- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. No, no, no, Welcome to the Naughty but lie Sham.
- 0:15Speaker 1: I'm rub Shooter and it's Thursday. Betch meeans our dear
- 0:17Speaker 1: friend Mark Loopo joins us. Hey, Loopie, are you there?
- 0:22Speaker 1: Hey Loopy lewis here? Hey, Loopy Loopy loop Congratulations on
- 0:26Speaker 1: your nomination for a glad Award. My friends, you're on
- 0:30Speaker 1: fire Mark, Oh right, thank you so much. It feels
- 0:33Speaker 1: great to be recognized. It's really lovely. You have your
- 0:35Speaker 1: Emmy already. You do have an Emmy, a nomination nomination. Gosh,
- 0:39Speaker 1: we're gonna have to build a shelf in that keys
- 0:41Speaker 1: department of yours on. All of your rewards are from
- 0:45Speaker 1: my nominations, nominations. I'm a friend of mine, a really
- 0:49Speaker 1: cheeky friend of mine who's worked on TV forever and
- 0:52Speaker 1: they were always on the Number two show, and so
- 0:55Speaker 1: they always got nominated, but they never quite won. And
- 0:59Speaker 1: he used to call it the best of losers. Oh oh,
- 1:03Speaker 1: I'm like Luci, you just started. When you've got thirty
- 1:10Speaker 1: five nominations, then you're the Susan Lucie fingers across my
- 1:13Speaker 1: friend Taylor. Time is in. It is tea time. Sorry.
- 1:17Speaker 1: At the top of the show. Don Lemon is back
- 1:19Speaker 1: on CNN, but he did not address the comments he
- 1:23Speaker 1: made about Nicky Hayley on TV, so he returned on Wednesday,
- 1:27Speaker 1: no mention of the scandal the sexist comments. He did, though,
- 1:33Speaker 1: go on social media just before he went live on
- 1:36Speaker 1: the show to issue an apology. So after skipping I
- 1:41Speaker 1: think three episodes of the show, he's under fire by
- 1:44Speaker 1: lots of people. Goodness knows the press two is coming
- 1:47Speaker 1: after him. The show started at six am. It's an
- 1:52Speaker 1: early show, mark six am. By talking about President Biden,
- 1:57Speaker 1: his co host Poppy Harlow did make eye contact. I
- 2:01Speaker 1: was watching them very carefully. I must admit I didn't
- 2:03Speaker 1: get up at six, but I did record it and
- 2:05Speaker 1: I watched it really carefully. The post, the New York posts,
- 2:08Speaker 1: they made me laugh. They had a body language, Yes,
- 2:12Speaker 1: they hired a language who said Don looked a little
- 2:16Speaker 1: bit nervous. Now TMZ are reporting that he is on
- 2:19Speaker 1: thin ice because they've made it very very clear that
- 2:22Speaker 1: this cannot happen again. I'm told they have a new
- 2:26Speaker 1: executive producers starting very very soon now. For people that
- 2:29Speaker 1: don't know, and I didn't know this a couple of
- 2:31Speaker 1: years ago, the executive producer, who we called the EP,
- 2:35Speaker 1: is the boss. They're like the captain of the ship.
- 2:38Speaker 1: They're in charge of the show, not the talent. Everybody
- 2:40Speaker 1: thinks the people on the show are the boss. That's
- 2:43Speaker 1: not true. The EP is the boss. And so maybe
- 2:47Speaker 1: this new EP will be able to sort of get
- 2:50Speaker 1: their arms around this Donaser going through some formal training,
- 2:56Speaker 1: which made Howard Stern laugh. Yesterday, Howard said it was so.
- 3:00Speaker 1: He said, they suspended him for a day and then
- 3:04Speaker 1: they sent him into sensitificty training, and then he's back
- 3:07Speaker 1: the next day. Howard said he's cured. He said, it's fantastic.
