- 0:00Speaker 1: Just like they did to Spain. They stormed our country.
- 0:05Speaker 2: And those borders are those big plazas that were built.
- 0:09Speaker 2: They put concrete down, and now you look at them,
- 0:12Speaker 2: this grasp growing in the cracks.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Nobody comes up because they know they're not going to
- 0:17Speaker 1: get through them. They do get through, they're going to
- 0:19Speaker 1: be taken out for its back to the country.
- 0:22Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Good Monday morning.
- 0:26Speaker 5: Nice have you with us on the forty seven Morning Update,
- 0:29Speaker 5: and we've got a major.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Story for you.
- 0:31Speaker 5: Democrats have figured out a way to undermine the American
- 0:35Speaker 5: people who elected Donald Trump. They are now swamping state
- 0:39Speaker 5: legislatures with two hundred and fifty pro illegal immigrant bills
- 0:45Speaker 5: for one reason, to obstruct Trump's deportation mandate. How effective
- 0:51Speaker 5: are they and what are the judges doing? I break
- 0:53Speaker 5: it all down for you. Before we get to that, though,
- 0:56Speaker 5: I want to talk to you real quick about a
- 0:57Speaker 5: way you can make a difference each and every day
- 1:00Speaker 5: by switching one bill you have right now to a
- 1:03Speaker 5: hardcore Christian conservative company that gives millions of dollars away
- 1:08Speaker 5: to conservative causes that fight for our first and our
- 1:11Speaker 5: Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children, and conservative
- 1:16Speaker 5: causes that support our military and our veterans. Now, the
- 1:19Speaker 5: stakes right now could not be higher. And we finally
- 1:22Speaker 5: have a president and an administration fighting hard for America first.
- 1:27Speaker 4: Now, if we as conservatives lose focus, we know what happens.
- 1:30Speaker 5: Democrats take over and they put in their radical agenda.
- 1:33Speaker 5: And that's why more and more people I know are

- 2:28Speaker 5: It's Patriotmobile dot com. Slash ben forty seven and get
- 2:31Speaker 5: a free month of service. Call them nine to seven
- 2:34Speaker 5: to Patriot as well. It's forty seven Morning Update and
- 2:37Speaker 5: it starts right now.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Democrats, they are going on offense right now against Donald Trump.
- 2:45Speaker 4: What are they doing.
- 2:46Speaker 5: They are swamping blue state legislatures with more than two
- 2:51Speaker 5: hundred and fifty pro migrant, pro illegal immigrant bills to
- 2:57Speaker 5: do one thing obstruct Donald Trump's d deportation mandate. Democrats
- 3:02Speaker 5: and blue states across the country have swamped their legislatures
- 3:06Speaker 5: with an avalanche of nearly two hundred and fifty pro
- 3:10Speaker 5: migrant bills to throw at President Trump's immigration and deportation policies.
- 3:16Speaker 4: A review by the left.
