they they did make some very serious
- 29:12mistakes on this case.
- 29:14They waited too long to get the FBI
- 29:15involved to the, and I think that goes
- 29:17to the ego.
- 29:18That's one of them.
- 29:19Yeah, I think that goes to the ego
- 29:21that you mentioned there a minute ago.
- 29:22Let's move on to deportations, though, because that
- 29:24was the last conversation we had the last
- 29:26time you were here.
- 29:28And we had certain expectations going into this
- 29:30second term of Donald Trump.
- 29:33We have somewhere between, I'm not sure, but
- 29:35somewhere between 400 and 600,000 deportations that have
- 29:38taken place in what, 16 months now.
- 29:41And I don't know if that is what
- 29:43I was expecting.
- 29:45I was hoping for more.
- 29:46There's a huge backlog of cases, and that's
- 29:48really where things get hung up.
- 29:50And uh, you know, of the 400 to
- 29:52600,000, I guess about 55 to 60 percent
- 29:54have been convicted of a crime in the
- 29:56past.
- 29:58Many of the others are awaiting trial to
- 30:01be uh tried on other charges.
- 30:04So that's a good thing.
- 30:05We have self-deportations, it seems like somewhere around
- 30:081.7, 1.9 million.
- 30:11So combined about 2.3 million, we'll call it
- 30:13that conservatively.
- 30:16What do you think about that?
- 30:17Is that a good number?
- 30:18Is that what you were expecting, or were
- 30:19you expecting more than that?
- 30:21I was expecting more, but primarily I was
- 30:25expecting more help from sheriffs and local police
- 30:28and states to uh I I didn't even
- 30:31expect uh the true blue, crazy blue states
- 30:34to do what they're doing.
- 30:37I thought they would want to get these
- 30:40criminals out of their communities, but they don't.
- 30:42And the subterfuge and the dishonesty and the
- 30:47political corruption from the Democrat Party has been
- 30:51so immense that it it has really interfered.
- 30:56It was the Democrats and Progressives who blocked
- 30:59Tom Holman's efforts in ICE in Minneapolis and
- 31:01throughout Minnesota.
- 31:04Uh we begged the sheriffs there and all
- 31:07over the country to get more involved.
- 31:10One to make sure that protesters uh were
- 31:13not breaking the law and were not interfering,
- 31:16and that they were safe.
- 31:20And and I can make that comparison to
- 31:21Florida.
- 31:23Florida still had protests, but every sheriff in
- 31:25that state committed to Governor DeSantis that they
- 31:28would be involved.
- 31:31And so the deportations have been happening.
- 31:34Local law enforcement is helping, and it's working
- 31:37peacefully and effectively in Florida.
- 31:41Minnesota, you might want to take notice of
- 31:43what they're doing there.
- 31:45There's been no murders, there's been no uh
- 31:48violence, there's been no shootings by ICE.
- 31:51And once you once you have law enforcement
- 31:54and public officials encourage the violence, it's gonna
- 31:57happen almost every time.
- 32:00I have seen Sheriff Mack in some cases
- 32:03in places not like Minnesota, but uh Tennessee,
- 32:06even I saw this case in Tennessee and
- 32:09Rutherford County, Tennessee in Murfreesboro, where there was
- 32:11a huge group of Democrats that were really
- 32:14being vocal and protesting their local sheriff about
- 32:17the 287G, which allows uh the sheriff department,
- 32:20uh deputies and local police to work alongside
- 32:23ICE so that they can hand over some
- 32:26of these people to be deported.
- 32:29So even in places that you would not
- 32:31expect that there would be pushback for a
- 32:34287G, there has been.
- 32:36And that goes to the point that you
- 32:37were talking about.
- 32:38Florida seems to be cooperating in every county,
- 32:41say all 67 counties, but in other pockets
- 32:43of the country, it's not the same.
- 32:45And I think that has had a lot
- 32:47to do with the fact that we don't
- 32:49have the numbers of deportations, and then we
- 32:51also have the courts, Sheriff Mack.
