- 0:20Speaker 3: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 3: This is Wayne Allen Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:27Speaker 3: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 3: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 2: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 3: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 3: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:59Speaker 2: All right, Ruth Roots on Fire.
- 1:01Speaker 4: If you expect me to open the show talking about drones,
- 1:05Speaker 4: I will. I will, but it'll probably come in segment
- 1:09Speaker 4: number two because I have a lot to say about
- 1:12Speaker 4: the drones. A matter of fact, on My America's Top
- 1:14Speaker 4: Ten Countdown show on Real America's Voice TV on Friday
- 1:17Speaker 4: night and on Saturday, and then on Saturday night and
- 1:19Speaker 4: then on Sunday night, my.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Number one story of the week was the drones.
- 1:23Speaker 4: And I record that show on Friday mornings, so I
- 1:26Speaker 4: knew as of Friday already it was breaking out to
- 1:28Speaker 4: be exploding, to be the biggest story in America. And
- 1:31Speaker 4: I made some guesses as to what all of this means,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and my guesses look to be right now, look to
- 1:37Speaker 4: be exactly right. So I'll tell you about all of
- 1:39Speaker 4: that in segment two. I want to start the show
- 1:41Speaker 4: with my commentary, which I wrote at five o'clock this morning,
- 1:45Speaker 4: and I think it's a very important commentary, so let
- 1:48Speaker 4: me do it. It is titled I've studied politics since
- 1:52Speaker 4: nineteen sixty four. Trump's victory is much more than a landslide.
- 1:56Speaker 4: It was a miracle from God. Delusional democrats in the
- 2:00Speaker 4: instream media claim Trump's victory wasn't a landslide. They've been
- 2:04Speaker 4: gaslighting us for years with ridiculous lies, fraud, and propaganda,
- 2:08Speaker 4: and this is just another big, fat lie.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Trust me on this one.
- 2:12Speaker 4: I've been studying politics since I was three years old
- 2:17Speaker 4: in nineteen sixty four, in my father's arms, handing out
- 2:19Speaker 4: campaign literature for Barry Goldwater. Remember Alex Keaton, the bow
- 2:25Speaker 4: tie wearing Republican kid and the TV hit Family Ties.
- 2:29Speaker 2: That was me in real life.
- 2:31Speaker 4: In nineteen sixty eight, at age seven, I was lecturing
- 2:34Speaker 4: my liberal second grade teachers about Richard Nixon.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I understand politics. It's all I do.
- 2:41Speaker 4: It's all I study, it's all I analyze, it's all
- 2:44Speaker 4: I talk about. Twenty four hours a day, seven days
- 2:46Speaker 4: a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Need more proof that I understand politics.
- 2:53Speaker 4: I wrote the book Trump Rules, about the Rules of
- 2:57Speaker 4: success that made Donald J. Trump the goat the greatest
- 3:01Speaker 4: of all time in business, sales, branding, real estate, celebrity TV,
- 3:06Speaker 4: reality shows, and politics. My book came out after Trump
- 3:11Speaker 4: lost the twenty twenty election, and after his reputation was
- 3:15Speaker 4: badly damaged by January sixth, some would say destroyed.
- 3:19Speaker 2: By January sixth by the insurrection, they claimed.
- 3:23Speaker 4: And so the media laughed of my bad timing, and
- 3:26Speaker 4: they thought I was crazy, ignorant, or just plain delusional
- 3:28Speaker 4: to write a book about how successful Donald Trump is
- 3:31Speaker 4: right after he lost everything his reputation is brand, the election,
- 3:36Speaker 4: and any future chance at politics. So on my book tour,
- 3:40Speaker 4: I told the media, and this is a quote, the
- 3:43Speaker 4: way I understand Trump and the way I understand his
- 3:45Speaker 4: rules of success, Trump will become the greatest comeback kid
- 3:49Speaker 4: in world history. Win the presidency in twenty twenty four
- 3:53Speaker 4: and be more popular, more powerful, and wealthier than ever before.
- 3:59Speaker 2: How that prediction was WoT? I was right on every count.
- 4:03Speaker 4: And then throughout the late summer and fall of twenty
- 4:06Speaker 4: twenty four, I was the only TV radio host in
- 4:08Speaker 4: America who boldly predicted a massive Trump victory. My exact
- 4:14Speaker 4: prediction was a Trump electora landslide, a seven swing state
- 4:18Speaker 4: sweep in a two point popular vote victory. All three happened.
- 4:23Speaker 4: That's called a perfect bull's eye. So hear me when
- 4:27Speaker 4: I now say President Donald J. Trump's victory a November
- 4:32Speaker 4: fifth wasn't just a landslide. It was a miracle from God.