- 3:18Speaker 5: Wing State Futures Organizations has now discovered more than two
- 3:22Speaker 5: hundred and forty two pieces of legislation in just thirty
- 3:25Speaker 5: two states. I'm gonna say that again, two hundred and
- 3:28Speaker 5: forty two pieces of legislation in just thirty two states,
- 3:31Speaker 5: of which about a fifth have already passed The bills
- 3:36Speaker 5: have been enthusiastically supported by socialists, the Democrats social of
- 3:42Speaker 5: America Democrats. Many of them have been opposed by legal
- 3:46Speaker 5: action by the federal government because this is about taking
- 3:49Speaker 5: away the president's rights to actually legislate after he wins
- 3:54Speaker 5: an election. Now, in some blue states, some of the
- 3:57Speaker 5: measures have even been vetoed by democratic governors feared the
- 4:00Speaker 5: measures had gone quote just too far. Now, various measures
- 4:04Speaker 5: in the bill seek to ban federal law enforcement officers
- 4:08Speaker 5: from wearing masks, which is a move that the president
- 4:12Speaker 5: has blasted is not only wrong but unconstitutional. They also
- 4:16Speaker 5: say they aim to deny federal agents from being able
- 4:20Speaker 5: to use undercover license plates, which again the Trump administration
- 4:25Speaker 5: under attack, has sued to stop that as well. The
- 4:29Speaker 5: bill also are the bills, I should say, also aim
- 4:32Speaker 5: to prevent immigration and customs enforcement you know them as
- 4:36Speaker 5: ice officers, they say, from using government property, and prevent
- 4:43Speaker 5: federal officials from opening new detention facilities. Meaning if you
- 4:48Speaker 5: have no jails or detention facilities, then you can't put
- 4:51Speaker 5: illegal immigrants there when you catch them. So this is
- 4:54Speaker 5: how again you undermine law and order and undermine federal law. Now,
- 4:58Speaker 5: the progressive organis also celebrated and noted. These are in
- 5:03Speaker 5: their own words, that fifty three bills have now passed
- 5:06Speaker 5: in seventeen states. They say it's aimed at putting a
- 5:10Speaker 5: curb on federal immigration actions and immigration policies against illegal immigrants.
- 5:17Speaker 5: Most of them are already facing legal review and then
- 5:20Speaker 5: of course lawsuits because this is clearly outside their jurisdiction
- 5:24Speaker 5: to ban and stop the federal government when it comes
- 5:28Speaker 5: to federal law. Now, again, I want you to go
- 5:32Speaker 5: back to something that happened a couple of weeks ago,
- 5:35Speaker 5: and President Trump was in the White House and he
- 5:38Speaker 5: was talking to voters worldwide about mass migrant invasion of Spain,
- 5:43Speaker 5: and he said, you need to be careful when it
- 5:46Speaker 5: comes to socialism. Now, why would the President say that, because, well,
- 5:50Speaker 5: number one, he truly believes that you need to be
- 5:52Speaker 5: very careful with socialism. Take a listen the President, in
- 5:56Speaker 5: his own words, talk to me about this.
- 5:59Speaker 6: He said that if Democrats get back into power, what
- 6:03Speaker 6: is happening in Spain, awaits America? What should voters in
- 6:06Speaker 6: other countries with elections coming up soon take away from
- 6:09Speaker 6: what's going on?
- 6:10Speaker 2: We be very careful with the whole socialist thing. I
- 6:13Speaker 2: think in many cases it's much more than socialists. They
- 6:16Speaker 2: escaped socialism, they went directly to communism. But when I
- 6:20Speaker 2: saw what happened in Spain, I said, you know, we
- 6:23Speaker 2: had a version of that.
- 6:24Speaker 1: You could say much worse.
- 6:26Speaker 2: We allowed twenty five million people under Joe Biden, the Democrats,
- 6:32Speaker 2: we had open borders and countries all over the world.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Almost all of them sent people that they don't want
- 6:40Speaker 2: into our country. And we've gotten a lot of them out,
- 6:42Speaker 2: and we're getting more, including murders. And I always say eleven,
- 6:46Speaker 2: eight hundred and eighty eight, that was the number of murders.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Many of them committed more than one murder. And we're
- 6:54Speaker 2: going to be just like that if you put these
- 6:56Speaker 2: lunatics in that I see running per office.
- 7:01Speaker 1: We had an open border.
- 7:02Speaker 2: A year and a half ago, we had the worst
- 7:05Speaker 2: border in the history of our country. Now we have
- 7:07Speaker 2: the best barter. We haven't had one person come in.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And this is done by the Democrats, by left leaning people.
