- 2:14Speaker 6: So what a day. Welcome back.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Yeah, so happy to be back with you guys. I
- 2:20Speaker 1: mean back, I was like fucking crazy, long ass break.
- 2:24Speaker 1: My one main question I have to ask is Francis,
- 2:27Speaker 1: are you okay?
- 2:29Speaker 6: You know, I'm kind of uh, just I don't know.
- 2:34Speaker 6: I'm I'm I feel very weird, really weird.
- 2:37Speaker 5: Francis texts me like the I I think you guys
- 2:40Speaker 5: have a warped idea of what time I go to bed.
- 2:43Speaker 5: You texted me at like four thirty, and we're like,
- 2:46Speaker 5: are you up? No? Why would I be up? Why
- 2:51Speaker 5: would I ever.
- 2:52Speaker 6: Be There's anyone I know in my world who would
- 2:55Speaker 6: be up at that time. It's you, yeah, or maybe
- 2:58Speaker 6: him with his kids.
- 2:59Speaker 5: I think they're There's more of a chance that Roan's
- 3:01Speaker 5: waking up than me's still being away.
- 3:04Speaker 6: We've had You've had plenty of nights where you were like, oh.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Shoot nine, I haven't pulled a I haven't been up
- 3:09Speaker 5: since that in that late, that late since probably in
- 3:12Speaker 5: like two or three years.
- 3:15Speaker 1: That's not that is not true.
- 3:17Speaker 5: I don't have it. I mean I don't have it.
- 3:18Speaker 1: That's not two or three years one.
- 3:20Speaker 5: Now I start just shutting.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Someone could pull the tape set where you talked about it,
- 3:24Speaker 1: where you.
- 3:24Speaker 6: Like watch the sun come up, when you said that
- 3:27Speaker 6: you wear that shirt all the time and you'd never
- 3:30Speaker 6: want it. What the brand new shirt. No, the one
- 3:32Speaker 6: that had that was made of corn husk.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Oh yeah yeah yeah, no that is still shirt. No,
- 3:38Speaker 5: I have that shirt. Still great shirt ll bean my favorite.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Actually know it's old Navy. I don't like the Younger
- 3:44Speaker 5: brother brand.
- 3:45Speaker 1: But I feel like we have a childlike understanding of
- 3:48Speaker 1: what like Sassin's sleep schedule is.
- 3:51Speaker 5: Yeah, like I go to bed at like you know,
- 3:54Speaker 5: like like I usually cap out it too, like a
- 3:57Speaker 5: sleep by two.
- 4:00Speaker 6: Four thirty.
- 4:01Speaker 5: If I'm up at four thirty, I'm in panic mode.
- 4:04Speaker 5: I'm like, what is I gotta go to bed? What
- 4:07Speaker 5: is happening?
- 4:07Speaker 6: Did you guys see that viral clip of that college
- 4:11Speaker 6: girl whose friend woke her up and she comes to
- 4:16Speaker 6: the door and she's very her got bed head and
- 4:18Speaker 6: she's just woken up and it's dark and she goes,
- 4:22Speaker 6: what time is it? She got the girl? Girl goes
- 4:24Speaker 6: it's five thirty. She goes at night and the girl
- 4:28Speaker 6: goes yeah, and she goes, did the day happen?
- 4:31Speaker 5: No?
- 4:32Speaker 6: She goes yeah, and she goes, are you dead ass?
- 4:36Speaker 5: And the girl goes yeah, and she goes she goes,
- 4:39Speaker 5: what'd you do? Bro?
- 4:42Speaker 6: I watched this twenty times?
- 4:44Speaker 5: Yeah, this girl killed me?
- 4:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:46Speaker 5: I mean, that's like the worst healing. I don't think
- 4:48Speaker 5: I've ever had a full like sleep till five thirty. No,
- 4:52Speaker 5: but I've woken up at like two and been like,
- 4:55Speaker 5: you're like sick to your stomach. You're like, I'm a
- 4:58Speaker 5: piece of shit.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Yeah, like you got robbed of some of your life. Yeah.
- 5:04Speaker 6: The only way to make up for it is to
- 5:05Speaker 6: stay up super late that night waking out.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Yeah, and then you're Tyler Dirden.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Yeah, that's how a cycle.
- 5:13Speaker 1: So what have you been doing since one thirty when you.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Bro I don't even want to talk about it? Well
- 5:18Speaker 6: I do, but I mean, here's the thing I tried.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Of course.
- 5:23Speaker 5: It's also funny to keep in mind France has called
- 5:24Speaker 5: me like three days ago and he was like, yeah,
- 5:27Speaker 5: pretty much beat the jet lag, having no problems with that,
- 5:30Speaker 5: all right.
- 5:30Speaker 6: So I flew home and the first I got home
- 5:33Speaker 6: at I landed at JFK eight pm on January first,
- 5:39Speaker 6: and I went home and I went to bed at
- 5:42Speaker 6: ten thirty. And I had slept like so much on
- 5:45Speaker 6: the two massive flights I had. And I woke up
- 5:48Speaker 6: at seven am. First night home ten thirty Eastern time
- 5:53Speaker 6: PM to seven am, and I was like, whoa, I'm good. Yeah,
- 5:58Speaker 6: holy shit. I thought this was gonna be a tough readjustment.
- 6:02Speaker 6: That night, I went to bed at eleven and I
- 6:05Speaker 6: woke up at twelve thirty pm an hour and a
- 6:09Speaker 6: half later.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Yeah, that's not good.
- 6:10Speaker 6: And that has happened for the last four nights, four
- 6:15Speaker 6: nights in a row, I have power napped from bedtime
- 6:20Speaker 6: until just into the next day. Yeah what, And then
- 6:24Speaker 6: I am awake. I am so awake. I am I am.
- 6:30Speaker 6: I could conduct driving tests, I could land a plane.
- 6:36Speaker 6: I could learn things complicated things. I could assemble legos,
- 6:42Speaker 6: I could build a home. There's so much that I
- 6:45Speaker 6: could get done. I've never felt as alert as I
- 6:50Speaker 6: have from twelve thirty until six in the morning these
- 6:54Speaker 6: last week.
- 6:55Speaker 1: When are you getting tired though? Like, are you getting
- 6:57Speaker 1: tired at life six pm? Could you just concout? Then?
- 7:01Speaker 6: Well? No, I don't know what's going on.
- 7:07Speaker 5: It sounds like you might just not need eight hours anymore.
- 7:10Speaker 6: I'm like, I feel physically sick, I feel snauseous, and
- 7:15Speaker 6: there's a dull, throbbing pain behind my left eyebrow.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Did that have to do with the hair transplant?
- 7:24Speaker 6: No, they didn't take care from my eyebrows. You never know, Yeah,
- 7:29Speaker 6: you do away.
- 7:32Speaker 1: They repopulated the eyebrows, so.
- 7:36Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, I think the way it's been happening
- 7:39Speaker 6: is I end up struggling so hard and I finally
- 7:43Speaker 6: do get back to sleep from like five am, and
- 7:47Speaker 6: the first day I slept till eleven am, from five
- 7:49Speaker 6: am to eleven and then I whatever, hello, oh.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Hey, are you doing anything to try to fall a sleight?
- 8:12Speaker 5: Like are you taking because I'm when I can't sleep
- 8:15Speaker 5: like that, Like, I'll give it like two.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Hours everything he's taking.
- 8:21Speaker 6: I'm you just got to take the cocktail every night.
- 8:23Speaker 6: I take a different things start mixing. No, yes, that's
- 8:29Speaker 6: do you know what I've taken.
- 8:30Speaker 5: It doesn't matter.
- 8:31Speaker 6: I have named it on this post.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I forgot all the vans them.
- 8:36Speaker 6: I took. I took melatonin, magnesium out of van, out
- 8:41Speaker 6: of van, worked on the plane OUTA n knocked me
- 8:44Speaker 6: the fuck You've built a tolerance. No, I haven't.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Sounds like you're building.
- 8:49Speaker 1: During the daytime. Yeah, that's probably what's happening.
- 8:53Speaker 5: You're waking up sweating and shaking. At one point thirty
- 8:56Speaker 5: looking looking at the bottom of a pill bottle.
- 8:58Speaker 6: I haven't slept that. I've also, I've also I've been
- 9:07Speaker 6: forcing myself to wake up earlier. So I slept from
- 9:10Speaker 6: like six am till nine am and dragged myself out
- 9:13Speaker 6: of a fucking coma. Yeah, and then had just held
- 9:17Speaker 6: on for the rest of the day. Went to bed
- 9:18Speaker 6: at ten thirty, and I was like, I've slept so little,
- 9:20Speaker 6: surely I'll make it through the night. Yeah, woke up
- 9:23Speaker 6: at twelve thirty.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Well, you came back early from your trip. What have
- 9:26Speaker 1: you been busying yourself with during the daytime? Is there
- 9:29Speaker 1: anything like strenuous workouts? I feel like, are your bread
- 9:32Speaker 1: and butter?
- 9:33Speaker 6: Yeah, listen, I have so much to share with you guys,
- 9:36Speaker 6: but I have no idea how to organize my thoughts
- 9:39Speaker 6: right now. So you're just gonna have to guide whatever
- 9:42Speaker 6: you want to hear, and I'll try to answer it quickly.
- 9:46Speaker 1: So daytime routine since you've been back.
- 9:50Speaker 6: I've been I've been working on the book and editing it,
- 9:56Speaker 6: and then I work out. I do work out, and
- 10:01Speaker 6: then I've been cooking a lot healthy. I need to
- 10:05Speaker 6: get outside a little more. Yesterday I did not exit,
- 10:08Speaker 6: I didn't touch fresh No, they say that that's big
- 10:11Speaker 6: for jet lag. I've heard yeah, I need you need sunlight.
- 10:16Speaker 5: That makes sense. I've heard that exercising is the biggest
- 10:18Speaker 5: helper for jet lag.
- 10:20Speaker 6: They say that seeing the sunlight tells your body it's daytime,
- 10:24Speaker 6: not nighttime. Don't get sleepy, don't go to bed.
- 10:27Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, I think the jet lag is honestly
- 10:30Speaker 5: just impossible to beat, especially if you're coming off of
- 10:32Speaker 5: a two week trip.
- 10:33Speaker 6: The problem is it's not it's not changing. I'm not
- 10:36Speaker 6: shifting it now. It's the it's it's rock solid.
- 10:40Speaker 5: No, this is just it. Now, this is it until
- 10:43Speaker 5: you got to go back.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And to move there.
- 10:47Speaker 6: Bro, It's so bad and so fucked up. Every fucking
- 10:51Speaker 6: night I wake up and I am praying as I
- 10:56Speaker 6: reach for my fucking.
- 10:58Speaker 5: Watch that it's gonna be like that.
- 10:59Speaker 6: It's gonna be like four Yeah, and it's twelve thirty.
- 11:05Speaker 6: I'm like, SaaS isn't gonna be asleep for three hours?
- 11:10Speaker 5: I mean, I think you gotta start going allie melotonein
- 11:13Speaker 5: that shit'll push you out.
- 11:15Speaker 6: What's that like?
- 11:16Speaker 5: So the soda pop ollipop no different spelling of O
- 11:21Speaker 5: L y. They make like gummy vitamins. And ship. Got it,
- 11:24Speaker 5: They're they're melatonin. Like, Well, you'll wake up in the
- 11:27Speaker 5: morning scared. It'll be like, I don't even know what happened.
- 11:30Speaker 5: I am scared that you'll be more scared of deep fear. Yeah,
- 11:34Speaker 5: in my life, it'll be like you'll have full storylines
- 11:38Speaker 5: that you're like that never happens. What do I mean,
- 11:40Speaker 5: because the dreams are so vivid.
- 11:42Speaker 7: H oh.
- 11:43Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 11:44Speaker 5: I had like a dramatic like flushing them down the
- 11:47Speaker 5: toilet moment in college where I was like, get these
- 11:50Speaker 5: things out of gumouse. Yeah, oh my god, because I
- 11:54Speaker 5: couldn't sleep well. I just got in the habit of
- 11:56Speaker 5: taking them every night.
- 11:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 11:58Speaker 1: That that sucks up your your glance, sucks up everything. Yeah,
- 12:02Speaker 1: that'll fuck up your brain the pineal glands. That'll destroy
- 12:05Speaker 1: it if you take that ship too much, which is
- 12:07Speaker 1: why you might have to go all natural, maybe get
- 12:09Speaker 1: like a blue collar job or something where you.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Work just for a week.
- 12:14Speaker 6: I'm not I'm not trying to fuck up my pine
- 12:16Speaker 6: needle gland. I'm really look I said it in the
- 12:22Speaker 6: thing I threw up there on the Instagram. But oh man,
- 12:27Speaker 6: I knew I wasn't going to remember what I was
- 12:29Speaker 6: trying to say, keep going, you were, you were on
- 12:31Speaker 6: a roll.
- 12:31Speaker 5: I don't know if I have anything else he.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Was saying he was pouring grease down his drain in
- 12:36Speaker 1: college or whatever.
- 12:38Speaker 6: Oh, I know what it was. The hours that I'm
- 12:43Speaker 6: awake are really scary.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Scary, Like, how so, dude, you're you're awake?