- 32:54The courts have done everything they can along
- 32:55the way to prevent Donald Trump from doing
- 32:57what it is that he campaigned on and
- 32:59what he got elected for.
- 33:01Correct.
- 33:02And that and that's true.
- 33:03And um, so even some sheriffs from some
- 33:06very red counties and states have been reluctant
- 33:09to get involved because it's been such a
- 33:12hot and controversial issue.
- 33:15Politically, but the only one that made it
- 33:17controversial was the Democrat Party, because they want
- 33:19these people to stay there and vote.
- 33:22And and they even increase it, they double
- 33:24down on that, saying, Oh, yeah, we want
- 33:26them all to vote, and they shouldn't have
- 33:29to show identification to register to vote, and
- 33:31they shouldn't have to show identification to vote.
- 33:33And that really creates a huge problem when
- 33:36it comes to election uh integrity.
- 33:39Sure.
- 33:40And and yes, the Democrat Party is cheating.
- 33:43If you want to see election fraud, look
- 33:45at what they're doing to get all the
- 33:48illegal aliens registered to vote.
- 33:50That is cheating.
- 33:51Yeah.
- 33:52Yeah, sure is.
- 33:53Well, and then, you know, you look at
- 33:55the Save Act and everything that's gone on
- 33:56in the Senate with them not even bringing
- 33:58it for a vote.
- 34:00And sometimes I wondered do we actually need
- 34:02another law when 18 USC 611 has only
- 34:05been prosecuted 35 times in 21 years, and
- 34:07that is making it a felony for an
- 34:10illegal to vote.
- 34:13And I think everybody listening to this program,
- 34:15you and I would both agree that more
- 34:17than 35 illegals have voted over 21 years,
- 34:19yet that's all that's been prosecuted over 21
- 34:21years.
- 34:23So now we're gonna add another law.
- 34:25And what do we hope for?
- 34:26I, you know, that's we've got to get
- 34:27these people out of the country.
- 34:29That's what needs to happen uh first before
- 34:31we worry about uh whether they're voting or
- 34:32not.
- 34:34And that's what I think a lot of
- 34:36us had hoped for.
- 34:37We're coming up on a break, but real
- 34:39quick, let's talk about the Clark County, which
- 34:41is Las Vegas Nevada case and the sheriff
- 34:43there.
- 34:45Can you tell us a little bit about
- 34:46that story as we get ready to go
- 34:48into a commercial break?
- 34:49Yeah, I I know Sheriff Kevin McMahil very
- 34:50well.
- 34:52I was in his office about a year
- 34:54and a half ago, and we discussed my
- 34:56Supreme Court case, and I told him about
- 34:58being a constitutional sheriff, and and he was
- 35:00He was very receptive to all of that.
- 35:00very receptive to all of that.
- 35:02And lo and behold, he now has put
- 35:02And lo and behold, he now has put
- 35:05it into practice because he told four different
- 35:05it into practice because he told four different
- 35:07judges 11 different times on 11 different inmates
- 35:07judges 11 different times on 11 different inmates
- 35:10that he would no longer be taking their
- 35:10that he would no longer be taking their

- 35:37that Sheriff McMahon will win.
- 35:39And I call him and congratulated him for

- 36:57Sheriff Mack is our guest tonight, and let's
- 36:59get into your brand new book.
- 37:01What was your motivation for writing this book,
- 37:03Sheriff Mack?
- 37:05Well, to save America.
- 37:17Coalesce with the Democrat Party.
- 37:21And the these two bed partners lie, cheat,
- 37:25steal, and murder.
- 37:29And the worst thing that they're murdering is
- 37:31well, I don't know if I can say
- 37:33the worst thing.
- 37:35Because I think the worst thing they're murdering
- 37:37is babies before they're born.
- 37:40Yeah, sure.
- 37:41And now the Democrats have actually come up
- 37:43with a term that it's okay to murder
- 37:45while they're being born.
- 37:47And their terminology for that is partial birth
- 37:49abortion.
- 37:50Yeah.
