- 0:07Audio shared by Testecleese: We're gonna… there's gonna be a new world order out there.
- 0:10Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm leaving.
- 0:15Audio shared by Testecleese: Who are fake news?
- 0:18Audio shared by Testecleese: I am not suicidal!
- 0:22Audio shared by Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly. I can circle back, I'll circle back with you.
- 0:26Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:29Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not cough.
- 0:31Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:33Audio shared by Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to episode, 319 of the second season of the Jeffrey and Brian Show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:40Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:41Testecleese: We're just you guys drinking some beers, talking about what's going on.
- 0:45Testecleese: For anyone who's not a regular, we are a weekly show, so we tend to talk about the last week in news.
- 0:52Testecleese: And everything got overshadowed this week, dude, by, what's going on in Minnesota.
- 0:57Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 0:59Testecleese: But, we'll definitely get into that.
- 1:03Testecleese: We didn't have a lot of follow-up material this time. Usually we.
- 1:07Brian McFadden: Well, I'll admit, I didn't put a whole lot of effort into the show this week, because I had my kidney stone procedure on Tuesday, and I've basically been in bed for most of the rest of the week.
- 1:19Testecleese: Mmm. Well, then it would be really easy to dig through news articles on your phone.
- 1:23Brian McFadden: I wasn't… I didn't feel like it. I barely watched shows on Wednesday at all.
- 1:28Brian McFadden: I started becoming more lifelike on Thursday and Friday, and today I'm a whole lot better, so…
- 1:35Testecleese: I just… usually we have stuff that comes up that's, you know, the next step of something that happened, and there wasn't a whole bunch of it this week, but…
- 1:42Testecleese: Something I could manage to get into, follow-up.
- 1:45Testecleese: is, Swalwell. Swalwell is being fought about whether or not he can secede Newsom as governor of California, because he does not
- 1:54Testecleese: live in California, and that's something that's been coming up a lot lately.
- 1:57Brian McFadden: Isn't he a senator of California?
- 2:00Testecleese: He is! He is.
- 2:02Testecleese: But, I'm not sure what the laws in California are in terms of federal positions.
- 2:08Testecleese: But he doesn't own or lease or rent any property in California.
- 2:13Testecleese: And according to California laws, he cannot be governor.
- 2:16Brian McFadden: That seems illegal to be a senator for California, too.
- 2:20Testecleese: Maybe, I don't know, that's usually, local, like, state laws, not federal, right?
- 2:25Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:26Testecleese: So, who knows what the Californians have done in the last couple of years?
- 2:30Testecleese: You know, by that I mean 15 or so.
- 2:34Testecleese: And we talked recently about how women were more likely to
- 2:39Testecleese: Say it's okay to kill people sometimes?
- 2:44Testecleese: I think this is the Daily Wire, I'm not sure, but there was a poll. Yeah, Daily Wire got… did a poll.
- 2:51Testecleese: Women more likely to support assassinations.
- 2:54Testecleese: Especially. But what got me is, if you read this article.
- 2:59Testecleese: Over half this country says you'd be justified to kill either Trump or Momdani.
- 3:06Testecleese: And that scares the shit out of me, dude.
- 3:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:12Testecleese: Alright, we started a little bit before we got the show going, but I thought…
- 3:16Testecleese: We didn't have a bunch of follow-up, and you were here last week.
- 3:19Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 3:20Testecleese: So, what did you think of the, my immediate area?
- 3:25Brian McFadden: You are in the middle of nowhere.
- 3:28Brian McFadden: And then, not even nowhere, nowhere, nowhere, nowhere, nowhere.
- 3:32Testecleese: Well, I mentioned before, it's, Webster County's the most remote county in the country.
- 3:38Testecleese: I'm sorry, most remote county in West Virginia, and West Virginia's the most remote state.
- 3:42Testecleese: So I'm in, you know, I'm in the…
- 3:44Testecleese: You know, double whammy, like you said, middle of nowhere.
- 3:47Testecleese: And as soon as you told me, you had to turn left out of my driveway to get home, and I was like, oh, have fun with that.
- 3:55Testecleese: Because, at least if you head right out of the driveway, what.
- 3:59Brian McFadden: Yeah, there's a drone a little way down.
- 4:00Testecleese: Yeah, 20 minutes, you're in a town.
- 4:03Testecleese: You go the other way, you see a handful of houses, then a church, and then another 3 churches, and you're wondering who attends these churches.
- 4:10Brian McFadden: He's pretty much, yeah.
- 4:14Testecleese: But yeah, you said you almost ran out of gas before you got…
- 4:17Brian McFadden: Yeah. To the game.
- 4:18Testecleese: gas station?
- 4:18Brian McFadden: 4 miles in the tank.
- 4:23Testecleese: Well… Maybe it was all them churches along the way helped you get back, you know?
- 4:28Brian McFadden: No, I hope so. Something did. I'll take it.
- 4:31Testecleese: Yeah.
- 4:32Testecleese: oh.
- 4:35Testecleese: Vance is, about to have his fourth child, I guess, or his.
- 4:39Brian McFadden: wife.
- 4:39Testecleese: Anyway, I just announced. I'm gonna assume it's the Vice President's child, because I don't have any reason to believe it's not.
- 4:47Testecleese: Fourth kid.
- 4:50Brian McFadden: Yup. It'll be the… it's been a long time since there's been a newborn in the vice president's whole.
- 4:58Brian McFadden: House.
- 4:59Testecleese: True. True, that's a good point. I can't…
- 5:03Testecleese: Gore was already too old to be popping kids out, wasn't he?
- 5:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:09Testecleese: I can't even think of who the last VP was.
- 5:14Testecleese: I guess it doesn't really matter.
- 5:17Testecleese: But, you know, this is just Vance playing the long game to make it look like he's not a racist.
- 5:22Testecleese: You know that, right? You know, staying with his immigrant wife and having 4 children with her is just the long game. This is all just, you know, the big con.
- 5:33Brian McFadden: There you go, this is hilarious. The last U.S. Vice President to have a baby in office was Shiler Colfax.
- 5:40Testecleese: Whose movie was that?
- 5:42Brian McFadden: President Ulysses S. Grant.
- 5:45Brian McFadden: Civil War… April 1870.
- 5:49Testecleese: Yeah, I was gonna say, shortly after the Civil War, because he didn't take office till after, yeah.
- 5:54Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 5:55Testecleese: Generally…
- 5:55Brian McFadden: Earl Grant.
- 5:58Brian McFadden: I knew it'd been a while, a little bit before my time.
- 6:01Testecleese: Yeah, this is a once-in-a-lifetime thing here.
- 6:03Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 6:04Testecleese: They should make bigger news. They should be celebrated. How come the White House isn't making a big deal about this?
- 6:09Brian McFadden: Oh, they will. Maybe when the kid's… when the kid's born, maybe? Yeah, yeah.
- 6:15Testecleese: Oh, and the, second lady is showing at a photo op?
- 6:19Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 6:22Testecleese: Check this out, dude, a fucking… massive… Coronal mass ejection.
- 6:29Testecleese: Shot out, and… Hit us.
- 6:35Testecleese: Northern Lights as far south as parts of Florida.
- 6:39Testecleese: And it's supposed to last, like, almost a month.
- 6:43Testecleese: Because there's just massive coronal mass ejection.
- 6:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, I still haven't seen one, so…
- 6:49Testecleese: Well… You might have to use your…
- 6:53Testecleese: Camera to… sometimes to get… to actually see it better, if you live in an area with a lot of light pollution.
- 7:00Testecleese: But yeah, dude, and this is…
- 7:05Testecleese: This is what I've been talking about, man. There's something going on in the magnetosphere.
- 7:10Testecleese: I personally think the poll is getting ready to flip again. This happens, we've talked about it many times.
- 7:15Testecleese: But I heard,
- 7:17Testecleese: A dude bring up a point about all the electronics and electricity in general we have pumping across this planet.
- 7:24Testecleese: Is it possible?
- 7:26Testecleese: We are interfering with the, electromagnetic
- 7:29Testecleese: Shield the magnetosphere around the planet with all this electricity we're running everywhere?
- 7:35Brian McFadden: Anything's possible.
- 7:37Testecleese: All this EMF radiation, or EM radiation?
- 7:43Testecleese: I don't know, maybe… are we doing it to ourselves? You're gonna talk about global warming, and… oh, sorry, climate change. What if it's all because we're using electricity, and not just because we used to burn coal, and sometimes still do?
- 7:55Testecleese: But because we're throwing out electromagnetic radiation, which is fucking up the magnetosphere, which is allowing more solar energy through.
- 8:06Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 8:06Testecleese: I'm no genius, don't get me wrong, but these are…
- 8:10Testecleese: I haven't found anyone explaining to me why this isn't happening.
- 8:16Testecleese: I mean, realistically, humans taming electricity to our needs is new, right?
- 8:26Testecleese: Look, wow.
- 8:29Testecleese: Franklin was the first one to prove lightning was electricity, and it wasn't a while until after that
- 8:34Testecleese: That, we actually managed to harness it to do stuff.
- 8:38Testecleese: You know, just like, you know, just like living next to the high-tension power line, something weird might be happening to you, right?
- 8:44Brian McFadden: Yep. That's why people don't like living there anymore.
- 8:47Testecleese: Well, it's very interesting, because when we moved here, we were looking at this one giant plot of land with this gorgeous house on it, selling for, like, half of what it should have been.
- 8:56Testecleese: From the overhead satellite view, I zoomed in, I was like, babe, there's high-tension power line's running within, like, 200 feet of the house. They just didn't take a picture from that angle.
- 9:04Brian McFadden: Of course not.
- 9:05Testecleese: Yeah, and I was like, and it runs, like, right through the, you know, 50 acres of land. It's like, yeah, let's not find out in 20 years what that does to our kids, you know?
- 9:17Testecleese: Ugh.
- 9:20Testecleese: Oh!
- 9:21Testecleese: Okay, I don't care about who voted which way.
- 9:24Testecleese: a bunch of Republicans, I guess, voted with…
- 9:28Testecleese: the Democrats on this kill switch amendment.
- 9:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:32Testecleese: I think you… I shared this, and I think you did, it might have been Guapo.
- 9:37Testecleese: You familiar with this… this bill they're trying to get through?
- 9:41Brian McFadden: It's already through! I mean, it's already long. Biden already pushed this through when he was president, basically.
- 9:47Testecleese: We have another vote, then.
- 9:49Brian McFadden: They're trying to repeal it.
- 9:52Brian McFadden: So, there's basically a law in place that states in a certain number of years from now.
- 9:58Testecleese: 38, I think.
- 10:00Brian McFadden: all the automakers have to create… basically, everybody's gonna have the DUI sensors in their cars, so if you get in the car…
- 10:08Testecleese: It's to deter drunk driving, but it doesn't say it's gonna make you go through the… you have a DUI on your record thing like a tube.
- 10:16Testecleese: Is that if the system has reason to believe that you are intoxicated, it'll disable your vehicle and contact the authorities.
- 10:24Testecleese: And I'm thinking, I'm like, these are public roads that we're operating these vehicles on.
- 10:31Testecleese: That means we don't necessarily have the same rights as you would on private property, but…
- 10:36Testecleese: At the same time, I'm thinking.
- 10:38Testecleese: What if I'm driving through the National Forest that you drove through to get to my house, right?
- 10:43Testecleese: Rear end of my truck slips a couple times in the ice.
- 10:46Testecleese: this thing shuts off, calls the authorities who aren't gonna show up for 2 hours, and I'm sitting there in a fucking blizzard, dying, because I can't get home, because the truck… because the computer thought I was drunk instead of just dealing with ice and windy roads.
- 11:02Brian McFadden: This just tells me my last newer car is gonna be bought before 2038.
- 11:07Testecleese: Yeah, buy the 2730… 2037 model, right?
- 11:11Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 11:12Testecleese: Make it last as long as possible.
- 11:14Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 11:15Testecleese: Yeah, and like I said, I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea in general.
- 11:22Testecleese: In general, I am opposed to the idea, but upon thinking, My only concern is…
- 11:29Testecleese: what if they're not a drunk driver, and now you've just put them… I mean, you saw… well, actually, no, you didn't come during the week, it was the weekend. There's trucks that drive down these roads, like logging trucks that drive, you know, 60 miles an hour.
- 11:41Testecleese: If your vehicle is… Awful.
- 11:43Brian McFadden: I saw the billboards from lawyers up there saying, were you injured by a truck? Contact us.
- 11:49Testecleese: Exactly. Now you're frickin' sitting in the middle of the road with a truck coming up at you going, you know, 60 miles an hour.
- 11:57Testecleese: I don't know, he's… now, here's an idea, what if…
- 12:02Testecleese: That relays the information to the local authorities, even if it's, like, the sheriff's office, right?
- 12:08Testecleese: And so at least there's a person going, no, it's icy out there, maybe we'll send a crew out to make sure everyone's okay, but we're not shutting their vehicle off.
- 12:15Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 12:17Brian McFadden: Possible. I still think it's too much government intrusion.
- 12:21Testecleese: Again, these are publicly funded roads.
- 12:25Testecleese: Now, I say… would it be an issue? Would this thing think you were drunk if you were fool?
- 12:30Brian McFadden: How do I have a more libertarian view of this than you?
- 12:35Testecleese: Because I realize libertarians are fucking nuts.
- 12:41Testecleese: They are, they're out of their mind nuts. And these are publicly funded roads, so there are rules that the public puts on the roads.
- 12:49Testecleese: I would prefer not to have this rule, but I understand the logic behind it. But this brings up a question of, what if I build myself a truck and build it for, like.
- 12:58Testecleese: Mud holes, right?
- 13:00Testecleese: Is this thing gonna think that I'm drunk driving, trying to rip a truck through a mud hole, and shut it off, and just let me sink to the bottom of it?
- 13:09Testecleese: Or is it gonna know that you're on a roadway, like GPS?
- 13:13Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 13:14Brian McFadden: And I'll tell you right now, a lot of that drive, I had no cell service, so I'm like… No, you… that's exactly what I was thinking, dude. I couldn't even call anybody for help. I would have had to text them with my emergency 911 texting service.
- 13:28Testecleese: Yeah.
- 13:29Testecleese: Exactly, like, you're an hour in any direction from phones, from a community, and there's no cell signal in the middle of the National Forest.
- 13:37Brian McFadden: No.
- 13:38Testecleese: Now your vehicle just took a shit. You're hoping someone's driving slow enough to not kill you and go get help, right?
- 13:47Testecleese: And this is what… this is exactly my issue I'm having with a lot of these urban folks trying to pass all these crazy laws. Like, you have no idea what… what it's like in, you know, the most of this country, believe it or not. Most of this country is not New York City.
- 13:59Brian McFadden: That's just where most of the reporting laws.
- 14:03Brian McFadden: Yeah. Like, no, you shouldn't be able to have a rifle that can shoot this far, I'm like…
- 14:07Testecleese: But the deer is that far away.
- 14:09Testecleese: You know? Like, well, it'll go through the wall and hit the neighbor and kill them in their house. It's like, yeah, but I don't live in a fucking apartment building, you know what I mean?
- 14:18Testecleese: Shit, you saw my backyard and my front yard, right?
- 14:21Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah. Front yard's kind of small.
- 14:23Testecleese: probably on small, yes, but I meant across the street, that's just… The side of a mountain.
- 14:28Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:30Testecleese: Which, it's crazy, the logging company owns it.
- 14:35Testecleese: Alright, well, the reason why I filled up the, rest of the follow-up with West Virginia stuff is because Local is coming next, and we can go right into West Virginia.
- 14:44Brian McFadden: Alright.
- 14:45Testecleese: West Virginia's Senate has pushed through a, or is trying to, I think they just did.
- 14:50Testecleese: Oh, they're introducing, so they're trying to push through a bill called the Second Amendment Reaffirmation Act?
- 14:57Testecleese: So basically, even if the federal government tries to do something like banning bump stocks or high-capacity magazines, West Virginia
- 15:06Testecleese: Has a law that stands by
- 15:10Testecleese: as the Second Amendment stands right now.
- 15:14Testecleese: So you can't ban, you know, high-capacity mags or, you know, any of that stuff. But…
- 15:20Testecleese: You still need a special, tax stamp for an automatic weapon.
- 15:27Testecleese: I thought that was pretty cool. That's…
- 15:30Testecleese: Don't know how far that'll go in a real situation, but… you know.
- 15:35Testecleese: still do your part. What else is… what else does the government in West Virginia do?
- 15:40Brian McFadden: Not much.
- 15:41Testecleese: Right?
- 15:43Testecleese: We've already declared a state of emergency because of this storm. We did, too.
- 15:48Testecleese: Yeah, and
- 15:50Testecleese: Morrissey, Governor Morrissey, has asked the President to declare a state of emergency in West Virginia as well, for more, you know, funding, basically.
- 15:58Testecleese: We're expecting up to 3 feet where I live.
- 16:02Brian McFadden: Well, we're… here where I live, we're expecting 2 inches.
- 16:07Testecleese: Well, they said… they said anywhere between 8 to 36 inches. I was like, that's a giant gap.
- 16:14Testecleese: And then I was like, okay, maybe the 8 inches is down in the town, and the top of the mountain is gonna be, you know, 3 feet.
- 16:20Testecleese: But now this ain't no less than 14 inches of snow.
- 16:23Testecleese: And I was like, damn. And then the mother-in-law was like, oh, I can get, okay, I'll just drive real slow. I was like, 3 feet of snow!
- 16:30Brian McFadden: You're not leaving your house.
- 16:32Testecleese: I was like, unless you've got a monster truck, you're not going anywhere! And she drives a Ford Ranger.
- 16:38Brian McFadden: With no weight in the bag.
- 16:40Testecleese: Yeah, there's no… yeah, it sits, what, 18 inches off the ground, maybe?
- 16:46Testecleese: Maybe?
