- 0:00[Music] welcome to multiple
- 0:02nerdgasm your destination for all things
- 0:07nerdy so we are back again we are we're back m is Dave again yeah unfortunately
- 0:14yeah where is Dave I think he's just very busy at work is he but the thing is
- 0:19he said he he said he was not going to come back if we didn't make our
- 0:23Kickstarter goal well but we did exactly so I don't know what he's
- 0:28doing um that is good news well so I summon is happening yeah so why don't
- 0:35you remind us Matt well not us I mean obviously we know what it is but why
- 0:39don't you remind our audience what the ice Summit Kickstarter was well we
- 0:44decided that there were too many questions that Steve Jobs left
- 0:48unanswered and at first we were lamenting the fact that we'd never get
- 0:53the answers but then we realized we could just ask him except we needed
- 0:58money to film that and to buy a fancy Ouija board so yeah we started a
- 1:04Kickstarter for ION the best way to contact the ghost of Steve Jobs and ask him
- 1:10questions and uh you the listeners well not all of you I assume but um many of
- 1:15you enough of you five to 10 of you yeah kicked in the money and um and we were
- 1:21funded so we are we are going to uh hire some gear and get a Ouija board and
- 1:27contact the ghost of Steve Jobs and ask him some questions the most important of
- 1:31which the one that that you raised Dan on the show was the Apple Macintosh
- 1:35named after an episode of get smart that's right and then uh we've got some
- 1:39listeners who get to ask a question too based on their uh amount that they
- 1:44kicked in yep so I got to send out a survey to them and ask what their
- 1:48question is yep it's going to be all dick questions is what I assume dick
- 1:51dick dick I assume so yeah there'll be a lot of talk about Steve Jobs's dick uh
- 1:58and we're going to ask him some questions too not just to get smart
- 2:01thing but uh you know this there unanswered questions maybe we'll ask him about the
- 2:06eyat yeah yeah what does he think of all the different variations I'll tell you
- 2:09right now he doesn't like it I assume he's not happy yeah but what does he
- 2:12think about the two models of iPhone 6 yeah he does not like that no do not
- 2:17give them choices tell them what they want yeah although the original iMac did
- 2:22come in five flavors H he fought that though if I recall he fought Johnny Ives
- 2:27for it did he yeah he said no I don't think so and Johnny IES I'll [ __ ] take you
- 2:32[ __ ] you know he broke down and wept at the um at literally at the at the
- 2:37unveiling because he hadn't seen the final model yet and he walked up to it
- 2:43and it had a um a tray loading CD drive instead of a slot loader and he
- 2:49literally cried and said you [ __ ] ruined everything I'm not doing it we're
- 2:54not I said I wanted a slot loading CD drive what is this [ __ ] he go I'm not
- 2:58doing it and they were like Steve you you have to like press everybody's here
- 3:03like this is happening this is happening and he was like n [ __ ] you all well
- 3:07that's why the generation 21 had the slot loader yeah he made them promise
- 3:11through his tears that they literally appar I mean it sounds ridiculous and you know
- 3:17like he he cried and they said all right we promise that the next revision will
- 3:24have the slot loading drive and they said you know it's the the cost and the
- 3:27variations and he like I don't care it looks [ __ ] he said we're supposed to deliver
- 3:33the future and you ruined it you've delivered the present exactly said it
- 3:38looks terrible and I mean I'm sure it did look terrible but well the first the
- 3:42first gen one did the one that didn't come in five flavors was just blue and
- 3:46it did have the TR loader but then the very very next time five flavors slot
- 3:52loading yeah got bit of uh bit of news for our ice summon for you guys uh we've
- 3:58had a listener inform me that uh their mother who
- 4:04apparently has a gift of channeling
- 4:08certain Spirits really yes has
- 4:13volunteered to assist us in contacting
- 4:17the spirit of Steve Jobs really really wow
- 4:22excellent so cool Ruth thank you for the offer tell your mom she's
- 4:28in yeah does she have a sense of humor I certainly hope
- 4:34so the mother I mean yeah yeah yeah that's I assume anyone who listens to
- 4:39this podcast must have some sort of sense of
- 4:43humor well we can only hope yeah yeah if anyone listens to us for like
- 4:50hard-hitting factual news yeah it's right and not for just silly Goofs
- 4:55possibly they're downloading the wrong podcast cuz could have known all about
- 5:00everything we're going to talk about this week weeks ago yeah yeah well let's
- 5:04get into it all right so it's coming up
- 5:08to Halloween um very soon and one of the
- 5:13um traditions of of Halloween I mean not not so much in Australia Halloween's
- 5:17fairly a newly broadly celebrated tradition here it's it's much bigger
- 5:21than it used to be when I was a kid I used to get to off by the neighbors for
- 5:23trick-or-treating yeah we had that too oh you actually went trick-or-treating
- 5:27yeah yeah we used to go you didn't go no I never went oh I went once and it was
- 5:34banned in my town yeah and I actually got a detention at school for talking
- 5:39about it what not just like off the cuff
- 5:43I'd been told I'd been warned not to mention it again because I was trying to
- 5:49get a it was SC have you seen that movie Foot Loose so you wanted all the kids to go
- 5:55dancing well trick-or-treating right imagine that but with Halloween instead
- 6:00of dancing I wanted everyone to go trick- or-treating and I was trying to organize a
- 6:06trick-or-treating thing and the school was like that's [ __ ] banned and if
- 6:10you mention it again you got a detention they made an example of you like an
- 6:14Insurgent that they did wow they beheaded me on camera for the whole world to
- 6:21see cut off your pumpkin head too soon is that too
- 6:26soon I think it's possibly going to be too for a long time unfortunately I
- 6:32don't want to talk about that on this show Jesus but I think trick-or traing
- 6:35is one of those weird things in austral it's trying to take off but I don't know
- 6:39if it can just going to stranger house and begging for candy yeah you don't
- 6:43think that's going to take off no I tell you kids I got candy at my house come on
- 6:49over yeah you're not allowed to um to give candy to Little Children anymore
- 6:54are you Luke he's not allowed within 100 feet of luk of Luke
- 7:03children well another I mean not again over here now we um we're starting to
- 7:08get all the cool Halloween stuff like um movie world has Fright Nights um event
- 7:13every year and um they have the the haunted mazes which is I mean for me
- 7:18growing up we didn't have that a whole lot around um not a whole lot of haunted
- 7:21mazes he Matt no we didn't did we no um no do we do we have one now well in
- 7:28Sydney probably not actually that's the problem um we need more of them but in
- 7:33America they have lots of them yeah what what what have I said so ghost ghosts if
- 7:38you're listening haunt our mazes our mazes are just they're boring yeah
- 7:42please please do please do we don't we don't have a whole lot of hedge mazes
- 7:45either which disappoints me I just want mazes Luke does he lives in CRA
- 7:49country's biggest H Mage yeah I can't even say it hedge
