- 0:00Turning away from the fear means turning towards a future
- 0:05where you're asking yourself,
- 0:06"What do I believe is actually possible?" Opening up to the what ifs of
- 0:11healing, of recovery, of repair, of integration,
- 0:15of possibility.
- 0:27Hello and welcome back to Remember Why You're Here,
- 0:30a podcast for seekers and sensitives where you can relax, receive,
- 0:35reconnect yourself and remember the most important thing of all,
- 0:39why you're here. I'm Asia Suler, author,
- 0:44teacher, earth intuitive.
- 0:46And this is our reading for the month of May 2026.
- 0:52I don't know about you, but I feel proud almost to have made it to May 2026.
- 0:58So good on us. We have made it. We are here.
- 1:02And I think there's actually a lot to look forward to this month.
- 1:05So I'm excited to dive in.
- 1:08So the themes for this month are refreshment of energy
- 1:12pathways, reconnecting to the original blueprint,
- 1:16flow and trauma healing, dissolving fear,
- 1:19and embracing the meander. I am,
- 1:24gosh,
- 1:25I'm ready actually for the energies that are going to be coming in this month.
- 1:28So let's go ahead and dive into our reading. So for this reading this month,
- 1:34I worked with a lovely deck called Los Campos Energeticos,
- 1:37which means the energy fields.
- 1:40This is a beautiful deck that was sent to me by its creator, Carmen Seijas.
- 1:45And I've been working with this deck now for a while and I was excited to bring
- 1:50it into our reading this month. So thank you for sending that to me, Carmen.
- 1:54I'm excited that we get to drop into your work today.
- 1:58The deck is really special. It's bilingual, which is very cool,
- 2:01so Spanish and English.
- 2:04And the cards are broken into nine different energetic families.
- 2:08There's plants, there's landscapes, there's guides.
- 2:12And the deck was created, as Carmen wrote,
- 2:15as a companion in our travels to our inner worlds. And that helped us understand
- 2:20the energetic movements in the outer world. So the card that I picked,
- 2:24the card that fell out of the deck for this one was El Rio. Ooh,
- 2:28that actually wasn't so bad. I rolled that R a tiny bit.
- 2:34I am not very good at speaking Spanish,
- 2:36so stay with me here if you are a Spanish speaker.
- 2:39But what came out was El Rio - The river.
- 2:42Picking The River felt so perfect for this month,
- 2:45and I'm really excited to talk about why.
- 2:48But first I want to drop into what Carmen talks about in this deck and
- 2:53in the description of this card. So the keywords for this card are adaptability,
- 2:58flow, and peace. Yes, please.
- 3:01And so one of the things she wrote is the most beautiful thing about a river is
- 3:04that it's never the same. Water is nomadic and is constantly traveling,
- 3:09discovering new worlds.
- 3:11So part of the description here in this card says that the card is
- 3:16appearing to remind us that we are water,
- 3:19that we are adaptable, changing fluid,
- 3:24and to love ourselves as we are in the changing
- 3:29selves that we are. So I felt so comforted to get
- 3:34this card and the reading for this month.
- 3:37And immediately it linked in for me with part of our reading from
- 3:42last month. So if you remember in April,
- 3:45I talked a little bit about the waterfall and the idea of April being this month
- 3:50where we are getting this training in learning how to be with intensity in a
- 3:55different way,
- 3:55how to actually be able to metabolize it through ourselves in a
- 4:00different way that is creating this template for how we're going to be able to
- 4:04encounter and deal with intensity in the future.
- 4:09And then the image that I got last month was of a waterfall,
- 4:12like learning how to be in a waterfall and not feel oppressed or pushed down or
- 4:17off kilter,
- 4:18but actually learning how to be in the center of it and to let it almost massage
- 4:22you to learn how to be with that intensity. So what was so beautiful is when I
- 4:26picked this card, the immediate image that came in is this waterfall
- 4:32becoming the river.
- 4:34So we know that in the beginning of water's journey,
- 4:39when it's in the first part of its journey,
- 4:42we know that the water comes down more forcefully, right?
- 4:47This is where we get maybe more intense trajectories.
- 4:51We get the waterfall and as it goes along,
- 4:54a river gets sort of gentler and gentler.
- 4:58And so this card is this beautiful white
- 5:03river meandering through this magical blue landscape.
