Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Violations That Should Have Ended His Deal (8/15/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:06
Speaker 1: It's pretty much a common known fact at this point
0:09
Speaker 1: that while Jeffrey Epstein was out on work release, that
0:13
Speaker 1: he was still molesting girls. Well, the Palm Beach Police Department,
0:17
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, they say that that
0:20
Speaker 1: never happened, and that Jeffrey Epstein was closely guarded and
0:25
Speaker 1: that their deputies were all over this. The problem, folks,
0:30
Speaker 1: is that reality just doesn't line up with any of that,
0:35
Speaker 1: and we're going to show you how in this episode.
0:39
Speaker 1: First we're going to talk about how Palm Beach Police
0:42
Speaker 1: and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office denies that this
0:46
Speaker 1: ever happened. And then directly after we read this article,
0:49
Speaker 1: I'm going to read another shorter article about how the
0:52
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and the deputies who were
0:55
Speaker 1: guiding Jeffrey Epstein or guarding Jeffrey Epstein, I should say, well, well,
1:00
Speaker 1: how they were destroying records as well. So once again
1:04
Speaker 1: you're being lied to, and no legacy media is here
1:09
Speaker 1: to call this shit out. Where are they? So it's
1:12
Speaker 1: up to us once again. The insurgent media to tell
1:16
Speaker 1: you folks what really went down here and to shine
1:18
Speaker 1: a spotlight on the obvious lies and the obvious deceit.
1:23
Speaker 1: You see, you would expect that from Jeffrey Epstein and
1:26
Speaker 1: his friends, right, But from the government, well, not so much.
1:31
Speaker 1: Today we have an article from Channel twelve News. It's
1:35
Speaker 1: a local channel down in Florida, and the headline PBO
1:39
Speaker 1: disputes claim that Jeffrey Epstein had sex on work release.
1:44
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Chuck Weber. It was published
1:48
Speaker 1: on Wednesday, July seventeenth, of two thousand and nineteen. So
1:54
Speaker 1: right off the bat, you know it's BS. How could
1:57
Speaker 1: you tell if Jeffrey Epstein had sex or didn't have
2:00
Speaker 1: while he was on work release? Your guards were with him? Well,
2:03
Speaker 1: can we see the paperwork? Can we see the receipts?
2:06
Speaker 1: Can we see the trail? Oh, you guys destroyed that
2:08
Speaker 1: there is no paper trail. Gotcha. On Wednesday, the Palm
2:13
Speaker 1: Beach County Sheriff's Office fired back on the notion that
2:16
Speaker 1: Epstein may have had sex while on work release more
2:20
Speaker 1: than a decade ago. The Sheriff's office, responding via email,
2:24
Speaker 1: pointed CBS twelve News to their in house video of
2:28
Speaker 1: Chief Deputy Michael Geiger discussing Epstein's work release with a
2:33
Speaker 1: documentary crew very carefully guarded. Gager said in the interview,
2:39
Speaker 1: each deputy had to file a report of any activity
2:42
Speaker 1: that occurred that day. There was a sign in sheet
2:44
Speaker 1: and it was very closely monitored by our team. Now
2:48
Speaker 1: remember what he's saying here, Okay, remember who's telling you this,
2:51
Speaker 1: Chief Deputy Michael Gagger, Gager, whatever, gau Ger, however you
2:56
Speaker 1: want to spell his name, gagor whatever. So this is
3:00
Speaker 1: the guy who is telling you and lying to you.
3:03
Speaker 1: By the way, that all of this paperwork was checked,
3:07
Speaker 1: that there was a paper trail, everything was on the
3:10
Speaker 1: up and up, and nothing goofy was going on here. Well,
3:14
Speaker 1: that's not what these survivors have to say, and that's
3:17
Speaker 1: not what the Attorney General's office down in the Virgin
3:20
Speaker 1: Islands have to say either. So somebody is lying to you,
3:24
Speaker 1: and my guess is it's the people here in Palm Beach.
3:27
Speaker 1: Because one thing is certainly clear, the law enforcement situation
3:32
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach especially is absolutely fubar. There's no way
3:37
Speaker 1: in hell that this should have ever went on. And
3:40
Speaker 1: then you have the whole entire investigation launched by DeSantis
3:43
Speaker 1: that comes up with bubkiss. How's that even possible? You see?
3:47
Speaker 1: Because they're all in on it. And when I say that,
3:49
Speaker 1: I don't mean they're all in on Epstein's crimes. I
3:52
Speaker 1: mean they're all in on making sure that there's no
3:55
Speaker 1: dirt on the face of the government. They all have
3:57
Speaker 1: skin in the game, right. They don't want to look bad.
3:59
Speaker 1: They're all your were elected officials. They don't want to
4:01
Speaker 1: have to answer these questions, so they'd rather just sweep
4:04
Speaker 1: it underneath the rug. Back in two thousand and eight,
4:08
Speaker 1: after Epstein pleaded guilty to procuring an underage girl for prostitution,
4:12
Speaker 1: he ended up serving thirteen months in jail, most of
4:15
Speaker 1: the time spent on work release. At a downtown West
4:18
Speaker 1: Palm Beach office building, Epstein was supposed to be doing
4:22
Speaker 1: work for his science foundation. Imagine Science Foundation. What kind
4:26
Speaker 1: of work can you possibly be doing? We know you're
4:28
Speaker 1: not a scientist, we know you're not running a foundation,
4:31
Speaker 1: so stop lying to us down in Palm Beach. Are
4:35
Speaker 1: the police officers that dumbed down there? Or is it
4:38
Speaker 1: something else going on? With Epstein now facing new federal charges,
4:42
Speaker 1: of sex trafficking miners at his homes in Palm Beach
4:45
Speaker 1: in New York. One Palm Beach County accuser, Courtney Wilde,
4:48
Speaker 1: addressed the media Tuesday in Manhattan. CBS twelve news attended
4:53
Speaker 1: the briefing. Again, no mention of New Mexico. Why is
4:57
Speaker 1: it that they're so hesitant to talk about New Mexico?
5:00
Speaker 1: I mean, what really went on over there? We don't
5:04
Speaker 1: have a full picture of what went down in New Mexico.
5:07
Speaker 1: All we know is that there was some weird shit happening,
5:09
Speaker 1: and we know that girls were being abused, But no investigation,
5:14
Speaker 1: no raid of the property, no search, no anything. So
5:19
Speaker 1: why is it that when they bring this story up,
5:21
Speaker 1: they never talk about New Mexico? Remember, lies of omission,
5:24
Speaker 1: folks are still lies. I know I have to say
5:27
Speaker 1: that all the time, But when we're dealing with this
5:30
Speaker 1: bullshit as media, this is what you gotta do. If
5:33
Speaker 1: you don't keep them in check and try and read
5:35
Speaker 1: in between the lines and see what they're trying to
5:37
Speaker 1: really say, well, you'll just continue to get dog walked
5:40
Speaker 1: and believe whatever bullshit narrative they want to pump out there.
5:45
Speaker 1: Because until we see a real robust investigation here where
5:48
Speaker 1: all of this stuff is looked at. I'm going to
5:51
Speaker 1: continue to be critical of how this investigation went down
5:55
Speaker 1: and how it's still going down. Wild's lead attorney, Brad Edwards,
6:00
Speaker 1: said he had just spoken with a new witness who
6:02
Speaker 1: told him they knew Epstein had at least some sexual
6:05
Speaker 1: encounters while on work release at the West Palm Beach office.
6:09
Speaker 1: He was not sitting there conducting some scientific research for
6:12
Speaker 1: the betterment of the community, Edwards said, but he was
6:16
Speaker 1: having office visitors, some of whom were flown to him
6:19
Speaker 1: from New York and continuing to engage in similar conduct
6:23
Speaker 1: literally while he was in jail. And it wasn't just
6:26
Speaker 1: Brad Edwards who has said this. A lot of other
6:28
Speaker 1: people have come forward and said this too. The girls
6:31
Speaker 1: who were being abused have said this. You really think
6:33
Speaker 1: that Epstein wasn't doing this. He just stopped. He was like,
6:37
Speaker 1: you know what, I'm gonna shelve my proclivities. I'm not
6:39
Speaker 1: going to be a sick fuck anymore. That's not reality.
