- 0:04Speaker 1: Hi Caitlin, Hi Cassie, Hi creepy people. Hello, we had
- 0:10Speaker 1: so much fun hanging out in our costumes that we
- 0:12Speaker 1: just decided that we would give you another bonus and
- 0:15Speaker 1: don't leave them on hang out do bonus stuff. Yeah,
- 0:20Speaker 1: because it's Halloween season and we think you deserve it.
- 0:24Speaker 1: You would deserve it. You worked hard to get to
- 0:26Speaker 1: the spooky season. It's right, and we're rewarding you. And
- 0:33Speaker 1: I said that right the first time. M hm cheers.
- 0:38Speaker 1: So we've been drinking wine. I mean like a glass,
- 0:44Speaker 1: not too much, like just you know, five of these
- 0:47Speaker 1: little tiny glasses.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Fine, I think we've got like a half a bottle
- 0:52Speaker 2: between us.
- 0:54Speaker 1: So I feel like it's not that bad. Oh, nothing
- 0:56Speaker 1: too crazy. He's just trying to make excuses for my
- 0:58Speaker 1: mouth where it's not working. I mean it happens fast, yeah, yeah,
- 1:02Speaker 1: with the mouth. Where's it happens real fast. Well, if
- 1:05Speaker 1: you don't know who we are, this is PNW Haunts
- 1:08Speaker 1: and Homicides. Oh right. We chat about true crime, the paranormal,
- 1:12Speaker 1: anything spooky in the Pacific Northwest and sometimes we do bonuses. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:17Speaker 1: that's what today is. That's that's what we're doing. So
- 1:21Speaker 1: I mentioned this to Caitlin a while back, like not
- 1:25Speaker 1: that long ago, it was pretty recent, like fifteen minutes ago.
- 1:29Speaker 1: It was a longer ago than that, like in between
- 1:32Speaker 1: a long time and fifteen minutes. Yeah, but she didn't
- 1:36Speaker 1: know what this was at first when I mentioned it. No,
- 1:40Speaker 1: but then I told her it was kind of looped
- 1:42Speaker 1: in with a true crime story and she's like, oh, yeah,
- 1:44Speaker 1: I know that. I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I know that ish Yeah. So I was like, well,
- 1:51Speaker 1: let me shittily explain it to you in like one sentence,
- 1:53Speaker 1: and that was cool. It suffeist for then. Yeah, but
- 1:58Speaker 1: I was like, well, what if I actually go deeper
- 2:01Speaker 1: into this and tell her all of the ins and
- 2:03Speaker 1: outs of the Elevator game, A.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Game I would simply never play. I feel not even.
- 2:11Speaker 1: At the Benson. I don't know. I think it's big enough.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You need like ten floors. Oh, how tall is the Benson.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I don't think it's anywhere near that tall. I don't know,
- 2:21Speaker 1: look pretty tall from the outside. Okay, well I'll look
- 2:24Speaker 1: go look it up. I want to know. Oh, it's
- 2:27Speaker 1: twelve stories. Okay, I'm like, it went it went away off.
- 2:29Speaker 1: You're totally right, I don't know why. I was like,
- 2:31Speaker 1: it's like three stories. We did only go to two stories,
- 2:35Speaker 1: like we went to the first level and then the
- 2:36Speaker 1: second level, so we didn't quite get to see all
- 2:40Speaker 1: of the building yet. Yeah.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's actually technically a thirteen story hotel.
- 2:47Speaker 1: No way. Yeah, I want to go do the Elevator
- 2:54Speaker 1: game at the Benson c It's totally fine. I'll tell
- 2:59Speaker 1: you how to play. We'll be fine.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I'm getting two different answers here. Some are saying twelve,
- 3:04Speaker 2: some are saying thirteen.
- 3:06Speaker 1: So I don't know, maybe because they don't count like
- 3:10Speaker 1: the thirteenth or well, I was thinking maybe they don't count.
- 3:14Speaker 1: The lobby is level one. I don't know, and because
- 3:18Speaker 1: like lobby and then one, two, three, I don't know.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Oh could be yeah, that might make sense, actually I try.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah, look at you. I go in a lot of elevators.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It's probably a normal amount. Yeah, just like average. Well,
- 3:36Speaker 1: this game is also called the Elevator to Another World.
- 3:41Speaker 1: No thank you, or I think the Elevator rituals one
- 3:44Speaker 1: of them. Okay, do you wanna know how to play
- 3:48Speaker 1: and what happens?
- 3:50Speaker 2: I mean sure, I don't want to accidentally play it
- 3:53Speaker 2: without even like realizing, So.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It would be kind of hard, but I can see
- 3:57Speaker 1: how you could do it.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Oh okay, great, buttons.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Just kidding.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Oh is that like all there really is to it?
- 4:05Speaker 2: I mean, I guess you're gonna tell me.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna tell you. Okay, I'll let you know.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Then we'll decide at the end if we're going to
- 4:10Speaker 1: go to the Benson and play this. Okay. So the
- 4:13Speaker 1: Elevator game is an urban legend, and they say it
- 4:17Speaker 1: started in Korea, or some say Japan. I don't know
- 4:22Speaker 1: if they're just kind of like lumping them in together.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You're like, are you not sure which country? Yeah, but
- 4:28Speaker 1: I think a lot more places say it originated in Korea. Interesting, okay.
- 4:34Speaker 1: And this game kind of gained popularity in like twenty
- 4:41Speaker 1: thirteen because of a very sad thing, Alisa Lamb's death
- 4:48Speaker 1: at the Cecil Hotel in La and so there there
- 4:53Speaker 1: was footage of her kind of acting strange in an
- 4:56Speaker 1: elevator and so people just kind of were like, Oh,
- 4:59Speaker 1: she's playing the Elevator game, and like that's what killed her.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I don't obviously, I don't think that's true.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of seems like not so much, because if
- 5:11Speaker 2: it's supposed to be taking you to another world like
- 5:13Speaker 2: that piece of it did not work out to be true.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yeah, spoiler alert, unless it took her there and spat
- 5:21Speaker 1: her back out, because there's some there's some weird things
- 5:24Speaker 1: that happen at the end if you don't end it right.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Oh but obviously I don't think that's what happened to her,
- 5:31Speaker 1: but okay, yeah, but kind of like a wigiboard, like yeah,
- 5:34Speaker 1: like if you don't close it out right, okay, have
- 5:37Speaker 1: you left so so intense. But that's the reason it
- 5:45Speaker 1: got kind of linked to her stories because there was
- 5:48Speaker 1: footage of her in an elevator, and then obviously online
- 5:52Speaker 1: people wit nuts about it and have all of their
- 5:55Speaker 1: own theories about true crime and so all of the sleuths,
- 6:00Speaker 1: it's forever linked, unfortunately. Yeah, so this is a game.