- 12:51Speaker 6: I was when I was in New Zealand. Uh, you know,
- 12:55Speaker 6: I knew that people were sleeping back home, but it
- 12:58Speaker 6: was like the middle of my day or my app afternoon,
- 13:00Speaker 6: and there was some loneliness and distance there. Yeah, but
- 13:04Speaker 6: you could be active when you're just asleep. When you're awake,
- 13:10Speaker 6: when everyone else you know, is asleep in your time
- 13:14Speaker 6: zone and you have hours, yeah, to fucking kill, it
- 13:19Speaker 6: gets spooky.
- 13:20Speaker 5: Oh. I think that's like my favorite time. Yeah, to exist.
- 13:24Speaker 5: I feel like I'm yeah, like I live for those hours.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Time and you're like you have something that nobody else has.
- 13:33Speaker 5: Yeah, You're like, there's not a single person that's going
- 13:35Speaker 5: to reach out to me right now. Okay, but like
- 13:37Speaker 5: I'm just I'm just hanging out.
- 13:39Speaker 6: What do you, dude, I am battling. I'm listening. I
- 13:43Speaker 6: turn on a book on tape. This was the advice
- 13:46Speaker 6: I was given turn on a book on tape that
- 13:48Speaker 6: I don't have any interests. It doesn't work.
- 13:50Speaker 5: That doesn't work for people unless you don't read or
- 13:53Speaker 5: like reading, like I remember, like my sister told me,
- 13:55Speaker 5: because my sister reads it constantly. She's like everyone like,
- 13:58Speaker 5: she'll be like, I can't sleep, people like, we'll just read.
- 14:01Speaker 5: And then she's like, well, then I'll just finish the books.
- 14:04Speaker 5: It's not going to make me fall asleep.
- 14:05Speaker 6: The book makes me tired. Yeah, And I because I
- 14:08Speaker 6: have a physical book and I read that, and then
- 14:11Speaker 6: I would get tired, and I closed the book and
- 14:14Speaker 6: I turn off the light and then I'm wide awake again,
- 14:17Speaker 6: and then I turn on the book on tape. The
- 14:19Speaker 6: first night that helped it was Into thin Air by
- 14:22Speaker 6: John Crackout classic Yeah crack Sick.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Little Mike, Mark Norman There County.
- 14:33Speaker 6: And then the next sight I turned on Dreams of
- 14:35Speaker 6: My Father by Barack Obama, and for whatever reason that
- 14:39Speaker 6: that did not work.
- 14:40Speaker 5: Well, yeah, I mean you got Obama in your ear.
- 14:42Speaker 6: That's him, way more soothing of a voice than whoever
- 14:46Speaker 6: narrated Into thin Air, which is a story of adventure
- 14:49Speaker 6: and death.
- 14:50Speaker 5: True, true, that would be a tough one to fall
- 14:51Speaker 5: asleep too.
- 14:52Speaker 6: But I fell asleep to that as he's talking about,
- 14:55Speaker 6: you know, the fucking cungu ice flow.
- 14:58Speaker 5: And you're getting down, You're going down to dangerous path
- 15:01Speaker 5: of what You're looking into it too much. Now you're
- 15:03Speaker 5: gonna be every night. You're like, I can't sleep without
- 15:05Speaker 5: into thin air. The only way I can fall asleep.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Five adavan to melatonin, and I'm.
- 15:16Speaker 6: Wanting to sleep over. But have you ever read into
- 15:19Speaker 6: thin Air?
- 15:21Speaker 1: Bring it?
- 15:23Speaker 6: Because if this is gonna work, you're gonna hear it
- 15:25Speaker 6: every night for the rest of your fucking life. You
- 15:29Speaker 6: know it is.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know how to how to
- 15:33Speaker 1: lick this for you. We got to be able to
- 15:34Speaker 1: beat this.
- 15:35Speaker 6: I mean, I'm hacking at it, and then ultimately I
- 15:37Speaker 6: give up. And then I just scroll deep secondary market
- 15:42Speaker 6: Japanese clothing websites until six in the morning.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I'm getting salvage denim.
- 15:46Speaker 6: I get into pricing arguments with men who cannot speaking.
- 15:51Speaker 5: Don't feel that are awake Indian.
- 15:55Speaker 6: They're Japanese. I'm pretty sure they're Japanese the way they
- 15:58Speaker 6: omit verbs in the Japanese there, I'm not buying denim
- 16:03Speaker 6: I wouldn't buy jeans. O thought you.
- 16:05Speaker 5: I thought you were strictly buying Okay, I see.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Do you think that that? Do you think that the
- 16:11Speaker 1: Japanese telemarketers have the same problems that American telemarketers have
- 16:14Speaker 1: where it is like an Indian dude pretending to be
- 16:16Speaker 1: like down the street from you. Definitely, And then it's
- 16:19Speaker 1: just like an Indian dude pretending to be a Japanese guy.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Yeah down the street.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Yeah. Imagine that fucking accent and language bearer, an Indian
- 16:32Speaker 6: guy trying to speak local Japanese to.
- 16:36Speaker 1: A Japanese guy.
- 16:38Speaker 6: I feel like that conversation gets heated quite definitely. Well,
- 16:48Speaker 6: there's so much to update you guys on. But first,
- 16:51Speaker 6: I think, since it's our Tuesday episode and this has
- 16:54Speaker 6: become a bit of a ritual, we will do the
- 16:58Speaker 6: giving of the guest. Thing of the game will give me,
- 17:02Speaker 6: We will do the giving of the gift. Since it's Tuesday,
- 17:04Speaker 6: it's it's gift giving Tuesday. We do it every Tuesday.
- 17:08Speaker 5: He brought multiple gifts yeats, What the hell of.
- 17:11Speaker 6: Course I brought?
- 17:12Speaker 5: Well, I didn't know we were doing this. I thought
- 17:13Speaker 5: we were doing that for tomorrow's episode.
- 17:14Speaker 6: So it's so funny that Roan finished that sentence because
- 17:18Speaker 6: we again, we did not collaborate. But there is a
- 17:20Speaker 6: vulcan gine melt between the podcasts.
- 17:25Speaker 1: No, this is a different shirt.
- 17:26Speaker 5: That's will Angus's shirt.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Can't be will Angus has Will Angus's shirt. Okay, this
- 17:32Speaker 1: is for you, sas, Thank you, Ron, Yeah, I got
- 17:35Speaker 1: you this. It's from any Last Words battle Rap Events.
- 17:39Speaker 5: This is huge. Are you on it?
- 17:41Speaker 1: No?
- 17:41Speaker 6: Oh?
- 17:42Speaker 5: What the hell?
- 17:43Speaker 1: But the website is on it.
- 17:44Speaker 5: This would actually be sick. If it was like Roan,
- 17:47Speaker 5: you were on it, I would rock it for sure.
- 17:49Speaker 5: But I don't know any of these guys. Come on,
- 17:51Speaker 5: I know this guy. Actually, who's this guy? What's he
- 17:53Speaker 5: from a real deal? Yeah, real deal.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, he's from Pittsburgh.
- 17:59Speaker 5: But he he's like an og right, yeah yeah real
- 18:03Speaker 5: some of your videos.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Yeah, of course he's og.
- 18:05Speaker 6: I wonder if he shops on the real real he might,
- 18:08Speaker 6: which is a source of mine. Oh really, you can
- 18:13Speaker 6: resell used clothing on there.
- 18:15Speaker 5: He doesn't look like he's much of a sweater man.
- 18:17Speaker 1: No, he wears he wears flat brims with a tall dome.
- 18:23Speaker 6: Oh, speaking of black people, I sold all my Jordans.
- 18:27Speaker 6: You sold all your I sold them, every single pair.
- 18:31Speaker 6: What was your biggest flip, the off white Chicago ones?
- 18:35Speaker 6: How much you sell him for nine hundred dollars?
- 18:38Speaker 5: How much.
- 18:41Speaker 6: I got those for one hundred and sixty dollars.
- 18:43Speaker 5: Damn, it's a good flip, good flip.
- 18:45Speaker 6: Well I could have sold them online for three thousand.
- 18:49Speaker 6: But I need you because I don't want to go
- 18:50Speaker 6: through the rigamarole of boxing up and shipping labels and
- 18:55Speaker 6: all that. I wanted this done. And I went to
- 18:59Speaker 6: one of those.
- 19:00Speaker 1: No, you didn't you in person?
- 19:02Speaker 5: Oh you got fleece? Sure did they fleece?
- 19:05Speaker 6: Absolutely cool?
- 19:07Speaker 1: For all of them. We'll give you twenty five dollars.
- 19:10Speaker 6: It's so much, it's so much. It's so much worse
- 19:14Speaker 6: than what you're even thinking. And the number of people
- 19:17Speaker 6: who messaged me begging me to sell them my shoes,
- 19:21Speaker 6: who are going to hear this and be so upose
- 19:23Speaker 6: its going online?
- 19:24Speaker 5: Like are we going to see a video of you
- 19:25Speaker 5: going in?
- 19:27Speaker 1: Because there are the Instagram accounts and the TikTok accounts
- 19:30Speaker 1: of the guys just behind the counter.
- 19:31Speaker 6: Ever since Tracks lost his mind. I'm not it's going
- 19:34Speaker 6: to be about that.
- 19:35Speaker 5: Wow, to be honest, there are great videos too, that's
- 19:38Speaker 5: very entering.
- 19:39Speaker 6: They are.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Yeah, they're so fun. They bag the bottom of.
- 19:42Speaker 6: Them, dude, they did everything. They did everything to I.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Was like, sound hollow like a watermelon.
- 19:51Speaker 6: Do I look like somebody who's trying to scam you guys?
- 19:53Speaker 1: Could they hear the ocean in them?
- 19:55Speaker 6: Yeah? Just smell them?
- 19:58Speaker 1: They have you warn them? How many?
- 20:00Speaker 6: How often did a black light test? I wore them
- 20:04Speaker 6: a lot. I mean some of them I wore so
- 20:06Speaker 6: much that even though they're very valuable shoes. So I
- 20:10Speaker 6: had to go. I went to this first place that
- 20:13Speaker 6: had like four point nine stars or whatever on Google reviews. No,
- 20:17Speaker 6: on Broadway. It was called Laced Up, And I went
- 20:22Speaker 6: there and I had like nine pairs of sneakers in
- 20:26Speaker 6: two canvas tote like Trader.
- 20:31Speaker 5: I thought you had like the boxes.
- 20:32Speaker 6: No, I don't have any of the boxes. And that
- 20:34Speaker 6: was like the first immediately they were like, yeah, no boxes,
- 20:40Speaker 6: no boxes?
- 20:41Speaker 5: Would you steal these?
- 20:42Speaker 6: Like? No, I wore these? What kind of a person
- 20:45Speaker 6: wears the shoes and keeps the boxes? The amount of
- 20:49Speaker 6: the shocking amount of I guess you're about that.
- 20:52Speaker 1: It's everybody on that T shirt.
- 20:55Speaker 5: They got like a room of just boxes.
- 20:57Speaker 6: No, I trust me. I I would have had the boxes,
- 21:01Speaker 6: but too many birds died flying into my windows.
- 21:06Speaker 5: They're all graves, they're all.
- 21:12Speaker 6: So I went in and they the guy, the guy
- 21:16Speaker 6: who like took all the shoes out and he's like,
- 21:19Speaker 6: I only want these two pairs. He goes, I can't
- 21:23Speaker 6: even I can't even move the rest of these, and
- 21:27Speaker 6: any one was the Witherspoon air Maxes, and the other
- 21:31Speaker 6: was the uh fuck, I can't even remember what one
- 21:36Speaker 6: of the Jordan's. And he bought each for two hundred bucks.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Do you have to take your toe bag?
- 21:41Speaker 6: I then had to go.
- 21:42Speaker 5: To another fucking and they but they bought them all
- 21:45Speaker 5: at the other door.
- 21:46Speaker 6: Then I went to the other one, which was in
- 21:47Speaker 6: the Lower east Side, went from home to the Lower
- 21:51Speaker 6: east Side. When was this, dude, you're asking them, I
- 21:56Speaker 6: have no sense of time.
- 21:58Speaker 1: It must have been when you got back day.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Yes, oh wow, so Sunday before ball? Yeah yeah, man,
- 22:06Speaker 5: I would never do that on a Sunday. Good for you. Why,
- 22:10Speaker 5: I don't know. It just feels like that's that sounds
- 22:12Speaker 5: like a pain.
- 22:13Speaker 6: Because it's a because it's a thing.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it's leaving the house on Sunday, but killing time
- 22:18Speaker 1: before ball, Like I feel like that, that's stretch until
- 22:21Speaker 1: one o'clock.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Yeah on a Sunday.
- 22:25Speaker 6: Well, now you're just bragging. I do not much that.
- 22:30Speaker 6: I went to that second place. They were like, we'll
- 22:33Speaker 6: take these too, and nobody wanted the most expensive pair
- 22:37Speaker 6: because they were like, we can't even move these why?
- 22:40Speaker 6: And I was like, I literally said to the guy.
- 22:42Speaker 6: I was like, dude, I said these words. I go,
- 22:45Speaker 6: you can fuck my face in right now. And he goes,
- 22:50Speaker 6: I can't even I can't even move them. He goes,
- 22:54Speaker 6: we won't. They'll just sit on the shelves. That's to
- 22:57Speaker 6: then sell them for whatever you want.
- 23:00Speaker 5: To sell them for five bucks?