- 4:39Speaker 4: This past summer, I got together with platinum selling Christian
- 4:43Speaker 4: singer songwriter Natasha Owens and we co wrote a song
- 4:47Speaker 4: about President Trump called The Chosen One. That song and
- 4:52Speaker 4: video have now surpassed one billion views on social media.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Why do I believe Trump's victory was not only a landslide,
- 5:02Speaker 4: but a miracle from God? Why do I believe Trump
- 5:05Speaker 4: is the Chosen One? First, let's look at the size
- 5:09Speaker 4: of Trump's landslide. Yes, size matters. Trump won the electoral
- 5:16Speaker 4: landslide with three hunder twelve electoral votes, and that's the
- 5:21Speaker 4: most for a Republican candidate in about forty years. Trump
- 5:27Speaker 4: not only won the popular vote, he won the most
- 5:30Speaker 4: votes of any Republican in history. Even more remarkably, Trump
- 5:35Speaker 4: increased his vote totals in all fifty states.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Trump is the.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Only president in the history of America who increased his
- 5:45Speaker 4: popular vote totals three times, from sixty three million in
- 5:49Speaker 4: twenty sixteen to seventy four million in twenty twenty to
- 5:53Speaker 4: over seventy seven million in twenty twenty four. In his
- 5:57Speaker 4: three presidential runs, Trump a mass more popular votes and
- 6:02Speaker 4: electoral votes than anyone in history. No president has ever
- 6:07Speaker 4: received what Trump received. He received over two hundred and
- 6:10Speaker 4: fourteen million combined popular votes an eight hundred and forty
- 6:16Speaker 4: eight combined electoral votes. No one's ever done anything close
- 6:18Speaker 4: to that in history. That makes the most popular president
- 6:22Speaker 4: in the history of America by a mile. Trump won
- 6:25Speaker 4: eighty five point two percent of all the counties in America.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It was a sea of red.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Trump flipped seventy eight counties across America that Biden won.
- 6:40Speaker 4: In twenty twenty, Kamala became the first candidate in history
- 6:44Speaker 4: to not flip a single county in America. Not one
- 6:48Speaker 4: Trump county from twenty twenty was flipped by Kamala Trump
- 6:52Speaker 4: led the goped of victory in both houses of Congress,
- 6:56Speaker 4: a majority of governorships, and a huge majority of state legislatures.
- 7:00Speaker 4: And here's a big one, because I'm big on math,
- 7:02Speaker 4: and I do a little math over the weekend. If
- 7:05Speaker 4: you subtract ultraliberal and ultra rigged California and New York, well,
- 7:12Speaker 4: then in the rest of America besides California New York,
- 7:16Speaker 4: Trump won the electoral vote by three hundred and twelve
- 7:21Speaker 4: to one forty four. Can you imagine if we could
- 7:25Speaker 4: just get rid of New York and California. Let's just
- 7:27Speaker 4: get rid of them somehow, some way, let them form
- 7:30Speaker 4: their own country, call it East and West Coast. What
- 7:33Speaker 4: used to be America now communist America. California, New York.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Trump won the country three twelve to one forty four.
- 7:42Speaker 4: And that's with me being generous, because I could have said,
- 7:45Speaker 4: take out California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
- 7:54Speaker 4: If you simply subtract those Northeast states and that western
- 7:57Speaker 4: coast of the United States, then Trump wins. I don't
- 8:01Speaker 4: have it in front of me, but I got to
- 8:02Speaker 4: assume it's like three twelve to like sixty seventy.
- 8:07Speaker 2: America is now Trump Country.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Most impressive of all, Trump dramatically increased his vote totals
- 8:14Speaker 4: with groups that historically vote overwhelmingly Democrat, Blacks, Latinos, Union voters,
- 8:21Speaker 4: young voters, Asian voters, Jewish voters. All of that is remarkable.
- 8:28Speaker 4: There is no more debate. Trump won a landslide. But
- 8:32Speaker 4: this is where the miracle comes in, because that's not
- 8:36Speaker 4: a miracle. Okay, Reagan won two landslides and a miracle. No,
- 8:41Speaker 4: think of what Trump had to overcome to win this landslide.
- 8:45Speaker 4: That's the miracle. The entire mainstream media was against them.
- 8:50Speaker 4: All the media headlines were against them, overwhelmingly negative towards
- 8:53Speaker 4: Trump and positive towards Kamala. The entire social media was
- 8:57Speaker 4: against him. Google was againsgainst them. Google is, of course,
- 9:01Speaker 4: one of the biggest companies in the world and so
- 9:04Speaker 4: important on the Internet. Google was against them. Hollywood was
- 9:08Speaker 4: against them. All the celebrities in Hollywood were against them,
- 9:11Speaker 4: many of them paid millions by Kamala for their endorsement.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Ninety five percent of public school teachers and college professors
- 9:17Speaker 4: were against them, and that's who brainwashes your kids all
- 9:20Speaker 4: day long. The entire federal government, almost all government employees
- 9:24Speaker 4: were against him. The DOJ, FBI, and CIA were weaponized
- 9:29Speaker 4: against him. Almost every union in America and their leadership
- 9:33Speaker 4: were against him. Twenty to thirty million illegal aliens were
- 9:37Speaker 4: against him, knowing if he won, they would be deported.
