- 0:06Speaker 1: Drama Darling. Drama Darling, Drama Darling.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Hello, welcome in everybody. It's Drama Darling. It's me, your
- 0:25Speaker 2: little bit wife who's on a bit of a spring break.
- 0:28Speaker 2: By that, I mean just took a day. Just took
- 0:31Speaker 2: a day. Emily Dusis is here with me.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Hello Emily, Hello, Amy.
- 0:36Speaker 2: How is your day? Oh my god, my day was great.
- 0:39Speaker 2: So basically, let me just we're gonna talk about Atlanta today.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Before we get into that, I'm gonna just chat a
- 0:46Speaker 2: little bit about my little day trip to Oh hi.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Oh have you been? Have you been? Okay?
- 0:55Speaker 3: Of course it's great.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Well, of course, but I mean, like, I haven't been there.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I've lived here for like fifteen years. That's the first
- 1:01Speaker 2: time I've ever been. I know, always wanted to go,
- 1:05Speaker 2: always heard about it, Da da da. Finally went. So
- 1:12Speaker 2: it was gorgeous California, Emily, absolutely stunning, gorgeous California, California,
- 1:18Speaker 2: as you know. Okay, So it's this little town you
- 1:23Speaker 2: just go. You know, it's it's all the way west.
- 1:27Speaker 2: You know, it's not on the water. It's in a valley.
- 1:31Speaker 2: They call it o High Valley. So you kind of
- 1:33Speaker 2: have to do some winding roads towards the end there.
- 1:36Speaker 2: In order to get down, you kind of go up
- 1:37Speaker 2: and then you go down into the valley, which I
- 1:39Speaker 2: was not expecting. Gorgeous did not get garsick, thank god,
- 1:44Speaker 2: and Maddie didn't either, because we always that always happens
- 1:47Speaker 2: to us when we go to Lake Arrowhead, you know.
- 1:49Speaker 2: But it wasn't as bad as that, so thank god.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:54Speaker 2: So we went directly to the o High Valley Inn.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Swanky is resort I've ever seen an experienced. We didn't
- 2:04Speaker 2: stay there, but we ate lunch there and experienced the vibes.
- 2:09Speaker 2: So have you ever been to that place?
- 2:12Speaker 3: No, I think, and I've been there. I'm doing straight
- 2:15Speaker 3: up a cabin stay at or you know what I mean.
- 2:18Speaker 3: It's like or camping or something.
- 2:21Speaker 2: And you've camped. Okay, well that sounds lovely, lovely, that's
- 2:25Speaker 2: not for me.
- 2:26Speaker 4: I want.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:30Speaker 4: I'm just kidding.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I love it cabbing. Yeah, yeah, I would love.
- 2:34Speaker 1: To do that.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I have no problem with that at all. But this
- 2:37Speaker 2: place is it's a resort. I mean, it's super duper swanky.
- 2:40Speaker 2: It's like eight hundred to one thousand dollars a night
- 2:43Speaker 2: just for like a standard room but they have restaurants
- 2:46Speaker 2: on the property, so you can like make a reservation
- 2:49Speaker 2: head on in act like you know where you're going
- 2:52Speaker 2: that you you know you should be there, and then
- 2:55Speaker 2: no one questions you. I guess, I mean I they
- 2:58Speaker 2: didn't say, like when I called to make a reservations,
- 3:00Speaker 2: like are you staying here? And you have to be
- 3:03Speaker 2: staying here to eat here, So I assume it's like
- 3:05Speaker 2: anyone can go eat.
- 3:07Speaker 3: I would think, so, yeah, yeah, this is we thought
- 3:10Speaker 3: it was like all inclusive, like in old school Pocono's
- 3:14Speaker 3: dirty dancing style.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Yeah, dirty dancing.
- 3:17Speaker 3: No.
- 3:17Speaker 4: I didn't know what to expect. I mean I knew that.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I I had a pretty good idea. You just go
- 3:21Speaker 2: there and eat, you know, so that's what.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Wait, you still you learn the dance. In time, you
- 3:25Speaker 3: and Maddie learn the dance.
- 3:26Speaker 2: We learned the dance, and the great it was like
- 3:31Speaker 2: nobody puts baby in the corner and he was talking
- 3:35Speaker 2: to Maddie. But just gorgeous California. You overlook the golf
- 3:41Speaker 2: course at this restaurant called The Oak, and you're looking
- 3:45Speaker 2: at these beautiful trees that have lanterns hanging from them.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Lanterns hanging on chains. Now, I was like, I mean,
- 3:53Speaker 2: the wind is gonna whip, so what are they doing
- 3:55Speaker 2: with these lanterns when the wind is a whipping. I
- 3:57Speaker 2: mean there's upwards of ten to fifteen lanterns hanging from
- 4:01Speaker 2: these trees on chains. So I'm trying to figure out
- 4:04Speaker 2: do they like pull them up, like yank them, pull
- 4:07Speaker 2: them you know, like you're pulling a curtain. Do they
- 4:10Speaker 2: just let them go and they clank and clank until
- 4:14Speaker 2: something happens? I mean anyway, So that's that's on the side.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Needless to say. They're beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We walked kind
- 4:24Speaker 2: of around the area, but not a ton. You can
- 4:28Speaker 2: go to this little apy area where they've got like
- 4:31Speaker 2: birds just when you're walking down the path, They've just
- 4:34Speaker 2: got like these beautiful, beautiful, like tropical birds.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Wow. And you take a shuttle Animal Kingdom, but in California.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Can you believe?
- 4:48Speaker 2: And you take a little shuttle And that was so
- 4:51Speaker 2: fun for Maddie because she's it's like an electric, you know,
- 4:56Speaker 2: larger type of golf cart, and so she was just like,
- 4:59Speaker 2: oh my god, gosh, because she's never been on anything
- 5:01Speaker 2: like that before. So it was so cute and then
- 5:05Speaker 2: basically just like kind of did that, went back in
- 5:07Speaker 2: the car and then drove into town, the tiny, little, sweet,
- 5:10Speaker 2: little quaint town, and then we just hopped around there.
- 5:14Speaker 2: We went to the sweet little park, had a great
- 5:17Speaker 2: time there, went to some shops, had pizza, and then
- 5:22Speaker 2: headed on out for the day. Now, the highlight of
- 5:25Speaker 2: the day, I think, other than the lunch, was we
- 5:29Speaker 2: went and did a honey tasting at Heavenly Honey.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Nice have you been?
- 5:35Speaker 3: No?
- 5:38Speaker 4: What if?
- 5:39Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, of course, I know, by the way,
- 5:43Speaker 2: like that was the only honey place, but all the
- 5:46Speaker 2: rest of the places are like olive oil places or
- 5:49Speaker 2: like wine tasting rooms. There's like seven wine tasting yes
- 5:54Speaker 2: places on one little block.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Yeah I did do that when I was there.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Okay, yeah we did not do that, but Bret, it
- 6:02Speaker 2: was so funny. It's like, God, if I could only
- 6:03Speaker 2: find somewhere to get olive oil, I could just But
- 6:10Speaker 2: the honey tasting was such a delight. Mattie was like,
- 6:13Speaker 2: Matti loves honey, So we did it. It was so
- 6:16Speaker 2: fun I mean they had like twelve different kinds of honey.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And you know, you learn a lot because the gallas
- 6:21Speaker 2: telling you like Okay, these are all bees from like
- 6:25Speaker 2: around here, and the name of the honey, like, for example, sage, honey.