- 16:48Testecleese: No four-wheel drive.
- 16:51Testecleese: And I was like, yeah, you won't even get out of your driveway. You'll hit the wall with snow in front of your garage.
- 16:58Testecleese: Yeah, it's like, I got the Ram 1500, I'm not even gonna try to drive that thing through 3 feet of snow.
- 17:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 17:05Testecleese: I am considering buying some chains, though.
- 17:09Testecleese: They are, typically speaking, illegal here.
- 17:13Testecleese: For your tires? Yeah. Because you… because you tear the roads up.
- 17:16Brian McFadden: But…
- 17:17Testecleese: if the roads are actually covered in snow and ice, they let you get away with it. Well, I saw signs for trucks to put their chains on if necessary.
- 17:27Testecleese: I would rather pay to fix the road than have a family of 6 killed because a truck lost control, you know what I mean?
- 17:34Testecleese: But yeah, yeah, yeah. You climb the mountain, and then all of a sudden, there's… Feet of snow.
- 17:40Testecleese: That's the whole reason… the whole idea behind, like, ski resorts, right?
- 17:46Testecleese: What's going on in, Virginia?
- 17:49Brian McFadden: Oh, my word, we got a new governor.
- 17:52Brian McFadden: She's doing a great job.
- 17:55Testecleese: Spanberger undid 4 years of, Youngkin in, like, 3 days.
- 17:59Brian McFadden: Well, you knew that was gonna happen. This is what happens when you governor, you govern by executive order. We're going back into the stupid Green Energy Commission.
- 18:13Brian McFadden: And.
- 18:14Testecleese: She undid a lot of his stuff, real fast. Oh, yeah. Oh yeah, I knew it was coming.
- 18:20Testecleese: Well, that brings up the question, is why didn't…
- 18:23Testecleese: the Republican Party do something when they had to…
- 18:26Brian McFadden: We shouldn't. We didn't have the, we didn't have the Senate or the House. Those were Democrats.
- 18:33Testecleese: Alright.
- 18:34Brian McFadden: All we basically did was be able to slow him down from doing shit.
- 18:39Brian McFadden: And she's awesome.
- 18:41Testecleese: Usually what the Republicans do is slow down, Democrats.
- 18:47Testecleese: Huh.
- 18:48Brian McFadden: And then I don't understand this other article, because after everybody's talking about the Smalley fraud.
- 18:54Brian McFadden: We got a VA Democrats pushing for a bill killing oversights and nonprofits. Why would you want to get rid of oversights? We're…
- 19:01Brian McFadden: We're giving money to these non-profits.
- 19:04Brian McFadden: They should be checked and balanced.
- 19:07Testecleese: Because they don't want to get caught, because they know these aren't legitimate places, just like in Minnesota. That's why they're passing laws saying, you're not allowed to look where we're spending your money.
- 19:17Brian McFadden: But you could have moved this other one to follow up.
- 19:21Brian McFadden: What's that? Oh, defense… the school board won.
- 19:25Testecleese: Yeah, I had it there for a little while.
- 19:28Brian McFadden: But basically, we have been talking about this since it happened, the school shooting, where a 6-year-old shot his teacher.
- 19:37Brian McFadden: The school system wanted the case to go through workman's comp, and she took it to court and won a $10 million lawsuit, and her defense attorneys are now trying to get the case dismissed.
- 19:50Testecleese: Are defense attorneys are trying to get the case dismissed?
- 19:52Brian McFadden: They're the defense attorneys, so the… the, school board's team.
- 20:00Testecleese: Okay, the defendants. Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, the plaintiff and defendant, this isn't criminal.
- 20:07Testecleese: Is… in a situation like this, does… how much this money actually comes out of the school's budget versus the state stepping up and picking it up?
- 20:15Brian McFadden: Yeah, they've got insurance for this.
- 20:17Testecleese: Man, the state… Pays for the school anyway, right?
- 20:21Brian McFadden: Well, how much, is Workman's Comp gonna pay over the long haul compared to…
- 20:27Brian McFadden: You know, the $7 million she's gonna get after the lawyers take their cut.
- 20:33Testecleese: Well, it'll probably do well enough, depending on savings, but, like, there's a good chance
- 20:41Testecleese: She can't work anymore doing that kind of work, to be 100% fair.
- 20:45Brian McFadden: Right.
- 20:47Testecleese: I mean, one, a bullet through the hand is gonna make it difficult to write, period, right?
- 20:51Brian McFadden: Yeah. And she's got PTSD now.
- 20:53Testecleese: And I was gonna say, that's an easy PTSD claim right there, like…
- 20:57Testecleese: Even if you think it's mostly a joke, you know that this is something that could easily be used in a courtroom at this point.
- 21:04Testecleese: Which I don't think PTSD is a joke, but I think that we are, as the American people, are abusing this term to mean, I was upset.
- 21:13Testecleese: Versus, I watched my buddy's leg get blown off, and pieces of it hit me in the face, you know?
- 21:20Testecleese: Alright.
- 21:21Testecleese: So…
- 21:25Testecleese: discovered… there's been a lot of fraud discovered recently, and that's why I came from, you know, the Virginia fraud thing.
- 21:32Testecleese: I… I don't even…
- 21:39Testecleese: Minnesota apparently had been looking at this for, like, 10 years, and did jack shit about it until that Nick Shirley guy did something about it, and all of a sudden, he's a Nazi, I'm like, he's…
- 21:48Testecleese: showing you what was already been investigated, like, CBS reported on this 10 years ago, and that was before Barry Weiss was involved.
- 21:55Brian McFadden: Right.
- 21:56Testecleese: And it makes me wonder if a lot of this stuff, that fraud that's being found.
- 22:00Testecleese: And what people are saying is actually fraud, Or just stupidity.
- 22:09Testecleese: Some of this fraud's obviously fraud, like this, whitmer appointee.
- 22:17Testecleese: It's out in Michigan, right?
- 22:18Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 22:19Testecleese: Or was.
- 22:20Brian McFadden: Still is. She hasn't been voted out yet.
- 22:23Testecleese: Oh, I thought she had, my mistake.
- 22:24Brian McFadden: None of the.
- 22:25Testecleese: Just admitted to a daycare scam like you see in Minnesota.
- 22:29Testecleese: stole millions from Michigan taxpayers.
- 22:34Testecleese: And then, again, Virginia said, we don't even want you looking at this.
- 22:39Testecleese: Folks, this is why Elon Musk was brought in to do Doge. This is what he was there to try to find.
- 22:46Brian McFadden: Right.
- 22:47Testecleese: But every dollar he found that was being wasted and abused and, fraudulently taken.
- 22:53Testecleese: They found some excuse to need to keep it.
- 22:57Testecleese: all of this should be public record. Anywhere a U.S. American taxpayer dollar goes.
- 23:02Testecleese: should be documented, even if it says, top secret weapon, you know what I mean?
- 23:06Brian McFadden: Hmm. But all he got rid of was, The…
- 23:11Brian McFadden: PBS. Petition for Broadcasting Service, yeah.
- 23:15Testecleese: And, USAID, they ripped that apart pretty good, to the point where it's… what, it was useless, and then it finally collapsed.
- 23:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:26Testecleese: You ever heard of this Amy Bach?
- 23:29Brian McFadden: No.
- 23:30Testecleese: She was, like, the OG Minnesota daycare fraud person.
- 23:37Testecleese: She's still claiming her innocence, but she was just…
- 23:41Testecleese: Blown up, like, got every piece of… and plus, it's a white woman.
- 23:45Brian McFadden: Of course, Mr. Narrative.
- 23:47Testecleese: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:48Testecleese: Well, that's the… that's why she actually got prosecuted.
- 23:53Testecleese: But yeah, she's like, I went through the process, I filed the paperwork, you know, if anything, it should be the government above me that signed off on all this stuff that should be paying, should be doing this, not me. And then she goes into, I lost everything. She ran a non-profit and was worth $54 million. Before she started this, she was worth, like, $10,000.
- 24:11Brian McFadden: Right.
- 24:12Testecleese: But no, she didn't steal anything, right?
- 24:15Brian McFadden: No.
- 24:19Testecleese: And… Hey, Guapo showed up, what's up, dude?
- 24:25Testecleese: No sound.
- 24:27El Guapo: No, my bad, dude. Sorry.
- 24:30Testecleese: It's all good.
- 24:33Testecleese: Some dude, one of these congressmen or whatever, in, minnesota has…
- 24:40Testecleese: wrote up the papers a little bit ago, and has officially filed the articles of impeachment against Tim Walz.
- 24:48El Guapo: Been talking about it for, like, a week already.
- 24:50Testecleese: Well, this has been… he had written this impeachment up, like, a month ago, and finally got it…
- 24:56El Guapo: Approve.
- 24:57Testecleese: well, written well enough to, you know, actually state a case, instead of, I don't like them.
- 25:03El Guapo: And, yeah, exactly, go through the steps. So they're getting ready to do this, they're gonna have a vote on it.
- 25:08Testecleese: And basically, it's… there's no way all this fraud happened under your nose, and you knew nothing about it.
- 25:14Brian McFadden: Right.
- 25:14Testecleese: This isn't just being bad at your job, you did this on purpose.
- 25:19El Guapo: I mean, yeah… It's just… you're not careful.
- 25:23Testecleese: billion dollars?
- 25:26El Guapo: Hey, so, you guys hear about the shooting? Or you guys talking about it already?
- 25:29Testecleese: Yeah, we'll get there. We haven't got to ice yet. We're still talking about fraud.
- 25:32El Guapo: Got ya.
- 25:33Testecleese: We will definitely get to that, and
- 25:36Testecleese: The ridiculous fallout that's gonna occur from that.
- 25:40El Guapo: Okay, we'll get to it.
- 25:42Testecleese: But yeah, we'll see what this goes in. They're saying that this, impeachment could expand to other offices that were involved.
- 25:49El Guapo: Yeah, I got a D8.
- 25:51Testecleese: Well, I got a real question there, is how is Ilhan Omar so involved as a federal…
- 25:58Testecleese: Empl… Representative, not a state.
- 26:01Testecleese: somehow she was involved… I keep hearing she was involved in this shit. Like, signed up on stuff, and how…
- 26:07Testecleese: How does this stuff work if the federal congressional representatives are involved?
- 26:12El Guapo: because I guess, because, the… the state and the, the…
- 26:19Testecleese: U.S. Congress.
- 26:21El Guapo: Huh?
- 26:21Testecleese: Maybe a federal funding issue?
- 26:23El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, but I'm saying the state and the federal, you know how state got senator, I mean, congressperson?
- 26:30Testecleese: Yeah.
- 26:31El Guapo: And they call it different names. Then you got the.
- 26:33Testecleese: Well, most of them, most of them still call them Congress.
- 26:35El Guapo: Huh?
- 26:36Testecleese: Most states actually still call them Congress and Senate.
- 26:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 26:39El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, yeah, but over here they call it delegates.
- 26:42Testecleese: Well, delegate, yeah, that just means politician in general, representative.
- 26:46El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:47Brian McFadden: Delegate means House of Representatives.
- 26:49El Guapo: And that's what I'm talking about. I don't know what they call it in Minnesota, okay?
- 26:53El Guapo: I'll probably call it congressman, State Congress. So they got different… because the gerrymandering is, like, for the state, and the U.S. Congress is different, and probably the way that she landed, and the drawing, she got more pull than the state.
- 27:09Testecleese: Yeah, but I'm saying, why do you need a federal employee's signature for state-run programs.
- 27:17El Guapo: I guess, no, because you bring money to the area to pass in bills to get money from the Congress.
- 27:25Brian McFadden: To bring home the park?
- 27:26El Guapo: Yeah.
- 27:28El Guapo: to bring to the house Somali people, and as soon as she brought it to the state, that's when she divided between, thin walls and stuff like that. That's what I'm thinking, you know?
- 27:37Testecleese: It just doesn't seem like you should need the federal…
- 27:40Testecleese: Representative involved at all if the state makes the decision and then just passes a bill on to the federal government.
- 27:46Testecleese: Unless you just signed off on the bill and handed it over to Congress, you know?
- 27:50El Guapo: Yeah, she created one of the bills.
- 27:53Testecleese: Well, I meant, like, the, the…
- 27:55Testecleese: the bill comes due, Bill, the… the cost.
- 27:59Testecleese: Because, like, for example, right, let's say you are the mayor of Guapoville, right?
- 28:06Testecleese: But I live over here in Jeffreyland.
- 28:10Testecleese: I… wanna give my daughter a free lunch today.
- 28:16Testecleese: Why the fuck are you getting involved in signing paperwork.
- 28:21El Guapo: Probably that's where the fraud comes in.
- 28:23Testecleese: the phone.
- 28:25Testecleese: I'm like, maybe, maybe that's what drew attention, it just doesn't seem like she should have to be involved in this program.
- 28:30El Guapo: D… yeah…
- 28:34Testecleese: Alright, anyway.
- 28:36El Guapo: I mean, you think about it, you just, then you had, like, one of the senators over there that used to bring a lot of things, so the name…
- 28:42Brian McFadden: William Byrd.
- 28:44El Guapo: Huh?
- 28:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, Ku Klux Klan.
- 28:47El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, yeah, so they named a lot of things after him, because he…
- 28:50El Guapo: You know, he did this… he brought all that money to the state.
- 28:54El Guapo: You know, like, hey, I need funding?
- 28:55Testecleese: Did you say William Burr?
- 28:57Brian McFadden: You know, bird!
- 28:59Testecleese: Bird.
- 29:01Testecleese: Oh, I thought he said Burr, and I was like, what, is he, like, a descendant of the guy who killed Hamilton?
- 29:07El Guapo: Yeah, but .
- 29:10Testecleese: It's funny, I actually brought up Robert Berg the other day in conversation.
- 29:13Brian McFadden: I met Robert Byrd.
- 29:15Testecleese: Yeah, well, we went bowling, and we brought the Godfather.
- 29:18Testecleese: With us, right?
- 29:20Testecleese: For the kid's birthday.
- 29:24Testecleese: And he's like, oh, this state has whatever, whatever, and I was like, yeah, and this state also has a highway named after the Ku Klux Klan frickin' Grand Dragon, or Grand Wizard, or whatever it is.
- 29:33Testecleese: He's like, yeah, yeah, we do, and…
- 29:36Testecleese: We put him in federal office, too.
- 29:41El Guapo: No, that's what was representative of your state, that's what it was back in the day.
- 29:46Testecleese: Bird died not even that long ago. Biden was in office and gave his eulogy.
- 29:52Brian McFadden: Of course he did.
- 29:56Testecleese: And the dude who killed Ashley Babbitt, who just got busted for fraud.
- 30:00El Guapo: No.
- 30:00Testecleese: Bird, too, is felt the same way.
- 30:03El Guapo: No…
- 30:04El Guapo: I guess it was a ham or something like that, just a bit confusing, but I read another article.
- 30:10El Guapo: I don't know, they're just missing and stuff like that, so I don't know how accurate that could be.
- 30:15El Guapo: No.
- 30:16Testecleese: Okay, fraud allegations were brought up against the same man.
- 30:20Testecleese: who… who fatally shot Ashley Babbitt on January 6th.
- 30:23El Guapo: Yeah.
- 30:25El Guapo: But he got promoted after that, something like that.
- 30:28Testecleese: Then he ended up leaving the job.
- 30:30Testecleese: I wonder why.
- 30:33Testecleese: Well, I mean…
- 30:33El Guapo: After something like that, yeah.
- 30:36Testecleese: Even if he thought his life was in danger, which a reasonable person wouldn't have unless her arm came through the window with a weapon.
- 30:42Testecleese: But even if he genuinely thought his life was in danger, you still feel bad killing somebody.
- 30:47El Guapo: Yeah. Unless you're a monster, right?
- 30:50Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 30:54Testecleese: That's… a lot of cops actually retire after.
- 30:58Brian McFadden: True.
- 30:58Testecleese: shooting somebody.
- 31:00Testecleese: Like, yeah, I can't do this again, like, I just don't need that. Now I have to make this right with God, no matter what, even if I was technically within the law.
- 31:08Testecleese: I still have to make this right with God.
- 31:12Testecleese: Jesus Christ.
- 31:16Testecleese: Yeah, I saw Guapo shared this, and so did I. What, what is up with Ketanji Brown Jackson?
- 31:22El Guapo: Oh, dude, you…
- 31:24Testecleese: Is she stupid, or is she lying?
- 31:27El Guapo: She's a… dude, like, okay, the guest saw the ranch…
- 31:31El Guapo: They wanna say whatever comes out of mind just to make a valid point, and it's just backfired.
- 31:38Testecleese: And that's the problem, is the Democrats keep going back to the same logic, that are the laws the Democrats passed the first time, that we made…
- 31:46Testecleese: completely, like, the Jim Crow laws we made illegal.
- 31:50El Guapo: Because, like, the Democrats had good logic behind them, right?
- 31:53Testecleese: And they got shut down, and now Ketanji Brown Jackson is like, whoa, what about this in this situation?
- 31:59Testecleese: It's exactly… the Jim Crow laws were!
- 32:02El Guapo: it's like, oh, the Black Code was passed, so it means constitutional if you're gonna go by history. Yeah, the history was wrong from the conception of it.
- 32:12El Guapo: And you heard me… And you hear…
- 32:14Testecleese: If you want to play history, then how come you aren't picking my cotton?
- 32:18Testecleese: Yeah. Apparently, that was constitutional back in the day, you know?
- 32:23Testecleese: Yeah, well, there was nothing in the Constitution… well, it said all men were created equal, but created equal does not mean
- 32:32Testecleese: That you can't put yourself in a situation. Now, I will say, that got out of control. Once… once slaves were born.