- 6:06Speaker 1: You can play alone, or you can share this experience
- 6:09Speaker 1: with a friend. Caitlin, it did my weird wink. That
- 6:14Speaker 1: was just my cheek moving. Yeah.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I don't think that's as enticing or convincing as you
- 6:24Speaker 2: might be thinking.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Don't you want to play with me? I could be
- 6:29Speaker 1: in a haunted house. I'd be really good. You really
- 6:32Speaker 1: would be. Yeah, you were born for this. So it
- 6:36Speaker 1: needs a building with at least ten floors, so the
- 6:39Speaker 1: ventsen would work. We look that up and they say
- 6:43Speaker 1: it does have to be a public building too, so
- 6:46Speaker 1: not like your own private building. I guess if you
- 6:49Speaker 1: have a building with ten floors when you just.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Like casually own, Yeah, something that's ten or more stories.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Yeah, so it does have to be a public and
- 6:58Speaker 1: obviously it needs to have an elevator. Yeah, fair point,
- 7:02Speaker 1: fair point, it is in the name of the game. Yeah. Yeah.
- 7:07Speaker 1: To play this game, you get in the elevator and
- 7:11Speaker 1: you ride the floors in a certain order. Oh and
- 7:15Speaker 1: if someone enters the elevator on one of the floors
- 7:19Speaker 1: that you stop at, or one of the players gets out,
- 7:22Speaker 1: you have to restart. Oh okay, so you can't really
- 7:25Speaker 1: interact with anybody.
- 7:28Speaker 2: It's kind of starting to sound like Monopoly, like the
- 7:32Speaker 2: longest game ever, because it's a hotel, and how the
- 7:35Speaker 2: hell are you supposed to be uninterrupted?
- 7:38Speaker 1: Right, Well, doesn't have to be a hotel, it just
- 7:40Speaker 1: has to be a public building. True, but I don't
- 7:44Speaker 1: know the cecil how pop in that was in the
- 7:47Speaker 1: middle of the night, Like obviously some shit went down
- 7:50Speaker 1: without anybody knowing, so yeah, yeah, that's true. Yeah, but
- 7:55Speaker 1: the bed thy Yeah, it seemed pretty I feel like
- 7:58Speaker 1: we would have to do it in the middle of
- 8:00Speaker 1: the night, probably because it was people come in, and
- 8:03Speaker 1: we said before they use the bar as like a
- 8:06Speaker 1: public space, so it's not just people staying there that
- 8:09Speaker 1: come in the building. Yeah, it's pretty busy, I imagine. Yeah.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I don't know how many elevators they have to, like
- 8:16Speaker 1: if they just have like one or if they have multiple.
- 8:19Speaker 1: That obviously depends on the traffic.
- 8:24Speaker 2: I think at the Benson they probably have just the
- 8:27Speaker 2: one because remember she was talking about how and correct
- 8:32Speaker 2: me if I'm remembering this wrong, but I think she
- 8:34Speaker 2: was talking about how most hotels at the time would
- 8:37Speaker 2: have had like a staircase on this side of the
- 8:39Speaker 2: building and then a staircase on like the opposite side,
- 8:42Speaker 2: and the Benson just has the one to get up
- 8:45Speaker 2: to like guest rooms. So I think probably, I mean
- 8:51Speaker 2: it's been renovated and things. Obviously we talked about that
- 8:54Speaker 2: quite a bit, yeah, over the years, but I would
- 8:58Speaker 2: think probably putting in just the one elevator, yeah, would
- 9:04Speaker 2: be like the easiest way to go about it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: But we'll have to see when we go back. Maybe
- 9:08Speaker 1: service elevators, though I feel like that is a little
- 9:11Speaker 1: bit different. Dude, using a service elevator would be like
- 9:15Speaker 1: extra creepy for this game. I think, Yeah, I kind
- 9:19Speaker 1: of want to do that. Okay, Okay, let's continue convincing
- 9:22Speaker 1: Caaitln to never ever play this game, because that's basically
- 9:25Speaker 1: what I'm doing here. Yeah. Essentially, so you start by
- 9:29Speaker 1: going to the fourth floor, and then if there's no interruptions,
- 9:34Speaker 1: no one comes in or out, you go down to
- 9:37Speaker 1: the second floor. Okay. Then you go up to floor
- 9:40Speaker 1: six okay, and then back down to floor two okay,
- 9:47Speaker 1: and then all the way up to floor ten. Oh.
- 9:50Speaker 1: And this is all like if anybody gets in or
- 9:53Speaker 1: out at any point, you got to start all over again.
- 9:57Speaker 1: So the next one you do, you go down to
- 10:00Speaker 1: the fifth floor, and this is where some shit kind
- 10:03Speaker 1: of starts to happen. Allegedly. If there's a woman that
- 10:09Speaker 1: enters the elevator with you at the fifth floor, do
- 10:13Speaker 1: not look at her, do not talk to her, like,
- 10:18Speaker 1: don't acknowledge her at all. Pretend she does not exist.
- 10:22Speaker 1: This woman is not a woman. Oh boy, she's not human.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Oh boy, if you do talk to her, look at her,
- 10:31Speaker 1: acknowledge her, she might decide that she needs to keep
- 10:35Speaker 1: you for her own But for why, I don't know.