- 3:11Speaker 1: They must have great experts over the Howard went on
- 3:14Speaker 1: to giggle, I've been in therapy for thirty years and
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm not cured. But apparently just one day for Done.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You know, Mark, this story annoyed me because what he
- 3:24Speaker 1: said really got into my skin. I have sisters, we
- 3:27Speaker 1: have friends, we have murthers, we have relatives, so I
- 3:30Speaker 1: didn't like this at all. But I also know too,
- 3:33Speaker 1: he's not a bad man. I've known Done for years
- 3:36Speaker 1: and people say stupid things. This was a stupid thing,
- 3:40Speaker 1: and I think the lesson I learned from this is
- 3:42Speaker 1: don't double downn He did say sorry right away. I've
- 3:47Speaker 1: got really good at this because I say a lot
- 3:49Speaker 1: of stupid things. Mark, I know immediately don't double down
- 3:54Speaker 1: and say sorry. It's amazing that little word sorry can
- 3:59Speaker 1: get you out of jail so quickly, so easily, and
- 4:03Speaker 1: yet we just can't say it. Mark, How are you
- 4:06Speaker 1: at saying sorry? I'm really good at saying sorry as
- 4:09Speaker 1: I've gotten older. You have to own it, like you're
- 4:11Speaker 1: saying rob. You say sorry, I think people can move on.
- 4:14Speaker 1: But if you if you dance around it and you
- 4:17Speaker 1: use these words like in artful, which is which is
- 4:20Speaker 1: what he first is the way he describes his comments,
- 4:23Speaker 1: the first kind of apology he released. People are not
- 4:26Speaker 1: going to accept that, and they want to hear from you.
- 4:28Speaker 1: They want to hear I am, That's what they want
- 4:31Speaker 1: to hear. Forget TV. Just in your life, when a
- 4:33Speaker 1: friend upsets you, a partner, somebody does something that's not
- 4:37Speaker 1: very nice, you just want to hear sorry. That's all
- 4:39Speaker 1: I want to hear. And you're right, we've become sort
- 4:42Speaker 1: of experts as as people in these very long non apologies.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I'm sorry if you were offended. That's not sorry. No,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings. No, no, no.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Was it an artful way of saying something, which, as
- 4:59Speaker 1: you pointed out, Mark, was Don's original response. He's back.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I think ultimately here, what's going on my sources tell
- 5:06Speaker 1: me at CNN is that Don's not that happy. He
- 5:09Speaker 1: liked doing a primetime show, he liked being a solo performer.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Panels are tricky and so you have to really work
- 5:16Speaker 1: at it, and I'm not sure he's going to put
- 5:19Speaker 1: in the work. If he does, maybe things will be okay.
- 5:23Speaker 1: But a real lesson here for all of us. Sorry,
- 5:27Speaker 1: say it, practice it, say it, Mark. Sorry, Sorry, I've
- 5:30Speaker 1: got it on tape. I'm gonna put it on a loop.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Every time you upset, I'm gonna send you that It's terrible,
- 5:35Speaker 1: isn't it? Okay? I know it's the worst thing that happened.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Since I learned how to edit the show, I'm now
- 5:40Speaker 1: pretty good with like editing and Audacity and all these programs.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna put it on a loop. Incentagip, Okay, don't
- 5:48Speaker 1: forget to voot on today's pool. Go to our Twitter
- 5:53Speaker 1: page which is at Naughty Nice rather Facebook page is
- 5:56Speaker 1: naughty gossip And the question is sure don have apologized
- 6:01Speaker 1: on air? So he did apologize before he returned, but
- 6:05Speaker 1: the day he was back. The day he returned, seconds
- 6:09Speaker 1: before he went live, he tweeted an apology. Should he
- 6:12Speaker 1: have just said that on air? It wasn't an accident.
- 6:16Speaker 1: These shows are very carefully planned, so there was a
- 6:18Speaker 1: decision made to not mention it on the show. Personally,
- 6:22Speaker 1: I think that was a wasted opportunity. However, I do
- 6:25Speaker 1: understand wanting to move on. But what do you think
- 6:28Speaker 1: should he have apologized? Hey, Mark, what are you working on?
- 6:34Speaker 1: More drama from Prince Harry Megan Marco? This sider denying
- 6:38Speaker 1: that they're suing South Park over a portrayal of them.
- 6:41Speaker 1: M explain what's going on here? So, Prince Harry and
- 6:45Speaker 1: Megan Marco have no intentions of suing the creators of
- 6:48Speaker 1: South Park over a recent episode seemingly aimed at the
- 6:51Speaker 1: controversial colom So, despite reports at the pair are pursuing
- 6:55Speaker 1: legal action against the animated series. A spokesperson from Marco
- 6:59Speaker 1: and Harry told people that quote, it's all frankly nonsense,
- 7:03Speaker 1: totally baseless and boring reports. Okay, So, Rob. This clarification
- 7:08Speaker 1: comes after Comedy Central released a new episode on Wednesday.
