- 2:23Speaker 1: so let's get into the first call. Who is it
- 2:25Speaker 1: all right?
- 2:26Speaker 2: First one we got is from Ali.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Hi, ladies.
- 2:28Speaker 4: This is Ali calling from the wonderful dumpster Fire, which
- 2:31Speaker 4: is Fort Worth, Texas. You know, I am an avid
- 2:35Speaker 4: reality TV watcher, and I think I learned a valuable
- 2:39Speaker 4: lesson watching Cody and Mary's showdown. When watching TV and
- 2:45Speaker 4: there's some sort of fight or argument, you always want
- 2:48Speaker 4: there to be a clear winner and a clear loser,
- 2:51Speaker 4: someone that you can just root for and say, my
- 2:54Speaker 4: favorite character one. But in this case, I kind of
- 2:58Speaker 4: learned that there isn't always a winner and a loser.
- 3:01Speaker 3: And sometimes it's okay to say, you.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Know what, I really like Mary, but she was kind
- 3:07Speaker 4: of annoying during the argument or conversation with Cody.
- 3:11Speaker 5: Now, don't get me wrong, I hate Cody. He's the worst.
- 3:14Speaker 5: We could go on and on about that. But Mary
- 3:17Speaker 5: should have gone into this conversation ready to be quiet
- 3:22Speaker 5: and just kind of let Cody marry himself. If you're
- 3:25Speaker 5: quiet and you let Cody talk, he will make an
- 3:28Speaker 5: asshole of himself.
- 3:30Speaker 3: But instead, Mary kind of came in with these like
- 3:33Speaker 3: pre memorized lines and she was ready to say to him,
- 3:37Speaker 3: and in turn, walking away from that episode, I found
- 3:41Speaker 3: it to be wildly entertaining. But I can't say that
- 3:44Speaker 3: Mary like killed it with Cody. She was like on
- 3:48Speaker 3: a roll. They were both weird, annoying, and at the
- 3:53Speaker 3: end of the day, like I am not rooting for
- 3:55Speaker 3: either one.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Of them, hot take.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you think I mean?
- 3:59Speaker 2: I will say I didn't say this on Mary's apology episode,
- 4:03Speaker 2: so I was trying to be nice. But I did
- 4:04Speaker 2: find her being a little I did find her to
- 4:06Speaker 2: be a little annoying during the apology because she was
- 4:10Speaker 2: kind of like argumentative in some spots, and she was
- 4:13Speaker 2: kind of coming off a bit hard. Now was a
- 4:18Speaker 2: lot of it justified, absolutely, because Cody's a piece of shit,
- 4:21Speaker 2: and if it were me, I'd be coming over there
- 4:25Speaker 2: ready to actually fight, like men, you kicking you in
- 4:29Speaker 2: the balls, like I hate you, dude. So I get it.
- 4:32Speaker 2: But I do think Mary was being a little annoying.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yes, she was annoying, But I disagree with this caller
- 4:43Speaker 1: because I don't think the answer to an abusive asshole
- 4:49Speaker 1: like Cody Brown, who went out of his way to
- 4:53Speaker 1: intentionally humiliate you on national television. I don't think the
- 4:57Speaker 1: answer to dealing with a guy like that is just
- 4:59Speaker 1: to be quiet and let him hang himself. Yes, he's
- 5:01Speaker 1: always going to do that. Yes he's completely unconscious, Yes
- 5:05Speaker 1: he's a demon and he's out to destroy. But like, no,
- 5:07Speaker 1: you're gonna put me in the ring with that guy.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I'm gonna take my swipes. I am entitled and I
- 5:12Speaker 1: am empowered to take my swipes. What she did wrong,
- 5:16Speaker 1: in my opinion, was she backed down when he told
- 5:19Speaker 1: him something was verboteny, or she stopped talking when he
- 5:22Speaker 1: was cutting her off. I would have just kept on
- 5:24Speaker 1: talking it, hoodie. I would have shown up to fight.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I would have shown up skipping in with my brass knuckles,
- 5:29Speaker 1: ready to go down with that man. So I appreciated
- 5:34Speaker 1: her fighting spirit. I will say, like on Reddit, I
- 5:39Speaker 1: saw a lot of people cheering Mary, like Mary did
- 5:42Speaker 1: a good job for Mary. Yeah, like, Mary's not me.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I would have showed up in a totally different way
- 5:46Speaker 1: in that conversation. I would have scared him to death,