- 5:07And the image that I got was like seeing this wide view of
- 5:12how the intensity of April and the waterfall of energies that we
- 5:17learned how to deal with in April is now delivering us further down the river
- 5:22into a place where things start to soften out a little bit,
- 5:25where energy starts to be able to move in more of a sinuous kind
- 5:30of way. We are really seeing a shift in
- 5:35the energy inside of ourselves and also the energy inside of the collective.
- 5:41And I just really want to hit home that you learned something really essential
- 5:45last month. You did that. You stayed with the intensity.
- 5:50You learned something really big inside of your energy system last month.
- 5:55And this month, it's like you're able to actually feel now how those new
- 6:00capacities are going to work for you in your life.
- 6:05So we're taking this bigger view now and we're seeing the next leg of the
- 6:08journey when rivers move on in their journey and they're more in sort of like
- 6:13the middle part towards the end part of their journey. They get more sinuous.
- 6:17They get that beautiful wide bend and flow.
- 6:21Things slow down a little bit and that's the energy
- 6:26we're working with this month. So there is this sense,
- 6:29the first words that came in for me with this was "refreshment of energy
- 6:34pathways."
- 6:38And this is really so much because of the work that you did in April,
- 6:42because of all the big stuff you did in April,
- 6:45you really developed this adaptability last month that you didn't have
- 6:49before.
- 6:50And it's giving you this possibility now to refresh these pathways.
- 6:55And I just love that, I don't know, just that image,
- 7:00that sense of refreshing our own energetic pathways,
- 7:04like bringing in freshness, bringing in clarity, bringing in movement,
- 7:08bringing in gentleness. And from here,
- 7:12it went immediately into this understanding that there's this possibility this
- 7:16month of reconnecting to the original river within you,
- 7:20reconnecting to the original way in which your energy pathways were
- 7:25designed to flow.
- 7:28So rivers change paths over time.
- 7:32It's really interesting if you've ever seen an image of looking at from above an
- 7:37area of view,
- 7:38you can tell where rivers have been throughout time. So they don't stay always
- 7:42in the same place over millennia.
- 7:45They can shift gradually over time. They can shift overnight.
- 7:49I saw this in the hurricane and living through Hurricane Helene. Rivers,
- 7:54creeks just completely changed paths within a day.
- 7:57But these are all strategies, right?
- 8:00Rivers change paths, jump banks,
- 8:04move throughout time to respond to the landscape.
- 8:07And so there's this piece here where there are times in our life
- 8:12where we have to adjust the way in which our energy is flowing,
- 8:16how we're using our energy, how it's moving,
- 8:19in order to meet the disruptions that have come our way.
- 8:25So again, with Hurricane Helene,
- 8:28the vast amount of water that came down the
- 8:33hillsides that washed down into the hollers meant that these
- 8:37small creeks would literally jump their banks and have to go a different way.
- 8:42And then trees came down and big boulders came down from the mountain. And so it
- 8:46completely redirected the water in places where actually it was so dramatic
- 8:51that revisiting it feels like being in a completely different place.
- 8:58But all of this is adaptive. What I'm saying is all of this is adaptive,
- 9:02that this was all part of the way in which the water continued to flow.
- 9:06So us within our lives, with the hurricanes and the disruptions,
- 9:11the disturbances that come our way, the things that fall down,
- 9:14the trees that fall down, the boulders that roll off the mountain,
- 9:20the energy within us changes and adapts to be able to keep flowing around
- 9:24those boulders, around those trees that are come down.
- 9:28This is how we learn how to deal with trauma.
- 9:31This is how we learn how to keep going,
- 9:36have our resilience still remain intact.
- 9:39And so these ways in which our energetic inner rivers,
- 9:45jump banks change the way in which they're flowing,
- 9:48is actually a really important strategy.
- 9:49This meant that you were able to keep flowing.
- 9:52That meant that the energy that is yours continue to be able to make its way in
- 9:56life. And there's something about
- 10:00this month where it's like reconnecting with the original blueprint of how
- 10:06this energy was actually meant to flow within you.
- 10:09What was the blueprint before the tree came down?
- 10:12And it's almost like this month is actually giving us the kind of space
- 10:17to literally return our energetic pathways to the
- 10:23way in which they were designed to move,
- 10:26the way in which they most want to move.
- 10:28It's like the energetics of what you learned in April is giving you the pathway
- 10:32back to a more peaceful life-giving and innate
- 10:37way of flowing through your life,
- 10:40to have your energy flow through you and into life.