- 37:51And in California, you know, in California, they
- 37:53made a law where 30 days after a
- 37:55baby is born, then no one could be
- 37:57prosecuted for a baby.
- 38:00See, and all that's murder.
- 38:01Yeah, all that is murder.
- 38:03And yes, we know that.
- 38:04And uh when governor Northam or Northrop, I
- 38:08think it's Northam from Virginia, about eight years
- 38:12ago said that yes, if if a baby
- 38:15uh happens to survive an abortion attempt, uh
- 38:19then we'll make it comfortable while we let
- 38:22it die.
- 38:26Yeah.
- 38:28Uh and and so they won't try to
- 38:30save it.
- 38:32They'll just make it.
- 38:33No, no, they will not save it.
- 38:34Uh they'll make sure it dies.
- 38:36Yeah.
- 38:36Uh but make it as comfortable as possible
- 38:39while they make sure it dies, which which
- 38:41is such a farce.
- 38:44But how many democrats came out publicly and
- 38:47denounced that, condemned that?
- 38:52How many?
- 38:53Zero.
- 38:55I've looked, I've looked it up.
- 38:56I mean, if somebody did it, it certainly
- 38:58wasn't covered.
- 38:59And with the dishonest media, then it probably
- 39:01wouldn't have been.
- 39:03But this is what's happening uh across the
- 39:05country.
- 39:07And the Democrat Party has just taken this
- 39:08too far.
- 39:10And I have a chapter in the book.
- 39:12We've gone too far.
- 39:13And this is a sign of it.
- 39:16AI, we've gone too far.
- 39:18Yeah.
- 39:18The divisiveness in our country about politics and
- 39:20hate and corruption.
- 39:22We've gone way too far.
- 39:24And we do not protect and and hold
- 39:28dear the sanctity of life.
- 39:31Yeah.
- 39:31And it's gone too far.
- 39:34And now we've got to reverse all of
- 39:35that.
- 39:36First, I guess I ought to tell your
- 39:38audience the name of the book.
- 39:40Yeah, I was about to jump in and
- 39:41do that.
- 39:42So uh please go ahead.
- 39:45It would help if you're gonna try.
- 39:46You know, books don't sell themselves.
- 39:48I don't know if you know this, but
- 39:50since you were on the show, I had
- 39:51a book published, and it's about artificial intelligence.
- 39:53And I have learned that they do not
- 39:55sell themselves.
- 39:57You have to get out there and uh
- 39:58at least tell people the name of the
- 40:00book so that they can buy it.
- 40:02I would imagine that it's available at Amazon
- 40:04and probably put your name in there.
- 40:06You also have a co-author that we should
- 40:07talk about as well.
- 40:09Dan Perkins is the co-author on this book.
- 40:11The name of the book is The Democrat
- 40:13Murder of America.
- 40:15That's the name of the book.
- 40:16And is it available at Amazon and where
- 40:19else can someone find your book?
- 40:21The only place it's available right now is
- 40:24at its website or my website.
- 40:27But the best one to do would be
- 40:29go to Murder of America, all one word,
- 40:32murderofamerica.com, because the only book, it's not an
- 40:34Amazon yet, because we don't have a printed
- 40:36book yet.
- 40:39We have the e-book, we have the digital
- 40:42book, and that's the only thing we have.
- 40:45I would say in a couple of weeks,
- 40:47um, we've we've already got it off to
- 40:49the printer, and the printer should uh assured
- 40:52me 10 to 10 days to two weeks,
- 40:54he's gonna have them available.
- 40:57This is going to be appearing.
- 40:59Yeah.
- 41:00Oh, yeah, brand new.
- 41:01Yeah, just uh officially just out today.
- 41:04Okay.
- 41:05Well, we're breaking news here again, on the
- 41:07truth be told.
- 41:08Yeah, it is.
- 41:10And so, folks, uh the subtitle of the
- 41:13book is demagoguery in the first degree.
- 41:16Now, that's a big word, and a lot
- 41:19of people have asked, what is demagoguery?
