- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to you.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Thank you for listening to us.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 4: Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 2: On air, on air, on air with Ryan Seacrest. Well,
- 0:10Speaker 2: this is Kiss. Good morning, Ryan Seacrest, the whole team.
- 0:15Speaker 2: We got the back room, Sisney, Tanya, and it's hot.
- 0:18Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 0:18Speaker 2: We got real heat.
- 0:21Speaker 6: I know.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We're paying your bills. You got to get in on that.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Get to kissfm.com, keyword bills. Also, we've got a second
- 0:29Speaker 2: date update. Now, it seems to me that we are
- 0:35Speaker 2: better advisors of relationships than actors in relationships. Seems to me.
- 0:40Speaker 2: That would be my view.
- 0:41Speaker 6: Speak for yourself. I was going to say the same thing.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Oh, really?
- 0:46Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 0:46Speaker 2: So wait, Ruby, you don't think you give good advice
- 0:49Speaker 2: to your friends? You think you act better in a
- 0:51Speaker 2: relationship than the advice you give to your friends?
- 0:53Speaker 1: Probably.
- 0:54Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 2: No, I am not. I'm amazed at myself, at what
- 0:59Speaker 2: I can conjure up here and what I can't in
- 1:02Speaker 2: the wild.
- 1:02Speaker 9: I will say you do surprise me sometimes with some
- 1:05Speaker 9: advice you give.
- 1:05Speaker 6: I'm like, whoa.
- 1:06Speaker 2: It is so impressive that I cannot do it in
- 1:09Speaker 2: real life, isn't it?
- 1:11Speaker 6: It's like someone else is up there.
- 1:12Speaker 2: It's like someone else. When I walk through that door
- 1:15Speaker 2: right there, someone else comes into my body. I don't
- 1:19Speaker 2: know the guy. Taking out all the mirrors. I don't
- 1:22Speaker 2: want to see the guy. So anyway, that's coming up.
- 1:25Speaker 2: We got a second date update. A little guidance is needed.
- 1:27Speaker 2: He was waiting for a table. She walked up. He
- 1:30Speaker 2: fell in love. And now she won't speak to him.
- 1:33Speaker 2: And he wants to know why.
- 1:34Speaker 6: I feel like there must be a lot more.
- 1:35Speaker 2: There probably is. But we will get to that after seven.
- 1:37Speaker 10: So quick.
- 1:38Speaker 2: 12.7 KISS FM. You know, it's always striking, Sisney Tanya,
- 1:40Speaker 2: when we rub off on on the next generation of KISS.
- 1:50Speaker 2: You know the back room back there? That is the
- 1:52Speaker 2: next generation of what's happening at KISS. And every now
- 1:54Speaker 2: and then, we make an impression. And finally, Jordan has
- 1:58Speaker 2: been impressed. Jordan, now explain this concept of editing your friends,
- 2:03Speaker 2: because I couldn't agree with you more.
- 2:05Speaker 11: Yeah, I put up an emergency poll on my close
- 2:07Speaker 11: friends list on Instagram. And I needed help with an outfit,
- 2:10Speaker 11: so obviously asked my close friends.
- 2:13Speaker 7: And.
- 2:13Speaker 11: More than half of them didn't even respond to the poll.
- 2:17Speaker 11: They just ignored it and let it, like, just skipped
- 2:20Speaker 11: my story.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Now, this is a trap. This wasn't really in need, right?
- 2:23Speaker 2: You were setting them up for failure.
- 2:25Speaker 11: Kind of, because I've, like, added so many people into
- 2:28Speaker 11: my close friends.
- 2:29Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Way too many.
- 2:30Speaker 11: So I was like, okay, let me just see if, like,
- 2:33Speaker 11: my true homies are going to respond. And now I
- 2:37Speaker 11: know who the true homies are.
- 2:38Speaker 2: So what percentage would you say of these true homies,
- 2:41Speaker 2: of the homies in general, were true homies?
- 2:43Speaker 6: I love when you say homies.
- 2:45Speaker 2: It is homies. Listen, when I get home, sometimes my
- 2:49Speaker 2: homies are home with me. And I home in on them. Okay,
- 2:54Speaker 2: what would you say that return rate was?
- 2:56Speaker 1: I feel like maybe it was giving.
- 2:59Speaker 11: 30, 70.
- 3:01Speaker 9: No, you can't edit them just for not responding. What
- 3:04Speaker 9: if they thought you looked cute in both outfits?
- 3:06Speaker 7: No, no, no.
- 3:07Speaker 11: I was talking to the camera before I backed up
- 3:09Speaker 11: and showed the fit.
- 3:10Speaker 9: But not everybody listens to audio when they're watching Instagram.
- 3:14Speaker 6: So they may not have heard that.
- 3:15Speaker 8: You needed to vote.
- 3:15Speaker 11: But you see the poll and it's like yes or no.