6:43
Speaker 1: These people can't stop, they can't help themselves. They're degenerates,
6:47
Speaker 1: they're sick bastards. They have to touch kids. There's no stopping.
6:54
Speaker 1: Edwards clarified he had no knowledge any visitors then were
6:58
Speaker 1: under age the ship. Briff's office explained Epstein's foundation paid
7:02
Speaker 1: for the deputies guarding him, and Epstein was only allowed
7:05
Speaker 1: visits from his attorneys or business partner, no family, friends
7:09
Speaker 1: or guests. Oh please, such ps. Look, we literally know
7:13
Speaker 1: that that didn't happen, and we know that they didn't
7:15
Speaker 1: keep a paper trail. Oh Bobby, you're just saying that
7:19
Speaker 1: I wish I was, I wish I was out here
7:21
Speaker 1: just pulling your leg and bullshitting you, and that none
7:24
Speaker 1: of that ever occurred. But as you're going to see
7:26
Speaker 1: in a few minutes when we get to the end here,
7:29
Speaker 1: they didn't keep this record that they're talking about, this
7:32
Speaker 1: stellar record keeping, and in fact, there was a bunch
7:35
Speaker 1: of documents that were destroyed. So is anyone going to
7:38
Speaker 1: answer for that? Is any one of these people in
7:41
Speaker 1: this office ever going to answer for that? How about
7:44
Speaker 1: Terry Barbera, the spokeswoman for the Sheriff's office, any comment,
7:48
Speaker 1: ma'am Terry Barbera, the spokeswoman for the Sheriff's office, send
7:54
Speaker 1: her email. If he violated any conditions of his release,
7:58
Speaker 1: he would have been brought back to the stocka and
8:00
Speaker 1: work release would have been terminated. You mean, like when
8:03
Speaker 1: he was caught in the prole violation that we talked
8:05
Speaker 1: about the other day, when he was walking where he
8:07
Speaker 1: shouldn't have been walking, got nailed by the cop, and
8:09
Speaker 1: then his probation officer, Carmen Sloane covered for him. You
8:13
Speaker 1: mean like that, stop lying to us in Palm Beach.
8:17
Speaker 1: You know, people in Florida, they better demand some accountability
8:20
Speaker 1: here because this is straight up bullshit. If I lived
8:23
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach, I would not vote for one single
8:25
Speaker 1: person who was around during this escapade. But published reports
8:33
Speaker 1: quoted the Sheriff's office saying Epstein's work release visitor logs
8:37
Speaker 1: had been destroyed, as is routinely done per straight at
8:40
Speaker 1: state law. Oh convenient, very very convenient. You don't think
8:43
Speaker 1: that it would be a good idea to keep a
8:46
Speaker 1: record of these documents? Of course not, because then they
8:49
Speaker 1: can come out with this bullshit. Oh, he was watched
8:51
Speaker 1: and guarded. Just trust us. I mean, we're very trustworthy people,
8:55
Speaker 1: so you should listen to us. It is so absurd,
8:59
Speaker 1: folks that I'm sitting here on a Sunday morning and
9:02
Speaker 1: I'm shaking my head as we read this article together
9:05
Speaker 1: and asking myself if this is even real life? Do
9:08
Speaker 1: they really think we're this stupid that we're just going
9:10
Speaker 1: to suck this shit up and believe every word of it.
9:17
Speaker 1: CBS twelve News also attended the Monday hearing in New
9:19
Speaker 1: York City where Epstein's bond issues were addressed. Federal District
9:24
Speaker 1: Judge Richard Berman pointed out under the law in a
9:27
Speaker 1: sex trafficking case, the presumption is a defendant remains in
9:31
Speaker 1: custody until the case is resolved. Yeah, that's how it
9:34
Speaker 1: should be. You know, no diddler's out on the street
9:37
Speaker 1: touching your kids. Probably the best scenario we can hope for. Still,
9:42
Speaker 1: he said, prosecutors still have the burden of proving detentions
9:45
Speaker 1: warranted in filings. In court, prosecutors made the case Epstein's
9:49
Speaker 1: wealth makes them a flight risk, Epstein's attorney said, and
9:53
Speaker 1: all the years their client has been under suspicion of
9:56
Speaker 1: illicit sexual activity, he's never taken off. They proposed mortgaging
10:01
Speaker 1: Epstein's Manhattan mansion worth seventy seven million dollars and other
10:05
Speaker 1: assets to back a bond for his release. Judge Berman
10:09
Speaker 1: said a hearing Thursday morning to announce his bond decision.
10:12
Speaker 1: So you notice how they mentioned the destruction of documents
10:16
Speaker 1: is sort of like a byline here, right, like it
10:17
Speaker 1: doesn't even matter. But that's really the whole issue. They
10:21
Speaker 1: can tell us whatever they want, but I'm at the
10:23
Speaker 1: point where it's a show me phase. Okay, sure I
10:26
Speaker 1: believe you, but you need to prove it, and they
10:28
Speaker 1: can't prove that because they destroyed the documents. Now to
10:32
Speaker 1: this next article. I was talking about a short, little
10:34
Speaker 1: quick one here to finish up this episode. This article
10:37
Speaker 1: is from Lawn Crime and the author of this article
10:41
Speaker 1: is Jerry Lamb, former Epstein work release guard. Destroyed PbSO
10:46
Speaker 1: records are the smoking gun. Well yeah they are. That's
10:49
Speaker 1: why they're destroyed, just like a Costas emails. Look, I
10:53
Speaker 1: tell you, folks all the time, I am not some
10:55
Speaker 1: fucking smart guy sitting around here who thinks he's some genius.
10:59
Speaker 1: I am not. All I know is that I don't
11:01
Speaker 1: know nothing, folks, all right. But I'm also not naive
11:04
Speaker 1: and I'm not going to be lied to. I'm not
11:06
Speaker 1: going to be gas lit, and I'm not going to
11:08
Speaker 1: be told that it's nighttime when it's obviously daytime out
11:13
Speaker 1: and these motherfuckers over here down at PbSO, they have
11:16
Speaker 1: some explaining to do. This article was first authored Excuse Me,
11:22
Speaker 1: first published on September twenty first, twenty nineteen. A West
11:27
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy on Friday divulge first hand
11:31
Speaker 1: information relating to Jeffrey Epstein's controversial work release program. The deputy,
11:36
Speaker 1: who spoke to WPTV on the condition of anonymity, is
11:41
Speaker 1: the first PbSO deputy to speak about the offices special
11:44
Speaker 1: treatment of the now deceased Epstein. So he's calling it
11:48
Speaker 1: special treatment the officer here, not me, and that's exactly
11:53
Speaker 1: what it was, special treatment. And for Palm Beach to
11:55
Speaker 1: come out and to act like everything was on the
11:57
Speaker 1: up and up, and for there to be no penalty
12:00
Speaker 1: for them, that's straight up garbage. I swear to you, folks,
12:03
Speaker 1: I'm at the point where I'm gonna run for fucking Senate,
12:06
Speaker 1: and my whole entire platform is I'm gonna say, look,
12:08
Speaker 1: I'm going there for one term. I'm not running for reelection,
12:12
Speaker 1: and my whole goal is the whole everybody who was
12:14
Speaker 1: hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein accountable. That's it. I'm not
12:17
Speaker 1: even I wouldn't even have an office in DC, folks.
12:20
Speaker 1: I do all my remote work from here in Nevada,
12:22
Speaker 1: and I'd only show up to DC to have time
12:25
Speaker 1: on the floor to rail about how bad shit was
12:28
Speaker 1: investigating Epstein and people like him. Enough is enough already.