- 10:41Speaker 1: It didn't say oh, to play with you. Also, I
- 10:47Speaker 1: don't know how you're supposed to know, Like what if
- 10:49Speaker 1: it's just a normal woman getting on at the fifth
- 10:51Speaker 1: floor and you have to start all over. I mean,
- 10:54Speaker 1: I guess you don't know until you know. But if
- 10:57Speaker 1: it's at four five after doing the other sequences, just
- 11:01Speaker 1: don't even even if you think it might be human,
- 11:03Speaker 1: just like, don't yeah, don't acknowledge.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I mean I feel like that really follows like my typical.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Preference more interactions in a public setting. No thank you.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I just wonder, like how hard she tries to get
- 11:19Speaker 1: you to talk to her though, Oh, will she start
- 11:22Speaker 1: talking to you? Like, hey, where are you from? What's
- 11:25Speaker 1: a good restaurant in town? Like? Does she normal?
- 11:29Speaker 2: You can't even look at her, so, I mean, is
- 11:32Speaker 2: she doing something crazy that you can see like in
- 11:35Speaker 2: the corner of your eye?
- 11:36Speaker 1: Like yeah, I was just thinking like you can see
- 11:40Speaker 1: her probably like on your peripheries, and I don't want that.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I mean, I kind of do. I just want to
- 11:49Speaker 1: see what happens, like I want to know, but I
- 11:53Speaker 1: don't really need to experience it for myself. Fine, I'll
- 11:57Speaker 1: do it by myself. To wait the lobby and make
- 11:59Speaker 1: sure I come back. Yeah.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Yeah, somebody called the Ghostbusters.
- 12:05Speaker 1: So if you make it through that and you don't
- 12:07Speaker 1: speak or talk to her, I guess she goes away.
- 12:11Speaker 1: And then you have to press the first floor button. Okay.
- 12:15Speaker 1: The elevator then will either go down to the first
- 12:18Speaker 1: floor normally in which you exit and you never look back.
- 12:22Speaker 1: You just leave, just go, but it might start going
- 12:28Speaker 1: up to the tenth floor instead of the first floor
- 12:31Speaker 1: like the button you pushed. Okay. If the elevator reaches
- 12:35Speaker 1: the tenth floor without interruption, you can then exit the elevator.
- 12:40Speaker 1: For the first time in this entire game, you are
- 12:43Speaker 1: allowed to exit the elevator and if a woman asks
- 12:49Speaker 1: in a very high pitched voice, where are you going?
- 12:53Speaker 1: What's wrong? I don't know if that's her voice, that's
- 12:56Speaker 1: just what I interpreted the high pitch to be. Well,
- 12:59Speaker 1: I mean, I for one and hate it, but don't
- 13:02Speaker 1: respond to her. Okay, do the same thing, totally ignore it. Okay.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Once you get off on the tenth floor. You are
- 13:09Speaker 1: in another world, okay, like you're there. You made it,
- 13:14Speaker 1: you crossed over into the unknown, and you're alone there.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I mean, you could have your partner who you're playing with,
- 13:23Speaker 1: but otherwise, no one else is in this world except
- 13:26Speaker 1: for I guess this person who's asking what's wrong. I
- 13:28Speaker 1: don't know where they're at or where they come from.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I feel like that's ominous. You might not. It looks
- 13:34Speaker 1: like you don't see them, though you kind of just
- 13:36Speaker 1: maybe hear them. I'm not really sure. Okay, there's not
- 13:39Speaker 1: a ton of details.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I would imagine this would be a
- 13:43Speaker 2: difficult thing to report back on.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Okay. Also, your husband just walked by the
- 13:49Speaker 1: little crack in the door, and I almost peed my
- 13:51Speaker 1: pants even though I just.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Peed Holy shit, what are husbands for if not to
- 14:00Speaker 2: make you a little bit freaked out, so much so.
- 14:02Speaker 1: They almost scare the pepa out of you. It's fine, baby,
- 14:07Speaker 1: you're scaring the pp out of us. What do you say?
- 14:10Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm almost done. I don't know what he's doing.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I never know what he's doing. Where's my meat loaf? Ma? Okay,
- 14:22Speaker 1: so we're kind of distracting ourselves. Well, let's keep going
- 14:26Speaker 1: because there's more.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Like meat loaf sounds good, you know, I don't know.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Let's take the meat loaf on the elevator. Maybe that's
- 14:35Speaker 2: the secret. You gotta take.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Food with you and then you're fine. Well, I mean
- 14:40Speaker 1: we did.
- 14:40Speaker 2: That was the number one concern when we thought we
- 14:43Speaker 2: might get locked in behind the gate.
- 14:45Speaker 1: That's true. You probably do want to take food with
- 14:47Speaker 1: you because your electronics won't work in this other world,
- 14:52Speaker 1: so you can't eat Uber eats.
- 14:56Speaker 2: I say that like I'm always ordering Uber Eats and
- 14:59Speaker 2: that's just sim waiting.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Not the case, but I want to have the option. Yeah,
- 15:06Speaker 1: when the options taken away, Yeah, it's horrifying. This other
- 15:11Speaker 1: world is pretty close to the world that you came from.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Like you you might not know the difference. What was
- 15:20Speaker 1: the point? But all the lights will be off. Only
- 15:23Speaker 1: thing that you can see is like a red glow
- 15:26Speaker 1: coming from any windows, and it's from a red cross
- 15:31Speaker 1: that's in the distance. Okay, why is this something that
- 15:34Speaker 1: we're trying to accomplish because you want to visit another
- 15:38Speaker 1: world in return and get bragging rights and say that
- 15:42Speaker 1: you made it back.
- 15:44Speaker 2: I mean, okay, are there people making it back. Are
- 15:47Speaker 2: there people making it there and then making it back?
- 15:51Speaker 1: I don't know. I have so many questions. I bet
- 15:54Speaker 1: Reddit would tell you. Fuck. Ok I get like super
- 15:57Speaker 1: deep on people's like personal stories because we're just just
- 16:00Speaker 1: died in like how to play okay right now? Yeah,
- 16:04Speaker 1: but yeah, I don't know. It'd be interesting to see
- 16:06Speaker 1: if anyone actually did it and came back and had
- 16:08Speaker 1: a story. Yeah, that would be so interesting. Or if
- 16:12Speaker 1: it's just instructions and then no one ever returns to
- 16:16Speaker 1: tell their tale.