- 6:30Speaker 2: It's not like it tastes like sage. You're not infusing
- 6:32Speaker 2: sage into it. It's the plant that the bees are
- 6:36Speaker 2: going and pollinating. So that's how they categorize each one.
- 6:40Speaker 2: So now they do have one that's lavender that they
- 6:44Speaker 2: say that's the only one that they infuse with lavender.
- 6:48Speaker 4: But that's it.
- 6:49Speaker 2: The rest are you know, like orange blossom doesn't taste
- 6:52Speaker 2: like orange comes from the orange blossom flour. So you
- 6:57Speaker 2: go down the line, you get these little plastic spoons
- 7:00Speaker 2: and I'm yum, yum, so yummy. Did I leave there
- 7:03Speaker 2: with honey? Yes it did, Yes it did a lot.
- 7:07Speaker 3: How about much honey?
- 7:08Speaker 2: About one hundred and fifty dollars worth?
- 7:10Speaker 3: Shut up?
- 7:11Speaker 2: No, I'm not kidding you, but I got I got
- 7:15Speaker 2: you a little honey. I got I got a couple
- 7:17Speaker 2: little honeys for people for gifts. So I'm going to
- 7:20Speaker 2: give them for Christmas.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Very much, but never think of me again. Oh dear,
- 7:24Speaker 3: your gift in a gift spreedom, beul Why wouldn't you
- 7:27Speaker 3: want honey? I want the honey okay, be wrong. Yeah,
- 7:30Speaker 3: I mean you've got a sweet tooth. I mean this
- 7:32Speaker 3: is the best honey. Okay, So buckwheat honey I got you.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I got you the orange blossom honey. Okay, that was
- 7:39Speaker 3: one of my favorites. And then we got sage honey,
- 7:44Speaker 3: and we got buckwheat honey. Those were the three that
- 7:48Speaker 3: we got.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Now, I got some from my mom, and believe it
- 7:52Speaker 2: or not, like I only got one big bear that's it.
- 7:56Speaker 2: The rest are all little ones. And it was still
- 7:59Speaker 2: one hundred and fifty dollars. I did get a little
- 8:00Speaker 2: spoon and I did get a little wooden like one
- 8:04Speaker 2: of those yeah honey honey spoon or whatever your honey
- 8:08Speaker 2: wand or whatever. And Maddie got a hat. Oh and
- 8:11Speaker 2: it was eight dollars per person for the honey tasting.
- 8:14Speaker 2: So please factor in all that plus California taxes.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Okay, okay, wow.
- 8:19Speaker 2: So no, no regrets either. I would do it again.
- 8:21Speaker 2: If I go back up there, I'm gonna do it again.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I'm just gonna get gifts for everybody. So the buckwheat
- 8:27Speaker 2: honey is like the most healing and medicinal. It's kind
- 8:30Speaker 2: of like a Manuka honey. But like their version of it.
- 8:33Speaker 2: But the lady was so funny because she's just like, oh,
- 8:35Speaker 2: I put honey, you know, I put honey, do this,
- 8:37Speaker 2: I put honey, that honey, this honey that she does
- 8:39Speaker 2: it all. Some were thicker, some were thinner, some were
- 8:42Speaker 2: more potent, some were more sugary.
- 8:46Speaker 4: It was just so fascinating.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Emily.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, the raw honey is supposed to be
- 8:52Speaker 3: very good for.
- 8:52Speaker 2: You, apparently, put it everywhere, put it in your coffee,
- 8:59Speaker 2: put it on your I don't care. It's gonna be
- 9:02Speaker 2: good for you. We went to a T shirt shop
- 9:06Speaker 2: and this guy, Oh my god. So it's like this
- 9:09Speaker 2: old T shirt shop. The dude has been there since
- 9:12Speaker 2: nineteen seventy five, same like, and he's like a surfer
- 9:18Speaker 2: hippie guy. So he's like, yeah, I mean we got
- 9:21Speaker 2: T shirts man. And my husband's like, do you have
- 9:25Speaker 2: any xls? He's like, there may be like one or
- 9:30Speaker 2: two in here, man, but I don't know which ones.
- 9:33Speaker 4: He was just done, you know, I don't even know.
- 9:36Speaker 2: He must have bought that building out right, because there's
- 9:39Speaker 2: no way it is so expensive up there. Because and
- 9:41Speaker 2: I wanted to get the tea from him because you know,
- 9:44Speaker 2: he's got the stories to tell. So I was asking
- 9:47Speaker 2: him questions. He's like, yeah, Man, Justin Bieber and Haley Bieber,
- 9:51Speaker 2: we're just here last week walking down the street. Man
- 9:56Speaker 2: allegedly and Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez. Man, they come
- 10:02Speaker 2: here every year in March, Man and they rent out
- 10:05Speaker 2: the Ohi Valley in for ten days and they pay
- 10:09Speaker 2: two million dollars a night.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Man allegedly.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Is that real? Allegedly they ran out the whole place
- 10:16Speaker 3: for ten days.
- 10:16Speaker 2: The whole place. And this is a huge place. I mean,
- 10:20Speaker 2: there are villas everywhere.
- 10:22Speaker 3: And it's two million dollars a night.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Allegedly.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Does that include staff? I mean, like, what are we talking?
- 10:29Speaker 2: I don't really know, but I will say this, he says.
- 10:32Speaker 2: He says to me, he says, the security comes in
- 10:37Speaker 2: three days before me and get things set up. And
- 10:39Speaker 2: they always come in here and get their T shirts.
- 10:43Speaker 2: And he's like, he said that they set up security
- 10:46Speaker 2: cameras on their own and put cameras up all over
- 10:50Speaker 2: the property allegedly, and.
- 10:52Speaker 3: They have, like I assume they have friends come and
- 10:54Speaker 3: stay with them. Is that also what's happening?
- 10:57Speaker 4: Emily?
- 10:57Speaker 2: I didn't do follow ups not like that, but you know,
- 11:02Speaker 2: I mean that would make sense because how boring would
- 11:06Speaker 2: it be to be in that entire place with just
- 11:09Speaker 2: your partner?
- 11:10Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, two million dollars.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Unless you're bringing some honey in. Now now you're talking.
- 11:19Speaker 3: I'm just thinking, like I got no offensive surfer guy.
- 11:23Speaker 3: I just need to I need to know what are
- 11:26Speaker 3: we saying? Two million dollars to the inn or two
- 11:29Speaker 3: million dollars? Is there? How much they spend?
- 11:31Speaker 2: No, two million dollars to rent it out? Two million
- 11:34Speaker 2: dollars to rent out the entire place every single night
- 11:40Speaker 2: per night, Emily, twenty million dollars. Yeah, taking the information,
- 11:46Speaker 2: let it correct.
- 11:48Speaker 4: I'll tell you why.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Well, because do you think that in makes two million
- 11:52Speaker 3: dollars in a night?
- 11:53Speaker 4: No? I don't.
- 11:54Speaker 2: That's why this is such a big deal, because it's
- 11:57Speaker 2: like they wouldn't be making that much.
- 12:00Speaker 3: And put Jeff on the phone. What's his name? It's
- 12:03Speaker 3: also Jeff.
- 12:05Speaker 2: What do you want me to ask him? You want
- 12:06Speaker 2: me to go back up there? What do you want
- 12:08Speaker 2: me to say?
- 12:09Speaker 3: I just a spreadsheet would be great. If he could
- 12:11Speaker 3: put together what that two million covers, I'd appreciate it,
- 12:15Speaker 3: all right.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Why don't you like, why don't you, Lauren, Why don't
- 12:19Speaker 2: you ask me if you were there in that T
- 12:23Speaker 2: shirt shop?