- 23:02Speaker 6: So I don't know. I guess on principle they wouldn't
- 23:06Speaker 6: let me sell them to them for like whatever. So
- 23:08Speaker 6: I sold two more pairs there, once again got my
- 23:12Speaker 6: face fucked in the shattered backboards. I sold there and
- 23:16Speaker 6: then I sold some other thing and then I had
- 23:18Speaker 6: to go And then I was like, where I have
- 23:20Speaker 6: four more pairs? Where do I go? Yeah, He's like,
- 23:23Speaker 6: there's one more store. Try two doors down. I mean
- 23:26Speaker 6: this place. If that place was McDonald's, this place.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Was you walked into a Somali daycare.
- 23:36Speaker 6: I don't know, man, this was like the backwash of
- 23:40Speaker 6: that other proper store. And I walked in there and
- 23:47Speaker 6: I had They had a bin, a bargain bin. It
- 23:50Speaker 6: was just all loose sneakers, yeah, some of which might
- 23:53Speaker 6: not have even had a hair, and it said everything
- 23:57Speaker 6: in here is under one hundred dollars. So I go
- 23:59Speaker 6: up to the front, put my really good ones on
- 24:03Speaker 6: the on the counter, and then I had three other pairs,
- 24:06Speaker 6: one of which was the Serena Williams off whites, which
- 24:08Speaker 6: are pretty nice.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And then you're nodding, do you know what he's saying
- 24:12Speaker 1: with these?
- 24:12Speaker 6: No?
- 24:12Speaker 1: Okay, no, no whatever.
- 24:16Speaker 5: No way, you know what the Serena Williams off whites are.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I don't. I really don't. But you've been looking like
- 24:21Speaker 1: you've been an active Okay.
- 24:27Speaker 5: I'm just engaging an active listening.
- 24:33Speaker 1: So you're rocket with the Serena Williams off whites.
- 24:36Speaker 6: Anything that's off white. The designer was this guy Virgil Ablow.
- 24:40Speaker 5: Oh yeah, no, I know what off white is.
- 24:43Speaker 6: He died, yeah, yeah, and I got all these before
- 24:45Speaker 6: he died. So once he died, it's kind of like art,
- 24:48Speaker 6: where the artist dies and then the thing has become
- 24:51Speaker 6: more valuable, of course, and his sort of I guess
- 24:55Speaker 6: most coveted sneakers that Jordan won Chicago, so I still
- 25:03Speaker 6: had those, and then I had one other off white pair,
- 25:05Speaker 6: and then I had two pairs at Jordan's, one of
- 25:08Speaker 6: which was the snake skin fores great sneakers, beautiful, and
- 25:12Speaker 6: then these like aquamarine ones, and he goes, he goes, yeah,
- 25:18Speaker 6: I don't know what you like. I can't. He goes,
- 25:21Speaker 6: the only pair I want is the Chicago ones. Yeah,
- 25:24Speaker 6: And he was like, but even then, it's hard to
- 25:26Speaker 6: move these because no one will. They'll sit for a
- 25:28Speaker 6: long time because they're so expensive.
- 25:31Speaker 5: Like how much are they? Are these the ones that
- 25:33Speaker 5: you sold for nine hundred?
- 25:34Speaker 6: Yeah, but I should but I should have sold them
- 25:37Speaker 6: for two thousand dollars, yeah, easily. Yeah. And nobody's buying sneakers,
- 25:42Speaker 6: especially use sneakers with no box, Yeah, for two thousand
- 25:45Speaker 6: dollars anymore, because nobody has crazy bitcoin money now or
- 25:50Speaker 6: like fucking money at all, stimulus cash floating around, you know, Yeah,
- 25:55Speaker 6: nobody's buying up those.
- 25:57Speaker 5: That's surprising, though. I feel like they'd still be like
- 25:59Speaker 5: like your own if you own a sneaker shop, Like,
- 26:01Speaker 5: wouldn't you want a pair of expensive sneakers in there? Dude,
- 26:04Speaker 5: these guys, everyone's going to buy them.
- 26:05Speaker 6: These guys were, yeah, those are great, these guys, all
- 26:13Speaker 6: these guys, these proprietors of all these sneaker stores were
- 26:16Speaker 6: like depressed.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Yeah, well, sneaker culture is a little bit like it's
- 26:22Speaker 1: it's gone by the way.
- 26:23Speaker 6: So the market is dead. I think there's no greater
- 26:29Speaker 6: indicator of that than the absolute polar switch that I've
- 26:35Speaker 6: made in my life. I was an avid collector, and
- 26:38Speaker 6: now I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a pair of Jordan's,
- 26:42Speaker 6: and I still love Jordan's. It's just like, I think
- 26:45Speaker 6: I'm a different guy now. Yeah, And that's what they said.
- 26:48Speaker 6: They were like people grew up.
- 26:52Speaker 5: White people.
- 26:53Speaker 6: No, I was the only white guy in any of
- 26:56Speaker 6: these stores.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Really, Yeah, what are they all wearing Sperries. There's no
- 27:03Speaker 5: way you could tell me that all those dudes were like, yeah,
- 27:05Speaker 5: I grew up at I grew out of Jordan's. They're
- 27:07Speaker 5: definitely still rocking Jordans.
- 27:08Speaker 6: They were, but they were all selling their Jordans. This
- 27:12Speaker 6: was a fire set, dude. They're selling their Jordan's line
- 27:19Speaker 6: around the Nautica boat shoes.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Well, the most popular shoot this past summer was like
- 27:25Speaker 1: those Rebox that are like ninety dollars and everybody was
- 27:29Speaker 1: wearing them, and we weren't like a scumbag if you
- 27:31Speaker 1: wore like those rebox.
- 27:32Speaker 5: You know what I mean? Which one the Zigs?
- 27:35Speaker 1: Whatever? The fucking like classic like rebox is.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Do you guys remember the Zigs?
- 27:40Speaker 1: No? What the what's the Zig?
- 27:41Speaker 6: You guys?
- 27:41Speaker 5: Weren't you guys? You guys were probably alive yet, Tyler,
- 27:45Speaker 5: I know they all know Zigs. Ziggs were Rebok came
- 27:48Speaker 5: out with a sneaker and it was just it was
- 27:50Speaker 5: a Zig. The bottle of the soul was a John.
- 27:55Speaker 5: Oh they weren't Rebok. Oh yeah yeah, yeah yeah they
- 27:59Speaker 5: they those were like the shoe for like I don't know,
- 28:03Speaker 5: two years, probably like the bit like those were the
- 28:07Speaker 5: only shoes that I ever was like, I need a
- 28:09Speaker 5: pair of the Zigs, and I got them and I
- 28:11Speaker 5: destroyed them. The day of OW, I was lomboarding and
- 28:15Speaker 5: I was on my stomach.
- 28:17Speaker 6: We would we would? You were losing?
- 28:20Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, skeleton.
- 28:24Speaker 6: The skeleton.
- 28:25Speaker 1: You were on the skeleton.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Yeah, it was fucking insane that we would do that,
- 28:29Speaker 5: But yeah, we would go down head first. You have
- 28:32Speaker 5: on your hand. I used my feet and my shoes
- 28:34Speaker 5: got destroyed.
- 28:36Speaker 6: You're on your stomach and you used your toes.
- 28:38Speaker 5: I would use You would use your toes drag on
- 28:42Speaker 5: brand new shoes. Never even considered that it was gonna
- 28:45Speaker 5: just bro I got off the longboard and it was
- 28:49Speaker 5: like the front of my shoes were like.
- 28:51Speaker 6: Flat, they were on fire.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Your toes are just poking out like it was they
- 28:57Speaker 1: were fully Arlie and the Chocolate Factor.
- 29:02Speaker 5: My parents were so mad.
- 29:05Speaker 6: Where were you doing this?
- 29:07Speaker 5: I was in fifth grade. I was at my friend
- 29:09Speaker 5: Johnny Campbell's house is Duxbury Hilly uh hilly enough. Yeah,
- 29:15Speaker 5: you were hill bombing. That was pretty much all we
- 29:17Speaker 5: did for a while.
- 29:18Speaker 6: Sure, like yeah, yeah.
- 29:23Speaker 5: Really, Like honestly, from like fifth grade to like seventh grade.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Why are your parents mad? Did they get you new ones?
- 29:29Speaker 5: Because they just got me?
- 29:30Speaker 1: Did they get you a new pair afterwards?
- 29:32Speaker 6: No?
- 29:32Speaker 5: That was the only pair I ever had.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just like, well, you fucked it up. Yeah, yeah,
- 29:36Speaker 1: I'd be mad. They're not gonna have to replace.
- 29:39Speaker 6: Now you're gonna have to play basketball with your toes
- 29:41Speaker 6: coming out of the front like the Hulk.
- 29:44Speaker 5: Yeah, they were literally like so they turned into sandals.
- 29:48Speaker 1: You would like me when I'm bombing hills.
- 29:52Speaker 6: By the way, Johnny Campbell is a completely made up name,
- 29:55Speaker 6: and there's nothing you can tell me otherwise.
- 29:57Speaker 5: I've got a couple of people. You know that name
- 29:59Speaker 5: Johnny Amble.
- 30:00Speaker 6: You're protecting that guy's identity.
- 30:02Speaker 5: No, I swear to.
- 30:04Speaker 6: Bullshit, dude, there's no one on earth anymore Gamble.
- 30:09Speaker 5: I swear to god. I have I know multiple people
- 30:11Speaker 5: named Johnny Campbell.
- 30:12Speaker 1: What the fuck are you talking about? You're talking like
- 30:14Speaker 1: witness protection programs, like mister Smith or something.
- 30:18Speaker 5: You know, Soup, He'll call you a soup. It's up,
- 30:21Speaker 5: Jay Soup.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I have a friend named Soups. Yeah, but his name's
- 30:24Speaker 1: not Johnny Campbell. It was his last name McBride.
- 30:30Speaker 6: It's like me saying I had a crush on Betty
- 30:32Speaker 6: Jenkins growing up.
- 30:34Speaker 1: It's a cartoon character. We got a lot of soups,
- 30:38Speaker 1: so you sold them all you got, you moved off.
- 30:41Speaker 5: You hold on to like a single pair.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Dude.
- 30:44Speaker 6: That guy when he said, these are the only ones
- 30:46Speaker 6: I want. I go, then you can just have the
- 30:48Speaker 6: others for free. And he said now, And he said, okay,
- 30:50Speaker 6: I'll throw him in the bin. And these are ruthless.
- 30:55Speaker 6: So he gave me nine hundred I got. I got
- 30:57Speaker 6: two thousand bucks total. We're bad, I I was. I
- 31:02Speaker 6: was hoping for three thousand dollars. Oh so terrible, I
- 31:06Speaker 6: mean sixty six percent. I don't know.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Well, it's also now you don't whatever.
- 31:13Speaker 6: The whole point was to get more shelf space I
- 31:17Speaker 6: needed to I did. I did a lot of good
- 31:20Speaker 6: stuff this week. I cleansed. Yeah, I got back from
- 31:25Speaker 6: New Zealand. I had some resolutions. I learned a lot
- 31:27Speaker 6: about myself. I have so much to tell you, guys.
- 31:31Speaker 5: We're like an hour in right now, are we.
- 31:35Speaker 6: Now, Well, let's do presents first. Let's do presents, because
- 31:39Speaker 6: I think present. We can't miss present. It's present Tuesday,
- 31:42Speaker 6: of course, yeah, Gift giving Tuesday. All right, So okay,
- 31:49Speaker 6: the I think I'm gonna do, yeah that one first. Well, okay,
- 31:54Speaker 6: so New Zealand is uh. I went to this one
- 31:57Speaker 6: really cool town in the north of Auckland. When I
- 32:00Speaker 6: first got there, that was like kind of like a
- 32:02Speaker 6: surfer town, and they had a really cool program there
- 32:05Speaker 6: where the local like original people are called the Maori people, and.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Imagine taj Maori like Tia and Tomorrow.
- 32:18Speaker 6: I believe you. I don't know what that is, sister, sister.
- 32:21Speaker 1: You never watched sister sister Tia and Tamarrow Maori. Of course. Anyway, yes, sister,
- 32:28Speaker 1: your sister, that's just active listening.
- 32:33Speaker 6: So anyway, they had a cool program there where they
- 32:38Speaker 6: do surf They do surf camps for like underprivileged kids,
- 32:44Speaker 6: and they have these cool like sort of bags or
- 32:48Speaker 6: whatever kits that they make, which they say that every
- 32:51Speaker 6: one of they sell of these goes towards helping buy
- 32:54Speaker 6: surfing equipment and surfboards for these kids. Of course, I
- 32:57Speaker 6: actually got one for each of you guys, surfboard.
- 33:02Speaker 1: No, no, this is not that is from a Delta flight.
- 33:09Speaker 1: This is very clearly from us.
- 33:11Speaker 6: Open that up. No, no, no, this is from the
- 33:13Speaker 6: Maori people. Uh that program. This is clearly from there's
- 33:19Speaker 6: all kinds of cool stuff in there.
- 33:20Speaker 5: Well.
- 33:21Speaker 1: No, it says Massoni for Delta. It's also emblazoned on
- 33:26Speaker 1: the inside here MASONI for Delta.
- 33:28Speaker 6: Oh golly, damn no, they can't be almost positive.
- 33:34Speaker 5: This is uh, this is definitely a higher quality than
- 33:37Speaker 5: the typical.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Yeah, that one's really nice. This is like the typical typical.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Actually there's there's multiple It's like the Three Little Bears.
- 33:46Speaker 5: Yeah, some free goodies. It's like I feel like I'm
- 33:48Speaker 5: opening opening my stocking on Christmas. Yeah, some absolute bullshit
- 33:53Speaker 5: from your parents a penick.
