- 0:11Speaker 1: to President Trump meeting with Zelenski today in the White House.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Then also at the end of the day, end of
- 0:18Speaker 1: the afternoon, heading tomorrow Lago for the first time, we'll
- 0:22Speaker 1: get to John Bolton. By the way, this is not lawfair.
- 0:25Speaker 1: They keeps up a lawfair going on. Lawfair is when
- 0:27Speaker 1: you get indicted in four cities at the same time. Bolton,
- 0:33Speaker 1: as Joe Pashi would say, in Casino, this guy was
- 0:36Speaker 1: begging to be made an example of. So we'll get
- 0:38Speaker 1: to him. Coming up, we'll get to Letitia James, even
- 0:42Speaker 1: more dirt coming out about her family. A lot of
- 0:45Speaker 1: stuff to get to. Last night's debate, Curtis won the debate.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Now here's the only problem. I don't know if anybody noticed.
- 0:55Speaker 1: That's the problem. Curtis was great, but there was no
- 0:59Speaker 1: clue moment, knockout, punch, incredible moment, nothing super viral and
- 1:05Speaker 1: the other the real problem. This is a Channel four
- 1:08Speaker 1: WNBC TV and they did this last time. Very biased
- 1:12Speaker 1: when it comes to running debates. They should never be
- 1:14Speaker 1: allowed to do a debate. So the moderators were very
- 1:17Speaker 1: careful to keep any attention away from Curtis. They tried
- 1:21Speaker 1: to give Curtis as little time as possible. At one
- 1:24Speaker 1: point in the debate, he actually said to them, you
- 1:26Speaker 1: guys are trying to marginalize me. You're trying to keep
- 1:28Speaker 1: me out of this. Here's basically what happened. Mam Donnie,
- 1:33Speaker 1: who was a great debater, he was phenomenal in the
- 1:36Speaker 1: primary debates. He just wiped out Cuomo in this debate.
- 1:40Speaker 1: He was good, not as great as he was in
- 1:42Speaker 1: the earlier debates because he was being too careful. He
- 1:46Speaker 1: had all his slick salesman Mam donnie stuff going on,
- 1:49Speaker 1: but he was hedging and being a little more vague
- 1:52Speaker 1: in his answers, covering himself. So, but the good news
- 1:55Speaker 1: for him is Cuomo was just awful, as awful as
- 2:00Speaker 1: he is when he talks like this, and it was
- 2:04Speaker 1: just too slow. Curtis very you know, Curtis is the
- 2:07Speaker 1: only professional debater in the race. Curtis has done one
- 2:12Speaker 1: hundred thousand debates. He's been doing this professionally for thirty
- 2:15Speaker 1: five years. Mom Donnie, I don't know how it happened,
- 2:18Speaker 1: but he's a very very good debater. Cuomo a bumbling, stumbling,
- 2:23Speaker 1: weak debater. And he doesn't look right anymore. You know.
- 2:27Speaker 1: It was a good looking guy, but he's got that
- 2:29Speaker 1: ozembic face now and he got himself too skinny. I
- 2:33Speaker 1: don't know why he did that. He tries to project
- 2:36Speaker 1: this tough guy. You know, if you want to project
- 2:38Speaker 1: a tough guy, I means you got to have a
- 2:39Speaker 1: little bulk to you. You can't be a toothpick. It
- 2:42Speaker 1: doesn't And the problem is he projects weakness when he talks,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and if you look that skinny, it just enhances that
- 2:49Speaker 1: whole weak look. So he's got to put some It
- 2:51Speaker 1: was a little too late, but he should have kept
- 2:54Speaker 1: some weight on John pedorit's the great political analyst. Here's
- 2:59Speaker 1: what he said about Cuomo last night. And Pedoritz is
- 3:03Speaker 1: a guy who should be a Cuomo fan and a Democrat.
- 3:06Speaker 1: But Podoritz says about Cuomo, for a man who's running
- 3:12Speaker 1: multiple elections over the past twenty five years, Cuomo was
- 3:15Speaker 1: shockingly inarticulate and unable to sustain a single argument or
- 3:20Speaker 1: a single answer. There were moments when Cuomo sounded more
- 3:24Speaker 1: like Luca Brazzi stumbling through his thanks to Don Corleone
- 3:28Speaker 1: for the wedding invitation than he did like his own
- 3:31Speaker 1: famously silver tongued father. Yeah, that's a good point. Mario
- 3:36Speaker 1: Cuomo was in his day, the greatest orator in American politics.
- 3:41Speaker 1: He's a phenomenal debater. He was one of my debate coaches.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We used to when he was governor. He would come
- 3:46Speaker 1: on once a month and we'd come into the studio,
- 3:48Speaker 1: we'd have a one hour debate, and then afterwards he
- 3:52Speaker 1: would stay and he would give me a whole breakdown
- 3:55Speaker 1: of everything I did wrong. I mean, it was so helpful.
- 3:57Speaker 1: He would show me every year, dude, you did this.
- 4:00Speaker 1: This the best debate coach in the world. So if
- 4:04Speaker 1: he did that for me, I would imagine he did
- 4:07Speaker 1: that for Andrew times a million. So I don't know
- 4:10Speaker 1: what happened. It's you know, it's the same thing with
- 4:12Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton when she's running at that time. Bill Clinton
- 4:16Speaker 1: is the greatest orator in American politics. She's married to
- 4:19Speaker 1: the greatest political speaker in the world, and she can't talk.
- 4:22Speaker 1: She's horrible in debate, she's horrible in speeches. Whatever it
- 4:26Speaker 1: is it didn't rub off or I don't know, if
- 4:27Speaker 1: you're too close to the person, maybe you don't take
- 4:29Speaker 1: the coaching the way you should. So the next debate
- 4:34Speaker 1: will be Wednesday night next week Wednesday night. Now the
- 4:37Speaker 1: problem with that it's New York one, which nobody sees,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and the debate moderator, this is a horrible choice, should
- 4:45Speaker 1: recuse himself. It's Errol Lewis, who's the most partisan left
- 4:51Speaker 1: wing guy in the world. That's really inappropriate to have
- 4:54Speaker 1: this guy run a debate. It's absolutely ridiculous. So that's
- 5:00Speaker 1: probably going to go well for anybody with him doing it.
- 5:03Speaker 1: But here's some of last night's debate, and one of
- 5:05Speaker 1: the questions was experience.
- 5:06Speaker 2: In other words, what these hen Blingman said is he
- 5:09Speaker 2: has no experience.
- 5:10Speaker 3: What I don't have an experience, I make up for
- 5:11Speaker 3: an integrity, And what you don't have an integrity, you
- 5:13Speaker 3: could never make up for an experience.
- 5:15Speaker 4: We have the architect and we have the apprentice of
- 5:19Speaker 4: No Cash Fail, which was made in disjash.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Yeah. So, and by the way, Cuomo has been doing
- 5:24Speaker 1: a lot of interviews today and I notice if you
- 5:26Speaker 1: listened to him a week ago doing interviews, it was
- 5:29Speaker 1: all about how bad mom Dottie is, how great he is. Well,
- 5:31Speaker 1: if you listen to to Day doing interviews, he was
- 5:33Speaker 1: really going after Curtis. He was trying to hit Curtis hard,
- 5:37Speaker 1: which means he feels Curtis was very, very good. Last night.
- 5:41Speaker 1: He feels Curtis did a lot of damage because he
- 5:43Speaker 1: seems very busy trying to take out Curtis.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Now, this is no job for on the job training.
- 5:52Speaker 2: And if you look at the failed mayors, they're ones
- 5:54Speaker 2: that had no management experience.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Don't do it again.
- 5:58Speaker 3: I have the experience of having serve of the New
- 6:00Speaker 3: York State Assembly for five years and watching a broken
- 6:03Speaker 3: political system. And what all of that experience has shown me,
- 6:06Speaker 3: which mister Cuomo can't seem to understand, is that it
- 6:09Speaker 3: is far too expensive him, far too hard for New
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yorkers to afford to live in this city.
- 6:14Speaker 2: He literally has never had a job. On his resume,
- 6:17Speaker 2: it says he in turned for his mother. You got
- 6:19Speaker 2: a hurricane, you were God forbid a nine to eleven,
- 6:23Speaker 2: a health pandemic.
- 6:24Speaker 3: And if we have a health pandemic, then why would
- 6:26Speaker 3: New Yorkers turn back to the governor who sent seniors
- 6:28Speaker 3: to their death and nursing homes.
- 6:30Speaker 1: See, this is Cuomo's main problem. This is what happened
- 6:33Speaker 1: to him in the second debate in the primary, he
- 6:35Speaker 1: armed himself with all kinds of attacks. Cuomo had such
- 6:38Speaker 1: a horrible record as governor, did so many bad things
- 6:41Speaker 1: as governor. No matter what he tries to hit Mam
- 6:44Speaker 1: Dommie with Mam Donnie's got these kind of comebacks. Cuomo
- 6:47Speaker 1: created the whole crime wave with his no bail, no jail,
- 6:50Speaker 1: with his defund the police. He actually did defund the
- 6:53Speaker 1: police with his closing all the prisons, letting the prisoners out,
- 6:57Speaker 1: redoing the parole board so they let all the prisoners.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I was just horrible. And if you listen to them,
- 7:03Speaker 1: to him now trying to he's finally trying to explain
- 7:05Speaker 1: away some of that. He can't do it. He can't
- 7:08Speaker 1: do it. He's the no bail, no jail was the
- 7:12Speaker 1: worst thing anybody ever did to New York. And he's
- 7:14Speaker 1: the guy that pushed that. He didn't just sign it,
- 7:16Speaker 1: he pushed it in speech after speech. It was just horrible.
- 7:21Speaker 1: So he can't explain that away. Even the don't close
- 7:25Speaker 1: Rikers Island. He was the guy pushing to close Rikers Island.
- 7:27Speaker 1: He's now arguing, well, I didn't say he closed the island.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I meant closed the building. He the double talk just
- 7:35Speaker 1: won't work. Israel, obviously was a big topic.
- 7:37Speaker 2: The assemblyman still won't say he believes that Israel has
- 7:40Speaker 2: the right to exist as a Jewish state.
- 7:41Speaker 5: He is a divisive personality.
- 7:44Speaker 3: I've said time and again that I recognize Israel's right
- 7:46Speaker 3: to exist. I've said that I will not recognize any
- 7:49Speaker 3: state Jewish, said that I will not a Jewish state
- 7:52Speaker 3: if I would be allowed to finish that, I would
- 7:54Speaker 3: not recognize any states right to exist with a system
- 7:57Speaker 3: of hierarchy on the basis of race of religion.
- 8:00Speaker 4: USA under attack now more than ever before. And I
- 8:03Speaker 4: don't believe either of you have the capability and protect
- 8:07Speaker 4: that with increase, said touch Semitici.
