- 0:03Speaker 1: Give it up for Ella Langley.
- 0:05Speaker 2: That song right there has broken all of the records.
- 0:12Speaker 3: I love that. It felt like we had been following.
- 0:15Speaker 4: This for, well, I suppose 20 plus weeks, but like
- 0:20Speaker 4: really closely for, I don't know, five or six.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:24Speaker 2: So she is now the record holder for most, let
- 0:27Speaker 2: me get this right, longest running number one song on
- 0:31Speaker 2: the Billboard Hot 100.
- 0:34Speaker 1: 23rd week atop the chart.
- 0:36Speaker 3: We do still need a few more weeks buffer from
- 0:40Speaker 3: Mariah Carey, though.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah, she just beat Mariah. Mariah does have a chance
- 0:43Speaker 2: to come back this holiday season.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Right.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Get another number one because it's a non-consecutive title.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It's just the most weeks at number one.
- 0:51Speaker 2: So, like, Mariah Carey will basically do this forever. Yeah.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Every time she defrosts, she defrosts. She gets a chance
- 1:00Speaker 2: at getting her record back. Ella Langley says that song
- 1:03Speaker 2: changed her life, though. That might be an understatement, right?
- 1:06Speaker 3: Probably, yeah.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.

- 1:46Speaker 4: eight foot hole like sinkhole eight foot deep sinkhole yeah
- 1:51Speaker 4: she just like slipped right in basically and was screaming
- 1:55Speaker 4: for help um The dog is, like, standing over it
- 1:59Speaker 4: being like, someone.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Needs to come help her. Thankfully, her neighbors did.
- 2:04Speaker 1: She's obviously out of it since we're talking about it.
- 2:07Speaker 3: And she's obviously out of it. Minor injuries, some pulled muscles,
- 2:11Speaker 3: everything okay.
- 2:11Speaker 4: But, yeah, like, just like, it's my birthday, taking a

- 2:47Speaker 2: I got really distracted there for a second. It's early,
- 2:56Speaker 2: so I'm making sure that the answer is in what
- 2:58Speaker 2: I'm playing.
- 2:59Speaker 3: That's what I thought. Okay, yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 4: I was listening closely, and I was like, I think

- 3:28Speaker 4: you tell us what this Kip Moore song is? That's
- 3:30Speaker 4: going real fast.

- 3:41Speaker 3: I want you to, we want you to win, right?
- 3:42Speaker 2: Like we're not, we're not really making it that hard.
- 3:47Speaker 1: It's more girls like you.
- 3:52Speaker 3: It's right there.
- 3:52Speaker 2: There you go.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Yeah. It happened right at the end. That song almost
- 3:55Speaker 3: 10 years old too, by the way.
- 3:57Speaker 2: We were just talking about the stuff off there that
- 3:58Speaker 2: I'm like, oh yeah, that happened like yesterday.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Congratulations to our winner going to see Kip Moore Friday,
- 4:06Speaker 4: December 11th, Old National Center. Another chance for you to
- 4:09Speaker 4: win tickets coming up later today, nine o'clock. A new
- 4:12Speaker 4: country keyword for Kenny Chesney and more of these Kip
- 4:14Speaker 4: Moore tickets tomorrow around the same time.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Annie and Cole, who's in the wrong? I haven't done
- 4:22Speaker 3: anything wrong.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Did I explain it wrong?
- 4:23Speaker 3: Okay, explain to me exactly what I did wrong.
- 4:27Speaker 4: It's one coming through on the Armory Air Tax Line, 317-663-9797.
- 4:31Speaker 4: It says, am I in the wrong for refusing to
- 4:34Speaker 4: lend my friend my car because they have a history
- 4:38Speaker 4: of tickets?
- 4:42Speaker 3: Here's the thing.
- 4:43Speaker 1: If you borrow somebody's car, And you get a ticket.
- 4:49Speaker 3: You pay it, right?
- 4:50Speaker 6: Yes.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I guess if it's a parking ticket, it's going to
- 4:54Speaker 1: go to wherever the license plate is registered to.