- 34:00Speaker 6: Okay, well, you know, enjoy that. I think you might
- 34:05Speaker 6: be right. That's not from the Mallory people. That's from Delta,
- 34:09Speaker 6: the local. I forgot about that.
- 34:12Speaker 5: What would you guys do if I started carrying this
- 34:13Speaker 5: around as like my wallet. I was like, it's just easier.
- 34:19Speaker 1: I used it as my travel kit so much that
- 34:21Speaker 1: my wife for Christmas got me an actual travel kit.
- 34:23Speaker 1: She's like, I'm embarrassed to see you with the Delta
- 34:26Speaker 1: travel kit.
- 34:27Speaker 5: It's a solid travel kit.
- 34:28Speaker 1: I thought so too, Harry.
- 34:30Speaker 6: I know that you footwear is like not a major
- 34:34Speaker 6: priority in your life, and you were joking about sandals
- 34:38Speaker 6: and stuff. But I know that you don't have sandals.
- 34:41Speaker 5: Oh I've got multiple pairs.
- 34:43Speaker 6: So in that surf town, I actually got you a
- 34:46Speaker 6: pair of sandals.
- 34:47Speaker 5: Oh wow, wow, wow, these are great. Oh my god, you.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Were smuggling them the delta flight.
- 34:58Speaker 5: I feel like these are you use?
- 35:00Speaker 6: Those are sandals for you are warn those are waterproof.
- 35:05Speaker 6: These aren't bad. You should enjoy those. They say one
- 35:08Speaker 6: size fits all. I don't know how that very subbortive
- 35:10Speaker 6: soul too.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Because it's a very specific size too.
- 35:15Speaker 5: This is like a good way to ground yourself.
- 35:17Speaker 6: His thread, he's on bron I'm sorry that I didn't
- 35:20Speaker 6: have I didn't get one of those.
- 35:21Speaker 1: For you, but that surf town, I have a pair.
- 35:24Speaker 5: I was at the bottle openers on the bottle.
- 35:27Speaker 6: That's sick. Okay, uh okay, joke inside uh. I got
- 35:40Speaker 6: you eat some New Zealand chocolate at the This is
- 35:43Speaker 6: real stuff, dark ghana, and you can trade if you
- 35:47Speaker 6: don't like those ones, trade with each other or whatever.
- 35:49Speaker 5: No, definitely take which one do you get?
- 35:51Speaker 1: I got the dark Ghana. You got the dark Cocal.
- 35:54Speaker 5: I got the dark Coco.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Seventy two. Seventy two is damn near an afro d.
- 36:00Speaker 6: Yeah, I will be fucking it'll keep you up at night.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Open yours, No, let's have a let's have a nibble.
- 36:09Speaker 5: I don't want to open mine. Right now, it's gonna
- 36:10Speaker 5: be sour.
- 36:12Speaker 1: I don't think you understanding chocolate.
- 36:14Speaker 5: You don't want to soil. You don't want to spoil
- 36:16Speaker 5: your chop.
- 36:16Speaker 6: Why would it be sour?
- 36:18Speaker 5: No, I'm saying I don't want to sour.
- 36:20Speaker 6: It's sour. Bad chocolates, not.
- 36:25Speaker 5: Hairy bass, It's not.
- 36:27Speaker 6: I don't think the dark chocolate milk chocolate has milk,
- 36:31Speaker 6: and I think dark.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Doesn't have milk. It says it has soy ma contain milk.
- 36:36Speaker 5: Well exactly so you can crack yours open.
- 36:40Speaker 6: Not like open air cow milk.
- 36:43Speaker 5: You crack yours open, Watch it spoil, watch it grow mold.
- 36:47Speaker 6: Sour dark chocolate bar.
- 36:49Speaker 1: All right, I'll have someone like.
- 36:50Speaker 5: Francis might have already gone a little nibble. No, I
- 36:53Speaker 5: did tear in the wrappit the case.
- 36:55Speaker 6: That's just from sitting in my bag and bouncing.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Did you try?
- 36:58Speaker 6: I had? I have a couple of ours myself. These
- 37:00Speaker 6: were uh, these were purchases at the airport of I
- 37:04Speaker 6: have fifty six dollars of New Zealand cash left and
- 37:07Speaker 6: I need to get rid of it somehow.
- 37:09Speaker 5: What kind of cash do they use out there? What's
- 37:10Speaker 5: the currency?
- 37:11Speaker 6: Dollars? But it's New Zealand dollars and it's like seventy percent,
- 37:15Speaker 6: sixty five percent actually I think it's yes, sixty percent
- 37:19Speaker 6: of the US dollar. And their economy, at least from
- 37:22Speaker 6: what I saw, has not caught up to the influx
- 37:27Speaker 6: or to accommodate what Americans are willing to spend. So
- 37:32Speaker 6: everything was fucking cheap, dude, not everything. The hotels were expensive,
- 37:36Speaker 6: but meals were cheap as fuck.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Really. Yeah, that's surprising, great because it's kind of like
- 37:41Speaker 5: an island like you'd expect it to be, like similar
- 37:43Speaker 5: to I guess it's huge, though I've thought that bad
- 37:47Speaker 5: New Zealand.
- 37:49Speaker 6: It's nowhere near the size of Australia. Yeah, five million
- 37:52Speaker 6: people total.
- 37:53Speaker 5: Oh wow, that's smaller than I would have thought.
- 37:55Speaker 1: You know, there's a whole subreddit for maps without New Zealand.
- 38:00Speaker 5: Why do you have earplugs inpen?
- 38:07Speaker 6: Like a lot of unactively listening, A lot.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Of maps will just leave off New Zealand.
- 38:14Speaker 6: How's that why?
- 38:16Speaker 1: I think that they just like forget it or disregard.
- 38:18Speaker 5: It's strong, strong, that's that's the equivalent of smoking a
- 38:23Speaker 5: cigar pretty much.
- 38:26Speaker 6: That's rye.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Bread is dry and fucking it's nice.
- 38:31Speaker 6: It is good.
- 38:32Speaker 5: Definitely, glad I got the sixty two percent.
- 38:34Speaker 6: That's healthy. Yeah everybody that is good for you. Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 6: For milk or dark, I like somewhere in between.
- 38:41Speaker 5: Probably I'm both. To be honest, I hate dark. Why
- 38:45Speaker 5: because I'm racist?
- 38:47Speaker 6: Son of a boy. Dad is brought to you by
- 38:49Speaker 6: Draft Kings. We love Draft Kings and folks. The NFL
- 38:53Speaker 6: playoffs are upon us. Let's go. My goodness, do you
- 39:00Speaker 6: guys watch Ravens Steelers? Of course, I think that's the
- 39:04Speaker 6: best football game I've seen since Yeah, Bill's Chiefs. Probably.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I mean there were some he at the Seahawks Rams game.
- 39:14Speaker 5: Banger that was equally a bangers.
- 39:17Speaker 6: With the stakes in the Steelers Ravens game and the rivalry, and.
- 39:22Speaker 1: That's never happened before that. A kick at the end
- 39:24Speaker 1: of the last game of the season has determined whether
- 39:27Speaker 1: two teams will make the playoffs or not make the playoffs.
- 39:30Speaker 6: Felt bad for that guy. He's gonna be, you know,
- 39:33Speaker 6: busting tables next year.
- 39:35Speaker 1: Speaking of bust and Justin Tucker also a kicker.
- 39:37Speaker 5: Yeah, do we wish we took it? We wish we
- 39:41Speaker 5: kept him.
- 39:41Speaker 1: He did a lot of busting in his day.

- 40:27Speaker 1: That happened to me. They had a Nakobe Dean sack
- 40:30Speaker 1: and he went down. So it's usually like touchdown scores,
- 40:32Speaker 1: but I got it for a sack too. It's they

- 42:51Speaker 1: Okay, guys, let's take a second and talk about game Time.
- 42:55Speaker 1: The Game Time app gives the advantage back to fans.

- 43:14Speaker 1: see is what you pay. Personally, I've been looking at
- 43:17Speaker 1: some game time tickets for the Eagles against the forty
- 43:20Speaker 1: nine Ers this weekend. I'm pretty sure I'm going to
- 43:22Speaker 1: go to that absolute banger.
- 43:24Speaker 5: Really yeah, interesting, I take the drive down. I wish
- 43:29Speaker 5: I could join.
- 43:30Speaker 1: I went last year to Eagles Packers via game time,
- 43:33Speaker 1: and you really remember, you know, the experience of going
- 43:36Speaker 1: to the game, more than you remember who even wins
- 43:38Speaker 1: the game. Though, the Eagles to be the Packers, and
- 43:41Speaker 1: I have high hopes this weekend against the forty nine ers.
- 43:43Speaker 5: But no matter what those hopes b lower those hopes
- 43:48Speaker 5: just being realistic with you, you don't know bring those
- 43:51Speaker 5: hopes down to about fifty to fifty.
- 43:53Speaker 7: You don't know a dang thing about ball. I know
- 43:57Speaker 7: what I know, what I saw, What did you see?
- 43:59Speaker 7: I've seen this Eagles team fall apart once and they
- 44:02Speaker 7: beat the Bills, it be by one point.
- 44:05Speaker 6: The Niners quarterbacks pretty beaten.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Up though, Niners that they have.
- 44:08Speaker 5: You know, they got Mac Jones on deck, right, they'll
- 44:11Speaker 5: carry them to the super Bowl.
- 44:12Speaker 1: They got Fred Jones or Fred Warner out, uh, and
- 44:17Speaker 1: they'll be both sat out.
- 44:19Speaker 6: They'll be back.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Trent Williams has been hurt. Uh.
- 44:23Speaker 6: I think the Niners are limping into the playoffs. I
- 44:26Speaker 6: think the Eagles are ready to fucking sore storing.
- 44:29Speaker 5: You know that, you know the I hate to continue
- 44:31Speaker 5: this conversation because obviously we're trying to wrap this up.
- 44:34Speaker 5: But the Niners didn't punt for a month straight. They
- 44:39Speaker 5: punted for their first time against who Seattle?
- 44:43Speaker 1: Against Seattle again in a month they lost, Right, It
- 44:46Speaker 1: wasn't their vaunted offense supposed to be untouchable, and then
- 44:50Speaker 1: they got.
- 44:51Speaker 5: I'm not saying they're as good as the Seahawks are
- 44:53Speaker 5: a better team, but I'm saying the forty nine ers
- 44:54Speaker 5: are the real deal.
- 44:56Speaker 1: Yeah, they're limping, but game time is the best. And
- 45:00Speaker 1: now you can save even more when you choose a
- 45:01Speaker 1: section in game time like game time, choose the seats. Ooh,
- 45:05Speaker 1: snag new tickets, and you can find deals before anybody

- 45:28Speaker 6: Okay, and then I have a really good present for
- 45:31Speaker 6: both of you. So truthfully, New Zealand's known for sheep.
- 45:37Speaker 6: That's their big thing. Their wool is amazing. And I
- 45:40Speaker 6: stayed at this one place up north on the South Island,
- 45:44Speaker 6: not north, but near Mount Cook, which is their biggest mountain,
- 45:48Speaker 6: on this sheep farm. Quite literally, I had to. I
- 45:52Speaker 6: talked about this.
- 45:53Speaker 1: I listened.
- 45:55Speaker 6: I know you didn't.
- 45:55Speaker 5: I dabbled.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Okay, well how much did you listen to?
- 45:58Speaker 5: Enough?
- 45:59Speaker 6: There were sheep roaming and buying whatever, all about my
- 46:05Speaker 6: tiny little hut which was just sitting solitary on a
- 46:09Speaker 6: hill overlooking the amazing lake. And it was tiny, it
- 46:13Speaker 6: was ridiculous small, but it was I got into Fi
- 46:18Speaker 6: no Wi Fi, and I got into the Vibe data
- 46:25Speaker 6: stop it giving your its gift Giving Tuesday. This is sacred.
- 46:32Speaker 6: Let me give you goddamn present. Is curious about the
- 46:36Speaker 6: This was near an actual like another sheep farm that
- 46:41Speaker 6: they pointed me to where they were like that place
- 46:45Speaker 6: is a family that owns that place and they shear
- 46:49Speaker 6: their own sheep and then they weave it into stuff.
- 46:55Speaker 6: So I got you Harry, what an authentic wow, real
- 47:01Speaker 6: deal wool New Zealand sweater and Roan I got you
- 47:06Speaker 6: one as well. What Wow slightly different Delta. I kind
- 47:11Speaker 6: of tried to pick out what I thought you got.
- 47:16Speaker 6: I tried to pick out what I thought would suit.
- 47:19Speaker 1: You both nice.
- 47:20Speaker 5: Now this is super nice.
- 47:21Speaker 6: And then I got myself one too, so oh hell yeah,
- 47:24Speaker 6: I figured we can be all sweater boys.
- 47:26Speaker 1: Do you want to do an episode where we wear
- 47:27Speaker 1: them all?
- 47:28Speaker 6: I would, but they're warm. I will tell you that
- 47:30Speaker 6: they are quite warm, and they're really nice. These are
- 47:33Speaker 6: These were like two hundred and fifty US dollars each.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Wamn, yeah that's so nice.
- 47:39Speaker 6: And then the chocolate was probably like ten bucks each. Yeah,
- 47:42Speaker 6: so I spent significant money in you guys, we'll get
- 47:44Speaker 6: some venmos going.