- 10:43And the way to do this beyond what you learned last month and in the
- 10:48past few months of having to learn how to deal with intensity and having some
- 10:53major shifts inside of yourself and your adaptability in this world,
- 10:58the way we do this is by embracing the meander. So
- 11:03meanders, if you see a river,
- 11:06a meander is the way the river kind of goes back and forth. And those big,
- 11:10beautiful curves when a river is going over a floodplain in a
- 11:15place where a river has a lot of space.
- 11:17So meanders slow the water down and because the
- 11:22water is moving more slowly, there's more life,
- 11:26there's more peace. In our lives,
- 11:30meanders really create the potential for places of rest,
- 11:34for greater health, for literally slowing down.
- 11:39So we know that meanders happen in a river. Like I said,
- 11:42when a river is like a little further along in its journey from when it began,
- 11:47higher up, higher elevation, it comes down. We've got the cascades,
- 11:51the waterfalls, got the intensity, the rush of a river.
- 11:54And then meanders happen when a river gets to a wider,
- 11:58more gentle plane and can start slowing down,
- 12:03can start taking these sort of wider pathways. So meanders are what
- 12:07happened when there's more space.
- 12:09And it was really beautiful researching more about this metaphor that's coming
- 12:14in for me, understanding a little more of the physics of a meander.
- 12:18It's really sweet.
- 12:19So as the water moves through these meanders,
- 12:23the physics of it are that the outer part of the water is going to move faster.
- 12:28And so as that outer part of the water moves faster,
- 12:31it sort of erodes the bank and then that sediment comes
- 12:36towards the inner part of the curve of the meander and starts creating these
- 12:40little beaches, these little rest points. And these are called point bars.
- 12:44And so it actually deepens the curve then over time.
- 12:48And sometimes it can deepen the curve so much that it curves back on itself and
- 12:52creates these little lakes. I just thought that was the sweetest thing.
- 12:58And so there's a sense here of when
- 13:03we embrace the meander within our own lives,
- 13:07we are giving ourselves now space for our energy to
- 13:11return to its more slower, softer,
- 13:16gentle, innate state. And we're opening up space for ourselves in our life.
- 13:21And there's space this month to meander. And when I say meander,
- 13:25what I mean is giving yourself permission to
- 13:32go on a side quest, giving yourself permission to be like, "You know what?
- 13:35I'm interested in that. I'm going to check that out.
- 13:37I'm going to check that book out of the library. I'm going to take that course.
- 13:41I'm going to finally take that dance class," whatever it is,
- 13:47let yourself meander into whatever is most interesting
- 13:53to you next.
- 13:53Let yourself go back and forth between projects or ideas.
- 13:58Give yourself time to daydream. These meanders are incredibly important.
- 14:03And when you give yourself permission to meander,
- 14:06like if I had to pick a bumper sticker for this month,
- 14:09it would be permission to meander.
- 14:11When you give yourself permission to meander,
- 14:14this is you creating more sustainable energy pathways inside your body because
- 14:19we are not meant to stay in that rushing river waterfall place all the time.
- 14:25The way that we often adapt to trauma is that we stay in that place of
- 14:31rushing and urgency and intensity,
- 14:34but that by design, we're not meant to linger there for the rest of our life.
- 14:39We're meant to get back to the place where our energy can once again meander
- 14:44once more. So I just want to say that if you are
- 14:49dealing with a lot of different projects right now or having a lot of different
- 14:51interests come up,
- 14:52or you're just feeling authentically excited about pursuing a couple different
- 14:55things this month, just know that this is not you being off track,
- 14:59that actually these meanders are incredibly important.
- 15:03So give yourself permission for side quests, for little delights,
- 15:07also for going into the things that just, I don't know,
- 15:12bring you joy and light up your life,
- 15:14the ways in which you would meander as a child,
- 15:17the ways in which you would daydream or your
- 15:21little obsessions that brought you into places inside of yourself that maybe you
- 15:26couldn't name,
- 15:27but that just really felt like they were giving you something. So I'm going to
- 15:30give you an example.
- 15:31I have been deep in the heated rivalry universe now for months.
- 15:36I'm officially in it.
- 15:37I'm in the prison of the fandom and I will never be leaving.
- 15:41I will never be leaving the cottage.
- 15:44So if you're not aware of what heated rivalry is,
- 15:48it's an adaptation from a book into a TV series. It's a love story.
- 15:54It's a queer love story. It's gay hockey.
- 15:57It's amazing. I have since read all the books. Of course,
- 16:03I'm in it.
- 16:04So it's really funny because what I was saying to myself and some of my friends
- 16:07is I'm like, "I've rewatched this show now seven times." I don't rewatch shows.