- 9:41Speaker 2: All the money was against them.
- 9:43Speaker 4: Kamala Harris raised one point three billion, almost four times
- 9:47Speaker 4: more than Trump, and because Kamala had all the money
- 9:51Speaker 4: at their disposal, the overwhelming majority of TV, radio and
- 9:54Speaker 4: online advertisements were against Trump.
- 9:58Speaker 2: The world was a raid against them.
- 10:00Speaker 4: China, Iran, the Mexican drug cartels, the World Economic Forum
- 10:06Speaker 4: with Claud Schwab, the WHO, the World Health Organization, the UN,
- 10:11Speaker 4: the United Nations. They all hated Trump and hate Trump
- 10:15Speaker 4: and feared his victory.
- 10:19Speaker 2: And now the biggest one of all.
- 10:20Speaker 4: And in four criminal indictments to civil trials, a mugshot
- 10:24Speaker 4: scene around the world, two guilty verdicts, and two serious
- 10:28Speaker 4: assassination attempts. Twenty four hours a day, the media call
- 10:33Speaker 4: Trump a felon, a racist, and a rapist. And against
- 10:38Speaker 4: all of that, how could Trump possibly win a landslide?
- 10:41Speaker 2: Against all of that?
- 10:43Speaker 4: How could he become the greatest comeback kid in world history?
- 10:48Speaker 4: Only God could have delivered this resounding victory. This is
- 10:52Speaker 4: the Red Sea parting kind of miracle.
- 10:54Speaker 2: This is God sending a plague to Egypt kind of miracle.
- 10:57Speaker 4: This is a David to beating Eliath kind of miracle.
- 11:02Speaker 2: This was biblical. This was a gift direct from God.
- 11:07Speaker 4: And yes, Trump is the chosen one, chosen by God
- 11:12Speaker 4: to save the greatest nation in world history and make
- 11:15Speaker 4: America great again. Thank God for miracles, Thank God for miracles.
- 11:22Speaker 4: So that's my latest column. I've studied politics since nineteen
- 11:25Speaker 4: sixty four. Trump's victory was much more than a landslide.
- 11:28Speaker 4: It was a miracle from God. And I'm so proud
- 11:33Speaker 4: and honored that i was there in the middle of
- 11:35Speaker 4: all of it. I'm Wayne Ellen Route. This is Wayne

- 11:54Speaker 4: I'm still feeling something very bad and frightening in the
- 11:56Speaker 4: pit of my stomach. I don't believe for a second
- 11:58Speaker 4: the radical leftist running our government will accept Trump's victory
- 12:01Speaker 4: or agree to leave peacefully. They have weeks to cause
- 12:04Speaker 4: trouble until Inauguration Day. That's why everyone needs to own

- 12:25Speaker 2: That's the triple crown of credibility.

- 14:53Speaker 1: Root Show. Please stay tuned. Wayne will be joining us shortly.
- 15:06Speaker 4: All right, Wayne, Larude, I hope you enjoyed my opening
- 15:08Speaker 4: commentary on this miracle from God, which was Trump's victory.
- 15:13Speaker 4: I'm telling you it's just impossible. How could you win
- 15:16Speaker 4: against everything he was up against? And don't forget I
- 15:18Speaker 4: even mentioned this in the article. It's no there was
- 15:20Speaker 4: no need to mention it. But most of the experts
- 15:24Speaker 4: that I know, conservative election experts, all said to me, oh,
- 15:29Speaker 4: poor Wayne, you're just gonna let all your listeners down
- 15:32Speaker 4: and all your viewers down when you keep saying Trump's
- 15:35Speaker 4: gonna win the landslide. These elections are completely rigged and fixed.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Trump isn't gonna win. You know he's not gonna win.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Stop saying he's gonna win the landslide. It's not possible.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Elections are rigged. And I kept saying, you don't get it.
- 15:49Speaker 4: I know they're rigged, but it's too big to rig.