- 3:18Speaker 11: So you have to vote.
- 3:18Speaker 2: By the way, true friends put the audio on.
- 3:21Speaker 11: No, they do not. If I'm on the close friends,
- 3:24Speaker 11: I'm going to respect them and watch the stories. Especially
- 3:27Speaker 11: if there's a poll up.
- 3:28Speaker 5: Can I.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Can I tell you something? It almost makes me feel
- 3:34Speaker 2: pain to say, and I am a positive person, and
- 3:37Speaker 2: I want to be optimistic in every day that starts
- 3:41Speaker 2: right here. But I'm going to be a little real
- 3:44Speaker 2: for a second.
- 3:44Speaker 12: Oh, no.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Most people in life will disappoint you. I'm telling you
- 3:54Speaker 2: more people will disappoint you than not. It is a
- 3:57Speaker 2: fact of life and you realize it and you can't
- 4:01Speaker 2: believe how disappointing some people can be until you understand
- 4:05Speaker 2: that most people disappoint type. I say it and I
- 4:08Speaker 2: want you to have a great day, but it's the truth.
- 4:11Speaker 6: That's so dark.
- 4:14Speaker 2: It's true. How many people have disappointed you versus others?
- 4:18Speaker 2: appointed you or whatever.
- 4:24Speaker 6: I don't, well, I don't think a lot of people
- 4:26Speaker 6: have disappointed me.
- 4:27Speaker 2: But I've seen in life. So Jordan, I like this exercise.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I think it's a trap. I think it's real. Edit
- 4:33Speaker 2: those who didn't respond. They watched the video and didn't reply.
- 4:35Speaker 2: They're out.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yep.
- 4:36Speaker 9: What's the last video on Instagram? You heard the audio on,
- 4:39Speaker 9: you turn on the Instagram.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:43Speaker 2: It's 1 to 2.7. It's KISS FM. Ryan Seacrest with you.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Everybody here on a Tuesday morning. It is October 6th.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Connie Seacrest listening in the morning. Thank you, Mom. Checking
- 4:53Speaker 2: us out on a daily. Knows everything about you, Connie.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Everything about you, Sisney. Like, follows along. Looks forward to it.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Love Connie. Ruby, if Connie's listening now, let's talk about this.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Because you were very quick to comment about my... realization
- 5:11Speaker 2: to Jordan earlier that in life you meet a lot
- 5:13Speaker 2: of people that disappoint you and that's a fact of life. Now,
- 5:17Speaker 2: what is it you want to talk about? Because you
- 5:18Speaker 2: have the floor.
- 5:19Speaker 13: Okay, so I have a friend who is a doppelganger dater.
- 5:23Speaker 2: A doppelganger.
- 5:24Speaker 13: Yeah, no, they love to date the same type of person.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 5:29Speaker 13: But it's like, eerily similar like they look so much
- 5:32Speaker 13: alike that you feel uncomfortable because you're like you basically
- 5:35Speaker 13: are dating the same person over and over and over.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Again is the reason that they have stopped dating the
- 5:43Speaker 2: other doppelganger prior because was it their appearance or was
- 5:47Speaker 2: it their attitude and behavior no it.
- 5:49Speaker 13: Was actually like the other person cheated so it didn't
- 5:51Speaker 13: work out.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Because of that But I'm like, why do people do that?
- 5:56Speaker 13: Why do they continue to date the same person?
- 5:58Speaker 2: Because aren't we attracted to what we're attracted to physically?
- 6:02Speaker 2: I mean, don't you have a type, Ruby?
- 6:04Speaker 1: I do have a type, but not.
- 6:06Speaker 13: Actually, when I look back at the people I dated
- 6:09Speaker 13: in the past, everyone was a little bit different.
- 6:11Speaker 6: Like, none of them looked the same.
- 6:14Speaker 2: You think I have a type, Tanya?
- 6:15Speaker 1: Oh, you have!
- 6:18Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Why is that comedy to everybody? I
- 6:21Speaker 2: don't understand.
- 6:22Speaker 6: You have such a type.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I don't think I do have a type. I don't
- 6:27Speaker 2: have a hair color.
- 6:29Speaker 7: Okay.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Isn't that what a type is?
- 6:33Speaker 5: No.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Don't people say your type is brunette, your type is blonde?
- 6:38Speaker 2: I don't care what hair color anybody has. I'm not judging.
- 6:40Speaker 6: I have a type, too. No judgment here.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Short, tall, I don't care.
- 6:47Speaker 6: They're usually tall. Taller than you.
- 6:50Speaker 2: They are usually taller than I am. It makes it
- 6:54Speaker 2: a real stretch on the tendons when I put my
- 6:55Speaker 2: arm around their shoulders. What is your type, Tanya?
- 6:58Speaker 14: It's awkward to say it now that you're married.
- 7:03Speaker 1: It's awkward to say it.