- 12:24Speaker 3: Think you're right, I think that you are doing.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Let's do a little role play. Let's see how you'd
- 12:28Speaker 2: handle it. See what Jeff would Jeff Surfer did with
- 12:31Speaker 2: you said?
- 12:32Speaker 3: You mentioned, uh, Jeff Bezos and you said two million
- 12:35Speaker 3: dollars a night.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Yeah, man, that's what I said. Mean to get the
- 12:39Speaker 2: security guards coming in. You're in, they're all excited to
- 12:42Speaker 2: buy their T shirts and they all leave youre with
- 12:44Speaker 2: extra smalls.
- 12:45Speaker 4: It's funny. Man.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Wait, just to go back a tick, you said two
- 12:52Speaker 3: million dollars a night. Where is that coming? Is that
- 12:54Speaker 3: coming from a security guard telling you that.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Security guards come in here all the time? Man, when
- 12:59Speaker 2: you like like three days or something before to set
- 13:03Speaker 2: up because they got to get those cameras up.
- 13:05Speaker 3: I'm just thinking, like, what And is it two million?
- 13:08Speaker 3: All in?
- 13:08Speaker 4: They're all in, they're all in, and they're all over it.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Man.
- 13:12Speaker 2: They're having a great can you So there's this little
- 13:15Speaker 2: white house behind me, man? And uh, you know how
- 13:19Speaker 2: much it's going for right now?
- 13:21Speaker 3: Man? How much?
- 13:22Speaker 4: Two point n.
- 13:25Speaker 2: He did say two point two million he's just throwing
- 13:29Speaker 2: the two million dollars around. He So he's I'm like, well,
- 13:32Speaker 2: when did it start where this town started to like
- 13:37Speaker 2: turn over as to be like this huge vacation vacation spot.
- 13:42Speaker 2: You say, well, the you know, the Los Angeles people,
- 13:45Speaker 2: they started coming up, mostly around COVID. They just started
- 13:48Speaker 2: buying everything up. Man really started happening during COVID.
- 13:54Speaker 3: I'm gonna, okay, look, I'm not saying that you're wrong,
- 13:58Speaker 3: surfer Jeff. I'm just saying I don't know your sources
- 14:02Speaker 3: on this.
- 14:03Speaker 2: And well, he lives there, He's seeing it happen before
- 14:06Speaker 2: his very he's lived there.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Is he seventy it happened?
- 14:09Speaker 3: Is he actually seeing it happen? Like?
- 14:13Speaker 4: Why?
- 14:13Speaker 2: I means so tough on poor Jeff. The T shirt
- 14:16Speaker 2: guys just trying to give me some tea.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Been a destination for a minute ten years at least?
- 14:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I yes, a destination for sure, because I've heard it.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I've heard about it since I moved here, and that's
- 14:32Speaker 2: fifteen years. Okay, But I think he's talking about when
- 14:36Speaker 2: the property started to get really expensive and when people
- 14:41Speaker 2: started to just buy it all up at these rates,
- 14:44Speaker 2: and that's when he said, it really got out of
- 14:46Speaker 2: control during COVID.
- 14:47Speaker 4: That's when, Okay, can you accept that?
- 14:52Speaker 3: No? I can't. And you know what, why don't you
- 14:54Speaker 3: spend a little less time looking for Hallie and Justin
- 14:57Speaker 3: and ordering shirt sizes that your customers.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Like, Well, now that's now you're talking. Now you're talking
- 15:03Speaker 2: because I agree. Yeah, no, thank you.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Wow, no, Surrey, I will not be having it.
- 15:10Speaker 2: It's Emily today. This guy, oh, this guy.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Great time.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Just nice to just get away from your surroundings, you know,
- 15:24Speaker 2: just for just even if it's just for a day.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why California is pretty great.
- 15:30Speaker 2: I have to say, my god, it's it's incredible. That
- 15:33Speaker 2: was like an hour and fifteen minutes away. It was nothing. Yeah, yeah, Now,
- 15:38Speaker 2: Easter was lovely. We had a great time. I actually,
- 15:41Speaker 2: a couple days before Easter put together a little egg
- 15:44Speaker 2: scavenger hunt for Maddie and her friend with like little
- 15:48Speaker 2: riddles to find eggs in our house. And that was
- 15:51Speaker 2: super fun. And the Easter Bunny brought Maddie a really sweet,
- 15:56Speaker 2: fluffy little bunny rabbit fake stuffy, a stuffy can you imagine?
- 16:02Speaker 2: And we had a really nice we just had a
- 16:06Speaker 2: nice time we did. Oh, we went over the robinson
- 16:09Speaker 2: And which we normally go to for a lot of
- 16:12Speaker 2: holidays where we're not where we don't have family here
- 16:14Speaker 2: because usually my parents are here on Easter, but my
- 16:17Speaker 2: mom had knee surgery, so she's still recovering. And the
- 16:21Speaker 2: Robinson's put together one heck of an epic egg hunt,
- 16:25Speaker 2: tons of eggs all around. And not only did they
- 16:28Speaker 2: put like candy inside or little things, they put money
- 16:32Speaker 2: in there.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's that's the best. That's what we doing.
- 16:37Speaker 4: You did never heard it? Really, never heard of it.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah, was there like the what was the highest egg?
- 16:42Speaker 3: Highest value?
- 16:43Speaker 2: They did fives and ones, so like Maddie made about
- 16:47Speaker 2: twenty six dollars. They must have done a lot of cash,
- 16:52Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying, because they hid like two huge
- 16:54Speaker 2: bags of eggs. Wow, I know, and no, I've never
- 16:59Speaker 2: experienced that before.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Would you say there was two million dollars per egg?
- 17:08Speaker 4: We're actually a good question.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Man. When they do an egg hunt here in Ohiman,
- 17:12Speaker 2: that park across the way, a man the filly eggs
- 17:17Speaker 2: with like hundreds. Man, back in my day, you put
- 17:21Speaker 2: a few pennies in each one of them. Man, things
- 17:23Speaker 2: are changed up here. The man is taking over man.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Good for the man. That's great for the man.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Well I think that's enough, Emily. Yeah,
- 17:43Speaker 2: all right, why don't we talk about Atlanta.
- 17:46Speaker 4: I can't believe it.
- 17:47Speaker 2: I can't believe Atlanta is back.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Welcome in, thank you.
- 17:53Speaker 2: We've waited and it is here, and I am happy.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I'm happy with who we have here. Okay, yeah, Porsche obviously,
- 18:01Speaker 2: thank god Phaedra is back.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Happy about that?
- 18:06Speaker 3: Well, we kind of had her. We were teased last
- 18:09Speaker 3: season that she would be back, and then you really
- 18:11Speaker 3: didn't get her until like.
- 18:13Speaker 2: The very end, and it was like she just came
- 18:16Speaker 2: over to Porsche's house, right.
- 18:18Speaker 3: It was like not after all of that.
- 18:20Speaker 2: We waited the entire season for her, and it was like, wait,
- 18:23Speaker 2: was it because you were filming Traders?
- 18:25Speaker 4: Is that you know? Remember?
- 18:26Speaker 2: It was kind of like around that time we thought
- 18:28Speaker 2: it was she was filming Traders and they maybe they
- 18:30Speaker 2: thought she'd be back sooner. But then she made it
- 18:33Speaker 2: to the end, I mean almost the end.
- 18:35Speaker 3: So yeah, there was a huge Yeah. I gotta say, like,
- 18:42Speaker 3: I the entire episode, right up until we were about
- 18:46Speaker 3: to record, I was like, oh yeah, no candy, Like
- 18:49Speaker 3: I didn't. It didn't even register.