- 7:12Speaker 1: It's quite funny if you have to, yeah, maybe lab
- 7:14Speaker 1: It's titled Worldwide Privacy for and the plot follows the
- 7:20Speaker 1: Prince and Princess of Canada as they moved to a
- 7:23Speaker 1: fictional Colorado town to get out of the press. That
- 7:27Speaker 1: sounds very familiar, right. It made me scream Mark it
- 7:31Speaker 1: was so naughty. Side Park is so cheeky because it's
- 7:35Speaker 1: not outright vicious. It's on that line of being just naughty.
- 7:41Speaker 1: It's a lid. We like to surf ourselves a little
- 7:43Speaker 1: bit on this show. I don't think we're quite as
- 7:45Speaker 1: naughty as Sive Park, but oh I did enjoy it. Now,
- 7:49Speaker 1: what my sources are telling me is that the initial
- 7:51Speaker 1: reports that they were thinking about suing were true, and
- 7:56Speaker 1: it was after the backlash where everybody was like, oh,
- 8:00Speaker 1: just laugh, that's when they change their mind. Talk about
- 8:04Speaker 1: really feeling the temperature of the room. I hope Harry
- 8:08Speaker 1: and Meghan have got better at this because they've been
- 8:10Speaker 1: tone death in the past. They've been completely out of
- 8:13Speaker 1: touch with where the public is, particularly in Britain. So
- 8:17Speaker 1: I think now sitting in their mansion. Seeing all these
- 8:21Speaker 1: people say, don't sue, just laugh. I think they got
- 8:24Speaker 1: the message. Do you think that's possible, Well, I think
- 8:27Speaker 1: you asked to take a step back and think oftentimes
- 8:30Speaker 1: there is a little truth to the humor. So maybe
- 8:33Speaker 1: they recognize, Okay, we have been doing the most in
- 8:36Speaker 1: the press, and we could take a moment to step
- 8:38Speaker 1: back and have the privacy they've been asking for. Yes,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you don't can laugh at myself. Market took me a
- 8:45Speaker 1: long time to learn to do that, and my feelings
- 8:49Speaker 1: used to get really hurt. But now I can see
- 8:53Speaker 1: how ridiculous I am. Like I can'd be like, oh please, Robert.
- 8:57Speaker 1: It's almost like it's not me. It's was like I'm
- 9:00Speaker 1: looking or listening to somebody else. Like whenever I go
- 9:04Speaker 1: on TV, I always record it and I watch it,
- 9:06Speaker 1: not for my ego, but to learn. I literally watch it.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Jen Rivers told me to do it. Actually, if the
- 9:11Speaker 1: truth be told. Every show she ever did, she recorded herself.
- 9:14Speaker 1: She had a little record her in her pocket, and
- 9:16Speaker 1: she recorded it and she'd listen to it, maybe not
- 9:18Speaker 1: that day, but she'd say, oh, I could have told
- 9:20Speaker 1: that joke better. I could have done that better. I
- 9:22Speaker 1: do watch myself, and I've learned a lot of technique
- 9:26Speaker 1: by really doing that, and so it is tricky though, Mark,
- 9:30Speaker 1: can you watch yourself? Do you like it? Or even
- 9:33Speaker 1: do you listen to the podcast or is this still
- 9:35Speaker 1: so raw? Yeah? There's times where I listening a crane.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But that's how you grow, you know, you know, like,
- 9:42Speaker 1: oh I could have done that better. I could slow down,
- 9:44Speaker 1: or I could enunciate her or whatever, And that's how
- 9:47Speaker 1: you you the feedback you get us from yourself, and
- 9:49Speaker 1: that's the best way to bro right. Yeah, I hate
- 9:52Speaker 1: that expression fake it to you till you make it
- 9:57Speaker 1: because it's a lie. You're not faking it, you're practicing.
- 10:00Speaker 1: It's not fake. Everybody had to do it. Everybody started
- 10:03Speaker 1: an amateur. If you think of some of the biggest
- 10:05Speaker 1: stars in the world. You know, the first time Alicia
- 10:07Speaker 1: Ki sat down at the piano and started playing when
- 10:10Speaker 1: she was a young girl, she didn't sound so good.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I'll tell you that right now. You know, always be
- 10:14Speaker 1: When Jaylo first shaped her beautiful bottom, I bet it
- 10:17Speaker 1: didn't look quite as fabulous as it does now. Can
- 10:19Speaker 1: you imagine Beyonce in her bathroom as a young girl
- 10:22Speaker 1: with a hairbrush singing into the mirror. That's how it started.
