- 0:00Speaker 1: Listen up, guys. I know there are a lot of
- 0:03Speaker 1: people out there that always seem that they want to
- 0:05Speaker 1: go back or saying that they have to get back
- 0:07Speaker 1: to something. The goal is to move forward. Don't ever
- 0:11Speaker 1: get yourself in a position where you feel you have
- 0:14Speaker 1: to always go back or saying that you have to
- 0:16Speaker 1: get back to doing what you used to do or
- 0:18Speaker 1: getting back to what you had before or whatever. The
- 0:21Speaker 1: goal is to move forward. The best thing you can
- 0:24Speaker 1: do is try your very best not to fall off track.
- 0:28Speaker 2: It's one tweak away. It's one adjustment away. It's one
- 0:32Speaker 2: modification away. I know it hurts, but you'll be healed
- 0:36Speaker 2: once you make this move.
- 0:38Speaker 3: You can't wait for somebody else to make your life better.
- 0:45Speaker 3: You got to make your life better. Now, I'm not
- 0:49Speaker 3: saying forget the rest of the people. You got to
- 0:53Speaker 3: focus on you.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Everybody wants to win and everybody wants new zip codes
- 0:58Speaker 2: and area codes and everybody wants impact and influence.
- 1:03Speaker 3: But if I don't have adaptability, I'll never have my future.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Who said it's supposed to be easy? It takes grit.
- 1:12Speaker 3: It takes tenacity. It takes sacrifice. Stop feeling sorry for yourself.
- 1:20Speaker 3: This is not a pity party.
- 1:24Speaker 2: The necessary growth strategies, necessary modification, personality adjustment, attitude upgrades,
- 1:33Speaker 2: the necessary. The wise adapt themselves to the circumstances like
- 1:39Speaker 2: water molds itself to the picture. Change is one of
- 1:43Speaker 2: the necessary laws of life. Remember this, action and adaptability
- 1:50Speaker 2: create opportunities.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Anything that comes your way, you got to be prepared
- 1:55Speaker 3: to accept the challenge and go through it. Don't lay
- 2:00Speaker 3: on your back. If something's on your chest, get it off.
- 2:05Speaker 3: As long as you're breathing, as long as that heart
- 2:08Speaker 3: is pumping blood. You not dead yet. They haven't put
- 2:13Speaker 3: rose petals on your box yet. Make sure every breath
- 2:16Speaker 3: you take counts for something. Don't you give up on life.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Because once your life is over, you can't come back.
- 2:26Speaker 2: You've behaved like this long enough. You've been triggered long enough.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Come on, you've had buttons for too many years and
- 2:34Speaker 2: people have been given permission long enough to push your buttons,
- 2:39Speaker 2: to trigger you, to punk you, to corner you, to
- 2:42Speaker 2: box you in, to put the lids and put the
- 2:44Speaker 2: labels all over you. And you have just conformed to
- 2:49Speaker 2: this place of misery. It's time to break through. You've
- 2:53Speaker 2: lost long enough. You've been in your learning season long enough.
- 2:58Speaker 2: It's time to apply.
- 3:00Speaker 4: It is not about worrying about what's going to happen
- 3:02Speaker 4: tomorrow because guess what? Tomorrow doesn't owe you or me anything.
- 3:08Speaker 4: As a matter of fact, tomorrow has already made up
- 3:11Speaker 4: its mind. You have this moment. You can't worry about
- 3:18Speaker 4: yesterday because yesterday is not coming back to look for you.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Whatever you had the chance to do yesterday won't come back.
- 3:30Speaker 4: But you have this moment. You have this chance to
- 3:35Speaker 4: do something great with this life that you have been given.
- 3:40Speaker 2: At some point, you got to sit back and think
- 3:43Speaker 2: to yourself, you know what? I've been here too long.
- 3:46Speaker 2: I've thought like this too long. I've hurt too long.
- 3:50Speaker 2: I've been fractured long enough. I've been broken long enough.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I've been mad long enough. I've been depressed long enough.
- 3:58Speaker 2: You know what? I've been here too long. It's time
- 4:01Speaker 2: for me to go. We all have to get here
- 4:04Speaker 2: where we realize we have not adapted to the current times.
- 4:10Speaker 2: This is not losing yourself. This is finding your next level.