- 7:05Speaker 6: But Robbie, my husband, is very much my type.
- 7:09Speaker 1: But what's that type?
- 7:10Speaker 6: Hairy, masculine, like, rapper.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I would I am none of that.
- 7:19Speaker 6: No, you're like the opposite of my type.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I am proudly none of that.
- 7:22Speaker 3: All right.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Coming up next at Kiss FM. This is an air freshener.
- 7:28Speaker 2: If you put it in your car, they say the
- 7:31Speaker 2: scent reduces your errors in driving in half. Next in
- 7:36Speaker 2: a quote of the day. 2.7 Kiss FM. Now, you
- 7:40Speaker 2: want your car to smell good, right? And if you
- 7:42Speaker 2: put one of those air fresheners in there, they say,
- 7:45Speaker 2: Orange or lemon reduces driving errors by 50%. The scent
- 7:51Speaker 2: of citrus. And I kind of get that now that
- 7:54Speaker 2: I hear it. I like to smell citrus. I like
- 7:57Speaker 2: to cut an orange and smell it. I carry around
- 7:59Speaker 2: a lime sometimes.
- 8:02Speaker 6: No, you do not.
- 8:04Speaker 2: I don't carry around a lime, but I like to
- 8:05Speaker 2: cut a lime and smell it.
- 8:06Speaker 6: I thought that it was going to be coffee.
- 8:09Speaker 2: No, coffee's good, but it's citrus.
- 8:11Speaker 7: 50%.
- 8:11Speaker 2: It sharpens your focus and reduces your stress. I would
- 8:14Speaker 2: try it. Now, today's quote. People will disappoint you in
- 8:19Speaker 2: this life. Promises will be broken. You should expect less
- 8:24Speaker 2: of others and more of yourself.
- 8:26Speaker 6: What happened to you yesterday?
- 8:30Speaker 1: Do we need to talk?
- 8:32Speaker 2: We're talking. This is the quote of the day. You
- 8:34Speaker 2: guys are the ones bringing up all the topics. Blame
- 8:37Speaker 2: me for having to type and all. LA's number one
- 8:39Speaker 2: at Music Station. It's KISS. Hitting the headlines, Tanya. KISS
- 8:43Speaker 2: FM Headlines with Tanya Radd.
- 8:46Speaker 9: Well, heat records were broken across Southern California yesterday, including
- 8:50Speaker 9: 104 in downtown L.A., 104 in Long Beach, and 106
- 8:55Speaker 9: in Woodland Hills. More than 120,000 cases of Gatorade have
- 8:59Speaker 9: been recalled in 37 states because they contain undeclared food dyes.
- 9:04Speaker 9: A new lawsuit claims Olivia Deen's song, I've Seen It,
- 9:07Speaker 9: illegally copies the melody of Just the Two of Us
- 9:09Speaker 9: by Bill Withers. And Toys R Us announced that it's
- 9:12Speaker 9: opening more stores nationwide, including one in Northridge.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Stupid song, 102.7 Kiss FM. If you just got here,
- 9:22Speaker 2: you're just in time to hopefully hear your name for
- 9:24Speaker 2: me to pay a bill. Let me grab Johnny just
- 9:27Speaker 2: before we do that, who's on the line in Downey. Hi, Johnny.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Good morning. How are you?
- 9:32Speaker 12: Good morning, guys.
- 9:33Speaker 7: I'm good.
- 9:34Speaker 10: How are you guys doing?
- 9:35Speaker 12: We're all right.
- 9:36Speaker 2: So how can we help? Is it the relationship department
- 9:39Speaker 2: that you need some guidance on?
- 9:42Speaker 12: Yeah, pretty much. I guess I'll just give you everything
- 9:47Speaker 12: from the top. So basically, I matched with this girl
- 9:51Speaker 12: on Hinge, and we really hit it off. Like everything
- 9:55Speaker 12: was good. We were having really good conversations. We're texting
- 9:59Speaker 12: like back and forth throughout the day, like all day.
- 10:02Speaker 12: And she even sent me like pictures from a wedding
- 10:04Speaker 12: she was at, which I think is a good sign.
- 10:06Speaker 12: But yeah, so we were, yeah.
- 10:08Speaker 15: Right.
- 10:08Speaker 12: And so we were, we were definitely heading like towards
- 10:10Speaker 12: going on a date. That's what it felt like. Like
- 10:12Speaker 12: we were texting, flirting. She sent me pictures of love stuff,
- 10:14Speaker 12: you know, weddings and all that such out of nowhere though.
- 10:17Speaker 12: She unmatched me. Like, we went from matched on Hinge
- 10:21Speaker 12: to no match. Like, just totally blocked me on Hinge. Obviously,
- 10:26Speaker 12: I'm taking that as a pretty clear sign that she
- 10:28Speaker 12: doesn't want to date me. But here's what I don't understand.
