Latest / The Vault: The Epstein Files / Thomas Massie Accuses Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of Sex Crimes in the United States (9/2/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. A couple of days ago, Thomas Massey took
- 0:07Speaker 1: to the congressional floor and rattled off 14 different names.
- 0:12Speaker 1: And of course, one of those names was none other
- 0:15Speaker 1: than Prince Andrew. And according to Thomas Massey, Prince Andrew
- 0:21Speaker 1: has committed sex crimes right here in the United States.
- 0:25Speaker 1: And listen, I know that that's not breaking news for
- 0:27Speaker 1: everybody that's been following the story. But it's certainly a
- 0:31Speaker 1: big deal. Whenever you have somebody in Congress get up
- 0:34Speaker 1: there on the congressional floor and call out somebody like Andrew,
- 0:38Speaker 1: in my opinion, it's a big deal. Now, do I
- 0:42Speaker 1: think anything is going to come of it? I have
- 0:45Speaker 1: my doubts, considering the DOJ won't even give the information
- 0:49Speaker 1: that the UK has asked for over to the UK authorities.
- 0:54Speaker 1: So what would make anyone think that we have any
- 0:56Speaker 1: desire to investigate Andrew here in America? And while I
- 1:00Speaker 1: don't think it's likely, I think the first step would
- 1:03Speaker 1: be conditioning the public that Prince Andrew was not just
- 1:07Speaker 1: one of Jeffrey Epstein's friends, but was somebody that was
- 1:10Speaker 1: partaking in the abuse as well. So today we have
- 1:14Speaker 1: an article from the Daily Mail and the headline, Andrew
- 1:18Speaker 1: Mountbatten-Windsor is accused of committing sex crimes in the U.S.
- 1:22Speaker 1: by a congressman. Not exactly the greatest news to wake
- 1:25Speaker 1: up to if you're Prince Andrew. as if things aren't
- 1:29Speaker 1: bad enough. This article was authored by Martin Robinson. Andrew
- 1:35Speaker 1: Mountbatten-Windsor was today accused of committing sex crimes in the U.S.
- 1:39Speaker 1: by a Republican congressman. The former Duke of York was
- 1:43Speaker 1: named by Thomas Massey during a speech in the U.S.
- 1:46Speaker 1: House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. amid renewed calls for
- 1:50Speaker 1: the errant royal to face prosecution. Yeah, you know, like
- 1:54Speaker 1: anybody else would've. Imagine somebody accused you of this shit
- 1:59Speaker 1: How fast do you think the Jakes would be at
- 2:00Speaker 1: your house? I'm guessing pretty quick. And I'm pretty sure
- 2:05Speaker 1: they wouldn't give a shit about anything you had to say.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Unless you had some evidence, you know, proving that what
- 2:11Speaker 1: they're saying isn't true. But short of that, nobody's believing you.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Nobody's giving you the benefit of the doubt. Now, Andrew,
- 2:18Speaker 1: on the other hand, whole different story. This is a
- 2:22Speaker 1: man that has never faced any repercussions for anything he's
- 2:26Speaker 1: ever done. And that's why all of this has come
- 2:28Speaker 1: as such a shock to him. Because he was used
- 2:31Speaker 1: to just running the roost, right? Doing whatever he wants,
- 2:35Speaker 1: whenever he wants to do it, and nobody telling him otherwise.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Not even his mother. And then to have that all
- 2:40Speaker 1: come crashing down the way it did, to only culminate
- 2:44Speaker 1: with Thomas Massey calling his bitch ass out on the
- 2:47Speaker 1: congressional floor, is nothing short of devastating for him and
- 2:52Speaker 1: the royal family. It's one thing for a newspaper to
- 2:55Speaker 1: say it. whole ass other thing for that to get
- 2:57Speaker 1: read into the record of Congress. Demanding that associates of
- 3:02Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein be held accountable, Kentucky Congressman Mr. Massey said,
- 3:07Speaker 1: we want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. Well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: I'll start with a real investigation, and then if the
- 3:15Speaker 1: investigation finds evidence that says they should be prosecuted, that's
- 3:19Speaker 1: what we should do, because as of now, there has
- 3:22Speaker 1: not been a real investigation. maybe into Glenn Maxwell, but
- 3:27Speaker 1: a targeted investigation. Not widespread, not looking at the whole network,
- 3:33Speaker 1: not digging in to all the relationships and the financial trail,
- 3:37Speaker 1: because that's where the gold is. And of course, that's
- 3:41Speaker 1: why they avoid it. Mr. Massey, a leading figure in
- 3:44Speaker 1: the push to release the first tranche of Epstein files,
- 3:47Speaker 1: also named former Barclays boss Jeff Staley and magician David Copperfield.