- 41:21What what folks?
- 41:23Demagoguery is what we're seeing in politics and
- 41:25the media today.
- 41:28A demagogue is someone who appeals or uses
- 41:33demagoguery, and demagoguery is using fear and emotions
- 41:38to get what you want politically.
- 41:44And so these lies about racism, that's demagoguery.
- 41:50And it's manipulation of one group of a
- 41:53people of people to go after and hate
- 41:56another.
- 41:59And it's to achieve a political uh goal
- 42:00And it's to achieve a political uh goal
- 42:03or objective from one party against the other.
- 42:03or objective from one party against the other.
- 42:07And Democrats have gone way too far on
- 42:07And Democrats have gone way too far on
- 42:09their demagoguery.
- 42:10their demagoguery, and they don't care who it
- 42:11And they don't care who it hurts, they
- 42:13hurts, they don't care who they destroy, because
- 42:14don't care who they destroy, because this demagoguery
- 42:17this demagoguery has been used against me.
- 42:17has been used against me.
- 42:20I have been attacked by the Southern Poverty
- 42:20I have been attacked by the Southern Poverty
- 42:22Law Center who just got indicted.
- 42:22Law Center who just got indicted.
- 42:23Let's talk about it.
- 42:23Who's talking about that?
- 42:24They were indicted for exactly what they do
- 42:24They were indicted for exactly what they do
- 42:25to me.
- 42:25to me.
- 42:27Yeah.
- 42:27Yeah, and they've done to me for over
- 42:27And they've done to me for over 30
- 42:2830 years.
- 42:28years.
- 42:30And that is lie about me, lie about
- 42:32my organization, and lie about who I am
- 42:34as a person.
- 42:36And so anyone, ADL, uh IREHR, Washington Post,
- 42:40uh political, oh, and how do you like
- 42:43this?
- 42:46The Daily Beast.
- 42:47How's that for a news agency, the Daily
- 42:49Beast?
- 42:52Um Jessica Pishko, who who I've actually thought
- 42:54we had a decent relationship at one time,
- 42:57but she wrote a book uh assailing me
- 43:00and my organization and the dangers of having
- 43:02a constitutional sheriff.
- 43:05It's a danger to our democracy.
- 43:07And I tried to explain to her, we're
- 43:09not even a democracy.
- 43:11So and and the book really hits that
- 43:13hard too.
- 43:15Not just her, but the the idea that
- 43:18we are a democracy when the founding fathers
- 43:21had nothing but disdain for the word democracy.
- 43:25Yeah, we're a republic.
- 43:27We are a constitutional republic, and please remember
- 43:28that.
- 43:30Correct.
- 43:30Yeah, our form of.
- 43:32Yeah, our form of government is uh representative
- 43:35democracy, which means you represent someone to you
- 43:37vote for someone to represent you or your
- 43:40district or whatever, or a state if you're
- 43:42a senator, but that's not the form of
- 43:45government that we have.
- 43:48Our government is a republic.
- 43:50The biggest the biggest difference between a republican
- 43:52and a democracy is a democracy is mob
- 43:54rule.
- 43:56Okay, you don't like the term mob, okay.
- 43:58We'll try to keep it uh.
- 44:00Well, it seems like in some ways we
- 44:02it seems like in some ways we've lived
- 44:04through mob rule, especially when Joe Biden was
- 44:05president.
- 44:07It seemed like of course, yeah.
- 44:09For quite there was mob rule during FDR's
- 44:12reign as president, and there was a lot
- 44:14of racism, and he was a racist.
- 44:18But uh to say mobocracy says, Oh, well,
- 44:20you're just saying mob violence, and I said,
- 44:22Okay, so how about one more than 50
- 44:25percent?
- 44:27Which, okay, majority rules.
- 44:29Yeah, that's a nicer way to put it,
- 44:31majority rules.
- 44:33The majority can be very tyrannical and cruel
- 44:35when it comes to protecting the rights of
- 44:38the individual.