- 10:31Speaker 12: She still follows me on Instagram.
- 10:35Speaker 2: So she's sending mixed signals.
- 10:38Speaker 12: Yeah, so, like, I don't know. Everything was going good.
- 10:40Speaker 12: We're vibing that she unmatches me on Hinge, but it's
- 10:43Speaker 12: still on my Instagram. So I'm not getting, like, a total.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I got you. You're still letting it ride for a second.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Let me ask Michaela, our Hinge-pert here. Michaela, what does
- 10:54Speaker 2: that mean to you as a frequent rider of Hinge?
- 10:58Speaker 6: Well, if they're texting, then I feel like it's fine.
- 11:03Speaker 1: But he just has to ask her. If they're not
- 11:05Speaker 1: texting and she unmatched.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Why would she unmatch and keep in contact with him directly?
- 11:09Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know. She must have met somebody else.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Johnny, I'm going to tell you. There is one person
- 11:16Speaker 2: on this show that is the expert at mixed signals.
- 11:21Speaker 2: And that is me. I send them all the time
- 11:27Speaker 2: until I realize I'm sending them. My thing is she
- 11:31Speaker 2: still likes you. She wouldn't be direct texting you. If
- 11:34Speaker 2: she didn't want to stay in contact with you. So
- 11:37Speaker 2: as the specialist of signals mixed, I say, stay on it.
- 11:43Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 11:43Speaker 6: Maybe she wants you to work for a little bit more.
- 11:45Speaker 9: Like she wants you to, to not have such easy access. I, yeah, I,
- 11:51Speaker 9: I guess, but like, I mean, I still have her
- 11:53Speaker 9: number and we're still together.
- 11:55Speaker 12: Like on Instagram, like we're still following each other. So
- 11:58Speaker 12: I do something and end it with, are you down?
- 12:03Speaker 6: Never end it with, are you down?
- 12:04Speaker 2: You don't know. You're not the expert in mixed signals.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Do not even pretend to know what I'm talking about.
- 12:10Speaker 9: Are you down is friendly. It's like, that's what you
- 12:12Speaker 9: would say to me. Not some girl you trying to date.
- 12:16Speaker 8: Okay.
- 12:16Speaker 2: No, that's not true. I would suggest something romantic. Are
- 12:19Speaker 2: you down?
- 12:19Speaker 6: No, you wouldn't.
- 12:20Speaker 7: Okay.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Well, Johnny, you can decide which person you want to
- 12:22Speaker 2: listen to in this moment. Life is about choices, but
- 12:26Speaker 2: I think you be direct and ask her to go
- 12:28Speaker 2: do something.
- 12:28Speaker 4: All right.
- 12:30Speaker 12: I already sent the text.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Oh, there you go, bro. He's quick. He wasn't even listening.
- 12:34Speaker 2: He's already doing it. Johnny, you're the best.
- 12:36Speaker 10: Good luck.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Keep us posted.
- 12:38Speaker 10: All righty.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Thanks, guys.
- 12:39Speaker 10: I appreciate it, Ryan.
- 12:40Speaker 7: Bye.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Are you down? I mean, you dated back in the
- 12:44Speaker 2: day when you would say, still up. That's changed, okay?
- 12:48Speaker 2: I was like, want to get a drink? Want to
- 12:49Speaker 2: get a drink? Still up. You up? You awake? 102.7
- 12:55Speaker 2: KISS FM. Let's get to this second date update. So Andre...
- 13:00Speaker 2: He's on the line, and he met her at a restaurant.
- 13:06Speaker 2: He was waiting for a table. She walked in to
- 13:08Speaker 2: pick up her takeout. He says, she blew me away.
- 13:12Speaker 2: And they spent the whole weekend together. And then she
- 13:15Speaker 2: ended things on the Monday after. Andre, good morning.
- 13:18Speaker 10: Good morning.
- 13:21Speaker 2: So, bro, that is bold. What did you say to
- 13:25Speaker 2: get her to accept spending the whole weekend with you
- 13:27Speaker 2: not knowing you at all?
- 13:30Speaker 10: She was so beautiful. I had to say something. So
- 13:32Speaker 10: I left my friends. I just walked over and I said, Hey,
- 13:36Speaker 10: you know, I've never been here before. Uh, I see
- 13:38Speaker 10: that you're, you're taking some food out. Can I ask
- 13:40Speaker 10: what's in the bag? What would you recommend? What, what
- 13:42Speaker 10: do you think I should try?
- 13:43Speaker 2: It seems a little aggressive enough.
- 13:47Speaker 10: I mean, I gave her some space, but she, she
- 13:51Speaker 10: answered and you know, that was enough of a foot
- 13:53Speaker 10: in the door that we started talking and, you know,
- 13:56Speaker 10: exchange numbers and, uh, It went very well, to a point.
- 14:02Speaker 2: So you met her, and then you spent that entire
- 14:04Speaker 2: next 48 hours together?