- 8:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Now, Curtis went on to point out all the times
- 8:11Speaker 1: where there were horrible, horrible attacks on Jews and he
- 8:14Speaker 1: was there with the Guardian Angels to protect them. So,
- 8:17Speaker 1: if you watch the whole thing, Curtis had a great night.
- 8:20Speaker 1: But again, I don't know if it was enough, and
- 8:23Speaker 1: I don't know if anybody noticed that he won the debate,
- 8:26Speaker 1: but the moderators were trying very hard to keep the
- 8:29Speaker 1: spotlight away from Curtis. This was also the Muslim vote
- 8:34Speaker 1: was in there a lot. Cuomo trying to suddenly go
- 8:37Speaker 1: to mosques and all that, something he never did before.
- 8:39Speaker 2: I don't think in any way the Assemblyman is representative
- 8:43Speaker 2: of the Muslim community. Many of his positions don't even
- 8:46Speaker 2: follow the Muslim faith.
- 8:48Speaker 3: You know, it took Andrew Cuomo being beaten by a
- 8:51Speaker 3: Muslim candidate in the Democratic primary for him to set
- 8:54Speaker 3: foot in a mosque. It's been an hour or twenty
- 8:56Speaker 3: minutes of this debate and we haven't heard Governor Cuomo
- 8:59Speaker 3: say the word of affordability. That's why he lost the primary.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Now, I think making that's the real problem. If
- 9:08Speaker 1: it's affordability, If that's the issue, that's the real problem.
- 9:10Speaker 1: If there's an affordability crisis in New York, if things
- 9:13Speaker 1: are bad here, well then you got to get rid
- 9:16Speaker 1: of the Democrats because they've been running the whole place
- 9:18Speaker 1: for fifteen years. They've been running everything. They've been the mayor,
- 9:21Speaker 1: the governor, the legislature, of the city council. Everything has
- 9:24Speaker 1: been run by Democrats. So if it's a disaster in
- 9:28Speaker 1: the crisis. Blame them obviously. If it's that bad after
- 9:31Speaker 1: fifteen years of them, you switch parties, you switch to
- 9:34Speaker 1: something else. Here's more of the debate. Curtis now Curtis's
- 9:37Speaker 1: number one issue police crime.
- 9:38Speaker 4: With this new police Outrage Unit, well, in danger women
- 9:43Speaker 4: and children in domestic violence situation, they will be killed,
- 9:47Speaker 4: they will be made.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Now they went into that social workers will answer domestic
- 9:54Speaker 1: violence calls. As cops will tell you, one of the
- 9:57Speaker 1: most dangerous things you can respond to is a domestic viole.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Let's call it people and get killed there. So you
- 10:01Speaker 1: don't want to send social workers in. And as Ray
- 10:04Speaker 1: Kelly and all the great experts have explained, NYPD has
- 10:08Speaker 1: tried that through the years a million times. They've tried
- 10:11Speaker 1: that program where social workers respond to domestic violence. And
- 10:15Speaker 1: they find a few things. Well, A, it doesn't work.
- 10:19Speaker 1: It's never worked. They've tried it a number of times
- 10:21Speaker 1: over the decades. It doesn't work. And B the social
- 10:24Speaker 1: workers do not want to do this. They want the
- 10:26Speaker 1: cops with them on this. So and Cuomo keeps trying that. No,
- 10:32Speaker 1: he us no experience. You know, experience is a good thing.
- 10:36Speaker 1: If you were good at it, if you had a
- 10:38Speaker 1: lot of experience and you were horrible at it. Cuomo
- 10:40Speaker 1: did so many awful things. This governor, I don't know it.
- 10:43Speaker 1: May have the experience, but it's not good experience.
- 10:45Speaker 2: He has no experience, and this is not a job
- 10:48Speaker 2: for someone who has no management experience to run three
- 10:50Speaker 2: hundred thousand people, no financial experience to run one hundred
- 10:54Speaker 2: and fifteen billion dollar budget.
- 10:55Speaker 5: He literally has never had a job.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, he kept trying. I don't know if that works
- 11:00Speaker 1: with anybody.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Jews don't trust that you can be there for them
- 11:05Speaker 4: when they are victims of anti Semitic attacks.
- 11:08Speaker 3: What I'm looking to do as the first Muslim mayor
- 11:10Speaker 3: of the city is to ensure that we bring every
- 11:13Speaker 3: New Yorker together, Jewish New Yorkers, Muslim New Yorkers, every
- 11:16Speaker 3: single person that calls the city home.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, this race is going to be about turnout.
- 11:22Speaker 1: The way you get a Deblasio elected is you have
- 11:24Speaker 1: eighteen percent turnout if nobody shows up, just the you know,
- 11:28Speaker 1: the energized far left shows up and you get a Deblasio.
- 11:31Speaker 1: So if it's the same thing happened in the primary,
- 11:32Speaker 1: if it's just eighteen percent. You know that's Mom Donnie.
- 11:36Speaker 1: And if you can get it presidential year kind of
- 11:39Speaker 1: a turnout, if you can get it to eighty percent,
- 11:42Speaker 1: then it's not necessarily Mom Donnie. So you got to
- 11:44Speaker 1: get it up to eighty percent. Cuomo cannot beat Mam Donnie.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It's impossible. He's been tested against Mom Donnie and the primaries.
- 11:51Speaker 1: He stinks at beating Mam Donnie. I was talking a
- 11:54Speaker 1: lot of the big, big, big donors yesterday. These are
- 11:57Speaker 1: the ones the back Cuomo. And as we always explain
- 12:01Speaker 1: to you, the big donors are always wrong every time
- 12:04Speaker 1: when it comes to politics. And when you try to explain,
- 12:10Speaker 1: we've seen that Cuomo is a disaster against Mam Donnie.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Apparently the excuse he's given them and they're all falling
- 12:16Speaker 1: for this. They all keep repeating this. Well, that was
- 12:19Speaker 1: ranked choice, and it was the ranked choice. That Donnie
- 12:22Speaker 1: only beat Cuomo because of the ranked choice. This is
- 12:25Speaker 1: absolutely not true. If there were no ranked choice, he
- 12:29Speaker 1: would have beaten Cuomo in a much quicker forget their
- 12:33Speaker 1: rank choice. It had nothing to do with the primary.
- 12:36Speaker 1: First first round of the primary, Cuomo got wiped out
- 12:39Speaker 1: by Mom Donnie. Mom Donnie beat him by one hundred
- 12:42Speaker 1: thousand votes. This is out of seven hundred thousand. I'm
- 12:47Speaker 1: Donnie beat him by one hundred thousand votes. It wasn't
- 12:49Speaker 1: even close. Ranked choice was not a factor. Obviously, taxes
- 12:52Speaker 1: came up. That's a big issue.
- 12:54Speaker 5: He's going to raise taxes.
- 12:55Speaker 2: All of He's going to raise taxes stayed wide on corporations,
- 12:59Speaker 2: but the money's on going to go to New York City.
- 13:01Speaker 2: That could never happen. It's not just that the governor
- 13:04Speaker 2: wouldn't support it. It's impossible.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Yeah. Again, Quoto not an effective debater. He's got that
- 13:11Speaker 1: voice where he goes into that sing song. It doesn't
- 13:14Speaker 1: sound good when you do it in the debate. Sound
- 13:18Speaker 1: like a housewife in Long Island when you do that.
- 13:20Speaker 3: What I tell the President is if he ever wants
- 13:22Speaker 3: to come for New Yorkers in the way that he
- 13:24Speaker 3: has been, he's going to have to get through me
- 13:26Speaker 3: as the next mayor of the city.
- 13:27Speaker 4: But if you try to get tough with Trump, the
- 13:30Speaker 4: only people who are going to suffer from that are
- 13:32Speaker 4: the people of New York City.
- 13:33Speaker 2: When I'm fighting for New York, I am not going
- 13:36Speaker 2: to stop. And I'll tell you something else. If the
- 13:38Speaker 2: Assemblyman is elected, Mayor Donald Trump will take over New
- 13:42Speaker 2: York City and it will be Mayor Trump.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Who runs New York City.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. Now here's the
- 13:51Speaker 1: only hope here Curtis did win. I don't think there
- 13:55Speaker 1: was enough of a knockout punch, or enough of a
- 13:57Speaker 1: moment to go super viral, or enough people. I don't know.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I don't You can never tell after a debate. You
- 14:03Speaker 1: got to wait a couple of days for it all
- 14:05Speaker 1: sink in. And remember now it goes all over the place.
- 14:08Speaker 1: It's all over social media, streaming, YouTube, it's everywhere. It
- 14:12Speaker 1: takes a few days for everybody to see it. So
- 14:15Speaker 1: we'll see what the effect is, probably by monday.
- 14:20Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 14:21Speaker 1: You can't tell. Now, how do you stop mom Donnie?
- 14:23Speaker 1: If this isn't going to stop him, Well, there are
- 14:27Speaker 1: all those investigations into the money this guy came out
- 14:31Speaker 1: of nowhere, funds him out fifty million, and sorrows type
- 14:34Speaker 1: money flowed into him, somethink from around the world, something
- 14:38Speaker 1: from China, all different countries. If they can trace that,
- 14:41Speaker 1: prove that this foreign money in the campaign, they can
- 14:44Speaker 1: remove Mom Donnie. He can be taken away, can even
- 14:46Speaker 1: be indicted. Some think he'll never serve as mayor even
- 14:50Speaker 1: if he wins that they'll get him on that stuff
- 14:52Speaker 1: and take him out of the picture legally. Just take
- 14:56Speaker 1: him away legally. And the only other thing is there
- 15:01Speaker 1: are Justice Department officials who have said if he becomes mayor,
- 15:07Speaker 1: if he does anything to the Jewish community, if he
- 15:09Speaker 1: does anything wrong, then the Justice Department officials have said
- 15:13Speaker 1: they will come here and arrest him for a hate crime.
- 15:16Speaker 1: So you got that going on, But we'll see. We'll
- 15:18Speaker 1: take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three to two,
- 15:21Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the numbers. If you want
- 15:24Speaker 1: to say, what if you watch the debate, you got
- 15:26Speaker 1: an opinion? Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
- 15:32Speaker 1: give woor. Obre said on the iHeartRadio app to hear Mark.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Simone and all the WOOR hosts in an instance, go
- 15:41Speaker 4: back to the Marximo show on WOR.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Maggie in Iowa. Maggie,
- 15:49Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 15:51Speaker 8: Oh hey, hi, thanks for taking my call.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Well they got phones there in Iowa. Now, wow, that's
- 15:57Speaker 1: very good.
