- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 0:06where he left off with the Sarah Kelln conversation with Congress.
- 0:11Question how did the abuse change over the years? Answer?
- 0:15It was pretty consistent, It wasn't It had a period
- 0:18of slight reprieve when he was in jail for a
- 0:20short period of time and then he got out on
- 0:22work release. It wasn't as bad in the years that
- 0:25followed his when he got out of work release, but
- 0:28it was still it still continued, just not to the
- 0:31frequency as much as the last few years. Question when
- 0:35was the first time he abused you? Answer? I don't
- 0:37remember exactly what happened on the first time on the island.
- 0:40The first time I met him, he gave me a
- 0:42tour of the island and then he took me to
- 0:44his bedroom, and I have a visual of him walking
- 0:47up to me and starting to pull up my shirt,
- 0:50but I don't know exactly what happened after that, mister Tolin.
- 0:54And how old were you at the time? Kellen twenty two?
- 0:57Brignac did miss mac Maxwell abuse you? Answer? Yes? Question
- 1:02can you tell us more? Answer? We were on the island,
- 1:06and it was in the bedroom, and I remember Glaine
- 1:08just being on the bed naked, and I was not
- 1:10expecting her to be there, and I was just very
- 1:12surprised and extremely uncomfortable, and I just remember her kind
- 1:17of like touching me and showing me how to touch
- 1:19Jeffrey and what he liked. Question did anyone witness when
- 1:23Maxwell would abuse you? Answer no, Jeffrey. Question who did
- 1:28you tell about the abuse? Answer nobody until twenty nineteen.
- 1:32Question who did you tell in twenty nineteen? Answer the SDNY,
- 1:36my attorneys, my husband for the first time, other one
- 1:41of my best friends. Question did anyone associated with mister
- 1:44Epstein abuse you? Answer yes? Question who answer Frederick Focai,
- 1:50also Philip Levine, Gulayne Obviously, Well, so much for Jeffrey
- 1:54Epstein not trafficking to other people. Huh, Brignac. When did
- 1:58Frederick Fokai be use you? Answer in Maui when he
- 2:02asked me to come be in a hair show that
- 2:04didn't exist, and then he had me staying in his
- 2:07hotel room and I didn't have any money to get
- 2:09my own room or to fly back, and he took
- 2:11advantage of me that night. Question did mister Epstein facilitate
- 2:15that abuse? Answer no, because then Frederick introduced me to
- 2:20Jeffrey Epstein. Question did mister Epstein facilitate the abuse by
- 2:24Philip Levine? Answer? I don't know what he knew. It
- 2:28was my first or second year working for them. They
- 2:30rented a house in Santrope one summer, and Philip was
- 2:33really good friends with Golene and he came to stay
- 2:35with us at the house, and Jeffrey and Golene had
- 2:38gone to bed, and Philip and I were still love
- 2:41and he he came up to me and he was like,
- 2:43you know, must be so lonely for you working with them,
- 2:46because you're with them all the time and you can't
- 2:49have your own life, so you must be really lonely,
- 2:51and he basically forced himself on me. Question did anyone
- 2:55witness the abuse by a Frederick Focai or a Philip Levine? Answer? No?
- 3:00Did you tell anyone? Answer no? Question do you believe
- 3:04that mister Epstein knew about the abuse? Answer? I believe
- 3:07he would have known about Frederick. Clearly, he was not
- 3:09a Victoria's secret scout, and that's what they were posturing
- 3:12him to be. Question did Frederick Focai abuse any others? Answer?
- 3:17I don't know. Question did Philip Levine abuse any others? Answer?
- 3:22I'm not sure. Question when did you first learn that
- 3:25mister Epstein was not Victoria's Secret Scout? Answer? When I
- 3:29went to his island, I learned he was a money manager.
- 3:32Question were any others involved in the Victoria's Secret scheme? Answer? Well,
- 3:37I had learned that one of his main clients was
- 3:39Les Wexner, so it didn't seem too far fetched then
- 3:43that they that he would have had some I mean,
- 3:45he had like a big connection to them. I knew
- 3:48that he was friends with Ed Razik, who was the
- 3:51guy in charge of hiring all Victoria's Secret models, so
- 3:54it kind of seemed to make sense that he could
- 3:56have been a scout. Question when did you first learn
- 4:00learn that he was not a scout? Answer? I don't
- 4:03know exactly. I kind of felt that he had influence
- 4:06in the arena. I know that someone that he knew
- 4:08was in the Victoria's Secret catalog, and he was friendly
- 4:11with like another Victoria's Secret model, so it wasn't necessarily
- 4:16like just a scout, but he was mostly a money manager.
- 4:20Mister Tolan are you aware of any other instance where
- 4:23mister Epstein presented himself as a Victoria's secret scout. Miss Kellen,
- 4:28I've read about that, but I don't recall who exactly
- 4:31it was, Miss Brignac. Did anyone else abuse you? Miss Ham?