- 14:07Speaker 10: Correct. Correct. So we went out that Friday night, and
- 14:13Speaker 10: we ended up back at my place and went to
- 14:18Speaker 10: breakfast the next morning. We walked on the beach. We
- 14:22Speaker 10: didn't say goodbye until after dinner on Sunday night. And
- 14:28Speaker 10: even then, even then, at that point, we'd already been
- 14:31Speaker 10: talking about when we could see each other again.
- 14:33Speaker 2: And then she went cold on you on Monday.
- 14:38Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 14:38Speaker 10: So Monday morning, I got a text. I'm going to
- 14:42Speaker 10: pull it up.
- 14:42Speaker 12: Hold up.
- 14:43Speaker 10: It says, I had such an incredible time with you
- 14:46Speaker 10: this weekend. You were truly wonderful. But being totally honest
- 14:51Speaker 10: with myself, I realized I'm just not in a place
- 14:54Speaker 10: right now where I can be the kind of partner
- 14:56Speaker 10: you deserve. Thank you for a beautiful weekend. I wish
- 15:00Speaker 10: you nothing but the absolute best.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Well, that's the best possible way it could end. Like
- 15:06Speaker 2: that's the respectful way to end it. She had a
- 15:08Speaker 2: good time, but realized that it's not the right time
- 15:11Speaker 2: for her. And to be fair to you, I don't understand.
- 15:14Speaker 2: That seems like that's close, right? I don't know what
- 15:17Speaker 2: else we could do.
- 15:18Speaker 10: It's such a one 80 from the weekend that we
- 15:21Speaker 10: spent together. And again, when we left it, we were
- 15:24Speaker 10: talking about plans the following week. So I, I, I'm
- 15:28Speaker 10: really at a quandary here. I don't quite understand it. And,
- 15:31Speaker 10: and I've texted her, you know, a couple of times,
- 15:33Speaker 10: you know, you know, very innocuous.
- 15:35Speaker 2: And I take the question is why is she in
- 15:37Speaker 2: a place where she's not ready to meet you again? However,
- 15:41Speaker 2: you have to question sometimes someone who spends, who doesn't
- 15:45Speaker 2: know you at all and spends hours, two nights with
- 15:49Speaker 2: you immediately you might want to question that.
- 15:51Speaker 9: No you literally did this.
- 15:54Speaker 10: Yeah and it felt like everything was working.
- 15:58Speaker 14: I don't mind that part that part's romantic and fun
- 16:00Speaker 14: and spontaneous and sexy that's fine but i feel like
- 16:04Speaker 14: something else entered her life literally did.
- 16:06Speaker 16: This and then you dated her for seven years yeah
- 16:09Speaker 16: i did it worked out until it didn't but that's
- 16:12Speaker 16: not andre Andre, I'm just saying, she kind of said
- 16:16Speaker 16: the right thing to you by that text.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I kind of love her honesty and transparency.
- 16:20Speaker 1: So you don't want to call her?
- 16:22Speaker 2: Not really.
- 16:22Speaker 10: I will say, it is very nice. I agree with
- 16:26Speaker 10: you there, but it doesn't quite get to the root.
- 16:29Speaker 10: I don't know exactly what it was.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Okay, I understand. Let me put you on hold. We
- 16:35Speaker 2: will get her number, and we will call her. And
- 16:38Speaker 2: what we want to find out is, why is she
- 16:40Speaker 2: not open to Andre at this point, if she will
- 16:42Speaker 2: tell us? But I like her. That's about as kind
- 16:46Speaker 2: and genuine and honest as you can be to end it.
- 16:52Speaker 2: It's a little aloof. Let's get into this. Steph is
- 16:58Speaker 2: on the line. She has agreed to come on with us.
- 17:01Speaker 2: So it's a second date update. Now, has this ever happened?
- 17:04Speaker 2: And what do you make of it? Andre's at a restaurant.
- 17:07Speaker 2: This woman named Steph walks in to pick up her
- 17:09Speaker 2: takeout order. They start to talk. He invites her to
- 17:12Speaker 2: spend the weekend together, and they do immediately. That's a
- 17:17Speaker 2: total stranger, not knowing each other at all. And then
- 17:20Speaker 2: on Monday, she sends him a transparent text saying, I
- 17:25Speaker 2: really had a good time. It's just not the right
- 17:28Speaker 2: time for me, basically. And out of fairness, I wanted
- 17:30Speaker 2: to let you know. I think that's fine. But he
- 17:34Speaker 2: doesn't get it. He wants to know why is it
- 17:36Speaker 2: not the right time for him because he says he's
- 17:37Speaker 2: never felt this way ever about anybody. Andre's words.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Maybe her ex has entered the chat.
- 17:45Speaker 2: I don't know. But haven't you been with somebody and
- 17:47Speaker 2: then you realize you don't want to be with somebody? Sure.