- 5:49Speaker 1: I promise you. But we're dealing with Mary, And a
- 5:52Speaker 1: lot of people on Reddit were like, good Mary, good
- 5:55Speaker 1: on you. You go over to Facebook where it's boomer
- 5:58Speaker 1: Central and they're just like, oh my god, she was
- 6:01Speaker 1: such a bitch about it. Yeah, yeah, she was so argumentative.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I'm like, well, goddamn Yeah, she was argumentative. She was,
- 6:07Speaker 1: so she should have kicked him right in his fucking face.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Well, but like two things can be true at once.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Like I said last week, I think like Mary probably
- 6:14Speaker 2: has always been a big bitch, and so maybe that
- 6:17Speaker 2: caused the conflict. But also Cody is an even bigger bitch,
- 6:21Speaker 2: and so it was two bitches fighting each other. I
- 6:24Speaker 2: will say with like narcissists, they always say the best
- 6:26Speaker 2: way to approach them is gray rocking them, like not
- 6:29Speaker 2: giving them any kind of energy, not giving them any
- 6:31Speaker 2: kind of AMMO. And so maybe that's what Ali was
- 6:34Speaker 2: trying to get at, is like she should have just
- 6:36Speaker 2: gray rocked him and should have just been stoic and
- 6:39Speaker 2: not reacted in any way, because maybe that would have
- 6:43Speaker 2: set him off a bit more and showed more of
- 6:45Speaker 2: his character. But I don't know. Like again, like I said,
- 6:49Speaker 2: two things can be true at once. I think Mary
- 6:50Speaker 2: was a little annoying, but I also appreciate her fighting
- 6:54Speaker 2: him a bit, and she should have been a little
- 6:56Speaker 2: bit harder.
- 6:56Speaker 1: She triggered him from the beginning by not wanting to
- 6:59Speaker 1: even shake his She triggered him. That was all of
- 7:02Speaker 1: that to me, that was great because she set him
- 7:04Speaker 1: off of his center and he couldn't do the manipulation
- 7:07Speaker 1: that he wanted to do. In that way, I think
- 7:09Speaker 1: she succeeded. But yes, is Mary a bitch?
- 7:11Speaker 4: She is?
- 7:12Speaker 1: Are her walls always up?
- 7:13Speaker 6: Yep?
- 7:13Speaker 1: They are?
- 7:14Speaker 7: You know?
- 7:14Speaker 1: And is she a hypocrite? I think so? Yeah. I
- 7:16Speaker 1: think she's done a lot of things that she hasn't
- 7:18Speaker 1: taken responsibility for, and so, like, I'm not her biggest cheerleader,
- 7:21Speaker 1: but for what she's been through and what she's had
- 7:25Speaker 1: to put up with, I'm like, I thought she did
- 7:27Speaker 1: pretty great.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and I agree with that too, but.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I understand Allie's point of view.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Yes, So let us know in your comments below what
- 7:33Speaker 2: you guys thought about that and if you have any
- 7:35Speaker 2: unpopular opinions about Mary Brown, and thank you for your
- 7:38Speaker 2: call out popular ones.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Yeah, we're up in too those as well.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Yeah. Next one we have is from Rachel.
- 7:42Speaker 8: Okay, Hey, B and D It's Rachel calling from Sunny Florida.
- 7:47Speaker 8: I just wanted to talk about something I heard you
- 7:49Speaker 8: guys say in a recent episode. I know you guys
- 7:51Speaker 8: mentioned that you don't think that Cody cares about his
- 7:56Speaker 8: children at all and sadly, I think I agree. I
- 8:00Speaker 8: kind of also think that Cody doesn't even care about
- 8:03Speaker 8: his own reputation or the audience's view of him either.
- 8:09Speaker 8: I feel like this whole entire apology tour is kind
- 8:12Speaker 8: of orchestrated to regain Robin's good opinion of him. I've
- 8:17Speaker 8: noticed that each of the talking points in these apologies
- 8:21Speaker 8: they seem to be at least the things he really
- 8:24Speaker 8: desperately feels he needs to say before the conversation ends.
- 8:28Speaker 8: They seem to be all stemming from things that we've
- 8:30Speaker 8: heard Robin criticize him for in other parts of the show.
- 8:34Speaker 8: For example, I fell in love with you because of
- 8:38Speaker 8: how much you loved your wives, and then you said
- 8:39Speaker 8: you didn't love them. This is not the man I knew.