- 16:12It's really not a thing that I do almost ever, maybe since I was a kid,
- 16:17like a young teenager, but I have rewatched the show that many times.
- 16:21And there's a part of me that I can sense just
- 16:26letting myself go into this little meander in my life,
- 16:30this little place of delight that it's bringing me something.
- 16:35And I can't even fully name it right now.
- 16:37I just know that that something is full of delight and I can feel it
- 16:42retraining my energy pathways to be like, "Yeah,
- 16:47you're allowed to have these little delights, these side quests,
- 16:52these interests,
- 16:53these things that make you the multitudinous human that you are,
- 16:58the multidimensional human that you are.
- 16:59" And I think there's something in particular right now
- 17:04in the world that's really important that we reconnect to this kind of energy,
- 17:08this energy of delight, creativity,
- 17:14like obsession, fantasy, the fantastic, the magical.
- 17:20These things,
- 17:21there's something about it that's very important to allow yourself to go on
- 17:24those side quests because we are going to get a little more space this month.
- 17:28I hope this is true because that is what's coming in for me right now is that
- 17:32we're going to have a little bit of space,
- 17:34a little bit of a break from intensity. And that space
- 17:39is going to help us to ultimately develop more resiliency
- 17:44because having a diversity of
- 17:49interests of places where you can resource yourself of delights,
- 17:53having a diversity like that does create more resiliency.
- 17:57And so it's almost think about it as the diversification of your own ecosystem.
- 18:02And there's a piece here. There's an ability to access more peace this month.
- 18:08I kept getting the visual of when I was in Ireland,
- 18:11I visited the river Boyne and I, oh man,
- 18:16I just was so in love with how
- 18:20beautiful and peaceful this river just meandering through
- 18:25these green, green hills,
- 18:27like so green that it felt like my eyes were drinking in the landscape.
- 18:32And I arrived and was so jet lagged because I had been up all night on a red
- 18:37eye,
- 18:37but I arrived and it was a while before I could check into my first Airbnb. And
- 18:41I just laid on these green,
- 18:44green banks of this beautiful ancient river and I
- 18:49felt so held.
- 18:50I felt so much just peace and like
- 18:55settling and expansiveness and relaxation and gentleness.
- 19:00And there's something this month where that kind of energy is here,
- 19:06that kind of energy is available for us.
- 19:08And the way that we tap into that is partially through
- 19:13drawing mirror towards the sources that actually sustain you,
- 19:16whether it's big or small, drawing near to those sources,
- 19:20the importance of creativity, like what is fun for you?
- 19:24That's actually fun for you. What's fun to read? What's fun to watch?
- 19:28What's fun to do? What's fun to create? Who's fun to be with?
- 19:32Ask yourself these questions like, what is fulfilling and what is fun?
- 19:35And you're allowed to have that in your life.
- 19:38And actually these are really important in terms of retraining our energy that
- 19:43it's okay to move in that meander,
- 19:45that it doesn't always have to be the rush. It doesn't always have to be the
- 19:48urgency. And that this meander is actually much more life giving for ourselves,
- 19:52but also the landscapes in which we move through.
- 19:56And there's this understanding too that when our energy learns how to
- 20:00move again like that, that is innately healing.
- 20:04And so there's this sense for this month that if you give yourself permission
- 20:08for the meander, whatever that means for you, meander,
- 20:12that it will naturally get your energy flowing again.
- 20:16And energy flowing just innately begins to break up and dissolve
- 20:21trauma. Trauma states tend to be very rigid, as I said, urgent,
- 20:26rushed, hyper-focused,
- 20:28which makes sense because we need those skills when moving through situations
- 20:33that are traumatic and require a lot of our attention,
- 20:36a lot of our focus in that way.
- 20:39And it's just not the same as a life giving meandering river.
- 20:43And so there's this sense that meander actually builds in safety. It
- 20:48builds in spaces to relax. It builds in those set points,
- 20:52those points on the beach where you can relax and the bend of the river and
- 20:57just be.
- 20:58And so just by allowing our energy to flow and
- 21:03meander again,
- 21:04this innately starts to break up and dissolve some of the hyper-focus and
- 21:08rigidity that comes with healing from trauma. And so in the somatic world,
- 21:14we talk about this idea of pendulation,
- 21:15that real healing is not staying in one place.
- 21:19It's never been about staying in one place.
- 21:21It's always been about pendulating back and forth,
- 21:25having the ability to go back and forth between being tired and energetic
- 21:30or being sad and being joyful.
