Baby Found Malnourished in Home | Lexington News
A 34-year-old woman, Rachel Denning, was arrested after deputies found her 12-day-old baby severely malnourished and suffering from hypothermia and infection following a welfare check. Denning allegedly blocked entry, gave false information, and was also violating parole. Another person, Joshua Cox, tried to mislead officers and now faces identity theft charges.