- 32:40Testecleese: slaves…
- 32:42Testecleese: It sounds like I'm just spending slavery. I'm just saying, you can descend into an indentured, indentured servitude that you can never get out of, essential slavery, which is what happened here the first time.
- 32:53El Guapo: different for the kids. I think, some of them were, like, not…
- 32:59Testecleese: That depended on states at the time, honestly.
- 33:00El Guapo: Yeah.
- 33:01Testecleese: Whether or not the child was free.
- 33:03Testecleese: Because some states, exactly, saw it as the kid has no debt.
- 33:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 33:08Testecleese: Some states said, no, you owe more money.
- 33:11Testecleese: then you can have it pay it back, your kid has to pay it back. Which also led to the,
- 33:16Testecleese: you can't tax inheritance. Like, you can't inherit debt, rather.
- 33:20El Guapo: Yeah.
- 33:21Testecleese: Which, you still can't inherit debt. Anyone who's ever like, oh, my father's about to die, and he owes this much money, I'm fucked. No, just don't accept it.
- 33:29El Guapo: Oh, no, dude, there was a scenario with,
- 33:33El Guapo: the 9-11 victims, all of them in Hammer were making phone calls and stuff like that, and the phone company was chasing the, hey, you gotta pay this bill, even though it was from the plane they were calling.
- 33:44El Guapo: You know?
- 33:47El Guapo: The family was getting letters, like, hey, this bill needs to just do…
- 33:50Testecleese: I understand, because that was probably automated. Let's be real, right?
- 33:54El Guapo: Yeah.
- 33:57El Guapo: And I bet you after they found out exactly what was going on, they shut that down in a hurry.
- 34:02Testecleese: But it looks heartless, doesn't it?
- 34:04El Guapo: Yeah, that's it as soon as the media got involved, like, yeah, you need to back out.
- 34:07Testecleese: Nobody expected that to happen. We have something set up to automatically send a friendly reminder so you don't get hit with an extra charge, you know?
- 34:15El Guapo: Oh, you hear about that? Anyways, HOA in California?
- 34:22El Guapo: Palisade, somebody was getting a bill that, hey, you need to pay your HOA. It's like, there's nothing in there. Everything burned down. We're okay, we're gonna take you to court.
- 34:32Testecleese: Yeah, oh, so the HOAs keep the community safe and clean, right, after it already burned down?
- 34:37El Guapo: They did a green. Be like, you know what, I officially am no longer a member of this HOA, you know?
- 34:45El Guapo: But they're like, oh, we're gonna take you to court.
- 34:46Brian McFadden: So as long as he owns property, even though there's nothing on the property.
- 34:50Brian McFadden: They're still gonna want their money.
- 34:52Testecleese: Technically speaking, they're not in the wrong. Legally.
- 34:56El Guapo: So the bylaw, you know.
- 34:58Testecleese: True, but most HOAs are a fucking rip-off, that's why everyone hates them these days.
- 35:02El Guapo: Yeah, because they originally started out as, like, one stream. It meant to be a good thing.
- 35:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, but you get 3 people in charge of it, and they run it like a dictatorship.
- 35:12Testecleese: And, like, oh, everyone should have a black mailbox, and, you know, you can only keep a wreath on your door for 7 days, and it's like, shut up. I understand the idea of, hey, let's not have trash in our front yard year-round, you know what I mean?
- 35:24El Guapo: Yeah.
- 35:24Testecleese: Because that brings down your neighbor's property, but…
- 35:28Testecleese: Yeah, they get out of control. Who wants to move into that?
- 35:31Testecleese: Everything looks exactly the same, it's fucking homogenized. Jesus Christ, I thought diversity was our strength.
- 35:37Brian McFadden: Not anymore.
- 35:39El Guapo: Care by the guy with the boat?
- 35:41Testecleese: There's lots of guys with boats. Especially in Florida, they…
- 35:45El Guapo: HOA is like, hey, you got the boat, you have to build a fence around the boat.
- 35:49El Guapo: So he built a fence around the boat, big one, and he paid.
- 35:53Testecleese: in the hidden production.
- 35:53El Guapo: Oh, yeah, I saw that. I painted a picture of it? Yeah, I saw that.
- 35:57Brian McFadden: We talked about this on the show before.
- 35:59El Guapo: Oh, God.
- 36:00Testecleese: Maybe. I'm just surprised you went into HOA stories, because you can go to YouTube and just type in HOA story, and you'll get
- 36:06Testecleese: 5,000 hours of content.
- 36:08El Guapo: Goddamn.
- 36:09Testecleese: And I bet you 90% of it is fucking made up.
- 36:13El Guapo: Probably.
- 36:14El Guapo: That could be real, we don't know.
- 36:17Testecleese: alright, so, after Ketanji Brown Jackson defended Jim Crow laws, which made me laugh my ass off…
- 36:24El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 36:27Testecleese: This Native American group is now getting ready to bring a case to the Supreme Court about, mascot bans in New York.
- 36:36Testecleese: They said it was racist to not allow a native image as your mascot.
- 36:40Brian McFadden: Remember.
- 36:41Testecleese: And remember, they passed this to stop racism.
- 36:46Brian McFadden: But it's still racist, either way.
- 36:48Testecleese: Well, the thing is, the people you claim to be protecting are filing suit against you, saying that it's racist to eliminate us. Like, Land O'Lakes, you got rid of the native, but kept the land, you know?
- 36:59El Guapo: I'm confused, hold on. They passed a law to do what?
- 37:03El Guapo: What's the issue?
- 37:04Testecleese: In New York, you can't have a native with a headdress on as your mascot for your, like, high school team.
- 37:09El Guapo: Also, the state passed a law.
- 37:11Brian McFadden: Yes. Yes.
- 37:13El Guapo: And they don't want it, or they want it?
- 37:15Testecleese: The name.
- 37:15Brian McFadden: Native Americans want to be mascots!
- 37:18El Guapo: Wow.
- 37:19Testecleese: They said, hey, why not? Show some… show some respect to the heritage, you know?
- 37:24El Guapo: Would that be in the affair of First Amendment right or affiliate speech?
- 37:28Testecleese: Well, that was the initial argument brought up, but New York State didn't care, and that's why it's made its way all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States.
- 37:37El Guapo: Yeah, I mean, as long as it's not represented, like, it's not inflammatory.
- 37:41Testecleese: That doesn't matter, and you know it, dude.
- 37:44El Guapo: I've…
- 37:44Testecleese: Well, people who take it.
- 37:45El Guapo: inflammatory. Because, dude, like, honestly, let's go realistic, okay? German… the Nazis in the United States almost equal…
- 37:54El Guapo: Equal armament, and it took us months to conquer them, okay? Couple months. A year.
- 38:01Testecleese: When you say equal armament, that's not a fair comparison. There are vastly different weapons and techniques.
- 38:07El Guapo: We got tags, we got players, we got plans.
- 38:09Testecleese: But we overwhelmed it.
- 38:10El Guapo: The Germans.
- 38:11Testecleese: The guns that were 6 stories tall.
- 38:14El Guapo: Yeah. Okay. Native Americans, boy and arrows. No horses. Us, horses, and it took us a while to conquer the plain. They were… that's why we're like, damn, this motherfucker took forever to take over the land, and that's why we named things after them, because they were hard badasses.
- 38:31Testecleese: Oh, and not just that, the… the Massasois…
- 38:34El Guapo: Helped the settlers, like the pilgrims, so much.
- 38:38El Guapo: Yeah.
- 38:39Testecleese: They named this… the Commonwealth Massachusetts after the Massas Law.
- 38:43El Guapo: Yeah.
- 38:45Testecleese: And… I don't have it here, but I have a Massachusetts flag. Actually, it's right over there.
- 38:52El Guapo: There's a native.
- 38:53Testecleese: Holding a spear.
- 38:55Testecleese: on the flag, and they were talking about trying to, like, get rid of it, and I was like, you're eliminating your…
- 39:00El Guapo: Why not just put a picture of the white man there instead, right? Yeah.
- 39:05Testecleese: And then you're gonna tell me how we're erasing history.
- 39:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 39:08Testecleese: They're fighting!
- 39:09Testecleese: It's, it's the… what's popular now argument.
- 39:14El Guapo: Yeah. Even the Triad, the one that restate the Redskin…
- 39:18El Guapo: You know, it was… it was a badass symbol, risk kids, you know?
- 39:23El Guapo: I liked it.
- 39:24Testecleese: Man, that was supposed to be derogatory.
- 39:27Testecleese: Because these guys had red skin.
- 39:30El Guapo: You know, and it's like…
- 39:32Testecleese: I don't know, man, I guess. See, you could make the argument wet back.
- 39:37Testecleese: But the problem is the webpage.
- 39:38El Guapo: I did, and I actually have a wet back, he… Brown skins. That was the guy who swam.
- 39:42El Guapo: I think if the Browns get there, we'll not care for it.
- 39:45El Guapo: Oh, Bandidos! They got a team named Bandidos, would that be their art? Mexicans and Bandidos?
- 39:52El Guapo: Bandits?
- 39:53Testecleese: Banditos, doesn't that just mean, like, the bandits? The bad guys?
- 39:56El Guapo: Yeah.
- 39:59Testecleese: The thieves?
- 40:00El Guapo: Yeah, bandits.
- 40:02Testecleese: Yeah.
- 40:04El Guapo: How do you glorify, you know… criminals sometimes do. Scarface… You know?
- 40:13Testecleese: Dear God, have you ever met a woman?
- 40:17El Guapo: No.
- 40:19Testecleese: You've never met a woman.
- 40:20El Guapo: Yeah.
- 40:21Testecleese: Because I guarantee you, they watch murder porn.
- 40:24El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 40:25El Guapo: So, oh, you hear about the new things now? Oh.
- 40:29El Guapo: Now they're watching, they listen to AI, made-up, romantic novels about ice.
- 40:35El Guapo: Deport me harder.
- 40:42Testecleese: Hey, Officer Sexy, why don't you come and arrest me?
- 40:47El Guapo: to pull me harder. Because, I don't know if you remember when Antifa and Proud Boys were fighting in a lot of Twitters? All the women were like, oh, those are men.
- 41:03Testecleese: dudes all ran away like bitches after getting their ass kicked in a fight they picked. And then these guys waited for the cops to show up, and they, dumbly enough, and then got arrested.
- 41:13El Guapo: Yeah.
- 41:14El Guapo: Her pregamy, dude, kicks in.
- 41:19Testecleese: Well, yeah, biology's a thing, dude.
- 41:22El Guapo: I ain't know.
- 41:23Testecleese: No.
- 41:25Testecleese: Soy Boy Cucks, man. They can lie to you long enough to get in your pants.
- 41:31Testecleese: But… Yeah.
- 41:33Testecleese: That's why I.
- 41:34El Guapo: That's what I said, that'.
- 41:35Testecleese: Most of these… that's why I said most of these protesters need to talk to their doctor about a prescription for trike dicks again.
- 41:41El Guapo: Yeah, I know. What the heck?
- 41:44Brian McFadden: I heard the show title, I think, already.
- 41:47Testecleese: Almost a show title, I think.
- 41:49El Guapo: Hmm.
- 41:52Testecleese: Oh.
- 41:54Brian McFadden: Mom, Donnie, said they're not gonna bother checking immigration status of kids receiving free healthcare in New York City now. Of course not.
- 42:03El Guapo: So, they're trying to push right now in Virginia free lunches for all the kids, and I gotta check,
- 42:11El Guapo: Income status and stuff like that.
- 42:14El Guapo: Right now, we're complaining about Virginia Beach. Every kid's get free lunch, free breakfast and lunch.
- 42:20El Guapo: And it's $20,000 for that lunch. And it's like, who's gonna pay for it? Well, you guys wanna get free lunch? You think it's gonna pay for it, you know?
- 42:29Testecleese: There's no such thing as a free lunch.
- 42:31El Guapo: Well, yeah, but they just think it's… they're gonna just automatically supposed to just give it to them.
- 42:37Testecleese: Yeah, I remember growing up, we had to pay for our lunch. There's the, you know, the low-income kids. We didn't know it at the time.
- 42:44Testecleese: You know, in elementary school, they got free lunch, but…
- 42:48Testecleese: It was still cheap, it was discounted, and the school system here does breakfast, lunch, and if you do an after-school activity, they'll even give you dinner.
- 42:57El Guapo: Hey, look, you know what? If you're gonna give the free lunch kits and stuff in the school, you better go on the highway and pick up fucking trash, you know?
- 43:04Brian McFadden: You want your kid out on the highway picking up trash?
- 43:06El Guapo: I'm just saying, you know?
- 43:09Testecleese: And the people of West Virginia voted for, or at least Webster County voted for this.
- 43:13El Guapo: It's what they wanted. I'm like, alright.
- 43:15Testecleese: And… There's a lot of poverty, but there's also some serious wealth.
- 43:20El Guapo: Hmm.
- 43:21Testecleese: And I don't even know how they're paying for it, honestly. I don't know where this money's.
- 43:24El Guapo: Probably get a tax. Oh, they're gonna increase the property value and just cover it with a…
- 43:32El Guapo: That's what they do. They're like, oh, we're not gonna tax, we're not gonna increase taxes. Oh, but your value look, like, a little bit higher.
- 43:38Testecleese: Now your house is worth twice as much, and your property tax went up by two and a third.
- 43:43El Guapo: Yeah, without raising taxes.
- 43:45Testecleese: Yeah. Well, that's the funny thing. I say funny thing. I mentioned before, I sold the place en masse with one… well, with a builder's acre, is what they called it. So it was plus or minus .2 acres.
- 43:57Testecleese: For 640.
- 44:01El Guapo: Oh, wow.
- 44:01Testecleese: Came… came here, bought this place for $150, bigger house, more land.
- 44:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 44:07El Guapo: So use the rest of the money to restore, like, fix stuff around?
- 44:10Testecleese: Some of it, some of it, most of it went directly into investments, and…
- 44:15Testecleese: such. You know what I mean?
- 44:19Testecleese: And believe it or not, that's actually where…
- 44:22Testecleese: I got a big ol' boom. When I had that money to invest, I got a big boom because I was… because we do this show. We pay attention.
- 44:28Testecleese: And I was like, I need to buy this, I need to buy this, I need to, you know, dump that. I wish I got it in a graphene when I brought graphene up the first time.
- 44:40Testecleese: But, I don't know, man, the economy's about to explode.
- 44:44Testecleese: Look at, look at the… The dollar collapsed behind silver.
- 44:49El Guapo: It could be a big reset, man, sober, because it was high for a while, a couple years ago.
- 44:55El Guapo: And just one.
- 44:56Testecleese: Not, not 90-something bucks.
- 45:00El Guapo: Whoa…
- 45:00Testecleese: I remember it hit 50 for, like, 2 weeks, and everyone freaked out that the world was ending.
- 45:08El Guapo: Well, people are gonna start selling silver just to, like, sell servers so they can… Buy something else.
- 45:14Testecleese: See, that's the thing, is I wish I had, like, 2 tons of silver, because I would do a massive sale.
- 45:20Testecleese: No, but a massive sale, right? Watch it actually affect the market value. But as soon as I click sell.
- 45:28Testecleese: Click buy on another one for the same amount of silver, when it's $1.12 an ounce cheaper, you know?
- 45:37El Guapo: What's I about to tell you?
- 45:39El Guapo: Yeah.
- 45:42Testecleese: We got some silver, but not, like, 2 tons, not enough to fluctuate the market.
- 45:46El Guapo: Not to raise an eyebrow, like, what's going on in this corner?
- 45:49Testecleese: Yeah, something happened all of a sudden.
- 45:51El Guapo: Like, what's going on here?
- 45:53Testecleese: Yeah. Two tons of silver just got dumped and then bought back up by the same guy in a half a second.
- 45:59El Guapo: In West Virginia.
- 46:00Testecleese: Yeah!
- 46:01El Guapo: With a banjo. Yeah.
- 46:03Testecleese: He's like, Technically, it's not illegal, but we will be checking your taxes this year. You will get audited.
- 46:10Brian McFadden: Yup, most definitely.
- 46:12Testecleese: You fluctuated the market, dude, we're gonna have a look into what you did.
- 46:15El Guapo: How much do I fluctuate by it?
- 46:18El Guapo: 0.1%. Yeah.
- 46:19Testecleese: 0.1% for about 97 seconds.
- 46:25El Guapo: You can knock on that door.
- 46:28Testecleese: Why would you do that? Oh, because I just got $700 for clicking two buttons in a couple of seconds.
- 46:35El Guapo: Well, that's past the $600.
- 46:38Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. Yeah, so you're getting taxed, like, that's why I still got my silver back.
- 46:48Testecleese: That's why I… that's why typical… well…
- 46:50Testecleese: Like, again, I said, if I had that quantity to move, it would be a great But…
- 46:58Testecleese: I typically prefer to sell in person, and…
- 47:02El Guapo: Not have a…
- 47:04Testecleese: Paper trail.
- 47:07Testecleese: I lost that silver, I don't know what you're talking about. I lost it when I moved one time, you know?
- 47:11El Guapo: I saw…
- 47:13El Guapo: I didn't like it, dude, that's also my goal, and they wanted to give me information, and I kind of didn't like it, like,
- 47:19El Guapo: I got a bit of taste after that.
- 47:22El Guapo: Because I remember one time I saw, like, 10… one ounce…
- 47:28El Guapo: One, I mean, 10, 1 tenth, or one ounce, so it's a thousand, one ounce.
- 47:33Testecleese: Announce total.
- 47:34El Guapo: Yes, and it's, like, $1,000.
- 47:37El Guapo: Okay.
- 47:38Testecleese: That doesn't sound right.
- 47:39El Guapo: This is, like, months… years ago.
- 47:41Testecleese: Because I was in a pinch.
- 47:43Testecleese: I know, and you're like, geez, a thousand bucks.
- 47:46El Guapo: Now it's, like, what, 8,000 stuff?