- 8:42Speaker 8: It seems like he very much desperately needs to say
- 8:45Speaker 8: I'm sorry I said I didn't love you. I did
- 8:47Speaker 8: love you. No matter how inappropriate that statement might be,
- 8:51Speaker 8: He's going to say it because he needs to get
- 8:53Speaker 8: it out so that he can say, look, Robin, I apologized.
- 8:57Speaker 8: I corrected the fault that you found in me. I
- 9:00Speaker 8: don't know, I remember. Just like hearing Janelle say, it
- 9:03Speaker 8: seems like he's purposely villainizing himself to compensate and draw
- 9:08Speaker 8: heat away from Robin. And even in this apology tours.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Oh, I cut off shoot.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I know that was really good.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that was really insightful. I hadn't even thought of that.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Yeah. I didn't think about that either, that he was
- 9:22Speaker 2: doing this for Robin to get back in her good graces,
- 9:25Speaker 2: which I could totally seem. M I don't think. I
- 9:29Speaker 2: don't agree with the point that she made about Cody
- 9:33Speaker 2: not caring about what the viewers think of him. I
- 9:35Speaker 2: do think he cares, but I do think that he
- 9:38Speaker 2: doesn't want all of us to know that he cares, right,
- 9:41Speaker 2: I think he wants to pretend like he doesn't care,
- 9:43Speaker 2: but he definitely cares.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Where did we hear recently that he was always up
- 9:46Speaker 1: on social media? Chine the comments? It was Christine, that's
- 9:49Speaker 1: right in her book, in her book. Yeah, So I
- 9:52Speaker 1: think he does care. I think he's very conscious of
- 9:57Speaker 1: his public image. I think that's why we're seeing what
- 10:01Speaker 1: we're seeing. So I think that's an interesting theory. When
- 10:06Speaker 1: you look at his actions through the lens of pleasing Robin,
- 10:10Speaker 1: it actually makes a lot of sense. And it also
- 10:13Speaker 1: dovetails nicely with the fact that he's not sincere and
- 10:17Speaker 1: the reason he has to preface everything he has to
- 10:20Speaker 1: say about these apologies with but they deserved it and
- 10:23Speaker 1: they were awful and they talked bad about me. Like
- 10:25Speaker 1: the reason he has to do that is because he's
- 10:27Speaker 1: not sincere and he doesn't really mean these apologies. But
- 10:31Speaker 1: maybe he's doing it for Robin, and he's also doing
- 10:34Speaker 1: it well three reasons. Maybe he's doing it for Robin,
- 10:37Speaker 1: I could see that. I think he's also doing it
- 10:40Speaker 1: so that he can rehab his image because he is
- 10:42Speaker 1: in those social media comments, and I bet Robin is
- 10:44Speaker 1: as well. And then I think he's doing it the
- 10:47Speaker 1: third reason because he sees the writing on the wall
- 10:50Speaker 1: with this show and he's going to need some friends
- 10:52Speaker 1: in the cast and it can't just be fucking rob
- 10:55Speaker 1: in an Aurora and Briona, Like, it's got to be
- 10:57Speaker 1: some people who actually have storyline and that's gonna be
- 11:01Speaker 1: his kids and his ex wives.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Yep, exactly. And maybe this whole apology tour wasn't even
- 11:07Speaker 2: orchestrated or planned by TLC. Maybe it was planned by
- 11:10Speaker 2: Robin and Cody from the get go, and then they
- 11:13Speaker 2: presented it to the network, and the network was like, Okay,
- 11:16Speaker 2: this is how we can market it, this is how
- 11:19Speaker 2: we can film it, and this is what you guys
- 11:20Speaker 2: need to do for it to go off. Okay, So
- 11:23Speaker 2: maybe it was that because we've been saying this whole
- 11:26Speaker 2: entire time, like this was maybe TLC. This was all
- 11:29Speaker 2: their plan and what a stupid fucking plan because they're
- 11:32Speaker 2: so out of touch with their fan base. But I
- 11:36Speaker 2: could totally see I could totally see Cody and Robin
- 11:39Speaker 2: having like a night where they're both drunk. She's high
- 11:43Speaker 2: on ambient or something, and she's crying to him, Coo,
- 11:46Speaker 2: you're not the mere that he thought you were, because
- 11:48Speaker 2: I thought you were in love with these women.
- 11:50Speaker 3: That's why I love you.