- 18:53Speaker 4: The candy wasn't there last year.
- 18:55Speaker 3: I know. I'm just saying like it it is her.
- 19:00Speaker 3: And even though I always thought you need like that
- 19:03Speaker 3: glue that Kyle, but you really.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Don't well like Kyle, Yeah, no, I mean you need
- 19:11Speaker 2: you don't need it right now. However, you do need
- 19:14Speaker 2: someone from the old cast. So we've got Porscha. Yeah, yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 2: I mean obviously, I mean I'm not trying to sound
- 19:21Speaker 2: so ignorant, but Porsha, you know, and of course Shemiah.
- 19:27Speaker 2: You know, we have her and we've got this like
- 19:29Speaker 2: they're on the outs still, which is also really bizarre
- 19:34Speaker 2: because like they one hundred percent at least have agreed
- 19:38Speaker 2: to keep their arguments off camera, and I'm like, how
- 19:42Speaker 2: long are you guys going to be able to stick
- 19:44Speaker 2: with this?
- 19:46Speaker 3: Yeah? I don't know. I mean, I've always had my
- 19:49Speaker 3: suspicion that it's, like I don't Porsha's actually pretty good
- 19:55Speaker 3: at not bringing in onto camera about certain things.
- 19:59Speaker 2: It's almost for her, yeah, almost too much to the
- 20:02Speaker 2: point where like Shemiah, I remember being upset at her
- 20:05Speaker 2: because I'm like, what are you doing? You can't do
- 20:08Speaker 2: this to Porsha, You're gonna lose and you're going to
- 20:11Speaker 2: other people about her. I just like she lost me
- 20:14Speaker 2: for a while there, and so I was glad in
- 20:17Speaker 2: her interview when she was talking about Porsha and the
- 20:19Speaker 2: only exchange they had was after the reunion, after Shamiah
- 20:24Speaker 2: watched the reunion saw what Porsha was saying, and then
- 20:28Speaker 2: they texted, and then when she did like a silent
- 20:32Speaker 2: movie interpretation of their text exchange with her facial expressions
- 20:38Speaker 2: in her hands, it.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Was so funny.
- 20:41Speaker 2: They have they always land on good stuff in Shamiah's interviews,
- 20:45Speaker 2: and like they always give her that space to do
- 20:49Speaker 2: funny things when there's silence.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it means great. Also, like I do think
- 20:56Speaker 3: that I needed more reminders this episode. For a first,
- 21:00Speaker 3: I need a lot of flashbacks, and I didn't get
- 21:03Speaker 3: enough flashbacks because there was a couple of times where
- 21:05Speaker 3: I was like, what the hell was the falling out
- 21:08Speaker 3: for or what that especially with the newer wives, because
- 21:11Speaker 3: I don't yeah, I barely know them, let alone whatever
- 21:15Speaker 3: bullshit they were bringing. And I feel like other shows
- 21:20Speaker 3: give us more flashbacks at the beginning to bring us up, like.
- 21:23Speaker 2: They needed to do it more because it's been so
- 21:27Speaker 2: long since we've seen Atlanta, That's what's so crazy. But
- 21:33Speaker 2: we got poor show. We have Phedra, dru Si Tourra, Sataura,
- 21:37Speaker 2: Drusidora returning, Shamia returning, Kelly returning, Angela returning, I mean
- 21:46Speaker 2: the a friend of Cynthia, friend Pinky Cole. She is
- 21:50Speaker 2: new founder of Sluttie Vegan kay Michelle aka putting it's
- 21:56Speaker 2: I love her, I love her too, and she a
- 22:00Speaker 2: singer getting flowers from Beyonce. Excuse me, literal flowers? Oh yeah, yeah, literally?
- 22:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:12Speaker 2: That was wild and it was interesting to hear about
- 22:15Speaker 2: how she has like wanted to do She wanted to
- 22:19Speaker 2: do country and then like her raps are like, no,
- 22:23Speaker 2: you got to do R and B R and B
- 22:24Speaker 2: R and B and they kind of like persuaded her
- 22:26Speaker 2: away from doing country. Out of the gates Yeah, which
- 22:30Speaker 2: is interestingly.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Sounds like Dolly Parton when she talks, like she's got
- 22:34Speaker 3: that same vocal register in her voice. Can you not
- 22:40Speaker 3: hear it?
- 22:41Speaker 2: Oh my god, how did I I'm gonna have to
- 22:43Speaker 2: listen for that. That's wild.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Did you hear that exchange? I watched it on Peacock
- 22:49Speaker 3: did you catch the exchange between Charles Oakley and her
- 22:54Speaker 3: at the dinner table when he's like, we get it.
- 22:58Speaker 3: We got a three singer or whatever, so we got
- 23:01Speaker 3: SWV at the table and she's like, why are you
- 23:04Speaker 3: gonna love me in with them? Did you catch that?
- 23:07Speaker 4: I know I did. What's s w V?
- 23:10Speaker 3: The baby like this the vocal like the R and
- 23:13Speaker 3: B group SWV And she's like, she said, that's her group. No,
- 23:18Speaker 3: She's like, how are you gonna call me SWV when
- 23:21Speaker 3: I got to make a living? Like comparing me to
- 23:23Speaker 3: like Drew basically, and she's like it's like putting when
- 23:27Speaker 3: she says she's like, it's like me putting you on
- 23:29Speaker 3: team motherfuckers can't drouble. And Charles is like, I don't care.
- 23:32Speaker 3: I'll make them better.
- 23:33Speaker 4: That's right.
- 23:34Speaker 2: I did hear the last part of that, and then
- 23:36Speaker 2: I didn't hear the first because it was some titled yeah.
- 23:39Speaker 3: And then and then she's he goes, I'll play on
- 23:42Speaker 3: a team with Ray, Charles and Stevie Wonder. They We're
- 23:44Speaker 3: just like giggling about it, and then she's like she
- 23:48Speaker 3: said something that like I get I get with ass
- 23:51Speaker 3: Like she's like, I get assholes or she's like.
- 23:54Speaker 4: I love assholes.
- 23:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I was like, nice, I'm like, look out, Angela's gonna
- 24:01Speaker 2: yeah past.
- 24:03Speaker 3: I was surprised how like chill Angela was with that
- 24:07Speaker 3: whole exchange, because Angels, we'll see he's got one ear out.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Well, that's what I was gonna say.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I'm like, we'll see, we'll see how it goes, because
- 24:15Speaker 2: if there's another one of those, she's probably gonna be like,
- 24:17Speaker 2: all right, now there's been two, She'll wait till three.
- 24:20Speaker 4: We'll see.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Although at this point, it's kind of nice to have
- 24:24Speaker 2: the interaction. You know, if Charles doesn't want to really
- 24:28Speaker 2: he shows up, but he doesn't really want to be there,
- 24:30Speaker 2: Angela's gotta be kind of happy. It's like, okay, if
- 24:33Speaker 2: he's having some laughs and he's enjoying himself, that's a
- 24:35Speaker 2: win for him to show up to these things.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Yeah, as long as no one gets pregnant, it's fine.
- 24:40Speaker 3: It's a win.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm so curious to find out what's happening
- 24:45Speaker 2: with Angela's business. I mean in terms of like her
- 24:48Speaker 2: real estate. What does she do with those properties when
- 24:51Speaker 2: she able to like let them go?