- 47:48Testecleese: I think it just broke 4?
- 47:52El Guapo: Oh, well, 4,000, yeah, 4,000.
- 47:54El Guapo: Yeah.
- 47:56Testecleese: Yeah, exactly, it's like, wow, it's just… it's exploded, and… Nathan's gonna fall back.
- 48:03El Guapo: I had to get back on my feet,
- 48:06El Guapo: Financially, and I'm like, man, I can't wait for the siblings to drop down again.
- 48:11Testecleese: Oh, goodness.
- 48:12El Guapo: Right now.
- 48:13Testecleese: Well, here's another idea I had about silver, is… I don't know if you've noticed, the gold-to-silver ratio has been in flux hard recently.
- 48:22Testecleese: I'm sure you're familiar with the term.
- 48:26Testecleese: Okay. Basically, the value of gold versus the value of silver compared to the US dollar.
- 48:31El Guapo: Yeah, yeah, how much is, like, 10?
- 48:33Testecleese: Silver's been getting closer to gold slowly for several years now, and it's moving closer faster.
- 48:40El Guapo: And I'm wondering if anything has happened…
- 48:42Testecleese: Well, I'm wondering if this has anything to do with, all the electronics that we're building, like drones that need better conductors than copper.
- 48:50El Guapo: Yeah, they're getting destroyed in, Ukraine.
- 48:53Testecleese: not even destroy, but we're gonna build a fleet of fucking drones. How much silver do you need for that? You want something that's better than copper, right, for a better signal?
- 49:02Brian McFadden: I mean.
- 49:03El Guapo: High-end drones, not the cheaper ones, like, you can buy.
- 49:07Testecleese: No, I'm talking about military, blow shit up, kill, wipe out a country drone.
- 49:10El Guapo: Yeah. Or last, how about the other metals? How are they?
- 49:16Testecleese: Silver has been the biggest jump, palladium is up, like, 2…
- 49:19El Guapo: Are the medical doctors?
- 49:22Testecleese: Silver's the best conductor besides gold.
- 49:25El Guapo: Mmm, yeah, you don't…
- 49:26Testecleese: Gold is the best.
- 49:28El Guapo: But the amount…
- 49:29Testecleese: But yeah, but the amount of extra conductivity you get out of gold versus silver isn't enough.
- 49:34El Guapo: To justify gold jumping in price.
- 49:37El Guapo: Yeah.
- 49:38Testecleese: So I'm just… I'm curious if all this massive use of silver for all this electronic equipment, especially solar panels.
- 49:46Testecleese: It requires silver.
- 49:49Testecleese: And as I mentioned earlier, with Brian, before you got on.
- 49:53Testecleese: I'm wondering if all these electronics and electricity in general coursing across this planet has anything to do
- 50:01Testecleese: With the issues we've seen with the magnetosphere recently.
- 50:05Testecleese: could the EM, the EMF coming off of our power grid be affecting the magnetosphere.
- 50:15El Guapo: Oh.
- 50:17Testecleese: Electromagn… electromagnetism, right?
- 50:20El Guapo: Yeah, but we've been getting a lot of solar flares lately.
- 50:25Testecleese: Yeah, and they've been… they've been sending Auroras down to Florida.
- 50:29El Guapo: Yeah, so… I don't know, that's affecting my game.
- 50:32Testecleese: Think of this, think of this, take a hunk of steel, or iron, right?
- 50:36Testecleese: wrap a copper wire around it, and then hook either up into a battery. What happens to that piece of iron?
- 50:43El Guapo: The magnify.
- 50:45Testecleese: Yeah, you'll… you'll magnify exactly.
- 50:47El Guapo: Yeah.
- 50:48Testecleese: You're creating magnetism.
- 50:51Testecleese: Is running current across this planet over and over again?
- 50:55Testecleese: Possibly affecting the magnetism?
- 51:00Brian McFadden: Possibly.
- 51:01El Guapo: Maybe just, I think it's more of the solar flare outside of… Biff.
- 51:06Testecleese: The sun does do cycles of solar flares, but we've had something like 20 auroras visible in the lower 48 states in the last, like, 4 years, and…
- 51:16Testecleese: And then before that, it was, like, one every several years.
- 51:20El Guapo: Yeah, but I think it's because it's been cooking, and it's just… the magnet has been taking a hit, you know?
- 51:29El Guapo: The magnetic field.
- 51:31Testecleese: has been deflecting the CMEs.
- 51:36Testecleese: And now it's absorbing it, because it doesn't have the energy to deflect it.
- 51:40El Guapo: I don't know.
- 51:41Testecleese: Just a theory.
- 51:43El Guapo: Unless it's, the Earth's about, like, the place ready to move, like, hey, there's no magnification.
- 51:50Testecleese: That was… that was what I… actually what I brought up earlier, is like, maybe it's not the poles flipping, maybe it's we're just affecting.
- 51:55El Guapo: about the…
- 51:56Testecleese: Maybe we're just affecting it with all of electricity, you know?
- 51:59El Guapo: No, no, I think it's about the…
- 52:02El Guapo: The polls, I don't know. We'll see.
- 52:07Testecleese: Oh, the tectonic plates are always moving.
- 52:09El Guapo: I know, there's not… not moving, but extremely, like, Something's about to happen.
- 52:17Testecleese: Maybe.
- 52:18El Guapo: Alright, we'll see.
- 52:20Testecleese: Oh, excuse me.
- 52:23Testecleese: Oh.
- 52:25Testecleese: There's video inside an ICE facility in Texas, where everyone's talking about these concentration camps.
- 52:30Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:32Testecleese: I saw this shit, dude.
- 52:34Testecleese: And it pissed me off people complaining, because they clearly didn't have a look.
- 52:38El Guapo: These look like college campuses, like libraries and gymnasiums.
- 52:43Testecleese: Where they have these, children.
- 52:46Brian McFadden: So they're really nice facilities.
- 52:49Testecleese: Yeah, they're going to… they're doing schoolwork, they're getting on the internet and studying, they got exercise, they're getting good food.
- 52:56Testecleese: It's a…
- 52:57Testecleese: It's like, oh, you separated them from their families. So what? You were supposed to lock up the kids and fucking Gen Pop with the rapists and murderers?
- 53:05El Guapo: because I just want to touch a heart string on people.
- 53:08Testecleese: Exactly. Oh, you separated them from the family. Okay. Oh, you put them in prison, too. And it's like, well, what do you… what the fuck do you want? You want to separate them, or… or… you know…
- 53:19El Guapo: Whatever you do, you're not gonna satisfy them, dude. Plus, at the same time, how long they gonna be there until they find their parents and where they're gonna go?
- 53:28Testecleese: Yeah, that then, exactly, it leads to, oh, you deported the kids, too?
- 53:32El Guapo: Do you want to stay homeless in here?
- 53:34Testecleese: Do you want them to stay here with us without their parents, or do you want them to go home with their parents? Should we separate their families, or deport the kid?
- 53:40El Guapo: Oh, do you want to stay with a conservative family?
- 53:44Testecleese: Yeah.
- 53:44El Guapo: We'll make another note.
- 53:45Testecleese: Am I the only one… am I the only one who remembers Ilion Gonzalez?
- 53:49El Guapo: I remember him.
- 53:51Testecleese: Under Clinton, right?
- 53:52El Guapo: Yeah.
- 53:53El Guapo: said the suate in the famous picture.
- 53:56Testecleese: Yeah, the picture of the guy, like, holding a rifle, picking the kid up.
- 54:01El Guapo: Let me go find it so we can use it for the…
- 54:03Testecleese: Maybe.
- 54:04El Guapo: Ice be harder.
- 54:06El Guapo: Haha, that's the title.
- 54:10Testecleese: murder.
- 54:11Testecleese: Yeah, now Minnesota residents are saying it's time to do something, even if it leads to more violence. I'm like, you guys are fucking nuts.
- 54:19El Guapo: Okay, this is a… this is what a… People…
- 54:26El Guapo: they don't realize… Trump is holding back because he don't wanna…
- 54:30El Guapo: I'm surprised, dude, he's being hardcore. He not said in the military or anybody yet, you know, because…
- 54:38El Guapo: If it was hardcore, like, the dictatorship, it would not hesitate to send the army.
- 54:45Testecleese: It takes a lot of stuff to happen for the army to get.
- 54:47El Guapo: This is already due by noon.
- 54:48Testecleese: Oh, we… it will come up in the next couple topics, don't worry.
- 54:52El Guapo: Okay.
- 54:54Testecleese: Okay.
- 54:56Testecleese: And now, I'm reading… check this out. This is the… are they intentionally lying to you, or are they stupid thing? They're saying this family was detained when they brought their 7-year-old in for a nosebleed.
- 55:08Testecleese: And the first thing I thought was, you brought your kid to a fucking urgent care for a nosebleed?
- 55:14El Guapo: Oh, yeah, so…
- 55:15Testecleese: Then my next…
- 55:16El Guapo: What happened to Kit, you know?
- 55:18Testecleese: Her nose wouldn't stop bleeding. So that means they don't have basic medical treatment, like…
- 55:24Testecleese: Skills, because nosebleeds are easy unless you're actually wounded, right?
- 55:28El Guapo: Paper towel, toilet paper in the nose, let it sit there for 5 minutes, see what happens, and if it can.
- 55:32Brian McFadden: Well, that'll be a problem in your house, because you don't believe in toilet paper.
- 55:36El Guapo: I do, I saw that toilet paper to dry your butt.
- 55:39Testecleese: No, he uses his left hand to wipe.
- 55:42El Guapo: No, he's talking about my bidet.
- 55:44Testecleese: I know.
- 55:44El Guapo: I just… I was…
- 55:46Brian McFadden: Pretending you were Indian for a minute.
- 55:52Testecleese: But… They went to urgent care.
- 55:56Testecleese: for nosebleed.
- 55:58Testecleese: As illegals, so we, the citizens.
- 56:02Testecleese: Are, paying for the urgent care visit.
- 56:08Testecleese: There we go.
- 56:09Testecleese: And it turns out they weren't picked up at urgent care.
- 56:13Testecleese: The people working there turned it over to the freaking government because they didn't have any papers to, like, bill or even put in the paperwork to bill the federal government for this treatment, because there's an emergency.
- 56:27Testecleese: So, immigration showed up the next day.
- 56:32Testecleese: But they're making it sound like, oh, she was there for medical treatment, and they, they brushed her away.
- 56:39Brian McFadden: Right. They're lying to you, because they want you to do something stupid and be a martyr for their cause. Yeah.
- 56:44El Guapo: That's 2 now!
- 56:46Testecleese: Yeah, they're hoping you get shot in the face, too.
- 56:51El Guapo: They need a clickbait. If it bleeds, it leads.
- 56:54Testecleese: Right?
- 56:56Testecleese: Well, and you know, it does ride people up, because this friggin' woke Karen in Minnesota…
- 57:04Testecleese: Actually, I'm not sure it was in Minnesota.
- 57:07Testecleese: But she accidentally admitted in an interview that she was the school attendant, or whatever.
- 57:13Testecleese: That when it interfered with the police getting involved on a threat to shoot up the school.
- 57:20Testecleese: Because she thought they were ICE.
- 57:24Testecleese: It's like, man, we're here to handle a possible squishy, oh, you're a racist! And it's like, it was like a white guy.
- 57:31Testecleese: You know, you know… But yeah, she accidentally sent us an interview, because she…
- 57:38Testecleese: Didn't realize if the phone was still to her face when she talked to someone else, that the reporter on the phone could hear her.
- 57:46Testecleese: She would say one thing, like, oh, he's a fucking idiot, this is actually what happened. And it's like, wow.
- 57:53Testecleese: alright. And check this out, a Biden advisor.
- 57:59Testecleese: had to delete next post, because he was also taken by this, we hate everything… Mentality?
- 58:07Testecleese: he was upset about an AI image.
- 58:10Testecleese: of a bunch of ICE officers dr…
- 58:13Testecleese: Like, old-school cops with, like, nightsticks out, right?
- 58:17Testecleese: Chasing a bathtub on wheels with a fucking Viking in it, going down a hill.
- 58:24El Guapo: Okay.
- 58:25Testecleese: And now it's supposed to be, what's wrong with ICE? What are they doing these days?
- 58:29Testecleese: And it's like, the dude's… first of all, if this is real, that dude's in a bathtub on wheels going down the hill, how is he controlling that thing, right?
- 58:37El Guapo: I know, I wanna know.
- 58:38Testecleese: Second of all, did you believe it was really a Viking in a bathtub rolling down a fucking hill?
- 58:47Testecleese: This… They tell you all this crazy shit's happening, they don't give you the details, then you… then this…
- 58:55Testecleese: Poor schmuck goes out there to protest it and gets shot in the face.
- 59:00Brian McFadden: Yeah, because they're idiots.
- 59:02Testecleese: Because they don't even bother to look this shit up. They're like, oh, I just believe.
- 59:06Brian McFadden: I mean, that's not even good AI.
- 59:08Brian McFadden: You can tell it's AI just by looking at it.
- 59:11Testecleese: Yeah, so you open up and look at it, too.
- 59:13Brian McFadden: Of course, yeah. You got a Viking in a bathtub? I have to see this. And there's no… it looks like he's got bicycle handlebars in it.
- 59:23Testecleese: Oh, I'm sorry, okay, there was steering, my mistake.
- 59:25El Guapo: Oh, okay, damn.
- 59:28Testecleese: Can you imagine the damage a bathtub could do rolling down a steep hill, though?
- 59:36Testecleese: Alright.
- 59:38Testecleese: Swalwell's talking about stripping ICE agents of the driver's licenses in California.
- 59:46Testecleese: This is as California keeps giving big rig licenses to illiterate people that don't speak English.
- 59:52Brian McFadden: So wouldn't this just mean that… all the ICE agents.
- 59:57Brian McFadden: Get driver's licenses in a different state?
- 1:00:01Testecleese: If they revoke their license, In that state, they're still revoked within that state.
- 1:00:06Testecleese: Like, I can… I can say your Massachusetts license is no good in West Virginia if I'm the governor.
- 1:00:13Brian McFadden: That seems like that'd be a Supreme Court issue.
- 1:00:17Testecleese: It would eventually get to the Supreme Court, but they can…
- 1:00:20Testecleese: A state can suspend you a license.
- 1:00:23Testecleese: Regardless of who.
- 1:00:24Brian McFadden: Yeah, but…
- 1:00:25Testecleese: Because…
- 1:00:25Brian McFadden: But not a blanket suspension, just because of, Hey, you work?
- 1:00:29Testecleese: That would be the issue, exactly.
- 1:00:43El Guapo: What happened?
- 1:00:44Brian McFadden: But I guess he went to the bathroom.
- 1:00:48El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:00:50Brian McFadden: And then,
- 1:00:51Brian McFadden: ICE agents are being forced to wear clearly visible QR codes under a new plan. Who's gonna.
- 1:00:58El Guapo: Wow.
- 1:00:58Brian McFadden: Stupid idea.
- 1:01:00El Guapo: What the fuck the visible QR code for what?
- 1:01:04El Guapo: Get the emails or something like that?
- 1:01:06Brian McFadden: I'm literally trying to figure out what is the… State is… New Democrat bill…
- 1:01:17El Guapo: Oh, it's a bill.
- 1:01:18Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:01:19El Guapo: Oh, okay.
- 1:01:21Brian McFadden: It doesn't say, it must be federal.
- 1:01:25El Guapo: Dude, this… oh, come on, you sent me to a website with a lot of…
- 1:01:30Brian McFadden: I hate these. I hate… This is MSN, man!
- 1:01:35El Guapo: Dude, nobody take that seriously.
- 1:01:38Brian McFadden: But it's not MS now, it's MSN.
- 1:01:41El Guapo: MS, BS now?
- 1:01:43Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:01:44Testecleese: Yeah, well, if it says MSN, be careful, that's, like, Microsoft News or something, it's like…
- 1:01:51Testecleese: Basically, a place you can go and get a bunch of articles from a bunch of different stuff.
- 1:01:55Brian McFadden: And we tried to go into it.
- 1:01:57El Guapo: Yeah, I got hit with the span and stuff.
- 1:02:00Brian McFadden: I'm lost.
- 1:02:01Testecleese: QR codes?
- 1:02:03El Guapo: Yeah, they… by the MSM, the website?
- 1:02:06El Guapo: I would just hit… I just got hit with a bunch of spam, you know?
- 1:02:11Testecleese: But what would… what would that information, in theory.
- 1:02:15El Guapo: They want to attract people, that's all that they do.
- 1:02:17Testecleese: So it's supposed to have, with this particular person is…
- 1:02:20El Guapo: It's basically a name tag, that's all it is.
- 1:02:23Testecleese: Why don't you just do that?
- 1:02:25El Guapo: Because there are…
- 1:02:27El Guapo: They want to identify who it is, so they can, like… they just want to hunt down.
- 1:02:30Testecleese: Isn't that what a badge number is?
- 1:02:33El Guapo: They're still gonna… that's why they're not showing badge number, they're not showing nothing, so they don't get hunted down later on.
- 1:02:39Testecleese: So how much is it gonna cost to give each different person.
- 1:02:43El Guapo: It's just a proposal, it's just stupid. It's gonna be a lot of money.
- 1:02:47Testecleese: Yeah, well, yeah, you'd have to print out a different shirt for each person in each uniform, right?
- 1:02:51El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:02:52Brian McFadden: That costs a lot of money.
- 1:02:53El Guapo: Oh, this could be, like, a patch.
- 1:02:56Testecleese: Maybe, but they said they want this big enough to be able to, like, scan and read from, like, across the street.
- 1:03:01El Guapo: So they can know who it is who to go hunt down.
- 1:03:05Testecleese: Or I don't like what this guy did 3 times, so now we're gonna go kill him?
