- 0:00Speaker 1: Second date update out of Manchester this morning, we have
- 0:02Speaker 1: got Travis on the line.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Good morning, Travis, Hey, good morning.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Oh welcome to the show. I hope we can help
- 0:07Speaker 1: you out and get some answers. But you got to
- 0:09Speaker 1: tell us how was this great first date? Her name
- 0:11Speaker 1: is Mackenzie.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it was amazing. I thought we went.
- 0:17Speaker 2: I met her on social media and we went out
- 0:20Speaker 2: to dinner. We had great conversation and I really thought
- 0:24Speaker 2: she liked me. I walked into a car after It
- 0:28Speaker 2: was like out of a movie. It was like so romantic.
- 0:30Speaker 2: I even like kissed her good night.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Oh all right, there we go nice okay, But.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Then like you know, and I even texted at nights
- 0:40Speaker 2: and it was amazing. And then she responded back and
- 0:43Speaker 2: said it was a great date. But then like I
- 0:46Speaker 2: didn't hear for her for like a few days, so
- 0:48Speaker 2: I kept reaching out to her, and none of my
- 0:50Speaker 2: text messages she's read. So I don't even know what
- 0:54Speaker 2: I did and why she goes to me like it's
- 0:56Speaker 2: the weirdest thing because it was like amazing the date.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Right, Well, let's let's get the obvious question out of
- 1:01Speaker 3: the way. Did you get a little too aggressive slash
- 1:04Speaker 3: Hansy with the kiss.
- 1:06Speaker 2: No, no, it was like I mean, it was on
- 1:08Speaker 2: the lips, but like it was very I was a gentleman.
- 1:11Speaker 2: It wasn't like sloppy like I wasn't, you know, first
- 1:15Speaker 2: day kiss before she got in a car.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I mean we have had the last couple second date updates,
- 1:20Speaker 1: we've had bad kissers involved, yeah, and wizard tongues and
- 1:24Speaker 1: stuff like that. You weren't too aggressive with the old tongue.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I mean, I don't think so. I don't I give
- 1:30Speaker 2: her half a tongue. I mean, it wasn't like it
- 1:31Speaker 2: wasn't like I don't know it was.
- 1:33Speaker 3: It was nice.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Yeah, No, I got you.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I got I think there's other things.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Going on, okay, I you know what I don't. I
- 1:41Speaker 1: don't know if it's your kiss or not, but I
- 1:42Speaker 1: think we need to find out. We're going to get
- 1:44Speaker 1: you some answers. Are you ready, Travis?
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah? I am? Yeah?
- 1:51Speaker 4: Hi?
- 1:53Speaker 2: Hi?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Is this Mackenzie?
- 1:56Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:56Speaker 2: Hi?
- 1:57Speaker 1: Hey, Hey Mackenzie, it's Courtney Mackenzie.
- 2:00Speaker 2: It's Walmart Jeff.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Hey, McKenzie, it's Savannah.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I gotta tell you we're calling from Kiss ninety five
- 2:04Speaker 1: to seven. You're on the radio this morning.
- 2:06Speaker 2: McKenzie, Oh, hi, I guess.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Why what's going on?
- 2:15Speaker 1: You're on second date? Update? We got a phone call
- 2:17Speaker 1: from Travis. He said, you guys went on a great date,
- 2:20Speaker 1: went out to dinner and great conversation. The date ended,
- 2:24Speaker 1: he thought, with a great kiss. But you're now ghosting
- 2:27Speaker 1: him and he's concerned.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, Well, Walmart.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Jeff thinks it's because he's a bad kisser. Is that
- 2:33Speaker 1: the reason you're ghosting him? He can't kiss?
- 2:36Speaker 2: No, it's not that at all.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Gosh, he's actually such a great guy. It was one
- 2:43Speaker 4: of the best dates I've ever been on.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, so best date you've ever been on.
- 2:49Speaker 1: A great guy, he's not a bad kisser. But why
- 2:53Speaker 1: are you not responding to his text messages?