- 3:53Speaker 1: And I think David Copperfield is one of the forgotten
- 3:56Speaker 1: names here because he was around Epstein quite a bit. Now,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I haven't heard that he was involved in the abuse itself,
- 4:05Speaker 1: but he certainly was around. He certainly was friendly with
- 4:08Speaker 1: Epstein and certainly enjoyed his company. And in any real investigation,
- 4:13Speaker 1: somebody that's that close to somebody that's a target of
- 4:16Speaker 1: the DOJ, they're going to get a visit. And that
- 4:19Speaker 1: visit's going to be from the FBI. And that's, of course,
- 4:24Speaker 1: you're one of Jeffrey Epstein's associates. And Prince Andrew, who
- 4:29Speaker 1: committed sex crimes in the United States, he said. He added,
- 4:32Speaker 1: perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice
- 4:36Speaker 1: into delivering justice. I wish. They'd have to actually have
- 4:40Speaker 1: some shame for them to feel shameful. But unfortunately, they
- 4:44Speaker 1: do not. If it was up to them, none of
- 4:48Speaker 1: these names would have ever been released, and this whole
- 4:51Speaker 1: entire story would have just went away Remember, that's what
- 4:55Speaker 1: they wanted. It's never been about truth, it's never been
- 4:59Speaker 1: about transparency, and it's never been about justice. And unfortunately,
- 5:04Speaker 1: when it comes to a lot of the people that matter,
- 5:06Speaker 1: a lot of the people that can provide that justice,
- 5:09Speaker 1: they just don't care. Andrew denies committing any sex offense.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace has also been asked to comment. Mr. Massey
- 5:18Speaker 1: has emerged as one of the most persistent critics of
- 5:20Speaker 1: the Justice Department's handling of the Epstein scandal. He's trying
- 5:25Speaker 1: to pass legislation that would force the US government to
- 5:28Speaker 1: release any additional unreleased Epstein documents. And look, you can't
- 5:32Speaker 1: fault the guy for trying, right? I know there's a
- 5:35Speaker 1: lot of people out there that don't like Thomas Massey.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I'm not exactly a giant fan myself. But when it
- 5:42Speaker 1: comes to this issue, when it comes to him trying
- 5:44Speaker 1: to force some light into the room, I'm completely on board.
- 5:49Speaker 1: And listen, I know the game. These politicians have no
- 5:52Speaker 1: problem writing you during election season, right? Even though they
- 5:56Speaker 1: don't give a shit about you. Well, that's the way
- 5:58Speaker 1: I feel about them. I have no problem riding a
- 6:01Speaker 1: guy like Thomas Massey to the finish line when it
- 6:04Speaker 1: comes to Epstein, while at the same time, not supporting
- 6:07Speaker 1: him as a politician overall. I can like some things
- 6:11Speaker 1: you do and dislike others, right? Is that allowed still?