- 1:03:08El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:03:11Testecleese: Like, yeah, I was thinking at first, I was like, what's this supposed to do? Is it just supposed to say ice? If that's the case, just write fucking ice on their equipment. Oh, it already is!
- 1:03:19El Guapo: You know?
- 1:03:20Testecleese: Crap.
- 1:03:21El Guapo: They're just… they're just coming out with all this type of… they're just so it's on the wall, see what sticks.
- 1:03:26Testecleese: So is it gonna put their names out there, too? Like, are we gonna… Probably. Is this how we're gonna dox people?
- 1:03:31El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:03:32El Guapo: Eventually.
- 1:03:35Testecleese: Yeah, didn't we just have that happen in, like, a…
- 1:03:38Testecleese: a restaurant, a bunch of IT guys got hassled and all but physically attacked.
- 1:03:44Testecleese: You know, wearing nice clothes?
- 1:03:46El Guapo: This is the difference between, when the Republic was getting hunted down by the FBI. We just videotaped him, you know, we didn't care about doxing them, but just say, like, oh, this is how you're gonna be now, you know, stuff like that. But we never yell at them, we never hunted down, we just embarrassed them with the phone, and that's what we stopped.
- 1:04:04Testecleese: Republicans, and he was not a fucking moron.
- 1:04:06El Guapo: Huh?
- 1:04:08Testecleese: not just Republicans, but anyone who's not a fucking moron, don't get involved, don't get shot.
- 1:04:16Testecleese: Am I frozen?
- 1:04:18Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:04:19Testecleese: Guapo is.
- 1:04:21Testecleese: That sucks.
- 1:04:23Testecleese: Looks like he's about to swallow one, too.
- 1:04:27El Guapo: Yeah. What are you talking about?
- 1:04:29Brian McFadden: back.
- 1:04:31El Guapo: You guys froze for us?
- 1:04:31Testecleese: up good there.
- 1:04:32Brian McFadden: I froze.
- 1:04:33El Guapo: Oh, I was… okay.
- 1:04:38Testecleese: So, a medical examiner in El Paso, Texas, has determined that this most recent death at an ICE facility was a homicide, and this is, like, the fourth one in a month.
- 1:04:49Brian McFadden: Oh, they got a serial killer?
- 1:04:51El Guapo: Probably.
- 1:04:51Testecleese: Well, the thing is, this isn't… they're clearly trying to make this sound like ICE is killing these people.
- 1:05:01Testecleese: Either way, no matter who's doing the killing, something needs to be done about it.
- 1:05:07Testecleese: You know, maybe it's rival gang members in these facilities, I don't know, maybe it is ICE members, I doubt it.
- 1:05:13El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:05:15Testecleese: But you need better security.
- 1:05:18Testecleese: Especially since I said this was some kind of, you know, natural cause or accident death, and then the ME was like, no, no, no.
- 1:05:24Testecleese: This man was, like, choked to death or whatever.
- 1:05:28Testecleese: It's not helping ICE's case that they're not the monsters that are being called.
- 1:05:35Testecleese: Brian looks like he's about to pass out.
- 1:05:38Brian McFadden: No, I'm good.
- 1:05:41Testecleese: Anyway, this is when you were talking about, Guapo.
- 1:05:43Testecleese: Yes. I was today, I believe. Dude was shot and killed.
- 1:05:47Brian McFadden: Yes, it is.
- 1:05:48Testecleese: In Minnesota?
- 1:05:49Brian McFadden: Yep. Just a couple hours ago.
- 1:05:51Testecleese: Whoa…
- 1:05:52El Guapo: Just…
- 1:05:53Testecleese: No, go ahead and tell me, I… What do you got, Guapo?
- 1:05:58El Guapo: Oh, no, I just saw the videos of it, I didn't know if you guys heard about it, that's why I was shocked. Like, right before I pop in with you guys, because I've been with my kids all day, so…
- 1:06:07Testecleese: Yeah, well, a couple of these things I saw… only a couple out of, like, 15 articles mention that this guy fired shots first.
- 1:06:15El Guapo: That's not what I see in the video, but, you know…
- 1:06:19Testecleese: maybe they were bad articles, maybe it was bad info, maybe these shots happened before the video, or, you know, usually when shit like that happens and you get video, it's usually, like, 10 seconds or 2 seconds before the video starts that they did something. And then as soon as they do, they put their hands up, and I'm the peaceful guy getting attacked, right?
- 1:06:38Testecleese: Yeah, a man was shot and killed, getting in the way.
- 1:06:42Testecleese: And Minnesota has mobilized the National Guard.
- 1:06:46Brian McFadden: To a drunk aunt?
- 1:06:49Testecleese: I don't give a shit whether or not Trump can't. What does that mean if the National Guard is there to stop the federal government?
- 1:06:55Brian McFadden: Yeah. Civil War.
- 1:06:56Testecleese: Don't get me wrong, this is what they exist for.
- 1:06:59El Guapo: Yeah, it should be about the, dash, it should be for the…
- 1:07:04Brian McFadden: Well, if they had more police in Minnesota, maybe they wouldn't have to do that, but they ran off…
- 1:07:08Testecleese: Plenty of…
- 1:07:09Brian McFadden: They ran them all off.
- 1:07:11Testecleese: You know, this pony police, they turned their back on these guys rioting.
- 1:07:15Brian McFadden: Yeah, but they also… most of the police quit after the last, like.
- 1:07:19Testecleese: the good cops.
- 1:07:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, all the good cops are gone.
- 1:07:22Testecleese: Yes, and you're left to the guys that turned their back and let it happen, because I gotta feed my kids. And I get that argument.
- 1:07:28El Guapo: Yeah, by the same time, you know, I better get out of this state before shit gets bad, you know?
- 1:07:33El Guapo: Is that your…
- 1:07:34Testecleese: Yeah, okay, National Guard is here to stop the federal government.
- 1:07:38Testecleese: Can you think of a better time… better excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act?
- 1:07:43El Guapo: Wow.
- 1:07:45Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:07:46Testecleese: So now, that gives Trump a couple of options. One is deploy nationalized federal nationalized… National Guard, right?
- 1:07:56Testecleese: Another one is, depending on how severe it is, he could actually use the United States Army.
- 1:08:00El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:08:02Testecleese: Well, did you see this shit?
- 1:08:05Testecleese: 1,500 Army paratroopers have been prepping for deployment from Alaska.
- 1:08:12El Guapo: I've heard about this for, like, weeks now, but I don't know, man. Look, I don't know what Trump hesitated to do. Honestly…
- 1:08:19El Guapo: After the church, I would have sent them.
- 1:08:22Testecleese: Maybe, but we haven't even…
- 1:08:24Brian McFadden: We haven't even brought the church up, or did we? Was that last week? No, it's next article.
- 1:08:28Testecleese: Okay. But, the problem is.
- 1:08:31Testecleese: These are Alaskan paratroopers. They're gonna get dropped off in Minnesota, the frozen Minnesota, and go, oh damn, it's warm, let me take off my jacket.
- 1:08:44Testecleese: Don't get me wrong, the guard has access to the same equipment, But they're weekend warriors.
- 1:08:49Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:08:51Testecleese: these, these army guys train 60 hours a week.
- 1:08:56Testecleese: Your weekend war… your National Guard trains one weekend a month, two weeks a year.
- 1:09:02Testecleese: Who's gonna handle… Combat better, right?
- 1:09:07Testecleese: And yeah.
- 1:09:07Brian McFadden: Active duty soldier.
- 1:09:09Testecleese: Exactly! And yeah, you'll get some resistance and rebellion from Windows.
- 1:09:14Testecleese: But one jackass takes a shot from his frickin' third-story window, he's gonna get hit with automatic gunfire.
- 1:09:23El Guapo: the saw. They're like, hey, send the saw that way.
- 1:09:26Testecleese: Gee, God, that is way too much gunpowder, gun…
- 1:09:29Testecleese: firepower for a Minnesota, dude, I saw.
- 1:09:32El Guapo: Yo, I know, fuck it.
- 1:09:36Testecleese: But, like, yeah, I don't think people understand the firepower of the United States Army, and don't get me wrong, we don't want to go and wipe out Minneapolis.
- 1:09:43El Guapo: At this point, though, like…
- 1:09:47El Guapo: You know why they're so democratic in Minneapolis and stuff like that? I don't know.
- 1:09:51Testecleese: Fly over and drop pamphlets in advance that were gonna wipe it out, get out.
- 1:09:55El Guapo: No, like, ever since… A lot of, like,
- 1:10:00El Guapo: Norwegian people move over there, like, northern people?
- 1:10:04El Guapo: Most of them were farmers, so more community-oriented, so there's a lot…
- 1:10:10Testecleese: A lot of the Nords that moved out of that area are farmers, actually.
- 1:10:14El Guapo: Yeah, so…
- 1:10:15Testecleese: People are so excited to find out you could grow crops more than, like, 2 months a year.
- 1:10:19El Guapo: Yeah, so… they, the more likely… they became… there's a lot of Communist Party went over there, too, so…
- 1:10:28El Guapo: That's why they got consumed with the Democratic Party and stuff like that in the area.
- 1:10:31Testecleese: Do you know why there's no beautiful women in the United Kingdom?
- 1:10:35El Guapo: You don't laugh?
- 1:10:36Testecleese: the Norwegians took them all.
- 1:10:38El Guapo: Huh.
- 1:10:40El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:10:41Testecleese: Someone gets the joke, at least.
- 1:10:43Testecleese: Okay, the wife got it.
- 1:10:45Testecleese: She's like, Vikings stole women and gold.
- 1:10:52Testecleese: And okay, any English folk we got listening, this is just a joke, but you know it was a good one, because how many… how long were the Vikings taking everything from that entire island, right?
- 1:11:04El Guapo: Yeah, plunder, rape and plun… rape and plunder.
- 1:11:09Testecleese: But yeah, man, like, I think the last thing we need to see right now is…
- 1:11:12Testecleese: Even the National Guard being activated federally and deployed within the United States, let alone the United States Army.
- 1:11:20El Guapo: It's about time, though.
- 1:11:21Testecleese: The Army has different… different rules of combat. Rules of engagement, it's a little more difficult to get them to fire, but once they do.
- 1:11:28Testecleese: Once they do, dear God, you are not going to survive.
- 1:11:32El Guapo: Dude, I know there's protest about to come to Virginia, dude, and I cannot take them more than a week off, you know, like, oh, protests here, protest there, like…
- 1:11:40El Guapo: You know, it's like, oh my god, I've been losing money, you know? I got bills to pay.
- 1:11:46Testecleese: Yeah, that's when you want to tell these people, like, hey, bitch, I understand you were pissed off, okay?
- 1:11:51El Guapo: At least don't block the street, let me.
- 1:11:52Testecleese: But it's like, you're blocking me from making money, which is pissing me off.
- 1:11:56Testecleese: And, why don't you have to work?
- 1:11:59El Guapo: Because they're getting paid.
- 1:12:01Testecleese: Yeah, see, the thing is, your average on-the-street person isn't getting paid. The people getting paid for this shit are way up.
- 1:12:07Testecleese: They're getting… they're getting funded by the NGOs.
- 1:12:12Testecleese: And they're convincing people like you to go out there and put their bodies.
- 1:12:17El Guapo: I know, that's what I said, they're the ones getting paid. Everybody else, like, I gotta go to work.
- 1:12:22Brian McFadden: Yeah, but no, even the person out there protesting person actually there isn't getting paid either, it's people over their heads that are.
- 1:12:28El Guapo: All the feminists… Oh, they call it awful now.
- 1:12:34Testecleese: Awful, affluent, white, female, urban liberals.
- 1:12:37El Guapo: Yep.
- 1:12:39Testecleese: We've brought that up on the show more than once. We almost titled the show that once.
- 1:12:42El Guapo: Oh, I didn't even realize, I'm sorry.
- 1:12:45Testecleese: Exactly, it's always rich white women, and they're usually overweight, and often experimenting with homosexuality for the first time.
- 1:12:52El Guapo: Cat ladies.
- 1:12:55Testecleese: Some cat ladies do, but there's also a whole bunch of women that just decided they don't like men anymore and want to date women.
- 1:13:00El Guapo: I saw a bitch bring a baby, dude, like, what are you bringing your baby to?
- 1:13:06Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, and you're like, oh, we might die today. He's like, so you brought your baby?
- 1:13:11El Guapo: Yeah, of course.
- 1:13:13Testecleese: we could be martyrs. It's like, wow, your kid means so much to you that you're willing to kill himself.
- 1:13:18El Guapo: input right there, thank God.
- 1:13:21Testecleese: Yeah, I…
- 1:13:23El Guapo: That's why I brought it more than once. Maybe we should let these folks abort their babies and sterilize their children. Yeah, but don't do it to the rest of us.
- 1:13:31Testecleese: Well, then that goes on everyone else to decide how their children are raised, in terms of educated, et cetera, et cetera.
- 1:13:40Testecleese: Don't pass your kids off to the government to raise. Raise your kids yourself.
- 1:13:44El Guapo: for that.
- 1:13:44Testecleese: You can use public schooling if you want, but make sure you understand what the public schooling is teaching.
- 1:13:49El Guapo: Oh, yeah.
- 1:13:51Testecleese: Dude, I spent hours talking to the school before I enrolled my daughter in it.
- 1:13:57Testecleese: It's funny, because I was like, I'm sorry I'm bothering you. The teacher's like, no, actually…
- 1:14:00El Guapo: Let's gone.
- 1:14:01Testecleese: kind of nice to hear a parent who actually understands stuff, and is… actually gives a crap, instead of… I was like.
- 1:14:08Testecleese: Yeah, my kid was born… born during COVID.
- 1:14:12El Guapo: Now you remind me, there's a parent's meeting and stuff.
- 1:14:16Testecleese: I was like, and this is when the whole… everything got exposed on the internet, because parents were there and heard their classrooms, you know?
- 1:14:24Testecleese: Speaking of, by the way, this storm coming, everyone!
- 1:14:28Testecleese: Plan accordingly.
- 1:14:30El Guapo: Which one?
- 1:14:31Brian McFadden: It's snowing here now. We've started… the snow has started.
- 1:14:35Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:14:35El Guapo: Virginia?
- 1:14:36Testecleese: accordingly. In 9 months, you could be drinking a fresh-made, moonshine, or changing your first diaper.
- 1:14:46El Guapo: Yep, yep.
- 1:14:47Testecleese: Okay?
- 1:14:49El Guapo: So I'm gonna…
- 1:14:49Testecleese: Plan accordingly, make good decisions.
- 1:14:51El Guapo: Before you get stuck on with somebody, make sure you know, make sure you liked it.
- 1:14:56Testecleese: Which, honestly, I expected a baby boom during COVID, I really thought we were gonna see one.
- 1:15:01El Guapo: Well, there's a lot of, divorce.
- 1:15:07Testecleese: Oh, because you have to spend time with your spouse?
- 1:15:10El Guapo: Yeah, dad…
- 1:15:11Testecleese: Yeah, yes.
- 1:15:12El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:15:14El Guapo: Where's that email? Hmm.
- 1:15:17El Guapo: Sorry.
- 1:15:18Testecleese: But yeah, I expected a baby boom. I thought a lot of people were like, oh, we can't go out and do anything, let's just have sex, you know?
- 1:15:25El Guapo: Well, people have so much sex, they're like, I don't want you no more.
- 1:15:29Testecleese: True, it's not like 1978, when the blizzard came through New England, when not everyone was on birth control.
- 1:15:36Testecleese: So they actually got pregnant from the extra amount of sex, because you couldn't leave the house for a week, you know?
- 1:15:41Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:15:43Testecleese: Which is funny, I've seen more snow since the blizzard of 78 fall in less time in Massachusetts.
- 1:15:49Testecleese: And I was out of the house the next day.
- 1:15:52Testecleese: They've just gotten so much better at handling it, you know?
- 1:15:59El Guapo: Damn.
- 1:15:59Testecleese: Oh, yeah, alright, the church thing.
- 1:16:03El Guapo: Oh.
- 1:16:05Testecleese: Oh my goodness, there's so much to talk about in this.
- 1:16:08Testecleese: Brian.
- 1:16:11Testecleese: Tell me your take on this church issue. It was a Southern Baptist church, I believe, in Minneapolis?
- 1:16:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:16:19Testecleese: What's your take on what happened?
- 1:16:22Testecleese: And what… and what's… what's your prognosis?
- 1:16:25Brian McFadden: I think it was all… I mean…
- 1:16:27Brian McFadden: the protesters, the anti-ICE activists targeted the church. I don't think that,
- 1:16:35Brian McFadden: church services are someplace you should be, you know, disrupting and protesting. I don't care what religion you are.
- 1:16:44Testecleese: Didn't we… last time we see something like this happen in a church, a whole bunch of people got shot and killed by a.
- 1:16:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:16:50Testecleese: gender individual?
- 1:16:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:16:53Brian McFadden: It's happened a couple of times.
- 1:16:55Testecleese: And a synagogue just got burned down in Mississippi, right?
- 1:16:58Brian McFadden: Yeah. And it's obviously was very well planned, because we had, the world-famous,
- 1:17:06Brian McFadden: journalists show up to cover the event, too. Don Lemon.
- 1:17:10Testecleese: on Le Mans?
- 1:17:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:17:13Testecleese: Yeah, and…
- 1:17:19Testecleese: Anyway, folks, they, they barged into a church service and started screaming and yelling and asking questions.
- 1:17:28Testecleese: And it's like, do you know the entire congregation? Do you know all these people? Maybe they agree with you in a church. Southern Baptist Church? Honestly, probably not. They're, like, 80% conservative.
- 1:17:40Testecleese: But not necessarily.
- 1:17:41Testecleese: And… what typically happens when someone kicks in the door to a religious institution and starts screaming?