- 44:41And in a republic, the rights of the
- 44:43individual are just as important as the rights
- 44:46of anyone else or any majority that you
- 44:48could have.
- 44:50So a republic does not allow the the
- 44:53people on the bus to tell who to
- 44:55tell another person on the bus that they
- 44:57have to get to the back of the
- 44:59bus.
- 45:02You see, that was mobocracy, and uh when
- 45:05Rosa Parks had to do that.
- 45:07And we we talk about Rosa Parks in
- 45:10the book, and we talk about Martin Luther
- 45:12King and Martin Luther King's most famous speech,
- 45:14not the one in front of Lincoln Memorial,
- 45:17but the one in the church in um
- 45:19uh in New York City.
- 45:22Oh, okay, in New York, okay.
- 45:23No, in New York City, and it it
- 45:26was his uh speech about um the greatest
- 45:30purveyor of violence, and he gave that one
- 45:33year, one year to the very day that
- 45:36he was assassinated.
- 45:40And there were a lot of people in
- 45:42government, especially that were so mad at him
- 45:45for saying that the United States government was
- 45:47the greatest purveyor of violence in the world,
- 45:49and his staff and most people who heard
- 45:52the speech said it was his finest speech
- 45:54ever.
- 45:57Uh, not that I have a dream speech
- 45:59in front of the Lincoln Memorial about four
- 46:01years before that, but we explained that, and
- 46:04it gets a little bit suspicious as to
- 46:06how he was assassinated one day, one year
- 46:08to the very day that he gave that
- 46:10speech.
- 46:13And then the I think the most amazing
- 46:16research that we came up with was Dorothy
- 46:20Kilgallen.
- 46:24Now you might not remember her, you might
- 46:26not be old enough because on on the
- 46:28on the television game show called What's My
- 46:30Line?
- 46:32Do you remember that?
- 46:33I do remember that show, yeah.
- 46:35Okay, she was one of the regular panelists.
- 46:40Uh nice looking lady, um, not a real
- 46:43beauty, but a nice looking lady, very articulate.
- 46:47But she was uh she gained a lot
- 46:49of celebrity uh a few years before that,
- 46:51and that's the reason she made it as
- 46:53a celebrity on that show.
- 46:55But she was a what do you say,
- 46:56Sheriff?
- 46:57You think she's a six?
- 46:59You think she would be a six out
- 47:00of ten?
- 47:02Ten uh yeah, a six, okay, not a
- 47:05six, but you could drink her, you could
- 47:07probably drink her to it too if you
- 47:10drink yes, but she was a 10 when
- 47:12it came to being a good reporter, and
- 47:15she she did not like it when JFK
- 47:17was assassinated, and she didn't buy the story
- 47:20from the Warren Commission.
- 47:22In fact, the Warren Commission, she called a
- 47:24joke.
- 47:25It was laughable, she said, and she started
- 47:27doing her own investigation, and lo and behold,
- 47:30guess what happened to her?
- 47:33She died.
- 47:35Hillary got her.
- 47:36Well, it might have been before Hillary.
- 47:38Yeah, probably so to be able to do
- 47:39that.
- 47:40But but she she she died the exact
- 47:42same way Marilyn Monroe did.
- 47:45And we point out in the book that
- 47:47Vince Foster did not commit suicide.
- 47:50Marilyn Monroe did not commit suicide, and Dorothy
- 47:52Kilgallen did not die accidentally, as the police
- 47:55said.
- 47:57She died exact same way as Marilyn Monroe.
- 48:02She took some sleeping pills and drank.
- 48:05And the police come in and say, Oh,
- 48:07darn it, looks like she died accidentally.
- 48:10It doesn't look like a murder.
- 48:12Um, but Merriman Monroe's death did look like
- 48:13a murder, and this one looks like it
- 48:15even more.
- 48:16And you want me to can I tell
- 48:18you why, real quick?
- 48:19Sure, absolutely go.
- 48:22All of her reports and all of her
- 48:25notes about the assassination of JFK that she
- 48:27was about ready to divulge, were all stolen
- 48:30from her apartment the night she died, the
- 48:33night she was killed.