12:33
Speaker 1: How many lawyers do we need in Congress or the
12:35
Speaker 1: Senate that are just gonna go there and not do
12:38
Speaker 1: anything about shit like this? Oh but they'll get up
12:41
Speaker 1: there and they'll spend their time yipping and han about
12:44
Speaker 1: how you should hate your neighbor, or about how this
12:46
Speaker 1: one's a scumbag, or that one's a scumbag. Meanwhile, not
12:49
Speaker 1: one hearing, not one council meeting, not one anything in
12:53
Speaker 1: regards to what went on here. You would think that
12:57
Speaker 1: one of these Senate committees would want to have a
12:59
Speaker 1: real investigation. Not one of them has called for a
13:03
Speaker 1: financial look at what Epstein was up to. And I'm
13:06
Speaker 1: at the point now where I'm not even kidding run
13:09
Speaker 1: for office just on that platform alone, that in bringing
13:13
Speaker 1: water to Nevada, that's it, obviously, just kidding. I have
13:18
Speaker 1: about as much desire to run for office as I
13:21
Speaker 1: do of getting hit by a bus, considering all that
13:24
Speaker 1: comes with it. But the frustration is what I'm talking about.
13:27
Speaker 1: It's so frustrating to see these people who are supposed
13:30
Speaker 1: to be our leaders go to DC and talk a
13:33
Speaker 1: big game, but never do anything about it. When you
13:37
Speaker 1: go against the grain, if you rock the boat, if
13:39
Speaker 1: you raise your voice about something that you don't think
13:42
Speaker 1: is on the up and up, the Sheriff's office is
13:44
Speaker 1: very vindictive. The deputy told Contact five and look, I
13:48
Speaker 1: had the same issue when I went to New Mexico
13:51
Speaker 1: and I was talking to my sources down there. One
13:55
Speaker 1: of them was ex law enforcement and they left their
13:58
Speaker 1: job in law enforcement because of the way the Epstein
14:01
Speaker 1: situation was handled in New Mexico. That should tell you
14:05
Speaker 1: everything you need to know. And then this person was
14:08
Speaker 1: so terrified that they wouldn't speak on the record as
14:11
Speaker 1: far as put their name to it. They didn't want
14:13
Speaker 1: to lose a pension, they didn't want blowback. Is that
14:16
Speaker 1: really the kind of society we should live in? Cops
14:19
Speaker 1: that are outing their scumbag and patriots are the ones
14:22
Speaker 1: that have to look over their shoulder. Seems like we
14:26
Speaker 1: have way too many vic Macki's and not enough serpicos.
14:30
Speaker 1: The deputy then described Epstein's two thousand and eight and
14:32
Speaker 1: two thousand and nine work release program a privilege he
14:35
Speaker 1: was able to attain despite pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution
14:39
Speaker 1: from a minor, as being a clear violation of protocol
14:43
Speaker 1: which called for deputies to have eyes on Epstein at
14:45
Speaker 1: all times. So again, the deputy is basically telling you
14:49
Speaker 1: that his bosses are lying. So who are you going
14:52
Speaker 1: to believe the bosses would skin in the game or
14:54
Speaker 1: this guy who's coming out and playing whistleblower. I'm gonna
14:57
Speaker 1: believe the whistleblower every day, Folks, for starters. When you
15:02
Speaker 1: signed up for that detail, it was a plane closed detail,
15:05
Speaker 1: and that almost never happens. The deputy said. We were
15:08
Speaker 1: told to follow his vehicle in our own sheriff's issued vehicle.
15:12
Speaker 1: I was told when he went to his house to
15:14
Speaker 1: stay in the driveway. I don't know what happened behind
15:16
Speaker 1: closed doors when he went into his house and allegedly
15:19
Speaker 1: had lunch. You know, he could have been doing anything
15:22
Speaker 1: during that timeframe. That is one of the reasons I
15:24
Speaker 1: stopped working the detail. So it's not like they were
15:27
Speaker 1: connected to him, they had him a handcuffed to their
15:29
Speaker 1: arm right, and then the no documentation to go along
15:34
Speaker 1: with it. So if you want to believe that this
15:37
Speaker 1: is true, that Epstein wasn't doing this, that's totally fine. Again,
15:40
Speaker 1: I'm not here to try and convince anyone as shit.
15:42
Speaker 1: I'm just telling you the way I see it and
15:45
Speaker 1: the way it breaks down when I'm looking at it,
15:48
Speaker 1: and folks, it's all bad. This is real bad stuff
15:52
Speaker 1: here when we have so many different government officials, unelected
15:56
Speaker 1: bureaucrats playing kingmaker like their Kristen. We're in a big situation, folks,
16:03
Speaker 1: a big situation. When asked to Epstein consorted with while working,
16:08
Speaker 1: the deputy said the majority of the people he remembered
16:11
Speaker 1: seeing were twenty year old females in well dressed business attire.
16:16
Speaker 1: I thought that it was strange that besides me, myself
16:19
Speaker 1: and mister Epstein, we were the only males in the office.
16:22
Speaker 1: I remember I took note of it mentally. The deputy said,
16:25
Speaker 1: what else was unusual about it was the fact that
16:28
Speaker 1: he was allowed to leave the office and go to
16:30
Speaker 1: his residence to have lunch. I've never ever been to
16:33
Speaker 1: a detail where that was allowed to happen. So again,
16:36
Speaker 1: why Epstein was getting these special favors is beyond me.
16:41
Speaker 1: I'll leave it up to you to figure out. But
16:44
Speaker 1: how is it that he's the only one to get
16:46
Speaker 1: this sort of treatment. Multiple women have filed lawsuits alleging
16:52
Speaker 1: they were flown from New York to Palm Beach and
16:54
Speaker 1: forced to have sex with Epstein during his work release hours.
16:58
Speaker 1: So who are you going to believe the PBS or
17:01
Speaker 1: are you going to believe these survivors. Obviously the government
17:04
Speaker 1: believes the survivors. They got a conviction out of it,
17:07
Speaker 1: but they don't believe them when it comes to this, right,
17:09
Speaker 1: what it has to do with a little slap back
17:12
Speaker 1: for the government or for the government being accountable for
17:14
Speaker 1: their fucking bullshit. Nah, we don't believe them, then, well,
17:19
Speaker 1: I'm here to tell you it's time to start listening.
17:22
Speaker 1: And all of these prosecutors out there that think they're
17:24
Speaker 1: doing the Lord's work, it's time to do the right
17:27
Speaker 1: thing for once. Get some backbone, get some spine. The
17:33
Speaker 1: deputy further told Contact five he and others were mainly
17:36
Speaker 1: supposed to sit in front of Epstein's property and just
17:39
Speaker 1: log the names of any person who came or left
17:41
Speaker 1: the office. However, when Contact five requested a copy of
17:46
Speaker 1: the logs kept by deputies guarding Epstein, PbSO spokeswoman Terry
17:51
Speaker 1: Barbara confirmed that the records were destroyed according to the
17:54
Speaker 1: public records schedule, because all the records have to be destroyed, right,
17:58
Speaker 1: You can't save anything. You can't save these important documents,
18:02
Speaker 1: of course, not because it looks bad for them. Now.
18:05
Speaker 1: If this was just the only a situation, I'd be like,
18:08
Speaker 1: all right, coincidence, I get it. But folks, how many
18:10
Speaker 1: coincidences have there been throughout this whole thing? And for
18:13
Speaker 1: those of you who have been following it the whole time,
18:15
Speaker 1: you know exactly what I'm talking about. That sounds like
18:22
Speaker 1: a smoking gun right there, said the deputy about the
18:24
Speaker 1: destruction of the records. That is highly suspect, especially with
18:28
Speaker 1: the Sheriff's office where they keep records of everything. BINGO,
18:32
Speaker 1: stop lying to me, Terry Barbara. In the email the
18:37
Speaker 1: news outlet, Barbara said any such allegations were false. The
18:41
Speaker 1: allegations you are depicting below are factually untrue, end or inaccurate.