- 10:26Speaker 1: So that isn't faking it. That's paying your dues, that's
- 10:31Speaker 1: doing the work. I went back over the pandemic and
- 10:36Speaker 1: listened to our very first podcast, which I did as
- 10:38Speaker 1: a solo show, and it was literally two minute soundbites.
- 10:42Speaker 1: It was every story was two minutes, and after the
- 10:44Speaker 1: story had a whoosh sound effect and I went onto
- 10:46Speaker 1: the next story. It was awful, just awful. But I
- 10:50Speaker 1: had to be awful to become good. I really did
- 10:53Speaker 1: think about that. The next time you're doing something and
- 10:55Speaker 1: you're not very good at it, you shouldn't be because
- 10:57Speaker 1: it's the first time you've done it keeper and you
- 11:00Speaker 1: will get better. Absolutely, this story really warmed my heart.
- 11:05Speaker 1: So Bruce Willis's family is helping him live as full
- 11:10Speaker 1: a life as possible after his very rare, rare diagnosis.
- 11:16Speaker 1: So he has been diagnosed with a very rare form
- 11:19Speaker 1: of demension. Now, his wife, their children, he has two
- 11:22Speaker 1: young children, Mabel who's ten and Evelyn who is eight,
- 11:27Speaker 1: so they're all with him, plus his ex wife, Demi Moore,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and his children with Demi, Rumor Willis and Scout and
- 11:34Speaker 1: Tulula I love that name. They've all moved in together,
- 11:37Speaker 1: and they issued a statement as a one big, modern,
- 11:40Speaker 1: blended family, saying their hope is to make the rest
- 11:45Speaker 1: of his life as happy as possible. They know they
- 11:48Speaker 1: don't have a lot of time left, and they know
- 11:50Speaker 1: that even if he physically is around for a while,
- 11:54Speaker 1: mentally things are going to get very difficult for Bruce,
- 11:57Speaker 1: so they want to make sure that the family is
- 12:00Speaker 1: around him and close. This takes a lot. You know,
- 12:03Speaker 1: you can be friends with your ex, but can you
- 12:05Speaker 1: imagine moving in with their new wife, their new children.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I mean, I have mad respect for Demi Moore here.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I did too, And you know, I remember in the
- 12:15Speaker 1: early days of the pandemic they were all quarantining and
- 12:19Speaker 1: I wonder if they knew then something was going on
- 12:23Speaker 1: and they were spending their quality time together. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:25Speaker 1: we thought it was weird. Remember we talked about it
- 12:27Speaker 1: on the show. I feel terrible now. We did not
- 12:29Speaker 1: know about the diagnosis, and I would so weird that
- 12:31Speaker 1: Debbie's just moved in, just like with two suitcasesting dog,
- 12:35Speaker 1: with somebody at the door. It's anymore. But now we
- 12:38Speaker 1: know why. It's lovely. Let's go on to our Jenna.
- 12:42Speaker 1: We've not done a Kendall jennera a Kardashian Jenna story
- 12:45Speaker 1: for a while. What's going on? Yes, So Devin Booker
- 12:48Speaker 1: is no longer following Kendell Jenner on Instagram amid Bad
- 12:53Speaker 1: Bunny dating speculation. I'll explain this too. So Devin Booker
- 12:57Speaker 1: has stopped following his ex Kendall Jenner Intagram, and fans
- 13:01Speaker 1: of a theory about the timing Jenner, who was spotted
- 13:04Speaker 1: leaving Wallies in Beverly Hills from the same time Bad
- 13:08Speaker 1: Bunny on Saturday as the parent to continue to fuel
- 13:11Speaker 1: dating arms. So after the model's outing eagle life, fans
- 13:16Speaker 1: were quick to make a connection between the alleged new
- 13:18Speaker 1: flame Booker on following Jenna on the social media platform. Jenna,
- 13:23Speaker 1: who is not currently following Booker on Instagram either, had
- 13:26Speaker 1: previously opened up about preferring to keep her love life private.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I like that. I think she's learned from her sister.