- 4:57Speaker 3: I would hope that your friend would still pay the
- 4:59Speaker 3: parking ticket.
- 5:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 5:02Speaker 3: This is a tough one.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I thought you were going to say something about borrowing
- 5:04Speaker 2: money because I have a very strict rule about borrowing
- 5:07Speaker 2: things to people. If you lend something to someone, I
- 5:10Speaker 2: don't expect to get it back. But if I lend
- 5:12Speaker 2: someone my car, I expect to get it back.
- 5:15Speaker 4: But we've all got that one friend, too, who's not
- 5:18Speaker 4: a good driver.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Is that when you're like, well, what do you need
- 5:22Speaker 2: the car for?
- 5:22Speaker 1: Can I give you a ride somewhere?
- 5:23Speaker 3: Like, do you try to spin it?
- 5:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:26Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 5:27Speaker 4: I remember when I was in college and one of
- 5:29Speaker 4: my buddies was rushing a fraternity. And not everybody had
- 5:32Speaker 4: a car those first couple years of college, right? He's
- 5:34Speaker 4: rushing a fraternity. And he goes, hey, I have to
- 5:37Speaker 4: be the pledge designated driver for the night.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Can I borrow your car? I was like, no.
- 5:45Speaker 6: No.
- 5:45Speaker 3: I was like, no, you cannot.
- 5:47Speaker 4: I was like, even if I trust you to be
- 5:50Speaker 4: a good driver, I do not trust... A bunch of
- 5:54Speaker 4: college kids who have just been drinking all night in
- 5:56Speaker 4: my car.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Like, one of them is certainly going to throw up
- 5:59Speaker 3: in the backseat.
- 5:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 6:01Speaker 1: What do you do in this situation?
- 6:02Speaker 3: Annie and Cole. Who's in the wrong? I haven't done
- 6:07Speaker 3: anything wrong.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Did I explain it wrong?
- 6:09Speaker 2: Okay, explain to me exactly what I did wrong.
- 6:13Speaker 4: This one on the Armorer text line says, Am I
- 6:15Speaker 4: in the wrong for not letting a friend with a
- 6:17Speaker 4: history of speeding tickets borrow my car? This text says,
- 6:23Speaker 4: I think as long as the friend doesn't have a
- 6:25Speaker 4: history of damaging cars, I would let them borrow it.
- 6:29Speaker 3: I think so, too.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Phone number is 317-663-9797. You can call or text us
- 6:35Speaker 4: or like James on the Armory Air text line. You
- 6:37Speaker 4: can send us a voice message through text as well.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Here's what James had to say.
- 6:41Speaker 5: I learned a long time ago not to loan out
- 6:44Speaker 5: your car, period. I had some friends, well, I thought
- 6:48Speaker 5: they was friends, that were in dire straits and needed
- 6:51Speaker 5: to use my car.
- 6:52Speaker 6: So I was like, okay, yeah, cool, you can use it, man,
- 6:54Speaker 6: no big deal. And then they turned around and tried
- 6:58Speaker 6: to steal it. So, yeah, ended up in a bad situation.
- 7:03Speaker 6: So my advice, don't loan your car.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 7:07Speaker 4: I think this happened to my dad and one of
- 7:09Speaker 4: his stepbrothers, too. Like, a similar situation, let him borrow
- 7:13Speaker 4: the car, and then they couldn't find him or.
- 7:16Speaker 3: The car for a bit. How does this happen?
- 7:21Speaker 4: I remember talking to some other friends who had kids
- 7:25Speaker 4: before us, and they were talking about all of.
- 7:28Speaker 3: The toys that.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Their baby had, and they were like, you know, she
- 7:33Speaker 4: really just prefers to play with the dog toys anyway. Like, yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 4: you know, we don't need to get baby Josie like
- 7:40Speaker 4: a million things. Like she'll like, she can play with
- 7:43Speaker 4: a couple of things and then she'll learn to play
- 7:46Speaker 4: with the.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Rest or whatever.
