Massage Therapist Faces 7 Sexual Assault Charges | Edmonton News
A massage therapist near Edmonton, Julio Uribe Beltran, 36, faces seven sexual assault charges after multiple survivors came forward. The initial complaint led to six additional charges, all allegedly occurring between July last year and April this year at clinics in Edmonton and Leduc. Beltran has been released under strict conditions, including no contact with victims, and has court dates scheduled for July 22 and August 6.