- 13:32Speaker 1: She said that when you make your private life public,
- 13:35Speaker 1: it gets messier and she doesn't want to be part
- 13:38Speaker 1: of that. I like this Bad Bunny. I do. I
- 13:41Speaker 1: did not really know much about him till the grammars
- 13:43Speaker 1: he opened the Grammars and I was sitting on my
- 13:46Speaker 1: catch and the next morning Goes was on TV. So
- 13:49Speaker 1: I had my notepad with me, so I made notes
- 13:51Speaker 1: so that I know what I'm going to say in
- 13:52Speaker 1: the morning. I do my research. I do the work.
- 13:54Speaker 1: We talked about that all the time. You've got to
- 13:55Speaker 1: do that work. Yes, that's got my pen Danmark, and
- 13:58Speaker 1: I said, hello, mister, who are you. Oh, he's just adorable.
- 14:03Speaker 1: How he shakes his hips, well, everything about him I like. Yeah.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I saw him at the VM as a well, it's crazy.
- 14:10Speaker 1: As soon as he started performing, people next to me
- 14:13Speaker 1: were chworking up and down, dropping into like a sexual mark.
- 14:16Speaker 1: That's why does you not feel your foot tap or
- 14:20Speaker 1: your hips move a little bit? I started working too.
- 14:22Speaker 1: It was like contagiously. Do you like mister Bunny? Do
- 14:25Speaker 1: you find him attractive? I do. He's very sexy, very sexy,
- 14:29Speaker 1: and I like too. Somebody told me that we're not
- 14:31Speaker 1: quite sure if he's gay or straight or fluid. And
- 14:34Speaker 1: on stage sometimes he kisses guys, sometimes he kisses girls,
- 14:38Speaker 1: and he's all about the fashion. I know, I'm gonna
- 14:41Speaker 1: do a deep dive into mister Bunny this weekend or
- 14:46Speaker 1: about him. Hey, quickly, before we get a break. Pink
- 14:48Speaker 1: has given a new interview. She's so honest. She said
- 14:50Speaker 1: she was terrified of being a terrible mother, and he's
- 14:53Speaker 1: now shocked at how responsible she has become. She talks
- 14:56Speaker 1: about balancing her family and performing and says it is
- 15:00Speaker 1: isn't easy. And when she had kids, she was just
- 15:02Speaker 1: terrified that she was going to have to give up
- 15:04Speaker 1: her career, but somehow she's managed to do it all.
- 15:07Speaker 1: She also was terrified she was going to be a
- 15:10Speaker 1: bad mom, but she's done it. And she said, you know,
- 15:13Speaker 1: there's no perfect way. You've got to be open. You've
- 15:16Speaker 1: got to have discussions, you got to talk to your kids.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And that's exactly what she has done. And I love,
- 15:22Speaker 1: I love that she's talking about this a really important subject. Hey,
- 15:26Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:28Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Night Show. Mark.
- 15:32Speaker 1: We're flying through the show today. It's not an amazing
- 15:35Speaker 1: some days they drag it my own show. I know
- 15:38Speaker 1: the difference. This is a good one. Today, it's a
- 15:40Speaker 1: good show. Okay, let's get to the polls and there
- 15:45Speaker 1: you are. Okay, So yesterday we talked about Mega Markle
- 15:48Speaker 1: being upset and overwhelmed about the Scyth Park episode. Well,
- 15:53Speaker 1: now mark has told us that they're not going to
- 15:55Speaker 1: see but yesterday we thought they were. So our question
- 15:58Speaker 1: was should they take legal action or should they just
- 16:01Speaker 1: laugh it off? Ninety five percent? I said, laugh it off.
- 16:05Speaker 1: You gotta laugh at yourselves. You two people will like you. Bo.
- 16:08Speaker 1: If I was making to know, I'd do I'd take
- 16:10Speaker 1: a little screen grab off the side Park episode and
- 16:14Speaker 1: I'd put it on my Instagram. Yeah, fun to it,
- 16:20Speaker 1: I know. Don't forget to vote on today's Paul go
- 16:23Speaker 1: to Twitter page at Naughty Nice roback Facebook page Laughty
- 16:25Speaker 1: gassip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 16:28Speaker 1: your results are Now for the nicest of the day. Oh,
- 16:36Speaker 1: today's a very nice one, Rob. It's Sean Mendes's so cute.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Such a cute Okay. So Sean Mendez is opening up
- 16:44Speaker 1: about his decision to lap off his famous flowing curls
- 16:48Speaker 1: in favor of a bus cut. So Sean said, quote,
- 16:52Speaker 1: I think everyone should know what they look like with
- 16:54Speaker 1: the shaved head. And he also said, I was just
- 16:57Speaker 1: feeling this urge to shake up myself a little bit.