- 17:50Speaker 10: Yes.
- 17:51Speaker 2: When you're not with that person? They call dating.
- 17:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 17:55Speaker 6: On Monday.
- 17:56Speaker 7: Right?
- 17:56Speaker 2: I mean, you don't want to ruin your weekend. So
- 17:58Speaker 2: you deal with it on Monday. You kick the can. Andre,
- 18:02Speaker 2: here's the deal. We have her on the phone. She's
- 18:04Speaker 2: going to come on the air with us, but just
- 18:06Speaker 2: don't even breathe. Be very quiet, okay? I mean, breathe,
- 18:09Speaker 2: but silently.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 18:10Speaker 2: All right, here we go. We'll find out why the
- 18:14Speaker 2: time is not right for her to go out with
- 18:16Speaker 2: you again. Steph, thank you for joining us here on
- 18:20Speaker 2: KISS FM. How are you doing? It's Ryan Seacrest and
- 18:22Speaker 2: Sisney and Tanya.
- 18:24Speaker 10: Hi, Owen.
- 18:25Speaker 8: Hi, how are you? We're good.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Thanks for coming on. So just to dive into it,
- 18:30Speaker 2: we're calling about a guy you met at a restaurant
- 18:32Speaker 2: not too long ago and spent the weekend with named Andre.
- 18:35Speaker 2: How did that go?
- 18:37Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 18:40Speaker 10: Wow.
- 18:47Speaker 5: I just didn't think that I would hear from him
- 18:51Speaker 5: again or about him.
- 18:54Speaker 2: And how was it that you met him and then
- 18:55Speaker 2: you spent some time with him? How did that go?
- 18:59Speaker 5: Yeah, it went well. I mean, I mean, if I
- 19:07Speaker 5: were to be honest, it was probably the best date
- 19:09Speaker 5: that I've ever had and certainly the longest.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Now, as I understand it, you closed things off with
- 19:15Speaker 2: him and shut him down. If it was the best
- 19:18Speaker 2: that you ever had. And I think he feels the
- 19:21Speaker 2: same way about you. Why shut him out immediately after?
- 19:24Speaker 2: What happened?
- 19:27Speaker 5: I mean, I did end it. And you guys might
- 19:33Speaker 5: think that I'm dumb for this, but it's because he's
- 19:40Speaker 5: a plastic surgeon.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Andre is a plastic surgeon, and that's why you don't
- 19:46Speaker 2: want to date him.
- 19:49Speaker 11: Why?
- 19:49Speaker 7: Why?
- 19:50Speaker 2: What's the reason behind that? I'm just.
- 19:56Speaker 10: Curious.
- 19:57Speaker 5: I mean, I did know that he was a plastic
- 19:59Speaker 5: surgeon going in because he did tell me that he
- 20:02Speaker 5: was one. But initially, before the date, I thought I
- 20:06Speaker 5: could handle it. I can't.
- 20:11Speaker 10: I just can't.
- 20:11Speaker 2: What is it about it that you can't handle?
- 20:14Speaker 1: I get it.
- 20:15Speaker 5: Why? I just felt uncomfortable in the sense that every
- 20:21Speaker 5: time that he looked at me, I couldn't help but think,
- 20:23Speaker 5: oh my God, he hates my nose.
- 20:25Speaker 10: He's looking at the mole.
- 20:27Speaker 5: On my forehead. I just, you know, I just, and honestly,
- 20:32Speaker 5: the worst part was when we were walking on the beach,
- 20:35Speaker 5: there was all these women and bikinis and these perfect
- 20:38Speaker 5: bodies and I just, I just can't look that I just,
- 20:42Speaker 5: I mean, maybe I'm just, I'm too insecure. I didn't
- 20:46Speaker 5: think I was, but I am.
- 20:49Speaker 4: Okay.
- 20:49Speaker 2: So just so we're all aligned here, everything was good
- 20:54Speaker 2: about him. Even what his job is, it's just the
- 20:59Speaker 2: way you feel about you. Is that right? Or what
- 21:04Speaker 2: you might think he's thinking about you, which you don't
- 21:06Speaker 2: even know.
- 21:07Speaker 7: Right.
- 21:07Speaker 1: The narrative you're creating in your own head.
- 21:09Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Essentially, yes. I couldn't separate what I thought he might
- 21:15Speaker 5: be thinking about me because of what he does for
- 21:19Speaker 5: his occupation.
- 21:20Speaker 2: We would like to bring him in. He's on the
- 21:23Speaker 2: line here. Andre, you heard from Steph what a wonderful
- 21:28Speaker 2: weekend it was, how she felt about it and how
- 21:31Speaker 2: you felt about her. But then you also heard that
- 21:34Speaker 2: she's worried that you might be judging her because of
- 21:37Speaker 2: your job. What's your response to that?
- 21:41Speaker 7: Right.