- 15:51Speaker 4: They're not gonna be able to rig this one. And
- 15:53Speaker 4: they weren't, but they did. They were able to rig
- 15:56Speaker 4: Senate and House races by counting votes for weeks in California,
- 16:02Speaker 4: weeks beyond the election until they find enough fake votes
- 16:05Speaker 4: to win, but they couldn't beat Trump. And so many
- 16:10Speaker 4: people thought the election was rigged and there's no way
- 16:12Speaker 4: Trump could win, and I prove them wrong too. All right,
- 16:17Speaker 4: so much going on in the news, and of course
- 16:19Speaker 4: the number one story is the laser of the lasers,
- 16:22Speaker 4: I mean the drones. There's a lot going on. I
- 16:24Speaker 4: can't even keep up with it all, but the drones
- 16:27Speaker 4: are the big one. And in my Real America's Voice
- 16:31Speaker 4: TV show America's Top Ten Countdown excuse me, America's Top
- 16:35Speaker 4: Ten Countdown that I film on Friday mornings. Then it
- 16:39Speaker 4: airs Friday night at ten o'clock Eastern, and it airs
- 16:42Speaker 4: Saturday morning at noon Eastern, and then it airs four
- 16:44Speaker 4: o'clock excumy seven o'clock Eastern, four o'clock Pacific on Saturday night,
- 16:49Speaker 4: and then it airs at seven o'clock Eastern, four o'clock
- 16:53Speaker 4: Pacific on Sunday night. So it airs all over the weekend,
- 16:57Speaker 4: and it's such a popular show on the weekends for
- 16:59Speaker 4: Real America's Voice America's Top ten Countown, and I made
- 17:03Speaker 4: it my number one story even though I was taped
- 17:05Speaker 4: it on Friday morning when it hadn't reached a crescendo yet.
- 17:09Speaker 4: But over the weekend I got bigger and bigger and bigger,
- 17:11Speaker 4: as like a snowball going down the hill.
- 17:12Speaker 2: All anybody talked about was drones.
- 17:14Speaker 4: But on Friday I made it the number one story
- 17:16Speaker 4: out of my top ten.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Good choice.
- 17:20Speaker 4: And then I gave you reasons, you know that I thought,
- 17:24Speaker 4: maybe we're why we're seeing these drones. And of course
- 17:29Speaker 4: I said, it could be foreign governments. It could be Iran,
- 17:31Speaker 4: it could be Turkey, it could be China. It could
- 17:36Speaker 4: be their spy drones like the spy balloons. It could
- 17:38Speaker 4: be they're going to open up one day and machine
- 17:41Speaker 4: guns or some sort of automatic weapon or some sort
- 17:43Speaker 4: of bombs or missiles will come out, and suddenly Americans
- 17:46Speaker 4: are gonna die by the hundreds or by the thousands.
- 17:49Speaker 4: It could be them just twenty to us seeing how
- 17:51Speaker 4: we react in advance of World War three. And then
- 17:54Speaker 4: I said, the most obvious one is it's not farign.
- 17:56Speaker 4: It's American drones. This is our government. These are CIA drones,
- 18:01Speaker 4: and they are searching for radiation because a nuke is
- 18:05Speaker 4: in the United States, a dirty nuke bomb.
- 18:07Speaker 2: And actually I got the name wrong. I said a
- 18:09Speaker 2: smart bomb.
- 18:10Speaker 4: I meant a dirty bomb on the show, I said
- 18:12Speaker 4: a smart bomb, a nuclear smart bomb is loose in
- 18:15Speaker 4: the United States and they're they're sniffing for radiation. And
- 18:19Speaker 4: that's what all these drones may be doing, which makes
- 18:21Speaker 4: the most sense, because how could they be foreign and
- 18:24Speaker 4: the United States government doesn't do anything about it, doesn't care,
- 18:26Speaker 4: it doesn't shoot him out of the sky, even for
- 18:29Speaker 4: Biden that that makes no sense.
- 18:31Speaker 2: And sure enough, what comes out today.
- 18:33Speaker 4: US Nuclear Regulatory Commission releases report confirming radioactive material lost
- 18:40Speaker 4: in transit shipping container arrives damaged and empty in New Jersey.
- 18:46Speaker 4: And then the next headline, New Jersey receives report of
- 18:49Speaker 4: radioactive medical device lost in transit. So there they are
- 18:55Speaker 4: very possibly again still can't say that's absolutely what's happening,
- 18:59Speaker 4: but the odds are pretty good that all of those
- 19:02Speaker 4: drones belong to the United States government and they are
- 19:04Speaker 4: sniffing for nuclear In case there is a sniffing for radiation,
- 19:09Speaker 4: I just say that would pinpoint where the nuclear materials
- 19:13Speaker 4: have gone before someone shoots off a dirty bomb and
- 19:17Speaker 4: makes an entire city uninhabitable or large portions of a
- 19:21Speaker 4: city uninhabitable. So I was right in my guests as
- 19:25Speaker 4: one of the reasons. I don't know why I came
- 19:27Speaker 4: up with that out of the blue, but I did,

- 24:07Speaker 4: co founder of the Tea Party. Boy, I remember those days,
- 24:11Speaker 4: Wow Tea Party, and founder of the Convention of States.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Mark Meckler, Welcome to Wayne alrut Show. How are you.
- 24:19Speaker 5: I'm good, great to do you with you, Wayne.
- 24:22Speaker 4: So look, I will admit I know I always think
- 24:24Speaker 4: I know everything about politics. I study it all day,
- 24:26Speaker 4: twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. I
- 24:28Speaker 4: have TV shows, I have radio shows, at podcasts, I
- 24:31Speaker 4: have newspaper columns, I have books out. The one thing
- 24:34Speaker 4: I know nothing about, and I've never known anything about,
- 24:38Speaker 4: is the Convention of States. No one has ever told
- 24:40Speaker 4: me about it. No one has ever explained it to me.