- 7:47Speaker 4: And then people get you stuff and then you see
- 7:50Speaker 4: stuff and then all of a sudden you have everything
- 7:52Speaker 4: and it takes over your house. And I swore, I
- 7:55Speaker 4: told my parents, no, no, like her toys are not
- 7:58Speaker 4: going to take over our house. Well, last night, we
- 8:01Speaker 4: spent a majority of the night creating a new area
- 8:04Speaker 4: of the living room for her to play. And it
- 8:07Speaker 4: takes up like a quarter of the living room. That's
- 8:11Speaker 4: not even a joke. Like it, I can break my
- 8:14Speaker 4: living room into four quarters. And that now is the
- 8:16Speaker 4: far right one is her. Like we put down a
- 8:18Speaker 4: play mat and she's got the ball pit and she's
- 8:22Speaker 4: got her blocks to like the foam ones to climb on.
- 8:25Speaker 3: And yeah, It like, it just, it's like a whole thing. And,
- 8:30Speaker 3: and you know what? And we got done and we
- 8:32Speaker 3: got done and I wasn't.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Like, oh my gosh, I can't believe she's taking up
- 8:34Speaker 4: so much space. We got done and I looked at
- 8:36Speaker 4: it like, look at that. She has the whole area
- 8:38Speaker 4: over there.
- 8:39Speaker 3: It looks so cute.
- 8:41Speaker 2: It's so funny how like the perspective automatically changes. You
- 8:45Speaker 2: can ask my brother-in-law about this because he's lost. I
- 8:48Speaker 2: think every part of the house that he thought was
- 8:50Speaker 2: his at some point, like the basement was supposed to
- 8:53Speaker 2: be like his little like Yeah.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Video game area.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And I have a little man cave in the basement, too.
- 8:59Speaker 4: And I had all of like movies and games displayed
- 9:03Speaker 4: along with just some memorabilia stuff, follow heads and autograph things.
- 9:07Speaker 4: And all of that has been put away. And that
- 9:10Speaker 4: area is now just more toys.
- 9:13Speaker 2: So what's something you said you never do? When you
- 9:17Speaker 2: were going to have kids and now you're like, yeah,
- 9:19Speaker 2: you know, we do that.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Annie and Cole. Text or give us a call. 317-663-9797.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Hank FM. Do you really want to know? Annie and
- 9:30Speaker 3: Cole want to know.
- 9:31Speaker 4: What is something you swore you would never do with
- 9:34Speaker 4: your kids? And then they came around and now, yeah,
- 9:38Speaker 4: you just can't help yourself. Because I thought we wouldn't
- 9:40Speaker 4: have a house full of toys. We have a house
- 9:43Speaker 4: full of toys.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Of course you do. That I think is tough is
- 9:47Speaker 3: the screen time.
- 9:48Speaker 4: Like, my wife is so like, like, oh, like the
- 9:52Speaker 4: TV's on, you know, whatever. Don't let her look at
- 9:55Speaker 4: the TV for too long. Like, there are screens literally everywhere.
- 9:58Speaker 3: You can't. Everywhere we go. there's a screen.
- 10:00Speaker 4: It doesn't matter if it's our house or we're at
- 10:03Speaker 4: a restaurant or wherever.
- 10:04Speaker 3: There are always screens.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Haley said on the Armored Air text line at 317-663-9797,
- 10:11Speaker 4: literally anything.
- 10:12Speaker 3: I've learned just to pick my battles.
- 10:14Speaker 4: This one says buy the candy bar and checkout line
- 10:17Speaker 4: to get them to stop crying.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Soar, I'd never do that. That's my sister.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Every time we're at the Soar, she's bribing her kids
- 10:23Speaker 1: with something.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Annie and Cole.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I know you're mad.
- 10:26Speaker 3: I know you're upset, but listen.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Are you mad?