- 6:15Speaker 1: Do I have to get approval for that? I mean,
- 6:17Speaker 1: I don't know if you know this or not, but
- 6:19Speaker 1: you can agree with people on one topic and disagree
- 6:22Speaker 1: wholeheartedly on another. At least that's how it used to work.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I know the rules are changed now for a lot
- 6:28Speaker 1: of people, and you have to go with whatever your
- 6:31Speaker 1: team says, but that shit is never going to happen
- 6:34Speaker 1: around these parts. Now listen, it would be a much
- 6:37Speaker 1: better financial decision for me to pick a side. But
- 6:41Speaker 1: I don't give a shit about any of that. Despite
- 6:43Speaker 1: being a staunch Republican, Mr. Massey warned in May that
- 6:47Speaker 1: Donald Trump had disenfranchised many Americans who voted for him
- 6:50Speaker 1: and their party over issues including Iran and government spending.
- 6:57Speaker 1: He will not stand the next year's midterm election after
- 6:59Speaker 1: being beaten by a challenger handpicked by the president, who
- 7:02Speaker 1: has publicly called Mr. Massey a moron and a loser. Yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 1: that's productive. Super productive conversation, Mr. President. Let's call everybody
- 7:12Speaker 1: losers and morons. Meanwhile, your policies are absolute shit. But
- 7:17Speaker 1: it's always everybody else's fault, right? It's this one's fault,
- 7:20Speaker 1: that one's fault. Never the man behind the curtain, though.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts claimed she had sex with Andrew three times
- 7:28Speaker 1: when she was 17 and had been trafficked to him
- 7:30Speaker 1: by Epstein. Ms. Roberts claimed two of those sexual encounters
- 7:34Speaker 1: took place on U.S. soil in New York and on
- 7:37Speaker 1: Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I wonder
- 7:40Speaker 1: if Trump's tune would change if it was his daughter.
- 7:43Speaker 1: What if Ivanka got caught up in this? Would it
- 7:46Speaker 1: still be a hoax then? I'm guessing it wouldn't be.
- 7:49Speaker 1: The intervention in Congress came just 48 hours after it
- 7:53Speaker 1: was revealed that that another woman who claims she was
- 7:55Speaker 1: flown to the UK by Epstein to have sex with
- 7:58Speaker 1: Andrew has had a change of heart about testifying against him.
- 8:03Speaker 1: And boy, that's good news. The more people that are
- 8:05Speaker 1: willing to come forward and put a face to the
- 8:08Speaker 1: name and go and tell the authorities what happened, the
- 8:12Speaker 1: closer we're going to get to justice. But even if
- 8:15Speaker 1: none of that happens, right? Even if nobody else came forward,
- 8:19Speaker 1: you mean to tell me they're not going to investigate
- 8:21Speaker 1: the financial crimes? They're not going to investigate the sharing
- 8:24Speaker 1: of confidential information? They're not going to investigate the people
- 8:28Speaker 1: that were accepting money from Jeffrey Epstein, the people that
- 8:31Speaker 1: were engaged in financial malfeasance? We're just going to ignore
- 8:35Speaker 1: all of that? The Mail on Sunday reported in May
- 8:40Speaker 1: that the unnamed woman, who alleges she spent the night
- 8:42Speaker 1: with the former prince in Windsor, was reluctant to make
- 8:45Speaker 1: a formal complaint to a British detective investigating trafficking claims
- 8:49Speaker 1: because she did not want to risk losing her privacy.
- 8:53Speaker 1: And can you really blame her? Look at the way
- 8:55Speaker 1: some of these people conduct themselves. You got people out
- 8:58Speaker 1: here acting like straight fools. So if I was some
- 9:02Speaker 1: woman who had these allegations, and I had a family,
- 9:05Speaker 1: a life, I don't know if I'd want to come
- 9:08Speaker 1: forward either. Is the juice worth the squeeze? Now, her U.S. lawyer,
- 9:15Speaker 1: Bradley Edwards, has revealed that He's been in contact with
- 9:19Speaker 1: police in the UK after his client went from a
- 9:21Speaker 1: hard no to a maybe in assisting the ongoing criminal case.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And you know, I bet you that Prince Andrew is
- 9:28Speaker 1: sweating now. The woman says that she was in her
- 9:33Speaker 1: 20s when, at Epstein's request, she spent the night with
- 9:37Speaker 1: Andrew at Royal Lodge in Windsor in 2010. It's alleged
- 9:41Speaker 1: she was also given a tour of Buckingham Palace and
- 9:44Speaker 1: tea afterwards. What a gentleman that Andrew is. Mr. Edwards
- 9:52Speaker 1: said he spoke to British police about interviewing his client
- 9:56Speaker 1: in the US, but nothing had been agreed. He added
- 10:00Speaker 1: that she has gone from a hard no to a maybe.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Her main concern is to protect her child, and she
- 10:05Speaker 1: doesn't want her kid being harassed. Those are all legitimate claims.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You have a child, and they're in school, whatever. This
- 10:15Speaker 1: is the last thing you want them to have to
- 10:17Speaker 1: deal with. If those issues can be addressed, it could happen.
