The Federal Gun Violation That Should Have Put Epstein’s NPA Back Under the Microscope (8/13/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When I talk about Jeffrey Epstein being in
• 0:09
Speaker 1: violation of the terms of his parole and the terms
• 0:12
Speaker 1: of the NPA, it's not just one thing. We're talking
• 0:16
Speaker 1: about multiple instances of him being in violation of the NPA,
• 0:21
Speaker 1: And the fact that the NPA is still standing is
• 0:24
Speaker 1: yet another indictment on the DOJ because they could get
• 0:28
Speaker 1: rid of this NPA tomorrow today if they want to.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: But there's no desire, is there, because they know that
• 0:36
Speaker 1: the NPA gives them cover as well. Well, we can't
• 0:40
Speaker 1: investigate that, you know, there's a non prosecution agreement and
• 0:43
Speaker 1: we can't look further into those details, you know how
• 0:46
Speaker 1: it goes. The reality, though, is that the NPA should
• 0:50
Speaker 1: be done away with, and that's something that the DOJ
• 0:52
Speaker 1: can do on their own. They don't need any approval,
• 0:55
Speaker 1: they don't need the President to tell them it's okay,
• 0:58
Speaker 1: they don't need Congress. They can get rid of that
• 1:01
Speaker 1: deal because Jeffrey Epstein was in violation of it. Now
• 1:06
Speaker 1: what they'll say is, well, he's dead, what does it matter.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: It does matter because the NPA is still inhibiting the investigation,
• 1:15
Speaker 1: so they'll do a bunch of gymnastics and they'll try
• 1:17
Speaker 1: and avoid the actual truth. But the truth is the
• 1:21
Speaker 1: sole reason that this NPA is still standing is because
• 1:24
Speaker 1: the federal government finds it useful. Today we have an
• 1:28
Speaker 1: article from Radar Online and the headline Epstein committed federal
• 1:32
Speaker 1: crime as he was in possession of firearms and notorious
• 1:36
Speaker 1: Zorro ranch after the two thousand and eight conviction. And
• 1:39
Speaker 1: you can add that to the fact that Jeffrey Epstein
• 1:42
Speaker 1: was still seeing women while he was on probation, and
• 1:45
Speaker 1: not only seeing them, but according to them, abusing them.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: And considering all those facts, and considering the fact that
• 1:52
Speaker 1: the DOJ, the State of Florida and everybody else knew
• 1:56
Speaker 1: that brings us to a very uncomfortable place. And that
• 1:59
Speaker 1: place is all these people knew exactly what he was doing,
• 2:03
Speaker 1: knew that he was in violation of that deal, but
• 2:06
Speaker 1: thought you were too stupid to ever figure it out.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: But now that you're hip to it, all of a sudden,
• 2:11
Speaker 1: you should just move on, and you should forget everything
• 2:14
Speaker 1: you've seen and everything you know. This article was authored
• 2:17
Speaker 1: by Brian Brunetti. Jeffrey Epstein had firearms at his notorious
• 2:22
Speaker 1: or O ranch following his two thousand and eight conviction,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: read uronline dot Com can reveal and this is something
• 2:29
Speaker 1: that we already knew, but we get confirmation by the
• 2:33
Speaker 1: new Mexico interim report that they just put out. And
• 2:37
Speaker 1: I think for the people that have been following this
• 2:39
Speaker 1: story for a long time, that's what the Epstein files
• 2:43
Speaker 1: really were, right, a confirmation to everything that we've been
• 2:46
Speaker 1: talking about. At the time, the predator pleaded guilty to
• 2:52
Speaker 1: one count of soliciting prostitution and one count of soliciting
• 2:55
Speaker 1: prostitution from someone under the age of eighteen, and despite
• 2:59
Speaker 1: the lead prosecutor in the case pushing for at least
• 3:02
Speaker 1: eighteen years behind bars, Epstein served only thirteen months in
• 3:06
Speaker 1: a county jail, spending most of his time on work release.
