- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Whenever we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein and what
- 0:08happened to him in that jail, cell I always find
- 0:10it hilarious when people try to use Nicholas ar Taglioni
- 0:14as some kind of witness, as if that guy's reliable,
- 0:18as if I should listen to what he has to say.
- 0:21I'm not in the business of listening to a guy
- 0:24who has four bodies on his record, not exactly what
- 0:27I would call somebody that's the arbiter of truth, especially
- 0:32considering he's trying to get a pardon from Donald Trump.
- 0:37So why should I listen to Nicholas ar Taglioni and
- 0:40believe anything he has to say, Because, as far as
- 0:43I can tell, Bro's been talking nothing but nonsense from
- 0:46the very beginning. So today we have an article from
- 0:50The Deli Beast and the headline Epstein mystery takes new
- 0:53twist after a bombshell revelations. This article was authored by
- 0:58Ewan Palmer. Fresh details have emerged that shed new light
- 1:03on whether Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide or was murdered
- 1:06in his New York jail. Cell. For years, conspiracy theories
- 1:10have swirled around the August twenty nineteen death of Epstein,
- 1:15a financier with a network of high profile friends, including
- 1:19President Donald Trump, while he was awaiting trial on federal
- 1:23child sex trafficking charges. A lengthy investigation by The New
- 1:27York Times magazine suggests that Epstein displayed a concerning pattern
- 1:30of behavior indicating he was determined to take his own
- 1:33life in the weeks before he was found dead at
- 1:36the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. This includes at least
- 1:41three previously on reported suicide attempts, the discovery of an
- 1:45apparent suicide note allegedly written by Epstein and found by
- 1:49one of his cellmates, and warnings from another inmate that
- 1:52convicted sex offender was not good to be let alone.
- 1:57So nothing tangible by the way, and basing it off
- 2:00of what Nicholas TARTAGLIONI had to say, again not exactly
- 2:04somebody that I find to be reliable. The report also
- 2:08dismisses suggestions that someone could have gained access to Epstein's
- 2:12cell and killed them, arguing that such a plot would
- 2:15have required multiple co conspirators. This would have included the
- 2:18complicity of at least two prison guards, detailed knowledge of
- 2:21the facility security systems and protocols, and awareness of which
- 2:26surveillance equipment was operational. The ability for somebody to have
- 2:31killed them it would have taken a massive conspiracy that
- 2:34I can't imagine somebody not finding out about it at
- 2:37this point. Hugh Hurwitz, who headed the Bureau of Prisons
- 2:40at the time, told The Times, too many people would
- 2:43have been involved. Oh, I know, it was just systemic.
- 2:45Everything was a gigantic systemic breakdown. And it was all
- 2:49based on the fact that, you know, just errors were made,
- 2:52not by particular people, but by the system itself. Does
- 2:56that make sense to anybody out there? Did the system
- 2:59put you, for Epstein in the wrong cell? Did the
- 3:03system not make the rounds? Did the system falsify reports?
- 3:07Did the system lie over and over? Oh? Wait, that
- 3:12was individuals got it? So why aren't any of those
- 3:16people being held accountable? The investigations finding suggests Epstein exhibited
- 3:23a clear pattern of behavior in the weeks leading up
- 3:25to his death that indicated he wanted to end his life. Well,
- 3:29that's not what the psychological reports say, and that's not
- 3:32what his own lawyers say. So again they're relying on
- 3:35Nicholas Tartaglioni. I refuse to do that. I'm sorry. I
- 3:39don't find him to be a good source. And you're
- 3:42only as good as your sources. Among the newly reported
- 3:47details was testimony from Nicholas Tartaglioni, a since convicted murderer
- 3:51who shared a cell with Epstein when he first arrived
- 3:54in July twenty nineteen. Tartaglioni said Epstein asked him, how
- 3:58do you make a noose? After bell request was denied.
- 4:01Sure he did, Sure he did, Nicholas, I'm sure that's
- 4:06exactly what Jeffrey Epstein said to you, mister, a four
- 4:08time murderer. God, this whole entire like storyline they're creating
- 4:13around this dude is hilarious. So is this gonna be
- 4:16their go to? First, it's gonna be We're gonna rely
- 4:20on Glenn Maxwell. Now we're gonna rely on Nicholas Tartaglioni
- 4:25talk about character witnesses. Tartaglioni and another inmate also said
- 4:31Epstein appeared to have tried to kill himself twice before
- 4:34his unsuccessful July twenty third attempt, which has previously been reported.
- 4:39Tartaglioni said he spotted Epstein trying to tie a bed
- 4:42sheet to the gate covering their cell, and also discovered
- 4:46a noose hidden beneath his mattress. Tartaglioni told The Times
- 4:50he warned guards about Epstein's behavior, but they laughed off
- 4:53his concerns. I don't believe that either. Sorry, where's the paper?
- 4:56Show convenient? Let's blame the guards and say that I
- 5:00told them, but they didn't act. Here's the next thing
- 5:04to look for. Look for Nicholas Tartaglioni to get the
- 5:08homie hook up like Elaine Maxwell, because you know that's coming.
- 5:13After Epstein was found dead on the floor of his
- 5:15cell in the early hours of July twenty third, following
- 5:19a suspected suicide attempt, Tartaglioni discovered what appeared to be
- 5:23a suicide note written by Epstein inside a book or
- 5:27Tartaglioni told him, you better write this note, and then
- 5:31Epstein kills himself, and Tartaglioni uses the note as evidence
- 5:35to back up what he's saying about Epstein being suicidal. Meanwhile,
- 5:39my position has always been if somebody didn't kill Jeffrey Epstein.