- 11:52Speaker 1: And yeah, we don't believe that she actually cared about that.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So in order for him to be apologizing to play Robin,
- 12:01Speaker 1: we would have to believe that Robin truly needed him
- 12:04Speaker 1: to love these women. And I don't think Robin ever
- 12:06Speaker 1: needed that from him. Maybe the very beginning, Maybe maybe
- 12:09Speaker 1: in the very beginning she was attracted to it. Maybe
- 12:11Speaker 1: there was a part of her that was but I
- 12:13Speaker 1: think very quickly as soon as she entered the family,
- 12:15Speaker 1: she was wanting to become the head bitch and charge
- 12:17Speaker 1: and take over the whole thing and all the church's buddy.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Maybe, but Cody was always under her spell of thinking
- 12:24Speaker 2: that she wanted to be a good plural wife. I
- 12:28Speaker 2: don't know.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 12:30Speaker 2: I don't there's so many like theories out there, and like,
- 12:33Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe Robin was lying from the jump,
- 12:36Speaker 2: and she just wanted the money and everything, and maybe
- 12:39Speaker 2: she never cared about plural marriage, But like, did she
- 12:42Speaker 2: tell Cody the opposite? Did she tell Cody all the
- 12:44Speaker 2: time while they were in bed banging and she's pegging
- 12:47Speaker 2: him and stuff, like I love the fact that you
- 12:49Speaker 2: have three wives. I love it so much. I don't
- 12:52Speaker 2: love me in plural marriage with you, And that was
- 12:56Speaker 2: why Cody fell in love with her. I don't know.
- 12:58Speaker 2: There's so many things, but yeah, I could definitely definitely
- 13:02Speaker 2: see Cody doing this to gain Robin's affection back.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Or because Robin and Cody planned for this entire apology tour.
- 13:10Speaker 1: But it just has to end with me. I have
- 13:13Speaker 1: to be the final wife that you apologize too, because
- 13:16Speaker 1: I'm the best wife and the only one you've ever
- 13:18Speaker 1: loved Cordy and I've been through so much.
- 13:22Speaker 4: So rude.
- 13:23Speaker 1: It's a herd on the Christmas group chair.
- 13:27Speaker 2: So buy me a mgmagin. I need to move my
- 13:31Speaker 2: feelings hurt. Well, let us know your guys' theories also
- 13:35Speaker 2: in the comments, if you agree with that or if
- 13:37Speaker 2: you think there's other motivations there. Next one we have
- 13:40Speaker 2: is from Gilly from Philly.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Gilly from Philly.
- 13:44Speaker 6: Hi, this is Scilly from Philly. It it'll postum that
- 13:46Speaker 6: identifies as a raccoon. I'm here in a dumpster and
- 13:50Speaker 6: I've been blowing up this speak pipe with all kinds
- 13:52Speaker 6: of thoughts. Sister wife. So, I just watched the latest
- 13:55Speaker 6: episode twenty season twenty, episode fifteen, and I think that
- 14:02Speaker 6: Cody Brown is bad for women's looks. And what I
- 14:06Speaker 6: mean by that is every woman that's in a relationship
- 14:09Speaker 6: with him looks like they aged about twenty years and
- 14:12Speaker 6: when they leave him, they look like they've gained some youth,
- 14:16Speaker 6: They look better, more robust, their skin is glowing. And
- 14:21Speaker 6: I'm thinking maybe because he's such a peacock, because he's
- 14:24Speaker 6: so into his own looks, with his own vanity primping,
- 14:28Speaker 6: and you know, facial creams and supplements that no woman
- 14:32Speaker 6: could invest that much energy into themselves because they have
- 14:36Speaker 6: to cater to helm. I don't know, what do you think?
- 14:39Speaker 7: All right? Bye?
- 14:40Speaker 2: I mean I agree. Just look at Robin. Sorry, but
- 14:44Speaker 2: she's the youngest one out of all of them. I'm
- 14:46Speaker 2: just gonna say it. Okay, we warned you all at
- 14:48Speaker 2: the beginning. Okay, But like Robin's the youngest out of
- 14:52Speaker 2: all of them, she's like forty six or something. Right now,
- 14:56Speaker 2: does she look like that? Does she look that age?
- 15:00Speaker 7: Yes?
- 15:01Speaker 2: No, I think it's so.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I think she.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Looks so old.