- 10:22Speaker 1: She's thinking about it. I think she should testify because
- 10:24Speaker 1: what happened was wrong, but I'm not going to push her.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It has to be her choice. Andrew was arrested on
- 10:30Speaker 1: his 66th birthday in February on suspicion of misconduct in
- 10:34Speaker 1: public office after documents released by the Trump administration appeared
- 10:38Speaker 1: to show him passing sensitive information to Epstein during their
- 10:42Speaker 1: decade-long friendship. That not appeared. That's what happened. That's what
- 10:46Speaker 1: he was doing. And I'm sure he was doing it
- 10:49Speaker 1: a lot more than we're aware of. In May, Thames
- 10:53Speaker 1: Valley Police, which is leading the investigation, said it was
- 10:56Speaker 1: widening the inquiry to include sex trafficking. The information Andrew
- 11:00Speaker 1: allegedly shared included reports of official visits to Hong Kong, Vietnam,
- 11:05Speaker 1: and Singapore, as well as a confidential briefing about investment
- 11:09Speaker 1: opportunities in the reconstruction of Helmand Province in Afghanistan. It's
- 11:14Speaker 1: understood that Thames Valley investigation into Andrew is being given
- 11:18Speaker 1: the same resources as a major crime probe. and that
- 11:22Speaker 1: specialist sexual offense investigators are part of the team. So
- 11:26Speaker 1: they put together a whole ass, like, CSI-type team against him, right?
- 11:33Speaker 1: The question is, what are they going to find? Are
- 11:35Speaker 1: they going to have people that are helpful? Is the
- 11:38Speaker 1: Crown going to help out? Or are they going to
- 11:40Speaker 1: run interference? I know they said they're going to help,
- 11:42Speaker 1: but do we really believe them? Should we believe them? Mr. Edwards,
- 11:48Speaker 1: who has represented more than 200 alleged Epstein victims, previously
- 11:52Speaker 1: sued Andrew on behalf of the late Ms. Roberts, who
- 11:55Speaker 1: alleged she had sex at 17 with the former Duke
- 11:58Speaker 1: of York in London, New York, and on Epstein's Caribbean island.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Andrew settled for a reported £ 12 million before the case
- 12:07Speaker 1: went to trial, but did not admit liability. The files
- 12:11Speaker 1: released by the Department of Justice contained damning messages from
- 12:15Speaker 1: Andrew to Epstein in 2010, talking about setting him up
- 12:18Speaker 1: with a woman. Epstein offered to set the former prince
- 12:21Speaker 1: up with a friend who was 26, Russian, clever, beautiful,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and trustworthy. It's not known if the woman in the
- 12:29Speaker 1: email is the same one Mr. Edwards represents. So look,
- 12:34Speaker 1: getting called out by Thomas Massey on the congressional floor,
- 12:38Speaker 1: not exactly a good day for the Joe Exotic of
- 12:42Speaker 1: the Windsor family. And if this woman does testify, things
- 12:46Speaker 1: are going to go from bad to a whole lot
- 12:48Speaker 1: worse Real quick. And do I even need to say it?
- 12:52Speaker 1: We're going to be here every step of the way.
- 12:56Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 12:59Speaker 1: found in the description box.