18:46
Speaker 1: Due to the ongoing criminal investigation that is being completed
18:49
Speaker 1: by FDL. No other response regarding these allegations will be
18:53
Speaker 1: given by the sheriff for the PbSO further, your email
18:57
Speaker 1: will be forwarded to the FDL for further investigation into
19:00
Speaker 1: the deputies' allegations. Shut up, shut up and do your job.
19:05
Speaker 1: I'm tired of all these Oh I'm gonna forward this
19:07
Speaker 1: or forward that the FDL E buffungle, Okay, buff fungle
19:12
Speaker 1: to all of that. All of these deputies, all these
19:15
Speaker 1: assholes who took part in this shit should be embarrassed.
19:18
Speaker 1: The whole entire thing was a gigantic sham, and the
19:23
Speaker 1: fact that the government is out here still trying to
19:26
Speaker 1: cover their ass instead of accepting responsibility. It's disgusting to me.
19:32
Speaker 1: And hopefully, one day, probably not in my lifetime, we'll
19:36
Speaker 1: have a politician or two that really gives a shit
19:38
Speaker 1: about what happens to people, that really cares about the
19:41
Speaker 1: country and you know his or her constituents. End's not
19:45
Speaker 1: up here playing political theater for a couple of extra
19:47
Speaker 1: clicks on Twitter or wherever the fuck these people get
19:50
Speaker 1: their joy from, because there's real work that needs to
19:53
Speaker 1: be done, folks. We got real corruption going on, and
19:57
Speaker 1: you don't think that there's a committee in senator, in
20:00
Speaker 1: Congress that should be looking at what happened here, a
20:03
Speaker 1: real look at what happened here, give it the January
20:06
Speaker 1: sixth treatment. Why won't they do that? Why not go
20:10
Speaker 1: get everyone's bank records like they did for January sixth,
20:14
Speaker 1: But like usual, no movement here. Seems like nobody in
20:18
Speaker 1: DC cares and we're stuck putting the pieces together ourselves.
20:22
Speaker 1: But guess what, folks, I'm pretty good at this puzzle
20:25
Speaker 1: game we're playing here, and so are you. So we're
20:27
Speaker 1: gonna continue on, continuing on putting these pieces together and
20:32
Speaker 1: calling these modern day robber barons out on their bullshit
20:36
Speaker 1: at every turn. All right, folks, that's gonna do it
20:39
Speaker 1: for this one. I hope that all of you are
20:41
Speaker 1: having a great day, and I certainly will be back
20:45
Speaker 1: with a little more later on. If you'd like to
20:48
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at
20:51
Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bbu Y c apu Cci
20:56
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
20:59
Speaker 1: Twitter at Bobby underscore cap Ucci. The link that I
21:06
Speaker 1: discussed can be found in the description box. Mary Regine,
21:10
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
21:13
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest travesties when it comes
21:18
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein is the fact that he received that
21:21
Speaker 1: plea deal that he received, especially considering all of the
21:25
Speaker 1: circumstances that surrounded his crimes. I mean, you would think
21:30
Speaker 1: that if you're a prosecutor and you see the kind
21:33
Speaker 1: of shit this guy was up to, that you would
21:35
Speaker 1: be motivated to put this dude in prison for the
21:38
Speaker 1: rest of his life. But that's not what we saw
21:41
Speaker 1: down in Florida, is it. Not only did Jeffrey Epstein
21:45
Speaker 1: get the Homi hook up and the greatest plea deal
21:47
Speaker 1: that's ever been given, he also had a bunch of
21:51
Speaker 1: prosecutors that were working for the Southern District of Florida
21:54
Speaker 1: for the federal government switch sides. And of course the
21:58
Speaker 1: legacy media hasn't even begun talking about that yet, but
22:02
Speaker 1: they'll get around to it. I mean, hell, it only
22:05
Speaker 1: took them what seven years to figure this part of
22:09
Speaker 1: it out. If they would have paid attention when people
22:13
Speaker 1: like me were telling them that this was going on
22:16
Speaker 1: and that the NPA was invalid because Jeffrey Epstein violated
22:20
Speaker 1: the terms of that NPA. And look, we're not talking
22:23
Speaker 1: about revisionist history here. People knew about this at the
22:26
Speaker 1: time it was happening, and nobody took action. The DOJ
22:29
Speaker 1: knew about it, and Barry Krisher's office certainly knew about it,
22:33
Speaker 1: and Palm Beach in general knew about it. They looked
22:37
Speaker 1: the other way because remember, they all thought that this
22:40
Speaker 1: was over and done with. Once Epstein got hems up
22:43
Speaker 1: down in Florida, they figured that was going to be
22:45
Speaker 1: the end of it. So what did they care about
22:48
Speaker 1: the terms of that federal agreement. Nobody's going to enforce it,
22:52
Speaker 1: so they're going to do whatever it is they want
22:53
Speaker 1: to do. And this is something that people like myself
22:58
Speaker 1: and plenty of others, by the way, not just me,
23:00
Speaker 1: but plenty of other people as well, have been screaming
23:03
Speaker 1: about for years. And the legacy media they couldn't be
23:08
Speaker 1: bothered to do a real investigation up until recently, until
23:11
Speaker 1: it moved the needle, until it started selling ads, until
23:14
Speaker 1: it became profitable, and now of course you have the
23:17
Speaker 1: legacy media storm and end like they've been here all along.
23:20
Speaker 1: But hey, I guess better late than never. Today's article
23:25
Speaker 1: is from CBS News and the headline. New details about
23:28
Speaker 1: Epstein's lenient plea deal and jail term emerge from the
23:31
Speaker 1: DOJ files. This article was authored by Daniel Rutnik. Jeffrey
23:37
Speaker 1: Epstein's controversial two thousand and eight plea deal for charges
23:40
Speaker 1: including soliciting a miner for prostitution. I all know what
23:44
Speaker 1: I'm gonna say here, right, A minor camp be a prostitute.
23:48
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was molesting kids and newly released details or
23:52
Speaker 1: raising further questions about the months he spent on work
23:56
Speaker 1: release from a Florida jail. Well that's not they're finally interested, huh.
24:04
Speaker 1: They need to get rid of the NPA today. He
24:07
Speaker 1: was in dereliction of it. He violated the NPA on
24:10
Speaker 1: a regular basis, and the DOJ should retroactively go back
24:14
Speaker 1: and make that NPA null and void because remember, it
24:17
Speaker 1: didn't just protect Epstein, it protected other people. So with
24:20
Speaker 1: Epstein in dereliction of the NPA, that means that the
24:24
Speaker 1: whole NPA has to be thrown out. And the DOJ
24:27
Speaker 1: knows that Todd Blanche knows that Pam Bondy knew it.
24:30
Speaker 1: That's why they never bring it up. Remember, when this
24:32
Speaker 1: all first started, and they were talking about grand jury
24:35
Speaker 1: records and this that the other thing. Never brought up
24:37
Speaker 1: the NPA. And you notice people like ro Conna or
24:42
Speaker 1: even Thomas Massey or anybody in Congress, none of them
24:45
Speaker 1: are bringing up the NPA either, which is crazy to
24:49
Speaker 1: me because it's something that tangibly could be fixed this instant,
24:54
Speaker 1: and it would have massive effects on what's going on
24:56
Speaker 1: as far as investigations, because all of those safeguards that
25:00
Speaker 1: people have, all those protections that people have, would go
25:03
Speaker 1: away the second that NDA was done away with. Epstein
25:08
Speaker 1: pleaded guilty and surrendered to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's
25:11
Speaker 1: office in July of two thousand and eight. Dozens of
25:14
Speaker 1: accusers from several states, many under age at the time
25:17
Speaker 1: of the alleged crimes, had been prepared to testify against
25:21
Speaker 1: them on federal sex trafficking charges, but the case was
25:24
Speaker 1: shelved in exchange for his agreement to plea to lesser
25:28
Speaker 1: stay charges in Florida. Many survivors of Epstein's crimes and
25:33
Speaker 1: other critics of the plea agreement have called it a
25:36
Speaker 1: sweetheart deal. Well, that's what it is. What else are
25:39
Speaker 1: you going to call it. Nobody gets a deal like that,
25:44
Speaker 1: never mind somebody molesting kids. After serving fewer than four
25:48
Speaker 1: months in jail, Epstein was granted a special arrangement that
25:51
Speaker 1: allowed him to leave custody for up to sixteen hours
25:54
Speaker 1: a day, six days a week as part of a
25:57
Speaker 1: work release program, allegedly to perform work at a charitable
26:01
Speaker 1: organization he had just established called the Florida Science Foundation.