- 15:06Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 15:07Speaker 1: I will agree with this caller in saying that Mary
- 15:10Speaker 1: definitely is enjoying a wonderful chef's kiss glow up. I
- 15:15Speaker 1: think Janelle always looks like she's got light in her
- 15:18Speaker 1: eyes and joy in her face. Christina's obviously getting tatted
- 15:22Speaker 1: and sexed up and stuff, and so she's happy as sale.
- 15:25Speaker 1: And I love that for them. But I'm not gonna
- 15:27Speaker 1: say that about Robin, only because I just feel like
- 15:32Speaker 1: women should be allowed to age. Can I say that
- 15:34Speaker 1: as a thirty something year old woman myself? We're talking
- 15:37Speaker 1: about Robin, Yeah, thirty something, your old woman? I mean,
- 15:43Speaker 1: I just women, Like you know, we're so examined as
- 15:46Speaker 1: we get older, and I think a lot of what
- 15:48Speaker 1: we're seeing with Robin is just the natural course of age.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I will say, if I had her money, though, I
- 15:53Speaker 1: would be doing some stuff, like some preventative measures, if
- 15:55Speaker 1: you will, to like take care of myself and stuff
- 15:58Speaker 1: like that. But Robin, that's your life and you are
- 16:00Speaker 1: empowered to live it the way you want to. What
- 16:02Speaker 1: I will agree with, though, is that there's something in
- 16:06Speaker 1: Cody that depletes the beauty and the energy and the
- 16:11Speaker 1: life force out of these women. And maybe we do
- 16:13Speaker 1: see a little bit of that with Robin, and that
- 16:16Speaker 1: is because Cody is an energetic vampire. He is somebody
- 16:20Speaker 1: who needs the limelight and the spotlight and all the
- 16:23Speaker 1: light to be on him. And so Robin seems to
- 16:27Speaker 1: have taken the position of being okay with being in
- 16:31Speaker 1: the background as long as she can get all the
- 16:33Speaker 1: things that she needs and all the beautiful assets that
- 16:37Speaker 1: she wants, and she'll give Cody the light. But like,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I feel like he's a parasite, dude. I feel like
- 16:44Speaker 1: he's a vampire. I feel like he's sucking all of
- 16:47Speaker 1: that good stuff out of Robin. And so what we're
- 16:49Speaker 1: seeing with Robin is just this unappealing, you know, and
- 16:53Speaker 1: therefore energetically unattractive woman who's got virtually no redeeming values.
- 16:58Speaker 1: I mean, she's trying to tell us constantly what a
- 17:00Speaker 1: good mom she is and how much she loves these
- 17:02Speaker 1: other kids that are no longer in her life, and
- 17:05Speaker 1: how such she is because she's long. Like, but nobody
- 17:07Speaker 1: believes you because we can see it in your energy.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And I do think Cody has something to do.
- 17:11Speaker 2: With that, oh definitely. I mean if you think about it,
- 17:13Speaker 2: like how many of you have been in a toxic
- 17:16Speaker 2: relationship or like a toxic family or a toxic environment
- 17:20Speaker 2: in general with other people, and how that has affected
- 17:24Speaker 2: like your physical health or your physical like attractiveness or whatever,
- 17:30Speaker 2: your body, your body like I remember when I was
- 17:32Speaker 2: growing up with my family and everything, like I was
- 17:35Speaker 2: way underweight, I didn't look good, I was sickly, like
- 17:40Speaker 2: I was depressed and everything you've talked about it with
- 17:43Speaker 2: some of your past relationships like that were super unhealthy
- 17:46Speaker 2: and toxic and how you were physically unwell. And so
- 17:49Speaker 2: I look at like Robin with just a little bit
- 17:52Speaker 2: of compassion, just it's all. That's it, that's all I
- 17:58Speaker 2: can muster for her, because she is in a toxic,
- 18:01Speaker 2: narcissistic relationship with Cody and herself, and she's also toxic
- 18:06Speaker 2: and herself.
- 18:06Speaker 1: She's her own kind of narcissist as well, and she's
- 18:09Speaker 1: an opportunistic parasite.
- 18:11Speaker 2: And so the body keeps the score. And so I'm
- 18:13Speaker 2: not like criticizing Robin for aging at all. I'm looking
- 18:17Speaker 2: at her from that lens of like, man, you live
- 18:20Speaker 2: in a toxic world and a toxic life.