- 15:57Speaker 8: Oh yeah, we do. Yeah, it's not nice. Yeah, Hey,
- 16:02Speaker 8: I just have a question. I just followed this race
- 16:04Speaker 8: from a distance and listen to you in the morning,
- 16:07Speaker 8: and I'm just curious. Why isn't anybody asking Mondami about
- 16:12Speaker 8: his record as an assembling man. Didn't he only like
- 16:16Speaker 8: bring one piece of legislation to the floor.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a good question. This is the Democratic model
- 16:24Speaker 1: now since Obama. You get a slick look and salesman
- 16:27Speaker 1: of a guy with no record. And Obama did the
- 16:30Speaker 1: same thing when he was in Congress. When he was
- 16:32Speaker 1: in the same did absolutely nothing. He barely showed up,
- 16:34Speaker 1: didn't vote, didn't do anything that you deliberately don't have
- 16:37Speaker 1: a record that way, there's no problem.
- 16:39Speaker 8: Well that's yeah, that's what I'm thinking clear out here
- 16:42Speaker 8: in Iowa. Why doesn't somebody ask those questions? What could
- 16:47Speaker 8: he vote on?
- 16:47Speaker 1: Well, it's a good point. The problem is you only
- 16:50Speaker 1: got one debate left and it's the most biased partisan
- 16:53Speaker 1: Democrat moderator Errol Lewis, so he's not going to ask that.
- 16:56Speaker 1: But good point, Maggie. But thanks for calling. Thanks a lot.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Let's go to Patrick and Scarsdale. Patrick, how you doing
- 17:04Speaker 1: very well?
- 17:04Speaker 6: Mark? How are you today?
- 17:05Speaker 1: Good.
- 17:06Speaker 6: Good.
- 17:07Speaker 7: Now, I'm just thinking of Curtis's path to victory. We
- 17:10Speaker 7: know Staten Island is very Republican and it's highly likely
- 17:13Speaker 7: he'll carry that. Nine aren't areas of the Bronx like
- 17:18Speaker 7: the Riverdale area high Jewish population he could possibly explore
- 17:23Speaker 7: as well.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, obviously he'll do very very well with
- 17:26Speaker 1: the Jewish population. Problem is the Jewish population. It's not
- 17:29Speaker 1: as big as you think percentage wise, and not enough
- 17:31Speaker 1: to carry an election, but it's an important group and
- 17:35Speaker 1: he'll do that. You got you got a lot of
- 17:37Speaker 1: Republican votes in Queen's Staten Island, believe it or not,
- 17:41Speaker 1: in the Bronx. So, uh, the problem is and Curtis
- 17:45Speaker 1: has been very good with the TV commercials and you know,
- 17:49Speaker 1: social media ads and all that they have been. He's
- 17:52Speaker 1: been barred bombarding the airways with great commercials. Cloma's got
- 17:55Speaker 1: a couple of commercials. They're not that effective. Mom Donnie
- 17:58Speaker 1: is mostly a social media very good there. But we'll see.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Second debate is Wednesday night, but that's on New York One,
- 18:06Speaker 1: a little watch channel, and they got the most slanted
- 18:09Speaker 1: bias moderator eron Lewis doing it let's go to John
- 18:13Speaker 1: in Westchester, John, how you doing.
- 18:16Speaker 6: Okay?
- 18:17Speaker 9: I just wanted to make a mention of the great
- 18:21Speaker 9: Aura and Governor Clomo when he was running and abortion
- 18:31Speaker 9: came up, he would say, I'm personally against it, but
- 18:36Speaker 9: the people wanted and then.
- 18:39Speaker 1: When yeah, Now, the only thing is abortion is not
- 18:41Speaker 1: an issue here. It's absolutely not an issue. Abortion is
- 18:44Speaker 1: totally legal in New York. Always will be it. Never
- 18:46Speaker 1: ever it will be in jeopardy. It's not an issue
- 18:49Speaker 1: in this campaign. It was not an issue in the
- 18:51Speaker 1: presidential campaign either. Let's go to you know problem. We're
- 18:55Speaker 1: getting all these great calls. The only problem is, and
- 18:57Speaker 1: we love all of you, but you're not in New
- 18:59Speaker 1: York City. You're not actually voters Scarsdale, Iowa, Long Island.
- 19:04Speaker 1: I mean, keep calling, but you're not the voters who
- 19:06Speaker 1: can That's the problem. If the whole Tri state area
- 19:09Speaker 1: could vote Mom, Donnie wouldn't have a chance. If the
- 19:11Speaker 1: whole just metropolitan area and the suburbs could vote, Mom,
- 19:14Speaker 1: Donnie wouldn't have a chance. Let's go to Bill in
- 19:17Speaker 1: New Jersey. Bill, how you doing good?
- 19:20Speaker 10: And thank you? Mark, speaking of both New York and
- 19:23Speaker 10: New Jersey elections, could you please tell your political context
- 19:26Speaker 10: that Jack Chitdarelli needs to hammer hammer away on the
- 19:30Speaker 10: issue of no cash bail, the crime problem in his
- 19:36Speaker 10: I haven't seen too much.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's not how it works. People to do
- 19:40Speaker 1: it well, I haven't seen it. It doesn't matter. As
- 19:42Speaker 1: long as everybody else sees it, that's what works. Let's
- 19:44Speaker 1: go to Fran in Massapequa. Fran How you doing, my man?
- 19:48Speaker 1: What's that baby?
- 19:48Speaker 5: Listen?
- 19:49Speaker 1: The bottom line is this. It's that the race in Manhattan,
- 19:52Speaker 1: I mean New York, I call it Manhattan.
- 19:55Speaker 9: It starts with.
- 19:56Speaker 6: The right candidates.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Look at the candidates, the Republican and the perfect example
- 20:01Speaker 1: that he got Curtis, good guy. What candidate? What candidate
- 20:06Speaker 1: would you put in?
- 20:07Speaker 5: No, I don't know, I don't know.
- 20:10Speaker 1: There you go, I asked our Republican party chairman. I said,
- 20:13Speaker 1: if it wasn't Curtis, who are you going to go with?
- 20:15Speaker 11: Then?
- 20:16Speaker 12: Uh?
- 20:16Speaker 1: He didn't say exactly, but he kind of hinted, like
- 20:19Speaker 1: nobody else stepped forward. That's the problem. Nobody else stepped forward. Uh.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Cuomo has been trying to hit Curtis hard all day,
- 20:27Speaker 1: yelling and screaming he's the candidate of the party. Bosses,
- 20:30Speaker 1: he's the candidate of Pataki and Giuliani, and they're only
- 20:34Speaker 1: doing it because they think Mamdannie will hurt the Democratic Party.
- 20:38Speaker 1: That's the only you know. I've talked to Giuliani and
- 20:41Speaker 1: Pataki even last night about this. That's not the reason
- 20:45Speaker 1: they're doing it. They really believe in Curtis. Giuliani believes
- 20:49Speaker 1: Curtis is the closest thing you ever even get to
- 20:51Speaker 1: him as mayor. He even calls him Giuliani two point zero.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Pataki is very much behind Curtis, even helped him with
- 20:58Speaker 1: the debate prep all of that stuff. Hey, we'll take
- 21:02Speaker 1: some more calls later. We'll get back to the debate.
- 21:05Speaker 1: When we come back, we'll talk to Ronda Shear. If
- 21:07Speaker 1: you're thinking of moving to Florida, she's the expert on this.
- 21:10Speaker 1: We'll give you the ups and the downs and lots
- 21:12Speaker 1: of other things to talk to her about. Coming up

- 21:49Speaker 1: Ronda Sheer, how you doing.
- 21:51Speaker 13: I'm so good. I'm so worried about you and New
- 21:53Speaker 13: York City right now. I caught a lot of the
- 21:57Speaker 13: debate last night, and that Mam Jenny airs me. That's smirk,
- 22:02Speaker 13: that smirk of his. I mean, he's just he's mister
- 22:05Speaker 13: smooth and he's scary. I'm sorry. You better come to
- 22:10Speaker 13: Florida where it's safe and and and there's no crime.
- 22:15Speaker 1: And there's crime in Florida. You got some really bad
- 22:20Speaker 1: parts of Miami, Orlando, Tampa, You've got plenty of crime
- 22:23Speaker 1: down there.
- 22:24Speaker 13: There's no anti Semitic people that that's going to round
- 22:27Speaker 13: people up. It's not good telling you. I'm just speaking
- 22:31Speaker 13: from my heart here.
- 22:32Speaker 1: We got through eight years of Doublasio. This will be fine,
- 22:35Speaker 1: but it's not over till it's over.
- 22:38Speaker 13: Really, I want Curtis to win. I don't know how
- 22:41Speaker 13: that can happen, but I want him to win. He
- 22:43Speaker 13: was great, Uh, I don't even though they kept cutting
- 22:45Speaker 13: him off and he was great.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Yeah, the moderators trying very hard to hide Curtis, but
- 22:49Speaker 1: he clearly won the debate. I don't know anybody noticed.
- 22:52Speaker 13: It was hard to hide him. Say he was in
- 22:54Speaker 13: the middle.
- 22:54Speaker 1: And you're you're very good at evaluating men. Give us
- 22:58Speaker 1: your rundown of Andrew Cowom.
- 23:01Speaker 13: Oh my gosh. Well, first of all, please stop the ozempic.
- 23:05Speaker 13: Stop the ozempic. That man looked like a scorny scale.
- 23:09Speaker 13: He was great for Halloween. He's like perfect. I mean
- 23:12Speaker 13: he used to I didn't like what he was doing,
- 23:15Speaker 13: but I used to watch him, you know, during the pandemic,
- 23:18Speaker 13: and he would come on all tossed and breezing. I mean,
- 23:22Speaker 13: he was entertaining before he you know, so many people
- 23:24Speaker 13: went into the Olfos home. But but he was. But
- 23:28Speaker 13: he was good with his brother. And now he's like
- 23:30Speaker 13: this shadow of what he was like.
- 23:32Speaker 8: Just just for that, I.
- 23:33Speaker 13: Mean, just from an outsider looking in, he's not that
- 23:37Speaker 13: same man. He just seems a shame. But seriously, his
- 23:40Speaker 13: weight loss is terrible. Yeah, I don't know, I don't
- 23:44Speaker 13: know why. What are he trying to look like a
- 23:46Speaker 13: super female model? I don't know, but he did. He
- 23:49Speaker 13: lost that bravado that you know, that masculinity that he
- 23:52Speaker 13: did have.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Yeah, right, that's probably he was one thing to you know,
- 23:57Speaker 1: tighten up your stomach or you know, tighten your waist,
- 23:59Speaker 1: but you don't want to lose your bulk, your shoulders,
- 24:01Speaker 1: all that stuff. He just looks he was.
- 24:03Speaker 13: Very but not only that. You're right, though he was drawn,
- 24:06Speaker 13: his shoulders were down. He didn't look like a leader.
- 24:10Speaker 13: Just forgetting you know, I'm going to go from the
- 24:12Speaker 13: total superficial, like Curtis look great. The other guy looked
- 24:15Speaker 13: like a slinebottle. He looked like he would be smelly
- 24:18Speaker 13: if you've got his beard. I don't know something about
- 24:20Speaker 13: his beard.