- 47:46Speaker 5: This is sick?
- 47:47Speaker 6: Is that everything?
- 47:48Speaker 5: Do you want to try it on?
- 47:49Speaker 1: Harry?
- 47:50Speaker 5: No?
- 47:50Speaker 6: Will you wear that? That's I just definitely I went like,
- 47:54Speaker 6: I know you don't like flashy shit, so I literally was.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Like, what's the most muted basic?
- 48:00Speaker 6: I figure he'll wear this, and then this has got
- 48:02Speaker 6: a little more pizazed to it. I actually loved this myself,
- 48:06Speaker 6: but I had already bought this.
- 48:08Speaker 1: And I ever want to do an exchange.
- 48:09Speaker 6: I'm happy, No, I want you to go. I got
- 48:13Speaker 6: it for you. But I was like the whole time,
- 48:15Speaker 6: I was like, I could keep it and then not
- 48:20Speaker 6: give Harry his either, But I didn't really. I didn't
- 48:25Speaker 6: really I didn't want Harry. I just wanted this one.
- 48:28Speaker 1: That's too basically someone else though.
- 48:31Speaker 6: Yeah, I guess so.
- 48:32Speaker 5: No, I'll definitely wear this.
- 48:34Speaker 1: You know this would go so good with the Serena threes.
- 48:37Speaker 6: Yeah, I should go back.
- 48:39Speaker 5: You get to go back. They're three k now.
- 48:43Speaker 6: Unfortunately, Harry, I will tell you that if you if
- 48:47Speaker 6: I ever see you wearing that, it will make me
- 48:50Speaker 6: so happy.
- 48:51Speaker 5: I mean I'll probably wear it tomorrow.
- 48:53Speaker 6: I'm it will make me so happy. By the way,
- 48:55Speaker 6: these are dries right now. These are really amazing. They
- 49:00Speaker 6: looked seriously nice sweaters. This is not a joke.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Yeah, definitely a lot more wearable than the the Iceland sweaters.
- 49:09Speaker 6: Boy, this is kind of funky. It says sixty five
- 49:11Speaker 6: percent Marino lambswool. I'm not getting you twenty five percent.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Possum, dude, mine's like fish.
- 49:19Speaker 6: Silk. Yours is possum.
- 49:21Speaker 5: Fur, Dude. The first thing it says is possum fur
- 49:25Speaker 5: and fine Marino wool.
- 49:27Speaker 6: That's weird, dude. They told me it was fucking wool.
- 49:29Speaker 6: They didn't say anything about possum possome. I'm pretty sure
- 49:32Speaker 6: possum is like that's road and strictly roadkill.
- 49:36Speaker 5: It's awesome, I mean it feels great.
- 49:39Speaker 1: One when I lived in Mannyunk, there was possums that
- 49:44Speaker 1: infested our house.
- 49:45Speaker 5: Really like when what I thought of.
- 49:47Speaker 1: My roommates had a girl over and she went to
- 49:50Speaker 1: shower and she like slid open the shower curtain and
- 49:53Speaker 1: there was like three possums, like a mom and two
- 49:55Speaker 1: babies just like hissing up at her.
- 49:58Speaker 6: Dude. They they didn't they didn't do the play dead
- 50:00Speaker 6: thing so.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Well, I mean they they probably couldn't see because I
- 50:03Speaker 1: think that they're blind. But then another time I was
- 50:06Speaker 1: getting back from work and I turned into the driveway
- 50:09Speaker 1: and I saw one of my roommates with a cinder
- 50:11Speaker 1: block over his head. He fucking smashed the possum. Dude,
- 50:16Speaker 1: that's the cinder block.
- 50:17Speaker 5: I swear to God that I've never understood that.
- 50:20Speaker 1: And I watched, I watched it happen. I went up
- 50:23Speaker 1: to the possum and I fucking looked at it, and
- 50:25Speaker 1: it's like tongue was like sticking out of his mouth,
- 50:28Speaker 1: like cartoonishly dead. The next morning, I went out to
- 50:32Speaker 1: the the same cinder block, and the possum was gone,
- 50:35Speaker 1: and the cinder block was in the exact same spot.
- 50:38Speaker 5: Yeah, like a coyote probably came and ate the possum.
- 50:41Speaker 1: There's no coyotes in fucking many young coyotes.
- 50:46Speaker 5: Definitely, every Like I thought that they played dead.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Like this was a different level of playing because it
- 50:53Speaker 1: was dead.
- 50:55Speaker 5: You watched your roommate kill it and trying to deny
- 50:57Speaker 5: it it was it was gone, and got let it go.
- 51:00Speaker 1: It was dead. It was gone, Papa.
- 51:05Speaker 5: When I was when I was really young, I killed
- 51:07Speaker 5: a bird on accident with a whiffle ball, and uh
- 51:12Speaker 5: it was it was gone. You didn't kill wi No,
- 51:16Speaker 5: I swear to god, it was like insane timing. Someone
- 51:19Speaker 5: threw a whiffle ball at me. I hit it with
- 51:21Speaker 5: the bat. It hit a bird. The bird immediately just
- 51:23Speaker 5: hit the ground.
- 51:24Speaker 1: No, it didn't.
- 51:25Speaker 5: And then my mom was like, we're gonna go on
- 51:26Speaker 5: a walk. And then I came back and the bird
- 51:27Speaker 5: was gone.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Your dad came and shot it, put it out of
- 51:32Speaker 1: its misery. Took us to your dad at a cinder block.
- 51:39Speaker 5: Yeah, I've never got this, this smashing technique. I think
- 51:42Speaker 5: there's so many more ways to go about it.
- 51:45Speaker 6: Yeah, would you be willing to pick it up and brow?
- 51:51Speaker 1: A whiffle ball is not killing if you shot it
- 51:54Speaker 1: out of a fucking fifty cow. A whiffle ball is
- 51:58Speaker 1: not killing a bird air.
- 52:00Speaker 5: No, if a whiffle ball hits a bird while it's
- 52:02Speaker 5: in the air, it's taken a dive.
- 52:04Speaker 1: No, a whiffle ball. Do you even know what a
- 52:06Speaker 1: whiffleball is?
- 52:07Speaker 6: Dude?
- 52:07Speaker 5: This the bird was like this big.
- 52:09Speaker 6: It was the size. It was a badminton birdie, not
- 52:12Speaker 6: even close.
- 52:13Speaker 1: No, badminton birdie is more solid than.
- 52:16Speaker 5: A whiffle whiffle ball. It's both coming straight off of
- 52:19Speaker 5: the bat is sailing through.
- 52:21Speaker 6: There, meant to slow down, they're meant to be they're.
- 52:25Speaker 5: Filled with but I'm talking this wasn't like it was.
- 52:28Speaker 5: It wasn't like it was like on the way down
- 52:30Speaker 5: and this was I'm talking like milliseconds after contact.
- 52:34Speaker 1: I hit it.
- 52:34Speaker 5: I hit it with a bubble like this would have
- 52:36Speaker 5: hurt humans hit it.
- 52:38Speaker 6: I think even if you'd hit that bird with a
- 52:39Speaker 6: whiffleball bat, it would have been there's no in a
- 52:45Speaker 6: whiffleball kit.
- 52:46Speaker 5: It was doing that weird thing where they're like they're
- 52:48Speaker 5: trying to fly but they can't. It's just bouncing up
- 52:50Speaker 5: and down. It's pretty dark. Clearly its arms are snapped.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Your mom was just trying to convince you were strong.
- 52:59Speaker 6: No, I wash.
- 53:00Speaker 1: You really hit that one.
- 53:01Speaker 5: Hadn't anticipated my strength from a young age.
- 53:05Speaker 1: You really killed that bird hard. Francis, thank you so much.
- 53:08Speaker 1: These are such nice and thoughtful gifts. I cannot wait
- 53:10Speaker 1: to wear it.
- 53:11Speaker 6: Oh my pleasure. I think you guys are really going
- 53:13Speaker 6: to enjoy those, uh the kits that come from that
- 53:18Speaker 6: Maori village.
- 53:19Speaker 5: I'm going to.
- 53:20Speaker 6: Which are for a good cause. Remember, because each time
- 53:23Speaker 6: you brush your teeth of whatever's in there, you the
- 53:27Speaker 6: kids riding a wave. That is basically what that means.
- 53:31Speaker 5: I mean, it's got it. It's got some solid toothpaste,
- 53:34Speaker 5: isn't it.
- 53:34Speaker 6: It's funny that that one is better, Harry, because that
- 53:38Speaker 6: comes from the flight to from LA to Auckland. Yeah,
- 53:43Speaker 6: and this is probably the one that's from New York
- 53:46Speaker 6: to LA New York LA, or LA or l A
- 53:48Speaker 6: Boston or Boston LA. And the difference in quality of seat, yeah,
- 53:55Speaker 6: I had Delta one for both was astronomical.
- 53:59Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I'm not surprised.
- 54:01Speaker 6: My Delta one seat on that fucking flight. The thirteen
- 54:05Speaker 6: hour flight both ways was do you know what kind
- 54:08Speaker 6: of plane you were flying on? A three fifty airbus?
- 54:12Speaker 6: Not a three eighty airbus? A three fifty, I.
- 54:14Speaker 5: Was hoping you're it's a three eighty.
- 54:17Speaker 6: Are those even still around? Yeah?
- 54:19Speaker 5: They are, but I think they might just go to
- 54:20Speaker 5: like Dubai. That's it.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:23Speaker 5: I I ask everyone that flies across the country, I'm like,
- 54:26Speaker 5: which flies across the world, And I don't know anyone.
- 54:30Speaker 1: That's They don't fly over America anymore because they kept
- 54:33Speaker 1: on getting hit with wiffleballs. They're getting knocked out this
- 54:37Speaker 1: guy with whiffle balls. They have to go to a
- 54:39Speaker 1: country where they don't play baseball or whiffle ball. Yeah,
- 54:44Speaker 1: that's so fucking sick. I mean, if people haven't listened,
- 54:47Speaker 1: go back and listened to Francis's entire account of his
- 54:51Speaker 1: uh of his journey there. But the account stops while
- 54:57Speaker 1: you're still over there and having a good time.
- 55:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 55:01Speaker 1: Yeah, And then three days later you or maybe two
- 55:03Speaker 1: days later, you texted us and You're like.
- 55:05Speaker 6: I'm fucking it, I'm done, I'm done.
- 55:08Speaker 1: What was that?
- 55:09Speaker 5: What was that?
- 55:09Speaker 6: And I was a bit of a roller coaster, honestly.
- 55:13Speaker 6: The first three days I was at this my friend's
- 55:16Speaker 6: place with his family, really comfortable home environment. We had,
- 55:21Speaker 6: playing awesome golf courses, you know, doing active stuff, swimming, boating, fishing.
- 55:27Speaker 6: So I was comfortable and I was around people, and
- 55:32Speaker 6: I was doing things that you know, I'm accustomed to
- 55:34Speaker 6: and having great experiences. And I had no problem adjusting
- 55:38Speaker 6: to the time zone over there. Yeah, his first night,
- 55:40Speaker 6: I was like on on course. Then I flew to
- 55:45Speaker 6: the South Island and I was now I'm by myself,
- 55:47Speaker 6: for the rest of the trip. And I think the
- 55:50Speaker 6: second day that I was down I flew down there
- 55:52Speaker 6: on New Year's on Christmas Eve, and then on Christmas
- 55:57Speaker 6: Day I went and did this touristy thing, and I
- 56:01Speaker 6: didn't know how fucking touristy it was gonna be. And
- 56:05Speaker 6: what was that Milford sound.
- 56:08Speaker 1: It's on the fucking podcast. He talked about it on
- 56:11Speaker 1: the last podcast.
- 56:13Speaker 5: I don't remember that part.
- 56:14Speaker 6: That's okay.
- 56:15Speaker 1: He went on a boat with a bunch of other
- 56:17Speaker 1: people and they were Chinese. Yeah, and he didn't like that.
- 56:21Speaker 5: He didn't like it.
- 56:23Speaker 6: No, I didn't. No, it's I mean, look, did you
- 56:26Speaker 6: feel like you were in the Pacific? The real problem
- 56:29Speaker 6: was the drive, and I was just no. I was
- 56:34Speaker 6: driving two hours each way by myself, and I had
- 56:38Speaker 6: no cell phone service because it was up these mountains
- 56:41Speaker 6: and down through a mountain pass. So I just sitting
- 56:44Speaker 6: in silence on Christmas Day, driving alone, and I was
- 56:49Speaker 6: just like, my thoughts were swirling.
- 56:51Speaker 1: You could have hit the local radio.
- 56:53Speaker 6: I didn't even think to do that. I don't think
- 56:56Speaker 6: I could have though. I mean, there was you got
- 56:58Speaker 6: nothing up there. You're in the middle of fucking no
- 57:02Speaker 6: sticks and It's like truly up a mountain, switchbacks, then
- 57:08Speaker 6: you go down the other side.
- 57:10Speaker 5: Is it was the road like this the whole way, dude,
- 57:13Speaker 5: that is hell.
- 57:14Speaker 6: It was hell. And it was pouring rain.
- 57:16Speaker 5: Yeah, single lane ten miles per hour for like four hours, inching.
- 57:21Speaker 6: I mean, it just scary, both hands on the wheel
- 57:24Speaker 6: ten s driving. And I was thinking about things that
- 57:29Speaker 6: frustrate me back home, and I just was pissed off.