- 24:43Speaker 4: I've heard Mark Levin talk about it. I've seen it
- 24:45Speaker 4: mentioned in Mark Levin's books. I know zero about it,
- 24:48Speaker 4: and that's why I was excited to get you on
- 24:50Speaker 4: the show, because you're the guy who founded the Convention
- 24:53Speaker 4: of the States, and I want to know how it
- 24:55Speaker 4: can help us to save this country.
- 24:57Speaker 2: So first of all, tell us about your background.
- 24:59Speaker 4: How to did you wind up co founding the tea party.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Well, I'm completely accidental, or I would say in hindsight
- 25:06Speaker 5: that this god had his hand on my shoulder and
- 25:08Speaker 5: pushed me into the right place. And you know, I
- 25:11Speaker 5: was around when Rick Santelli did his now infamous rants
- 25:14Speaker 5: talking about a mortgage jailout and how frustrated he was,
- 25:17Speaker 5: and I hosted a local tea party in Sacramento, California.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Then I connected with a bunch of people who started
- 25:23Speaker 5: to do it nationally. We organized the April fifteenth, twenty
- 25:27Speaker 5: ten Tea Party and that was the one that went national.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Eight hundred and fifty organizations or eight hundred and fifty
- 25:33Speaker 5: groups around the country participated in that, and that launched
- 25:37Speaker 5: me into a political career. Like you mentioned, I'm an
- 25:39Speaker 5: attorney by training. I was an Internet privacy attorney. That
- 25:42Speaker 5: kind of destroyed my own privacy. I became a public figure,
- 25:45Speaker 5: and next thing I knew, I was engaged in politics.
- 25:48Speaker 2: It's funny back around that, you know.
- 25:50Speaker 4: I'm not sure it was that exactly you or not,
- 25:52Speaker 4: but somewhere around twenty ten, twenty eleven, twenty twelve. I
- 25:54Speaker 4: remember I got invited to address the I think they
- 25:59Speaker 4: called it the World's Biggest tea party. It was in Dallas, Texas,
- 26:03Speaker 4: and it was at like the JR. Ranch, you know, JR.
- 26:05Speaker 4: Ewing where they filled Dallas and there were like eighty
- 26:09Speaker 4: thousand people and I addressed them, and it was just
- 26:12Speaker 4: I'd never seen a crowd like that in my life.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Was like being in a football stadium in front of
- 26:16Speaker 4: eighty thousand people. As while those were the tea party days,
- 26:19Speaker 4: I don't know where that all went, but it kind of,
- 26:21Speaker 4: I guess got eaten up by you know, Maga and
- 26:24Speaker 4: Trump and then the tea party went away and now
- 26:26Speaker 4: it's it's it's Maga and it's trump Mania. But in
- 26:29Speaker 4: any case, it was fantastic. It was a good time
- 26:32Speaker 4: to be around. We defeated Obama pretty badly into two
- 26:36Speaker 4: different midterms and won a lot of House seats and
- 26:39Speaker 4: Senate seats.
- 26:39Speaker 2: You did a great job. Great job.
- 26:41Speaker 4: So now tell me about the Convention of States. What
- 26:45Speaker 4: is the purpose of it? How can we use it
- 26:47Speaker 4: to help take back our country?
- 26:49Speaker 5: Well, we'll thing I realize that of all of that
- 26:51Speaker 5: tea party stuff was in twenty ten, we elected this
- 26:54Speaker 5: huge swing class Republicans took over Congress and nothing changed.
- 26:58Speaker 5: And I was really frustrated. I'd put a lot of
- 27:00Speaker 5: time and my own money into the movement, and so
- 27:03Speaker 5: I tried to study the problem, figure out, well, if
- 27:05Speaker 5: it wasn't just electing great people, then what was it
- 27:08Speaker 5: going to take. And I was introduced to a guy
- 27:10Speaker 5: with the name of Mike Ferris. He's one of the
- 27:11Speaker 5: founders of the homeschool movement in America, and he explained
- 27:14Speaker 5: to me that I was approaching the problem incorrectly. I
- 27:17Speaker 5: thought that we had a personnel problem in DC. Certainly
- 27:20Speaker 5: there is some of that, but it turns out, according
- 27:23Speaker 5: to Mike and I agree with them, now, that we
- 27:24Speaker 5: have a structure problem. We've broken the structure of our
- 27:27Speaker 5: system of governance. Mostly this has been done by the
- 27:30Speaker 5: federal courts in Congress working in congruence with each other.
- 27:34Speaker 5: And if we don't fix that structure, we're going to
- 27:36Speaker 5: continue to send good people to Washington, d C. And
- 27:38Speaker 5: get a bad result. So what the Convention of States does?