- 1:17:48Brian McFadden: Well, in most days, they get shot.
- 1:17:51Testecleese: Okay, I'm thinking usually shooting starts, but yes. And this is actually after that last church shooting.
- 1:17:57Testecleese: I talked to the wife, and I was like, I want you carrying a gun fucking everywhere.
- 1:18:01Testecleese: And that's… I bought her that, pistol.
- 1:18:06Testecleese: She brings it to church, too.
- 1:18:08Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:18:09Testecleese: Cause… cause you never know.
- 1:18:12Testecleese: Guabo, what was your take on what happened, and what… oh, okay, I'm sorry, Brian.
- 1:18:16Testecleese: What do you think's gonna happen?
- 1:18:20Brian McFadden: Well, the federal government…
- 1:18:21Testecleese: the repercussions.
- 1:18:23Brian McFadden: Hopefully Don Lemon gets, prosecuted.
- 1:18:27Testecleese: Well, one judge, one magistrate, or whatever?
- 1:18:30Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:18:30Testecleese: Already ruled that out, but that can go over his head.
- 1:18:34Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:18:35Brian McFadden: Bro, the magistrate had connections with,
- 1:18:39Brian McFadden: the Attorney General, or the lawyer of Minnesota, so… They're, like, close friends, so…
- 1:18:49Testecleese: Guapa, what did you get out of what happened? What do you think it means, and what do you think's gonna happen immediately because of it?
- 1:18:58El Guapo: John… he's the dumbest reporter ever.
- 1:19:02El Guapo: You don't know his constitution.
- 1:19:05El Guapo: you know.
- 1:19:05Testecleese: Very true, because…
- 1:19:06El Guapo: Because the…
- 1:19:07Testecleese: He made a big deal… he made a big deal about… I was a journalist doing an act of journalism. I'm saying… It's like, I didn't hear him saying shit about the, reporters at J6 that went to jail.
- 1:19:20El Guapo: Yeah, but I said time.
- 1:19:22El Guapo: he… he was planning this ambush and stuff. He… he was there, like, oh, they're gonna invest somebody, like, does that even sound like… Well, you know, okay, when somebody say, hey, let's go rob a bank.
- 1:19:34El Guapo: Okay, I'm gonna go with you guys, I'm just gonna report it, you know?
- 1:19:38El Guapo: Don't you call the cops right there? Like, hey, they're gonna ambush this place.
- 1:19:42Testecleese: Well, let me ask a question of the combat photographer, because this sounds like a good question. Brian.
- 1:19:48Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:19:48Testecleese: In a… let's say, for example, fresh out of senior school.
- 1:19:53Testecleese: You were sent with a SEAL team.
- 1:19:55El Guapo: That's different.
- 1:19:57Testecleese: Hold on.
- 1:19:58El Guapo: And your job was to document.
- 1:20:01Testecleese: The mission, right?
- 1:20:02Brian McFadden: Yeah,
- 1:20:04Testecleese: Everyone gets captured.
- 1:20:06Testecleese: Should you be treated the same as the SEAL team that was there to carry out.
- 1:20:10Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:20:11Testecleese: I may… oh, okay. I thought you were gonna say, maybe not.
- 1:20:15Testecleese: But, wow.
- 1:20:16Brian McFadden: Combat situation, you're definitely gonna get treated the same, you know?
- 1:20:20Testecleese: True, you were carrying a weapon, you just…
- 1:20:22Brian McFadden: Yeah. Marie, you met him.
- 1:20:23Testecleese: I'm more ready.
- 1:20:25Brian McFadden: Yeah,
- 1:20:26El Guapo: If you're a medic, you're gonna get really worse, too.
- 1:20:30El Guapo: Yeah, Target.
- 1:20:31Testecleese: You're not supposed to shoot medics in international warfare anymore.
- 1:20:34El Guapo: They know, like, hey, that's gonna fix the rest of the guy, let's start shooting them, let's shoot them first.
- 1:20:38Brian McFadden: It's funny, because that's the opposite of the United States philosophy.
- 1:20:42El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:20:43Testecleese: The United States would rather put a .30-06 round through your shoulder.
- 1:20:47Testecleese: So you're down on the ground, you're not dead, but now it takes two men to drag you off the battlefield, and it's gonna bog up sickbay that's helping people.
- 1:20:56El Guapo: You're bigger than 556.
- 1:20:58Testecleese: Huh?
- 1:20:59El Guapo: That's why they came out with the.
- 1:21:00Testecleese: Well, I was just saying, exactly, they came up with a smaller round, since then it's more effective, but the idea is wound them so that they are useless.
- 1:21:07Testecleese: And then you take 3 people off the battlefield, and Sickbay is slower, churning people back out to the battlefield.
- 1:21:15El Guapo: Yeah, at the same time, it's gonna go back to the country, there's gonna be more people over there, so that's why they've been at 556.
- 1:21:21Testecleese: Yeah. But, like, yeah.
- 1:21:23El Guapo: Like, why? They came out with a smaller router, the 762. You know, so…
- 1:21:29El Guapo: They had to… the Vietnam War, they went to, acquire an M16 to see what's… why they're so light, why they, you know…
- 1:21:41Testecleese: Because we're not necessarily looking to kill you.
- 1:21:42El Guapo: Yeah, we just wouldn't.
- 1:21:43Testecleese: The .30-06 was designed to put a hole through a Japanese helmet at 400 yards.
- 1:21:50El Guapo: Before that…
- 1:21:50Testecleese: It's a hell of a hell of a show.
- 1:21:52El Guapo: Who did they have 6 buses before the World War II?
- 1:21:55Testecleese: Yeah, World War I.
- 1:21:58El Guapo: It was 2006, 1906.
- 1:22:02Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, the M1 Garand.
- 1:22:05El Guapo: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:22:06Testecleese: Yeah, nasty rifle.
- 1:22:07Testecleese: Nasty rifle, and it… and they aimed for the head and the… the heart.
- 1:22:12Testecleese: I was like, I get it, but the thing is that we've learned from World War I and II, the Japanese will just step over the dead and keep coming.
- 1:22:19El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:22:20Testecleese: But if it's wounded, they would drag them off the battlefield for help.
- 1:22:23El Guapo: If they have sympathy for that person, that's all… depends on the… yeah, you're gonna hit that sympathy heartstring of the enemy, you're like, oh, I cannot let him here die.
- 1:22:35El Guapo: No.
- 1:22:36Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. What's worse than a field of dead bodies that you're stepping over? A field of writhing, screaming soldiers in agony.
- 1:22:45Testecleese: Right? Like, that's… that sounds even worse, because then you're gonna die anyway, and you get in their head.
- 1:22:51Testecleese: But… Weren't necessarily trying to kill ya.
- 1:22:54Testecleese: But you're no longer a threat, and… yeah. That was the idea. It seems to have worked out well long enough, but…
- 1:23:02Testecleese: Problem is, if you don't kill these people.
- 1:23:05Testecleese: In 5 years, they come back.
- 1:23:07Testecleese: Angry.
- 1:23:11Testecleese: What, how long did it take after World War I before the Germans Invaded Poland.
- 1:23:16Testecleese: Less than 10 years?
- 1:23:18Brian McFadden: Something like that, yeah, it was quick.
- 1:23:24Testecleese: And, yeah, I mean, and we put some nasty laws on Germany after World War I.
- 1:23:29El Guapo: That we ignored and didn't follow up on, but…
- 1:23:33Testecleese: Oh, excuse me.
- 1:23:35Testecleese: Oh, this is the one I was talking about, anti-ice guys.
- 1:23:39Testecleese: Attacked a bunch of guys in Minneapolis, having lunch.
- 1:23:43Testecleese: They thought that this, like, group of tech geeks We're ice.
- 1:23:48Testecleese: And they got blasted out on social media, like, come get these ice fuckers.
- 1:23:53Testecleese: And they're like, what? I know, I'm on US side, like, fuck you!
- 1:23:56Testecleese: Man.
- 1:23:57Testecleese: You're not helping your cause, you know?
- 1:24:00El Guapo: Good.
- 1:24:02Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:24:03El Guapo: Because…
- 1:24:04Testecleese: Anything else you should.
- 1:24:04El Guapo: what happened in fucking, Revolutionary, French Revolution and all. You're not part of them, you're against them, even if you're not involved in any…
- 1:24:15Testecleese: What other… what famous term came out of the last French Revolution?
- 1:24:21El Guapo: Guilty.
- 1:24:21Testecleese: Oh, that's right, terrorism.
- 1:24:24Testecleese: The French Terror, right?
- 1:24:28Testecleese: Yeah, you're not outwardly on our side, we'll kill you.
- 1:24:32Testecleese: And call you a sympathizer, or whatever.
- 1:24:35El Guapo: If you got the wrong dress code, like, you look like something that we think you're the enemy, then…
- 1:24:40Testecleese: And the crazy thing is, the French… took, robespierre's head, too.
- 1:24:47Testecleese: The guy who orchestrated the revolution, they killed him because he knew how to organize a revolution. They didn't want that happening to them.
- 1:24:54Testecleese: So, just heads up to all you assholes actually getting paid from these NGOs.
- 1:24:59El Guapo: Because you'll be the first one to go.
- 1:25:01Testecleese: Yeah, they're gonna come for you as soon as they take power to make sure that you can't flip it over again when you don't like what they're doing.
- 1:25:10Testecleese: Anything else about ice you guys want to talk about?
- 1:25:13Brian McFadden: No, I think we'd be the worst.
- 1:25:16El Guapo: Let's booty some more.
- 1:25:17Testecleese: Yeah, the horse is dead.
- 1:25:19Testecleese: I'm gonna grab a beer. Brian, get us started about Greenland.
- 1:25:26Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:25:28Brian McFadden: A NATO chief has come out saying that the Irish security will not be U.S. control of Greenland.
- 1:25:36El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:25:37Brian McFadden: But,
- 1:25:40Brian McFadden: I heard there's gonna be some kind of compact agreement where the U.S. is gonna control different parts of Greenland where we can build bases.
- 1:25:49El Guapo: No, I think it's a part of the big ask, you know? He asks for the biggest thing he can get, and at the end, they're gonna compromise, you know?
- 1:25:57Testecleese: Exactly. Thank you, Guapo. This is something I tried to bring up to people online. They said I was fucking crazy and just made this shit up. I was like, he literally wrote a book about it in the 90s.
- 1:26:05El Guapo: Who sent the book. Hey, you read the book?
- 1:26:08Testecleese: Yeah, I was like, if you hate this guy so much, read his book, because then you can understand what he's doing and what he's gonna do next. It's like, know your enemy, right?
- 1:26:16El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:26:17Testecleese: Yeah, it was amazing. We're gonna take all of Greenland.
- 1:26:20Testecleese: But now he's got all the room he needs to build bases, and we're getting mineral rights.
- 1:26:25El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:26:28El Guapo: And how much did you pay for it? Probably nothing.
- 1:26:31Testecleese: Nothing!
- 1:26:32Testecleese: This isn't a… this is… this is like a… an agreement for safety…
- 1:26:36El Guapo: They're like, we don't have to take over, we don't.
- 1:26:39Testecleese: No, you're right, actually, with China and Russia moving in on the Arctic Circle, we need to do something, and etc. It's like, this is literally why Trump wanted Greenland. And now, instead of Trump had instead of the American citizen having to pay a tax to do this shit.
- 1:26:51Brian McFadden: Fucking Denmark's gonna pay for most of it.
- 1:26:54El Guapo: I had to question, French, too, because what the French want to do? Like, okay, we're gonna start with China. This is what we're talking about, you know?
- 1:27:04Testecleese: But yeah, I mean, like you said, it was a big ask. Yeah. You say, I want all this, and they say, no fucking way. It's like, alright, alright, well, I…
- 1:27:13Testecleese: I mean, I guess I could take just this and not be angry, like, oh, that's not so bad, and it's like…
- 1:27:18Testecleese: It's actually more than I needed, you know?
- 1:27:22Testecleese: And this is something that's done over and over again.
- 1:27:26Testecleese: Look at the tariffs!
- 1:27:29Testecleese: You put the tariff up, it's the big ask. If they play ball, everything gets better for everyone. If you don't play ball, alright, you're getting taxed.
- 1:27:40Testecleese: Oh my god.
- 1:27:42Testecleese: I think this should have made bigger news.
- 1:27:44Testecleese: This Greenland thing?
- 1:27:46Testecleese: They're trying to make it sound like Trump turned around.
- 1:27:49Testecleese: And went the other way, I'm like, no, Trump got exactly what he wanted and needed.
- 1:27:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:27:55Testecleese: Which is funny, I'm playing a game on my phone, and I got this Canadian guy,
- 1:28:01Testecleese: And I was like, oh yeah, man, I love Canada, you guys are funny, as long as you know… I was like, we're gonna take it, you know, you're gonna be our 52nd state, but you can keep Montreal.
- 1:28:09Testecleese: And he's like, what are you, dumb? He's like, I'm Canadian, I know there's 50 states, and we beat the 51st. I was like, no, no, no, no, Greenland is gonna be a state before you are.
- 1:28:20Testecleese: Fire.
- 1:28:22Testecleese: But yeah, this is a big deal. This is gonna be a big, big issue when it comes to,
- 1:28:27Testecleese: defense of all of Europe, and even the United States, with the Polar…
- 1:28:31Brian McFadden: more control, because he feels like the U.S. is the only one that can protect everybody.
- 1:28:37Brian McFadden: From, Russia and China.
- 1:28:41Testecleese: Yeah, I mean, if they just flew right over the polar circle, they could be at… to us in hours.
- 1:28:47Brian McFadden: I mean, Denmark just had a show of force, you know, and took a bunch of people to the Greenland.
- 1:28:54Testecleese: Denmark recently mobilized some fucking soldiers, right? Yeah. Just in case? What was it, like, 40 people?
- 1:29:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, something like that.
- 1:29:04Testecleese: Yeah, like, my sheriff's department has more fucking officers.
- 1:29:08Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, West Virginia's also bigger than Greenland, I do believe.
- 1:29:13Testecleese: Well, Denmark.
- 1:29:15Testecleese: I'm not sure, Greenland. It's tough to tell, honestly, with Greenland, because it's so far north that it makes a weird…
- 1:29:22Testecleese: It translates funny onto a map, you know what I mean?
- 1:29:26Testecleese: Like, Alaska… Not Alaska. On the globe, Greenland's still pretty big, but because it goes so far north, the… the way… not the way lines, like, it's fucking magic.
- 1:29:38Testecleese: Longitude lines make things… Drawn funny, you know?
- 1:29:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:29:46Brian McFadden: In Iranian state TV, I know we… I don't think we've talked a whole lot about the protests that are going in Iran.
- 1:29:53Testecleese: I actually, we did, either last week or the week before.
- 1:29:59Testecleese: we made a big deal about it, how everyone's ignoring this and Venezuela.
- 1:30:04Brian McFadden: Indeed.
- 1:30:05Testecleese: Because of, Minnea… Minnesota, but continue.
- 1:30:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, well, Russian state TV was hacked, and it's showing… it was showing, photos of the Crown Prince, Renza Pahlavi, amid the protests, and he's actually…
- 1:30:21Testecleese: leader?
- 1:30:23Brian McFadden: The… Descendant of the rightful leader.
- 1:30:27Testecleese: Well, they were a monarchy until…
- 1:30:32Brian McFadden: Yeah, I don't think the Shaw's still alive.
- 1:30:35Testecleese: Oh, oh, I didn't realize that, I'm sorry.
- 1:30:37Brian McFadden: And I think he's in the US, too.
- 1:30:40Testecleese: fled.
- 1:30:42Brian McFadden: He fled to the U.S.
- 1:30:44Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:30:45Testecleese: No, I understand, Iran used to be very progressive.
- 1:30:48Brian McFadden: He used to be a really good ally for, the United States.
- 1:30:53Testecleese: Yeah, like, women could drive?
- 1:30:56Testecleese: And they could show their hair, You know?
- 1:31:00Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:31:01Testecleese: Walking around in sundresses, driving to the grocery store, and now they're fucking wearing burqas and herding goats.
- 1:31:10Testecleese: how… how has this change, helped Iran?
- 1:31:14Testecleese: But I'm supposed to support this shit because, you know, religion. But meanwhile, fuck Israel.
- 1:31:22Testecleese: Like, how… If your logic is religion.
- 1:31:27Testecleese: Then why doesn't it apply to other religions?
- 1:31:30Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:31:31Testecleese: And then they're gonna bring up oppression?
- 1:31:34Testecleese: For the love of God, There are less Jews today than there were pre-World War II, you know?
- 1:31:41Brian McFadden: Right?
- 1:31:42Testecleese: They still haven't rebounded their population from that.
- 1:31:47Testecleese: By only something like .2 million.
- 1:31:50Testecleese: Worldwide, but still, it's been 100 years, almost?
- 1:31:54Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:31:59Testecleese: And there's only one Jewish nation on the planet.
- 1:32:02Testecleese: I think it's 28 Muslim nations and…
- 1:32:05Testecleese: Honestly, I have no idea how many Christians.
- 1:32:07Brian McFadden: And they're all… they're all vowing to, destroy Israel.
- 1:32:12Testecleese: Not all of them.
- 1:32:13Testecleese: Actually, Egypt's pretty cool.
- 1:32:17Testecleese: For the most part. There's a lot of revolutions in Egypt, though. You never know who's gonna be in charge tomorrow, right?
- 1:32:22El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:32:24Testecleese: Saudi Arabia has been really good about
- 1:32:28Testecleese: Not getting involved internationally on, a religious stage, too, though.
- 1:32:34Testecleese: And… whack!
- 1:32:36Testecleese: Probably because Saudi Arabia's making a shit ton of money.
- 1:32:39Brian McFadden: Countries with Christianity majority is 157.
- 1:32:44Testecleese: Yeah, I knew it was gonna be more than none, because I was like, Church of England right there is one.