- 3:00Speaker 4: Complicated? I live with my parents, okay, and that's okay.
- 3:07Speaker 4: My parents found my dates on Instagram and they've just
- 3:13Speaker 4: forbidden me to see him because he's covered in tattoos
- 3:17Speaker 4: and he poses shirtless online.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Oh okay, So what you're telling me, Mackenzie is that
- 3:24Speaker 1: your parents always search for your dates on social media
- 3:28Speaker 1: just to scope them out, and they found Travis on
- 3:30Speaker 1: social media and they don't like him because he has tattoos. Yeah,
- 3:35Speaker 1: they don't want you to date them, So you're gonna
- 3:37Speaker 1: listen to your parents.
- 3:39Speaker 4: I respect my parents, and for the time being, is
- 3:43Speaker 4: just I can't.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I got to bring Travis in. He's listening, and Travis,
- 3:47Speaker 1: are you hearing this?
- 3:48Speaker 2: Yeah? So I'm confused. So your parents are prejudging me
- 3:52Speaker 2: because I have tattoos on my body, Like that's what
- 3:56Speaker 2: I mean. Every tattoo has a meaning, they mean something
- 3:58Speaker 2: the committee very personally.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I get it.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I can't believe it. I know, you know, judge me.
- 4:04Speaker 4: I know, I'm not against you. It's it's really just
- 4:08Speaker 4: how they feel. Like I agree with you, I love
- 4:11Speaker 4: your tattoos. It's just how they feel.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Okay, I know, I know, but you know, it's not
- 4:16Speaker 2: even knowing who I am as a person. It's so offensive,
- 4:19Speaker 2: like just judging me by like you know, well hold
- 4:23Speaker 2: on my parents. Like it's just that's tough.
- 4:27Speaker 3: In Mackenzie's defense, like sometimes when you have like a
- 4:30Speaker 3: really intense family, like I have an intense family, opinions
- 4:33Speaker 3: are hard, and you know it's like, for example, if
- 4:36Speaker 3: my parents didn't like my husband, my life would be hell.
- 4:40Speaker 3: But I'm so grateful that they all get along great.
- 4:44Speaker 4: I completely agree that, like I, it shouldn't be a
- 4:49Speaker 4: deal breaker, but just for right now, I need to
- 4:51Speaker 4: respect my parents. I still live with them, but I
- 4:54Speaker 4: am planning on moving out though, So once I do that,
- 4:58Speaker 4: like I am so ready for another date. Is the
- 5:01Speaker 4: timing is not right right now?
- 5:03Speaker 1: Oh my god, Travis, are you willing to wait for
- 5:06Speaker 1: her to move out or at least if you're still
- 5:07Speaker 1: available once she moves out, going another date?
- 5:11Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, something we definitely talk about. I mean,
- 5:13Speaker 2: I'm so sended by your parents pre judging, but you know,
- 5:16Speaker 2: the parents are parents, so yeah, I mean definitely if
- 5:19Speaker 2: she moves out and I'm so single, you know, yeah,
- 5:23Speaker 2: I got it.
- 5:24Speaker 1: All right, let's can we do this. I need you
- 5:27Speaker 1: to keep me posted on everything, because once Mackenzie you
- 5:31Speaker 1: move out and you're ready to go on that date,
- 5:33Speaker 1: I want you guys to contact me Travis or Mackenzie
- 5:36Speaker 1: and let me know we'll pay for that date.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, Well, thank you.
- 5:40Speaker 4: I appreciate that. Well.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I appreciate you guys being so open and honest, and
- 5:44Speaker 1: I really hope down the line this works out for you. Guys,
- 5:46Speaker 1: because I think you both said you had the date
- 5:49Speaker 1: was the best ever.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Yeah, he's great, totally, it was. It was a lot
- 5:53Speaker 2: of fun.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Yeah. I really want to see him again.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Okay, well listen, we're gonna make this happen, and you
- 5:57Speaker 1: guys are going to keep us posted. Thank you guys
- 5:59Speaker 1: so much for being on second Date update.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you.