- 4:37Can you clarify the time period, Miss Brignac, Did anyone
- 4:41else abuse you during the time period you work for
- 4:43mister Epstein? Answer? There was an incident related to Frederick.
- 4:47I don't know that Jeffrey knew about it. Frederick introduced
- 4:50me to Patrick de Marcier, a very famous fashion photographer,
- 4:55and I went to his studio and he did photos
- 4:57of me and then walked over to me with his
- 5:00pants down. Question and who is the Marchier? Answer? He
- 5:05is a very famous fashion photographer in all the vogues
- 5:08and bazaars, and very well regarded in the fashion industry.
- 5:13Mister Tolan, what year was that? Kellen? Probably two thousand
- 5:17and two, Miss Brignac. Question Who's Philip Levine? Answer? Who
- 5:21is he? He was a really good friend of Gallayne's.
- 5:24He worked, he had a business, something to do with
- 5:25cruise ships, and then later he became the mayor of
- 5:28Miami Beach. Miss Ham, Sorry, to clarify, was he mayor
- 5:32then Kellen? No? I think I don't know what company
- 5:36was exactly, but I know it had something to do
- 5:38with cruise ships. Mister Biggs, would you mind? I know
- 5:41this is weird, but d Martier, can you spell that
- 5:44last name for me? Kellen? I have to write it,
- 5:48mister Biggs. Oh, here we go. How about Kellen? It's
- 5:51French like Biggs jumps in D E M A R
- 5:56C H E L I E R Kellen yep, Bigs. Okay,
- 6:01that helps me. Thank you, Tolin. Just to go back
- 6:04to Philip Levine, what year was that, Kellen? It would
- 6:08have been two thousand and two or two thousand and three,
- 6:10Miss Brignac. Was Les Wexner aware of the abuse? Answer?
- 6:14I don't think so. Question. Can you describe your interactions
- 6:17with Les Wexner? Answer? I met him very briefly. On
- 6:21a few occasions. I went with Jeffrey to his office
- 6:24in Ohio. I remember him and Less going into an
- 6:27office privately, and I was wedding outside with his assistant,
- 6:30and I think there was another worker there and we
- 6:33were just talking and he was like, oh, you work
- 6:35for Jeffrey. They're like, we're terrified of him, like he's
- 6:38very scary. I was like, yeah, I know, but I didn't.
- 6:42I wasn't in the room with them. And then there
- 6:45was one time I remember being like it was outside
- 6:47in the field. It was like a horse thing or
- 6:49something like that, and I believe Abagail was there. And
- 6:52then there was one time on his yacht Mayorca. They
- 6:56docked in Majorca and we went onto the boat for
- 6:59like an hour or so. Question is there anything else
- 7:02you believe facilitated your abuse during the period of time
- 7:06you work with mister Epstein? Answer? No other than the
- 7:09ones I've already said. Question is there anyone who witnessed
- 7:13the abuse of Jeffrey Epstein? Ham the abuse of miss
- 7:17Kellen Brignac? Yes, Kellen Golaine. Sorry, I'm not sure if
- 7:21I can answer the others. Ham. Can we go off
- 7:24record for a second? Brignac, can you answer the question?
- 7:27We can go off record, they come back on record.
- 7:30Question by Brignac. So the question was is there anyone
- 7:34who witnessed the abuse by mister Epstein? Answer? So there
- 7:37was specifically three occasions with other people present. Let me
- 7:41just preface that by saying that I also had my
- 7:44like nude photographs of me displayed around the houses, So
- 7:48anybody that would have been at the houses would have
- 7:50seen that, all the staff members and the guests. So
- 7:53there was an occasion with Glaine, and then there were
- 7:56two other occasions with two other women, once on the
- 7:59island and once in New York. Question can you tell
- 8:01me about those instances? Answer? So the island was I
- 8:06don't know how else to call them. Had a girlfriend
- 8:08of his in his bedroom that he directed me how
- 8:11to interact with her. Question did any of mister Epstein's
- 8:14clients witness the abuse by mister Epstein? Answer not that
- 8:18I'm aware of. Question which visitors would have seen the
- 8:21nude photographs of you? Answer anyone. In the Paris apartment,
- 8:25he had a massive, almost life sized nude photo of
- 8:28me in the gym above the fireplace on the island.
