- 1:03Speaker 1: I was getting annoyed by this fucking judge.
- 1:07Speaker 1: They finally denied the bail, y'all, but I was getting fucking annoyed like like it.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Like I have the patience of like doordash.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I don't know if you ever ordered doordash, but the second your order is there to be at your house or wherever you're at.

- 1:37Speaker 1: The person gonna be texting you.
- 1:39Speaker 1: It's like guys, calm the fuck down.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I get doordash all the time I'm coming.
- 1:46Speaker 1: But that's how I was with this damn judge, like we.
- 1:53Speaker 1: We were supposed to know friday and you wait all the way until wednesday on the in the 25th hour, people trying to get their fucking thanks Thanksgiving food together and their macaroni and cheese, and all this and we trying to figure out what the hell going on with Diddy.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Is the Diddy monster going to be out here running a muck all over my forehead?
- 2:13Speaker 1: But the judge got back on my good side and denied bail.
- 2:24Speaker 1: So let's get started, shall we?
- 2:27Speaker 1: Because this was getting spooky.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Like I said, welcome to the Flow Show no Filter.
- 2:38Speaker 1: This is the podcast where we uncover the truth behind all this shit going on.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Accountability is what we ask for in the ongoing fight for survivors whose voices need to be heard.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I'm your host, flo, you know my name.
- 2:59Speaker 1: So today's episode we talking about Sean Diddy Combs, the music mogul, cultural icon and now accused sex trafficker.
- 3:11Speaker 1: He has just been denied bail for the fourth time.
- 3:17Speaker 1: The judge's decision to keep him behind bars ahead of his next trial next year has sparked heated debates, but let me make this absolutely clear to anybody who is listening the judge did the right thing.
- 3:37Speaker 1: He made the right call here.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Now for the next let's say 30 or so or so we'll dive into this case, the allegations, the shocking courtroom revelations and why, ultimately, this decision came.
- 3:56Speaker 1: And it's not just about Sean Combs.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's about protecting survivors, ensuring justice and dismantling this system where the powerful think they can do any fucking thing they want.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Y'all heard what Cat Williams said for 2024.
- 4:16Speaker 1: The truth is coming to the forefront.
- 4:19Speaker 1: So let's start with the facts.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Let's see how this decision came, and this was a huge decision for witnesses and victims alleged victims and witnesses.
- 4:31Speaker 1: So let's start with the facts.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Diddy, a man who built his empire of music media and now faces some damning charges.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors alleged that Diddy used his business empire, including bad boy entertainment, as a front for a horrifying network to sexually exploit people.
- 5:01Speaker 1: We are talking about women who are coerced into freak offs, sexually explicit performances, often involving male sex workers, and even being transported across state lines for these Acts.
- 5:17Speaker 1: We should say and if you're thinking this sounds like a crime drama movie type, shit, you not alone, because it really is.
- 5:27Speaker 1: This is the real life, though.
- 5:29Speaker 1: These are real allegations.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Abuse, manipulation, control Just a few terms associated with this damn case.
- 5:39Speaker 1: And let's not forget the 2016 hotel surveillance video, where prosecutors say it shows Combs physically assaulting Cassie in a way I don't even like to describe, but we all saw the video dragging, kicking, shoving, you name it.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The video is, frankly, hard to stomach, but it is evidence and it is a reminder of the alleged pattern of violence and control that this case really shows.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Now, why denying this bail was so necessary?
- 6:22Speaker 1: That's a lot of questions, questions people who don't quite understand.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Now, why denying this bail was so necessary, that's a lot of questions, questions people who don't quite understand and they say well, this person got bailed.
- 6:30Speaker 1: That person got bailed.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Well, why he has resources, he could be monitored.
- 6:37Speaker 1: But, guys, he was.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He applied to the court for the same private investigator to be security, to monitor him staying in that apartment that he was trying to stay in on bail.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That was going to be.
- 6:53Speaker 1: That's been the same private eye who has been helping him reach out to victims and witnesses when he's not supposed to.
- 7:01Speaker 1: So let's unpack.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Why Judge Aaron Sabramanian I always mess up that name why he made the right call.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Let's unpack it.
- 7:13Speaker 1: First off, we got the obvious risk of witness tampering.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Prosecutors have been super, duper clear.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Diddy has both the resources and the connections to interfere with this case and, let's not forget, from behind bars.
- 7:33Speaker 1: He's already allegedly violated communication rules, used other inmates' IDs to make phone calls, etc.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Etc.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Etc.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Now if he's doing and breaking all these rules in jail, what the hell you think he gonna do in his penthouse apartment?
- 7:53Speaker 1: You get it Now.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Second, there's the safety of the alleged victims survivors in this case.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Like this, they often live in fear, not just of a retaliation.