- 57:36Speaker 6: And then I was mad that I was mad, do
- 57:39Speaker 6: you know what I mean? I was mad that I'm
- 57:42Speaker 6: in New Zealand and this beautiful place, having this once
- 57:45Speaker 6: in a lifetime experience, and I'm like wasting space and
- 57:48Speaker 6: thought on dumb shit that I can't control that is
- 57:53Speaker 6: a million miles away that I can't even get to
- 57:55Speaker 6: or start fixing or addressing for weeks. So anyway, that
- 58:01Speaker 6: was a tough day. But the next day, and that
- 58:04Speaker 6: was the day where I was like I might be
- 58:06Speaker 6: coming home. Yeah, after like four days, I might be done. Period.
- 58:13Speaker 1: I don't like going on boats with other people. I
- 58:16Speaker 1: don't like other people being on the boat with me.
- 58:18Speaker 6: No, especially like one hundred and fifty people on the
- 58:22Speaker 6: most touristy boat.
- 58:24Speaker 1: With all the Jingong and all that.
- 58:25Speaker 6: Sure, there were some Scottish people on the boat. Scottish
- 58:31Speaker 6: people are really warm. I like them, the Scots.
- 58:34Speaker 1: It's the wolf.
- 58:35Speaker 6: Yeah. Then the next day I went fishing and that
- 58:40Speaker 6: was like the best thing of all time. And I'm
- 58:43Speaker 6: better than you are.
- 58:45Speaker 5: I don't know about that.
- 58:46Speaker 1: He caught fish every time that he dropped line in
- 58:49Speaker 1: a very hard place to catch fish.
- 58:51Speaker 6: If you put, let's get serious, all the browns that
- 58:55Speaker 6: I caught on in a bin and put that bin
- 58:58Speaker 6: on the scale, and you put all the browns that
- 59:01Speaker 6: you've ever caught in your life in a bin on
- 59:04Speaker 6: a scale, I think I would have more fish masks.
- 59:08Speaker 1: His guide said that he wouldn't even catch one, and
- 59:10Speaker 1: then he caught one on his first Everybody.
- 59:15Speaker 5: They're perfect. That's literally like you're falling in love with
- 59:17Speaker 5: a stripper. That's what that is. The guide they're costplaying
- 59:22Speaker 5: to be your best friend. They're like, you know, the
- 59:26Speaker 5: guy ever seen someone catch a fish?
- 59:28Speaker 6: This guy was He almost wasn't nice.
- 59:31Speaker 5: Because he's down under. Those guys they're they're a little
- 59:33Speaker 5: bit more hard on.
- 59:34Speaker 6: Now you've just completely changed your whole story about culture.
- 59:38Speaker 1: You know nothing about everything about it a New Zealand guy.
- 59:43Speaker 5: I've watched a fly fishing I watched fly fishing video
- 59:45Speaker 5: recently with and they were in New Zealand, and the
- 59:47Speaker 5: guy was kind of a hard but he's busting balls
- 59:50Speaker 5: mostly he was.
- 59:52Speaker 6: He was frustrated with me, Yeah, because I kept you know, I.
- 59:57Speaker 1: Don't probably be in whimsical.
- 59:58Speaker 6: I don't know what the fuck I'm doing.
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: Did you tell him like, I don't know what I'm.
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: At one point I got He kept being like, tighter loops,
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: tighter loops. Your loops too big. Your loop's too big,
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: which means that you know, he's like, you're not turning
- 1:00:13Speaker 6: it over. Yeah, he's like, you're not turning it up.
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: You know, he's just fucking better than me. What is
- 1:00:18Speaker 6: he better guide than me? You're not a guy fish, silent,
- 1:00:26Speaker 6: selfish dick to be in the river with.
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: I mean, he doesn't tell like this guy was much better.
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: He was amazing. No, he was incredibly except for this
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: one moment where I couldn't get it right. He couldn't
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: get it and he had a fish that he'd spotted
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: that was Oh.
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: That's when they really turned nasty a monster, and he
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: really wanted me to get it, and I couldn't get
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: I couldn't get the.
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: Fly to land in the right spot. And I'd done
- 1:00:55Speaker 6: well up to that point and this one was just
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: I couldn't get it right. And I finally, I finally
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: was like, I don't know what I'm doing, man, Yeah,
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: And he heard the resignation in my voice and he
- 1:01:09Speaker 6: backed off a little.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: And then we had a nice lot. We had this,
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: We stopped for lunch, and then we went up the river.
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: The afternoon was way harder because the fish were less
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: hungry and they were more wary, but I still caught
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: some monsters.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: And they had some beers afterwards.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: I know, looked great.
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: To finish the trip, the part that I didn't cover,
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: I went back from where I was in that lovely
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: kind of bucolic sheep area with all that natural shit
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: beautiful water, did this awesome sauna thing, and then I
- 1:01:43Speaker 6: went down to Queenstown, which is very like Fratty for
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: New Year's. Yeah, it's all adventure sports. Yeah, bungee jumping,
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: whitewater rafting. You do a different thing every day, and
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: every the whole street is just packed with these like
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: tour offices that you book that stuff. One, and it's
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: very touristy. I will say, uh, I hope this is
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: okay to say I got recognized more there than I
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: do maybe in New York. Really yeah, as a combination
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: of kiwi's and Americans that were on holiday and like
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: Canadian people.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: That's sick.
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: I mean not really. I don't say that. I've just
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: was shocked you should do a show out there? Well,
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: they would recognize all of us. I was. I was
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: shocked that our reach is that far. But then it
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: makes sense because it's just an English speaking country.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: Yeah, what did anyone say like like, what are you
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: doing out.
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: No? You kind of they would all, you know, they'd
- 1:02:49Speaker 6: be like, what are they doing a show?
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: No?
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Did you get the sense that you could have done
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: some days?
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: I think I could have done something in Auckland, but
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: not at that week because everyone's on holiday, so nobody's
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: like everyone's out of the city. But anyway, in Queenstown
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: it's all under They have all these under twenty one clubs.
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: The drinking age is eighteen, so there's clubs that are
- 1:03:15Speaker 6: you know, eighteen to twenty one, and these kids are
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: just fucking roaming the streets and packs and they're fucked up,
- 1:03:27Speaker 6: big time fucked up. They don't know how to drink
- 1:03:31Speaker 6: and the girls are like.
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: Falling over it's jacked.
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: No, they're all little people, they're all young kids. I mean,
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: I'm sure there were a lot of like fifteen year
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: olds among the eighteen year olds with like fake IDs
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: or whatever. And I mean there were some spots that
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: had I'm not kidding you, like one hundred and fifty
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: kids in line to get into this some night club
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: and they're just You're like, I'm trying to avoid them.
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: It all fucking it's it's noisy, it's a mess. And
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: I was like, ah, this sucks all.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: It's all soft parenting down there. That's where the kids
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: did that. Like they have an obsession with doing like
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Project X parties down there.
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: Yeah, they're always projeah.
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: They get after it.
- 1:04:17Speaker 5: Isn't that where Project X takes place is in Australia.
- 1:04:20Speaker 6: No, the original story was that that movie was based
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: on was a kid from Australia, Yeah, that's.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: What it is.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: What wasn't he had like a sick news interview.
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: Yeah, he's like, I'm not taking my sonnies off. She's like,
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: don't you think you should take it off and apologize
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: like I'm not coming, I'm not taking them off.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: That cool.
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: It made me look cool. I'm known for it. I'm not.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: The famous, like your glasses are famous.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: Show that at the end of the movie.
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah classic. Uh So I'm in Queenstown and
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: uh Year's eve. I go to this really nice restaurant
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: again three pm, like late lunch, you know, fucking sixteen
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: course situation, sit there for three and a half hours
- 1:05:11Speaker 6: on my own, and I'm just like, I don't want
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: to have another meal by myself. I can't handle this anymore.
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: So I was supposed to fly out of Queenstown three
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: days later, January fourth. This was December thirty first, and
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: I was going to go back up north two hour
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: drive to that fancy place, Linda's Lodge, do more fishing
- 1:05:30Speaker 6: and hiking. And I was just like, I've done my trip. Yeah,
- 1:05:34Speaker 6: I feel satisfied. I mean, how long were you out
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: there at this point? Like I've been there eleven days?
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: Yeah, that's plenty.
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: And I just I couldn't. It wasn't just eating alone,
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: Like I didn't want to go out to a restaurant anymore. Yeah,
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: I wanted to fucking sit at home and eat a
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: cooked meal. Yeah, and watch a movie.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: I mean especially because you're not you're not really having
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: the most basic meals when you're going out.
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: No, it's heavy meat like lamb and an appetizer. I
- 1:06:04Speaker 6: means everywhere I went, I had the chef's menu. Yeah,
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: because that they were like, you got to have the
- 1:06:08Speaker 6: chiff menu. He's done for it. They pick the big
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: stuff for you. Yeah. And I know I'm doing Australian.
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: The New Zealand accent is different.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: It's too nuanced.
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: It's but I can't. I can't do it.
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: If you heard them.
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: Talking next to each other, you'd get it. Yeah, you'd
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: hear it. It's a strong Canadian accent versus a strong
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: American accent.
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: Interesting notice, like the Australian accent with brown hair.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: Yeah? Sure.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Is it true that you kept notches uh like for
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: the amount of times you pleasured yourself on your penis
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: like the butcher or like the barber from Gangs of
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: New York.
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: I actually got a sheep brand and I would brand
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: well the New horseshoe.
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: So you did you ever get a length on that
- 1:07:04Speaker 5: fish from the god?
- 1:07:07Speaker 6: No? I never, I think he said twenty two inches
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: checks out.
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: Why because we were just going back and forth about it.
- 1:07:14Speaker 6: Harry's biggest fish he's ever caused twenty I.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Mean that red snappers.
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: Whoa whoa, whoah, whoa whoa, biggest trouts I've ever caught.
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: That's all we're talking about. You and I both caught
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: those fucking crazy things.
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: We call it sharks. Yeah, I was gonna say they remember,
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: like when I said, the guides get mad. Remember when
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: we were like when we first got out there, and
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: they're like they were like when we were in Virginia
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: and they're like, they're like you see them, you see
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: those fish, And you'd be like, I don't even know anything. Yeah,
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: You're like, dude, I don't All I'm seeing is blue water.
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: Are you different?
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: What kind of eyeballs you got? Their pal?
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: Then that's when they get mad. They're like, right right
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: off the bow, you don't see it, Like, dude, I
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: don't know what you want me to do. I don't
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: see anything. Yeah, Well they're gone. So that's the day.
- 1:07:58Speaker 5: That's the day.
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: That's exactly. Yeah. So I just moved everything up and
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: I quit on the last three days and just said
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: because I didn't want to. I was like, already in
- 1:08:12Speaker 6: the place I was gonna have to come back to. Yeah,
- 1:08:14Speaker 6: And I was like, I'm just gonna leave tomorrow.
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: And I skipped all of New Year's Eve, all the festivities.
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: I did watch from my hotel window or balcony. The fireworks, which,
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: by the way, everyone raved about the fireworks. They were
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: like the fireworks fucking amazing.
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: Let me tell you something. Roman candles, they were solid,
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: but they don't do a grand finale.
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: That's disappointing.
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: The last it dwindled.
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: Oh, I hate that.
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: It was a sad, whimpering de crescendo you gotta end with.
- 1:08:52Speaker 5: They don't got the shit that we got though, No
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: they did.
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: They had good stuff, but they they needed to go
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: off with a bang at the end.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: The last two years, American firework technology has reached a
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: new high.
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: It's it's improved. Yeah, but all the prices are skyrocketing
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: because Erica Kirk's sucking them all. She's using all the fireworks.
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: What do you mean tell me this?
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: Every time she comes out, she walks out on stage.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Every time she walks out on stage, she's two fu
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: akworks going behind.
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: Their good joke. I love that. That's excellent.
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: Have you not seen those memes?
- 1:09:33Speaker 6: No?
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: Really, they don't have internet in New Zealand.
- 1:09:38Speaker 6: I don't know, man, I don't know what's going on
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: in my life.
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: That's like, that's like the internet right now.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Yeah, Charlie Kirk's face on on ship. Yeah, it's really
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: just JJ McCarthy memes and Erica j.
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: The PMT stats one was so funny. Do you see that?
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: I don't think so.
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: Like they were like first playoffs without Burrow mahomes Lamar
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: and nine as J. J. McCarthy.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: That's hilarious.
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: Oh man, he's trash.
- 1:10:07Speaker 6: I want one time in my life. I know it
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: might come with a human cost, but I want to
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: be at the place where there's a fireworks catastrophe.
- 1:10:17Speaker 5: Oh that's not tough to find.
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: I need to be in the one place where they
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: go to New Yeah, blow up exactly the same time.
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: I want to see it. I want to be there
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: for it and watch that.
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: I don't know if I've ever I don't know if
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: I've ever been there for the full on catastrophe. I've
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: definitely been there when like you know, one of them
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: like tips over, yeah, and everyone's like, get the fuck back. Yeah,
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: and it's like shooting like straight out on ground level.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: What was your Christmas? Like?
- 1:10:50Speaker 5: Very relaxing, quite relaxing.
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Really yeah, what are we talking foehand massages?
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: No, no, no, that just pretty much hung out with
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: the fam, very relaxing, chilled a lot, a lot of
- 1:11:04Speaker 5: bush stuff that we had to do.
