Fourteen people, including 13 Penn State students and the father of one, face charges in a shocking cocaine-trafficking ring centered in two fraternity houses. Two students allegedly led the operation, smuggling drugs from Philly and NYC, forcing pledges to package and sell them on campus. Charges include conspiracy and corrupt organizations. Delta Upsilon is under interim suspension; Sigma Chi, unaffiliated with the university, has yet to comment. Most transactions were cash or via apps.