- 8:11Speaker 1: But you know psychological stuff.
- 8:13Speaker 1: You know seeing an abuser walk free can be disheartening, it could be shocking, it could be a lot of things.
- 8:21Speaker 1: So letting Diddy out on bail would have sent a chilling message to these victims or alleged victims.
- 8:27Speaker 1: And what would that message be?
- 8:30Speaker 1: That message would be that wealth and fame can buy your way out of accountability.
- 8:38Speaker 1: And today this judge did not send that message.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Now there was videos and patterns of abuse which helped the judge get to this verdict.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Now let's talk about that hotel video, a verdict.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Now let's talk about that hotel video.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Defense attorneys have tried to downplay it, calling it just evidence of toxic stuff.
- 9:09Speaker 1: And a loving 11 year relationship just had toxic moments or whatever.
- 9:12Speaker 1: That's debatable, but at the end of the day, one thing we can't debate it is definitely evidence of abuse.
- 9:21Speaker 1: That video shows Combs physically attacking Cassidy in a way that's impossible to justify.
- 9:29Speaker 1: This isn't an isolated incident.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Prosecutors allege this was a year long pattern years long, I should say of physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Now think about what this means for the survivors.
- 9:46Speaker 1: In this case, if a powerful man like Diddy can be seen on video abusing someone and yet still claim innocence, what does that say to the victims of abuse everywhere else?
- 10:02Speaker 1: It says their stories don't matter.
- 10:07Speaker 1: It says the system protects the abuser, not the abused.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Today, the judge didn't send that message.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Today the judge protected the abused.
- 10:27Speaker 1: But denying bail, that changes the narrative.
- 10:32Speaker 1: It says no one is above the law.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Again, today, the judge protected the abused.
- 10:54Speaker 1: A broader conversation about power and accountability.
- 10:58Speaker 1: We can have that conversation Because it's bigger than Sean Diddy, combs, mohawk, diddy, the Dittler, whatever you want to call him.
- 11:09Speaker 1: It's bigger than him.
- 11:10Speaker 1: It's about the systems that have allowed powerful men like Diddy to exploit others time and time and time again.
- 11:20Speaker 1: It's about the music industry, the entertainment world and how they enable abuse by turning a blind eye, turning a blind eye to disgusting ass behavior.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Diddy isn't the first celebrity to face these kinds of allegations and sadly, he won't be the last.
- 11:43Speaker 1: But what happens in it In this trial could set a serious precedent.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Will we continue to let fame and fortune shield predators or will we finally say enough is a fucking enough?
- 12:00Speaker 1: And I tell you one thing we as a people have said enough is enough.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And I think they're starting to hear our our cries, or hear our voice.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Keeping diddy in custody until his trial sends a powerful message Survivors' voices do matter, their safety matters, and no amount of money or fame can buy your way out of justice and accountability and accountability.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Now the trial is set for May 5th 2025.
- 12:51Speaker 1: That's when we'll see the real evidence.
- 12:53Speaker 1: That's when we'll see the real testimony from the witnesses.
- 12:56Speaker 1: They'll take the stand and every nook and cranny of this case will be exposed.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Until then, we're going to continue to ride this wave and support the survivors, amplify their voices and demand accountability.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Survivors amplify their voices and demand accountability.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Now, on this journey is going to be people who still going to be skeptical.
- 13:27Speaker 1: But let me ask you this If someone with this much power, money and influence Can be accused of such heinous acts and still be denied bail, doesn't that tell you something about the strength of the case against this man?
- 13:43Speaker 1: They must have so much irrefutable evidence that they can't let him go.
- 13:50Speaker 1: This.
- 13:57Speaker 1: This had a lot of people.
- 14:01Speaker 1: There was a lot of people on the edge of their seats.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I had people in my comments in my inbox saying that if Diddy is let go on bail is let go on bail, then their whole belief in the justice system is shattered.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I had people damn near in tears sending me messages wondering would Diddy be set free or let free?
- 14:40Speaker 1: This was an important, one important decision with all the rumors swirling.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Td Jakes just had a stroke or a heart attack or some type of medical condition.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Although a lot of people aren't buying it, a lot of people are saying either he's faking it or he's getting it because of all this stress going on because he's on the Diddy tapes.
- 15:11Speaker 1: It or he's getting it because of all this stress going on because he's on the ditty tapes.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It's just really been a lot going on and with this judge, for this judge to take a decision that was supposed to be we were supposed to get this decision Friday.
- 15:33Speaker 1: He didn't get any new information or anything.
