- Million-Dollar Match Lands in UK! This is The Lottery Rundown for Tuesday September 22nd Powerball drew Monday night with 2, 7, 9, 17 and 58, plus Powerball 20 and a 2X multiplier. Nobody claimed the jackpot, but one ticket holder in the UK matched all five white balls for a one million dollar payday. That million-dollar ticket has quite the commute. Number 7 returned after 27 drawings away, while Powerball 20 is tied for the fourth-most-drawn red ball over the past six years, with 43 appearances. Three white balls were single digits. Did that make the top row feel crowded to you? Wednesday’s jackpot rises to 332 million dollars, with a cash value of 141 million 700 thousand dollars. That could buy a traveling museum devoted entirely to novelty salt shakers. The run has reached 17 drawings and 40 days without a jackpot winner, still a fairly ordinary stretch. Moving to Mega Millions, the last draw was Friday, September 18, with 4, 9, 24, 56 and 68, plus Mega Ball 1. No ticket matched all six. White ball 9 resurfaced after 21 drawings away, and the lineup leaned heavily even, with four even white balls and one odd. Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at 261 million dollars, with a cash value of 110 million 500 thousand dollars. The run now stands at 15 drawings and 52 days without a jackpot winner, which remains a pretty normal wait.