- 24:20Speaker 14: I don't like.
- 24:21Speaker 13: I mean just because I do, like look at things
- 24:23Speaker 13: in a shallow way and you know that. So but
- 24:27Speaker 13: looking at Quota because you know, I was hoping that
- 24:31Speaker 13: he would, I mean beat Ma'm danny. How did to
- 24:36Speaker 13: say his name? I can't stand him. He's terrifying. And
- 24:39Speaker 13: if I lived in New York, I tell my cousin
- 24:41Speaker 13: all the time, and she's Jewish, I'm like, aren't you afraid?
- 24:43Speaker 13: And here's the funny thing about that, like so many
- 24:46Speaker 13: of her Jewish friends are voting for him.
- 24:50Speaker 1: It's not so many.
- 24:51Speaker 13: It's not so many she represents. I'm telling you. She
- 24:58Speaker 13: goes to Conservative Synagogue and and she goes to Orthodox,
- 25:01Speaker 13: and the Orthodox was very pro Palestine and they were
- 25:06Speaker 13: really talking about him. So I don't get it.
- 25:08Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 25:10Speaker 1: It depends what neighborhood you're in. There's some diehard.
- 25:13Speaker 13: Possibly diarhyasm exactly. Well, I mean, I keep she's she's like, gosh,
- 25:19Speaker 13: she can't stand them. But anyway, I'll never back down.
- 25:22Speaker 13: Let's talk about Ronda today.
- 25:23Speaker 1: All right, Hey, let's talk about Up All Night was
- 25:25Speaker 1: so popular, beloved the television show. Now explain it's coming back, right,
- 25:30Speaker 1: It's coming back ever.
- 25:31Speaker 13: Since I talked to you in my little podcast. This
- 25:33Speaker 13: is so exciting. So I met. I was doing one
- 25:36Speaker 13: of these conventions where you sign autographs for fans, because
- 25:38Speaker 13: Up all Night from ninety one to ninety eight, I was,
- 25:41Speaker 13: Gilbert Gottley was on God Love Him on Saturday nights.
- 25:44Speaker 13: I was on Friday nights. We wrapped around movies on
- 25:47Speaker 13: USA Network, and you know, I thought about bringing it back,
- 25:51Speaker 13: but you have to have the movies. You have to
- 25:52Speaker 13: have the library. You LISTAY network and a library of films,
- 25:55Speaker 13: these schlocky films back in the day which have made
- 25:58Speaker 13: a huge resurgence. Horror film are very hot right now,
- 26:01Speaker 13: and I think it's young people just didn't experience what
- 26:04Speaker 13: we did in the nineties and they're finding it and
- 26:07Speaker 13: they're loving it. So anyway, I was signing autographs in Knoxville, Kentucky,
- 26:11Speaker 13: and a gentleman came up to me from the Kings
- 26:13Speaker 13: of Horror, which you can find on YouTube just search
- 26:16Speaker 13: Kings of Horror. It's free subscribe. It's this wonderful horror
- 26:20Speaker 13: channel and the parent company owns licenses fourteen thousand titles.
- 26:26Speaker 13: They're out of Prague. It's an American man who owns
- 26:30Speaker 13: it and just has his hands and a lot of things. Anyway,
- 26:34Speaker 13: loves very short you know. I think I told you.
- 26:35Speaker 13: We built a studio down here in Saint Petersburg and
- 26:38Speaker 13: all out twenty thousand foot studio for all things media,
- 26:42Speaker 13: podcasts in Florencer's television, whatever whatever you want to do.
- 26:46Speaker 13: So we had done that anyway, because we had this
- 26:48Speaker 13: building that we wanted to do to create the space
- 26:50Speaker 13: on the west coast of Florida. So they have the films,
- 26:54Speaker 13: the Kings of Horror and we've got the studio, so
- 26:57Speaker 13: we go into production literally Monday. First show is October
- 27:01Speaker 13: twenty fifth on Kings of Herah, it's a Halloween special.
- 27:05Speaker 13: I am so excited. So people have been asking me, well,
- 27:07Speaker 13: how are you changing this from the nineties. Well, I
- 27:11Speaker 13: do not think I'm the same age that I was,
- 27:13Speaker 13: although I don't look bad for an old bat, thank you.
- 27:18Speaker 13: But I'm surrounding myself because I love young actors and
- 27:21Speaker 13: comics and stand up comics. With an incredible cast of
- 27:25Speaker 13: people that will come. Some will be regulars and some
- 27:28Speaker 13: I will have a rotating cast of all the bee
- 27:30Speaker 13: queens and the screen queens, and the shows are really funny.
- 27:33Speaker 13: And I have to say this is the first time
- 27:34Speaker 13: walk actually ever since I spoke to you lest hands
- 27:37Speaker 13: on from production from start to finish. I've never done
- 27:40Speaker 13: that from both sides. It's exciting and I am having
- 27:44Speaker 13: so much fun. So our first show is October twenty fifth.
- 27:47Speaker 13: Our second show is November twenty second on Kings of Horror,
- 27:50Speaker 13: then December twentieth, then we go every other week. So
- 27:53Speaker 13: I am back.
- 27:54Speaker 1: But where do we see it?
- 27:57Speaker 13: Very easy go to YouTube search King of Horror are
- 28:01Speaker 13: just go to Kingsofharror dot com. And if you want
- 28:04Speaker 13: all things Randa right now, I have a new website.
- 28:06Speaker 13: I have rodashare dot com, which is my intimate apparel,
- 28:08Speaker 13: which you know about this is then if you go
- 28:11Speaker 13: to Ronda share Up all Night dot com. It's everything
- 28:14Speaker 13: about the conventions. And I'm now booking to be signing
- 28:17Speaker 13: autographs and doing you know, having the all and also
- 28:21Speaker 13: filming from these from these events. So it's really fun.
- 28:25Speaker 13: It's it's his second breath that I'm having in my wife,
- 28:28Speaker 13: which is just I'm having a blast because I love
- 28:31Speaker 13: celebrating young people and comedy. I'm tired of turning on
- 28:33Speaker 13: Saturday Night Live and it's all politics, and as much
- 28:36Speaker 13: as I like talking it with you on the on
- 28:39Speaker 13: the surface, I want it to be just funny escapism
- 28:44Speaker 13: on a Saturday night that's totally fun. Joe Bob Breese
- 28:48Speaker 13: is still out there and it's great. We're a great
- 28:50Speaker 13: compliment to him. He's all things movie. We're going to
- 28:52Speaker 13: be a lot of comedy with a lot of people
- 28:55Speaker 13: that can talk about the films, like the directors and
- 28:57Speaker 13: the producers and and the's some magical sense I don't
- 29:01Speaker 13: know if you remember up all night, but we do,
- 29:02Speaker 13: of course, very reminiscent of my heart shaped bed and
- 29:07Speaker 13: everything happens in Ronda's Dead though it's kind of like
- 29:09Speaker 13: tee heart I heard, did I say bed? I met Beveram.
- 29:14Speaker 13: Although you know, you would be a great guest for
- 29:16Speaker 13: who's in Ronda's bead. We always have a guest of
- 29:20Speaker 13: who's in Ronda's Dead. And all we do is like,
- 29:22Speaker 13: you know, you're under the covers, and then we pull
- 29:24Speaker 13: back the covers and I do an interview with you.
- 29:25Speaker 13: So you would be wonderful. So I'm inviting you on
- 29:28Speaker 13: when you're next time you're in Florida, when you're visiting
- 29:30Speaker 13: Palm Beach, you come on over to Tampa and you
- 29:34Speaker 13: do a little bit with me on the self. It'd
- 29:35Speaker 13: be so much fun dwelling.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Hey, speaking of Tampa, Saint Petersburg is like becoming the
- 29:40Speaker 1: next hot spot of Florida, isn't it.
- 29:43Speaker 13: And we just moved from there, you know, my husband
- 29:45Speaker 13: and I lived there for many years and it is
- 29:48Speaker 13: it is hot, hot, on fire. You would like it
- 29:51Speaker 13: because it has it's getting that New York vibe that
- 29:54Speaker 13: you walk everywhere, you do everything you're building these incredible spaces.
- 29:58Speaker 13: It really is on fire.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Yeah, beautiful buildings, chic cafes, beastros, everything's going up in
- 30:04Speaker 1: Saint Petersburg.
- 30:06Speaker 13: It is. But the thing is, when my husband and
- 30:07Speaker 13: I were looking to move because if I couldn't live
- 30:10Speaker 13: in my dream house, and my husband was done with
- 30:12Speaker 13: it because it was ten thousand square feet, it was
- 30:13Speaker 13: too big, you couldn't handle it. Blah blah blah. I
- 30:16Speaker 13: loved it. I loved it, had a lot of you know,
- 30:18Speaker 13: charity events there. But anyway, we downsized. It's still a
- 30:21Speaker 13: nice size home. I rand, but it's in Tampa. But
- 30:24Speaker 13: the thing about Saint Pete is, if you're not a walker,
- 30:27Speaker 13: which you are, you'll walk. You New York's walker.
- 30:29Speaker 11: I love that.
- 30:29Speaker 13: That's why you're so healthy. If you're not a walker,
- 30:32Speaker 13: then everything is kind of central Saint Pete downtown, all
- 30:36Speaker 13: the restaurants, you walk from one to another to another.
- 30:39Speaker 13: And if you were into driving, which I prefer driving,
- 30:42Speaker 13: it is a little hot here in the summer. It's
- 30:43Speaker 13: beautiful right now. Anyway, that it's great. Tampa's great too.
- 30:47Speaker 13: I mean, Tampa's exciting. There's no doubt. We've got the
- 30:50Speaker 13: sports team that's not that exciting, but it's exciting. I
- 30:54Speaker 13: don't think New York's going to be so exciting after
- 30:56Speaker 13: your mayor election.
- 30:58Speaker 1: I'm telling you, well, well, I wish we had more time.
- 31:02Speaker 1: We'll have you back soon to talk about up all night.
- 31:06Speaker 13: You have to say all night. I know you're too much.
- 31:10Speaker 1: All night, all night? How's that?
- 31:13Speaker 13: That's good?
- 31:13Speaker 8: Not bad?
- 31:14Speaker 13: Not bad?
- 31:14Speaker 1: But what it give us? The titles the King of Horror.
- 31:17Speaker 10: It's the King.
- 31:19Speaker 13: Go to YouTube and then you start to Kings of Horror.
- 31:22Speaker 13: Just go directly the Kings of Horror dot com. It's
- 31:24Speaker 13: all things horrd. They've got like two million subscribers. Now,
- 31:27Speaker 13: if you are a fan of horror films, we're bringing
- 31:30Speaker 13: that back. But I will be bringing a lot of
- 31:32Speaker 13: back back what I did in the nineties, but with
- 31:34Speaker 13: a twist of today. It'll be funny, Mark, a lot
- 31:37Speaker 13: of funny sketches. The first three shows are very funny
- 31:39Speaker 13: because I had my hands in writing them.