- 15:37Speaker 1: It's almost like there was so much fucking pressure on his ass that he had to give this ruling at the very last second so that after he gives the ruling he could just shut his fucking phone off and go enjoy Thanksgiving.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Because why would you wait until after hours the day before thanksgiving to give a ruling that we all know and we all pretty much couldn't see no other decision that you could make besides holding this man behind bars, because he he was, he was even behind bars was breaking the rules.
- 16:31Speaker 1: So everybody pretty much with common sense knew it's like, oh, you can't get this guy bailed.
- 16:36Speaker 1: But for some reason the judge pushed it from Friday that's Friday, monday, tuesday, all day, wednesday to Wednesday night.
- 16:48Speaker 1: He didn't do that by accident y'all, he did that on purpose.
- 16:53Speaker 1: He said ain't no way in hell, because he knew this was.
- 17:00Speaker 1: This would mean diddy's for sure gonna spend thanksgiving and christmas in there.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I don't know if they're gonna come up with another uh, you know diddy bag and mohawk diddy bag of tricks.
- 17:13Speaker 1: He might figure out a way to come up with another bail hearing or something.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:18Speaker 1: This has been the man of a thousand bail hearings.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I've never seen it, but we do know pretty much now.
- 17:25Speaker 1: This guarantees Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- 17:28Speaker 1: So there was a lot of pressure.
- 17:31Speaker 1: You got to realize.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Think about this y'all.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I try to point stuff out to y'all to help see the magnitude of what we're dealing with here.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Everybody, and their mama, knew he has done way too much, and they have receipts.
- 17:54Speaker 1: He has done way too much.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Even before he went to prison or jail he had done way too much to even think he could get a bail.
- 18:02Speaker 1: That's why they didn't give him one at the beginning.
- 18:04Speaker 1: That's why they didn't give him bail at the very soon as they arrested him.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Right, but then inside of the prison, inside of jail, while he's inside jail, he's using different social media accounts.
- 18:20Speaker 1: He's not supposed to.
- 18:21Speaker 1: He's using inmates numbers, making calls.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They even said he was threatening employees.
- 18:28Speaker 1: They found evidence that he wrote out basically telling on himself that he paid people to give him good reviews on Instagram or whatever.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Now he gets all of that and you mean to tell me that the judge couldn't make that decision Friday?
- 18:52Speaker 1: You mean to tell me it took him to the 25th hour the night before.
- 18:58Speaker 1: We about to eat turkey macaroni cheese greens.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Please don't run out of macaroni and cheese.
- 19:04Speaker 1: By the way, that's my number one thing.
- 19:06Speaker 1: If you invite me to your house for Thanksgiving, that's the one day you can't run out of macaroni and cheese.
- 19:12Speaker 1: But let me get back on subject.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You mean to tell me it took him all the way to the night before thanksgiving to say that he denied him bail.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah it.
- 19:25Speaker 1: He has so much pressure on him.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Think about it, y'all, because I, anybody, especially in the business world you'll understand business days.
- 19:35Speaker 1: It's like when you have I've been an entrepreneur most of my life, so I know when you have like shit that you're supposed to do for like, let's say, like customers in this case.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So let's look at Diddy as a customer.
- 19:47Speaker 1: The judge has control over whatever, has control over whatever.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And so when, the when, when, when they bugging you say the customer's bugging me if, if I have to give a decision or something, I'd rather do it right at the end of the work day, and, and then the next day is thanksgiving and then it's the weekend.
- 20:09Speaker 1: So it's like he, the judge, knew, had he laid this down Friday, the defense would have put so much paperwork and motions and Diddy would have been calling all the Dittlers and Mohawk Diddies across the world to send whatever paperwork, because he knew he would be trying like hell to be out for the holidays.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 20:33Speaker 1: So that's why the judge did not take that do that rule.
- 20:38Speaker 1: That judge waited all the way until close of business day to wednesday before thanksgiving to say no bail.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And we ain't mad at him, but I'm just, I'm just saying, pay attention to how much pressure people be saying like they like that I'm able to break this down and break that down.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And it's just a lot of like intuition and common sense.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Because if you pay attention to the moves, like you might not see the pressure, like we might not see the pressure that this judge is under you know, like physically or like with our eyes.
- 21:18Speaker 1: But if you just use common sense and you know that there's no good reason for him to took from friday to the end of wednesday, then you know, oh, he had hella pressure, they were trying to force him into a bail, giving Diddy bail, and he knew he couldn't do it.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And he said you know what I got?
- 21:43Speaker 1: To get this ruling at the last fucking second so I can enjoy my Thanksgiving.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Goodbye, diddy, no bail.
- 21:51Speaker 1: No Diddy, no bail, no diddy, no bail.
- 21:53Speaker 1: But yeah, so, just so y'all know, uh, I'll be back every day.