- 7:15Speaker 2: They do charts and they have in fifteen months not
- 7:19Speaker 2: one person has come in through our southern border illegally.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Now that's pretty amazing. I'd say maybe ten, maybe fifteen,
- 7:27Speaker 2: they say none, and believe me, if they did, they'd
- 7:30Speaker 2: love to report it. But you could go outside in
- 7:33Speaker 2: those vast plazas where hundreds of thousands of people gathered
- 7:37Speaker 2: when they stormed our country just like they did, in
- 7:40Speaker 2: my opinion, worse, just like they did to Spain. They
- 7:45Speaker 2: stormed our country. And those borders are those big plazas
- 7:49Speaker 2: that were built. They put concrete down, and now you
- 7:53Speaker 2: look at them and there's grasp growing in the cracks.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Nobody comes up because they know they're.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Not going to get through and if they do get through,
- 8:00Speaker 2: going to be taken out brought back to their country.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So we've done a fantastic job.
- 8:05Speaker 2: You know.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Somebody said you did it too fast. I did it
- 8:07Speaker 1: in thirty days, my first thirty days. Biden couldn't do it.
- 8:11Speaker 1: He couldn't get it done.
- 8:12Speaker 2: He tried it at the end, he tried to do
- 8:14Speaker 2: something because it was so overwhelming, it was so bad politically.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But we did it in thirty years.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Somebody said you should have taken a year and a
- 8:22Speaker 2: half or two years completed.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Because everyone forgets.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Even my speechwriters, they say, sir, nobody wants to hear
- 8:28Speaker 2: about the border anymore.
- 8:30Speaker 1: You've done it.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It's an incredible job you've done, but nobody wants to
- 8:33Speaker 2: hear about it. And I should have taken a couple
- 8:36Speaker 2: of years to do it because and it actually the
- 8:40Speaker 2: public has about a two year people do they have
- 8:44Speaker 2: a two year memory for certain things.
- 8:47Speaker 1: They have a two week memory.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I may have gotten elected at certainly partially on the
- 8:51Speaker 2: border and because we did such a great job.
- 8:55Speaker 1: It was a long time ago. I did it twice.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I did it in twenty sixteen when it was bad,
- 9:00Speaker 2: but I did it this last time when it was
- 9:03Speaker 2: really bad. It was Steve, I would say many many
- 9:06Speaker 2: times worse than it was in twenty six Twenty sixteen
- 9:09Speaker 2: was bad. But what we just had a year and
- 9:12Speaker 2: a half ago that was the worst border maybe in
- 9:16Speaker 2: world history.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Is not a third world.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Country that would have allowed that to happen, with people
- 9:21Speaker 2: coming in from prisons and people coming in from mental institutions,
- 9:26Speaker 2: and people forced in by government, Because these are the
- 9:29Speaker 2: people that those governments, those countries, I know them all.
- 9:33Speaker 2: They didn't want and they walked into a country totally unvetted,
- 9:37Speaker 2: totally unchecked.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Not anymore nobody comes in.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Not anymore, nobody comes in now you go back to
- 9:44Speaker 5: these bills, and many of these bills are also championed
- 9:47Speaker 5: by these activist law firms that are supported by dark
- 9:52Speaker 5: money from the left. Many have called this no more
- 9:55Speaker 5: than just a simple attack on President Trump's power via lawfare. Now,
- 10:01Speaker 5: pro amnasty groups have also flooded the legal system with
- 10:04Speaker 5: twenty thousand lawsuits that's the new number and counting aimed
- 10:10Speaker 5: at blocking President Trump's authority on immigration enforcement and his
- 10:16Speaker 5: overall immigration agenda. It is crazy how overwhelmingly big Democrat
- 10:24Speaker 5: big law is. They are going after this president with
- 10:28Speaker 5: everything they have to shut him down and say no,
- 10:32Speaker 5: you're not the president of United it's America, even though
- 10:34Speaker 5: he was elected by the American people. Now, let me
- 10:37Speaker 5: just take a step back and also go back to
- 10:40Speaker 5: not only the growing wave of lawfare and the cases
- 10:44Speaker 5: that are facilitated by also not just activist law firms
- 10:49Speaker 5: and dark money that is coming from the radical left,
- 10:53Speaker 5: but also the activist judges that are getting to rule
- 10:58Speaker 5: and on many of these cases that were appointed by
- 11:01Speaker 5: Barack Obama and Joe Biden. The successes of these lawsuits
- 11:06Speaker 5: are coming in those courtrooms.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I'll give you an example of this.