- 4:15Speaker 2: The question is, Are you willing to adapt? Adaptability is
- 4:20Speaker 2: the bridge to the future. I need to be able
- 4:24Speaker 2: to adapt cognitively. I got to be able to adapt emotionally.
- 4:30Speaker 2: My personality, my behavior, my language, my thinking. I've got
- 4:35Speaker 2: to be able to adapt. And it is only when
- 4:37Speaker 2: I'm willing to accept this reality that I can have
- 4:41Speaker 2: my future.
- 4:43Speaker 3: We all got a responsibility. We all got to be accountable.
- 4:47Speaker 3: We all got to put in work. But don't give up.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Because there's somebody out there right now that is hurting.
- 4:54Speaker 3: There's somebody out there right now that is struggling. There's
- 4:57Speaker 3: somebody out there right now that's got it a little
- 5:00Speaker 3: bit tougher than you do. So why are you going
- 5:02Speaker 3: to give up now?
- 5:05Speaker 2: Adaptability is not buckling under pressure. Adaptability is not losing
- 5:10Speaker 2: your moral compass. Adaptability is raising your voice. And so
- 5:15Speaker 2: the harder life hits me, the harder I'm going to fight,
- 5:19Speaker 2: the harder I'm going to believe, the harder I'm going
- 5:22Speaker 2: to keep pushing. I'm going to keep going. I will
- 5:24Speaker 2: persevere and I'm going to build resilience. And so the
- 5:27Speaker 2: harder life hits, the stronger I get. It's the group
- 5:32Speaker 2: of employees that's been called to work two more hours.
- 5:35Speaker 2: It's the team that's been called to win a championship
- 5:38Speaker 2: in the snow or rain or sleet or the weather's
- 5:41Speaker 2: changed or now all of a sudden the crowd is
- 5:44Speaker 2: no longer cheering your name. Can you adapt? One little
- 5:50Speaker 2: tweak in the game. And there is a future for
- 5:53Speaker 2: your family. And this is the power of understanding that
- 5:58Speaker 2: if I can make a few tweaks, if I can
- 6:00Speaker 2: make a few adjustments, if I can see this thing
- 6:03Speaker 2: just a hair differently, there are champions that win by
- 6:07Speaker 2: hair because they made an adjustment. People all over the
- 6:11Speaker 2: globe who have made adjustments, who have adapted to a circumstance,
- 6:15Speaker 2: who have adapted, who have modified and tweaked their game
- 6:19Speaker 2: and beat on their craft and got the trophy. You've
- 6:23Speaker 2: got to start thinking about the future. You've got to
- 6:25Speaker 2: start thinking about sustainability. You've got to start thinking about
- 6:28Speaker 2: future generations.
- 6:30Speaker 3: It's time to understand that if you want to get
- 6:33Speaker 3: something out of your life You've got to be willing
- 6:36Speaker 3: to work for it How much are you really willing
- 6:39Speaker 3: to give? Are you prepared to hurt? Are you prepared
- 6:44Speaker 3: to struggle? Because if you're not that person Then lay
- 6:50Speaker 3: back down Stay where you are.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Don't move forward. Move backwards.
- 6:57Speaker 3: But if you are the person that you say you are,
- 7:00Speaker 3: we don't have time to wait. Because time doesn't owe
- 7:04Speaker 3: you anything. What you gonna do?
- 7:09Speaker 1: But rather than going back, learn from what you've done
- 7:13Speaker 1: and continue to move forward. That is the ultimate, ultimate goal.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Because the further you keep pushing yourself back to what
- 7:21Speaker 1: you want to be or what you should have been
- 7:23Speaker 1: or what you need to have been doing, it slows
- 7:26Speaker 1: you down from the progress that you have waiting for
- 7:28Speaker 1: you ahead. So ladies and gentlemen, get to work. Be
- 7:32Speaker 1: productive as always. Don't put yourself in a position where
- 7:35Speaker 1: you have to go back.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Keep moving forward. Adapt and overcome and watch everything change
- 7:44Speaker 2: before your eyes.
- 7:47Speaker 4: It's going to hurt. Sometimes it's going to get tough.
- 7:53Speaker 4: But when it get tough, you get tough. Just make
- 7:59Speaker 4: sure you make your mark. Make sure you make your
- 8:02Speaker 4: mark in this world. Because somebody didn't make it today.
- 8:10Speaker 4: But you did. Keep living.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Keep living strong.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Don't give up.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Don't give up.