- 1:11:06Speaker 6: That was cool.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: Yeah. Wow, I didn't have like a crazy break, you know,
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: just relaxed for the most part. I got a new monitor.
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: Oh Lead, I don't know if you guys are familiar.
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: I always thought it was O l Ed. I mean
- 1:11:22Speaker 6: it is because you say because you say l Ed.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: Right, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know I'm say Lead.
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I guess that's a good that's a good point.
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: But people say oh Led for some reason.
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: Well if they do, I trust you.
- 1:11:36Speaker 5: I never thought about that. It is it's hard to explain.
- 1:11:40Speaker 5: You'll just have to come you guys will have to
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: come stop by.
- 1:11:42Speaker 6: Well we would if we could.
- 1:11:44Speaker 5: This is one that I'm willing for people to come
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: stop by for.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Like, this is like it's like when you when you
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: get a new puppy. Yeah, see the kids, this is
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: coming by.
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: This monitor, This thing is it's like nothing you've ever
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: seen competit. I swear to God like it's it's words
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: can't describe the difference which it like, it's.
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: Let's put it this way, Harry's entire window is covered
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: in mount moths, just blacked out with bugs from the
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: absolute brightness.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: Yeah, you can't set in the Lower east Side now.
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: The day it arrived, I had to go to Arlington
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: and it was like I set it up, turned it on,
- 1:12:24Speaker 5: and then I had to just walk away, and I
- 1:12:26Speaker 5: was like, oh tough.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: Why but that you must have been thinking about it
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: the whole time down in LINKEDLN.
- 1:12:32Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I was just talking, just talking to Milk
- 1:12:34Speaker 5: about it for hours.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: Yeah, He's like, I'm dying right now. I just want
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: to say that I actually feel like I'm I'm like
- 1:12:42Speaker 6: my brain is in.
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: Critical It probably is.
- 1:12:45Speaker 6: I feel like I'm in a critical spot.
- 1:12:47Speaker 5: You need to know.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Led No, he God, No, you need to.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: You need to.
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: I'm asked.
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: They make all that TVs, but they're like ten grand
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: I've seen those. They're expensive.
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: You wait for Black Friday. You can get it eighty
- 1:12:59Speaker 6: five percent off.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: We're making sen of a.
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: Dude. Did you guys see that that there's that company
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: that's doing canned white Russians.
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: Now, yeah, of.
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: Course I sent it to you, was it?
- 1:13:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:13:16Speaker 8: Me?
- 1:13:17Speaker 6: Can I just say that the correspondence between me and
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: Harry is ninety percent ten percent Harry. And when I
- 1:13:25Speaker 6: started texting him about fishing, it was as if I
- 1:13:29Speaker 6: had hit the mother load.
- 1:13:32Speaker 5: Well, he was talking shit, that's why.
- 1:13:34Speaker 6: No.
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: No, he sending photos going, this is bigger than one
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: night you've ever caught. No.
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: At first I was nice, but then then I realized
- 1:13:40Speaker 6: that I actually had caught bigger trout than you'd never thought,
- 1:13:43Speaker 6: because you admitted it.
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: You said that, well, we don't know. I mean, it's
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: tough to judge. We know it's tough to judge. Why
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: because it's impossible to tell the length of a fish
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: based on the photo.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: That's not true at all. It's mass. What are you
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: talking about?
- 1:13:55Speaker 6: If you take my hands, it's it's there's perspective.
- 1:14:00Speaker 5: What do you bev Yeah, that was but uh no,
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: it's like, yeah, you're if you're like, bo will catch
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: a fish that's this big.
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: The reason I didn't get that was because yours actually
- 1:14:10Speaker 6: made sense.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: But okay, BO will catch a fish it's like this big.
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: And then he'll hold it right up to the camera
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: and then it looks like it's a fucking whale.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: Yeah, but there's other things that you can measure it by.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: It's like if you know how tall somebody is, and
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: you know how where the shadows are, you could tell
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: how big the building is.
- 1:14:28Speaker 6: Like that.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: You could see by like how long someone's finger is.
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: If it's perspective, the fingers are gonna look bigger too,
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Like you can figure shit out.
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: Yeah. I remember I was looking at Francis foot and
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: I was like, I don't think his hands are that big.
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: I have big hands.
- 1:14:41Speaker 5: Not that big though. Trust you had the hull.
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: Cans what measures hands?
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Then let him measures hands.
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: But I just bought gloves.
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: That's you holding the fish.
- 1:14:49Speaker 6: And I went x x L.
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: Even some room, there's a little bit of room.
- 1:14:56Speaker 6: They're not tight XXL Is that.
- 1:14:58Speaker 5: I didn't even know that was a thing for gloves.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he had the freshman cipher gloves.
- 1:15:03Speaker 5: I brought my mittens home. That was one big thing
- 1:15:06Speaker 5: that I did. I found my old mittens. I got
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: good mittens.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Their lettens is such a childish thing.
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: Now their leather and then they got the zipper gloves.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Okay, that's still fucking childish. Why would you need the extra.
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: Perfect for skiing?
- 1:15:22Speaker 6: He's on the stomach onboard mittens.
- 1:15:26Speaker 5: You know, I actually used to make slide gloves. I
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: did know that, Like we would get like old or
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: not old. We would just get like work gloves, and
- 1:15:34Speaker 5: then you get velcro, and you would velcrow cutting board
- 1:15:37Speaker 5: plastic cutting board to the gloves, and then their slide
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: gloves for longboarding was sick.
- 1:15:44Speaker 6: You're such a resourceful guy, you know.
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: I've been through a lot of phases.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Yeah, trying to find your thing. I haven't found it yet, looking.
- 1:15:54Speaker 5: Constantly trying to find my thing.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Which is nice. That's like, that's just being a male. Yeah,
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: that's just being a boy.
- 1:16:03Speaker 6: Do you want to tell us about the Dominican Republic
- 1:16:05Speaker 6: at all?
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: We caught him, got his ass in and out, you
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: know what I mean?
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: How are vibes? There were people like are we next?
- 1:16:17Speaker 5: Like were they like asking you for intel?
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: No it's not that far south, it's decent.
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: No it's close.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: No, it's not at all.
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: You were closer to Venezuela than Francis was to America.
- 1:16:32Speaker 6: That's probably true.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: Yeah, no ship.
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: So I'm just saying what the fuck? They were close enough? Yeah,
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: did you hear like the three hundred planes flying over
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: in the middle of the night.
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: No, we did it pretty silently. That's what That's what Delta. Uh,
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: that's what the three sixty gets you.
- 1:16:52Speaker 6: Yeah, he flew Delta Juan down there.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, if you're yeah, if you're in the Delta
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: three six that you get to extract foreign leaders from
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Banana republics. I didn't realize how bad it was in Venezuela.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Do you guys know?
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: No, No, you know, it's weird. I remember, like like
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: probably like a year ago, I was talking to Bo
- 1:17:21Speaker 5: about like for everything going on in the world, like
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: Ukraine and Palestine and all that, and he was like,
- 1:17:27Speaker 5: you know, what the real issue is is Venezuela. And
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: I was like, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: And then because he probably watched that John Krasinski show.
- 1:17:35Speaker 5: Yeah, probably.
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: Who was that?
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: What show is that is that? Like a Jack Jack
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Ryan Jack Ran Jack Richer Ryan Jack Ryan Jack Ryan
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: And he's like, uh, he's basically doing the Jeff Daniels
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: scene where it's like everybody thinks America so great, but
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: we're this like were and yeah, doing it about Venezuela.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Like Venezuela got the most goal, more gold in the
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: world in South Africa, more oil than China.
- 1:18:04Speaker 5: It's always weird when someone's got like a weird thing
- 1:18:06Speaker 5: for another country.
- 1:18:07Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: We had like a kid that I grew up with
- 1:18:09Speaker 5: that was like super into Russia, you know, kids like
- 1:18:12Speaker 5: middle school. He was wearing like those Russian hats and
- 1:18:15Speaker 5: they'd be like, you can't wear a hat in school
- 1:18:17Speaker 5: and he'd be like, this is part of my culture
- 1:18:19Speaker 5: and Russian, yeah, and they would let him keep it on.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: You know, kids do that with Brazil. There's like a
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: subsect of kids that get obsessed with Brazil that have
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: never been there and we'll never go there, really will
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: just fall in love with Brazil.
- 1:18:31Speaker 5: Why soccer, I don't know.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: I think it's just like the food boat Favela's and
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: the fucking hills and the plains, juggling on the beach
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 1:18:42Speaker 5: Interesting.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: But yeah, I didn't know Venezuela was going through with
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: that bad.
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: Well, how was the d R.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: Good until fucking Nick Shirley showed up and fucking busted
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: our asses? You followed Nick Shirley at all?
- 1:18:56Speaker 6: There have been so many things you've said that I
- 1:18:58Speaker 6: have no idea.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Surely is the kid that's been uh doing all the
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Somali daycares in Minnesota, Yeah, doing the YouTube videos about that?
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: Okay, have you are you familiar with the daycare situation?
- 1:19:10Speaker 6: I don't know why. I don't know.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: That's big news. That's big news, is it?
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: Though?
- 1:19:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: I feel like that was not as big as people
- 1:19:18Speaker 5: were like acting like it was really like that was
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: supposed to be like a like people were supposed to
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: be like furious.
- 1:19:24Speaker 6: I saw something about Tim Waltz stepping down.
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: Yeah, well that is true last night, right he was
- 1:19:31Speaker 5: eating McDonald's or some ship.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: Yeah, Tim wall stepped stepped down because of gross fraud
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: and uh negligence and abuse.
- 1:19:40Speaker 6: Does that have to do with the daycares?
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: Daycares? Yeah?
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: Apparently there were like there's Somali daycares that what there
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: was just no there was no one there.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: There's no one that the Somali daycares look normally.
- 1:19:51Speaker 6: I'm a little more tapped in. I've been selling sneakers
- 1:19:54Speaker 6: and yeah, basically like I fucking mind right now.
- 1:19:59Speaker 5: Staying up all my just being like what else can
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: I sell?
- 1:20:02Speaker 6: Well? I keep selling stuff so that I can buy more.
- 1:20:05Speaker 6: I'm empteeing shelves so that I can.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: Fill them, which is nice feeling.
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: I said, I can't. I can't buy any more sweaters
- 1:20:11Speaker 6: from Japan until I sell my Jordans, and I sold
- 1:20:14Speaker 6: them all I can fit, like twenty sweaters.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you get a sweater from Japan when you just
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: were at the sweater Mecca. Look Zealand.
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: Look, they don't got possum sweaters in Japan. No, I
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: don't know what you're expecting to find over there.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: They have like giant possums down there. Poss Yeah, a
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: possum doesn't have enough hair, possum.
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: This is seventy five possums.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: Everyone donated their full body.
- 1:20:44Speaker 6: What percentage possum is yours?
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: It doesn't say he's leads with possum, which means that's
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: the biggest ingredient.
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: I think this is almost all possible.
- 1:20:52Speaker 6: Let me see it. Let me see it.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: It says hand wash in lukewarm water.
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: WHOA, that's possible or that's straight possum.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: Yeah, oh, I'm not going to be able to fucking
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: wash this right.
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: Wash in hot water and lukewarm.
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: Lukewarm, do not rub or ring the garment. Gently squeeze
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: the garment to remove excess water, or lay flat in
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: the shade. Ease garman to shape while still wet. Do
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: not iron. Do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: I may run in first, wash, dry, cleanable. I mean,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: those are all the things I like to do. They're
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: asking me not to do that. Maybe I just never
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: wash it.
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: Yours is.
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: It's all possomes.
- 1:21:41Speaker 6: What he literally says, one hundred percent New Zealand possum
- 1:21:45Speaker 6: for it. But then it says fine Marino wool blend.
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: So it says including uh, possum for one hundred percent
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: natural and an environmentally responsible choice. This luxurious fiber, I
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: don't know. I don't know. I don't think possum and
- 1:22:02Speaker 6: think luxury. But has a unique hollow core that is
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: more lightweight and insulating. But then fine Marino wool is renewable,
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: natural fiber that is soft and durable. I think you're
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: gonna love this, dude, And don't They'll be like, what
- 1:22:19Speaker 6: do you what is that possum? Don't be don't be
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: thrown by the possum.
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: I'm not at all. Could I feel his Yeah, I'm intrigued.
- 1:22:25Speaker 5: By it.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: Oh, it's significantly more possom me.
- 1:22:28Speaker 5: What if? What if it turns out I'm allergic to
- 1:22:30Speaker 5: possum and I put that thing on and all of
- 1:22:32Speaker 5: a sudden, it's just skin tight. I mean I'm swelling out.
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: I went way, I'm bursting through.
- 1:22:36Speaker 6: What size are you, guys? I went large as on
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: both large.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: Large works feels right, especially for sweaters.
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: Yeah, baggy sweater. Yeah you want it tight? Yeah.
- 1:22:48Speaker 6: I had a hard time figuring out what size you
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: two are.
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: I feel like we would both be easily large. Might be,
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: you know, so double XL, but.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I wear a double XL. Just is a nod to
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: the magazine. Yeah, right, this is a tip of the
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: cap to the mag.
- 1:23:05Speaker 6: The freshman class or was that from.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: No, No? That was freshman freshman cipher?
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: Yeah, the best I saw Marty Supreme. Oh good yeah, yeah,
- 1:23:16Speaker 5: fun cool.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: Why did you talk about it in the in chat BCC?
