A 20-year-old man, LezLeon Evans, has been arrested in Cleveland in connection with the November 2025 shooting death of 25-year-old Lamar Ross near the Ohio Statehouse. He joins Tyrek Simpson, also 25 and already arrested in December, as a suspect in the fatal attack. Surveillance footage shows both men in a gray SUV; Evans allegedly exited, pulled a gun, and fired four shots before fleeing.
