Police Chief Spencer Butler was critically injured in a rollover crash after allegedly running a red light in his patrol truck — the collision also left the other driver with non-life-threatening injuries. Both drivers were unbuckled, and Chief Butler, airlifted to the hospital, suffered a head laceration and severe shoulder injury but is now out of ICU.
