Peel cops just arrested Anthony Orlando Monteith, a 49-year-old dubbed a “prolific offender,” after he allegedly stole from 38 spots across the Golden Horseshoe — including Peel, Halton, Durham, Niagara, and Hamilton. Operation “Project Bishop” led to his June 19 bust, with charges including 24 thefts under $5K and 14 stolen goods counts.