- 21:42Speaker 10: Well, first of all, I just want to say, technically,
- 21:46Speaker 10: I'm still a resident. And plastic surgery is the plan. But,
- 21:51Speaker 10: you know, I don't have a subspecialty yet. I may
- 21:54Speaker 10: not go into aesthetics. You know, there's a lot of
- 21:57Speaker 10: different ways that you can go with plastic.
- 21:58Speaker 2: That's true. When you're with her, are you thinking about
- 22:02Speaker 2: any of the stuff you're thinking about at work?
- 22:05Speaker 10: Oh, Ryan, no. Well, talk to her. No, we spent three...
- 22:11Speaker 10: days together. And I mean, honestly, Steph, the things that
- 22:15Speaker 10: you're calling imperfections, they're part of what makes you beautiful. Look,
- 22:20Speaker 10: I just want to, I want to spend as much
- 22:22Speaker 10: time with you as I can. And I mean, this is,
- 22:25Speaker 10: this is, you know, zero pressure. I mean, just maybe
- 22:28Speaker 10: one more day, you know, like a coffee or lunch,
- 22:31Speaker 10: something super, super low stress. I would just love to,
- 22:34Speaker 10: you know, see you again. And maybe we could get
- 22:36Speaker 10: past this.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I love him.
- 22:43Speaker 5: I mean, I, well, I do like coffee.
- 22:49Speaker 7: Okay.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Then it's on for at least another date and we're
- 22:53Speaker 2: going to leave it there and let you guys make
- 22:55Speaker 2: your magic.
- 22:57Speaker 10: Yeah. Steph, I'll tell you what right now. And again,
- 23:00Speaker 10: this is, this is no pressure, but I'm going to
- 23:03Speaker 10: grab a coffee at highlight over on Broadway tomorrow.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Let's not say when and where Andre, you.
- 23:11Speaker 10: Know, I just want to say, you know, if, If
- 23:13Speaker 10: you want to join me, I would love to see you.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Do you have her number?
- 23:17Speaker 10: And if not, I'll have an almond croissant.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Do you have her number, Andre?
- 23:22Speaker 10: I do. I do.
- 23:24Speaker 12: We can do it that way, too.
- 23:25Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 23:25Speaker 12: This is exciting.
- 23:26Speaker 7: Great.
- 23:26Speaker 10: I'm happy for you.
- 23:29Speaker 2: I did not see it going this way. I'm very
- 23:32Speaker 2: happy for you both. And good luck with the coffee date. Steph,
- 23:35Speaker 2: thank you for talking with us. And Andre, good luck.
- 23:39Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 23:39Speaker 9: Absolutely.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Bye, guys.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Now, I love the guy.
- 23:44Speaker 6: Me too.
- 23:45Speaker 2: But he's a little over the top for me.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Oh, but that's just his charm.
- 23:48Speaker 2: When he said the thing about what makes you beautiful,
- 23:51Speaker 2: I felt a little cheese.
- 23:52Speaker 6: Oh, really?
- 23:53Speaker 1: Like one direction straight from the lyric.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I felt a little bit of okay.
- 23:58Speaker 1: I loved it so much. I was eating it up.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Give me more.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Just one skosh less of that.
- 24:04Speaker 1: No, it was the perfect line to her.
- 24:07Speaker 7: No.
- 24:08Speaker 2: I loved it. You know, just a little bit of
- 24:10Speaker 2: Andres a lot.
- 24:14Speaker 4: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 24:19Speaker 2: It is Kiss, Justin Bieber, Speed Demon on LA's number
- 24:23Speaker 2: one music station. So our Jingle Ball is going to
- 24:25Speaker 2: be massive. It's sold out, presented by Capital One. You
- 24:27Speaker 2: can win tickets right here, right now, by playing Jingle
- 24:32Speaker 2: Ball Higher or Lower. Jingle Ball Higher or Lower. And
- 24:41Speaker 2: Tiffany on the line is here. How are you, Tiffany?
- 24:46Speaker 13: I'm doing great, Ryan.
- 24:47Speaker 4: How are you?
- 24:48Speaker 2: Well, I'm very excited to meet you. You're this close
- 24:51Speaker 2: to being at our sold-out Jingle Ball. Sisany is going
- 24:54Speaker 2: to play a role in this game. I'm going to
- 24:57Speaker 2: ask Sisany a very difficult number-related question. Complex and numerical.
- 25:04Speaker 2: If she happens to get it right, you will win automatically.
- 25:08Speaker 15: Oh, man.
- 25:09Speaker 2: If she gets it wrong, you have to say higher
- 25:13Speaker 2: or lower.
- 25:14Speaker 7: Okay?
- 25:14Speaker 2: Oh, gosh. Okay. Sissy, do you feel the pressure?
- 25:17Speaker 1: I always feel the pressure for this game, yes.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Okay, but I got this. This was not my idea.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Tanya made me do it. Sounds not right.