- 7:52maze you've been in that maze Luke you know what I'm talking about no I haven't
- 7:57but I might go have a look no he's not coming back have I just did I make that
- 8:01up is that not a thing I think you might have I'm Googling it hedge Ma camra you
- 8:08Google it Talk Amongst yourselves no that nothing's jumping out
- 8:13at me no okay I think once again I've had a dream and I've uh I've started
- 8:20talking about it like it's real life y well as you were maybe we can construct
- 8:24one we'll do a Kickstarter for a hedg man yeah that's right well one of the one of the big
- 8:29things in the US uh is the haunted house and a lot of people set them up in their
- 8:35homes and and you know Community set them up and you have a lot of traveling
- 8:39ones and Rob Zombie's got his own haunted house thing I think in
- 8:43California I bet that's insane yep I bet it's pretty cool because it's got
- 8:48probably the biggest budget of them all um but it's a big thing over there um uh
- 8:54except more recently uh there seems to be the um a
- 9:00phenomena known as the extreme haunted house um becoming more and more common
- 9:06and uh I read an article the other day on on boing boing which I will put in
- 9:11the show notes where I mean obviously we don't have these here so my experience
- 9:17with these things is is fairly limited but there are a few in particular that
- 9:22kind of are now treading the line between assault almost you know like
- 9:28what can you and what can't you give people a disclaimer to sign away their
- 9:32rights on right in other words they're actually going to scare you you'll be
- 9:38terrified well the one that is mentioned is called Mami mana and it's in um I
- 9:43believe it's in San Diego and it's been running for quite a while so I assume
- 9:47it's all above board but um what's this gentleman's name on hartstein uh he's
- 9:53really into haunted house so people kept asking him about these extreme haunted
- 9:56house and he's written this this quite lengthy article just about his opinion
- 9:59basically he he doesn't like them um because he he thinks they kind of go
- 10:04beyond the fun into the kind of just jackass he calls them jackass Escape
- 10:09rooms because it the whole point is to just try and gross the people into to not
- 10:15finishing uh and the quote I wanted to read was here we go if you aren't
- 10:20familiar with the concept extreme haunted houses are buildings that you
- 10:23enter and are treated like an assault victim you might be locked in a cage you
- 10:26might see a fake rape and then the fake rapist might put his exposed penis next
- 10:30to your face or someone may P fake puke on your back basically different bad
- 10:35things happen to you in each room um and these things go viral because everyone
- 10:39loves a controversy and controversy equals page views and AD Revenue but um
- 10:45one of the other quotes he he says that he he's talking to some guy uh go
- 10:50there's no intelligence test that you have to pass when setting up one of
- 10:52these experiences on a Haunter group I witnessed firsthand someone articulating
- 10:56their planning for their extreme haunted house next year he seemed to think that
- 11:00a waiver would protect him from doing whatever he wanted in his attraction and
- 11:04some of what he was proposing didn't seem very safe I explained to him that
- 11:07you can't sign away your right to sue in America and he just kept repeating that
- 11:11he would have a stupid piece of paper that people signed and referenced the
- 11:15guy down the street does it for his haunt right so apparently that's uh that's a a
- 11:22little fad happening now um you sign a piece of paper and they
- 11:28can they can basically assault you yeah that's uh yeah I don't really
- 11:34think they've thought this through but um well people are doing it and I guess
- 11:39they seem to be enjoying it otherwise why would they be creating more of them
- 11:44I've just looked at the pictures here and it does look pretty [ __ ]
- 11:48intense yeah and and I can definitely I can definitely see either drunk college
- 11:54kids or Thrill Seekers going yeah I'll [ __ ] put myself to the test in there
- 12:00yeah but I can also see people going in uh and even if they're told exactly
- 12:04what's in there coming out going well I didn't ask to be insulted and uh yeah
- 12:10yeah and I can't believe this is a real thing some of the rules are strange too
- 12:13because one of them says you know you you have to sign a waiver that says you
- 12:16explain that you will be touched and um but you're not allowed to touch the
- 12:20actors otherwise you'll be you'll be removed from the venue and I was like
- 12:25well all right Jesus it's like a strip club but but how will be touched does it
- 12:30just say that's what I'm saying like depending on what happens in there like
- 12:33I can't guarantee I'm not going to punch one of these guys like if some guys
- 12:37putting his [ __ ] in my face you know
- 12:41come on yeah I'm not signing up for that if I see that in the waiver I'm not
- 12:46signing yeah what it says here uh says here I might get a dick in the face
- 12:50what's that about oh don't worry about it just sign it fine oh that's just that
- 12:53dick in the face is a legal term don't worry about that it's just to cover Us
- 12:58in case something does happen yeah if if anything resembling a dick goes near
- 13:03anything resembling your face where coming exactly in SE well it's like the
- 13:08time that uh we all went to paintball uh and the woman said oh you going to have
- 13:14to sign these wavers uh you know to sign away your liability and I said well I never sign
- 13:21anything without my lawyer Reading it first and then handed it to my lawyer
- 13:24who was also doing painful with us that day uh he read over it and he said
- 13:28that's fine to sign because uh you're signing away rights you can't legally
- 13:31sign away so go for
- 13:35it yeah speaking of paintball yeah
- 13:39anyone want to go yeah yeah 100% in fact I was walking through the shopping
- 13:46center the other day and you know they've always got a table up trying to
- 13:49get people to come and sign up for paintball oh yeah and they had one there
- 13:53and they had pictures and there's like a crashed helicopter and there's little
- 13:57buildings that you kind of charge into to and that looked awesome all right cuz
- 14:02I've done before which literally just people lost in the bush and that's fine
- 14:05but I want to be [ __ ] storming a helicopter
- 14:10agreed okay I'll look into it because I really want to go again but anyway back to the
- 14:16podc well also something on that note something that that just happened a
- 14:21couple of weeks ago in Sydney that we need to perhaps get involved with next
- 14:24year when they do it um there's a big zombie skirmish
- 14:29oh yeah right and I really should have looked into this more uh to find out
- 14:33what it's called etc etc but I'll try to look and put it in the show notes but
- 14:36basically uh I think they had like 400 contestants right and it's set on the
- 14:40Sydney University campus the whole thing oh four people start as
- 14:45zombies and you can run you can hide the whole thing lasts all day and all night
- 14:50when you get caught by a zombie you become a zombie you then go out of the
- 14:54game you go into the makeup chair and makeup artists make you up to be a real zombie
- 14:59you then re-enter the game and now you're chasing the humans that's really