- 31:41Speaker 1: All right, sounds great.
- 31:44Speaker 13: Thank you so much.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Check out Rondasheer dot com too, and follow her on
- 31:48Speaker 1: Instagram and Twitter and YouTube and everywhere. Rondasher, thanks for
- 31:52Speaker 1: being with us.
- 31:54Speaker 13: Thank you, Mark. I'll see you soon.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Take care. Hey, don't forget coming up in noon, Buck Sexton,
- 31:59Speaker 1: Clay Travis, they'll have a great show today. Lots to
- 32:02Speaker 1: talk about right here on seven to ten wor Hey,
- 32:07Speaker 1: coming up in the next hour, we'll get to the
- 32:10Speaker 1: Mayor Old Debate. We'll get to Letitia James more trouble
- 32:13Speaker 1: for her. We'll get to John Bolton and Moore right
- 32:15Speaker 1: after the news here on seven to ten wor the.
- 32:20Speaker 14: Mark Simon Show on seven tenor.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Hey, it's Friday. That's the good news. We got a
- 32:29Speaker 1: lot to get to this hour. The Mayor Old Debate,
- 32:31Speaker 1: No Kings, Zolenski and Latitia James and John Bolton. And
- 32:38Speaker 1: if you can't listen to the show live, you know
- 32:40Speaker 1: you can listen to the podcast. If for some reason
- 32:42Speaker 1: you can't listen ten to noon. Anyplace you get your podcast,
- 32:45Speaker 1: you'll find the podcast of this show. And by the way,
- 32:47Speaker 1: on the weekends there's a bonus segment that's not on
- 32:52Speaker 1: the air. You'll get a whole extra bit of a
- 32:54Speaker 1: show on the weekends if you're a podcast listener. So
- 32:58Speaker 1: the Mayor All Race the debate was last night. It
- 33:01Speaker 1: was one hour on television and one hour after that
- 33:04Speaker 1: just streaming YouTube and all of that. It was a
- 33:08Speaker 1: little too long. Got the point after the first hour
- 33:12Speaker 1: and into the second hour. Imagine a lot of people
- 33:14Speaker 1: tuning out. It was just too long. Curtis won the debate.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I don't know if people noticed that. That's the only problem.
- 33:21Speaker 1: It was Channel four running the debate, which is always
- 33:24Speaker 1: not good. They kept trying to bury Curtis, They kept
- 33:28Speaker 1: trying to hide him. They kept going to Cuomo and
- 33:30Speaker 1: Mam Donni more and more and more and more and less.
- 33:32Speaker 1: Curtis even pointing that out to the moderators at one
- 33:35Speaker 1: point he was great in the debate. The problem is,
- 33:38Speaker 1: does anybody notice that he won? Does it get seen
- 33:42Speaker 1: by enough people? There was no big knockout punch, That's
- 33:46Speaker 1: the problem. Moderators wouldn't even allow a space for that
- 33:50Speaker 1: to happen. Mam Donnie, if you were, I imagine he
- 33:55Speaker 1: lost some votes last night for one reason. He just
- 33:57Speaker 1: looked a little uh. Donnie. Of the primaries was much
- 34:01Speaker 1: faster and more on target this mom Donnie was being
- 34:07Speaker 1: very careful, hedging a lot of his stuff and watering
- 34:11Speaker 1: down a lot of his points and trying to stay
- 34:14Speaker 1: neutral on a lot of things. So it wasn't the same, Mom, Donnie.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Cuomo was talking in that voice that he talks in,
- 34:23Speaker 1: that slow talk where he goes up and down and
- 34:26Speaker 1: he goes into that sing song when he talks. So
- 34:29Speaker 1: it wasn't effective. And he is we're talking about last night.
- 34:32Speaker 1: He got way too skinny. I don't know what it
- 34:34Speaker 1: is with the Ozambic, but he lost all his bulk.
- 34:38Speaker 1: You know, you need to look a little a little
- 34:41Speaker 1: more manly to be to do Cuomo's act. He just
- 34:43Speaker 1: looks too scrawny. Now, Curtis was great. He did it
- 34:48Speaker 1: without the beret on. Here's a bit of Curtis last night.
- 34:51Speaker 1: You know, he kept trying to hit Curtis with the
- 34:54Speaker 1: Trump stuff. He's the only guy on the stage that's
- 34:58Speaker 1: absolutely nothing to do with Trump. Mam Donnie, uh Trump.
- 35:03Speaker 1: That's a big war and Cuomo and Trump. Trump has
- 35:06Speaker 1: been backing Cuomo. Trump has been on the phone trying
- 35:09Speaker 1: to get help Cuomo, trying to get Curtis. So Cuomo
- 35:14Speaker 1: a deep Trump connection. Curtis is the only one with
- 35:17Speaker 1: nothing to do with Trump. He's had no relationship with Trump,
- 35:20Speaker 1: no interest in Trump, vice versa. They don't really have much.
- 35:24Speaker 1: They have never had anything to do with each other.
- 35:26Speaker 1: They've never liked that and each other. Now, this could
- 35:28Speaker 1: be a help to Curtis that he has no Trump
- 35:31Speaker 1: connection at all.
- 35:32Speaker 4: Well, here's high levels of testoster and in this room.
- 35:35Speaker 4: I've had a love hate relationship with Donald Trump that
- 35:38Speaker 4: goes back over thirty years. But I know one thing.
- 35:42Speaker 4: We have Andrew Cuomo, we have John Mondami. They want
- 35:45Speaker 4: to take on Donald Trump. Look, you can be tough,
- 35:50Speaker 4: but you can't be tough if it's going to cost
- 35:52Speaker 4: people desperately needed federal funds. John Mondomie, the president has
- 35:56Speaker 4: already said it's going to take seven billion dollars out
- 35:59Speaker 4: of the budget right from the start, if you were
- 36:01Speaker 4: elected mayor Yeah.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Now, a couple of times he called them Zorhan or something,
- 36:05Speaker 1: and I'm Donny quickly said it's Zoran. Anytime you get
- 36:10Speaker 1: into that name correcting business, you're gonna you're not doing well.
- 36:13Speaker 1: I mean, Kamala, Kama, Kamala, whatever the hell her name is.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Remember she kept doing that name correcting thing. Oh if
- 36:19Speaker 1: you're mispronounced my name. If you're going to be doing
- 36:21Speaker 1: that on the campaign trail, you got a problem. More
- 36:24Speaker 1: of Curtis.
- 36:24Speaker 4: President of the United States should have been applauded by you,
- 36:28Speaker 4: Jorhanmandami and you Andrew Como on the day that he
- 36:31Speaker 4: brought together that international coalition that met in Egypt, that
- 36:35Speaker 4: came from the Middle East and the Persian goal. I
- 36:37Speaker 4: certainly applauded him for bringing peace to Gaza and trying
- 36:42Speaker 4: to end the hostilities in the war between the Israelis
- 36:45Speaker 4: and Hamas, so they can be peace between the Israelis
- 36:49Speaker 4: and peace between the Palestinians. But you seem Zoron to
- 36:52Speaker 4: be incapable appraising our president and Aelwa you were incapable
- 36:58Speaker 4: of We have to give credits. He's brought peace to Gosh.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Now it's Channel four running the debate. They really stink
- 37:06Speaker 1: at running a debate, maybe deliberately. They have this thing
- 37:08Speaker 1: about thirty second answers, which is ridiculous. It's a debate.
- 37:12Speaker 1: It should be two minute answers, not thirty seconds. It's
- 37:15Speaker 1: not a game show. And hopefully President Trump watched the
- 37:19Speaker 1: debate last night. He's been backing Cuomo for the last
- 37:21Speaker 1: couple months. He's been a big Cuomo backer behind the scenes,
- 37:25Speaker 1: trying to get everybody out. So Cuomo can I hope
- 37:27Speaker 1: he watched it last night, so he realizes that Cuomo
- 37:31Speaker 1: talks funny in the debates and that he's not gonna
- 37:36Speaker 1: win when he talks like that. And I don't think
- 37:40Speaker 1: he realized, you know, I mean, the guy's a little busy,
- 37:42Speaker 1: he's president of the United States. I don't think he
- 37:44Speaker 1: was watching the primary debates. I think if he actually
- 37:46Speaker 1: watched Cuoma in a debate, he think twice about backing him.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Here's Cuomo last night.
- 37:53Speaker 5: The Assemblyman will not announce from us.
- 37:55Speaker 2: The Assemblyman will not announce as San Piker who said
- 38:00Speaker 2: deserved nine to eleven. The Assemblyman just said in his response, well,
- 38:04Speaker 2: it depends on occupation. That is code meaning that the
- 38:10Speaker 2: Israel does not have a right to exist as a
- 38:13Speaker 2: Jewish state, which he has never acknowledged.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Yeah, you know the funny thing in this race, Curtis
- 38:19Speaker 1: is the only New York City candidate. Mam Donnie just
- 38:23Speaker 1: got to this country a few years ago. He just
- 38:24Speaker 1: became a citizen recently. He's not a New Yorker, and
- 38:28Speaker 1: Cuomo was born in New York, but he's lived his
- 38:31Speaker 1: entire adult life in the suburbs, not in New York City.
- 38:35Speaker 1: It's very unusual, very very unusual. You've had mayors from
- 38:40Speaker 1: out of ten. David Dinkins grew up in New Jersey.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Mikeel Bloomberg was from Massachusetts, but they lived their entire
- 38:47Speaker 1: adult lives in New York. Cuomo would be the first
- 38:50Speaker 1: governor not from New York City. His entire adult life
- 38:54Speaker 1: has been out there in the suburbs. He was more
- 38:57Speaker 1: of Cuomo last night.
- 38:58Speaker 2: He still won't announce globe Infada, which means kill old Jews.
- 39:03Speaker 5: Just say I denounce it. He won't do it.
- 39:06Speaker 2: That's the issue, and his divisiveness ronic.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Nope, you're talking. Got to stop you. That's the stupid
- 39:14Speaker 1: channel for these moderators. He's talking, stop them, stop them.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Police were a big issue. Of course.
- 39:19Speaker 5: He doesn't like the police.
- 39:21Speaker 2: That's why he won't hire more police when everyone else
- 39:24Speaker 2: says we need more police. He wants to use social
- 39:27Speaker 2: workers on domestic violence calls, which are very dangerous.
- 39:32Speaker 5: And he's told you what he thinks.
- 39:34Speaker 2: He thinks the police are racist, wicked, corrupt, and a
- 39:38Speaker 2: threat to public safety.
- 39:39Speaker 5: Those are his words.
- 39:41Speaker 1: That's a channel four matter. Stop talking, you can't know talking.
- 39:44Speaker 1: It's a debate. No talking. His mom Donnie on the police.
