【Love of the Father】

1. In my Father's bosom I'm loved,

I am His delightful hymn.

All my hair with care is numbered,

He treasures me more than birds.

Precious thoughts He does bear for me

More than the sands of the sea.

My sitting down or rising up,

Ever in His loving sight.

2. From young to old, He fosters me.

All my life is in His hand.

Fellow-heir with Christ now I am,

Enjoy His abundant plan.

Though on earth there are vales of tears,

He's the God of all comfort.

He holds my hand through the journey,

Till in heaven I see Him.