26:06
Speaker 1: You know, the one that was right in his lawyer's office,
26:08
Speaker 1: basically Jack Goldberger. Yeah, that foundation. It was nothing more
26:15
Speaker 1: than a carve out. It was fugazi, a fake front
26:18
Speaker 1: that allowed Epstein to continue doing what he was doing
26:21
Speaker 1: even while he was supposedly under the supervision of the state.
26:27
Speaker 1: This continued for the next nine months until his release
26:30
Speaker 1: to a year of supervised house arrest in July of
26:33
Speaker 1: two thousand and nine. Each day during his work release,
26:36
Speaker 1: Epstein was transported between the jail and an office in
26:39
Speaker 1: downtown West Palm Beach by his bodyguarden driver Igor Zenoviev.
26:45
Speaker 1: His personal attorney, Darren Endyke, was listed as his official
26:49
Speaker 1: supervisor at the job. Imagine that, huh, Darren Endykes, Jeffrey
26:55
Speaker 1: Epstein's boss at the Epstein Science Foundation. Legit sounds like
27:02
Speaker 1: something that people are gonna believe. I mean, maybe if
27:05
Speaker 1: you have a brain that's mashed potatoes. This nonsense right
27:08
Speaker 1: here doesn't even pass a basic sniff test. But all
27:13
Speaker 1: these authorities down in Florida, all these federal authorities had
27:16
Speaker 1: no idea that Epstein was in dereliction of the NPA.
27:20
Speaker 1: They knew, they did not care. And this reporting is
27:24
Speaker 1: just validating everything that we've known for all these years.
27:28
Speaker 1: So the question becomes, now that we know about it,
27:31
Speaker 1: what are they gonna do about it? And unfortunately, if
27:34
Speaker 1: history is any guide, we know the answer. Squat zilch,
27:39
Speaker 1: not a nothing. According to documents released under the Epstein
27:45
Speaker 1: Files Transparency Act, is SUV used for these trips was
27:49
Speaker 1: outfitted with a bed and I'm sure that was just
27:51
Speaker 1: for him to take a nap, right, None of nefarious
27:54
Speaker 1: purposes for that bed. An account given to the FBI
28:00
Speaker 1: by one woman included the claim that Epstein engaged in
28:03
Speaker 1: sexual activity with her in the vehicle while it was
28:06
Speaker 1: parked in the jail lot. Hell of a job by
28:08
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach authorities. Huh, No wonder Epstein wanted this
28:12
Speaker 1: kick down to state. So my question is who was
28:15
Speaker 1: helping Epstein at the state level. Was it Crisher, was
28:18
Speaker 1: it somebody else? And more importantly, what motivated that help?
28:22
Speaker 1: Did somebody get a bag? Was somebody getting paid? What
28:25
Speaker 1: happened here? The woman told the FBI she was a
28:31
Speaker 1: former model from Slovakia who Epstein had first met when
28:34
Speaker 1: she was a teenager and still in high school. She
28:36
Speaker 1: told agent she was recruited from Slovakia by Epstein's friend
28:40
Speaker 1: and business associate, Jean Luke Brunel, during her senior year
28:44
Speaker 1: to move to New York City and pursue a career
28:47
Speaker 1: in modeling. She met Epstein at Brunell's birthday party in
28:50
Speaker 1: New York City at the restaurant Cypriani in two thousand
28:53
Speaker 1: and three. Nobody was ever trafficked. There was no trafficking operation.
28:58
Speaker 1: What are you involved in? Some moral panic? Bunch of
29:02
Speaker 1: fucking clowns, bunch of absolute morons. Anyone pushing the narrative
29:10
Speaker 1: that this is overblown is either on the take or
29:13
Speaker 1: stupid as fuck, one or the other. By the time
29:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's incarceration, she had been involved sexually with him for
29:21
Speaker 1: several years. She was one of four assistants granted immunity
29:25
Speaker 1: in a federal non prosecution agreement that Epstein received in
29:28
Speaker 1: exchange for his plea. We're talking about Nadia Marson Covi here. Obviously,
29:35
Speaker 1: some Epstein accusers have alleged that those women were involved
29:38
Speaker 1: in recruiting Epstein victims. She did not address that in
29:41
Speaker 1: statements to the FBI. The non prosecution deal was ultimately
29:46
Speaker 1: approved by the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida,
29:49
Speaker 1: Alexander Acosta. Okay, he signed it. But after everything we've
29:54
Speaker 1: been through, after all of the documents we've read, do
29:57
Speaker 1: you believe that alex Acosta made that decision? Because I
30:02
Speaker 1: certainly don't. It came from Justice Man, Justice Maine Brass.
30:07
Speaker 1: And that's why I'm going through the painstaking task of
30:10
Speaker 1: going through all of those emails, all that documentation, because
30:15
Speaker 1: the days of trust me bro are long over, and
30:19
Speaker 1: I think that all of you deserve as close to
30:22
Speaker 1: the truth as possible, and that truth doesn't include alex
30:26
Speaker 1: Acosta as a decision maker. I'm sorry, but it doesn't.
30:31
Speaker 1: Survivors and their attorneys say these allegations are just one
30:34
Speaker 1: more example of what they describe as unusually lenient treatment,
30:38
Speaker 1: the reason for which remain unclear. Oh we know why.
30:41
Speaker 1: Come on, So in another seven years, they're going to
30:45
Speaker 1: come out and tell you that the real reason that
30:47
Speaker 1: Epstein wasn't thrown under the jail is because he was
30:49
Speaker 1: an informant. Wait and see, Wait and see. Spencer Covin
30:58
Speaker 1: is a Florida attorney who represents many of Epstein's accusers
31:01
Speaker 1: and brought several of the first lawsuits against them. Couvin
31:05
Speaker 1: told CBS News that the woman's name never appeared on
31:08
Speaker 1: the official prison visitor logs that they obtained as part
31:11
Speaker 1: of that litigation. Couvin says that he deposed her in
31:15
Speaker 1: twenty ten while suing Epstein on behalf of an underage victim.
31:20
Speaker 1: Transcripts of that deposition show repleting the fifth and declining
31:24
Speaker 1: to answer questions. I think it's absolutely disgusting the lack
31:28
Speaker 1: of oversight by the local police department, Couvin said. And
31:32
Speaker 1: I think he's one hundred percent right about that. This
31:36
Speaker 1: is a travesty and people need to be held accountable.
31:40
Speaker 1: And even if that's just the officials that were involved,
31:44
Speaker 1: you guys covered it up. You're going to be the
31:46
Speaker 1: ones left hold in the bag and anybody engaging in
31:51
Speaker 1: corruption such as this should be in prison. I don't
31:55
Speaker 1: care if you're a prosecutor. I don't care if you're
31:58
Speaker 1: you know, the pope. I don't care if you're the president.
32:01
Speaker 1: I don't care. Prison for everybody. If all of this
32:07
Speaker 1: is true, they allow a sexual predator to continue his
32:10
Speaker 1: activity even while he was supposed to be in custody.
32:13
Speaker 1: And it just highlights the nature of the sweetheart deal
32:15
Speaker 1: that he got and the preferential treatment he received because
32:19
Speaker 1: of his wealth, he said, and his connections. Let's not
32:23
Speaker 1: forget that part, because that played a gigantic role here.