- 16:17Speaker 2: That's that's my concern, primarily, I feel because this other
- 16:22Speaker 2: world sounds like.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Yeah, but you can return back to your own world.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So the goal is to just enter that world and
- 16:31Speaker 1: then get back, probably as fast as you can to
- 16:34Speaker 1: the elevator that you got up there on. So you
- 16:38Speaker 1: definitely have to find the same elevator. Yeah, don't go
- 16:41Speaker 1: too far.
- 16:42Speaker 2: I'm saying allegendly on that because I'm gonna need someone
- 16:47Speaker 2: to fact check to confirm this, to confirm what to
- 16:52Speaker 2: confirm that, like you can come back like yeah, I
- 16:55Speaker 2: don't know. You've got to follow all the rules though, Okay,
- 16:59Speaker 2: but apparently if you go too far, like you can
- 17:02Speaker 2: lose track of the elevator, like the distance gets weird,
- 17:05Speaker 2: and of course you can, yeah, so be careful.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I don't like that at all. So returning, you have
- 17:13Speaker 1: to get back in the same elevator and then go
- 17:15Speaker 1: through the same order of floors that you did to
- 17:17Speaker 1: get up there, So four to six, two, ten, five one,
- 17:24Speaker 1: and then when you press the button for the first floor,
- 17:28Speaker 1: it will start going back up to the ten floor again,
- 17:32Speaker 1: and you have to cancel this before it gets there
- 17:34Speaker 1: by pushing any other floor button apparently, okay, so to cancel,
- 17:40Speaker 1: push any other floor and then I guess. Then when
- 17:44Speaker 1: it cancels, you can try to push floor one again
- 17:47Speaker 1: and it should work. It should take you down, not
- 17:51Speaker 1: backa okay, when you get to the first floor. Before
- 17:56Speaker 1: getting off the elevator, this is very important. Before you
- 17:59Speaker 1: exit the elevator, you want to check your surroundings very
- 18:04Speaker 1: carefully and just make sure everything is how it's supposed
- 18:09Speaker 1: to be like the world. You remember, if something is
- 18:12Speaker 1: even just a little bit off, don't get off the elevator.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Oh god, don't do it, because you'll be trapped there forever.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Probably I don't, okay. First of all, just too many steps.
- 18:26Speaker 1: There's you need to write it down for sure, oh
- 18:30Speaker 1: a thousand percent, but not don't just have it on
- 18:33Speaker 1: your phone though, because it doesn't work in the other world.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Well right, exactly. And I'm sorry, but I've had printed
- 18:39Speaker 2: map quest directions and still fuck that up. So I'm sorry.
- 18:43Speaker 2: This is just I'm not prepared to roll the dice
- 18:46Speaker 2: on this one, and I don't think so.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Good thing. I think it's kind of like forgiving in
- 18:53Speaker 1: that you can like start it all over, you know,
- 18:55Speaker 1: if someone gets in, like I feel like it's semi forgiving.
- 18:58Speaker 1: If you mess up.
- 19:00Speaker 2: The front end, yes, and that's not even you messing up,
- 19:03Speaker 2: that's just like you're in a public space, so of
- 19:05Speaker 2: course that is gonna happen.
- 19:07Speaker 1: And I feel like, but if you pushed like six
- 19:10Speaker 1: instead of or if you push like five instead of six,
- 19:13Speaker 1: you could just start all over. I think. Yeah, if
- 19:15Speaker 1: you're in the beginning, you're right, though, once you've been
- 19:18Speaker 1: to the other world and trying to get back, it's
- 19:20Speaker 1: a little bit different. Yeah, if you think something is wrong,
- 19:25Speaker 1: you have to repeat the sequence of floors until you
- 19:30Speaker 1: get back down to the first floor and you are
- 19:33Speaker 1: sure that that is your world. That sounds fucking exhausting.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I know, so like, hopefully it works the first time
- 19:41Speaker 1: I take it back. It's like a thousand times worse
- 19:44Speaker 1: than Monopoly. Well yeah, yeah, I guess it depends on
- 19:49Speaker 1: how many times you have to go through the same
- 19:51Speaker 1: steps of floors. How many floors of that?
- 19:53Speaker 2: I mean, I can predict it would be a few
- 19:57Speaker 2: floor Yeah, no, thank you.
- 20:00Speaker 1: But once you get to the first floor and everything
- 20:03Speaker 1: looks okay, it feels right, you can safely exit the elevator.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Okay, great, are you about just help me something else?
- 20:11Speaker 1: It's like, oh, but also maybe so this is very interesting.
- 20:16Speaker 1: So at any point during this game, if you faint
- 20:22Speaker 1: or pass out for whatever reason, you will likely wake
- 20:28Speaker 1: up in your own home and not know how you
- 20:31Speaker 1: got there.
- 20:33Speaker 2: I mean, I guess if you faint, that's probably how
- 20:36Speaker 2: it normally works.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I feel like you'd probably wake up in a hospital room.
- 20:42Speaker 1: I guess maybe. I guess it depends on who's there
- 20:45Speaker 1: with you. Yeah, and I don't know. But if you
- 20:50Speaker 1: suddenly wake up in your own room after playing the
- 20:53Speaker 1: elevator game, you didn't know what was happening, it was
- 20:55Speaker 1: in the middle of it. You want to make sure
- 20:58Speaker 1: again that your check your surroundings, checking your world very
- 21:03Speaker 1: carefully to make sure it is your world, okay, and
- 21:07Speaker 1: that you're not trapped in in the other dimension okay,
- 21:14Speaker 1: just from passing out, all right, from being a scaredy cat.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Oh my god, this is the worst game ever. And
- 21:23Speaker 1: this kind of happens to people that are like a
- 21:27Speaker 1: little more susceptible to things, a little more spongy as
- 21:30Speaker 1: I like to call it. Mm hmm.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Yeah, tell me more about why I shouldn't play this game.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I'll be with you if you faint, I'll take care
- 21:39Speaker 1: of you.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Yeah, except what if, like only my physical body is
- 21:44Speaker 2: still with you, and like the other god like conscious
- 21:47Speaker 2: parts of you are going somewhere else.