- 10:28Speaker 3: I'm very mad. 97.1 Hank FM.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I need to know if I should be mad about
- 10:36Speaker 2: this or I'm just overreacting. And I feel like anytime
- 10:39Speaker 2: I have a problem, y'all solve it for me. So
- 10:42Speaker 2: it's bridesmaids dress shopping this weekend. And we went into
- 10:46Speaker 2: this bridal store.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Not here.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I was back up in Northwest Indiana. Not going to
- 10:53Speaker 2: say the name, though, because maybe they were just having
- 10:55Speaker 2: a bad day. A lot of people in there are
- 10:57Speaker 2: looking for homecoming dresses.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Sure, yeah. It was in full effect.
- 11:01Speaker 1: And so very busy.
- 11:02Speaker 2: And so we walked in and I didn't expect to get,
- 11:04Speaker 2: you know, like first class, like everyone all eyes on me.
- 11:08Speaker 2: But I did expect a little bit something going to
- 11:10Speaker 2: the store. I was like, hey, we're here to look
- 11:12Speaker 2: for bridesmaids dresses.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And immediately.
- 11:15Speaker 2: the salesperson, the woman working in there was like, oh,
- 11:17Speaker 2: there's a $ 50 rack downstairs if you want to take
- 11:20Speaker 2: a look at it. And I was like, oh my gosh,
- 11:21Speaker 2: I love a good deal. Of course we'll go look
- 11:23Speaker 2: at the $ 50 rack. So we went downstairs, looked at
- 11:26Speaker 2: the $ 50 rack and then realized they told us to
- 11:29Speaker 2: go look at the $ 50 rack. Like, because I think
- 11:32Speaker 2: they looked at us and they're like, oh, They should
- 11:34Speaker 2: go look at the $ 50 rack. I was like, maybe
- 11:36Speaker 2: we're overreacting. No one came to help us at any point.
- 11:40Speaker 2: They were helping everybody else who was trying on different stuff.
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, maybe they're busy. And finally things calmed down.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I'm like, do we need to like ask you for
- 11:46Speaker 2: a fitting room?
- 11:47Speaker 3: How does that work?
- 11:48Speaker 1: Like just find one that's open.
- 11:49Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, okay.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Ended up finding a couple addresses that we liked. And
- 11:54Speaker 2: we were like asking them, hey, you know, can you
- 11:58Speaker 2: order this? Does it come in any other colors? And
- 12:00Speaker 2: at this point, everyone had left the store. And the
- 12:03Speaker 2: woman was just like, I guess I can measure you.
- 12:06Speaker 2: And I was like, isn't that your job? Like, isn't
- 12:09Speaker 2: your job to measure us? And I don't know if
- 12:11Speaker 2: my friend and I got pretty womaned.
- 12:13Speaker 3: At this store.
- 12:14Speaker 1: If we got stereotyped from the beginning that they're like, Oh,
- 12:17Speaker 1: $ 50 dresses.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Oh, whatever.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Or we're just overreacting.
- 12:19Speaker 2: But the whole attitude, the entire time we were there
- 12:23Speaker 2: was kind of like, they don't have enough money to
- 12:26Speaker 2: be here.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Kind of feeling. Yeah. I don't know.
- 12:30Speaker 4: I mean, I feel like just having worked in retail
- 12:34Speaker 4: for a very long time that I'm always like customer
- 12:37Speaker 4: service first for anyone that walks in, regardless of how
- 12:41Speaker 4: they walk into the store.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Any other store I've been to to look for bridesmaids dresses,
- 12:46Speaker 2: they're very hands-on. Like if you can't fit into the dress,
- 12:49Speaker 2: they'll help clip you and like do a bunch of things.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like we had to ask them.
- 12:52Speaker 4: That's always been my experience with suit stores too, is
- 12:55Speaker 4: that they're usually like measuring, like, does this feel right?
- 12:59Speaker 4: Oh no.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Okay.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Let me fix this there.
- 13:02Speaker 2: So I don't know if we were overreacting or if
- 13:03Speaker 2: we really did get pretty woman, but I do want
- 13:05Speaker 2: to go back after I get a dress and be
- 13:07Speaker 2: like pretty woman, be like big mistake.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Annie and Cole weekday morning, six to 10 on 97
- 13:13Speaker 3: one Hank FM.