- 15:05cool and that sounds [ __ ] fun there's a live radio station that goes through
- 15:09the whole thing to commentate on what's happening but also give little
- 15:12suggestions like there's a scientist somewhere in the crowd that has a secret
- 15:16if you can escort him safely off the premises he will give you you know Clues
- 15:21Etc huh sounds [ __ ] cool yeah that sounds excellent we should look that up
- 15:26I will sacrifice you all to the zombie will I know yeah yeah well I can't get I
- 15:31can't run that fast so I will have to kneat Jesus I got really specific sorry
- 15:37yeah jeez well speaking of zombies
- 15:40um Romero's son yeah is crowdfunding a prequel
- 15:45um tell us more well okay so Night of
- 15:50the Living Dead classic film one of my personal
- 15:53favorites birth of the zombies and um I read this article the day that said that
- 16:00Romero's son is kickstarting to do a prequel and
- 16:06it said that he was continuing on the Legacy and I had to Google for a second
- 16:10because I was concerned that Romero had died uh but that is not the case Romero
- 16:15is still alive still wearing his enormous glasses alive and well but uh the
- 16:22prequel I'll just read you the premise here yeah the premise bothers me set in
- 16:27the turbulent late 60 the film tells a story of a brilliant scientist Dr Alan
- 16:31cartright cartright who strikes a deal with the military that will give all the
- 16:36resources he needs to finalize his work in exchange what he later learns is a
- 16:40price all mankind will have to
- 16:45pay well I mean it's pretty vague I don't like I just like the idea that
- 16:49there's they're just zombies yeah see don't need to explain it I don't I mean
- 16:56obviously he hasn't told us exactly what the plot is that's that is quite vague
- 17:00but it does seem to go against the rest of the films like it
- 17:06wasn't the whole point that there wasn't a reason like this just
- 17:10happened like and I quite liked that about them like like I mean am I wrong
- 17:15they never explained no no as far as I know in any of them did they like that
- 17:20was that was the point well they went into very little detail h i mean even in
- 17:26in Day of the Dead where the doctor is experimenting on them and and everything
- 17:30they never he never says why he like he's experimented to work out how much
- 17:34he can remove of them before they cease to function and then he he actually
- 17:38discusses the fact that for some reason they can just keep going yeah yeah
- 17:41that's right that synopsis doesn't gel um has his son actually done anything
- 17:47else or uh he's a commercial director oh okay okay so it's not like he's a total
- 17:52newbie but he's not made any feature films as far as I know he just he
- 17:57directs commercials nothing nothing wrong with that okay well he's
- 18:01theoretically going to make a splash with this one one way or another yeah
- 18:05theoretically although did you guys watch The Night of the Living Dead uh 3D
- 18:09remake no no no exactly I'm not even sure this is going to make a ripple in
- 18:14the pond you know and to be honest I didn't like the later films that much
- 18:19like as in I'm talking you know like there was is it land I think there's
- 18:23ones I haven't even seen yeah no there are definitely ones I haven't seen
- 18:26because I tried to it went um night Dawn
- 18:31day and then I think day was my favorite one day was great what was the one after
- 18:37that that had um Dennis Hopper and and the one that's got Simon Peg and Nick
- 18:41Frost in it yeah and Simon Baker right right right right that's the last one I
- 18:46saw in fact I may have seen that with you there's one after that which is a
- 18:51found footage style it's like diary of the Dead something like that yes and I I
- 18:57started to watch it and I watched about 10 minutes turned it off yeah it looked
- 19:00awful I was I thought that was like unofficial and I was disappointed to
- 19:03find that it was Canon yeah also um the remake of Dawn was great but the remake
- 19:10of Day of the Dead was not great was there a remake of Day of the Dead yeah
- 19:14it's got um yeah Mina saari in it oh I didn't know that but the remake of Dawn
- 19:19of the Dead was good it was written by James gun which one's St the dead was
- 19:24Dave the Dead the one where they're in the shopping center no that's Dawn was
- 19:27that Dawn h Dawn's the one Dawn is great it's classic Day of the Dead is the one
- 19:31where they're in the underground bunker that's also great yeah I really like the
- 19:36first three are amazing yeah especially the first one yeah know they're
- 19:41fantastic it's just like I said their their tone seems different to what he's
- 19:46describing I it's a very brief synopsis and I guess I'm making also zombies are
- 19:51[ __ ] done now they're done yeah in
- 19:55fact can we talk about The Evil Within yeah I haven't played it yet I I held
- 20:02off because because I I have very limited uh a very short version of what
- 20:08I assume you're about to say communicated to me look look I don't you
- 20:13guys might love this Luke have you started to play it I started to play it
- 20:17because I know you wanted to discuss it so I started to play it I got probably
- 20:21the second chapter in or something and I
- 20:25put it down boring generic derivative where's the story it's oh
- 20:32[ __ ] are you as confused as I am I'm like four chapters in and and I've given
- 20:35up I've literally put it down yeah in fact they've I was at a point where I
- 20:41cuz I I put it down I I tried to play it I put it down I was like No And then the
- 20:44next day I went back and I was like just play through you're probably just you
- 20:47know stuck in a little Loop just get through it and I was given a task to do
- 20:52by a character and I was like I don't want to do that that doesn't sound fun so I
- 20:59it looks like it's a 10-year-old game for starters like the design of it and
- 21:04everything it's how games used to look in the the mid 2000s do you know what I
- 21:08mean and games have evolved past then now it's not old enough to be retro I
- 21:14played it briefly at um EB EB Expo and and yeah that's right you did but you
- 21:19thought it was quite good didn't you I I thought it was good but see okay here's
- 21:23the thing the what I've played of it basically you start it was chapter 9 or
- 21:287 or n or something and you're in a mansion like and you walk into the
- 21:31mansion and so I guess probably they chose a very interesting section of the
- 21:38game to show because yeah you know why wouldn't you yeah CU they're trying to
- 21:42sell it so maybe that's what you like the puzzles that I saw were very
- 21:47interesting and cool and um the the
- 21:51environment of the Mansion was cool so and again I only got to play it for
- 21:58maybe 20 minutes I think my biggest problem with it is is there I don't know
- 22:03what the story is there's no no there's no discussion he's not talking to any
- 22:07characters there's not even any internal monologue or anything it's just him
- 22:12walking along and it's legitimately void of
- 22:16exposition it sucks I don't know which I think with the whole idea he wants to go
- 22:22back to where survival horror games start and everything well you need to
- 22:25have a story cuz that's where the survival horror yeah g came the great
- 22:30story not yeah and it's annoying because there are good elements to this like