- 21:33And so that's what that in of itself is healing.
- 21:38And so when we are in the process of healing things within
- 21:43ourselves, process of healing our trauma,
- 21:45the goal is not to rush forward and to fix it and to hyper focus on it
- 21:50because in fact,
- 21:51that can actually deepen some of the hardship of those patterns,
- 21:55right? Because we're going back into
- 21:59the ways in which we energetically deal with trauma.
- 22:03We go back into these trauma states. And
- 22:07I feel like I say this on every podcast,
- 22:08but bless our hearts because it makes sense, right? We're like, " Dear God,
- 22:12I don't want to experience this again. I better fix this right now.
- 22:15"But what actually heals these sort of rigid frozen states inside of our body
- 22:20is the pendulation. It is the meander.
- 22:23It's the being able to go back and forth and embrace and accept that
- 22:28life is like that. We'll go into the trauma vortex,
- 22:31we'll come out of the trauma vortex.
- 22:33We will be tired and then we will be energetic and we'll be sad and then we'll
- 22:37be joyful. And that's all part of what healing looks like.
- 22:42That's what healing looks like after we're out of the rushing river and the
- 22:45waterfall state. We get into the meander lines.
- 22:48We get into the part of life where the river starts to meander and we have the
- 22:53ability to process some of the things simply by allowing ourselves to meander.
- 22:58So again, this is called pendulation in the somatic world.
- 23:01And I want you to give yourself permission this month to pendulate in and out of
- 23:05intensity, in and out of doing,
- 23:08in and out of the intensity of the feeling,
- 23:12and then allow yourself those meanders, those side quests,
- 23:15those places where you can find the little delights and the joy,
- 23:18the place on the beach in the bend of the river,
- 23:21and let yourself linger there because that is very healing,
- 23:25not just to go there, but to go back and forth.
- 23:28And you're going to have the ability to do that this month.
- 23:31As one of the last things that came in when I was in my channeling session
- 23:35around this month,
- 23:37there was a very specific phrase that kept coming up and that phrase was,
- 23:42" Have no fear. "It kept coming up," Have no fear,
- 23:47have no fear.
- 23:47"So there's something about this month where there's this possibility to
- 23:52dissolve some of the fear body,
- 23:55and that was the bigger phrase that came in for me, dissolving the fear body.
- 23:59So in April, I feel like we reached,
- 24:02it was kind of this pitch of witnessing the way in which fear is used as a
- 24:07tool and being gripped by it. It's like we kind of saw,
- 24:12it's like more veils came off where we saw even more about the way in which fear
- 24:16is used as a tool in our world and the ways in which we are
- 24:21gripped by it. Of course, we're gripped by it.
- 24:23We're biologically designed to be gripped by that. And at the same time,
- 24:28what I also have been witnessing over this past month is a lot of my community
- 24:33members and friends seeing them begin to turn away from fear.
- 24:38And this is not the same as turning away from reality.
- 24:42This is not the same as turning away from what's real, from current events, from
- 24:47the hardship other humans are experiencing,
- 24:50but turning away from the fear means being like,
- 24:54" I'm not going to let this rule my life anymore.
- 24:58I'm not going to let it hijack my nervous system anymore.
- 25:02"And I'm seeing this happen with so many of my friends like, " I'm done.
- 25:06I'm done having this fear that seems it's like ever
- 25:11constant. It's like the waterfall that never stops.
- 25:14And I'm actually done having it grip me, having it rule my life in this way.
- 25:19And so turning away from the fear means turning towards
- 25:24a future where you're asking yourself,
- 25:26"What do I believe is actually possible?" Instead of being gripped by the what
- 25:31ifs of things going terribly,
- 25:35opening up to the what ifs of things going better than we imagined,
- 25:39opening up to the what ifs of healing, of recovery,
- 25:44of repair, of integration,
- 25:46of possibility. And I think this is why the Have No Fear,
- 25:51it felt very Torian,
- 25:53very like the Taurus energy that we begin May with.
- 25:56It's very like grounded, solid, stable, earth energy coming here to hold us.
- 26:02And I think there's something this month where just imagining ourselves laying
- 26:07by this beautiful meandering river,
- 26:09there's something this month of like letting some of that fear body that we've
- 26:13been carrying within ourselves and on behalf of the collective,
- 26:15letting some of that fear body dissolve. And when we do that,
- 26:20we actually access so much more of our visioning ability,
- 26:24of our ability to move forward, of our ability to take action.