- 27:41Speaker 5: It uses Article five of the Constitution. The second clause
- 27:45Speaker 5: says that when two thirds of states want to call
- 27:47Speaker 5: a convention for the same purposes. They can gather, they
- 27:51Speaker 5: can propose amendments, and those amendments go out to the
- 27:54Speaker 5: states for ratification. But we're proposing it takes thirty four
- 27:58Speaker 5: states to call. Nineteen states have done this already. Is
- 28:00Speaker 5: to have a discussion about term limits not just on Congress,
- 28:03Speaker 5: but on staffers and bureaucrats judiciary as well. We're talking
- 28:08Speaker 5: about fiscal restraints on the federal government that would include
- 28:11Speaker 5: a balanced budget amendment, but also things like tax caps
- 28:14Speaker 5: and spending caps and imposing generally accepted accounting principles on
- 28:18Speaker 5: the federal government. And then, I think most importantly Wayne,
- 28:20Speaker 5: because we're talking about structural restrictions on the scope and
- 28:24Speaker 5: power of the federal government, returning the federal government to
- 28:26Speaker 5: something like the enumerated powers that they had on the
- 28:30Speaker 5: initiation of the Constitution. They only had seventeen enumerated powers.
- 28:33Speaker 5: So we could remove the power to be involved in education,
- 28:36Speaker 5: or energy or healthcare, all these things that the federal
- 28:40Speaker 5: government was never intended to be involved in. Its biggest
- 28:43Speaker 5: ambitious and we're going to get it done.
- 28:45Speaker 4: So how do you get it done? You said you
- 28:47Speaker 4: have nineteen states have already agreed. You need thirty six
- 28:51Speaker 4: or something thirty four thirty four yep, how does a
- 28:54Speaker 4: state agree? Tell me what that means exactly.
- 28:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:57Speaker 5: So we work with grassroots all over the country. Over
- 28:59Speaker 5: five million people, almost six million people involved right now.
- 29:02Speaker 5: And you go into a state legislature, you find somebody
- 29:06Speaker 5: to sponsor. It's a resolution, not a piece of legislation,
- 29:09Speaker 5: and then both houses of that legislature have to pass
- 29:12Speaker 5: the resolution by simple majority. The resolution has to be
- 29:15Speaker 5: the same in every state so that they do what
- 29:17Speaker 5: it's called aggregating, because they have to agree to those things.
- 29:21Speaker 5: They're going to go into convention and talk about those
- 29:23Speaker 5: three things and nothing else. So what we do we
- 29:25Speaker 5: are primarily a grassroots organization. That's what I know how
- 29:28Speaker 5: to do. Going too the state, we organize, recruit and
- 29:31Speaker 5: motivate the grassroots, teach them to lobby their state legislature,
- 29:35Speaker 5: and that's how we get these things passed so far
- 29:37Speaker 5: in nineteen states.
- 29:40Speaker 2: All right, I get it, I get it. It.
- 29:41Speaker 4: It sounds interesting, but again it's hard to get all
- 29:44Speaker 4: these states because like as an example, let me give
- 29:46Speaker 4: an example, mark Nevada where I live. I live in
- 29:49Speaker 4: Las Vegas and we just did vote for Trump. Thank god.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Trump won by about seventy thousand votes in our state.
- 29:55Speaker 4: But in the meantime, we're stuck with a crappy all
- 29:58Speaker 4: Democrat legislature. This say, assemblies all Democrat, the state senates
- 30:02Speaker 4: all demacra. You could never get any of this passed,
- 30:05Speaker 4: and you can never get a resolution passed by all
- 30:08Speaker 4: these extreme ultra liberal I call them communists, certainly socialist
- 30:12Speaker 4: Marxists and some communist members of the Democrat Party who
- 30:16Speaker 4: run our legislature totally dominate the legislature.
- 30:19Speaker 2: It's terrible.
- 30:20Speaker 4: So Nevada would never fall into your hands for a resolution.
- 30:24Speaker 4: So you've got to go get a lot of other
- 30:26Speaker 4: states to vote for Trump, but not Nevada. And I'm
- 30:28Speaker 4: sure we're not the only state that's like this with
- 30:30Speaker 4: an all Democrat legislature.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:33Speaker 5: Look, I think you know there are actually three and
- 30:36Speaker 5: a half states that we were going to have to
- 30:37Speaker 5: flip to get to the thirty four. I think Nevada
- 30:39Speaker 5: is flippable in the long term, and you're going to
- 30:41Speaker 5: set a unique situation there. It wasn't that long ago.
- 30:44Speaker 5: I remember I was there when Nevada was controlled by Republicans. Unfortunately,
- 30:48Speaker 5: the Republicans did a terrible job. They deserve to lose
- 30:51Speaker 5: the legislature.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Of that right they did.