- 24:54Speaker 4: Okay? And then we also have.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Uh so Pinky Pinky is new obviously, so this is
- 25:02Speaker 2: this is fun. I'll get back to Kay Mishelle in
- 25:04Speaker 2: a second. But Pinky Cole, she is she's got boldness.
- 25:11Speaker 2: This is I'm looking at BravoTV dot com. She's bringing
- 25:13Speaker 2: her signature boldness and business savvy energy. The entrepreneur behind
- 25:19Speaker 2: the one hundred million dollars slutty Vegan Empire faces a
- 25:24Speaker 2: new phase after losing her business and having fought to
- 25:27Speaker 2: buy it back as a wife to an equally successful husband,
- 25:31Speaker 2: think he supports his rise, all while managing life as
- 25:35Speaker 2: a mother of five, CEO and her own share of
- 25:40Speaker 2: sizzling plant based beef with the ladies this season.
- 25:45Speaker 3: So that's the recent update and the she's fighting to
- 25:50Speaker 3: bring her business back. We're going to see that because
- 25:52Speaker 3: she just filed for chapter eleven.
- 25:55Speaker 2: That is a great question. So I'm wondering if Bravo
- 25:59Speaker 2: like updated, so one chapter eleven, that's what she can
- 26:02Speaker 2: buy it back?
- 26:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, she's negotiating or something.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so she must have because you lost it. But
- 26:09Speaker 2: because maybe she can't pay loans blah blah blah. Now
- 26:13Speaker 2: that she's filed chapter eleven, she can try to start
- 26:17Speaker 2: from scratch.
- 26:19Speaker 3: I think that's the one where you reorganize debt and
- 26:22Speaker 3: try to pay that down in a smaller like smaller doses,
- 26:27Speaker 3: basically something negotiating. Okay, yeah, and but you can keep
- 26:34Speaker 3: your assets.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Oh thank you. I did not know that. Yeah, you can.
- 26:39Speaker 2: You can still own the rights to your company.
- 26:43Speaker 3: It just it depends on what the negotiation is. I guess.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I mean that that's definitely one where you I think
- 26:48Speaker 3: need I mean, I think you need a lawyer for
- 26:50Speaker 3: all of them.
- 26:50Speaker 2: But yeah, that'll be interesting. Porscha's party was like you're
- 26:55Speaker 2: supposed to wear all black and like she was getting
- 26:57Speaker 2: dragged for that little hat she was wearing, because was like,
- 27:01Speaker 2: I don't know if she's coming to a viewing or
- 27:04Speaker 2: a parade or whatever.
- 27:06Speaker 4: She said.
- 27:07Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, here we go with the
- 27:10Speaker 2: Phaedra confessional one liners already out of the gates.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Yeah, pinky, uh wait, what was I gonna say? Oh? Yeah, no,
- 27:20Speaker 3: it was Shemia Shamia. I loved Shamilla's look. She was
- 27:24Speaker 3: getting shipped for it.
- 27:25Speaker 4: She was getting shipped.
- 27:26Speaker 2: I mean. Phedro was just like, well, if you got
- 27:28Speaker 2: the money, they might as well buy it. If you
- 27:30Speaker 2: don't have it, don't do it. It's like all right.
- 27:33Speaker 3: But also Shamia is like, oh, you know, because her
- 27:35Speaker 3: husband was gonna go and they had matching outfits, and
- 27:38Speaker 3: I'm like, black guy, I was, I know, I'm like.
- 27:40Speaker 4: And then I want, did he have a deep V?
- 27:43Speaker 4: A deep deep V in his suit?
- 27:46Speaker 3: A gorgeous like? I loved the whatever that was her
- 27:49Speaker 3: the mullet somebody somebody called it a mullet, and someone
- 27:52Speaker 3: called it a mohawk either. I was like, I love.
- 27:55Speaker 2: It was someone calling it a mohawk. I was like,
- 27:58Speaker 2: are we seeing the same thing? I looked back and oh, okay,
- 28:03Speaker 2: I think that that makes more sense.
- 28:06Speaker 4: Yeah, it was great.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I thought it was fun. I thought it was super
- 28:11Speaker 2: fun too, and I thought looked really good with that outfit,
- 28:14Speaker 2: because like, if you can't, if you don't wear it
- 28:16Speaker 2: like that with something like really sexy, it would look weird.
- 28:20Speaker 2: It wouldn't look as complimentary.
- 28:21Speaker 3: I oh, yeah, it would look like a mullet. And
- 28:24Speaker 3: if you were wearing a T shirt and sweatpants.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Can you imagine that would look really bad? That's amazing.
- 28:30Speaker 2: I don't styling styling. You just have to style it,
- 28:35Speaker 2: like Okay, So let's say she has on a really
- 28:39Speaker 2: tight like deep V cleavage tea or tank and then
- 28:44Speaker 2: over that is like some sort of grungy like plaid
- 28:48Speaker 2: and then like tight jeans with heels and that it
- 28:51Speaker 2: could be kind of cool.
- 28:53Speaker 4: That could look it look good.

- 32:59Speaker 2: k Michelle aka Puddin. As we were talking about, she
- 33:05Speaker 2: is not new to the a life, as we've learned
- 33:08Speaker 2: from the Flowers from Beyonce. By the way, she's coming
- 33:10Speaker 2: on via Portia there friends, but she's true to it
- 33:16Speaker 2: and this season she's ready to make her mark. The
- 33:17Speaker 2: award winning Billboard charting artist and newlywed arrives with a
- 33:22Speaker 2: renewed sense of purpose as she builds new.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Bonds with the ladies.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Known for her powerhouse presence in R and B, she's
- 33:30Speaker 2: now breaking barriers in country music, pursuing her lifelong dream,
- 33:35Speaker 2: all while balancing a thriving career, a new home, her son,
- 33:38Speaker 2: and a fresh chapter in love. Through it all, she
- 33:41Speaker 2: proves she can juggle every high and low with equal
- 33:43Speaker 2: parts of grace, grit, and unforgettable style.
- 33:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I've already forgotten her style, but I like her
- 33:51Speaker 3: a lot.
- 33:52Speaker 2: I like her a lot. We haven't seen enough of
- 33:54Speaker 2: her style. I can't. I can't recall.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Oh, okay, so it's forgettable than she.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Was the white confessional look with the big flower thing.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Oh no, I know, she did look great. She did
- 34:09Speaker 3: look great, and she wore green to the party. I
- 34:11Speaker 3: look at me remember, and then they show like the invitation.
- 34:18Speaker 3: It's just so funny.
- 34:19Speaker 2: I love the names because Porscha's party name was Porscha's
- 34:23Speaker 2: Mystic Island Dinner.
- 34:28Speaker 3: I definitely didn't get any Mystic Island vibes.
- 34:32Speaker 2: I was like, is this like Cuba Island, because like
- 34:36Speaker 2: they were rolling fresh cigars. Maybe, but I didn't get
- 34:41Speaker 2: Maybe it was the food and we didn't see the food.
- 34:44Speaker 3: That guy Yeah, that guy Mike at the end got
- 34:47Speaker 3: a bad rap for that toast. He was thanking Porsche
- 34:50Speaker 3: for having the party, and every one of the wives
- 34:55Speaker 3: clocked it as him thanking them for coming to the
- 34:58Speaker 3: house Simon's house.
- 35:00Speaker 4: But it did sound like that.
- 35:01Speaker 2: I mean, he was like, thank you for coming to
- 35:05Speaker 2: this beautiful home. It sounded like you were saying thanks
- 35:09Speaker 2: for coming to our home and being a part of
- 35:12Speaker 2: this amazing That was wild. I saw it is exactly
- 35:15Speaker 2: how everybody else saw it. And I mean I don't
- 35:18Speaker 2: think that he was being intentionally like overstepping. I think
- 35:23Speaker 2: that he was kind of put into a bit of
- 35:25Speaker 2: a pickle.