- 22:36without giving anything away you start off wounded right so you can't run you
- 22:42can't kind of do like awesome moves you're basically hobbling along and
- 22:47clutching a wound and that's interesting you know that's not that doesn't often
- 22:50happen at the start of a game you know yeah you know you've you you pick up a
- 22:55gun but there's no assisted targeting do what I mean so yeah if if if you shoot
- 23:01your one bullet and you miss you're [ __ ] you know what I mean like it's
- 23:04there's interesting kind of diversions from regular gameplay but it's just
- 23:11wasted in this in this environment that's just underdeveloped and it is a
- 23:16real shame cuz I was really looking forward to this game me too me too yeah
- 23:21that sucks yeah well we've held off on buying it now we were going to I'll give
- 23:24you my copy honestly take it yeah you you can have mine so you can play it on
- 23:30360 or Xbox One yeah that's right we suspected that this might happen and so
- 23:35we decided not to get it on the weekend because we figured if you guys really
- 23:38didn't like it we could probably just play it for free well I was it was down
- 23:42to this or alien isolation and I went with this perhaps I
- 23:48went the wrong direction you could return it where didd you get it from I got it from
- 23:53Target okay maybe I don't know if they do that apparently alien isolation is
- 23:57actually very good I know my I the video wasn't very interesting I'll be honest
- 24:02still I don't feel like I think that was just poor marketing i' go as far as
- 24:06saying you're pissed all over it man well everyone's saying the game is
- 24:11really tense and fun to play and you know what it probably is it's just
- 24:15sitting there watching someone dry explain you know like yeah like listening to this
- 24:21podcast well I guess if you watched alien the film with somebody going oh so
- 24:26what he's done here he's he's uh she trying to get away from the alien and
- 24:30you know like it probably wouldn't be as interesting or it would be hilarious and
- 24:33you've just stumbled across a YouTube phenomenon of the
- 24:37future if it was Ridley Scott I'd listen to it no no no imagine imagine an idiot
- 24:43narrating a film you put classic films
- 24:47online dubbed over by a [ __ ] what you doing in there oh no don't go in there
- 24:53oh no I watched that that sounds hilarious I don't know if we could get away with
- 25:00doing the um the video we could maybe put audio tracks up and say press play
- 25:04now I think isn't it under under fair use there's a certain fair use for
- 25:10parody putting a whole put a whole film on yeah the film was a parody of itself
- 25:15fair use yeah well didn't um what's he put up the whole Raiders of the Lost Arc
- 25:21in black and white with the soundtrack moved Soderberg did you watch that I
- 25:25watched a bit of it and then I went I should watch this at some point and I
- 25:28haven't had time that's exactly what I did I was at work and I had a little bit
- 25:33and I'm like I can't just sit here for an hour and a half and watch this no
- 25:36basically he was trying to prove the point that um the the color palette and
- 25:41the music don't necessarily add to the storytelling that Spielberg can tell a
- 25:46story with just composition and it's funny to see that
- 25:50because usually when you take the color out of something you make it black and
- 25:53white it doesn't look like it was shot in black and white looks like something
- 25:56that was desaturated whereas this could have been shot in black and white like
- 25:59the contrast is beautiful just shows how many different levels he's working
- 26:04on yeah and the you know the action scenes you never you know there's so
- 26:11much action in the film but out of all action films like it's the most well
- 26:16constructed in that you never get confused about right what's happening or
- 26:20where you are like like if you if it cuts from from you know Nazis in the
- 26:24truck to Indie under the truck like the it's just all done so that you know
- 26:28what's happening at all times it's very I literally went back and watched that
- 26:32sequence when I was planning a car chase scene for my current film because it's
- 26:37the only one that I could think of that was just flawlessly executed yeah but on
- 26:43that note did you guys read that jannis Kaminsky the dop who works with
- 26:48Spielberg a lot he shot Saving Private Ryan and Munich uh has mentioned that his next
- 26:55project he's working on his next project
- 26:58is Indie five really yeah it's interesting yeah it's interesting
- 27:04because kind of yeah that implies it's coming soon yeah unless he's not going
- 27:09to do anything for like 20 years and then yeah well it can't be coming too
- 27:14soon because isn't Harrison still off filming Star Wars one would assume Oh
- 27:18They'll be finished that soon would they yeah you're right man I think they
- 27:22they'd be well into that and even if they're well into the planning stages of
- 27:26Indie 5 the actors don't get until kind of the last
- 27:30minute and also I don't know how big his role in Star Wars really is we've heard
- 27:36like the rumors say that he was one of the major characters but that might not
- 27:39be true like [ __ ] knows maybe he was just in it for a couple of scenes well
- 27:44there's also the rumors that they were going to just write him out of the
- 27:47script a little bit when he broke his ankle yeah exactly so what you know what
- 27:51does that say but then the other thing was maybe that that was only because um
- 27:56he was supposed to be in it so much that the only solution was to ride him out of
- 28:00it like you know this so many conflicting rumors it's
- 28:03all speculation I assume he's in it less
- 28:07than Mark HL is really okay yeah I I I
- 28:11have a feeling Mark Hill's up for it more than Harrison
- 28:18for yeah well David know any he was here yeah that's
- 28:23right uh well I guess ind5 will look wonderful that's that's surely a
- 28:29different look too you know to the other ones
- 28:34yeah what uh is what's George's involvement in this going to be well
- 28:40it'll be interesting to see whether you know if if they do another one without
- 28:44him what's it what will it be like you know because without George Lucas there
- 28:49won't be the crutch of George to blame yeah that's true if if there's a problem
- 28:54yeah now there's Disney yeah oh that's true true yeah okay that's true yeah
- 29:00well speaking of terrible films we saw the most terrible film oh
- 29:06how was that and it was excellent it was so good it's amazing Luke you've got to
- 29:11come and see it yeah you you must yeah no you do come down see it Dave would
- 29:18love it as well make all respective Partners we've got to go and see the
- 29:23room again it was magnificent in its [ __ ] all right let me know when it's
- 29:29happening again and I'll come up for it but please explain more about it first
- 29:33okay well what can you say I mean it's described as the Citizen Cane of bad
- 29:38movies i' I'd say that's fairly apt yeah it's uh certainly the most
- 29:43entertaining awful film I've ever seen
- 29:46like it's it's it's a romantic
- 29:50drama and it's so misguided and poorly
- 29:55written that it comes off as just this bizarre think
- 30:02piece like it's it's almost like a parody of itself in that you it's hard