32:27
Speaker 1: All the connections he has, all the people he knows,
32:30
Speaker 1: all this way, believe me, big deal. The testimony about
32:35
Speaker 1: the SUV came during a twenty twenty interview conducted by
32:38
Speaker 1: FBI agents in New York as part of the criminal
32:42
Speaker 1: investigation into Glenne Maxwell, and that, of course, was when
32:45
Speaker 1: they were preparing to arrest her and charger with the
32:49
Speaker 1: crimes the charger with so as part of that investigation,
32:54
Speaker 1: they were talking to a lot of people, and one
32:56
Speaker 1: of the people that they spoke with, obviously was Nadia Marsonkova.
33:01
Speaker 1: During the interview, the woman described what she characterized as
33:05
Speaker 1: a friendly relationship between Epstein and members of the Palm
33:08
Speaker 1: Beach County Sheriff's Department, along with minimal oversight during his incarceration.
33:13
Speaker 1: She said that when she and Epstein parked in the
33:16
Speaker 1: prison lot, she recalled flashlights in the parking lot, but
33:19
Speaker 1: no one ever came over to the car. Well, they
33:21
Speaker 1: knew who was in the car. They couldn't bother the
33:24
Speaker 1: patron Saint of Palm Beach, Jeffrey Epstein, could they. CBS
33:28
Speaker 1: News is withholding her name because she was recently identified
33:32
Speaker 1: herself as an Epstein victim. In the interview, she also
33:36
Speaker 1: told investigators that Epstein had paid her hundreds of thousands
33:39
Speaker 1: of dollars after their relationship had ended because of the
33:42
Speaker 1: challenges she claimed to be having in finding employment due
33:45
Speaker 1: to negative publicity. Hush money, that's what he paid her.
33:49
Speaker 1: Come on, and look, I'm not even casting Nadia in
33:54
Speaker 1: a horrible light here, right. I think that Nadia, of
33:58
Speaker 1: all the girls that were consider the Core four, has
34:02
Speaker 1: the best argument as somebody who was abused herself, groomed
34:07
Speaker 1: and had this behavior normalized. And if this is true
34:11
Speaker 1: that she spoke to the authorities then it really puts
34:14
Speaker 1: it into a different light. Right now, does that absolve
34:17
Speaker 1: her of her crimes and the thing she did? Absolutely not.
34:21
Speaker 1: But this kind of stuff here is not straightforward. There's
34:25
Speaker 1: a lot of nuance and a lot of gray area.
34:29
Speaker 1: And I think that when you're dealing with the trauma
34:31
Speaker 1: that Nadia was dealing with, she can go south for
34:35
Speaker 1: you real quick. And if you were sold to somebody
34:38
Speaker 1: like Epstein when you were a teenager, I would say
34:41
Speaker 1: that there's a bit of trauma just from that. Now,
34:45
Speaker 1: never mind all the other bullshit that went on. So
34:48
Speaker 1: if anybody has an argument that they were coerced and
34:51
Speaker 1: they were abused themselves, certainly Nadia without a doubt. But
34:55
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers, Adriana Ross, and Leslie Groff, they were all
34:59
Speaker 1: adults when they got involved with Epstein and they knew
35:02
Speaker 1: exactly what he was doing. CBS News has made multiple
35:06
Speaker 1: attempts to contact her through her attorneys, but did not
35:09
Speaker 1: receive any response. Over several interviews with federal investigators documented
35:15
Speaker 1: in official interview notes known as three O two's, she
35:18
Speaker 1: provided extensive details about her relationship with Epstein, including that
35:22
Speaker 1: during his incarceration, she engaged in virtual sexual activity using
35:27
Speaker 1: a webcam with him while he was apparently alone in custody.
35:31
Speaker 1: Think about that someone who was victimized by him was
35:34
Speaker 1: being victimized by him still while he was in jail.
35:38
Speaker 1: If that isn't fucked up, I don't know what is.
35:43
Speaker 1: These interviews really show how grooming works. Adam Horowitz, another
35:46
Speaker 1: Florida attorney who represents many of Epstein's victims, told CBS News,
35:51
Speaker 1: you're hearing the voice of someone who was conditioned to
35:54
Speaker 1: protect Epstein even while describing the system he used to
35:57
Speaker 1: exploit young women. And that's a fact. This is a
36:01
Speaker 1: messy story, folks. Things aren't black and white here. There's
36:06
Speaker 1: a lot of gray area when you're talking about grooming
36:09
Speaker 1: and the normalization of this behavior. It's almost like a cult.
36:15
Speaker 1: Other details from the women's FBI interview include that Epstein
36:18
Speaker 1: was particularly friendly with one prison guard, who even visited
36:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's home to discuss the potential job while Epstein was
36:25
Speaker 1: in home confinement. She described a prank in which Epstein
36:29
Speaker 1: hid in a bathroom during a sheriff's inspection of his residence.
36:33
Speaker 1: She also said Epstein bragged about having an unfriendly probation
36:37
Speaker 1: officer transferred. Of course, he was in control. This is
36:41
Speaker 1: what I've told you for years, and finally CBS is
36:44
Speaker 1: catching up. So maybe people will listen now because you know,
36:47
Speaker 1: CBS is so much more credible. During her visits to
36:52
Speaker 1: the jail, she was never required to sign or complete
36:55
Speaker 1: any paperwork. In a separate twenty nineteen document released by
36:59
Speaker 1: the a man claiming to be a former part time
37:02
Speaker 1: paramedic at the jail called in an uncorroborated tip to
37:06
Speaker 1: the FBI and stated Epstein had paid for a closed
37:10
Speaker 1: section of the jail to be reopened for his use
37:12
Speaker 1: to avoid being housed with the general population. The tipster
37:16
Speaker 1: called it highly unusual preferential treatment. Well, that's a fact.
37:20
Speaker 1: We know that he was in the stockade. He wasn't
37:22
Speaker 1: with the other peasants, the other plebs. Had his own
37:27
Speaker 1: little setup, didn'ty. In response to questions from CBS News,
37:32
Speaker 1: the Pombie Sheriff's Department wrote, we have no evidence to
37:35
Speaker 1: substantiate that these incidents took place. Oh, of course not.
37:39
Speaker 1: Where's the paperwork? Why don't you ask him for that? Oh,
37:42
Speaker 1: they don't have it anymore. I wonder why a number
37:46
Speaker 1: of survivors have made clear that Epstein's exploitation did not
37:50
Speaker 1: stop during his incarceration. Lauren Hirsch, director of the anti
37:54
Speaker 1: trafficking group World Without Exploitation, told CBS News. At best,
37:59
Speaker 1: epstein Mean's highly unusual arrangement demonstrates law enforcement's negligence. More likely,
38:05
Speaker 1: this is symptomatic of a system that prioritized accommodating a
38:09
Speaker 1: predator over delivering justice for survivors and protecting vulnerable girls
38:13
Speaker 1: and women. So if you just blame the system and
38:17
Speaker 1: not the people that were making the decisions, nothing's ever
38:20
Speaker 1: going to change. So you can blame the system all
38:23
Speaker 1: you want, and you should, but there were people who
38:27
Speaker 1: were in positions that made these decisions, and those people
38:31
Speaker 1: need to be held accountable. Apparently some investigators at the
38:35
Speaker 1: DOJ never gave up hope of pursuing the case against Epstein.
38:41
Speaker 1: It was a shame. We had a great case, one
38:43
Speaker 1: employee said in a previously unreleased text included in the
38:47
Speaker 1: Epstein files. I never gave up on it. I kept
38:50
Speaker 1: everything ready in case the non prosecution agreement got voided.
38:56
Speaker 1: Ten more years passed before Epstein was arrested again and
38:59
Speaker 1: charged federal court with trafficking of minors in New York.
39:03
Speaker 1: He was found dead in a Manhattan jel cell on
39:05
Speaker 1: August tenth, twenty nineteen, and his death was ruled to suicide. Folks,
39:10
Speaker 1: how much more evidence do you need that the NPA
39:13
Speaker 1: should be null and void? And if we have this
39:16
Speaker 1: much evidence, how much evidence does the DOJ have that
39:19
Speaker 1: they're sitting on that they're ignoring? And never mind Palm Beach.