• 3:10
Speaker 1: And we all know what he was doing while he
• 3:12
Speaker 1: was out on work release. So if you think that
• 3:15
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was ever properly punished, you're a moron. And
• 3:21
Speaker 1: remember that's the basis that people use to try and
• 3:24
Speaker 1: defend what's going on. Now, Well, this has been investigated.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Nobody found anything, There's nobody else involved, and that's the
• 3:33
Speaker 1: laziest way to diagnose this, and it tells me you
• 3:37
Speaker 1: have no idea what you're talking about. Either that or
• 3:40
Speaker 1: you're dishonest, And either way, at this point, I don't
• 3:45
Speaker 1: have any patience for fools. Details of Epstein being in
• 3:49
Speaker 1: possession of weapons following his conviction were compiled in the
• 3:52
Speaker 1: New Mexico Survivor's Truth Commission, which released an interim report
• 3:56
Speaker 1: after the Department of Justice was accused of fumbling the
• 4:00
Speaker 1: Epstein files. Well, we know he had guns because there
• 4:03
Speaker 1: was a robbery and people stole guns from the property,
• 4:06
Speaker 1: and we talked about this years ago. So there's no
• 4:09
Speaker 1: doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was in possession of guns. The
• 4:13
Speaker 1: real question is why didn't the federal government do anything
• 4:17
Speaker 1: about it. Available documentation indicates that Epstein was in possession
• 4:24
Speaker 1: of firearms both before and after his two thousand and
• 4:27
Speaker 1: eight Florida felony conviction for a solicitation of a prostitute,
• 4:31
Speaker 1: which would have been a federal and state crime. The
• 4:34
Speaker 1: report noted the evidence further shows that Epstein maintained and
• 4:39
Speaker 1: exercise positive control of firearms on Zoro Ranch at a
• 4:43
Speaker 1: time when he was a convicted felon. According to the
• 4:47
Speaker 1: EFTA documentation from July of two thousand and nine. Policy
• 4:51
Speaker 1: states that security officers either directly or indirectly employed to
• 4:55
Speaker 1: secure the person or a property of Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
• 4:59
Speaker 1: that was the cover store. But the truth is that
• 5:01
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was the one that was in possession of
• 5:04
Speaker 1: these firearms. So why is it okay for Epstein, a
• 5:07
Speaker 1: convicted felon, to have those guns, but not for a
• 5:10
Speaker 1: regular person who's been convicted of a felony tone firearms.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: Do you think their deal would have stood or do
• 5:17
Speaker 1: you think that their NPA would have been taken from
• 5:19
Speaker 1: them and they would have went to prison. We all
• 5:21
Speaker 1: know the answer to that. Mister Epstein is a convicted felon,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: having been convicted in the state of Florida for a
• 5:27
Speaker 1: violation a Florida statute section seven ninety six dot three
• 5:31
Speaker 1: second degree felony and section seven ninety six dot seven
• 5:36
Speaker 1: four C three, third degree felony. The police stated it's
• 5:40
Speaker 1: a Class C federal crime for a convicted felon to
• 5:43
Speaker 1: knowingly possess a firearm or ammunition. Well, yeah, and it
• 5:49
Speaker 1: would have been nice if somebody would have enforced those laws.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: But I guess when we're dealing with Jeffrey Epstein, that's
• 5:56
Speaker 1: not in the cards. According to the compiled details in
• 5:59
Speaker 1: the report, Epstein appeared to have owned dozens of firearms
• 6:03
Speaker 1: spread across several of his properties, including his residences in
• 6:06
Speaker 1: Florida and the US Virgin Islands. He also held a
• 6:09
Speaker 1: Florida concealed carry license throughout the nineties. Well, he was
• 6:14
Speaker 1: a gun runner. So is anybody shocked that he had
• 6:17
Speaker 1: a big collection of guns. He had access to all
• 6:19
Speaker 1: kinds of shit. Oh, what nobody told you about him
• 6:22
Speaker 1: running guns? Before? It was people, it was guns, and
• 6:26
Speaker 1: that's where Epstein got his start. So nobody should be
• 6:30
Speaker 1: shocked that he has a cabinet full of firearms. Epstein
• 6:34
Speaker 1: also reportedly went on shooting trips with notable and powerful
• 6:38
Speaker 1: figures Following his conviction. The Epstein files noted that the
• 6:42
Speaker 1: sex offender reached out to his lawyers via email to
• 6:45
Speaker 1: know if he was allowed to own guns. Can you
• 6:47
Speaker 1: research to see if the governor can restore my civil
• 6:50
Speaker 1: rights and allow me to own a gun? Epstein asked
• 6:54
Speaker 1: lawyer Erica Keller Halls in the Virgin Islands in twenty fourteen.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: In response, told her a client. I looked, he can't
• 7:02
Speaker 1: and you don't need a gun. You can hire people
• 7:05