- 30:09to believe that all the mistakes are actually mistakes and not piss Tes yeah
- 30:14exactly like it's like Roger explosion on um full frontal when you know with
- 30:20sha mcalli intentionally playing everything terribly except this guy
- 30:26wrote directed and start in this film and he's dead
- 30:29serious yeah yeah now I don't know if you Wikipedia this film met after we
- 30:35went home I didn't I didn't we looked up some stuff about Tommy wasow the
- 30:39director do you know what the budget of this movie was oh um yeah it's like 8 million or
- 30:46something yeah yeah yeah it was millions of dollars like this thing looks like a
- 30:51student like a poorly made student film and it and it had a had a multi-million
- 30:56dollar budget and a currently cuz this guy uh Tommy wazo is
- 31:02that his name yeah wo wasow y was Tommy was
- 31:08sure Tommy wasow uh where's Dave to try to look up uh
- 31:14ftic but um Tommy wasow just decided on a whim that he
- 31:20wanted to be a filmmaker and he he wrote
- 31:22a script and produced directs and stars in it and unlike other people who
- 31:29produce direct and star in the movies like say Woody Allen who kind of make
- 31:32themselves the butt of every joke um Tommy wazo made himself the hero of the
- 31:38story and he's the only character that doesn't do anything wrong that's
- 31:45true and everyone else around him is is just crumbling into moral disarray and
- 31:50he's just all [ __ ] except him yeah and he's just the voice of Sanity all the
- 31:56way through to his own detriment but he can't act he can barely
- 32:01speak English and the script just manages to contradict itself at every
- 32:07turn in in in the way that only a film written by somebody with English as a
- 32:13second language could be but isn't he American though yeah but he's he's
- 32:20European American oh yeah clearly I mean definitely obviously he has an accent
- 32:26but I mean God yeah but like does not speaking English as a
- 32:31first language preclude you from understanding basic things about physics
- 32:36like a person can't be in two places at
- 32:39once like oh it's so good Luke there's a
- 32:43scene where two characters go for um a football game also anytime male
- 32:49characters are talking to each other they're throwing a football anytime
- 32:54right and there's one scene where the hero and uh kind of his best friend go
- 32:59to Chuck the football around and um because the hero is out of the house the
- 33:05best friend takes the opportunity to sneak in to uh you know have it off with
- 33:09his wife except that the reason he's not home is because he's out with him and
- 33:15then so the he sneaks into the house it's literally cutting between two
- 33:19scenes with the same character in it what he he's at the house with the with
- 33:23the with his fiance and then he leaves and then they're back at the park but
- 33:27like it's amazing it makes no sense apparently the scene um the the actor
- 33:33who played um his friend um Mark uh has apparently written a book about his
- 33:40experience oh hi Mark yeah hi Mark yeah I've got to get my hands on that that
- 33:46book not that actor apparently that scene that particular scene where he
- 33:49comes out of the um the noise I didn't hear that I didn't oh it's not true oh
- 33:54damn it oh hi Mark that apparently took what 3 hours and um uh however many
- 34:01takes because um he couldn't remember the lines um he couldn't remember where
- 34:05to look um he couldn't remember to walk and say the lines at the same time and
- 34:09apparently the book just goes into
- 34:11detail on how useless Tommy wasow
- 34:16was that's funny and apparently the script supervisor ended up kind of
- 34:21directing most of it because Tommy was [ __ ] useless he had no idea what he
- 34:25was doing clearly and um and then but he
- 34:29tried to claim he tried to sue for um a directing Credit co-directing Credit why
- 34:35would you want it um which has been yeah exactly described as like that's
- 34:39basically like trying to um insist that you were the pilot of the
- 34:43Hindenburg yeah right why would you want it although I got to say I mean we saw
- 34:48this at the Orum um and they do this once a month and uh oh the other thing
- 34:53you've got to go see this film if you can in this in this way because it's
- 34:56great they they show it once a month and they give you a little little booklet of
- 35:01tidbits which explains some trivia about the film and also uh in the style of You Know The
- 35:08Rocky Horror screenings things that you can yell at the screen and kind of the
- 35:11established in jokes for the film um and they give you a bunch of plastic spoons
- 35:17because there just unnecessary spoon imagery every time you see a
- 35:21spoon you throw spoons at the screen or at the people in front of you all I need
- 35:26a little bit more of an explanation pictures of
- 35:31spoons yeah for no reason there's a spoon Motif spoons appear in many shots
- 35:37like some kind of symbolism that's just not explained and so you get a bunch of
- 35:42plastic spoons on the way in and then whenever you see a spoon you have to
- 35:45yell spoon and throw the spoons and everyone does it's hilarious there's
- 35:50lots of stuff here yell but you can also just yell anything and you it's you know
- 35:53people were just pointing out stuff that was wrong with it constantly just
- 35:56yelling out and like yeah it was a good it was a cool environment cuz it was it
- 36:00like everyone knew it was a [ __ ] film it didn't matter there were a few spots
- 36:03where I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't hear his cuz anytime he yeah
- 36:08cuz anytime he came into the room or in the scene I was just the smile on my
- 36:13face because I'm like what is he going to say CU it's going to be hilarious
- 36:17yeah he's the worst and um so I was a bit disappointed sometimes cuz I didn't
- 36:22get to hear what he said yeah I would agree with that the fact that I read
- 36:28online that Charmed me the most right
- 36:32did you know Tommy wasow misunderstood the concept of shooting something on
- 36:39film and later converting it to digital to be able to put it on DVD right that
- 36:44he shot the film simultaneously on 35mm
- 36:48film and high def video in a custom rig that housed two cameras at once and
- 36:55required two operators and two separate Crews so that he would be able to
- 37:01release it both at the cinema and then on DV did no one explain to him that's not
- 37:08how it works apparently they did apparently they tried have you he have you seen his
- 37:14Twitter account by the way yeah I have you seen his YouTube channel where he
- 37:19just tells you facts about the world
- 37:22what yeah it's called Tommy nose or
- 37:27Tommy tells it yeah I need to see that I was going to read some Choice quotes
- 37:31from his Twitter account go for it limits are only limits
- 37:35when they limit what you can do for yourself try and reach beyond your
- 37:39limits and everything becomes Without Limits something that for everybody stop
- 37:45saying liit don't sleep to see your dreams see
- 37:52them in life for yourself if you are your dream then you don't have to sleep to see them
- 37:58oh the man's a philosopher poet how do you how do you walk in someone else's
- 38:02shoes you don't have the same feet use your own shoes shoes don't get you where
- 38:07you want feet do I'm going to put that on a
- 38:11poster with Tommy wo in the middle so amazing if I had a key I wouldn't share