- 26:29This is real. And so this is not you copting out,
- 26:33this is you deciding to no longer be hijacked.
- 26:36And that is on offer for this month. And I love that for us.
- 26:39And there's this sense too with fear in particular,
- 26:45oftentimes the things that we are most afraid of are the things that in some
- 26:50way, shape or form have actually already happened,
- 26:53have already happened to us in our life.
- 26:56And this helps me in the moments where my fear brain gets nutty,
- 27:00where I'm like, "Asia, these things that you're so afraid of,
- 27:05you're afraid of them because you've already experienced them,
- 27:07you're afraid of them because part of you has already been through that and
- 27:10doesn't want to go through it again." And so it can be helpful for me to
- 27:14remember that,
- 27:16that I'm actually responding in some ways to the past and not to the future and
- 27:21instead to orient myself with those positive what ifs of like,
- 27:25what if healing was already happening? What if this is what healing looks like?
- 27:29What if there could be joy in healing?
- 27:31What if things are working out even better than I could imagine?
- 27:36What if there's a larger picture that someone is holding for me?
- 27:40So I think that this also naturally happens when you follow those meander lines,
- 27:44when you give yourself and your energy permission to move like this,
- 27:49to go back and forth, to rest,
- 27:54to flow a little bit slower. So
- 27:58that's our bumper sticker for this month, to follow the meander lines,
- 28:03to let yourself meander, to see what happens.
- 28:05And I really believe that we as humans are like little
- 28:10acupuncture needles standing upon this earth.
- 28:14And when we create a change inside of our individual energy systems,
- 28:18it creates a change, not even just in human community,
- 28:22but in the world at large and the landscapes that we move through in the greater
- 28:26energy patterns that we are a part of.
- 28:29So you being willing to give yourself permission for this
- 28:34meander this month for these side quests, for the peace, for the slowing down,
- 28:37for the spaciousness,
- 28:39that you are giving your energy system what it needs to be richer,
- 28:44to be more diverse, to be more resilient. And by doing that,
- 28:47you are channeling that energy into the collective.
- 28:51You are literally allowing it to flow into the collective
- 28:57and shift the way in which the energy patterns at large are working here on this
- 29:02planet. So it's very important. It's not a selfish thing.
- 29:06Your side quest is a quest that is here to help change the world,
- 29:10and it begins with the way your own innate energy is flowing through you.
- 29:15So this is what is on offer for us this month.
- 29:19This is what has come through for me and through this beautiful card.
- 29:23And I would be so curious as we move into this month to hear about how it landed
- 29:27for you, how things are going for you, what is your meander line?
- 29:31Are you also in the fandom? I'm curious,
- 29:35what is it that is your side quest,
- 29:37the things that are just delighting you right now?
- 29:40So you can leave a comment here if you're watching or you're listening in a
- 29:44place where you can leave comments,
- 29:45or you can head on over to my website at asiasular.com/remember and leave me

- 29:52It really feels so connective and hearing your voices is just so special.
- 29:57And if you have not yet,
- 30:00I left a rating or a review for this podcast. Well,
- 30:03it would really be like creating a little beach for me in the middle of the most
- 30:08beautiful meander with flowers covering the bank and an ability for me to
- 30:13sit and rest and just feel so nourished.
- 30:16And it takes about two seconds to just click those little stars and give it five
- 30:20stars. And it feels like shooting a little rocket of joy out into the world.
- 30:24And it would just mean so, so much to me.
- 30:27I got a recent review on Apple Podcasts that just lit up my world.
- 30:30So this was just a few days ago as of the time of this recording.
- 30:33And the title is this podcast is a gem. This is from Volmar S.
- 30:37This podcast is definitely worth a listen.
- 30:39Every episode has diamond nuggets of information.
- 30:41Asia Souler is a grounding spirit helping us remember who we are. Yes.
- 30:46That is the purpose of this podcast and that is so amazing and wonderful that
- 30:50it's landing like that for you. So thank you.
- 30:53Thank you so much everyone for being here, for being a part of this collective.
- 30:56It is really just such a delight.
- 30:59It's one of my delights in life to be here and be in connection with you.
- 31:04And as we flow into
- 31:07the beautiful meander of this month, to the space that is here for us,
- 31:12to the possibilities that are here, may it bring us peace,
- 31:15may it bring us expansiveness,
- 31:18may it help us reconnect to the things that bring us joy and
- 31:23may it help us remember that most important thing of all, why we're here.