- 21:50Speaker 1: What if it's like insidious, where like someone other's soul
- 21:53Speaker 1: like takes over your body and you wake up and
- 21:56Speaker 1: you're not Caitlin anymore. Okay.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Well I've never seen that for obvious reasons, but if
- 22:01Speaker 2: you ever watch The OA, there's sort of.
- 22:03Speaker 1: A similar kind of a thing that happens. So yeah,
- 22:08Speaker 1: I think you would really like it the insidious, like
- 22:12Speaker 1: because you said the Oay, so like the Insidious. It's
- 22:16Speaker 1: about like astral traveling, so they're like their soul leaves
- 22:19Speaker 1: their body while they're sleeping and then like other things
- 22:23Speaker 1: want to take it over. No, thank you.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I'm like, you're like I've got Google fingers.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Also, one last thing, Okay, you shouldn't try to play
- 22:37Speaker 1: this game too many times. I don't know what the
- 22:40Speaker 1: number of well, I don't know what too many times is,
- 22:45Speaker 1: but it does make you a little more susceptible to like,
- 22:49Speaker 1: you know, accidentally, like a little slippage through to the
- 22:53Speaker 1: other side create. Yeah, so if you play it too
- 22:58Speaker 1: many times, you might just go crazy, apparently, and start
- 23:02Speaker 1: slipping in and out of dimensions.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Okay, I was gonna say, I mean, oh, all you
- 23:07Speaker 2: do is go crazy, Like, come on, we're halfway there.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean crazy. It's not a bad thing, right,
- 23:14Speaker 1: but we don't want to be slipping in and out
- 23:15Speaker 1: of dimensions, Willy nilly. I don't think so. No, I
- 23:19Speaker 1: don't think that I do. No, So you wouldn't play
- 23:24Speaker 1: this game with me. I'm pretty sure it's not for me.
- 23:27Speaker 1: We should have a Patreon contest where some the winner
- 23:31Speaker 1: gets to play the Elevator game with Cassie.
- 23:34Speaker 2: There you go, she needs a companion, you guys, because
- 23:38Speaker 2: I don't know if you're picking up on this at
- 23:40Speaker 2: all as you're listening or watching, but it's probably not
- 23:45Speaker 2: in a million fucking years going to be me.
- 23:48Speaker 1: That's true. I don't know why I said Patreon either.
- 23:51Speaker 1: This is going to be in the main feed. So
- 23:52Speaker 1: maybe we should have a contest for anybody, everybody, all,
- 23:55Speaker 1: all of the nordy people. I'm like creepy people kind
- 24:00Speaker 1: of people. Well, yeah, if anyone's interested in playing this
- 24:03Speaker 1: game with me and doesn't want to murder me, also,
- 24:07Speaker 1: I'm interested, let's do this. Yeah. Okay, h speaking of murdering. Yeah,
- 24:16Speaker 1: we have a couple of cards we might want to
- 24:20Speaker 1: draw and see what's on them. Do you want to
- 24:22Speaker 1: explain what these cards are? They're not Taro. I'm gonna
- 24:25Speaker 1: do my best.
- 24:26Speaker 2: I haven't really had a chance to engage with these
- 24:29Speaker 2: up to this point, so I got a big all
- 24:32Speaker 2: stayck of them.
- 24:34Speaker 1: There you go, and okay.
- 24:37Speaker 2: I'll read you the discrruption. It says, crack the case
- 24:43Speaker 2: with this deck of one hundred and forty multiple choice
- 24:47Speaker 2: trivia questions covering some of the most fascinating crimes and
- 24:51Speaker 2: the real life criminals behind them.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I love multiple choice, the best kind of test exactly.
- 25:00Speaker 2: So it's topics taken from history and pop culture, from
- 25:05Speaker 2: cons and heist to unsolved mysteries and more. And this
- 25:13Speaker 2: says the game is sure to challenge even the most
- 25:16Speaker 2: devoted true crime fans Gie Alan dregsap Dad.
- 25:20Speaker 1: So should I pull a card and read it for you?
- 25:23Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm afraid, Like what if there's one
- 25:26Speaker 1: that I don't know? But we can cut it out.
- 25:28Speaker 1: There's a lot. If it's embarrassing, we can cut it out, verry.
- 25:34Speaker 2: H huh, Okay, I'll pass it over to Yeah, okay,
- 25:41Speaker 2: So there's this one sticking out right here.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I want It's like I'm pulling tarot, but I'm not.
- 25:50Speaker 1: You put them pretty and I just put them back.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Oh oh sorry, I thought I thought they were more even,
- 25:57Speaker 1: and no, I messed it up. I'm so sorry. Right, well,
- 26:06Speaker 1: that looks kind of cool. Oh, like you're censoring my eyes,
- 26:10Speaker 1: like like you don't know who I am. I should
- 26:12Speaker 1: push the button to change my voice, but I can't
- 26:14Speaker 1: get to it fast enough because I don't know where
- 26:16Speaker 1: it's at.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah, we are gonna have to play around with the
- 26:20Speaker 2: soundboard thing because there's so much fun.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Oh, we will eradicated in twenty thirteen. The notorious silk
- 26:30Speaker 1: Road online marketplace was primarily used for what criminal activity?
- 26:36Speaker 1: A identity? Theft? B, arms dealing, C, murder for hire
- 26:47Speaker 1: or D illegal drug sales?
- 26:51Speaker 2: Oh god, I mean I'm pretty sure it was used
- 26:54Speaker 2: for all of the above.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Will you read the question again? Yes, it's not all
- 26:59Speaker 1: of the above, no, I know. Eradicated in twenty thirteen,
- 27:03Speaker 1: the notorious silk Road online marketplace was primarily used for
- 27:08Speaker 1: what criminal activity? Do you need the answers again?
- 27:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:11Speaker 1: Go ahead? A identity theft, B, arm stealing, C, murder
- 27:16Speaker 1: for higher D illegal drug sales. I think it was
- 27:21Speaker 1: primarily the murder for hire. Is that your final answer?
- 27:26Speaker 1: I don't know. Are you going to bet a million
- 27:30Speaker 1: dollars on this quest? My god? Do you want the
- 27:33Speaker 1: fifty to fifty? Okay? Yeah, okay, so the fifty fifty
- 27:38Speaker 1: is a identity theft or D illegal drug sales?