- 38:17you have to make your own key because open it
- 38:21yourself that's more of a threat than a
- 38:25uh uh he's great but yeah I highly recommend this God
- 38:31awful film yeah I was a bit worried because even you know supposedly funny bad films like
- 38:38plan N9 from out of space I couldn't sit through yeah no I agree plan N9 was
- 38:44disappointingly it wasn't it was bad but it wasn't so bad it was good it just
- 38:49wasn't any good just bad yeah just bad right this is just thoroughly
- 38:55entertaining in its in its awfulness so just to surmise because we often tell
- 39:00stories kind of in a weird and wrong order on this podcast yes this is a cult
- 39:04film that was independently made the guy
- 39:10hired a billboard on Sunset Boulevard
- 39:14and um kept it up for 5 years right now that's an expensive [ __ ] billboard
- 39:20yeah just to promote his own film that literally only played in cinemas for a
- 39:25week uh but it was only because Word of Mouth that it was so bad started
- 39:30circulating that Cinemas like the Chon Oran where we saw it yeah started just
- 39:36playing it as a kind of eyesa
- 39:41yeah but yeah yeah definitely go see it if you can it's worth I mean it's worth
- 39:46watching anyway I think it'd be more fun to watch in an environment like we did
- 39:48with a bunch of other people goofy oh that was the other thing I was going to
- 39:51say when we got there there were a lot of people who' clearly seen it before
- 39:56and knew all the injur F and it was like walking into worried it like being going
- 40:02to another country where you just don't understand the customs and cuz we sat
- 40:06there and then a guy walks in wearing a suit and then someone y like oh look out
- 40:10it's a guy in a suit and his friend goes oh don't worry he's got a football and
- 40:14everyone's like oh all right all right like what yeah that was so weird
- 40:18everyone was going to jump oh he's wearing a suit don't worry he's got a
- 40:22football oh all right all right and then oh tuxedo tuxedo we got a tuxedo here
- 40:27yeah but like afterwards you
- 40:31understood yeah well you understood a bit more yeah I'll still say that tuxedo
- 40:37scene made no [ __ ] sense oh makes no sense in the film but you understand why
- 40:41people yell tuxedo yeah yeah correct I'm going to wear a tuxedo next time I go do it
- 40:46that'd be awesome yeah we should we should all do it so is this on like the
- 40:53second Saturday of the month or I think it's once a month on a Friday night yeah
- 40:57not sure exactly what the next date is it's uh I'd say it's likely to be 21st
- 41:0328th of November we have to check but yeah we should definitely go and yeah
- 41:07said I think Dave would really enjoy this yeah I he'd love it and Beck would
- 41:11love it yeah oh yeah man everybody would like everyone's got to go see this trust
- 41:15me God it's so good yeah and like it's going to be fun the second time y we'll
- 41:20know we'll know more to yell now I know oh God and I know when to when to get
- 41:24ready to laugh at him hello doggy know so
- 41:28bad hey Denny hey Denny Jesus
- 41:34[Music] Christ do you want to talk about
- 41:39uh butt plugs
- 41:42always I thought you'd never ask cuz uh they erected
- 41:48a they erected a giant butt plug in Paris they did see this yeah I saw it
- 41:54that's pretty funny glorious this is how update up to date we are the it's now
- 41:59gone yeah well I was going to report on that too it was uh it was vandalized
- 42:05really with what and uh I think somebody inserted
- 42:10it right I think they cut the supporting ropes for it or
- 42:15something but really what it was is an artist had made this thing and it was
- 42:21bit to represented Christmas tree or something yeah you say that but this
- 42:25artist's previous work work include um President Bush [ __ ] a
- 42:31pig right and a giant pile of dog [ __ ] also a Christmas
- 42:37tree yeah so I don't think he can really claim oh I didn't know it looked like a
- 42:43well I'm tell the artist probably knew what he was doing maybe not the people
- 42:47who hired him yeah I'd say almost certainly sorry I'm looking at pictures
- 42:53of it again and no it's a butt plug yeah it's it's a butt plug yeah oh it's 100%
- 42:59a butt plug but it's uh you know 24 meters
- 43:05high so that's
- 43:08uh it's uh penetrating art oh
- 43:15dear uh those wacky French indeed with their butt
- 43:20[Music] stuff um the internet has ruined
- 43:25something again it yeah what the internet wouldn't ruin anything the
- 43:31internet ruins everything you're talking about Red Bull's decision to just give
- 43:35away free money well I think they decided I think they were told didn't
- 43:38they that they had to give away they were told yeah but get this I mean this
- 43:43this is just funny so the slogan for Red Bull has always been Red Bull gives you
- 43:49wings right I don't understand why because it's a bull but whatever yeah
- 43:54those ads are pretty weird too right oh yeah totally
- 43:57yeah but I I didn't take it literally I never thought it was literally going to
- 44:01Give Me Wings right no no oh I made that mistake once never again well here's the
- 44:06thing somebody decided they would take that literally and uh and sued Red Bull
- 44:11CU they didn't get wings right and they
- 44:16won so uh Red Bull uh was ordered to uh
- 44:22pay back anyone who claimed they had drank Red Bull and not sprouted wing
- 44:27no proof of purchase and actually did they have to honestly think they would
- 44:32get wings or well I don't know how they J that you have to you have to prove you're an
- 44:38idiot anyone Yeah well yeah by applying yeah anyone who had bought a Red Bull since
- 44:452002 was eligible for either $10 cash or
- 44:49$15 worth of Red Bull products right
- 44:52yeah but it was up to the value of 13 million right
- 44:58right yep but of course as soon as the internet
- 45:04started reporting on this MH um about 5 million people
- 45:11immediately appli of course which diluted the $13 million down to about $3
- 45:17per person which can barely even buy you a
- 45:24can of Red Bull that's the irony so they've basically just it was just a
- 45:29waste a waste of Red Bull's money basically because no one's getting
- 45:32anything out of this it's just that's right it's ridiculous Red Bull literally
- 45:35had to pay $3 to millions of people yeah that's
- 45:41stupid yeah well thanks internet are we allowed to sue people
- 45:46for being stupid yet well if you could then the guy who sued Red Bull for
- 45:50thinking he was going to get wings you could I'd sue him because he's an idiot
- 45:56yeah I don't know I mean I don't know how you could claim
- 46:02that's anything other than just being a [ __ ] like like it's funny I guess
- 46:08but like he didn't really think he was going to get wings did he like and he's
- 46:14not proving a point and it's one thing to go oh I didn't get wings and it's
- 46:19another thing to literally go I'm going to sue for this I'm going to eat up a
- 46:22year of my life yeah and it's not he's not sticking it to the for like like oh
- 46:28Red Bull tricked us all into thinking we were going to get wings no you're just being a
- 46:33[ __ ] yeah that's all it is like there's no I mean I know Red Bull's not very
- 46:38good for you unless he had if he had some kind of political motivation then
- 46:41maybe okay maybe there's something too that but if he literally was just like