- 39:47Speaker 3: I'm proud to have a comprehensive plan to bring new
- 39:50Speaker 3: ideas to the city. If you want more of the same,
- 39:53Speaker 3: vote for Andrew Cuomo. If you want an actual approach
- 39:56Speaker 3: to lower crime, look at our Department of Community Safety.
- 39:59Speaker 3: That is something that has been hailed by experts as
- 40:01Speaker 3: addressing so many of the pieces of why New Yorkers
- 40:04Speaker 3: are not feeling safe today. We will ensure that no
- 40:07Speaker 3: longer are police officers asked to do the job of
- 40:09Speaker 3: both policing and responding to the mental health crisis.
- 40:12Speaker 1: All right, now, you got two guys who are not
- 40:14Speaker 1: good with cops. Mom. Donnie obviously hates cops. Cuomo was
- 40:17Speaker 1: terrible with the cops, took away their qualified immunity, changed
- 40:22Speaker 1: the parole board to let all the criminals out. He's
- 40:25Speaker 1: foremost left wing parole board, let out forty three cop killers.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Cuomo's the one of the close prisons, let the prisoners out.
- 40:33Speaker 1: He's the no bail, no jail. I mean, nobody did
- 40:35Speaker 1: more damage for policing than Cuomo. Curtis the best on
- 40:39Speaker 1: crime fighting.
- 40:40Speaker 4: What you have proposed with this new police outrage unit,
- 40:45Speaker 4: well in danger, women and children in domestic violent situations.
- 40:49Speaker 4: I know, I've been involved in so many of them
- 40:50Speaker 4: with the Guardian Angels.
- 40:52Speaker 1: They will be killed.
- 40:53Speaker 4: They will be made number two in dealing with emotionally
- 40:56Speaker 4: disturbed persons that I have dealt with for all my years.
- 41:00Speaker 1: And se Guardian Angels. You need trained professional.
- 41:04Speaker 4: Yes, she's gonna have mental health workers with thank you, miss,
- 41:06Speaker 4: But that has been suggested. It was the homeless out
- 41:11Speaker 4: and the guy you thought was the best to say,
- 41:12Speaker 4: what build the Blasio dish?
- 41:15Speaker 1: Isn't this Channel four? The Channel four moderators WNBC TV.
- 41:19Speaker 1: They're the absolute worst at a debate. As soon as
- 41:21Speaker 1: you're talking and making appoint mister Slee, we have to
- 41:24Speaker 1: move on. We have to get the climate change. Please
- 41:26Speaker 1: stop talking. You don't want anybody to talk anyway. Hey,
- 41:31Speaker 1: let's get to John Bolton. John Bolton has been indicted.
- 41:35Speaker 1: He's facing eight counts of this, ten counts of that.
- 41:37Speaker 1: He's going to have a real problem. It looks like
- 41:39Speaker 1: they've got him, absolutely got him on the classified documents.
- 41:43Speaker 1: I mean, there it is. And the guy you know,
- 41:45Speaker 1: it's one thing if you steal him in a box
- 41:48Speaker 1: or put him like Joe Biden in a box or
- 41:50Speaker 1: you put him under your arm and take them like
- 41:52Speaker 1: Joe Biden. But when you email them to yourself, there's
- 41:56Speaker 1: a record, there's a there's a record of you doing it.
- 41:59Speaker 1: There it is on the certain where they can see
- 42:00Speaker 1: you did it. So he's got a real problem. This
- 42:02Speaker 1: guy could get ten years in prison. Knowing President Trump,
- 42:06Speaker 1: he probably wouldn't send him a prison that probably commute
- 42:08Speaker 1: the sentence or something. But though he's gonna get convicted.
- 42:11Speaker 1: And as far as Bolton, now let this make one
- 42:13Speaker 1: thing clear, this is not lawfair. Media left wing, Oh
- 42:18Speaker 1: this is a lawfair. No lawfair is when you't get
- 42:20Speaker 1: indicted in four different cities at the same time. That's lawfair.
- 42:24Speaker 1: When you get Can you imagine look what Bolton's going through.
- 42:27Speaker 1: It's going to drain his finances. It's going to be
- 42:30Speaker 1: a nightmare. Look what Trump went through. They did it
- 42:33Speaker 1: to him in four cities at the same time. He's
- 42:35Speaker 1: in four different cities getting indicted in Atlanta and New
- 42:39Speaker 1: York and DC and Florida. It's absolutely ridiculous. Now, as
- 42:44Speaker 1: far as Bolton getting indicted and convicted for the classified documents,
- 42:49Speaker 1: as Joe Peschi said in Casino, this guy was just
- 42:52Speaker 1: begging if he made an example of when it was Trump,
- 42:56Speaker 1: who did not really have anything serious. You know it's
- 42:58Speaker 1: going to turn out Bolton had some serious classified documents. Trump,
- 43:02Speaker 1: you saw those hundreds and hundreds of boxes. No classified
- 43:05Speaker 1: documents were in those boxes. It turned out they did
- 43:07Speaker 1: find thirty five mildly nothing things. And the thirty five
- 43:13Speaker 1: if you put them in a folder, it's about one
- 43:15Speaker 1: inch thick. That's one inch of one box. Bolton had
- 43:19Speaker 1: lots of stuff and Bolton when it was Trump, Bolton
- 43:22Speaker 1: went all over the airwave saying, Trump with taking classified
- 43:25Speaker 1: documents is the most serious crime. You must be executed tonight.
- 43:30Speaker 1: You must kept going on and on about it's the
- 43:33Speaker 1: worst crime in the world. Let me see if I can
- 43:34Speaker 1: find Bolton saying that this.
- 43:36Speaker 12: Is a devastating indictment. I speak here as an alumnus
- 43:39Speaker 12: of the Justice Department myself, because not only is it powerful,
- 43:43Speaker 12: it's very narrowly tailored. They didn't throw everything up against
- 43:47Speaker 12: the wall to see what would stick. This really is
- 43:50Speaker 12: a rifle shot. And I think it should be the
- 43:54Speaker 12: end of Donald Trump's political career.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Well, yeah, no, he goes on and on. Bolton was
- 43:59Speaker 1: all over television taking classified documents the most serious crime
- 44:04Speaker 1: there is. So I'm sure does this real karma? Real karma?
- 44:10Speaker 1: And again, it's not lawfair, lawfair as you're getting died
- 44:12Speaker 1: in four cities at the same time for crimes that
- 44:15Speaker 1: nobody can even figure out. Oh hey, Trump meets with
- 44:18Speaker 1: Zelenski today, big White House meeting taking place today, and
- 44:23Speaker 1: then at five o'clock he leaves for mar A Lago.
- 44:26Speaker 1: This will be the first time he goes to mar
- 44:29Speaker 1: A Lago. It's I don't think I think it reopens
- 44:32Speaker 1: Halloween officially, but I guess he's going to get it
- 44:34Speaker 1: in shape. Halloween is a week away, right, I think
- 44:38Speaker 1: it's yeah, a week or two away. So it'll be
- 44:41Speaker 1: the first time he goes down there. Those women, those
- 44:46Speaker 1: Palm Beach women that all descend on mar Alago, the
- 44:49Speaker 1: ones that chase Trump around the ballroom going how are
- 44:52Speaker 1: you remember me? No, how are you you know? That
- 44:55Speaker 1: crowd He's going to see them again. Millennia will be
- 44:57Speaker 1: cringing at them. So that's a late today. Hey, tomorrow's
- 45:01Speaker 1: the No King's Rally. This is going to be all
- 45:05Speaker 1: over the place. There'll be a major, huge, one times square,
- 45:08Speaker 1: but they'll be all over the city, and they'll be
- 45:09Speaker 1: all over the suburbs. So wherever you are Connecticut, New Jersey,
- 45:14Speaker 1: Long Island, they're going to be all over the place,
- 45:16Speaker 1: these No Kings rallies, So steer clear of them. As
- 45:20Speaker 1: Mike Johnson says, they're actually the Hate America rallies. The
- 45:23Speaker 1: problem with the Democrats they've become so filled with rage
- 45:27Speaker 1: and hate, most of it at Donald Trump. But they're
- 45:29Speaker 1: so busy hating Trump, resisting Trump that they're no longer
- 45:35Speaker 1: talking about issues. They're no longer debating issues. There's no
- 45:38Speaker 1: issues involved with them anymore. It's just absolute raging hatred,
- 45:42Speaker 1: no Kings. Nobody knows what the hell that means or
- 45:44Speaker 1: what they're talking about. But that'll be all over the
- 45:46Speaker 1: place tomorrow, So watch out for those. Hey, Letitia James,
- 45:53Speaker 1: you know, the first property with her mortgage fraud case,
- 45:57Speaker 1: she's got her niece living there, is a fugitive who
- 46:02Speaker 1: jumped probation and ran. She absconded. She's a wanted felon.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Now the other house's got she's got her relative living there.
- 46:11Speaker 1: It's a family member. This one is another criminal Letitia
- 46:16Speaker 1: James crime family. This is her grandniece, Kayla Thompson Yerston,
- 46:22Speaker 1: who's an only fan star. If you take a look
- 46:25Speaker 1: at her pictures, you'll say, oh my god, she's an
- 46:27Speaker 1: onlyfan star. She's a public X rated social media presence.
- 46:32Speaker 1: But she's also another fugitive charged in April twenty twenty
- 46:37Speaker 1: four with lying about her felony criminal record when trying
- 46:41Speaker 1: to buy a gun. This is another member of Letitia
- 46:43Speaker 1: James family. She was disqualified from owning a firearm due
- 46:47Speaker 1: to a twenty twenty felony charge of malicious wounding in Virginia,
- 46:53Speaker 1: which is to find as a crime where a person shoots, stabs,
- 46:56Speaker 1: cuts her wounds any person intent to maim or disfigure,
- 47:01Speaker 1: or disable or kill. This is her other family. Maybe
- 47:04Speaker 1: what kind of hell kind of family is this? This
- 47:07Speaker 1: Leticia James unbelievable. Hey, the Al Smith dinner last night. Now,
- 47:11Speaker 1: it wasn't one of the big presidential years last year's
- 47:14Speaker 1: Al Smith dinner. He had President Trump there and all that,
- 47:16Speaker 1: But it's for a great cause for the Catholic Charities.
- 47:19Speaker 1: The Al Smith Dinner at the brand new reopened Waldorf Ballroom.
- 47:24Speaker 1: After eight years, they finally reopened the Waldorf. It looks
- 47:27Speaker 1: a lot well a lot the same, but a lot different.
- 47:30Speaker 1: They've reconfigured things. I think the ballroom looked better before.
- 47:33Speaker 1: It's all kind of silver. Now take a look my Instagram.