- 1:32:49Brian McFadden: Official Christian states is 15 to 20.
- 1:32:52Testecleese: That's what I was gonna say, is how many are officially Christian, because the United States is not officially.
- 1:32:55Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:32:57Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:32:59Testecleese: We don't have an official religion.
- 1:33:02Testecleese: Which is funny, because… The big deal reason why…
- 1:33:06Testecleese: They left England as pilgrims.
- 1:33:10Testecleese: It was because they wanted to study a different form of Christianity.
- 1:33:14Brian McFadden: Historical Christian, but now secular, includes most of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and much of Latin America.
- 1:33:26Testecleese: Saw recently online somewhere that, someone told me it's, how Christianity had no place.
- 1:33:36Testecleese: In Europe, And, I didn't even respond, I just looked at it like… What about Rome?
- 1:33:47Testecleese: like… you know, the Holy Catholic, Roman Catholic Church.
- 1:33:52El Guapo: You know.
- 1:33:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:33:55Testecleese: Rome became officially Christian was one of the first places, right? It was only a couple hundred years after the death of Christ.
- 1:34:02Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:34:06Testecleese: It reminds me of, again, a post I brought more than once that I saw, saying that, white people who speak in Spanish is racist, and it should never happen, and I was like, may I show you the nation of Spain? You know?
- 1:34:19Brian McFadden: They're all white.
- 1:34:20Testecleese: Yeah, and you can tell me they're not.
- 1:34:23Testecleese: then stop saying Europeans are white, then.
- 1:34:26Testecleese: You know?
- 1:34:28Testecleese: It's like, Spaniards aren't… aren't white, but Jews are?
- 1:34:33Testecleese: You know?
- 1:34:37Testecleese: And I love the argument, too, about the Jewish people.
- 1:34:41Testecleese: They're like, oh, they stole the Palestinian land, they've had it for, you know, 800 years. I'm like.
- 1:34:47Testecleese: Today is Christmas. Today we celebrate the birth of a Jewish man born in…
- 1:34:52Testecleese: Bethlehem 2,000 years ago, you know?
- 1:34:55Brian McFadden: Alright.
- 1:34:58Testecleese: And there you go, and the Romans killed them, right?
- 1:35:04Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:35:06Testecleese: Yorktown! This… this actually surprised me.
- 1:35:11Testecleese: Yorktown, Virginia is going to start to begin assembling the missiles?
- 1:35:17Brian McFadden: They're building…
- 1:35:18Testecleese: It says building, but, you know.
- 1:35:20Brian McFadden: They're gonna… they're gonna build a missile production facility near… Naval Station, Yorktown.
- 1:35:27Brian McFadden: It's gonna be a private facility.
- 1:35:29El Guapo: I don't know why we adapt to this shit.
- 1:35:33Testecleese: Hey, don't tell anyone where we're doing it, right?
- 1:35:34El Guapo: Yeah, no.
- 1:35:37Testecleese: And why put it so close? Like…
- 1:35:40Brian McFadden: So we can get him to the weapon station.
- 1:35:42El Guapo: That's what you're…
- 1:35:43Testecleese: I get that, but you should be able to do this with trucks in a couple of hours.
- 1:35:48El Guapo: Where?
- 1:35:49Brian McFadden: This company…
- 1:35:50Testecleese: a couple hours away, instead of down the road, we're a jet dropping bombs on Portsmouth, the reloading sta- I'm sorry, Yorktown Reloading weapons station, you can go ahead and bomb when we build the bombs, too.
- 1:36:01El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:36:03El Guapo: But I guess they ain't thought about it, though.
- 1:36:06El Guapo: Unless I got, like, a truck drive. Okay, Brian, what did it take you to get from my house to your house? What would you say, like, 6 hours?
- 1:36:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, a little bit over.
- 1:36:15Testecleese: Alright, so stop building these weapons in the fucking mountains in West Virginia, where nobody wants to fucking go, unless they… you know what I mean?
- 1:36:23Testecleese: And, and wait, it would take, yeah, 6…
- 1:36:26Testecleese: 4 hours to get him to the weapons station.
- 1:36:30Testecleese: And then you have the mountains to protect you from radar and all sorts of other stuff, you know?
- 1:36:37Testecleese: I don't know, just, it seems silly to me to keep it so close.
- 1:36:43Testecleese: Just me?
- 1:36:46Testecleese: Well, I mean, you're not building a bomb and loading it up in the fucking air… in the… in the, ship in an hour.
- 1:36:54Testecleese: It seems like an urgency that we don't need.
- 1:36:58Testecleese: You know?
- 1:37:04Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:37:05Testecleese: I don't know, it's the Navy, not the… it's not like the National Defense Army that's here trained for American conditions in case we're actually invaded. This is for going out and blowing up shit somewhere else.
- 1:37:17Testecleese: It can wait a day for 20 trucks to show up, you know?
- 1:37:23Testecleese: Or is that just my opinion?
- 1:37:27El Guapo: Your opinion.
- 1:37:29Testecleese: Alright, so you think we should keep it close to have it right there to…
- 1:37:32El Guapo: It's… I don't know, because…
- 1:37:36El Guapo: Because you have to load up ships, so it's just right there.
- 1:37:39Testecleese: They have a storage facility at Yorktown as it is, right?
- 1:37:42El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:37:43Testecleese: They, they store the ordinance.
- 1:37:45El Guapo: I think the story is in the description.
- 1:37:47Testecleese: behind it.
- 1:37:48El Guapo: And why, like, the other thing, like, why we didn't even know about this? Why would we just keep a secret, you know, like, they don't need to know.
- 1:37:53Testecleese: Oh, oh, just like when Obama was like, oh, SEAL Team 6 got Osama bin Laden, based out of Norfolk, Virginia. He's like, thanks for painting a giant fucking target on Norfolk! And by the way, within, like, 2 weeks, the SEAL Team 6 had moved out of Norfolk.
- 1:38:10El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:38:11Testecleese: He's like, yep, we can't train here anymore, thanks, you know, thanks, Obama.
- 1:38:16El Guapo: I guess he didn't care for the military, though.
- 1:38:18Testecleese: But you…
- 1:38:21Testecleese: Don't carry out the strike if you want to go ahead and tell everyone how to kill the guys who did it, you know?
- 1:38:26El Guapo: What was the name of that, admiral? They talked shit about him in Rolling Stone magazine? He got… then he got fired?
- 1:38:34Testecleese: About the Obama thing?
- 1:38:35El Guapo: Yeah, the…
- 1:38:36Testecleese: I'm thinking, I don't know.
- 1:38:37El Guapo: really hard to explain the Bible military movement, stuff like that.
- 1:38:41El Guapo: And he didn't like that shit, so he fired him.
- 1:38:45Testecleese: tour.
- 1:38:48Brian McFadden: Yeah, they went around the world bowing to people.
- 1:38:50El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:38:51Testecleese: Yeah, and apologizing for American actions. It's like, shut the fuck up.
- 1:38:56El Guapo: Yeah, that's why nobody liked him, because he didn't have balls behind him.
- 1:38:59Testecleese: Yeah, that's why… yeah, exactly why the Chinese…
- 1:39:02Testecleese: Premier, or whatever he's called, wouldn't even shake his hand or meet him at the airport, you know?
- 1:39:07El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:39:10Testecleese: You do that to shit to Trump? You know what Trump does?
- 1:39:12El Guapo: Okay, whatever. Yeah, you don't show up to friggin' greet him when he shows up? He gets back on his plane and leaves. Yeah.
- 1:39:20Testecleese: Alright, well, fuck you too, buddy, alright?
- 1:39:23Testecleese: And that's the problem, is the United States…
- 1:39:25Testecleese: Is never supposed to kneel, right?
- 1:39:28El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:39:30Testecleese: We're the only nation that doesn't dip its flag at the Olympic… Ceremonies?
- 1:39:36Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:39:38Testecleese: Did you know that?
- 1:39:40Brian McFadden: -
- 1:39:40Testecleese: Every other nation dips their flag to the Olympic Committee. The United States does not dip its flag.
- 1:39:48Testecleese: I love it.
- 1:39:49Testecleese: I love it.
- 1:39:51Testecleese: Speaking of, olympics are coming up in.
- 1:39:55Brian McFadden: A couple of ways.
- 1:39:56Testecleese: Yeah, where is it?
- 1:39:59Testecleese: Huh? Paris, the Winter Olympics. That is it. Okay, I was like, I want.
- 1:40:03El Guapo: Okay.
- 1:40:04Testecleese: But wasn't that last time I was in France? When they…
- 1:40:07Testecleese: Like, poison the river and everything or something stupid?
- 1:40:10Brian McFadden: That was summer.
- 1:40:12Testecleese: Yep, they don't do summer and winter in the same place two years apart, do they?
- 1:40:18Brian McFadden: Let me look it up.
- 1:40:19Testecleese: Because I know that, summer coming up in two years is gonna be Los Angeles, right?
- 1:40:28Testecleese: I don't know, I enjoy the Winter Olympics, a lot of people don't, but I'm excited to watch some ice skating, you know, some hockey.
- 1:40:35Brian McFadden: Milan.
- 1:40:36Testecleese: Milan. That's… Italy.
- 1:40:40Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:40:41Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:40:43Testecleese: But yeah, I love watching the hockey. I really do. It's amazing watching the Russians and the Canadians play, and see where the Americans come in.
- 1:40:52Testecleese: And biathlon gets me.
- 1:40:55Testecleese: Don't know how many people are familiar with that one.
- 1:40:58Testecleese: Cross-country skiing and, rifle target shooting.
- 1:41:05Testecleese: They, yeah, they ski with the rifle on their back, they get to a spot, they have to take a shot, so many shots hit the target, then move on.
- 1:41:12Testecleese: Just like most Olympic sports, it's, you know, weapons, Shot put, Javelin, etc.
- 1:41:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:41:20Testecleese: But this was, like, you know, back in the day, going out deer hunting.
- 1:41:25Testecleese: Way up north, you go cross-country skiing, you'd shoot one of these deer that weighs, you know, 120 pounds, because they're small way up there.
- 1:41:34Testecleese: And you got dinner, and it became an Olympic sport, and I think that's cool.
- 1:41:39Testecleese: Speaking of, did you see that turkey?
- 1:41:43Testecleese: Turkey… Turkish!
- 1:41:48El Guapo: Handgun specialist?
- 1:41:50El Guapo: It's been out.
- 1:41:51Testecleese: shooting again?
- 1:41:52El Guapo: Yeah, he's been doing it for a while, I guess he got more famous this last past Olympic.
- 1:41:58Testecleese: What the fuck is up with this guy? One hand in the pocket, just boom, boom, boom! There's the target, walks away, and wins!
- 1:42:08El Guapo: Like, that's what you do all the time, you know?
- 1:42:11Testecleese: Good luck owning a handgun in Turkey!
- 1:42:16Testecleese: But, like, you see these other guys coming up with these crazy fucking sights, and red dots, and lasers, and rangefinders built into the shit, and he's got, like, this massive revolver, he's like, ghost, ghost, ghost!
- 1:42:29El Guapo: How'd they make memes of him? It was fantastic.
- 1:42:31Testecleese: Well, that and the, the Australian breakdancer?
- 1:42:35El Guapo: Oh, God.
- 1:42:35Testecleese: Remember her?
- 1:42:37El Guapo: Yeah…
- 1:42:40Testecleese: How did she make.
- 1:42:40Brian McFadden: You won a gold medal.
- 1:42:43Testecleese: Did she want a gold medal?
- 1:42:45Brian McFadden: No, I don't think he wants anything.
- 1:42:49Testecleese: I did, but that was, 6 months later at the Special Olympics.
- 1:42:53Brian McFadden: That makes more sense.
- 1:42:58Testecleese: Oh, check this out! Speaking of the United States military, et cetera, et cetera…
- 1:43:04Testecleese: contract of the Pentagon.
- 1:43:06Testecleese: has been picked up, and he's facing, I think it's 5, maybe it's 4 counts? Yeah, it's 5 counts of espionage, and 4 of them are something else.
- 1:43:15Testecleese: He sold, defense information to foreign nations as a contractor.
- 1:43:21Brian McFadden: That's very bad.
- 1:43:23Testecleese: Yeah, and I don't remember what the…
- 1:43:25Testecleese: Maximum penalty? Well, okay. Maximum penalty for espionage is death.
- 1:43:31Testecleese: Depending on the situation. This is not that situation.
- 1:43:35Testecleese: But this… this guy may never see the, freedom again.
- 1:43:40Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:43:43Testecleese: We take this shit serious, dude, like, don't… don't tell the enemy.
- 1:43:48Testecleese: how our ships operate and float. Don't, you know what I mean? Don't tell them where the weak spot in the tank is, you know?
- 1:43:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:43:55Brian McFadden: Well, England's come out with a new defense strategy.
- 1:43:59Brian McFadden: They're going to give the island that Diego Garcia is back.
- 1:44:04Testecleese: To whom?
- 1:44:06Brian McFadden: I don't remember.
- 1:44:07El Guapo: Indian?
- 1:44:09Testecleese: Indian… I wouldn't be surprised, honestly, but I genuinely have no idea who the government
- 1:44:16Testecleese: of Diego Garcia was before the United… before the UK took it, because they've had that since… Shit.
- 1:44:25Testecleese: I want to say as old as the United States is, but it's not.
- 1:44:29Testecleese: Looks like Brian's trying to get his nut, but just can't quite get there.
- 1:44:33Brian McFadden: Something like that.
- 1:44:34Testecleese: Didn't it?
- 1:44:38El Guapo: So, Trump opposed David Garcia, so why? Oh, because we still got a…
- 1:44:43Testecleese: Yeah, UK wants to give Diego Garcia back, but I still don't know to whom…
- 1:44:48Brian McFadden: Meritadis, maritini, yes.
- 1:44:52El Guapo: We could just stick there.
- 1:44:54Testecleese: I've never heard of this before.
- 1:44:56Testecleese: So what happens to our…
- 1:44:59Brian McFadden: We lose it.
- 1:45:00Testecleese: Or, we have to renegotiate terms, right?
- 1:45:04Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:45:06Testecleese: What did it cost to build that fucking ridiculous Navy base and airstrip?
- 1:45:10Brian McFadden: Oh, wow.
- 1:45:11Testecleese: It's like the whole… it's the whole island, isn't it?
- 1:45:13El Guapo: Yeah, I know.
- 1:45:20Testecleese: Why would the UK do this right now, as the world's erupting in war, and yeah, talk shit with the United States, but who is ready to do the fighting?
- 1:45:30Testecleese: As much as I love the Canadians, I don't see their fucking navy.
- 1:45:34Testecleese: Ready to go do shit.
- 1:45:35Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:45:39Testecleese: Speaking of, is Soleimani, is he Iran?
- 1:45:43Testecleese: Was he the guy we already killed in Iran?
- 1:45:46Brian McFadden: We killed him.
- 1:45:47Testecleese: Okay, who's the guy in there now?
- 1:45:50Testecleese: Yeah, whatever.
- 1:45:51Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:45:52Testecleese: He's saying he's got his Navy ready in case the United States shows up.
- 1:45:57Testecleese: I was like, dude, last time Iran got involved with the United States Navy, they lost half their fleet in an hour and a half.
- 1:46:04Brian McFadden: Why doesn't he activate his Air Force?
- 1:46:09Testecleese: Or get his nuclear weapons ready.
- 1:46:12Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, he has no Air Force. We've already destroyed the Iranian Air Force.
- 1:46:16Testecleese: Yeah, and well, and we just destroyed their nuclear facilities, and we've already wiped out their navy before.
- 1:46:25Testecleese: It was only, like… 30 years ago, 25 years ago, maybe.
- 1:46:32Testecleese: Nobody remembers this shit. Watch the fat electrician, he goes through us step by step. Now, the United States Navy wiped out the freaking, wiped out half the aircraft.
- 1:46:41El Guapo: ran.
- 1:46:41Testecleese: Navy in something like 8 hours or something stupid.
- 1:46:43El Guapo: Yeah, the proportional.
- 1:46:45Testecleese: Yeah, proportional response, right?
- 1:46:47El Guapo: Yep.
- 1:46:50Testecleese: Yeah, this is what the United States sees as proportional. And he always says, don't fuck with American boats, right?
- 1:46:57El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:47:00Testecleese: Well, let's be real.
- 1:47:02Testecleese: is it… what got the United States, our Navy in the first place was, the Barbary pirates…
- 1:47:10Testecleese: you know, Trinidad, Trebego, Tripoli… no, yeah, Tripoli and all of them.
- 1:47:17Testecleese: is what formed the Navy, right?
- 1:47:20Testecleese: Because Jefferson was tired of paying tribute.
- 1:47:23El Guapo: No, he… I think he did want to pay, but yeah, go ahead.
- 1:47:26Testecleese: Yeah, well, he built the friggin' Navy to fight them instead.
- 1:47:29El Guapo: Yeah, well, he sent the Marines to take care of the…
- 1:47:31Testecleese: Well, that's… yeah, well, the Marines were part of the Navy.
- 1:47:35Testecleese: And then we got involved in World War II, because the Japanese fucked with our boats.
- 1:47:40Testecleese: You know, just… World War I, we got involved.
- 1:47:44Testecleese: Possibly because of a false flag, but because the Lucidania got sank, That was a civilian vessel.
- 1:47:55Testecleese: Proportional response from the United States is, don't fuck with our boats, or you get jacked up.
- 1:47:59Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 1:48:02Testecleese: Anyway, anything else military on the planet you guys want to talk about before we move on? Even what's going on with Ukraine? Because apparently Russia just came out with a devastating strike against Ukraine after the peace talks failed.
- 1:48:15Brian McFadden: Nope, didn't hear anything about it.
- 1:48:17Testecleese: Exactly. Nobody cares about Ukraine anymore, do they?