39:24
Speaker 1: My opinion, the whole entire lot of them were corrupt,
39:27
Speaker 1: the whole entire office. Now they can deny that all
39:30
Speaker 1: they want, but the proof is right here in front
39:31
Speaker 1: of us. So, as far as I'm concerned, everybody who
39:34
Speaker 1: was involved in the decision making down here in Palm
39:37
Speaker 1: Beach is accountable or should be held accountable. And until
39:40
Speaker 1: there's some accountability, you better believe that my mouth is
39:44
Speaker 1: going to keep running. So until then, that's going to
39:48
Speaker 1: do it for this one. And all of the information
39:50
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
39:53
Speaker 1: description box. So the article, like I said, pom Beach
39:58
Speaker 1: Post the headline editor Bradshaw ending PbSO work. Excuse me,
40:03
Speaker 1: Bradshaw ending pbsoor release program doesn't end probe into Epstein incarceration. Yeah,
40:09
Speaker 1: it doesn't the pom Beach County Sheriff's Office work release
40:14
Speaker 1: program is costly and underused, and not to mention under investigation.
40:18
Speaker 1: The staff of the County Criminal Justice Commission, citing the
40:22
Speaker 1: first two reasons, recommended the controversial program be shut down.
40:26
Speaker 1: Sheriff Rick Bradshaw last week abruptly decided to follow the
40:29
Speaker 1: staff's recommendation. Bradshaw is right to shutter the work release program,
40:33
Speaker 1: one of only five in the state. While it was
40:36
Speaker 1: good that most participants successfully complete the program, the risks
40:39
Speaker 1: of contraband being introduced into the Palm Beach County stockade,
40:43
Speaker 1: or the potential for accidentally releasing an inmate from a
40:46
Speaker 1: maximum security facility isn't really worth it. I agree with that. Look,
40:50
Speaker 1: if you did the crime, you have to do the time, folks, right,
40:53
Speaker 1: if you've committed a real crime, you need to do
40:56
Speaker 1: the time. I don't want to hear about work release,
40:58
Speaker 1: none of that stuff. Stay in jail, educate yourself, get
41:03
Speaker 1: some books, take some classes. You're grounded, bro, all right,
41:07
Speaker 1: you're not getting out. You can't go play with your friends.
41:09
Speaker 1: There's no work release program, nothing, read, write, educate yourself
41:15
Speaker 1: and work towards rehabilitation. Why is that so difficult. We
41:20
Speaker 1: need to let these guys go out. We need to
41:22
Speaker 1: let people like Jeffrey Epstein leave their self for a
41:24
Speaker 1: few hours so he can go do whatever the bleep
41:25
Speaker 1: he wants. Come on, man, The Sheriff's office will maintain
41:29
Speaker 1: its house arrest program, which could include work release should
41:32
Speaker 1: a judge allow it, But it won't decide who can participate. Well,
41:36
Speaker 1: that's good. The judge should decide, right. The man who
41:38
Speaker 1: passed the sentence should decide if people are allowed to
41:41
Speaker 1: go out on work release. He should get all the
41:43
Speaker 1: information from the jail, whatever you make, whatever investigation needs
41:46
Speaker 1: to happen, and then he should decide, not some warden,
41:50
Speaker 1: not some sheriff, not Joey the patrol officer. But the
41:56
Speaker 1: best reason for ending the work release program is the
41:59
Speaker 1: same reason that Bradshaw requested a limited review in the
42:02
Speaker 1: first place back in August. The lingering stench from its
42:06
Speaker 1: cushy handling of the former Palm Beach financier, pedophile and
42:10
Speaker 1: convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The outrageous deference shown Epstein,
42:15
Speaker 1: now deceased, stands apart from any systemic issues in a
42:19
Speaker 1: seldom used work release program. This is about what State
42:23
Speaker 1: Senator Lauren Book called an unprecedented and deeply troubling level
42:27
Speaker 1: of leniency and luxury while Epstein was incarcerated, And ask yourselves, folks,
42:33
Speaker 1: was it just the money? Was it just the money
42:35
Speaker 1: that enabled that? Or was it the people he knew?
42:38
Speaker 1: Was it the people who were handling him, or was
42:41
Speaker 1: the people who were protecting him? Were they the reason
42:43
Speaker 1: that he was able to get off on this stuff
42:45
Speaker 1: and have this kind of cushy deal or was it
42:47
Speaker 1: just the money. We see plenty of people with a
42:48
Speaker 1: lot of money go to jail, folks, Right, We've seen
42:50
Speaker 1: it a lot, We've seen it plenty of times. But
42:53
Speaker 1: not Jeffrey Epstein. Oh no, Jeffy Eppie does whatever he wants.
42:57
Speaker 1: He has a whole wing, he has his own security,
43:00
Speaker 1: he has a driver come and pick him up, he
43:02
Speaker 1: has a plane. Closed officer from the jail go with him,
43:07
Speaker 1: all on his dime, of course. So basically, if you
43:10
Speaker 1: can afford it, and you're in jail and you're Jeffrey Epstein,
43:12
Speaker 1: well the world does your oyster still, baby? Do what
43:15
Speaker 1: you want me or you go to jail. Forget it, absolutely,
43:19
Speaker 1: forget it. All right, we go to jail for a
43:22
Speaker 1: two year sentence, we end up doing five or six
43:24
Speaker 1: or seven because you have to institutionalize, right, you have
43:28
Speaker 1: to run with whatever car you have to run with.
43:30
Speaker 1: You have to do whatever you have to do to
43:31
Speaker 1: survive while you're while you're in there. So you go
43:34
Speaker 1: in there on a two year drug charge and you
43:35
Speaker 1: come out a hardened ass criminal? Right, who did work
43:38
Speaker 1: for insert prison gang here? Meanwhile, bitch, ask Jeffrey Epstein
43:43
Speaker 1: diddling kids, molesting people, whatever he wants to do. Hey,
43:47
Speaker 1: you got a whole wing to yourself. Brother, whatever you want.
43:50
Speaker 1: You want some chicken palmesan, We'll bring you some chicken
43:52
Speaker 1: farm whatever you need. Man, How in the hell does
43:56
Speaker 1: that not enrage you? How do how does that not
43:59
Speaker 1: make thank you? Fighting mad? Epstein was somehow approved for
44:05
Speaker 1: the work release program while serving thirteen months on two
44:08
Speaker 1: prostitution charges in two thousand and eight. An in depth
44:12
Speaker 1: examination of the stockage records by The Post Christine Stapleton
44:15
Speaker 1: revealed how the sixty six year old Epstein got special
44:19
Speaker 1: treatment from day one, including his cell door being unlocked
44:22
Speaker 1: and liberal access granted to the attorney meeting room, where
44:25
Speaker 1: a television was installed. He was even allowed to move
44:28
Speaker 1: to a separate, non staffed area of the stockade after
44:32
Speaker 1: he agreed to pay for his own guards. Does this
44:34
Speaker 1: sound like a man who's suicidal, by the way, folks,
44:36
Speaker 1: Does this sound like a man who's going to commit
44:39
Speaker 1: suicide in jail? Folks? This is a man who, going
44:42
Speaker 1: by his first experience in jail, thinking that he was
44:45
Speaker 1: going to have this same sort of deal the second
44:48
Speaker 1: time around. He did not. He didn't kill himself. Come on,
44:52
Speaker 1: I just can't buy it. I just don't buy it.
44:56
Speaker 1: Not only did PbSO grant the convicted sex offender special
44:59
Speaker 1: treatment by allowing out on work release, contrary to Bradshaw's
45:02
Speaker 1: own policy at the time, but Epstein is alleged to
45:05
Speaker 1: have had sex with underage girls while supposedly working at
45:08
Speaker 1: the West Palm Beach office of his Sketchy Florida Science
45:11
Speaker 1: Foundation or at his home. Did you hear that in
45:14
Speaker 1: the back, folks? All Right, this man, because of his privilege,
45:18
Speaker 1: was let out, and not only was he able to
45:20
Speaker 1: live a regular life and just go home and go
45:22
Speaker 1: back and sleep in the jail, he was able to
45:25
Speaker 1: hurt more children. The whole point of him being in
45:28
Speaker 1: jail and off the streets is to protect the population
45:31
Speaker 1: of people. But no, no, we're gonna let him go out.