- 35:26Speaker 3: He literally said, I thank you Portia for having all
- 35:30Speaker 3: of us over to your beautiful home. And everyone heard
- 35:35Speaker 3: it wrong.
- 35:37Speaker 2: I heard it wrong. That's not what I heard, That's
- 35:40Speaker 2: not what I watch. Okay, No, I totally believe you.
- 35:42Speaker 2: But why did we all hear a different? Why did
- 35:46Speaker 2: I hear thank you all for coming to our beautiful
- 35:49Speaker 2: home to celebrate us as a new couple and our
- 35:52Speaker 2: recent nuptials. We are so excited that you're all part
- 35:56Speaker 2: of our lives, and we look forward to celebrating our
- 35:59Speaker 2: love in our marital home, like that's what I heard, way, way,
- 36:07Speaker 2: that's what I heard. Yeah, No, I mean I get it,
- 36:11Speaker 2: but it just was funny and like getting up there
- 36:14Speaker 2: and they're like, well there's an altar if you haven't
- 36:16Speaker 2: you know, done anything, and he starts to get on.
- 36:18Speaker 2: He seems really cute and fun and chill.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Yeah, he seems he seems sweet. I mean he's he's
- 36:26Speaker 3: very good looking.
- 36:27Speaker 4: And I was just like.
- 36:30Speaker 3: He made me nervous, only because I was like, I
- 36:33Speaker 3: don't I think poor che if she was serious about him,
- 36:35Speaker 3: which I don't think she is. I was like, oh man,
- 36:38Speaker 3: this guy is going to have be with like every
- 36:40Speaker 3: girl in Atlanta. He's like so hot. And they were
- 36:45Speaker 3: all like hello, and I was like, well, this guy's
- 36:49Speaker 3: not I mean, he's he's here for everybody.
- 36:52Speaker 2: He's here for him. He's well, he's here for us.
- 36:54Speaker 2: But like it was who was the guy that Phaedra
- 36:59Speaker 2: was like, well he makes the rounds?
- 37:02Speaker 3: Oh Trey the guy Ray Kelly's date.
- 37:05Speaker 2: Yes, she immediately was like oh once around twice, around
- 37:10Speaker 2: all around town, like she had like some sort of
- 37:12Speaker 2: she's got like a rhyme for him, And I'm thinking,
- 37:16Speaker 2: this is where why we all think it was you
- 37:19Speaker 2: that told the guy in the mall, the Williams Sonma
- 37:22Speaker 2: the rumor about Charles, Like that's why, because you're the
- 37:25Speaker 2: one who says all this stuff.
- 37:27Speaker 4: That's why I went everything.
- 37:29Speaker 2: I mean, Phedra like, I'm not walking around Lennox Mall
- 37:34Speaker 2: trying to gossip with people, and it's like, right, you're
- 37:38Speaker 2: not walking around the mall, but you're gonna tell someone
- 37:41Speaker 2: who's then gonna tell this person at the mall, Like
- 37:44Speaker 2: we're not stupid. Why am I coming in so hard
- 37:46Speaker 2: for PHAEDR last season? I was probably like who knows.
- 37:50Speaker 2: I mean, I didn't even really care where the rumor
- 37:52Speaker 2: came from. I just was so weird that it was
- 37:54Speaker 2: from some random guy that came up in the middle
- 37:56Speaker 2: of this cooking segment and Williams Sonoma like I still can't.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Get over that.
- 38:02Speaker 4: But yeah, that was wild.
- 38:06Speaker 2: So have you ever seen Queen's Court because that's what
- 38:10Speaker 2: Ca Michelle was on in twenty twenty four and she
- 38:14Speaker 2: was single from her on again off again boyfriend, doctor Castan,
- 38:20Speaker 2: the dentist who she's known since like high school, which
- 38:23Speaker 2: is wild. Yeah, Queen's Court. I did not watch that.
- 38:27Speaker 2: That was on Bravo TV. Did you ever watch that, Emily?
- 38:32Speaker 3: I didn't. Did any darlings watch it?
- 38:34Speaker 4: Darlings? Did you see it?
- 38:36Speaker 3: You know?
- 38:36Speaker 2: Holly Robinson Pete was she was one of the hosts.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Holly Robinson freakin Pete. That gal works. I don't know
- 38:46Speaker 2: when she's not working. She is in literally every single
- 38:52Speaker 2: Lifetime movie.
- 38:55Speaker 4: Yeah, every movie.
- 38:57Speaker 2: I cannot turn on Lifetime without her being in a movie.
- 39:01Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 39:01Speaker 2: I don't know how she does it. She works, she works,
- 39:05Speaker 2: She's like she works.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Anyway.
- 39:08Speaker 2: So she was broken up from her boyfriend at that time,
- 39:12Speaker 2: and so she was on that show. Anyway, it's streaming
- 39:18Speaker 2: on Peacock. You know, maybe we'll pop in there and see,
- 39:21Speaker 2: you know, what she was up to.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Maybe maybe that's what we'll do.
- 39:26Speaker 2: At this party. The people on FaceTime were killing me,
- 39:31Speaker 2: killing me, Like I've never seen that to that level before.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Drew was that was obnoxious. Also, like Drew, you're gonna
- 39:40Speaker 3: walk around that party. You're giving him the worst angles.
- 39:44Speaker 3: He sat up there, like they said, with the ring
- 39:47Speaker 3: light and like looks amazing, And she's shooting herself from
- 39:52Speaker 3: under her chin at the parties, like.
- 39:54Speaker 2: I just stop her phone was like down here on
- 39:57Speaker 2: the table like okay, Boomer, but yeah, I know, I know,
- 40:03Speaker 2: and he's just in there smiling and she's like showing
- 40:05Speaker 2: him stuff at the dinner table. That was crazy, Like
- 40:09Speaker 2: who's gonna stay on the phone that long? That's nuts.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Well. I also was like, is he AI, because I
- 40:16Speaker 3: know I remember then they said he's black from The Infamous.
- 40:20Speaker 4: The Infamous Black. Yeah yeah, and so friend.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Yeah, but I feel like there's that thing now where
- 40:28Speaker 3: people are dating avatars and Ai, oh yeah, all on
- 40:32Speaker 3: your phone like that.
- 40:34Speaker 2: And I was like, right, it did kind of look
- 40:37Speaker 2: like that because he was like yeah because the background
- 40:39Speaker 2: was like right white and like just yeah, just looked
- 40:42Speaker 2: like there was just space floating behind him.
- 40:46Speaker 4: Yeah. You never know, it could.
- 40:49Speaker 3: Be yeah, could be like isn't Aaron Rodgers? Like no
- 40:54Speaker 3: one has met this wife, including his close friends, and
- 40:58Speaker 3: like is it Ai?
- 41:00Speaker 2: I don't know Rogers really, Yeah, sorry to bring him up.
- 41:06Speaker 4: I'm not mad.
- 41:07Speaker 3: I just was like, I'm a little disappointed in myself
- 41:10Speaker 3: that I'm even like, but no one's seen the wife.
- 41:13Speaker 3: Why have I even invested one percent to him?
- 41:18Speaker 4: I'm like, who did that? That was the game they played?
- 41:22Speaker 2: Wait the funniest thing about Shemiah when she was dragging
- 41:26Speaker 2: Drew about him being on the phone when when she sorry,
- 41:31Speaker 2: when Drew was like on Shamiah, like where is Where's Gerald?