- 18:23Speaker 1: And you are toxic as well, and you've done some
- 18:26Speaker 1: very toxic things. Well look at your mama too.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Yeah no, straight up, yeah, straight home, reckon. Sorry, but
- 18:34Speaker 2: let us know your guys' thoughts. I mean, I don't
- 18:36Speaker 2: see a lot of people saying on the interwebs that, like,
- 18:39Speaker 2: Robin looks.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Good either too.
- 18:42Speaker 3: I either too.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I but like I just I just you know, I
- 18:46Speaker 1: know I said she had an Easter Island head.
- 18:48Speaker 2: She does.
- 18:50Speaker 1: It is just like and I know I make like
- 18:52Speaker 1: little jabs and stuff like that, but Dabby's such a
- 18:55Speaker 1: such I was thinking of that just now, but like
- 18:57Speaker 1: you could really see Dabby, I know this past episode.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I mean, og Patreon snow got to be a patron
- 19:02Speaker 1: in order to understand that. But I just she's getting older,
- 19:06Speaker 1: she's almost fifty. Like it's okay to like have your
- 19:08Speaker 1: face show that, like have wrinkles and be a little
- 19:11Speaker 1: swollen or whatever. Doesn't mean you get to be a
- 19:13Speaker 1: demon though, destroy the world, Robin Brown.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I can't help but like envision what she would look
- 19:19Speaker 2: like if she did actually leave Cody though, and like
- 19:22Speaker 2: divorced herself from this took half of his fucking money, girl,
- 19:26Speaker 2: she probably would have a really great glow up girl.
- 19:29Speaker 1: What kind of money do they have their leverage to
- 19:31Speaker 1: the in that house? It's probably debt. She'd had to
- 19:34Speaker 1: take on half the debt.
- 19:35Speaker 2: She's gonna have to sell those American girl dolls.
- 19:37Speaker 1: We'll buy some. I don't right here ready, Robin B. Brown,
- 19:43Speaker 1: Absolutely all right.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Last one we have is from Jen at training, Miss
- 19:48Speaker 2: Daisy Training.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Miss Daisy.
- 19:50Speaker 7: Yeah, that's what it says, Hey, raccoons. I'm Jen. So
- 19:53Speaker 7: I was watching the preview for the upcoming town Nothing
- 19:55Speaker 7: and saw that Janelle really dug her heels in to
- 19:58Speaker 7: say that there was no backdoor deal. And there's a
- 20:00Speaker 7: part of me that believes her because Cody admitted on
- 20:04Speaker 7: camera that he was thinking about calling Janelle to make
- 20:06Speaker 7: that backdoor deal. But what if he actually did and
- 20:09Speaker 7: Janelle shot him down? And like a paranoid narcissist, he
- 20:12Speaker 7: got worried that Janelle would run to Mary tell her everything,
- 20:15Speaker 7: and so he had to flip the script. This is
- 20:17Speaker 7: the same man who has openly said he gets creative
- 20:20Speaker 7: with his words when he's cornered. We've watched him pit
- 20:23Speaker 7: the women against each other over and over and over
- 20:25Speaker 7: again to keep control of them, and we've seen the
- 20:28Speaker 7: absolute rage he unleashes on one of them when they
- 20:30Speaker 7: just don't fall in line like good little girls. Now,
- 20:33Speaker 7: imagine how much it must have rattled him when Janella
- 20:37Speaker 7: Marriable people started cutting along and working against him. What
- 20:42Speaker 7: a narcissistic injury that must have done for someone who
- 20:44Speaker 7: demands loyalty but has no idea how to earn it.
- 20:47Speaker 7: And since he's nothing if not punitive and vengeful, it
- 20:50Speaker 7: wouldn't surprise me at all if he decided to blow
- 20:52Speaker 7: that friendship up. Unfortunately, it looks like Mary fell for
- 20:56Speaker 7: it anyway. Just the thought, but I think it's a
- 20:58Speaker 7: valid one to consider, and on that let's all say
- 21:01Speaker 7: a little prayer for Cody's raccoon ravaged colon.