- 27:42Speaker 2: Okay, it was between the murder for higher and the
- 27:44Speaker 2: drug sales. I'm like I said, I think they really
- 27:48Speaker 2: used like it was like kind of all of the above.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Yeah, drug sales, and that's what I that's what I
- 27:54Speaker 1: remember from Yeah, yes, that's correct. I was like, are
- 27:59Speaker 1: you sure? Is that your final in there? Yeah? Like,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I don't know, was it really used for you should
- 28:05Speaker 1: do a little episodey on this?
- 28:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's I haven't looked at that super
- 28:11Speaker 2: in depth, just because I mean, Internet crimes are always
- 28:15Speaker 2: it's super interesting, but it can be really difficult to
- 28:19Speaker 2: I mean, number one, it's not necessarily going to be
- 28:22Speaker 2: P and W based, which.
- 28:24Speaker 1: I'll cover that there would be a link like there's
- 28:27Speaker 1: so many Yeah, there should be. Yeah, I mean that
- 28:31Speaker 1: one get gosh rolled orc Yeah, I know, I remember
- 28:36Speaker 1: watching a documentary on that or it was like a docuseries.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I don't remember, but yeah, do you want to read
- 28:44Speaker 1: the one you pulled for me? Yeah?
- 28:46Speaker 2: Okay, so some of you are going to be probably
- 28:50Speaker 2: screaming you know the answer.
- 28:52Speaker 1: So I will am I not gonna know. I don't know,
- 28:57Speaker 1: I'm curious to see. Okay.
- 28:59Speaker 2: I think it is fortuitous that this was the one
- 29:02Speaker 2: that was kind of flipped. It was flipped up a
- 29:05Speaker 2: little bit and I was like, oh, what's this. Then
- 29:07Speaker 2: I went to grab it and then I was like,
- 29:09Speaker 2: shut the fuck up, I'm gonna read this one for Cassie. Okay,
- 29:12Speaker 2: So that's how we got here. It's just like taro. Yeah, okay,
- 29:18Speaker 2: what true crime podcast ends with the catchphrase stay sexy
- 29:23Speaker 2: and don't get murdered?
- 29:24Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, I think I might know.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Okay, Cereal Case File my favorite murder or doctor Death.
- 29:36Speaker 2: It's my favorite murder. Oh it, you crushed it. Yeah,
- 29:41Speaker 2: I've probably seen the stickers.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I maybe I think I've heard you say it recently,
- 29:46Speaker 1: like within the past month or so. I think you
- 29:48Speaker 1: told me that, and I was like, oh they say that,
- 29:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, no, no, no, what am I trying?
- 29:55Speaker 1: No comments?
- 29:56Speaker 2: No, yeah, probably the safest. Yeah.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Uh.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Mixed feelings from from people on that catchphrase.
- 30:06Speaker 1: I think you know you can see both sides? Do
- 30:09Speaker 1: you do? You should we pull another one? Just like
- 30:13Speaker 1: one more each. I feel like it's just fun. Unless
- 30:15Speaker 1: you want to do more and more, I don't care.
- 30:17Speaker 1: I mean more and more. Do you want to do more? More?
- 30:21Speaker 1: More and more? That would be more better. I woke
- 30:24Speaker 1: up with so much anxiety that I feel like now
- 30:27Speaker 1: I'm just insane.
- 30:29Speaker 2: I feel like the last couple of recording sessions like
- 30:32Speaker 2: we've taken turns or sometimes simultaneously been very punchy.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Yeah, just like very I don't know, very off kilter.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Yeah it's fun. Okay, Yeah, I grab another one, another one. Oh,
- 30:49Speaker 1: doing the intuitive all right, I like it? Yeah, oh
- 30:56Speaker 1: this is interesting. Oh oh my god, what you know
- 31:02Speaker 1: this one? Okay, this is very interesting. Okay. The twenty
- 31:06Speaker 1: month old son of what aviator was kidnapped in March
- 31:10Speaker 1: of nineteen thirty two. Oh you mean the Lindbergh baby.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Say she's going to answer it before she even needs to. Yeah.
- 31:18Speaker 1: So the options were A Orville Wright, B John Glenn
- 31:24Speaker 1: See Amelia Earhart, which is like, that's okay, okay.
- 31:28Speaker 2: So they tried to throw in some names there that
- 31:31Speaker 2: are associated with aviation to really like oh yeah, that
- 31:35Speaker 2: rings a bell and it's like yeah, because like Orville,
- 31:38Speaker 2: he was like he's like one of the right brothers.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Orville Redenbacher, right with the popes, the popcorn, right and
- 31:46Speaker 1: then you popcorn and then yeah the plane plus Oh
- 31:50Speaker 1: that would be cool.
- 31:54Speaker 2: That is an interesting one because they do have a
- 31:56Speaker 2: case coming up that has to do with aviation.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, is it Amelia Earhart? I'm obsessed with her.
- 32:05Speaker 1: I don't know why, but like I really like her.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I mean I think she was such a unique woman
- 32:13Speaker 2: in that era, and I think in a lot of ways,
- 32:16Speaker 2: like even today, she would stand out as being like
- 32:18Speaker 2: really kind of a bold, a bold person. But the
- 32:24Speaker 2: fact that it's like it's anything unsolved.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yeah, really, they still don't know what happened to her
- 32:30Speaker 1: right as far.
- 32:31Speaker 2: I mean my knowledge, I mean, unless they just figured
- 32:33Speaker 2: it out yesterday.
- 32:34Speaker 1: And nice email us if you know what happened to Amelia. Hello,
- 32:41Speaker 1: call this hotline. Do you have any information on the
- 32:44Speaker 1: disappearance of Amelia or Heart?
- 32:47Speaker 2: I mean, we do have a text number. I'm pretty
- 32:50Speaker 2: sure that people can reply to us when we send
- 32:52Speaker 2: out our little love notes text.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, do it? Do it?
- 32:59Speaker 2: I know? Shit, Actually I don't. I don't have it
- 33:02Speaker 2: memorized because it's a really weird number. But maybe I will.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Uh maybe we'll have to drop that in the show notes.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, yeah, okay, So sign up for a text yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 1: and emails also that and patron.