- 41:35Speaker 2: Where is Gerald? Where's Gerald? She was like what the Like,
- 41:39Speaker 2: He's just not He's not here, he exists, He's not
- 41:43Speaker 2: on my phone. And then Shemia's like, focus, focus on
- 41:47Speaker 2: your zoom call. There were a couple pops like that
- 41:55Speaker 2: that I actually laughed out loud, and that was definitely
- 42:00Speaker 2: one of them.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:01Speaker 2: The other one was when Shemiah apologized to everyone on
- 42:06Speaker 2: her YouTube channel and they showed that clip and it
- 42:09Speaker 2: was like, to all the ladies in the cast of
- 42:13Speaker 2: the Sweet sixteen, sorry if I offended you, insulted you, hurt.
- 42:19Speaker 4: You in any way.
- 42:21Speaker 2: And then Drew during her doing her interpretation in the
- 42:24Speaker 2: confessional was hilarious. It was really funny.
- 42:27Speaker 3: It was like over the top hack Housewives, Like, I
- 42:32Speaker 3: was Shamia, how are you even remote affiliated with this show?
- 42:36Speaker 3: And don't know these are the things as the audience
- 42:39Speaker 3: we make fun of all of you for saying. And
- 42:42Speaker 3: I was like, maybe it was a joke because she
- 42:44Speaker 3: is pretty tuned in, but I think it was real.
- 42:48Speaker 2: I do think it was real. I could see her
- 42:51Speaker 2: doing a joke about that too, like you're saying, but
- 42:54Speaker 2: she did seem like she was getting so into the
- 42:57Speaker 2: apology that she was like kind of trying to maybe
- 43:00Speaker 2: well up a little bit.
- 43:02Speaker 3: And yeah, and it was word for word what we
- 43:05Speaker 3: make fun of.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Yeah, like as a collect if I insulted you or
- 43:12Speaker 2: hurt you, if if I did. And then Drew was like,
- 43:17Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. And then I just
- 43:21Speaker 2: kept hearing Jill in my head like I'm sorry, I'm sorry,
- 43:23Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I offended you. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm canceled,
- 43:26Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 43:28Speaker 4: I'm sorry. You know what.
- 43:29Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 43:32Speaker 2: But like, so Drew and Shamia, I think Drew is
- 43:36Speaker 2: going to lean into and Shamia too. They're gonna try
- 43:41Speaker 2: to get their hooks in something, you know, while starting
- 43:45Speaker 2: this season, like Okay, we're coming in. We're just gonna
- 43:48Speaker 2: say at this dinner table, like how are we doing well?
- 43:51Speaker 2: You know, we've got good vibes. We're just gonna keep
- 43:53Speaker 2: with the good vibes. We're fine, and we're just gonna
- 43:55Speaker 2: throw a little shade. But that's okay, we're gonna just
- 43:58Speaker 2: move on. We're gonna through this dinner, we're gonna have
- 44:00Speaker 2: a nice time. And then as things continue, they will
- 44:04Speaker 2: have another spat or two throughout the season. That's just
- 44:07Speaker 2: how it's gonna go, because they are not going they're
- 44:10Speaker 2: not fully making up or being cool to each other. Yeah,
- 44:15Speaker 2: and then Porscha, you know, Shamiya coming into her house.
- 44:18Speaker 4: It just was weird.
- 44:19Speaker 2: I was like, well, if you guys haven't talked since
- 44:22Speaker 2: the reunion or that text, Like, seriously, it's been almost
- 44:27Speaker 2: like what year and a half since that probably went
- 44:29Speaker 2: by before shooting, or at least a year.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Well, I mean they I can see that they're probably
- 44:35Speaker 3: busy with their kids and I you know, Smia had
- 44:39Speaker 3: a surrogate, right, she had another baby and so and
- 44:46Speaker 3: and stuff. Yeah, I can I can kind of see.
- 44:49Speaker 3: But yeah, so yeah, they were the two that were
- 44:54Speaker 3: supposed to be like the rocks of the show. So yeah,
- 44:57Speaker 3: it is sad.
- 44:58Speaker 4: It is. It is.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Shamiya is like very much holding the peach very close
- 45:06Speaker 2: to the center. I don't know if he's I mean,
- 45:10Speaker 2: so I didn't go.
- 45:11Speaker 3: On her, I don't. I don't hate it, but if
- 45:17Speaker 3: I were Porsha, I might have an issue.
- 45:20Speaker 2: They might even be like right next to each other
- 45:22Speaker 2: because there's so many in the cast, so it's very possible.
- 45:26Speaker 3: If I'm a producer and I'm like wanting to start
- 45:30Speaker 3: some shit, I'm gonna have Shamiah holding the center peach
- 45:35Speaker 3: for the promo.
- 45:36Speaker 4: Yeah, and I'm.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Gonna have it accidentally leak while they're filming.
- 45:40Speaker 4: To see how that goes.
- 45:42Speaker 2: And yes you are, yes, Mayam. By the way, speaking
- 45:47Speaker 2: of Simon Guibadia, he is living in Nigeria, okay, because
- 45:52Speaker 2: he was deported from the US June twenty twenty five.
- 45:58Speaker 2: God obviously, Okay, we'll do to immigration violations because of
- 46:02Speaker 2: the fraud. But like that was crazy.
- 46:05Speaker 4: That whole thing was crazy.
- 46:07Speaker 2: Porscha went through that after the divorce and blah blah blah,
- 46:11Speaker 2: and now she's got this house. The other thing was like,
- 46:13Speaker 2: the whole undertone of Porscha living in Simon's house was
- 46:17Speaker 2: kind of making me lol with everyone coming in and
- 46:20Speaker 2: being like I'm expecting Simon to walk in. I'm expecting
- 46:24Speaker 2: Simon and they're just not giving her credit for having
- 46:26Speaker 2: it as her own house, you know, mm hmm, Oh
- 46:30Speaker 2: my god.
- 46:30Speaker 3: Yeah, because she said she's been paying for it, so.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Yeah, well yeah she got it, and she's like, now
- 46:36Speaker 2: I'm paying the bills. It's like, well, yeah, so you
- 46:38Speaker 2: got the house. But it sounds like, well, I wonder
- 46:42Speaker 2: if the house was actually paid off. Because it was
- 46:45Speaker 2: paid off, then she's just paying like the utility bills.
- 46:48Speaker 2: But if it's paid which would be perfect, but if
- 46:51Speaker 2: it's not, then that's gonna be one hell of a
- 46:53Speaker 2: mortgage to pay.
- 46:55Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, I don't know. We saw them looking
- 46:58Speaker 3: for houses, didn't we use ago?
- 47:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but I think she could still afford it anyway,
- 47:03Speaker 2: especially because she's back on Housewives.
- 47:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I do too.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Don't forget her two days on the Traders.
- 47:12Speaker 2: Oh my god, that was so terrible. I still thought
- 47:14Speaker 2: that was intentional. And then at the reunion, it she
- 47:19Speaker 2: didn't like show us that that was the case. Not
- 47:22Speaker 2: that she would, but it did seem like she was
- 47:25Speaker 2: upset that she left.
- 47:27Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 47:28Speaker 4: Anyway, uh.
- 47:30Speaker 2: Drew went to Phaedra's dressing room after the reunion and
- 47:35Speaker 2: was like, I want to get to know you, and
- 47:37Speaker 2: then Phaedra's like, well, I'm not friends with people who
- 47:41Speaker 2: you know, start rumors and blame me and then then
- 47:45Speaker 2: Drew was like, well, I never believed it. You can
- 47:47Speaker 2: totally see her because she's such a liar. She's such
- 47:49Speaker 2: a liar.
