This weekend I played at England Netball's Masters Centenary Festival celebrating 100 years of England Netball, and it reminded me why representation matters. Seeing hundreds of women aged 35+ still competing, challenging themselves and loving the game was incredibly powerful. In this episode, I talk about why celebrating longevity in women's sport is so important, the psychology behind role models, and why getting older doesn't mean your netball journey has to end.