- 17:01Speaker 1: This comes kind of right after he took some time
- 17:04Speaker 1: off from touring to go with a therapy and to
- 17:06Speaker 1: figure some stuff out. Do you prefer him Rob with
- 17:09Speaker 1: a buzz cut or a thought ball. I like the
- 17:10Speaker 1: long hair, but I do admit there is something about
- 17:13Speaker 1: changing your haircut, changing your hairstyle. It doesn't make you
- 17:16Speaker 1: shake up your life a little bit. I think some
- 17:18Speaker 1: of us have had the same haircut we've had since
- 17:20Speaker 1: we were like nineteen years old. I'm guilty of that.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I've pretty much had to say I have had my
- 17:25Speaker 1: head shaved once and I liked it. I know my
- 17:27Speaker 1: ears are too big and my nose are too big,
- 17:29Speaker 1: Like you've got to be really suremendous, like beautiful to
- 17:32Speaker 1: have that really short look, I think. But so it
- 17:35Speaker 1: didn't quite suit me, but I do. I think he
- 17:38Speaker 1: looks adorable. I like him better with the longer hair,
- 17:41Speaker 1: but maybe that's because I'm just used to seeing him
- 17:43Speaker 1: with the longer hair. Let's be honest, he looks fabulous
- 17:47Speaker 1: with hair or without. Okay, naughtiest of the day, naughty, naughty,
- 17:51Speaker 1: naughty depression is our naughtiest of the day, and Kylie
- 17:56Speaker 1: Jenner is detailing in really painful, painful detail, her postpartum
- 18:03Speaker 1: depression that she had have to both of her children.
- 18:06Speaker 1: She said to Vanity Fair in Italy, I've experienced it twice,
- 18:11Speaker 1: she said. I will tell women not to overthink things
- 18:15Speaker 1: and to live all the emotions of the moment to
- 18:19Speaker 1: the fulliest quote. I know, in those moments you think
- 18:21Speaker 1: it's never going to pass, that your body will never
- 18:24Speaker 1: be the same as before, but that's not true. Good advice.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'm glad she's talking about this and naughtiest of the day,
- 18:32Speaker 1: not Kylie Jenna. Let me be clear, she's great depression.
- 18:36Speaker 1: It's really serious. Okay, let's end with the moment of
- 18:39Speaker 1: rob You get a Robbie, get a robbieta Robbi getta rob.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So we've been talking about procrastination and why we procrastinate
- 18:47Speaker 1: all the time, and the reason we do it is
- 18:50Speaker 1: because we're frightened. Let's be honest. We don't procrastinate because
- 18:53Speaker 1: we're lazy. That's not true. We're not lazy. We procrastinate
- 18:57Speaker 1: because we don't really want to do what we need
- 19:01Speaker 1: to do. And the way to change this, at least
- 19:03Speaker 1: for me, is think of your life as a TV
- 19:06Speaker 1: show broken down into our long episodes. So at the
- 19:11Speaker 1: beginning of every hour, a new episode begins in the
- 19:14Speaker 1: Robshooters Show. And it's a little trick that I've done
- 19:17Speaker 1: to make sure I cannot procrastin out now for very long,
- 19:21Speaker 1: because at the beginning of each hour mark I have
- 19:24Speaker 1: to start over, and I can only now fall into
- 19:27Speaker 1: a rut for at the most sixty minutes. Think about that,
- 19:31Speaker 1: every time we get to the beginning of a new hour,
- 19:35Speaker 1: start over. You don't need New Year's Eve to start over.
- 19:39Speaker 1: You don't need to wake up tomorrow to start over.
- 19:42Speaker 1: You can start over whenever you want. I start over
- 19:46Speaker 1: every hour. When the clock turns eight am nine am,
- 19:50Speaker 1: I start again. So if I've had a terrible, terrible
- 19:54Speaker 1: fifty sixty minutes, I can put that behind me and
- 19:57Speaker 1: move on a little trick. Let's see how that works.
- 20:00Speaker 1: That is it for today. Thank you so much for