- 48:36So we know why she was killed.
- 48:38We just don't know who, because first of
- 48:40all, they never investigated it.
- 48:43You have the motivation, but you don't know
- 48:44who did it.
- 48:46Yeah.
- 48:47Yeah.
- 48:48And so this has been uh the rule
- 48:51of thumb, uh, especially for the Democrat Party.
- 48:54And and obviously there's some deaths that we
- 48:57bring up that we weren't able to prove
- 49:00what side of the aisle uh did it.
- 49:00What side of the aisle uh did it?
- 49:02Yeah.
- 49:02Yeah, uh, but but most of it's very
- 49:03Uh, but but most of it's very suspicious
- 49:06suspicious towards the Democrat side.
- 49:06towards the Democrat side.
- 49:09But we don't care.
- 49:09But we don't care.
- 49:10We don't care what party, uh any any
- 49:10We don't care what party, uh, any any
- 49:13criminality of government, we don't care.
- 49:13criminality of government, we don't care.
- 49:16Like Nixon.
- 49:16Like Nixon.
- 49:17We bring Nixon up.
- 49:17We bring Nixon up, and Nixon was a
- 49:19And Nixon was a Republican.
- 49:20Republican, and he was totally corrupt and and
- 49:21And he was totally corrupt and and did
- 49:23did some horrible things.
- 49:23some horrible things.
- 49:26The only president in history to ever resign,
- 49:26The only president in history to ever resign,
- 49:27uh and
- 49:28uh, and then pardoned by the only president
- 49:30that was never elected.
- 49:32Yeah, and that's Gerald Ford.
- 49:34Yeah, sure was.
- 49:35The name of the book is The Democrat
- 49:37Murder of America.
- 49:39You're listening to Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 49:41He wrote that book along with Dan Perkins.
- 49:44The book just came out, as you heard
- 49:45a few minutes ago.
- 49:46Only available on an e-book now, but the
- 49:49published book is coming soon.
- 49:51You go to the Democrat Murder of America.com.
- 49:55Just Democrat Murder of America.
- 49:57Democrat Murder of America and Democrat Murderof America
- 49:59dot com is where you can go and
- 50:01get that book now.
- 50:04But it's coming out soon in a published
- 50:05version.
- 50:07Before we get out of here, Sheriff, I
- 50:09want to talk about accountability.
- 50:12I think you and I both, the last
- 50:14time we spoke, we had an expectation with
- 50:16Donald Trump coming in as 47th president that
- 50:19there would be some accountability for people like
- 50:21James Comey, Anthony Fauci and uh Brennan and
- 50:23uh Clapper and all those names.
- 50:26Uh it hasn't happened.
- 50:28And I sense that the base is frustrated.
- 50:30There is a lot of voter apathy, which
- 50:32is going to hurt in the midterm as
- 50:34we see these primaries happening now.
- 50:37And what do you think?
- 50:38Are we going to get accountability?
- 50:41Someone like James Comey.
- 50:42Is he going to be tied together with
- 50:44Brennan in the grand jury that's in South
- 50:46Florida right now, and something more than what
- 50:48he was indicted for?
- 50:50Is it on the way?
- 50:51What do you think?
- 50:52Is there going to be accountability?
- 50:53I never thought that Comey would get uh
- 50:55indicted or arrested, and I'm really glad he
- 50:57did.
- 50:59Uh I I hope that this is the
- 51:01beginning of the end of political leniency for
- 51:04these types of criminals.
- 51:07I don't know if Fauci's ever going to
- 51:08get it because he got a pardon from
- 51:10Biden.
- 51:12Yeah, and when the statute of limitations is
- 51:13out also.
- 51:15So I unless you're going to do a
- 51:16RICO case, which I doubt.
- 51:18It might not be, though.
- 51:20It might not be for some of the
- 51:21states to still go after him.
- 51:23Okay.
- 51:24So that's a that's a possibility.
- 51:27He deserves it big time.
- 51:29Yeah.