- 33:17Speaker 2: And do all the things. Smash that subscribe button. That's
- 33:23Speaker 2: like jerking off, I mean that's how you get okay,
- 33:32Speaker 2: sorry mom, Verry Mom. This is fucking hilarious. I I
- 33:39Speaker 2: just picked one, like right off the top.
- 33:41Speaker 1: And is it a Lisa Lamb. This one was mad
- 33:45Speaker 1: for y'all. Oh, okay, okay, and I think you're gonna
- 33:48Speaker 1: see why. And it makes me I feel like it's fortuitous,
- 33:52Speaker 1: so embarrassed.
- 33:53Speaker 2: If I don't know, I okay, it's possible that you won't,
- 33:57Speaker 2: but I feel like this is like almost a little
- 33:59Speaker 2: sign out our upcoming creative oh show. Okay, okay, okay,
- 34:05Speaker 2: I got it. I gotta just spit out the question
- 34:07Speaker 2: or I'm going to just spit I don't.
- 34:10Speaker 1: That's not what he said. No, I never do what.
- 34:15Speaker 2: US state is home to the Emerald Triangle, a region
- 34:20Speaker 2: that has long been associated with large scale illegal marijuana farms.
- 34:25Speaker 1: California. Oh my god, you guessed it right off, because
- 34:28Speaker 1: I've been googling this. This has been on my list
- 34:31Speaker 1: of things to talk about. Well, and I was, but
- 34:34Speaker 1: then I realized it was more true crime. Well it's
- 34:37Speaker 1: kind of both. Yeah, it's kind of both. I knew.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, so all four multiple choice it was first
- 34:47Speaker 2: option is a Oregon, I mean, I get it.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Yeah. I wanted to say Washington because like the Emerald,
- 34:54Speaker 1: but I was like, no, it's not because yeah, that's
- 34:56Speaker 1: one of the options. So it was Oregon, Tennessee, California,
- 35:00Speaker 1: and Washington, Tennessee. That's like not even clothes.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Well, I think there was an operation, and it might
- 35:08Speaker 2: not be Tennessee. I'm probably remembering wrong. Oh, I remembered.
- 35:12Speaker 2: It's I'm pretty sure Kentucky.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Oh chicken, No, it was so you know, have you
- 35:23Speaker 1: ever heard about I mean, do you have any familiarity
- 35:28Speaker 1: with like Kentucky bluegrass, like the music.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and then I think, really, I could be wrong,
- 35:37Speaker 2: but I'm pretty sure they have like a type of
- 35:39Speaker 2: actual grass that grows in Kentucky.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Okay, it was like music I've heard of her, like
- 35:47Speaker 1: actual blue grass.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's not it has like a bluish
- 35:52Speaker 2: hue to it. But yeah, I'm pretty sure there was
- 35:56Speaker 2: an operation where like it got kind of like the
- 36:00Speaker 2: weed that they were growing there because it's oh gosh,
- 36:04Speaker 2: and I can't remember the specifics of it, but it
- 36:08Speaker 2: was popularized and came from like this specific part of Kentucky,
- 36:13Speaker 2: like I think up in the mountains, and it just
- 36:17Speaker 2: like went crazy because at that point it was like
- 36:20Speaker 2: all of the weed was being grown in places like
- 36:22Speaker 2: Mexico and California, and you know, kind of.
- 36:26Speaker 1: The usual suspects if you will.
- 36:28Speaker 2: But all of a sudden there's like this, Oh, what's
- 36:31Speaker 2: this Kentucky blue Grass? I might have to I might
- 36:36Speaker 2: have to look at that one again because that it's
- 36:38Speaker 2: kind of interesting.
- 36:39Speaker 1: I'm curious why Tennessee, Like what Tennessee has with Emerald things,
- 36:45Speaker 1: like is there some sort of.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Maybe it's just a misnomer, you know, like something that
- 36:50Speaker 2: was it's like the red Herring.
- 36:51Speaker 1: M Yeah, I don't know. Just because you said all
- 36:54Speaker 1: those other people were connected with like aviations, I'm like,
- 36:58Speaker 1: what are real Tennessee. I think they email us let
- 37:02Speaker 1: us know.
- 37:03Speaker 2: I think that they're just kind of trying to throw
- 37:05Speaker 2: in some answers that like seem plausible.
- 37:07Speaker 1: But that does kind of make you wonder, like what
- 37:09Speaker 1: about Tennessee.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, because Nashville, because it gets wild there.
- 37:15Speaker 1: That's always the answer if it's a question about Tennesseeville,
- 37:20Speaker 1: because she'd be wildin we had a story from someone
- 37:24Speaker 1: from Tennessee and the creepy people chronicles maybe they know.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Yeah, if you could just right back with any information
- 37:30Speaker 2: you have about Nashville, Kentucky Bluegrass, Uh, the Emerald Triangle,
- 37:37Speaker 2: Uh what else weed? Yeah, that's what I got out
- 37:44Speaker 2: of this conversation. Yeah, well, hey, listen, what does that not?
- 37:48Speaker 2: I mean, that's funny. I love that and I'm so
- 37:52Speaker 2: glad I knew the answer me too.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, I found one.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Okay, what Fall River, Massachusetts resident was acquitted of the
- 38:03Speaker 2: murder of her father and stepmother in Morton.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Pick an easier one, pick a hard. I was like,
- 38:18Speaker 1: that was the easy one. Okay, let's see. I don't know.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Some of these are a little probably too old. Oh,
- 38:31Speaker 2: here we go, speaking of cals.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Oh, you're gonna stomp me probably on this one. I
- 38:38Speaker 1: don't know.
- 38:39Speaker 2: You might know this one. In eighteen ninety five, Irish
- 38:43Speaker 2: dressmaker Bridget Cleary was murdered by her husband due to
- 38:48Speaker 2: his suspicion that she was secretly What a is a ghost,
- 38:59Speaker 2: which begs a question like why would you murder?