- 8:31In the gym, he had a massive, I don't know,
- 8:33like eight foot photo of me naked. On his desk
- 8:36at the ranch, he had a photo of me. Gleayne
- 8:38blew up like a massive, probably three by four foot
- 8:41photo of me mounted into a foam corps. I believe
- 8:46that was on the island. He had a nude photo
- 8:48of me in the gym in Palm Beach. So I
- 8:50guess whoever, any visitors, any staff members. Question can you
- 8:54recall any clients in mister Epstein that you witness seeing
- 8:57the nude photographs? Answer? I don't remember a lot of
- 9:00clients being at houses. I remember if they were at
- 9:03the house, they probably mostly would have just been in
- 9:06the common spaces that they may not have been, but
- 9:10not where the photographs are. Within his dining room in
- 9:12New York, that's where he usually had his meetings. I
- 9:15don't remember a lot of clients visiting houses in general.
- 9:18I do remember New York was probably the most often question.
- 9:22You mentioned in your opening statement that you did not
- 9:25feel like you could leave. Can you describe any threats
- 9:28that were made towards you that made you feel that way?
- 9:31Answer that I think is one like. I think the
- 9:34most important thing to understand in all of this that
- 9:38it wasn't so obvious and it wasn't so like in
- 9:40your face. It was covert, behind closed doors, the grooming
- 9:44process of you know, being targeted as a vulnerable person
- 9:48and then him gaining your trust and then making you
- 9:51dependent on him and making false promises to you. It
- 9:54was like he kept you trapped and you know, making
- 9:57him seem like he was your savior. And then you
- 10:00saw the power and balance and the power dynamic of
- 10:03him knowing everybody in the world. And I remember during
- 10:07my employment talking to one of my friends and they
- 10:09were like, Sarah, you work twenty four to seven, traveling
- 10:13every two to three days. The amount of hours that
- 10:16you work, you should be making two to three hundred
- 10:18thousand a year. And I was like, yeah, but anybody
- 10:21that could hire me or would hire me in that capacity,
- 10:24like they're all friends with Jeffrey and he's not gonna
- 10:27let us leave, Like he won't let me, he won't
- 10:29let them hire me. So it was just knowing that
- 10:32he really had full control over everything, and then just
- 10:36the fear of not knowing where else to go and
- 10:39not wanting to upset him. Mister Higgins, ma'am, thank you
- 10:43for your calm demeanor. I'm sorry for what you have
- 10:45suffered in your life. Kellen, thank you, Thank you, Higgins.
- 10:50I hope that this time for disclosure and discussion can
- 10:53bring you some peace. Kellen, thank you. I've been waiting
- 10:56a long time to speak. Higgins. Did you have in
- 11:00the course of your time and interactions with Epstein's cabal.
- 11:04Did you have reason to suspect that very young children
- 11:07were also being abused? Pre pubescent children. Did you have
- 11:11any reason to suspect that, Kellen no Higgins, You never
- 11:15saw that, Kellen no ham I think we don't, though,
- 11:19as I mentioned at the beginning, want her to talk
- 11:22about other victims. She can talk about her own experience
- 11:24as a victim, but she's not prepared to talk about
- 11:27other victims, mister Higgins. To the gentle Lady's point, I
- 11:32was careful to phrase my question within her own assessment.
- 11:35I will absolutely respect the parameters at this time on
- 11:39the island. How much time did you spend on the
- 11:41island Kellen quite a bit. That was his main residence, Higgins.
- 11:46Did you have a chance to explore the island very much?
- 11:49Kellen yes, Higgins. Would you be or did you have
- 11:52any knowledge of any secret areas, secret rooms that might
- 11:55be difficult to detect if you did not know that
- 11:58they were there, Like doors that look like walls, things
- 12:00like that, Kellen no Higgins. Okay, thank you for answering
- 12:05those questions. They're helpful for us to dispel some of
- 12:08some of the murmurs that are out there. My final question,
- 12:11your assessment of Jeffrey Epstein, by all accounts was he
- 12:15was a monster? Miss Kellyn Yes, Higgins, did you ever
- 12:19see him as a type of monster that would commit suicide? Kellen? No,
- 12:23I don't believe he did. Higgins. You said that very affirmatively.
- 12:27Can you speak to your assessment there, Kellen. I believe
- 12:30he was too much of a narcissist, that it was
- 12:32too soon. It was just a month and from him
- 12:35getting arrested, and I think that he I'm sure that
- 12:38he thought he'd get off again. He was a coward.
- 12:41I just don't see him going through something like that.
- 12:44I feel like reading kind of like Michael Boden or
- 12:47Boden's assessment of the markings on his neck, the broken
- 12:50bones in his neck. I don't know how that would happen,
- 12:52kind of leaning forward from a bedpost with sheets, none
- 12:55of it. None of it made sense to me. And
- 12:58just knowing them in general, don't leave it, Higgins. So
- 13:02you believe he was murdered, kell and I do, Higgins.
- 13:05Thank you for answering my questions, mister chairman. That's all
- 13:08I have. All right, folks, We're gonna wrap up right here,
- 13:11and in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're
- 13:13gonna pick up where we left off. All the information
- 13:16that goes with this episode can be found in the