- 51:29But there's many others that uh uh Alejandro
- 51:31Majorcus.
- 51:33Oh, he should have been first.
- 51:34He was low hanging fruit, in my opinion.
- 51:37He perjured himself uh many times in Congress
- 51:39when he said we have operational control of
- 51:42the border, when clearly they didn't, and now
- 51:45we know because Donald Trump shut down the
- 51:47border, and for 10 months there have been
- 51:50zero illegals allowed into the country.
- 51:53That is all the evidence you need to
- 51:55know that Mayorcus lied under oath repeatedly.
- 51:57And and all of that falls into one
- 51:58sentence I wanted to tell you from the
- 52:00book.
- 52:01So let me say this about all of
- 52:04this and quote one sentence from the book.
- 52:07I think this plays into what we're talking
- 52:08about.
- 52:10Quoting myself in the in the book, the
- 52:14Democrat Murder of America, available again at the
- 52:18Murderof America.com.
- 52:23The only authentic accomplishment the Democrat Party has
- 52:27made within our political structure is that they
- 52:30have reached a new level of degeneracy.
- 52:34And I think that applies to all of
- 52:35this.
- 52:36And I pray that President Trump is safe.
- 52:40He obviously hasn't been very safe.
- 52:42I think the Democrats have had a hand
- 52:44in that.
- 52:46But uh the hate that the Democrats spewed
- 52:49towards this man and the lawfare aimed at
- 52:52President Trump and his family, the threats that
- 52:55have come out to him, the name calling
- 52:58of him that he's Hitler and a Nazi
- 53:01and a fascist.
- 53:04Uh that again, they've gone too far.
- 53:07Yeah, and the new level of degeneracy is
- 53:09obvious from the the Democrat Party and their
- 53:12bed partners, the media.
- 53:14And I really hope that we the people
- 53:18join hand in hand, and that we are
- 53:22the ultimate uh revengers in this.
- 53:25And I don't even know that's a word,
- 53:27but that we will make the Democrat Party
- 53:30pay the price this year at the elections.
- 53:33Yeah, people have to get out of it.
- 53:37There's some good people in the Democrat Party.
- 53:39We want you to do the right thing.
- 53:40We're not telling you to quit the party.
- 53:42In fact, we all should quit parties.
- 53:44There should not be two parties, there should
- 53:45not be five parties.
- 53:47There should be Americans, and that's it that
- 53:48vote.
- 53:50And and George Washington said the same thing
- 53:52a lot better than I did.
- 53:54He articulated it so powerfully.
- 53:57But folks, you good Democrats have got to
- 53:59stop this.
- 54:02And you need to vote for good, honest
- 54:04constitutional candidates.
- 54:06And if you can't get any in the
- 54:08Democrat Party, then you then vote for someone
- 54:09else.
- 54:11Vote for a third party, vote for a
- 54:14Republican, vote for anyone that will stand against
- 54:16all this corruption and dishonesty and cheating.
- 54:19You said it perfectly.
- 54:21His name is Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 54:23He was the first sheriff in America to
- 54:25sue the federal government and Bill Clinton.
- 54:28And he won.
- 54:29He won that case.
- 54:30It was a 10th Amendment case, which is
- 54:32really one of my favorite amendments, uh, Sheriff.
- 54:35I think if you don't have that, we're
- 54:36not a republic.
- 54:37If you don't have that, we probably don't
- 54:39have the first and the second amendment either.
- 54:41It can't be upheld without constitutional sheriffs like
- 54:44you in states that make up our republic,
- 54:46the United States of America.
- 54:49It's always a pleasure to talk to you.
- 54:51I really do appreciate it.
- 54:52Please, please, if if I don't reach out
- 54:54to you in the next three months, please
- 54:55do it to me, and I'll have you
- 54:57back on.
- 54:58Have you back on more regular and we
- 55:00have to do this?

- 55:41from within and what we can do to
- 55:43stop it.
- 55:45And that's the Democrat Murder of America at
- 55:49Murder of America.com.