- 46:44huh I'll teach them to say something on TV like I'll teach them to have a
- 46:49corporate slogan yeah like I could understand if Red Bull was if Red Bull
- 46:53was saying it was healthy for you or something it's just a silly
- 46:57that's false advertising Sue away I don't know it just seems weird like what
- 47:01was this guy's agenda other than trying to rip Red Bull off for millions of
- 47:05dollars well let's let's look at I'm going to look up company slogans right
- 47:11let's see how many companies we could potentially Sue yeah right okay so let's
- 47:16see what we've got here KFC it's finger looking
- 47:20good if I don't have fingers can I sue I wonder that would be funny FedEx
- 47:27when there is no tomorrow can I sue them if there is a
- 47:32tomorrow what if what if I find somebody who's got a home loan with
- 47:37Aussie and then I shoot them and then I
- 47:42sue Aussie because he said he'd save
- 47:45them where was he the Porsche slogan is there is no
- 47:51substitute but there are substitutes I'm going to drive up to the courthouse in
- 47:55my Mazda too yeah sue them
- 48:00yeah no I think it's just I mean it's funny I guess but it's just I don't know
- 48:06it's just a bit weird can I just say the the Ajax slogan now this makes sense in
- 48:12context right but it's just funny to see on its own do you know what the Ajax
- 48:17slogan is no Stronger Than
- 48:22Dirt no it cleans dirt so when you think about it you're like well that makes
- 48:27sense but that's a shitty slogan yeah that's also My
- 48:32slogan I saw the funniest tagline right on a Housing Development out west when I
- 48:38was doing a movie shoot out there right and it was a Housing Development That
- 48:43was supposed to have that kind of retro charm of the 50s
- 48:47right very retro so the slogan was you know like whatever the name of the
- 48:54housing development was and idea conceived
- 49:00yesterday which I guess supposed to imply the Retro but really just makes it
- 49:05seem like it's not well thought out yeah
- 49:09exactly like Sydney poorly planned yeah that's what about just the Energizer one
- 49:14it keeps going and going and going oh yeah yeah until it stops yeah good point
- 49:20which is really what they all do of course yeah they keep going until they
- 49:24stop does eBay buy it sell it love it h well it would have to be the other way
- 49:29around cuz you bought it then you've sold it yeah how could you love it exactly
- 49:35well yeah I'd love that I sold it cuz I didn't want it cuz I bought it on eBay
- 49:38Burger King says I'll have it your
- 49:42way I'd like it free visas is it's everywhere you want to be that's kind of
- 49:48like rubbing my face in it isn't it oh it's in that girl from high school's
- 49:52pants that I never got to make it
- 49:57um do you want to talk about this hatred game yeah okay so what is hatred does
- 50:03anyone watch the trailer for hat yeah yeah I watched it yeah yeah yeah just a
- 50:09game where you Massacre innocent people uh CU your character is quote unquote
- 50:16full of hate yeah um epic contacted them uh
- 50:21their trailer originally cuz it's made with the Unreal Engine featured the
- 50:24unreal logo at the beginning the trailer uh epic and they were not into that no
- 50:29epic contacted them and said yeah please remove our name from this um which they
- 50:34did and the guy actually said it was funny the guy said um he thought the
- 50:39terms of the unreal license were that they were required to put the logo
- 50:44in yeah and he said so you know he said he's happy to remove it but he uh he's
- 50:49pretty sure that they were originally told that it was a
- 50:53requirement that is so funny now I don't know what your response is to this trailer
- 50:59but I watch this going oh this is this is awful this I actually would probably
- 51:04enjoy this this looks really really [ __ ] fun like this looks like a game
- 51:09I mean I'd probably only play it for 10 minutes but I just watched a bit he's
- 51:12walking through a park there's a woman's trying to scramble away he grabs her by
- 51:17the by the clothing puts his gun in her mouth and then just blows out the back
- 51:21of her head yeah that does seem pretty far it's very fullon um it's kind of
- 51:26like po it's postal basically like like it's it's the new version of postal this
- 51:33this look this makes postal look like Postman path I agree but only because
- 51:38it's it's modern bloody game engine kind of thing like it's what postal wanted to
- 51:44do I assume yeah um one other thing that's kind of come up uh since the
- 51:50video was released this the company
- 51:52making this is um a Polish company
- 51:57and oh Matt's about to get anti-
- 52:00submitted no they are apparently um due
- 52:05to everybody who works at the um the studio has their own Facebook page and
- 52:10everything obviously and and somebody's gone through and checked all these pages
- 52:14and they do all appear to be members of
- 52:16um Neo-Nazi and racist um groups right
- 52:21okay so um well then yeah um hatred is not a political in fact the opposite is
- 52:27true it's a game about glorifying violent racism and white supremacy
- 52:30consider the game's trailer which conspicuously lingers on the white
- 52:33protagonist brutally murdering ating people of color I'm actually I I watched
- 52:37for that after I read this I don't know if that's true unless they've changed
- 52:39the trailer because
- 52:42um it's um he he murders white people as
- 52:47well so I mean you know I'm not saying they're wrong but I mean there is a shot
- 52:52of him murdering a colored person and there's also shots of him murdering a
- 52:56people so I don't know if that's true but yeah apparently on all the
- 52:59developers Facebook pages they're members of um some
- 53:03gorilla are we are we allowed to say colored person I don't know that's what
- 53:09the article says I'm not I'm not sure we
- 53:12can say colored I think that went out I think that went out in the um te killer
- 53:18Mocking Bird era I think I think colard has been off
- 53:23the table for a while now and uh and
- 53:27that's coming from me I well then let me clarify then that I only you see him
- 53:33kill a [ __ ] it's not I only said that because that's what the article says and
- 53:39I didn't realize so I apologize the article's full of hate Matt can we
- 53:43please okay jna beep what I said I apologize I wasn't no it's going to
- 53:48sound worse if you beep it no we can leave this B in keep it in and keep the
- 53:52bit in where I pull you up on it it's the only way all right hope if I
- 53:57offended anybody follow I didn't realize otherwise people are going to think you
- 54:01said something else something we used to say on this podcast but don't say
- 54:05anymore well this article is clearly
- 54:09anti- um racism so I was just using the vernacular of the article used I
- 54:14apologize if I've offended anybody yeah don't worry Matt cards don't listen
- 54:20to this I'm sure they don't we've driven them all away yeah well do we want to hear from
- 54:26um from our favorite actor I sure do uh
- 54:30yeah we do because uh there's definitely buff news this week yeah you haven't
- 54:36heard this yet Luke have you no well we discussed previously that um
- 54:43Mr labu Lau um was arrested at a Broadway production of Cabaret which I'm
- 54:50a stuck for a cabaret show funny and laugh so did he yeah so did he so but