- 11:10Speaker 5: Biden's judges, the ones that he appointed, they ruled against
- 11:15Speaker 5: ICE detentions in ninety two percent of the more than
- 11:20Speaker 5: five hundred let me rephrase that, of the more than
- 11:22Speaker 5: five thousand, nine hundred and fourteen cases to date.
- 11:27Speaker 4: So again, if you're a Biden.
- 11:29Speaker 5: Appointed judge and you want a lawsuit that goes against
- 11:32Speaker 5: Donald Trump, no problem. You find those Biden judges. They
- 11:36Speaker 5: will rule against iiced attentions in ninety two percent of
- 11:40Speaker 5: the more than five nine hundred cases they've seen. Now
- 11:44Speaker 5: that's staggering number. You combine those judges under Biden that
- 11:49Speaker 5: he put into you know, into the courtroom with Barack
- 11:54Speaker 5: Obama's judges, what do those numbers look like? Even higher? Yeah,
- 11:59Speaker 5: even more. This goes back to who is the radical left?
- 12:02Speaker 5: It was bottle fed by Barack Obama. I've said that
- 12:05Speaker 5: on the show several times. President Barack Obama's judges have
- 12:09Speaker 5: ruled against ICE in ninety five percent of the four thousand,
- 12:16Speaker 5: three hundred and sixty cases that have been brought before
- 12:19Speaker 5: Barack Obama judges that he appointed. So even higher, ninety
- 12:23Speaker 5: five percent of the time. If you get your case
- 12:26Speaker 5: in front of a judge that Barack Obama put into office.
- 12:30Speaker 5: They will rule in your favor if you are an
- 12:32Speaker 5: illegal immigrant. There's also something else that's interesting here.
- 12:35Speaker 4: President George W.
- 12:37Speaker 5: Bush his deputies ruled against Ice in ninety percent of
- 12:44Speaker 5: the three thousand and seventy two cases against them. Now,
- 12:47Speaker 5: why do I give you that number. I give you
- 12:49Speaker 5: that number so you understand that when George W. Bush
- 12:52Speaker 5: was in office, he was putting in some of the
- 12:56Speaker 5: hardcore elitist attorneys into judges roles that ended up not
- 13:03Speaker 5: being conservative. In fact, many of them are extremely liberal,
- 13:07Speaker 5: and they were not vetted for these types of issues
- 13:10Speaker 5: the way they should have been. And conservatives are way
- 13:14Speaker 5: to trust and just to say, oh, it's a judge
- 13:15Speaker 5: that George Bush wants, fine, put him in again. Ninety
- 13:19Speaker 5: percent of the time of the three thousand and seventyo
- 13:22Speaker 5: cases put before a President George W. Bush deputy, you know, judge,
- 13:27Speaker 5: they ruled against Ice. Now I give you those numbers
- 13:30Speaker 5: to then tell you this important point about President Donald Trump.
- 13:35Speaker 5: You look at the contrast, and this is why midterm
- 13:38Speaker 5: elections matter. This is why presidential elections matter. This is
- 13:41Speaker 5: why he showing up to vote matters. Donald Trump nominated
- 13:45Speaker 5: judges backed Ice okay, in thirty four percent of the cases,
- 13:51Speaker 5: so significantly higher. George Bush deputies ruled against Ice ninety
- 13:56Speaker 5: percent of time, Barack Obama ninety five percent of time,
- 13:59Speaker 5: Joe I ninety two percent of the time. Donald Trump's
- 14:02Speaker 5: judges have backed Ice in thirty four percent of the
- 14:06Speaker 5: three nine hundred and forty six cases brought before them.