- 21:10Speaker 1: What But okay, well, we were talking a little bit
- 21:17Speaker 1: about this and our recap whether we think that Janelle
- 21:21Speaker 1: actually tried to make a side deal. I think this
- 21:25Speaker 1: theory definitely holds water that Cody saw because it was
- 21:30Speaker 1: in the previous season that Janelle and Mary were talking
- 21:34Speaker 1: and that Janelle was encouraging Mary to get an attorney,
- 21:37Speaker 1: and like, I've got an attorney. So he probably saw
- 21:39Speaker 1: all of that and he set about to divide and conquer,
- 21:43Speaker 1: to bring some sort of discord between those two so
- 21:45Speaker 1: that they would turn on each other and he could
- 21:47Speaker 1: get the advantage. That seems entirely plausible to me. But
- 21:52Speaker 1: I'm just going to say I think Janelle was down.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I think Janelle was exasperated with Mary being like me,
- 22:00Speaker 1: alter up. I don't know who you feel about that.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna think about it for a while. And Janelle's like, bitch,
- 22:05Speaker 1: I need to have a house. Yeah, I don't have
- 22:09Speaker 1: a house like you have a house. I don't have
- 22:11Speaker 1: anything permanent in my life and I want to have that.
- 22:13Speaker 1: So if you're not gonna move your ass, then I'm
- 22:16Speaker 1: gonna talk to Cody about how we can sell this
- 22:18Speaker 1: property and I can get my fair share. If you
- 22:20Speaker 1: don't want your fair share, that's fine, But I want
- 22:22Speaker 1: my fair share and I'm gonna get it. And if
- 22:24Speaker 1: Cody's talking to me, I'm gonna talk to him too.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Now do I think Janelle agreed to it? Do I
- 22:29Speaker 1: think Janelle like developed a sort of plan and they
- 22:32Speaker 1: were going to execute it? Absolutely not. Do I think
- 22:35Speaker 1: she entertained the idea through some conversations with Cody?
- 22:40Speaker 2: I do.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 22:42Speaker 2: I feel like Cody could have blown it all out
- 22:44Speaker 2: of proportion, like it wasn't actually a legit backdoor deal
- 22:48Speaker 2: or anything like that. It would also be really great
- 22:51Speaker 2: to know when all of this shit was filmed, because like,
- 22:53Speaker 2: when did the alleged backdoor deal take place? Was it
- 22:59Speaker 2: before Janelle met with Mary last season and warned her
- 23:03Speaker 2: about the potential for drama with Coyote Pass or was
- 23:07Speaker 2: it after that meeting? Because when Janelle met with Mary,
- 23:11Speaker 2: Mary had her walls up and then ran back to
- 23:14Speaker 2: Cody and Robin. I'm sure Janelle found out about that,
- 23:17Speaker 2: and then maybe the back door deal bullshit happened, because
- 23:21Speaker 2: maybe Janelle was pissed off at Mary because of that,
- 23:24Speaker 2: because Janelle's like, look, I'm literally trying to look out
- 23:26Speaker 2: for you. Ho, Like I know we've had these issues
- 23:29Speaker 2: and everything, but like, shit, I'm trying to do you
- 23:32Speaker 2: a solid, and you can't even accept that. You're gonna
- 23:35Speaker 2: go run over to Cody and Robin and simp for
- 23:38Speaker 2: them still, like what the fuck? So I could see
- 23:40Speaker 2: a scenario like that where Janelle was like, Okay, Cody,
- 23:43Speaker 2: maybe we could sell this from underneath Mary because she's
- 23:46Speaker 2: being difficult. I don't know. I would like to think
- 23:49Speaker 2: that Janelle's a better person than that, because otherwise it's
- 23:52Speaker 2: like a little selfish Oh yeah, well again, like maybe
- 23:56Speaker 2: this is all producer fake out shit. Maybe Cody's blowing
- 23:59Speaker 2: it all out of proportion because he does want to
- 24:01Speaker 2: sew discord and maybe it didn't actually like it wasn't
- 24:04Speaker 2: actually a backdoor deal or anything like that. But we're
- 24:08Speaker 2: never gonna know the truth.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Well, we're gonna hear Robin's take on it in the
- 24:12Speaker 1: upcoming Tell Nothings, which I'm sure she's gonna make it
- 24:15Speaker 1: sound as bad as possible to show Mary see I
- 24:18Speaker 1: was really your friend. Yeah, and I wouldn't let them
- 24:20Speaker 1: do that.