45:34
Speaker 1: He's gonna do whatever he wants he will. I'm surprised
45:36
Speaker 1: they didn't bring girls there for him them molest The
45:39
Speaker 1: whole entire system is destroyed, folks. It is absolutely corrupt.
45:43
Speaker 1: There is no We have zero chance as regular people
45:46
Speaker 1: to navigate our way through the justice system. All right. Meanwhile,
45:49
Speaker 1: a guy like Jeffrey Epstein completely and utterly abuses it.
45:55
Speaker 1: As we have said previously, appearing so deferential to a
45:58
Speaker 1: serial sexual predator in your char charch not only looks bad,
46:01
Speaker 1: it smells bad for both the PbSO and its four
46:05
Speaker 1: term sheriff. That's why we agreed with Book that an
46:08
Speaker 1: internal investigation and a subsequent criminal probe launched by Bradshaw
46:12
Speaker 1: into Epstein's stay in the stockade, though commendable, are not
46:16
Speaker 1: enough to wipe away the stench on their own again.
46:19
Speaker 1: They're investigating themselves. The investigators are going to investigate themselves again, folks.
46:25
Speaker 1: Why is that always the case? Why don't they hire
46:27
Speaker 1: an outside company or an outside group to come and
46:30
Speaker 1: investigate them I have an idea. How about the FBI.
46:33
Speaker 1: Oh wait, we can't have the FBI investigate them. The
46:35
Speaker 1: FBI was in on it. The only way to do
46:39
Speaker 1: that is by having an outside agency conduct an independent probe.
46:43
Speaker 1: There is no independent probes anymore. Who's going to do it?
46:46
Speaker 1: Book herself, a victim of sexual abuse as a child,
46:49
Speaker 1: was right to press Governor Ron DeSantis to direct the
46:51
Speaker 1: Florida Department of Law Enforcement to determine whether someone broke
46:55
Speaker 1: the law or if a systemic failure occurred. A systemic
46:59
Speaker 1: failure mean that the people who wrote the law failed. Okay,
47:03
Speaker 1: so hold them responsible. Why is it that nobody ever
47:06
Speaker 1: gets held responsible. We have two prison guards, the only
47:10
Speaker 1: people that got hemmed up, the only people that are
47:13
Speaker 1: gonna have a shitty holiday. Now, are these two prison guards?
47:16
Speaker 1: Not these Not these scumbacks Epstein's buddies, all of his people. Oh,
47:19
Speaker 1: they're living in the lapse of luxuries, folks living in
47:21
Speaker 1: their million dollar apartments, going on their jet setter vacations.
47:26
Speaker 1: Doesn't matter. They molested anybody. We're not even human to them.
47:31
Speaker 1: DeSantis relented weeks later at Bradshaw's request, ordering FDL to
47:36
Speaker 1: take over a criminal probe into not only the privileges
47:38
Speaker 1: provided Epstein while he was in PbSO custody more than
47:42
Speaker 1: a decade ago, but also irregularities regarding a two thousand
47:46
Speaker 1: and eight plea agreement with Epstein. Bring it all to light.
47:52
Speaker 1: We want all of the information. We, along with Epstein's
47:58
Speaker 1: scores of young victims and county tax payers, eagerly await
48:02
Speaker 1: the outcome of that independent investigation. The County cgc's independent
48:07
Speaker 1: probe comes nowhere close to providing the public confidence required
48:11
Speaker 1: in this case. Hey didn't I just say that? Though
48:13
Speaker 1: well meaning CJC staff made no attempt to dig into
48:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's time in the work release program, the staff review
48:20
Speaker 1: was from January twenty fourteen to August twenty nineteen, well
48:24
Speaker 1: after Epstein left. Of course, it was they still, even
48:28
Speaker 1: in death, they fear this man because they fear his handlers.
48:32
Speaker 1: We're not an investigative body, Christina Henson, Executive director of
48:36
Speaker 1: the Commission, told the posts Hannah Morse. We're not here
48:38
Speaker 1: to find wrongdoing. We're not here to look at what
48:40
Speaker 1: happened in a particular case. Of course you're not, because
48:44
Speaker 1: again it's a face saving procedure. Well, well, we're gonna
48:47
Speaker 1: watch an investigation into ourselves, and they'll bring on these
48:50
Speaker 1: investigators that have no power to do anything. They can't
48:52
Speaker 1: subpoena anybody. They can't, you know, they can't initiate a
48:55
Speaker 1: grand Jerry. They can't do shit. That's a disappointing statement
49:00
Speaker 1: from an independent agency so closely tied to law enforcement.
49:03
Speaker 1: And to add confusion the Correction's Task Force, a committee
49:07
Speaker 1: of the CJC went against staff and voted to keep
49:09
Speaker 1: the program going because it worked. Oh yeah, okay, sure,
49:13
Speaker 1: I'm sure it worked. They're probably getting their beaks wet.
49:17
Speaker 1: Small wonder then that Bradshaw saw no need to wait
49:22
Speaker 1: for the CJC to vote on whether to end the
49:25
Speaker 1: work release program. He made his announcement Monday morning. The commission,
49:30
Speaker 1: standing on ceremony voted thirteen to two to keep it going.
49:33
Speaker 1: Later that same morning, Jeffrey Epstein, a sexual predator whose
49:38
Speaker 1: depravity found its way into our community schools, was allowed
49:41
Speaker 1: to participate in a work release program that treated him
49:44
Speaker 1: more like a client than an inmate. His victims, as
49:47
Speaker 1: well as the rest of us, still deserve to know why.
49:51
Speaker 1: The questions won't go away with this misused program's demise.
49:55
Speaker 1: One hundred percent. Nice try, nice, try, to make it
49:59
Speaker 1: look give it an air of appearing that you really
50:01
Speaker 1: care about what's going on. But when you get into
50:03
Speaker 1: the nuts and the bolts of it and you really
50:06
Speaker 1: read what's going on down in the weeds, again, these
50:08
Speaker 1: committees don't give a shit. Investigators investigating themselves never works out. Okay,
50:14
Speaker 1: an independent agency needs to be established in America, and
50:19
Speaker 1: it needs to have complete oversight on this sort of
50:22
Speaker 1: stuff because we can't trust Congress, we can't trust the Senate.
50:26
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to do any sort of oversight. So maybe
50:29
Speaker 1: a new commission needs to be formed, a commission that
50:31
Speaker 1: actually has law enforcement people on it, that have the
50:33
Speaker 1: power of subpoena, that have the power to compel people
50:36
Speaker 1: to speak, because if not, you just get more of this. Well,
50:40
Speaker 1: we're not really investigators.
50:42
Speaker 2: We're just like looking into the case and like we
50:44
Speaker 2: really don't know what happened, and like nobody's gonna go
50:47
Speaker 2: to jail or anything. It's not about a specific case,
50:49
Speaker 2: I mean, and nothing to do with Epstein. We just
50:51
Speaker 2: decided that we were gonna we're gonna initiate this investigation.
50:54
Speaker 1: That's basically what it sounds like when when I read
50:56
Speaker 1: that sort of stuff, that's how it sounds to me
50:58
Speaker 1: in my in my head, because it's just a bunch
51:01
Speaker 1: of bs. All right, stand up and protect these girls,
51:04
Speaker 1: stand up and hold someone accountable for once. Al Right, folks.
51:12
Speaker 1: I'll be back later on today with an Evolution episode
51:14
Speaker 1: and of course the Daily Drop tonight. Hope everybody has
51:17
Speaker 1: a fantastic Sunday. If you'd like to contact me, you
51:21
Speaker 1: can do that at Bobbycopucci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