- 47:37Speaker 1: You can see some pictures big crowd last night, Robert
- 47:40Speaker 1: Kraft getting a big award, bon Jovi presenting it. But
- 47:43Speaker 1: I've got you can see the pictures on my Instagram.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Go to Mark Simone NYC at Instagram Mark Simone NYC
- 47:50Speaker 1: a Instagram. Hey, Barry Weiss, the new head of CBS News,
- 47:54Speaker 1: who's going to clean it up and make it fair
- 47:56Speaker 1: and balance. She was there last night. Everybody given her
- 47:59Speaker 1: a big round of applause. But hey, we'll take some calls. Next.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten is
- 48:06Speaker 1: the number. Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Get instant access to Mark by setting a freeset in
- 48:14Speaker 1: the iHeartRadio app for his live show his podcast.
- 48:18Speaker 5: Now back to the Mark Simone Show on wo R.
- 48:23Speaker 1: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Roger a
- 48:27Speaker 1: story of queens. Roger, how you doing.
- 48:31Speaker 6: Good?
- 48:31Speaker 7: How about you?
- 48:32Speaker 1: Let me check? Not bad? Not bad? What'd you want
- 48:35Speaker 1: to say, Roger?
- 48:36Speaker 7: That's good? Yeah, a little bit of good news by
- 48:40Speaker 7: one pole, Alice the phonic it looks like she's a point.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Yeah, no, wait, a poll, A poll, A poll wouldn't
- 48:50Speaker 1: mean anything. It's over a year away. Pole wouldn't mean
- 48:52Speaker 1: anything right now, but it's that's next year, a year
- 48:56Speaker 1: from now. We hope she wins. But let's go to
- 49:00Speaker 1: let's go to Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart, how you doing.
- 49:04Speaker 11: Hey, Mark kel You know, anytime you hear any politician
- 49:09Speaker 11: talking about sending social workers with greice off, you have
- 49:13Speaker 11: to know that they have no clue what in the
- 49:15Speaker 11: world they're talking about. Any master's call can go bad
- 49:19Speaker 11: in seconds, I mean turned deadly in seconds. That helster
- 49:23Speaker 11: has to worry about protecting the social worker and protecting
- 49:27Speaker 11: himself in the absolute nightmare. They have no clue what
- 49:31Speaker 11: they're doing, and any social worker would have is in
- 49:33Speaker 11: their minds to want to do that.
- 49:35Speaker 1: No, No, they don't want to do it. They don't
- 49:36Speaker 1: want any part of that. Good point, Stuart, That's another thing,
- 49:41Speaker 1: not only as the social worker in danger, but now
- 49:43Speaker 1: the cops got to protect one more person. So, as
- 49:47Speaker 1: Ray Kelly has pointed out, nobody knows more about the
- 49:50Speaker 1: NYPD than he does. Through the decades, They have tried
- 49:53Speaker 1: this out a number of times having social workers respond
- 49:56Speaker 1: to domestic violence. They have tried it out every possible
- 50:00Speaker 1: and it absolutely doesn't work. In fact, it's extremely dangerous
- 50:05Speaker 1: for the social worker, and none of them want to
- 50:08Speaker 1: do this stuff. Let's go to UH. Let's go to
- 50:11Speaker 1: Lou and Union, New Jersey. Lou, how you.
- 50:13Speaker 6: Doing, Yeah, Mark, did you know that you guy who
- 50:16Speaker 6: owns FedEx passed away? Oh?
- 50:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I knew the guy, Fred Smith? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 50:22Speaker 9: He had a two couple of hearts from the Vietnam
- 50:25Speaker 9: War and he was working about fifty billion.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Dollars that he had that much in his golf pants.
- 50:31Speaker 1: He read a lot of money. Now. He was a
- 50:33Speaker 1: wonderful guy. In fact, if you look at my Instagram,
- 50:35Speaker 1: there's a picture of us together from oh well, a
- 50:37Speaker 1: couple months ago. Yeah. Fred Smith a great guy. He
- 50:41Speaker 1: started FedEx, He dreamed up the whole thing, he built it.
- 50:44Speaker 1: He had something like eight hundred thousand employees. He was
- 50:48Speaker 1: running the most complex operation in the world. Let's go
- 50:51Speaker 1: to UH at Vincent and Brooklyn Vincent. What do you
- 50:54Speaker 1: think I saw it? Curt his did a very very
- 50:58Speaker 1: good job last night, I thought Mondami was an absolute
- 51:03Speaker 1: fool when he was talking about.
- 51:05Speaker 6: Oh, the poor prostitutes on Roosevelt Avenue. It would be
- 51:10Speaker 6: a double crime if we're going to prosecute people who
- 51:14Speaker 6: were just waring to make a living. Well, Hello, dude,
- 51:18Speaker 6: you're not talking about the fact that a lot of
- 51:21Speaker 6: these women are taking uber or lifts to get to
- 51:25Speaker 6: the point where they tricked. And not only that, you're
- 51:28Speaker 6: not talking about the fact that in this day and age,
- 51:31Speaker 6: these people could be spreading venereal diseases. Stewart from South
- 51:37Speaker 6: Carolina is one hundred percent correct, and Curtis pointed this
- 51:42Speaker 6: out about the danger you're imposing upon a social worker
- 51:48Speaker 6: that has to go out with the empire ripd. I
- 51:52Speaker 6: saw that in the fifties. They tried that in the fifties.
- 51:56Speaker 6: I remember there was a nut job throwing stuff out
- 52:00Speaker 6: the wind and a woman was out of a bird
- 52:02Speaker 6: and on a Sunday, two cops and two doctors came
- 52:07Speaker 6: from Bellevue to put this woman in a straight jacket.
- 52:12Speaker 6: And thank god, it was only a crazy woman who
- 52:15Speaker 6: didn't have access to a gun or something like that.
- 52:19Speaker 6: But still, it's right. They did away with that a
- 52:22Speaker 6: long time ago, and nobody Oh Mandami were citing as
- 52:28Speaker 6: paradigms of district attorneys Alvin Bragg and Roberto Gonzalez of Brooklyn,
- 52:35Speaker 6: who were not prosecuting prostitution cases. Usually these women who
- 52:42Speaker 6: were involved in that are also involved in the other things.
- 52:45Speaker 6: I better. If you looked in their bag, you're gonna
- 52:48Speaker 6: find drugs. You might even find guns, knives or whatever.
- 52:52Speaker 6: And what about the pimps who were controlling these women,
- 52:57Speaker 6: They're usually involved in other stuff. But this is the
- 53:01Speaker 6: answer we got from Mandami. Oh, Eric Adam, Album Brad
- 53:07Speaker 6: and Roberto Gonzalez says, it's a double crime to prosecute
- 53:12Speaker 6: these women. These women need job training, These women need
- 53:17Speaker 6: a night in lock up. That's what they need.
- 53:20Speaker 1: Well, sounds like they've had both. But Vincent, great call,
- 53:22Speaker 1: great point, Thanks for calling. I saw Eric Adams last
- 53:26Speaker 1: night at the Al Smith dinner. He looked he always
- 53:28Speaker 1: looks happy, but he looked much happier now, much much
- 53:31Speaker 1: happier to be totally out of this mess and not
- 53:34Speaker 1: have to be going through all of this right now. Hey,
- 53:37Speaker 1: when we come back, we'll talk to Ann Coulter. I hope,
- 53:40Speaker 1: I hope she knows. We switched to Friday but we'll
- 53:42Speaker 1: talk to her in a moment on seven to ten
- 53:45Speaker 1: wor from Mark.
- 53:47Speaker 11: Simon Show on seor.
- 53:52Speaker 1: Hey and Culter, the great columnist, the best selling author.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Make sure you follow her on Twitter, also even better
- 53:59Speaker 1: at substat course she's got her columns, he's got her interviews, podcasts, videos,
- 54:03Speaker 1: all sorts of stuff and Culter dot substack dot com
- 54:08Speaker 1: and Culter how you.
- 54:09Speaker 14: Doing have fantastic John Bolton's been indicted? How about them apples?
- 54:14Speaker 1: Yeah? Boy, he was all over Trump yelling and screaming
- 54:17Speaker 1: way back when that that was classified documents. You got
- 54:20Speaker 1: to be convicted. You should go to jail. You should
- 54:22Speaker 1: bet he'd like to get back all that video, wouldn't he?
- 54:26Speaker 14: Yes, I think he might also want to get back. Well,
- 54:30Speaker 14: Trump ought to want to get back even hiring Bolton,
- 54:33Speaker 14: I mean that was preposterous. It was one of the
- 54:35Speaker 14: most ridiculous things of term one. And Bolton is a
- 54:39Speaker 14: total neocon, wants to go to war every place all
- 54:42Speaker 14: the time. It was insane. It was completely contrary to Trump's.
- 54:46Speaker 1: Two thousands well, but he always explained the recently hired
- 54:49Speaker 1: him was because he was a warmonger and it was
- 54:51Speaker 1: just a scare of Ran scared everybody to see Bolton
- 54:53Speaker 1: in the room.
- 54:55Speaker 14: It didn't seem to really scare of them, but it
- 54:58Speaker 14: should have scared Trump in any event. The indictment, it's
- 55:02Speaker 14: very different, very different coverage on CNN and MSNBC, I
- 55:06Speaker 14: suppose because this prosecution was started under Joe Biden, and
- 55:11Speaker 14: prosecutors under Joe Biden described it as very troubling. And
- 55:16Speaker 14: oh my gosh, she does sound troubling, sending thousands of
- 55:20Speaker 14: classified documents to family members who do not have security clearances,
- 55:24Speaker 14: and then his email gets hacked by Iran. So well,
- 55:30Speaker 14: this if true, this sounds like quite a case.
- 55:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm confused, though. I thought the Democrats didn't like neokons.
- 55:39Speaker 1: This is the first Neo Kon they love, isn't it.
- 55:43Speaker 14: Uh, Basically, anyone who is against Trump they're going to like,
- 55:48Speaker 14: even if it is completely contrary to everything they've always
- 55:52Speaker 14: said and believed. I mean, you know, suddenly they love
- 55:57Speaker 14: human traffickers, and that's a little kind of an odd
- 56:01Speaker 14: position for them. They will not give up on how
- 56:04Speaker 14: much they love transing children despite its overwhelming unpopularity, and
- 56:12Speaker 14: in fact, you know, thanks to probably in part Trump
- 56:15Speaker 14: and the American public. Apparently these children trans operations and
- 56:21Speaker 14: transitions have plummeted in the last year, so that's good news.
- 56:26Speaker 14: We will someday look back on this period as something
- 56:32Speaker 14: probably you know, akin to Mengale, where the medical profession
- 56:36Speaker 14: just did something so hideously horrible, deforming and harming people,
- 56:41Speaker 14: and they did it for the money. I made a
- 56:43Speaker 14: lot of money on the transgender stuff.
- 56:46Speaker 1: Hey, and cult that this is everywhere all over America
- 56:49Speaker 1: tomorrow No Kings protest. What exactly is a No King's protest?
- 56:53Speaker 1: I'm not sure what they're protesting.