- 39:02Speaker 1: Again? I want that to be the answer, but I
- 39:04Speaker 1: don't think that's correct. Be a changeling, ce a demon
- 39:11Speaker 1: or d a selky? I feel like you wouldn't have Wait,
- 39:19Speaker 1: this is Irish though, right is it the selky? It
- 39:23Speaker 1: is not change? Oh? I was like, I don't it's one,
- 39:27Speaker 1: It's one of them. Yeah, Oh okay, hold on. I
- 39:30Speaker 1: would have you know that if I would have thought
- 39:32Speaker 1: about it like a tiny bit more. I do know
- 39:34Speaker 1: that changelings are like, it's an Irish thing.
- 39:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it originates from sort of that part of the UK.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Maybe I was mistaking our selky. I think that they're Irish. No,
- 39:46Speaker 1: I think you're right.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Selki also, I don't know if it's
- 39:50Speaker 2: specifically Irish.
- 39:51Speaker 1: It might be, but I do believe.
- 39:53Speaker 2: That sort of legend or folklore originates from that region.
- 40:00Speaker 1: They're humans with seal skin on. But like changelings are
- 40:05Speaker 1: the ones where they they like take them from birth
- 40:07Speaker 1: and replace them with like a faery or something.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Right, not necessarily from birth, but it can be from
- 40:14Speaker 2: it just like from as a child.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like that is.
- 40:21Speaker 2: It's a phenomenon that I believe you hear more about
- 40:25Speaker 2: happening to children, like often very young children and or babies.
- 40:32Speaker 1: That seems right to me. Oh creepy yeah.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Okay, there's like one other super easy one that I'm like,
- 40:42Speaker 2: that's I can't. I can't with that, But I'll do
- 40:47Speaker 2: this one because I think it's one of the more
- 40:49Speaker 2: interesting ones of what I have in my hand.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Okay, okay.
- 40:54Speaker 2: In nineteen twenty five, the Austrian con artist Victor Lustig
- 41:00Speaker 2: I'm assuming, received seventy thousand francs in a scheme to
- 41:06Speaker 2: do what where is.
- 41:08Speaker 1: This from again? Austria, Austria. Yeah, A sell the Eiffel Tower.
- 41:15Speaker 1: B kidnap Edith poff Ce, rob the Orient Express. Oh,
- 41:25Speaker 1: or D steal the Mona Lisa. You really don't know. Yeah,
- 41:30Speaker 1: give me the fifty.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Okay, So the fifty to fifty is sell the Eiffel
- 41:36Speaker 2: Tower or steal the Mona Lisa.
- 41:39Speaker 1: I was for some reason going with the Mona Lisa anyway.
- 41:42Speaker 1: So I'm just gonna make that my answer wrong. Yeah,
- 41:47Speaker 1: that's when we need the soundboard. Yeah. She remembers that
- 41:55Speaker 1: button selling the Eiffel Tower. This sounds weird.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, I don't know how, and goes
- 42:01Speaker 2: about doing that exactly.
- 42:02Speaker 1: Honestly, I feel like stealing the Mona Lisa is easier
- 42:05Speaker 1: than selling in the Eiffel Tower. Yeah, how exactly are
- 42:09Speaker 1: you moving that thing? Or maybe was it like to
- 42:12Speaker 1: sell the concept of it or.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Well maybe he was just saying like, I'm not moving
- 42:18Speaker 2: it anywhere, but I will sell it to you. You
- 42:21Speaker 2: can own the Eiffel Tower, like it stays put but
- 42:24Speaker 2: you own it.
- 42:25Speaker 1: So he's like a realtor. I guess, man, I wanted
- 42:30Speaker 1: to steal the Mona Lisa, not yea, because art shouldn't
- 42:33Speaker 1: be stolen.
- 42:34Speaker 2: I mean, listen, the Mona Lisa. She's been through enough.
- 42:38Speaker 2: Was she stolen before?
- 42:40Speaker 1: I believe? So? Yeah? Interesting, Yeah, should do an episode
- 42:43Speaker 1: on them.
- 42:44Speaker 2: There's been a couple of attempted he of the Mona
- 42:48Speaker 2: Lisa for sure.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Wasn't there like a thing of I could be completely
- 42:52Speaker 1: batshit insane, but like a conspiracy, like she was stolen
- 42:57Speaker 1: and they returned, like she was returned, but it's like
- 43:00Speaker 1: not actually the original, Like it's a fake that they
- 43:03Speaker 1: want people to think. Is theory. I believe there.
- 43:06Speaker 2: I believe that is one conspiracy theory that exists that
- 43:09Speaker 2: could literally be a conspiracy theory on any stolen art though,
- 43:13Speaker 2: so I don't know specific.
- 43:17Speaker 1: It's fun to think about.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Do you want to hear the super Duper Easy one?
- 43:25Speaker 1: Yeah? Okay. I was like, I'm gonna pull one more
- 43:27Speaker 1: for you now because I feel like we're really okay Okay.
- 43:30Speaker 1: The infamous unsolved murder of a woman known as the
- 43:35Speaker 1: Black Dahlia occurred in nineteen forty seven in what city
- 43:40Speaker 1: do you know? I don't know off the top of
- 43:43Speaker 1: my head. But if you give me the option things.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Do you want the fifty to fifty? You know what?
- 43:47Speaker 1: Actually I feel like that's too easy, like California somewhere right.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Yeah, Okay, then I'm going to give you the fifty
- 43:54Speaker 2: to fifty. See Los Angeles, California? Do you San Diego, California?
- 44:03Speaker 1: Sandia? I would say Los Angeles? Yeah? Who says Los Angeles? La? Yeah?
- 44:09Speaker 1: I mean well, yeah, for some reason I was gonna
- 44:11Speaker 1: say that, but for some reason, there was like something
- 44:14Speaker 1: in the back of my mind saying San Francisco. But
- 44:16Speaker 1: I don't know why. Huh. But so yeah, I don't know,
- 44:19Speaker 1: but yeah, La makes sense. Obviously she was an actress. Yeah,
- 44:22Speaker 1: kill me pull one more for you. This sister fun.
- 44:25Speaker 2: I know, we just have fun here. I know we're
- 44:28Speaker 2: gonna do some more fun stuff with this, for sure.

- 45:57Speaker 2: Okay, well when we tost me, we have to end