- 30:53Speaker 5: But you've got an interesting thing developing there in Nevada,
- 30:56Speaker 5: which I really love, which is, as you know, the
- 30:59Speaker 5: states decided by unions usually and by the union leadership,
- 31:03Speaker 5: and union membership is now trending away from their leadership.
- 31:06Speaker 5: So I think there's an opportunity there, and you know,
- 31:08Speaker 5: I'd love to talk to you about it. We will be
- 31:10Speaker 5: working heavily in Avada and helped put that state. Another
- 31:12Speaker 5: state is Virginia. Virginia is on the margin in both houses.
- 31:16Speaker 5: I think that's going to be a red state in
- 31:18Speaker 5: twenty twenty five. That's in off year elections. That's another
- 31:20Speaker 5: state that we work in. A few other states like
- 31:23Speaker 5: that that are flippable. You've got Minnesota as a split legislature.
- 31:27Speaker 5: It's the only one in the country we hope to flip.
- 31:29Speaker 5: See in the mid terms now one flip back to
- 31:31Speaker 5: Republican control. So there are three and a half states
- 31:34Speaker 5: we're going to flip to get to the thirty four.
- 31:35Speaker 2: In my opinion, got it, got it, got it.
- 31:37Speaker 4: The problem with the battle let me let me tell
- 31:39Speaker 4: what the problem is here, is that you know, once
- 31:41Speaker 4: the Democrats got in, and I think they they jerry
- 31:44Speaker 4: managered the districts that you know, no Republican can win
- 31:47Speaker 4: in certain districts. And once the Democrats got in, then
- 31:49Speaker 4: they started passing the mail in ballot law.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Every person in the state gets.
- 31:55Speaker 4: A mail in ballot, whether they want whe or not,
- 31:57Speaker 4: it gets delivered to their home.
- 31:59Speaker 2: And you've got all these apartment buildings where you.
- 32:01Speaker 4: Walk in the lobby and there's ten thousand ballots on
- 32:03Speaker 4: the floor, just lay in there. And we have ballid harvesting,
- 32:06Speaker 4: we have ballid drop boxes, and we have no voter id.
- 32:10Speaker 4: So anybody can lie and steal and cheat and rig
- 32:13Speaker 4: and that's what happens in the state.
- 32:15Speaker 2: And we were too big to rig with Trump.
- 32:17Speaker 4: But we lost everybody under Trump, I mean everybody else lost.
- 32:21Speaker 2: So you know, it's not interesting.
- 32:23Speaker 5: There's an interesting way to fix that way, and that
- 32:25Speaker 5: most people don't talk about. Most people aren't aware of.
- 32:28Speaker 5: There is if you look at the Elections clause in
- 32:30Speaker 5: the Constitution at the very end, you know it says
- 32:32Speaker 5: that the states can conduct their elections pretty much however
- 32:35Speaker 5: they want it. Says, or except as Congress decide, and
- 32:39Speaker 5: so literally Congress could impose all those restrictions you want
- 32:42Speaker 5: right there, as bad as and all across the country.
- 32:44Speaker 5: And I think we need to get them to do that.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what we need. I agree with you. I
- 32:47Speaker 2: agree quickly. You got about thirty seconds to sum up.
- 32:49Speaker 2: What can my fans do? How can they help make

- 36:47Speaker 4: All right, Swaynell Roots Root is on fire. Good things
- 36:53Speaker 4: are happening I'm telling you I feel good about things.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Trudeau.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Justin Trudeau, the communist Canadian prime minister that's literally destroyed Canada.
- 37:02Speaker 4: I mean wrecked it. I mean you think things were
- 37:04Speaker 4: bad last four years in America, It's a paradise here
- 37:07Speaker 4: compared to Canada. Trudeau is considering quitting after the Canadian
- 37:14Speaker 4: I guess finance minister. I guess she's the finance minister
- 37:18Speaker 4: unexpectedly resigns and he's now considering resignation. The sources say,
- 37:25Speaker 4: you've spoken to his cabinet, plans to address the parliament
- 37:28Speaker 4: later today. This comes after yeah, finance minister, it said
- 37:32Speaker 4: Finnman's I figured. Finance Minister Christia Freeland resigned earlier on Monday,
- 37:38Speaker 4: citing disagreements over how to deal with terror threats from
- 37:43Speaker 4: US President elect Donald Trump.
- 37:45Speaker 2: If confirmed, it would.
- 37:46Speaker 4: Mean government collapse in four of the staunchest most developed
- 37:51Speaker 4: Western democracies France, Germany, South Korea and now Canada. As
- 37:57Speaker 4: for Trudeau, his odds of being true dau just spiked
- 38:01Speaker 4: to eighty eight percent on polymarket. Odds that Trudeau is
- 38:06Speaker 4: out before April just hit eighty eight percent in a
- 38:09Speaker 4: stunning move that shakes the government. Canadian Finance Minister Christia
- 38:14Speaker 4: it looks like her name is pronounced Christia Friedland, has
- 38:17Speaker 4: resigned from Justice Udaw's cabinet after he tried to move
- 38:21Speaker 4: her to.