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: I feel like we have like a really nice movie
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: check going in chat ECC right now.
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I must have forgot to lay that down.
- 1:23:25Speaker 6: I'm on a movie heater right now.
- 1:23:28Speaker 5: I'm on a mad Men kick really yeah, and it's good.
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: I watched the first season then I kind of petered out.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: It's to be honest, it doesn't really start ramping up
- 1:23:38Speaker 5: to the next level until season four, I believe.
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: Oh I can't wait that long.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: Yeah, that's insane.
- 1:23:43Speaker 5: Yeah, it's good. Who does a little too much fucking
- 1:23:47Speaker 5: for me? Okay, like an absurd amount of fucking in
- 1:23:50Speaker 5: that show?
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: Okay, that's what I was about to ask about.
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: An absurd amount is like, man, I'm not, like, no,
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: I'm not. No, I'm not. I'm not. And you watch
- 1:24:00Speaker 5: this and you go, maybe I am because there is
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: a sex scene. It's literally like the format of the show.
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: It's every other scene. It's like, here's a serious scene putting,
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: here's two people fucking. Here's a serious scene more fucking.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: How are they showing it on screen?
- 1:24:18Speaker 5: It's not like graphic, it's just like it's mostly noises, loud, yeah.
- 1:24:27Speaker 6: Or they or they like show, they'll they'll show them
- 1:24:30Speaker 6: start ripping each other's close off and then they fade
- 1:24:33Speaker 6: to something else. Do you know what happened?
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: It's I wish that someone's putting each other on the
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: kitchen counter or something. There's a lot of ship like that,
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: like sweeping a table. Yeah, hell yeah.
- 1:24:44Speaker 5: By the way, well in the in the sixties, doesn't matter.
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: You just you you fucking then you clean that ship up, bitch.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: And while you're in it took me something.
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: The men really had just there was no consequence. They
- 1:25:00Speaker 5: could just do whatever they wanted.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: It seemed like a golden era.
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: That show is like, it's almost like a culture shock
- 1:25:06Speaker 5: watching it. It's crazy. Yeah, just they just don't.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: Stop fucking It definitely was not like that you think, No,
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I think it was. I don't think it was.
- 1:25:15Speaker 5: I think it was.
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: I don't think I spoke to a single woman the
- 1:25:19Speaker 6: entire time I was in New Zealand, except the odd waitress.
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: And I came back and I was like, you know,
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: I don't think I ever need to talk to one
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: of them again.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: Oh wow a woman.
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's way easier to go gay.
- 1:25:34Speaker 6: I was very I don't need I don't know. It's
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: just like I was very aware while I was there.
- 1:25:41Speaker 6: I became very aware that one and I said this
- 1:25:45Speaker 6: that I love my job to the point of like
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: I don't want to be away from it for that long.
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: I started feeling really antsy.
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I know what you mean. I didn't get that
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: at all until yesterday weirdly, Yeah, I felt that yesterday.
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: I was like, you know, it's Monday, after break, you're
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: coming in. You're like, I'm gonna be really productive today
- 1:26:08Speaker 5: this year. Yeah, this is everything changes, like replying to emails,
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: some updating my website and shit. And then like an
- 1:26:16Speaker 5: hour went by and I was like, I literally don't
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: have a single other thing to do. That was it.
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: It's ten am. I'm like, like, I literally I had
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: two spots last night. I spent like probably like noon
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: until seven pm trying to find something productive to do
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: and just bouncing around. And then eventually I was just like,
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: I guess it's gonna be the shows. That's gonna be
- 1:26:39Speaker 5: the productive thing.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: What your comedy shows or yeah, yeah, maybe you write
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: a joke.
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: I tried, Hey and heat working on some new stuff
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: with about AI.
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: But I got something.
- 1:26:53Speaker 5: I did write something that I was excited about I got.
- 1:26:56Speaker 5: I got some new AI stuff that I think is funny.
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: But then I'm also worried that it's just like it's
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: everyone's gonna have a stuff now.
- 1:27:02Speaker 6: By the way, really quick in in this vein, I
- 1:27:05Speaker 6: have a lot of cool fun cities coming up. I'll
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: be in d C. The first weekend of February at
- 1:27:10Speaker 6: the improv.
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: Then, oh, see, I say, February.
- 1:27:13Speaker 6: Do you that's wrong?
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: That's bullshit.
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you write it out.
- 1:27:21Speaker 6: That way, but I've never met someone who February says
- 1:27:24Speaker 6: it correctly.
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: That's why English is the hardest language to learn, because
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: you're getting your head and hit with bullshit like that
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: all the time.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: February.
- 1:27:31Speaker 5: Yeah, imagine trying to learn English and they're like, well,
- 1:27:33Speaker 5: it's actually February February. What do you know? There's an
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: R right in front of the you.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: So February six, you're in d C.
- 1:27:42Speaker 6: Then I have Batavia, Illinois.
- 1:27:46Speaker 5: Uh, Bavia Really?
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: After that, what's the club? No?
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: I was thinking an Urbana.
- 1:27:54Speaker 6: No, it's Batavia.
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: Batavia good spot.
- 1:27:57Speaker 6: Yeah. Then I have Pittsburgh The Emperor.
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: Yeah, apparently I'm here and I'm hearing that there's a
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: there's a massive photo of your boy at the Pittsburgh.
- 1:28:08Speaker 5: Mike sent it to me. He said that it's a mural. Wow,
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: and he was like, what happened when you were in Pittsburgh?
- 1:28:15Speaker 6: Well, you you came back glowing about that club.
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I had a good time.
- 1:28:20Speaker 6: You said it was great. I'll be there. Then I
- 1:28:23Speaker 6: have the cops, gonna have Denver, San Francisco, Houston, and
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: I know there's one more in there. Fuck, I can't
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: quite remember, but just go to a punch up that
- 1:28:36Speaker 6: live l A Well, I'm gonna do La, I'm gonna
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: do the Netflix is a joke fest at the Improv
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: and then there's some other place anyway. I watched Punch
- 1:28:48Speaker 6: Up Dot Live Slash Francis Sauce. Do you have anything?
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: Oh no, Okay, I watched it. I'm still it's a
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: work in progress. I watched No Country for Old Men
- 1:28:57Speaker 6: again last night, which is a great if you want
- 1:29:00Speaker 6: to read Cormack McCarthy, it's probably his most successful book.
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: It's a really good book. And there was a quote
- 1:29:07Speaker 6: at the end of the movie that had I heard
- 1:29:10Speaker 6: it while I was in New Zealand, would have proven
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: a palliative to the ills I suffered. And the quote
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: is actually from a character named Ellis. So there's a
- 1:29:24Speaker 6: lot of layers here, and the quote is this, all
- 1:29:30Speaker 6: the time you spend trying to get back what's been
- 1:29:34Speaker 6: took from you, there's more going out the door. After
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: a while, you just have to try to get a
- 1:29:41Speaker 6: tourniquit on it interesting you follow?
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you feel like was taken from you?
- 1:29:49Speaker 6: I mean being pissed off about shit? And the more
- 1:29:53Speaker 6: that I stay angry about it, the more I'm losing of.
- 1:29:57Speaker 5: My life exactly.
- 1:29:59Speaker 6: And after Wow, I just have to say, you know what.
- 1:30:02Speaker 5: Let them, let them this too shall pass.
- 1:30:05Speaker 6: Can't can't handle it. Let's wrap a turn a kid
- 1:30:08Speaker 6: around it and shoot some fucking heroin.
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: Yeah, or what's that gun that they use in no
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: country for old men?
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: Shoot?
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: Shoot that thing?
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: Oh, that fucking oxygen tank or what's that one?
- 1:30:18Speaker 6: And then he also has that silencer. Oh, Sugar has
- 1:30:21Speaker 6: that silencer rifle.
- 1:30:23Speaker 5: I would much rather get shot by that thing than
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: whenever the fuck the air.
- 1:30:27Speaker 6: Was well, you wouldn't feel I mean the air.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: You're just dead.
- 1:30:31Speaker 5: I looked. It looks like a painful way to die.
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: The best scene in that movie is when he flips
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: the coin for the old man.
- 1:30:38Speaker 6: It's pretty good. It's have to know what what I'm
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: putting up. You've been putting it up your whole lot.
- 1:30:45Speaker 6: You just didn't know it, Sugar, don't put that don't
- 1:30:48Speaker 6: put that coin in your pocket. Then becomes the coin.
- 1:30:52Speaker 5: That's a banger. It's a certified bang.
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: What a fucking movie?
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: You just watch the new Glass or New Knives Out?
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: No dece glass Onion.
- 1:31:01Speaker 5: I was going to say Glass Onion, but it's the
- 1:31:02Speaker 5: newer version of.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: So there's Is there a third one?
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: I'm done. Those movies are about sweaters.
- 1:31:09Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean they're fun. They're fun movies, fun to watch.
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: The second one is just like they're just yeah, they're
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: they're laying it on a little bit thick for me.
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: I don't know, I enjoy them.
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: Well because it's just like a little who Done it?
- 1:31:24Speaker 6: Heist?
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: Just play clue, dude, you want to fucking figure it out.
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: You don't know who wins and clue you figure it
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: out and then knives Out.
- 1:31:31Speaker 5: You're like, oh yeah, yeah, clue. It seems a little
- 1:31:36Speaker 5: bit more like a process to get that going.
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's at least interactive and fun.
- 1:31:42Speaker 5: I mean, Knives Out is pretty much interactive.
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: Was it the same cast or they they switch up
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: the cast?
- 1:31:47Speaker 5: They got that same dude from uh, he's.
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: In all of them, James h who's gay and knives Out? No,
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: and the second one like he's just mysteriously gay.
- 1:31:58Speaker 5: He's the one that's like hosting the party and onion
- 1:32:01Speaker 5: is it Daniel Craig, So that's Edward Norton. I think, yeah,
- 1:32:04Speaker 5: you're right. He gets sent to the island. That's what
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: it is, as Detective.
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: Daniel Craig is mysteriously gay Edward Norton. I watched the
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: Edward Norton movie called The Heist, hmm, and it's Edward
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: Norton and he is h He's a thief in the movie.
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: And the way they get away with all the heists
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: in the movie is he pretends to be retarded.
- 1:32:32Speaker 5: Oh shit, tell yeah, he just.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: Walks around and not he pretends to be special needs.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: He doesn't pretend to be a specific malady. He pretends
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: to be garden variety retarded, like you would pretend to
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: be in second grade.
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: Are you talking about the usual suspects?
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: Nope, it sounds like he's going like Gilbert Grape.
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: It's way further than that.
- 1:32:52Speaker 5: Because Gilbert Grape, they never really say what he's.
- 1:32:55Speaker 6: Got talking about the Italian job.
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: Maybe is it the score?
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: The Score? I thought it was that.
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: Is it that it could be the score? Is it
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: the score?
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: The Score? Edward Norton?
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: He just pretends that Oh yeah, it's the score. I'm sorry,
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: not the heist. It's the score.
- 1:33:16Speaker 6: The score of unusual ability, obsessed with keeping the box
- 1:33:21Speaker 6: score to the baseball game turns around the Oakland Athletics
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: thanks to his fabulous graph statistical.
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: A mysterious Mets fan. I couldn't believe it.
- 1:33:34Speaker 6: Moneyball meets Radio.
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: He's like he just like his character is introducing the movie,
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: just like limping on the street being like, yeah, it's like,
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: what the fuck is going on? It's just so far
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: away from something that would fly today.
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: Oh yeah, but it's also like the the what is
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: it that they're supposed to be having when they do that?
- 1:33:58Speaker 5: I don't know. I don't think anyone knows, and I
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: don't think it's a thing.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: And afterwards he like he's like, yes, I've just been
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: tricking everyone the entire time. He just goes back to
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: like just being like.
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: Dude, that's worse than geists, exactly, it's worse than the stealing.
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: Yeah, we didn't catch you for stealing the diamonds, but
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: we caught you for pretending to be a special needs
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: for him decades.
- 1:34:21Speaker 5: You to go to jail for that, And he was.
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: Just living as that as like a handsome, functioning member
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: of society just to eventually get into steal some fucking diamonds.
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: The score Norton is good, though.
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: I mean this made me question everything about what I
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: thought about Norton.
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: That could have been like a humiliation ritual type thing.
- 1:34:41Speaker 5: It could have been he signed the contract.
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: Okay, I'm not going to fuck him in. But yeah, Yeah,
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: it was fucking insane because it was the same plot
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: as the Italian Job, but instead of him being because
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: he's like this kind of sinister character, but like the
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: only twist is that he's just like dragging his foot
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: behind and like drooling. It's so fucking insane. I would
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: recommend it to anybody. It was it was, it was
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: you couldn't look away.
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: Oh man, I gotta check that out. Yeah, so you
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: went it's Gilbert Great.
- 1:35:16Speaker 6: Yeah you've never seen Gilbert Great.
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: No, I've never seen Gilbert.
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: They're not missing much. It's pretty much just like, Yeah,
- 1:35:29Speaker 5: Leo really booked some like pretty dark roles. I watched
- 1:35:34Speaker 5: Basketball Diaries when I was in sixth grade and I
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: think it ruined my life for like two years. Yeah,
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: that movie's insane. The Basketball Dairies not a lot of
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: basketball in it.
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: But they are shooting.
- 1:35:47Speaker 5: Oh they're shooting, if you know what I mean.
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: Facts. So happy to be back recording with you guys.