- 54:55you'll hear more about that in a second so was on Jimmy Kimmel and he um he was
- 54:58asked you you'll he he was asked to to explain the story of how he came to be
- 55:03arrested at a at a production at the production and um and he told the story
- 55:08and it's it's an amazing story yeah so um should we just jump
- 55:13straight into it take it away go for it all
- 55:19right you seem to have gone crazy since the last time I saw you is that does
- 55:23seem that way doesn't it you were arrested at the the musical
- 55:27Cabaret yeah so I land in New York I'm coming back from Ireland yes so I had
- 55:32been drinking a lot of whiskey in Ireland I come back I'm I'm uh I land
- 55:37and it's the World Cup so I'm so I'm sitting at a at a bar and I'm I'm
- 55:41drinking a whole lot of whisky and I'm watching this world cup it's South Korea
- 55:45versus I forget the other team Lithuania or something okay so so I'm I'm all I'm
- 55:50all Lithuania and U and I go outside I have a cigarette and there's this
- 55:54homeless man out there and I I was I'm same thing I'm working on here is uh
- 55:58this homeless marine and I start talking to him we start getting into a
- 56:02conversation and then a woman runs up and starts taking pictures of me with
- 56:05her cell phone and it trips him out so so and I'm three sheets to the wind and
- 56:09I I can't really calm him down he starts running down the road after like 30
- 56:12minutes of conversation so I start running after him and I'm I'm trying to
- 56:17calm this homeless man down in the middle of Time Square we I chase him for
- 56:20a while I'm trying to calm down hey it's me we were just talking relax and he's
- 56:24gone so I turn around I start walking back to the bar pay my bill and I see uh
- 56:28this dude who comes up and I don't know this guy but he comes up to me he says
- 56:30Hey Shai hey man I'm a big fan I said thank you you know he says hey what are
- 56:34you doing tonight and uh and he says well uh why don't you come to my show
- 56:38you know I'm a dancer in this cabaret show and I said Cabaret yeah Cabaret
- 56:43Cabaret is exactly what I'm to do Cabaret so so I he gives me a ticket I
- 56:47go up to I go up to the thing and and the Cabaret is maybe a block away from
- 56:50my thing from my uh bar I get into the theater and there is set up in in in in
- 56:55an old club and there was all these women in Burlesque and I'm like oh this
- 56:58really is some kind of party or something so so uh I'm walking to my
- 57:02seat and on the way to the seat I see that there's this bar over here and I go
- 57:05oh yeah sure I I'll have another drink cuz I need one so so I I get another
- 57:09double whiskey and I sit in my seat and there's these two beautiful 50-year-old
- 57:13women and and I say uh oh yeah well tonight's tonight ladies what's it going
- 57:16to be what do you want to drink and uh and they look at me like don't talk to
- 57:20me um so I I take it as a sign that they want exactly what I'm drinking so I I I
- 57:27so I turn around I go back to the bar and I get uh two more double whiskies I
- 57:31walk back to my seat with these drinks and uh and I put the drinks down and
- 57:35they don't want nothing to do with it and I said well all right well you're
- 57:37not going to have them so I'll have them and so now now I'm drinking these drinks
- 57:41and the show starts and uh and out comes Allen coming and uh he's smoking a
- 57:46cigarette so I oh it's that kind of party perfect I I want to have a
- 57:49cigarette too and then he he puts a cigarette out he starts walk he's like
- 57:52he's it looks like he's winking at me and I'm thinking oh well this is great
- 57:56and at this point I see the the ballet guy who gave me the ticket and I'm like
- 57:59hey what's going on pal and now everybody's looking at me and now I'm
- 58:02feeling like whoa this is kind of weird I didn't know was that kind of show
- 58:06Allan Cummings walks past me I forget all about that again and all I'm
- 58:09thinking about is the the leather pants and he winking at me and he walks past
- 58:12me and I I give him a slap on the ass cuz I think he deserves it he he finds a
- 58:16way to wiggle out of my Hercules grip and uh and I'm a little disappointed
- 58:21about it so I think it's time to have another cigarette so so I start having a
- 58:24cigarette and a security guard comes up says can you put the cigarette out no
- 58:27problem anyway we get to intermission and a person tells me there's another
- 58:31party outside and I'm thinking oh well okay and uh and I see six cops having
- 58:35their own party I get to the station and I quickly realize this isn't I'm not
- 58:40supposed to be here you know this is not I'm not made for this setup this dude
- 58:43says oh White's here it's time for snitching and I'm oh boy oh man so so my
- 58:48posum is like you got to do something man you got to do something you're going
- 58:51to die in here so I turn into Tupac and now I'm now I'm now I'm ripping my shirt
- 58:56off and I'm doing push-ups like you know don't mess with me dog I'm crazy you
- 58:59know what I'm saying and and and the guy's like what are you in here for I'm like Cabaret
- 59:05Cabaret and uh and so so I figured you know I'm going to spit on his cop's shoe
- 59:09that's my way out so I Spit on His shoe and I'm looking at him and it was and he
- 59:13put a mask on me a Hannibal mask and a lead jacket and ushered me into my
- 59:16private little dwelling uh where I sat for 25 hours that's the story I got wow
- 59:22what a night yeah what a night man so that's the story it's funny because I
- 59:28can relate it's like a night out that I would have except I'm not famous so
- 59:32people don't invite me to think yeah back in the day Matt I mean
- 59:37if you'd been famous when you pulled some of your famous stunts then that
- 59:40would you'd be on Kimmel explaining yourself while you threw a bottle
- 59:43through the back window of your own car exactly that's what I mean I can sort of
- 59:47relate and like it must be obviously it's different for someone like him
- 59:52being out and drunk in public by himself because you know like if I'm drunk in
- 59:58public by myself I'm just a nuisance whereas he's he's shy abuff first until
- 1:00:03he becomes a nuisance yeah so he can get himself into crazier situations than I
- 1:00:08ever could oh man but anyway yeah he's he's
- 1:00:14great so you know you uh you dislike shy
- 1:00:17lauff now Luke sh oh I always have a he's in the Kristen Stewart bucket is
- 1:00:23he he is bucket with her who would you
- 1:00:28uh who would you have sex with out of them two if you had to shab Christen
- 1:00:34Stewart yeah Luke why would I have to you have to what what what what happens
- 1:00:41if I choose no you're going out the airlock we shoot your mom in the head
- 1:00:47Jesus stay out of this MRA Luke answer the [ __ ] question sorry says Luke I
- 1:00:53can't control him when he's like this yeah I think I would I'd sleep with
- 1:01:00SH really he's drunk he's drunk and he's doing push-ups drunk he's got his shirt
- 1:01:06off [ __ ] he's still got the Hannibal mask on imagine that yeah and that's
- 1:01:12terrifying drunk shil buff and when you spit on him he's just going to he's
- 1:01:16going to spit back on you oh which no that was the one thing I had the worst
- 1:01:22part about that that he sped on someone yeah that was the worst does it yeah
- 1:01:27yeah you're going through all of that and then you're like oh that's
- 1:01:30[Laughter]