Speaker 1: with guns. Well that's not good enough for Epstein. He
• 7:08
Speaker 1: has to have the gun. Right, I have to have
• 7:11
Speaker 1: a gun. I'm Jeffrey Epstein. The rules don't apply to me.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Before his conviction, Epstein had reached out to his employees
• 7:17
Speaker 1: to notify him of where his guns should be stored,
• 7:21
Speaker 1: and in some instances ordered them to purchase their own
• 7:24
Speaker 1: weapons to be used on his properties. According to the
• 7:28
Speaker 1: files previously released by the DOJ, Epstein had vast knowledge
• 7:32
Speaker 1: of where his guns were located and was concerned about
• 7:35
Speaker 1: what would happen to them. Meanwhile, the Truth Commission, led
• 7:39
Speaker 1: by four members of the state's House of Representatives, also
• 7:43
Speaker 1: compiled alleged incidents that occurred between Epstein and his victims
• 7:47
Speaker 1: at Zoro Ranch. One victim, identified as Jane O three
• 7:51
Speaker 1: in the report, provided a statement at Glene Maxwell sentencing.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: In twenty twenty two, Epstein's former madam was sentenced to
• 7:59
Speaker 1: twenty years behind bars. Well, if that's what you want
• 8:02
Speaker 1: to call it, I wouldn't exactly call her little adventure
• 8:06
Speaker 1: at this camp being behind bars. Sure she's locked up,
• 8:11
Speaker 1: Sure she doesn't have her freedom, but is she really
• 8:14
Speaker 1: paying the price for what she did? Not my opinion.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: According to Jane do Three, she was abused on Zoro
• 8:21
Speaker 1: Ranch in two thousand and four when she was fifteen
• 8:24
Speaker 1: years old. I flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane to Zorro Ranch,
• 8:28
Speaker 1: where I was sexually molested by him for many hours,
• 8:31
Speaker 1: she testified. At the time, Jane do Three recalled feeling powerless,
• 8:35
Speaker 1: especially after he positioned me by laying me on his
• 8:38
Speaker 1: floor so that I was confronted by all the frame
• 8:40
Speaker 1: photographs on his dresser of him smiling with wealthy celebrities
• 8:44
Speaker 1: and politicians. Epstein was found dead behind bars in twenty
• 8:49
Speaker 1: nineteen while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. So the
• 8:53
Speaker 1: thing about Zoro Ranch that always really got me is
• 8:56
Speaker 1: the fact that we know so little about what went on,
• 8:59
Speaker 1: how many people were abused, how many people never came forward,
• 9:04
Speaker 1: how many people know what went on there? And if
• 9:09
Speaker 1: there was ever a real investigation, we would have learned that.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: But how can anyone ever think that we're going to
• 9:14
Speaker 1: get a real investigation if this NPA is still active.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: This thing has to go, and it has to go now.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: I think that there's ample evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was
• 9:26
Speaker 1: in violation of the non prosecution agreement and the terms
• 9:30
Speaker 1: of his probation, and we should retroactively go back and
• 9:34
Speaker 1: remove that NPA. And if we do that, then the
• 9:38
Speaker 1: protection for everybody else named and unnamed goes away as well.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: And if you're wondering why they won't do it, that's
• 9:45
Speaker 1: the reason they don't want the NPA gone. They want
• 9:49
Speaker 1: the NPA to stand firm so they can use it
• 9:51
Speaker 1: as an excuse. Oh, we can't investigate X, Y and
• 9:54
Speaker 1: Z because of the NPA. Well, the NPA doesn't let
• 9:57
Speaker 1: us do this, that or the other thing. Glenn Maxwell, Well,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: I'm protected by the NPA. I should be able to
• 10:04
Speaker 1: use that. Even Prince Andrew tried to use the NPA
• 10:08
Speaker 1: as a defense. So if there's any real hurdle still
• 10:12
Speaker 1: standing in the way of true transparency, I think the
• 10:16
Speaker 1: NPA is certainly one of the biggest. And with all
• 10:20
Speaker 1: this information, all this quote unquote new information, you would
• 10:24
Speaker 1: think that the DOJ would be interested in taking another
• 10:27
Speaker 1: look at the NPA, But of course they're not. And unfortunately,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: with Todd Blanche leading this dog and pony show, my
• 10:36
Speaker 1: guess is the NPA isn't going anywhere for quite some time,
• 10:40
Speaker 1: but I think it needs to be a focus of
• 10:42
Speaker 1: the debate and a focus of the conversation, and hopefully
• 10:46
Speaker 1: that's exactly where this all ends up. But either way,
• 10:49
Speaker 1: we'll be following along and when we have something else
• 10:52
Speaker 1: to add, we'll get it added to the catalog. All
• 10:55
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
• 10:58
Speaker 1: in the description box.