- 56:56Speaker 14: No, it doesn't make any sense, and it's a very
- 56:59Speaker 14: dumb name. I mean, I'd heard about it sort of
- 57:02Speaker 14: in the background. They did this once before. I mean
- 57:05Speaker 14: it sounds like, you know, six Kings Day. It doesn't
- 57:07Speaker 14: sound at all like usually Liberals are so good at
- 57:10Speaker 14: slogans and naming things. Boy, did they blow it here.
- 57:15Speaker 14: It makes no sense. It is not focused. No one
- 57:19Speaker 14: hears it and thinks, oh, that must refer to Trump,
- 57:22Speaker 14: which I gather, like everything else they ever do, that
- 57:25Speaker 14: they're meaning to refer to Trump.
- 57:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 57:29Speaker 1: No, it's the silliest thing in the world. What did
- 57:31Speaker 1: Mike Johnson call it? The Hate America rally tomorrow.
- 57:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 57:36Speaker 14: See, that's at least descriptive.
- 57:38Speaker 1: But is this the problem the Democrats have. They're so
- 57:41Speaker 1: busy resisting, hating go after Trump, they've forgot to debate
- 57:44Speaker 1: issues and they're just not doing that anymore.
- 57:47Speaker 14: Yes, And I will say one thing that I will
- 57:52Speaker 14: give Trump enormous credit for. We've talked about government shutdowns before.
- 57:58Speaker 14: I've lived through a lot of government downs in Washington,
- 58:01Speaker 14: and just as a political observer, I've never seen a
- 58:04Speaker 14: government shut down that doesn't within like five minutes start
- 58:07Speaker 14: hurting Republicans, or at least that's what the media claims.
- 58:10Speaker 14: Who knows, We've never tried to say, nope, we're not capitulating.
- 58:15Speaker 14: This is the first time I can remember Republicans not
- 58:17Speaker 14: immediately capitulating. And boy, doesn't seem to.
- 58:20Speaker 13: Have hurt them.
- 58:21Speaker 8: No.
- 58:22Speaker 1: In fact, you look at these rules. Congressmen and women
- 58:26Speaker 1: still get paid, but the staff doesn't get paid. How
- 58:29Speaker 1: did that happen?
- 58:35Speaker 14: Yeah, that's that's not so good. They that's a bipartisan issue,
- 58:40Speaker 14: is my guess. Except for a few very principled individuals
- 58:43Speaker 14: I would assume, like Thomas Massey and a few others,
- 58:47Speaker 14: you know, paying themselves is usually pretty bipartisan. But I
- 58:52Speaker 14: haven't checked, so maybe I shouldn't slan under my side
- 58:54Speaker 14: on that. But no, this is I mean, I think
- 58:57Speaker 14: a lot of us have been saying this for a
- 58:59Speaker 14: while that if you don't run scared from the media,
- 59:04Speaker 14: and if your position is correct, as it certainly is here,
- 59:08Speaker 14: Democrats shutting down the government so mostly so that illegals
- 59:12Speaker 14: can get you know, the subsidies and full health care. Well,
- 59:16Speaker 14: that's that's fantastic. I can't imagine how they think that's
- 59:20Speaker 14: going to be popular with Americans. And this was, as
- 59:25Speaker 14: John Fetterman, bless his heart, said yesterday, this was in
- 59:29Speaker 14: the original Democrat past bill, this sunset provision. You're acting
- 59:34Speaker 14: like Republicans have foisted this army. No, it's in the bill.
- 59:40Speaker 14: So you're shutting down the government for something you wrote
- 59:43Speaker 14: into law and most Americans don't want so great.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Ye Hey, CBS News, they've brought in Barry Weiss to
- 59:53Speaker 1: straighten out CBS News, make it more balanced, more fair.
- 59:56Speaker 1: You think that will actually work? Are we beginning a
- 59:59Speaker 1: new era of fair news?
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:00:03Speaker 14: My gosh, I hope.
- 1:00:04Speaker 12: So.
- 1:00:05Speaker 14: It seems it's always baffled me since I wrote slander
- 1:00:09Speaker 14: about how the media slanders Republicans, Willy nilly. I wondered
- 1:00:15Speaker 14: why it would be so so easy. You know, they
- 1:00:18Speaker 14: have these these fights for the ratings. It would be
- 1:00:20Speaker 14: so easy for some network to say, Okay, that's it,
- 1:00:23Speaker 14: we're going to be fair and start stealing voters or viewers.
- 1:00:28Speaker 14: Have you been totally crush? Look at Fox News. It's
- 1:00:31Speaker 14: not even that good, but it gives both sides. You
- 1:00:33Speaker 14: can hear things you won't hear on any other network.
- 1:00:36Speaker 14: About how about some other network try that?
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: Yeah, how about some website try it?
- 1:00:42Speaker 13: And the politics websites do.
- 1:00:44Speaker 14: I mean, this is why I'm a huge defender of
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: social media and I'm opposed to these ridiculous attacks on Oh,
- 1:00:50Speaker 14: get your children off their phones? No, no, social media
- 1:00:54Speaker 14: is the one place we can go to get the truth.
- 1:00:56Speaker 14: We certainly can't get it from TV news. We can't
- 1:00:58Speaker 14: get it from the major mainstream media. They have foisted
- 1:01:03Speaker 14: hoax after hoax after hoax. Honest, starting with with Dan
- 1:01:07Speaker 14: Rather and his claim about President George Bush shirking his
- 1:01:12Speaker 14: his his military service. Well, how is that exposed social media?
- 1:01:17Speaker 14: This is I see why liberals want to pretend oh,
- 1:01:20Speaker 14: this is so bad for you and impact the evidence
- 1:01:22Speaker 14: just by the way, I will be writing about this again,
- 1:01:24Speaker 14: but the evidence is quite to the contrary. These games
- 1:01:27Speaker 14: young men play. They are way better educational devices than
- 1:01:31Speaker 14: the public schools, way better.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: Well that's not hard. I mean, that's.
- 1:01:35Speaker 14: Pretty fair point.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Hey. You know, when you're talking about the things that
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: are slanted, Okay, expected CBS, ABC, but something like Politico,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: you wouldn't expect it to be so biased and so slanted.
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: What where do you go for a non partisan website?
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Is there such a thing?
- 1:01:56Speaker 14: Yeah, that's funny you say that. I was just noticing that. Well,
- 1:01:59Speaker 14: of course you can come to and called their dot
- 1:02:01Speaker 14: subsac dot com, Real clear Politics, Bright bart h Daily Caller.
- 1:02:09Speaker 14: And now we have the American version of the UK Spectator,
- 1:02:13Speaker 14: which is spectacular and appears in magazine form. You know,
- 1:02:16Speaker 14: see many magazines are very slick, attractive magazine they're really smart,
- 1:02:20Speaker 14: great writers. And the Twitter Twitter.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: Of course Twitter?
- 1:02:24Speaker 14: What am I? How can I be forgetting about that?
- 1:02:27Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 1:02:28Speaker 14: Because you have the entire world searching for articles that
- 1:02:32Speaker 14: may have been of interest to you. You find which
- 1:02:34Speaker 14: people to follow, who posts real articles that turn out
- 1:02:37Speaker 14: to be true and who posts, you know, nonsense conspiracy theory.
- 1:02:41Speaker 14: So I mean, if you want to keep up with
- 1:02:43Speaker 14: the conspiracy theories, go ahead and follow them. But if
- 1:02:45Speaker 14: you don't, don't follow them. Twitter. I mean Twitter has
- 1:02:49Speaker 14: everything and has it immediately.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's still the best place for uh, if you
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: want like instant reaction coverage whatever. Twitter is still the
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: best place. And what's that one? The liberals all use
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: what's it called blue Sky or something.
- 1:03:02Speaker 14: I've heard of it, but mostly as a punchline. I mean,
- 1:03:05Speaker 14: this is such a sissy thing for liberals to do.
- 1:03:09Speaker 14: The original Twitter was so great back before they had
- 1:03:14Speaker 14: all these controls and shadow bands in because because you
- 1:03:18Speaker 14: could it was liberals and conservatives. Are you a talking
- 1:03:21Speaker 14: to one another? You can tweak a New York Times reporter?
- 1:03:24Speaker 14: Why are they so afraid of debate, even online where
- 1:03:28Speaker 14: they have time to think about what they're saying and
- 1:03:31Speaker 14: if they're they're you know, really triggered by by jokes
- 1:03:35Speaker 14: being told by by right wingers. Okay, don't follow those
- 1:03:38Speaker 14: right wingers. I've never understood why there should be any
- 1:03:42Speaker 14: censorship on Twitter if you don't like what someone's saying,
- 1:03:45Speaker 14: if it's really that scaredy to you to see another
- 1:03:48Speaker 14: point of view, don't follow that person and it won't
- 1:03:51Speaker 14: show up in your feet.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: Good point. Well, we're out of time, but everybody follow
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: and Culture on Twitter. Great stuff there, even better as substats.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: He's got column and videos and podcasts and all sorts
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: of stuff. Go to Andculture dot substack dot com and
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Culter dot substack dot com and culter. Thanks for being
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: with us.
- 1:04:11Speaker 14: Good to talk you, Mark Simone byye, take care.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Hey, don't forget Buck and Clay coming up at noon today.
- 1:04:17Speaker 11: Hey.

- 1:04:23Speaker 1: podcast wherever you get podcasts. And if you're listening to
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: the podcast on the weekends, you get a bonus segment.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: It's like a whole other show there that isn't on
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: the air, so you can hear that too, But this
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: show the bonus segment. Wherever you get podcasts or otherwise.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Live every day ten to noon, seven ten wor.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Mark Simoney is back on seventeen.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: War Well John Bolton indicted. He has just surrendered himself
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: a little earlier this morning, not long ago. He has
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: pled non not guilty. I don't know how he's gonna
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: get away with that. It looks looks pretty guilty to me.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: They got him on a lot of stuff. Here's President Trump.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: I didn't know that. You told me for the first time.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: But I think he's a bad person. I think he's
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: a bad guy. Yeah, he's a bad guy, too bad.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: But that's two way it goes.
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: That's the way it goes, right.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Yeah, but again, he was just begging to be made
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: an example of when Trump, when they accused him of
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: taking classified documents, Bolton was yelling and screaming against the
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: crime of the century, the worst thing in the world.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: And by the way, this case against Bolton was started
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: by Joe Biden. It started under the Biden justice system.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: And this is not lawfair. Lawfair is when you get
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: indicted in four different cities at the same time. You're
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: on trial in four places all at once. So we'll
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: see what happens. Hey, we're out of time. I'll be
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: back on Monday. Remember, if you listen to the podcast,
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: there's a bonus segment tonight and over the weekend, so
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: you'll get an extra segment just for you. Podcast listeners. Otherwise,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: I'll see him day right here ten to noon seven
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: ten woo