- 38:21Speaker 2: A different role. She's been the most powerful person in
- 38:23Speaker 2: Trudeau's cabinet for years.
- 38:25Speaker 4: Was the point person is strategizing how to counter US
- 38:29Speaker 4: President elect Donald Trump's threat to impose twenty five percent tariffs.
- 38:35Speaker 4: So who knows why they disagreed. Who knows what her
- 38:38Speaker 4: contention was. I really don't care right now. If she's
- 38:42Speaker 4: in his cabinet, she's probably a communist just like him, maybe.
- 38:45Speaker 2: More radical than he is.
- 38:47Speaker 4: And now the German government collapses, just one week after
- 38:51Speaker 4: the French government collapsed. And I don't know how many
- 38:54Speaker 4: of you are aware, but the South Korean government is gone.
- 38:57Speaker 2: It's gone. I mean, it's just a.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Disaster over there, and they've kicked their guy out. I mean,
- 39:03Speaker 4: it's just the world is collapsing. And who's collapsing establishment figures.
- 39:10Speaker 2: This is all Trump.
- 39:13Speaker 4: He's the biggest disruptor in the history of the world.
- 39:16Speaker 2: He is the bull in a China shop.
- 39:20Speaker 4: And you know, as Trump is about to take office,
- 39:23Speaker 4: the entire world is melting down. He really Just one
- 39:27Speaker 4: week after Marine Le Penn precipitated the collapse of the
- 39:31Speaker 4: French government. On Monday, Chancellor Olaf Schultz lost a confidence
- 39:36Speaker 4: vote in the German Parliament, a defeat that ended the
- 39:38Speaker 4: increasingly unpopular government he has led since twenty twenty one
- 39:42Speaker 4: and ushered in elections next year. German lawmaker's voted to
- 39:46Speaker 4: dissolve the existing government by vote of three ninety four
- 39:48Speaker 4: to two poh seven. So look, these are all bad
- 39:54Speaker 4: people that want open borders, and we're getting rid of them.
- 39:58Speaker 2: We're getting rid of them.
- 39:58Speaker 4: We're saying, Cyinari, you bums, a bunch of bums. Look,
- 40:05Speaker 4: the drone situation is always near and dear to you
- 40:08Speaker 4: know my heart. As far as what to talk about
- 40:10Speaker 4: on this show today, but everyone else has talked about
- 40:13Speaker 4: this drone issue to death right, I'd rather talk about
- 40:17Speaker 4: Mitt Romney, you know who I used to really like
- 40:20Speaker 4: and then I hated his guts. And he's the biggest
- 40:24Speaker 4: rhino that ever lived. He lives to hate Trump. All
- 40:26Speaker 4: he's ever done is hated on Trump.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I don't know. The people of Utah elected this, this.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Jerk, and now he's retiring from the US Senate, he's
- 40:37Speaker 4: going away. Mitt Romney stepped stepping down, and all of
- 40:42Speaker 4: a sudden, Mitt Romney softens his stance on Trump and
- 40:48Speaker 4: says that Donald Trump deserves credit for turning the Republican
- 40:53Speaker 4: Party into the party of working class and middle class people.
- 40:57Speaker 4: And he's right, He's absolutely right. You know, it's funny
- 41:01Speaker 4: because my dad, the butcher. You know, I'm an sob
- 41:04Speaker 4: son of a butcher, my dad the butcher, David Root,
- 41:08Speaker 4: all those years ago, I mean back in the nineteen
- 41:11Speaker 4: late sixties and early seventies.
- 41:12Speaker 2: So how many years ago was that. God, let's just
- 41:14Speaker 2: take a middle number.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Let's say nineteen seventy two, eighty two, ninety two, two
- 41:18Speaker 4: two two, thy twelve, twenty twenty two, so fifty three
- 41:21Speaker 4: years ago. My father said, hey son, you know, to me,
- 41:24Speaker 4: hey son, Wayne, they should start saying the Republican Party
- 41:29Speaker 4: isn't the party of the rich.
- 41:31Speaker 2: It's the party of anyone who ever wants to be rich.
- 41:34Speaker 4: And my dad was right, and that would make it
- 41:37Speaker 4: the party of anyone who's aspirational.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Isn't that? Am I getting the right word there? Aspirational?
- 41:41Speaker 4: You know, if you're someone who has a lot of
- 41:43Speaker 4: ambition in life that makes you aspirational. You want to
- 41:47Speaker 4: be something that's the Republican Party, and it's happening. We're
- 41:51Speaker 4: now the party of the middle class and the working
- 41:53Speaker 4: class one hundred percent because the efforts of Donald Trump.
- 41:56Speaker 4: One hundred percent. It's fantastic. And then as I start
- 41:59Speaker 4: the next hour we'll talk about the drones. I'll get