- 5:43Then Tartaglioni was sent into that cell to tell him, look,
- 5:47you better do it, or we will. And I remain
- 5:50staunch in that belief until I see some evidence one
- 5:53way or the other. That's what I believe happened. And
- 5:55I base that off of all the people that knew
- 5:57him personally that said he wasn't suicidal, So I should
- 6:01believe Nicholas are Taglioni and not them. Sorry, why would
- 6:05I do that? They investigated me for a month, found nothing.
- 6:11The note read, They investigated me for a month, found nothing.
- 6:15It's a treat to be able to choose one's time
- 6:18to say goodbye? What you want me to do? Bust
- 6:21out crying, no fun, not worth it. That doesn't sound
- 6:24like somebody suicidal to me. Sounds like somebody is a
- 6:27bit depressed, maybe bummed out that they're in jail, But suicidal,
- 6:31not from where I'm sitting. Another former cell mate, ephrin Reyes,
- 6:35described waking one night to find Epstein fiddling with a
- 6:38bed sheet being used as a makeshift clothesline in their cell.
- 6:42The incident occurred several days after Epstein's July twenty third
- 6:46suicide at tenth when he was found with an orange
- 6:48fabric noose around his neck. Bro We not doing this,
- 6:52Reyes said, he told Epstein before flushing the line down
- 6:55the toilet. On August ninth, one day before Epstein was
- 6:59found dead, was transferred to another detention facility and warned
- 7:03an MCC staff member to keep an eye on Epstein.
- 7:07Get him a good bunkie, Reyes recalled, saying he's not
- 7:09good to be alone. Epstein was ultimately not assigned a
- 7:12new cell mate, one of the many failures that occurred
- 7:15at MCC prior to Epstein taking his own life by
- 7:19design or was it just all the systemic error? That's
- 7:23the question. There's no doubt that policy wasn't followed, protocol
- 7:27was broken, and a lot of bullshit occurred. But the
- 7:30question is did it happen because of errors in judgment
- 7:34or people just being you know, negligent, or was the
- 7:37table set? That's the question. Elsewhere, the Times report reveals
- 7:44that a desperate Epstein attempted to provide prosecutors with damaging
- 7:48information about his former friend Trump and the hope of
- 7:51securing a more lenient sentence. Well, there's no doubt he
- 7:55was willing to turn over on anybody. And that's why
- 7:58Jeffrey Epstein's no longer with us. Let's be real, the
- 8:01intelligence community, they don't keep their assets around after they're burned,
- 8:04they get rid of them. And in my opinion, that's
- 8:08what happened here. Whether it was done by his own
- 8:11hand at their urging, or somebody else doing it, I
- 8:14don't think it really makes a difference. The end result
- 8:17is what the end result was. And if anybody thinks
- 8:20that he didn't have some dirt on Trump as far
- 8:22as financial dealings, they're crazy. He most certainly did. Now
- 8:26with that said, he didn't have anything to say about
- 8:28Trump partaking and abusing anybody, so take that for what
- 8:33you will. However, Epstein did not implicate the president in
- 8:37any of his sex crimes. The only material Epstein provided
- 8:40shot it down on a legal pad, included claims such
- 8:43as Trump is a total con artist, smoking mirrors, and
- 8:46never had any money. Well, that's the biggest sin. If
- 8:50you're in that part of the world not having any money.
- 8:53You can hurt people, you can abuse children, you can
- 8:56be a human trafficker, you can be whatever. But if
- 8:59you're broke, that's the biggest sin. And there's been a
- 9:02lot of talk that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were
- 9:05engaging in some kind of financial schemes together at one point.
- 9:09So where's the paperwork for that? Do we have any
- 9:12evidence of that? Because, as I've told you from the
- 9:14very beginning, if you want to get people like this,
- 9:17you want to hold them accountable. The best way to
- 9:19do it is following the money. Do you think that
- 9:22people achieve the status they achieve without cutting corners, without
- 9:26screwing people along the way, without getting in business with
- 9:30dirty scumbags, especially somebody like Trump a real estate developer
- 9:35from New York. There was a point in time where
- 9:37you couldn't lay a piece of concrete on the ground
- 9:39without the mafia getting their cut. So if you think
- 9:43that Donald Trump was doing business in New York and
- 9:46not doing business with the mafia, you're crazy. He was
- 9:50anybody in construction. And when I talk about following the financials,
- 9:53that's what I mean. If you follow those financials long enough,
- 9:59they're going to take you to a place where you're
- 10:01going to find some incriminating shit. You don't get this
- 10:04rich following the rules. You don't get this rich, not
- 10:07crossing any lines. And when it comes to Donald Trump,
- 10:11we already know that he's crossed plenty of lines in
- 10:14his life. That said, there is no evidence that's been
- 10:18presented yet to say that he took part in Jeffrey
- 10:21Epstein's abuse of women and girls. Now, we've had some
- 10:25allegations made, and all of those should be explored and
- 10:29investigated thoroughly. But I think the road to true accountability
- 10:33is going to run directly through people's bank accounts because
- 10:36that's the window into the soul. And unless that occurs,
- 10:41it's very difficult to go after people like this. You
- 10:44have to have a smoking gun, and unfortunately we don't
- 10:48have one of those, so it's going to take a
- 10:50forensic investigation. That's the path to victory. Whenever you're dealing
- 10:55with any of these people, these billionaires, these scumbags, you
- 11:00gotta hit them where it hurts, and for them, that's
- 11:04their pocketbook, because remember, like I told you, the only
- 11:07sin in that world is to be broke. All the
- 11:12information that goes with this episode can be found in