- 1:48:21Testecleese: They already forgot about Venezuela.
- 1:48:24El Guapo: Yeah, it's not part of the new, the Get Upset curricula.
- 1:48:29Testecleese: That's the thing, is they're so upset about what the new thing that they forget about first thing, you know?
- 1:48:35Brian McFadden: Hmm?
- 1:48:37Testecleese: High-speed train in Spain.
- 1:48:41Testecleese: They actually got one built, and yeah, it's actually been there for a while, I'm just making fun of Gavin Newsom.
- 1:48:47Testecleese: Not even a derailment, a fucking train-to-train collision, dude.
- 1:48:52El Guapo: Somebody messed up, somebody…
- 1:48:54Testecleese: Yeah…
- 1:48:56Testecleese: This article came out, like, 4 days ago. At that point, at least 39 were dead, hundreds were hospitalized.
- 1:49:04Testecleese: Jeez Louise. What do we consider a high-speed train?
- 1:49:09El Guapo: Over 200 miles per hour?
- 1:49:11Testecleese: 200? I thought that was lightning rail, or is that the same thing?
- 1:49:14El Guapo: No, I think Japanese, the bullet train is 200.
- 1:49:17El Guapo: Yep, apparently.
- 1:49:18Testecleese: Alright. Because I was gonna say, like, the T in Boston would get up to, like, 60-something miles an hour alongside, like, beside the expressway sometimes, you know?
- 1:49:27El Guapo: Hmm.
- 1:49:30Testecleese: Oof.
- 1:49:32Testecleese: Yeah, 200 miles an hour, man, hitting another train.
- 1:49:35Brian McFadden: The train derailed and crossed over the opposite tracks, colliding with the oncoming troop.
- 1:49:39Testecleese: Oh, okay. Also derailed. So it derailed and hit the other train, that's… Even more terrifying.
- 1:49:49El Guapo: 186 mph.
- 1:49:51Testecleese: 186 miles an hour.
- 1:49:53El Guapo: Up to 193 miles per hour.
- 1:49:58Testecleese: The thing is, Spain, don't get me wrong, it's not little, by any means.
- 1:50:02Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:50:02Testecleese: But…
- 1:50:04Testecleese: At that speed, on a train track, you could get across the entire country in, like, an hour and a half, right?
- 1:50:10Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 1:50:11El Guapo: Boom.
- 1:50:16Testecleese: I'm just thinking, Spain is… comparable in land size, probably, to West Virginia.
- 1:50:23El Guapo: Spam…
- 1:50:26Testecleese: I don't know.
- 1:50:29Testecleese: Lot of train tracks out here, though, but there's also a lot of, coal mines and stuff.
- 1:50:35Testecleese: Oh.
- 1:50:36Testecleese: Check this out, dude got locked up for…
- 1:50:42Testecleese: I don't know, beating someone up or something.
- 1:50:45Testecleese: It was worse than that, but… His charge doesn't matter.
- 1:50:49Testecleese: He got locked up in a jail cell with a convicted pedophile, but it turns out that this convicted pedophile…
- 1:50:55Testecleese: Also raped this dude's sister.
- 1:51:00Brian McFadden: Well, I guess…
- 1:51:00Testecleese: Yeah, right.
- 1:51:01Brian McFadden: Spending more time in jail.
- 1:51:03Testecleese: You should be spending a lot more time in jail, because that happened within hours.
- 1:51:08Testecleese: He killed that man.
- 1:51:10Testecleese: As soon as he realized who he was.
- 1:51:16Testecleese: I'm not saying it's right, but I understand it.
- 1:51:20Brian McFadden: Yeah. Right?
- 1:51:24Testecleese: You know, especially trying to be Christian, he's serving his sentence, right? This is the time to turn the other cheek.
- 1:51:33Testecleese: But I understand the absolute rage.
- 1:51:37Testecleese: You know?
- 1:51:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:51:40Testecleese: You too.
- 1:51:41Brian McFadden: Apparently, the New York Stock Exchange is building a facility in Dallas now.
- 1:51:46El Guapo: Yeah, they're gonna move.
- 1:51:47Testecleese: Yeah… that's a real issue.
- 1:51:51Testecleese: Good as far as coming.
- 1:51:53Testecleese: What's funny is Trump was like, this is bad for New York. And Mom Donnie's like, how is this bad for New York? And then everyone else is like, because anyone who trades on the stocks exchange in New York, so the rest of the rich people.
- 1:52:04Brian McFadden: Are gonna move out.
- 1:52:05Testecleese: to Texas!
- 1:52:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:52:08Brian McFadden: My mommy's too stupid to see what's going on.
- 1:52:11Testecleese: Yeah, you're literally chasing… you chased out the wealthy and then pushed out the… the rich.
- 1:52:17Testecleese: Now, who's gonna pay for these welfare programs? The people accepting them is who's gonna pay for them.
- 1:52:26Testecleese: Fascinating logic, right?
- 1:52:31Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:52:32Brian McFadden: I mean, it would mean a whole lot of New York City's financial institutions are gonna move, too, so it won't just be…
- 1:52:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:52:40Testecleese: Yeah. Yeah, so the wealthy are already left, like, by that I mean the billionaires.
- 1:52:46Testecleese: And now, you're, quote, very rich.
- 1:52:50Testecleese: You're, quote, very, very rich, have already been chased out.
- 1:52:53Brian McFadden: And they all know that Madani is anti… Rich person, so…
- 1:52:59Testecleese: It's funny, because this mother's house is worth, like, $1.3 million.
- 1:53:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, on rent control.
- 1:53:04Testecleese: On Rank Control, exactly.
- 1:53:09Testecleese: Always the rich guy, huh?
- 1:53:12Brian McFadden: So, basically, they're saying this stock exchange is gonna be a reincorporation of the stock exchange in Chicago.
- 1:53:22Testecleese: Is the one in Chicago still there?
- 1:53:24Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:53:25Testecleese: When did that disappear, COVID?
- 1:53:27Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:53:28El Guapo: I think it's from the 80s. No, I don't know.
- 1:53:31Testecleese: I remember it being a thing, but honest… well, I say that as if I… I don't remember actually looking at it, I just remember hearing about it. But it never occurred to me to actually check the Chicago Exchange.
- 1:53:43Brian McFadden: The Texas Stock Exchange is opening in Dallas in 2026.
- 1:53:48El Guapo: Oh.
- 1:53:48Brian McFadden: Whole new stock exchange.
- 1:53:50El Guapo: This is gonna be…
- 1:53:51Testecleese: Bad for New York.
- 1:53:53Testecleese: You said it's gonna be in Dallas, though?
- 1:53:55Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's where the New York Stock Exchange is gonna be in Dallas. Seems like most of the financial businesses are…
- 1:54:02Brian McFadden: Locating in Dallas area.
- 1:54:05Testecleese: See, here's the thing, is they're running away from the Democrats, but they're moving into a Democrat area, and they're gonna vote the same way to cause the same shit.
- 1:54:12Testecleese: Hasn't Houston already turned blue?
- 1:54:15El Guapo: Yeah, bet.
- 1:54:16Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:54:17El Guapo: demo.
- 1:54:17Testecleese: So why would you run away from the blue to go and make another place more blue?
- 1:54:22El Guapo: Because you expect people gonna learn the lesson.
- 1:54:26Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 1:54:28Testecleese: Well, these people, because they can make money.
- 1:54:31Testecleese: Right.
- 1:54:33Testecleese: as much as I don't want to move around the country all the time, but if I was… if I could make…
- 1:54:37Testecleese: $20 million a year.
- 1:54:39Testecleese: As a, you know, exchange professional kind of thing.
- 1:54:45Testecleese: I would move around as needed, until I decided I had enough money, which… I say that, but I've already decided I have enough money, so I'd already be done, wouldn't I?
- 1:54:53Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:54:55El Guapo: So right now, there's a guy running for, the governorship in Florida.
- 1:55:01El Guapo: The one that stopped migration to Florida.
- 1:55:05Brian McFadden: The Republican?
- 1:55:06El Guapo: Yeah, Republican.
- 1:55:07Testecleese: Like, like, like, citizen migration?
- 1:55:10El Guapo: Yeah, they don't want, like.
- 1:55:10Testecleese: How are you gonna do that?
- 1:55:12El Guapo: You're gonna… if you're gonna buy a house over there, you're gonna pay a $50,000 tax on top of that.
- 1:55:17Testecleese: From being out of state.
- 1:55:18El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:55:20El Guapo: Because, you know what? The…
- 1:55:22El Guapo: They welcome everybody that came in, but they're just as afraid that people are just gonna start turning blue.
- 1:55:29El Guapo: Little one.
- 1:55:29Testecleese: Are you allowed to do that like it's a fucking out-of-state tuition?
- 1:55:33El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:55:35El Guapo: They don't want no more people from out of state, because right now they're losing a lot of citruses, growth.
- 1:55:40El Guapo: Because overbuilt, stuff like that, so…
- 1:55:43Testecleese: Oranges are already gone. That was what Florida was good at.
- 1:55:47El Guapo: I don't want to lose them more.
- 1:55:49Testecleese: No, it's already… it's already gone. There was a disease that tore through Florida.
- 1:55:53El Guapo: Oh, no, okay, he was talking about that.
- 1:55:55Testecleese: I can't get Florida oranges anymore.
- 1:55:57El Guapo: That's why he was so much.
- 1:55:58Testecleese: It's better than California.
- 1:55:59El Guapo: talking about that, too. It's like, if you could come over here and help out with the technology, we would pay you a billion dollars.
- 1:56:05Testecleese: Yeah, because it's… realistically, the only people that have orange trees that didn't get sick are private homes.
- 1:56:12El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:56:13Testecleese: For real, you used to be able to go and get Florida or California oranges, remember?
- 1:56:18Testecleese: And this wasn't even, what, 10 years ago, maybe? 15 years ago?
- 1:56:21El Guapo: No.
- 1:56:22Brian McFadden: And now you don't, you don't see Florida oranges, and they tasted so much better, didn't they? Yeah, they were juicier.
- 1:56:29Testecleese: They were juicier, there was just more crisp snapiness, there was, more acidic, that's for sure.
- 1:56:37Testecleese: But the grapefruits held up just fine in Florida, they're still making Matt Boku bucks. But doesn't Florida make most of the revenue from tourism?
- 1:56:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, no, they do.
- 1:56:46El Guapo: Yeah, they're okay with that, but they just don't want people to boo over there.
- 1:56:49Testecleese: So, you can come visit, but you can't stay here.
- 1:56:51El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:56:53Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:56:54Testecleese: I mean, I get it, I just… it seems difficult to do that.
- 1:56:58El Guapo: Okay, let's afford to establish a healthcare plan for your people in your state.
- 1:57:02El Guapo: they were like, oh, I want to take advantage of that, so they move over there, now you're gonna…
- 1:57:06El Guapo: Bankrupt the infrastructure they already set up.
- 1:57:09Testecleese: Yeah, no, my point is, the way Florida's been operating for…
- 1:57:13Testecleese: as long as I've been alive is,
- 1:57:16Testecleese: especially, they call them snowbirds, people from up north go down to Florida to retire. Yeah. Right?
- 1:57:21El Guapo: Yeah, they'll… I mean.
- 1:57:22Testecleese: Massive pieces of the park.
- 1:57:24El Guapo: And that's what I said, like, how long can you keep the door open before it's like, okay, it's too late to close the door.
- 1:57:29Testecleese: Yes, but the issue is now you've imported
- 1:57:33Testecleese: 20-30% of your population is 65+.
- 1:57:37El Guapo: It's fine. People that live there. People that live there, they just… they wanted to have their own kids, they just… they just don't want to be… everybody else moving there, you know?
- 1:57:49Testecleese: I know, I'm just saying, if you don't have… if you're not allowing America… same idea, okay, same argument that the… let the illegals in.
- 1:57:58Testecleese: But I'm saying legal migration, because it's, you know.
- 1:58:00El Guapo: Yeah. Depending on how you set the laws.
- 1:58:02Testecleese: If you're not reproducing, because…
- 1:58:05El Guapo: And that's when you come across, okay, you know what, we need to open our doors again, and you just open and shut, you know, open and shut.
- 1:58:13Testecleese: Because, like, the wife was born in Florida.
- 1:58:16El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:58:17Testecleese: It's funny, because she loves the cold.
- 1:58:23El Guapo: Yeah, but I'm saying, like, you know, like, okay, this is like a club, you know, like, okay, people are leaving, eventually you're gonna let people in, you know?
- 1:58:31El Guapo: But you cannot let everybody in all at once. You have to have a control… flow control.
- 1:58:35Testecleese: But see, that's the thing, is it wasn't all at once, it was American citizens could move here.
- 1:58:40Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:58:40El Guapo: No, but I took it from state to state.
- 1:58:43Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:58:44El Guapo: now everybody's living in California, so California… more people border…
- 1:58:48Testecleese: doesn't want him going there.
- 1:58:50El Guapo: Yeah, more people voted for Trump in California than Texas.
- 1:58:53El Guapo: And that's how big the stay is.
- 1:58:57Testecleese: Yeah, I was gonna say, Texas is huge, but… inhabited.
- 1:59:02Testecleese: How much of Texas is uninhabited?
- 1:59:05El Guapo: Yeah.
- 1:59:07Testecleese: Don't get me wrong, you got a desert in California, too, but not, like, Texas, right?
- 1:59:12El Guapo: I mean, that's smart, dude, like, you know, like, control the population for going to your state, like, no, it's too many of you. You're gonna…
- 1:59:19El Guapo: you're gonna make houses insensible, you're gonna overwhelm the school system, stuff like that. If you can make $50,000… I mean, you can pay $50,000 on top of it, you know, it's just… it's a center, you know?
- 1:59:32Testecleese: Well, that money, if it's a statewide order, that money goes straight into state funding, which can be used for any one of many things within the state.
- 1:59:42Testecleese: So you allow people in these retirement communities, right?
- 1:59:47Testecleese: Definitely, I mean.
- 1:59:48El Guapo: There's a lot of old populations, so it's gonna die off if they'll be like, okay, you guys can move in, you know, they're probably gonna push their requirements, you know, if they're smart.
- 1:59:57Testecleese: Yeah, it's funny, I brought up the elderly retirees, but they're not paying taxes.
- 2:00:03Testecleese: I mean, the… I say that, but Florida's not…
- 2:00:07El Guapo: Florida's not paying income tax anyway, so realistically, they might not need…
- 2:00:12Testecleese: Residents at all to survive Financially.
- 2:00:16El Guapo: Yeah.
- 2:00:17Testecleese: Right? All of the money comes from tourism. There's… there's no…
- 2:00:20El Guapo: A lot of old…
- 2:00:21Testecleese: Because that's only…
- 2:00:22El Guapo: We're tired over there, so they bring money to the state from out of town.
- 2:00:27Testecleese: Hey, you move money around.
- 2:00:29Testecleese: But you're not paying taxes, too.
- 2:00:30El Guapo: They're not taking… they're not taking jobs and stuff like that, so…
- 2:00:35Testecleese: If you did, you're still not paying an income tax.
- 2:00:38El Guapo: Yeah, and create more jobs for elderly people, like, hey, nursing homes and stuff like that, like, okay.
- 2:00:43Testecleese: Yeah, exactly, exactly. You're creating… creating jobs with your insurance. But, like, just like New Hampshire, you know, doesn't have an income tax.
- 2:00:54Testecleese: They make all the money on tourism.
- 2:00:56El Guapo: 26 states right now that don't got any income tax down.
- 2:01:00Testecleese: I'm surprised about that.
- 2:01:03El Guapo: 28 states.
- 2:01:05Testecleese: But don't have income tax?
- 2:01:06El Guapo: Yeah, Mississippi was the last one.
- 2:01:08Testecleese: 28 don't have income taxes.
- 2:01:10El Guapo: 26, or something like that.
- 2:01:11Testecleese: More than half is what you're telling me.
- 2:01:13El Guapo: Yeah, and… We talked about this, I sent you a,
- 2:01:17El Guapo: Mississippi just passed a law that they're not gonna allow income tax no more.
- 2:01:23Testecleese: Okay, maybe, but… You send me a lot of dumb reels, too.
- 2:01:27El Guapo: I know.
- 2:01:30Testecleese: But usually if you send me an article, I read it.
- 2:01:33El Guapo: Not excited for us to read Mississippi last income tax.
- 2:01:38Testecleese: Yeah, I just thought more than half the states paid income tax.
- 2:01:41El Guapo: And there you go.
- 2:01:42Testecleese: get away.
- 2:01:43El Guapo: for a while.
- 2:01:44Testecleese: If a state can get by without doing income tax, why can't the federal government.
- 2:01:50Brian McFadden: Good question.
- 2:01:53Testecleese: I still like my idea.
- 2:01:55Testecleese: The tariffs don't seem to be terrible.
- 2:01:58Testecleese: Honestly.
- 2:02:00Testecleese: The way it's working out, we'll see how it goes long-term.
- 2:02:03Testecleese: But I still like the idea of,
- 2:02:05Testecleese: Taxing the GDP of a state.
- 2:02:08El Guapo: 6, 7, 8.
- 2:02:09Testecleese: Whatever the state raised in taxes, you take a chunk of that.
- 2:02:14Testecleese: You know, like, Florida, okay, no income tax.
- 2:02:17El Guapo: 9 states. Actually, it's nice, so my apologies.
- 2:02:20Testecleese: Yeah, alright, so 9 states, not more than half.
- 2:02:23El Guapo: Yeah, no, United States, yeah.
- 2:02:27Testecleese: Alright.
- 2:02:28Testecleese: I think that's it, Brian, what about you?
- 2:02:30Brian McFadden: I do think so.
- 2:02:32Testecleese: Alright. Let's pinch this turd off, man, it's fuckin'… starting to hurt.