- 24:21Speaker 2: You can trust me. And that's the thing with Mary
- 24:23Speaker 2: is that she's dumb. She's dumb. She's so fucking dumb.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I was gonna try to be nice about it, at
- 24:29Speaker 2: least dumb. She's dumb and she falls for this kind
- 24:32Speaker 2: of shit. And that's why with her apology with Cody,
- 24:35Speaker 2: it was nice to see her not fall for his
- 24:38Speaker 2: crap for once and she finally realized like what it
- 24:41Speaker 2: was all about. But I don't know, Mary's gonna believe
- 24:45Speaker 2: this crap coming from Cody, and then she's gonna get
- 24:47Speaker 2: mad at Janelle and it's gonna cause a bunch of problems.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I wonder how they're gonna shake it out on the
- 24:52Speaker 2: tell the things, and like what Suki is going to
- 24:55Speaker 2: pare it back to these people, like, oh, well she
- 24:58Speaker 2: said this.
- 25:00Speaker 1: She said that because it's all which we would know
- 25:02Speaker 1: if we were all in the same room together. And
- 25:04Speaker 1: I could have actually seen her say that and heard
- 25:07Speaker 1: her say that, and I could have responded in real
- 25:09Speaker 1: time to that. So fucking revolutionary idea production.
- 25:13Speaker 2: They said this, Cody, what do you think about that?
- 25:17Speaker 4: God?
- 25:17Speaker 2: So annoying?
- 25:18Speaker 1: Well, we are planning to continue to take your calls
- 25:21Speaker 1: through the I think four is it going to be
- 25:23Speaker 1: four tone predicting it's probably going to be four tell Nothing.
- 25:28Speaker 1: We're gonna definitely want to hear from you guys to
- 25:30Speaker 1: see what your thoughts are. We are going to go
- 25:32Speaker 1: ahead on the General Pod and cover the upcoming TLC
- 25:36Speaker 1: show called Suddenly Amish, Suddenly Suddenly Amish, where we've got
- 25:41Speaker 1: I think four normies like me and you, yeah, decided
- 25:47Speaker 1: like I'm sick of this world to fick all of that,
- 25:51Speaker 1: I'm going to the Amish community. I'm gonna have to
- 25:54Speaker 1: make my own pads and churn my own butter, and
- 25:58Speaker 1: it's going to be great. I'm gonna show up with
- 26:01Speaker 1: my face beat with like these long, inappropriate fingernails and eyelashes,
- 26:06Speaker 1: and it's gonna be great. And I don't know if
- 26:09Speaker 1: you've seen the trailer for it. We just watched it
- 26:11Speaker 1: last week on our Patreon and we commented with their
- 26:14Speaker 1: thoughts and our concerns. But it looks like it's going
- 26:16Speaker 1: to be good. And I don't know if y'all ever
- 26:18Speaker 1: watched Breaking Amish that was so great with those poor
- 26:22Speaker 1: Amish people. Oh my god, talk about no offense. Well,
- 26:27Speaker 1: but it doesn't feel like education is emphasized in the
- 26:30Speaker 1: Amish community.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Why would it be.
- 26:32Speaker 1: I'm being terrible, I will stop, But anyway, I loved
- 26:35Speaker 1: that show, especially like some of the later seasons with
- 26:39Speaker 1: Amish witches and stuff like that, and they're all fucking
- 26:41Speaker 1: is awesome, so great. So I'm hoping we're gonna have
- 26:44Speaker 1: a little bit of that twenty and fourteen, twenty and
- 26:47Speaker 1: fifteen Amish flavor in this new show. So we're gonna
- 26:51Speaker 1: start covering that in January. We're gonna be taking your
- 26:53Speaker 1: calls on speak Pipe throughout Sister Wives, and we're just
- 26:57Speaker 1: gonna go into twenty twenty six with a smile, yeah
- 27:00Speaker 1: and a plan. That's our plan. That's the only plan
- 27:03Speaker 1: we have, So Beatris, Is there anything else that we
- 27:06Speaker 1: should be saying to these beautiful raccoons before we get
- 27:10Speaker 1: up on at a here?
- 27:11Speaker 2: Well, if you love our podcast, please go to your
- 27:14Speaker 2: favorite podcast platform wherever you listen to us and leave
- 27:16Speaker 2: us a glowing five star review. Really helps us grow
- 27:20Speaker 2: the pod so more people can join us in the dumpster,
- 27:22Speaker 2: and we really appreciate it, so thank you very much.
- 27:24Speaker 1: We will be back next week to talk Sister Wives.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Honey Back with Sukiana and that pink blazer she's looking
- 27:36Speaker 1: She's looking good, though, but I feel like she's sipping
- 27:39Speaker 1: for Cony, So be prepared to be angry until then.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Please do not forget that we have nothing but love
- 27:46Speaker 1: for you and peace.
- 27:49Speaker 2: L