- 14:09Speaker 5: What's also interesting, and you go back to George W.
- 14:13Speaker 5: Bush and you compare him to ron Reagan, now President Reagan,
- 14:16Speaker 5: and this tells you about the legacy.
- 14:18Speaker 4: Reagan was elected for.
- 14:20Speaker 5: The very first time in nineteen eighty re elected in
- 14:23Speaker 5: eighty four. Okay, So that should make all of us
- 14:26Speaker 5: not feel young right now. I was born in nineteen
- 14:28Speaker 5: eighty one. I do not feel young right now. And
- 14:31Speaker 5: this also tells you how important it is to choose
- 14:35Speaker 5: your leaders wisely, because they have so much influence over
- 14:39Speaker 5: the rest of your lifetime. When they put a judge
- 14:41Speaker 5: on the bench. President Ronald Reagan's remaining judges backed ice
- 14:46Speaker 5: detention in thirty six percent, at an even higher rate
- 14:50Speaker 5: than the Trump nominated judges in the three hundred and
- 14:53Speaker 5: fifty two cases that Ronald Reagan's remaining judges saw so far,
- 14:58Speaker 5: you have to pay attention to the judges. You have
- 15:02Speaker 5: to pay attention to this type of lawfare that's being
- 15:06Speaker 5: done by the left. And the left has a very clear,
- 15:10Speaker 5: simple game plan here. We're going to use the liberal
- 15:14Speaker 5: judges to obstruct the president's mandate by the American people.
- 15:18Speaker 5: They know if they can just get enough crazy district
- 15:21Speaker 5: judges to do enough crazy things, they can then hold
- 15:26Speaker 5: the president's agenda hostage, right, and not only hold them hostage,
- 15:31Speaker 5: but run off the clock on the president over the
- 15:34Speaker 5: next two years.
- 15:35Speaker 4: That's the strategy, folks.
- 15:37Speaker 5: The DHS General Council on the activist judges had this
- 15:42Speaker 5: to say about how radical it's become.
- 15:44Speaker 7: What's going on with some of these district judges is
- 15:46Speaker 7: absolutely absurd. I think TPS is a very good example.
- 15:49Speaker 7: I mean, we won this case in the Supreme Court
- 15:51Speaker 7: and the stuff that's being filed now is completely frivolous,
- 15:54Speaker 7: and any judge that's playing along with it is engaged
- 15:56Speaker 7: in naked politics. There is no good faith basis to
- 15:59Speaker 7: enjoy any of these TPS wind downs. And the way
- 16:02Speaker 7: I think about it is what these judges are doing
- 16:04Speaker 7: is they're engaging in naked politics and then they're shrouding
- 16:07Speaker 7: it in the thin veneer of legal ease, kind of
- 16:10Speaker 7: give it legitimacy. And if we respond to that by saying,
- 16:13Speaker 7: oh wow, that's interesting, let's analyze their legal position, we
- 16:16Speaker 7: are legitimizing something that is not legitimate. It is naked
- 16:20Speaker 7: political activism. And we you know, sometimes I feel like
- 16:22Speaker 7: the kid in the Emperor has close maybe saying the
- 16:25Speaker 7: thing that everybody else is afraid to say. But this
- 16:27Speaker 7: is absurd what we're facing and it absolutely should be
- 16:30Speaker 7: called out.
- 16:31Speaker 5: So ahead of the midterms, the takeaway for you is this,
- 16:35Speaker 5: you have a party right now that has figured out
- 16:38Speaker 5: that they just file lawsuits in front of extreme radical
- 16:43Speaker 5: liberal judges, and if you can do that, they will
- 16:47Speaker 5: favor the way that you need them to go countless
- 16:52Speaker 5: times over and over and over and over again, and
- 16:59Speaker 5: that should worry everyone.