- 47:51Speaker 3: All the housewives in all the kingdoms. Drew is not
- 47:57Speaker 3: a good liar, and she does it all time.
- 48:00Speaker 4: No, she's the worst liar.
- 48:02Speaker 2: She's like, whatever body language it is that shows that
- 48:06Speaker 2: you're lying, she does it to like a degree in
- 48:10Speaker 2: which they could study it. Yes, the voice inflection, the physicalities.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I think Vader can probably be full of
- 48:18Speaker 3: shit if we're talking Atlanta. But I believe everything she
- 48:21Speaker 3: says right.
- 48:22Speaker 2: But also she's a lawyer too, so she knows how
- 48:25Speaker 2: to present mm hmm.
- 48:27Speaker 3: But Drew like, if you're going to lie this much
- 48:31Speaker 3: to this point, you've got to be better at it,
- 48:34Speaker 3: because I don't believe one thing, including that. I think
- 48:38Speaker 3: that's an avatar on her phone. I think it's AI.
- 48:41Speaker 2: I mean, now that you're saying it, I do too.
- 48:44Speaker 2: His name is black, like y, it's so basic. Everything
- 48:49Speaker 2: is so basic. Do he didn't We didn't even hear
- 48:52Speaker 2: him really talk. No, So, like Cynthia's okay, So then
- 48:57Speaker 2: she's got her boyfriend on the phone.
- 49:00Speaker 3: But that was different. I think that was just a
- 49:02Speaker 3: quick FaceTime. He's not sitting at the table.
- 49:05Speaker 2: I get it, I get it, but it just was like,
- 49:08Speaker 2: and then there was a third person who else had there?
- 49:10Speaker 4: It was like, was it Phaedra ch Cha, I don't remember?
- 49:16Speaker 3: How about Yeah at the top of the episode with
- 49:21Speaker 3: Phadria and her son, Oh.
- 49:24Speaker 4: Yeah eighty eight.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Oh my god, wow, that was like mind blowing. That
- 49:29Speaker 2: makes you feel real old, real quick.
- 49:32Speaker 4: Geez. He's like, oh all right, mom, yeah exactly. I'm like,
- 49:38Speaker 4: oh my god, he's like a full grown man.
- 49:41Speaker 3: I know. Yeah.
- 49:43Speaker 2: Oh, and Charles doing a marriage podcast and then taking
- 49:46Speaker 2: that opportunity to just rip Angelota shreds like any chance
- 49:49Speaker 2: he cans.
- 49:50Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, wakay.
- 49:51Speaker 3: He kind of did it at Porsche's party too. When
- 49:55Speaker 3: he's like, no, I we didn't. I wasn't gonna go
- 49:58Speaker 3: home with you the first night we left in separate cars,
- 50:00Speaker 3: and she just says that look where she's like, can
- 50:02Speaker 3: you just go with the fucking story? Dad?
- 50:04Speaker 2: No, Seriously, He's like, you know, when you improvise and
- 50:07Speaker 2: you want that person to be like yes, and he
- 50:11Speaker 2: always be the person that's like, you know, You're like,
- 50:14Speaker 2: I'm an alien from Mars. He's like, no, you're not,
- 50:17Speaker 2: you're you're a woman, that you're a woman standing in
- 50:20Speaker 2: front of me holding their purse. It's like okay, And
- 50:23Speaker 2: when I go nowhere.
- 50:25Speaker 3: That podcast was must have pissed them her off enough
- 50:29Speaker 3: that he's filming with her right now, because I got
- 50:31Speaker 3: the vibe last season he did not want to keep filming.
- 50:34Speaker 2: Oh my god, I can't believe he's there. But then
- 50:36Speaker 2: he goes and starts a podcast like what are you
- 50:38Speaker 2: doing about marriage?
- 50:41Speaker 4: What? Yeah, it makes.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Me sure someone paid him. I'm sure it's like some
- 50:45Speaker 3: platform that it was a job basically, you know what
- 50:48Speaker 3: I mean. But I also think like that conversation that
- 50:54Speaker 3: they had Charles and Angela on the patio to open
- 50:57Speaker 3: up the season where he's doing takes to the camera
- 50:59Speaker 3: with a yeah, I think that was like, you're gonna
- 51:05Speaker 3: film with me and you're gonna correct what you said,
- 51:08Speaker 3: and that's if you do nothing else this season, I
- 51:12Speaker 3: need you to do that scene with me, and that
- 51:14Speaker 3: is in the can. So I don't know if we'll
- 51:15Speaker 3: see him after this.
- 51:17Speaker 2: I don't know because I think he also is like
- 51:19Speaker 2: whatever it takes to get the job done. He's like,
- 51:22Speaker 2: I'm going to start my own sauce line, you know,
- 51:26Speaker 2: because he likes to cook. So like he's gonna he
- 51:29Speaker 2: is going to take advantage of any business opportunity that
- 51:32Speaker 2: comes his way as he should. He's a smart businessman.
- 51:35Speaker 2: He has this whole career.
- 51:38Speaker 3: That burger looked like shit, it did.
- 51:40Speaker 4: Not look good.
- 51:41Speaker 3: It just like that seated bun. What are we doing
- 51:45Speaker 3: potato roll?
- 51:47Speaker 2: I literally just had like a potato bun on my
- 51:50Speaker 2: burger last night because Brett made him.
- 51:54Speaker 3: See he knows.
- 51:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 51:56Speaker 2: So how about Shemiah and Kelly being like best friends?
- 52:00Speaker 2: That's interesting kind of loving it. I'm loving that they've
- 52:03Speaker 2: become allies. And that's gonna be interesting for Porsche to
- 52:08Speaker 2: kind of look in and be like, oh, okay, so
- 52:10Speaker 2: this is your best friend.
- 52:11Speaker 4: Now I see how it is like.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Really tight and the families are tight, like it's really nice.
- 52:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's gonna it's deep.
- 52:20Speaker 4: It's deep.
- 52:21Speaker 2: Ye, So this is an interesting turn of events which
- 52:24Speaker 2: I like.
- 52:26Speaker 3: And then oh yes, Kelly, Kelly is getting like in
- 52:29Speaker 3: the mess on Shamia's behalf, which I will also enjoy
- 52:34Speaker 3: watching Porsche and knock that back down.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Oh yeah, oh hard Shamie's got a rum company. Now
- 52:43Speaker 2: she's like, I'm done with like singing and all that
- 52:46Speaker 2: stuff because Gerald was just basically paying for that career.
- 52:49Speaker 2: So now I'm just gonna do rum what.
- 52:53Speaker 3: She's still singing, but now she's got this lucrative company.
- 52:57Speaker 3: And I'm like, uh, talk to Ramona Pino, Teresa Vineyard.
- 53:04Speaker 3: What was Teresa's wine?
- 53:06Speaker 2: Uh?
- 53:07Speaker 4: Grapes? I know, good enough?
- 53:10Speaker 3: I mean yeah, but I'm just saying, like it's lucrative.
- 53:15Speaker 4: I don't know, I mean, is it out yet?
- 53:17Speaker 2: Like?
- 53:18Speaker 4: Okay.
- 53:20Speaker 2: It just sounded like at least she was being honest
- 53:23Speaker 2: about her singing career, that it was more a funded
- 53:28Speaker 2: opportunity to promote herself than it was anything else, because
- 53:32Speaker 2: it was like it's not taking off. You know, Gerald