- 25:24Speaker 6: Don't blame it on me.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Here we go. All right, we'll get back to that.
- 25:30Speaker 2: You have to get three right before you get three wrong.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Olivia Rodrigo will be there. How many times has Olivia
- 25:36Speaker 2: Rodrigo performed driver's license in concert.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I thought you were going to say how many jingle balls.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I was like, I knew that one.
- 25:44Speaker 14: So this is including every single stop on her tours
- 25:50Speaker 14: and whatnot?
- 25:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 25:52Speaker 2: That's a stalling tactic. I know that.
- 25:56Speaker 1: 350 times.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Okay, that's wrong. Is it higher or lower, Tiffany?
- 26:03Speaker 12: I'm going to say lower.
- 26:04Speaker 7: Okay.
- 26:05Speaker 2: You are correct. Tiffany knows her stuff. 197 times. Okay,
- 26:10Speaker 2: I was close. You were not close at all. Okay,
- 26:15Speaker 2: next one. So you got one down. You got to
- 26:16Speaker 2: get two more for the sold out Jingle Ball tickets.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Hilary Duff's going to be there.
- 26:21Speaker 7: Yep.
- 26:22Speaker 2: How many episodes of Lizzie McGuire were there in total?
- 26:29Speaker 1: How many years was the show running?
- 26:31Speaker 2: I don't have any more facts I can give you.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to guess 45.
- 26:39Speaker 2: She's wrong. Higher or lower, Tiffany?
- 26:44Speaker 4: I'm going to say higher.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah, she's plugged into pop culture, Tiffany.
- 26:50Speaker 7: 65, higher.
- 26:50Speaker 2: That is correct.
- 26:51Speaker 1: That's so close.
- 26:52Speaker 2: You're one away from the sold-out Jingle Ball tickets. Ray
- 26:57Speaker 2: will be on that stage.
- 26:58Speaker 8: I love Ray.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Well, then how many million views does she have of
- 27:02Speaker 2: the official video for Where Is My Husband on YouTube?
- 27:05Speaker 2: How many million views?
- 27:07Speaker 1: Million views.
- 27:08Speaker 14: I'm going to say 17.5 million views. She's wrong, Tiffany.
- 27:12Speaker 2: She's wrong.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I didn't get to finish.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Well, I can tell you you're wrong. Is it higher
- 27:16Speaker 2: or lower?
- 27:17Speaker 10: I think lower.
- 27:20Speaker 2: You're wrong as well. It's 162 million views.
- 27:22Speaker 7: Wow.
- 27:22Speaker 12: Wow.
- 27:23Speaker 2: All right. Well, I got to get one more. Sienna
- 27:28Speaker 2: Spiral will be at our Jingle Ball.
- 27:30Speaker 4: She will.
- 27:31Speaker 2: How many followers does she have on TikTok, Czerny?
- 27:33Speaker 14: She has 70 million.
- 27:37Speaker 2: That's wrong. Tiffany, higher or lower?
- 27:42Speaker 4: Uh, lower.
- 27:43Speaker 2: That is correct. 5.6 million. You are going to our jingle.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Ball.
- 27:50Speaker 14: I feel like Ariana Grande has like 300 million.
- 27:53Speaker 2: 70 million. She just got here. She literally just arrived.
- 28:00Speaker 2: All right, Tiffany, congratulations. We will see you there. Okay.
- 28:03Speaker 12: Thank you so much, Ryan.
- 28:04Speaker 7: Can you shout out my mom, Lori, please?
- 28:07Speaker 2: Lori, it is my pleasure to have met Tiffany and
- 28:10Speaker 2: I see what a good job you've done.
- 28:12Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 28:14Speaker 2: We'll see a jingle ball. It's kiss FM. First moved here.
- 28:19Speaker 2: I ran into Dr.
- 28:20Speaker 7: Dre.
- 28:20Speaker 2: It's one of 2.7 kiss FM at the North Hollywood
- 28:23Speaker 2: gold gym on the squat machine. One of my first
- 28:26Speaker 2: star sightings in LA.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Nice.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Dre was in the house. No whole gold's gym. Very excited.
- 28:34Speaker 2: I'd never told you that. That's what I never told you.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I don't think you have.
- 28:38Speaker 2: No, I forgot about it until just this moment.
- 28:40Speaker 1: How do you forget about meeting Dr.
- 28:42Speaker 14: Dre and all the times we played that song?
- 28:44Speaker 2: How do you not inquire about me being in the
- 28:46Speaker 2: North Hollywood gold gym pumping the iron with Dre?
- 28:48Speaker 14: That checks out because I feel like that might have
- 28:50Speaker 14: been your gym when you first moved here.
- 28:51Speaker 4: It was.
- 28:52Speaker 2: That's right. Okay, now let's get to it. Tanya's at
- 28:55Speaker 2: Trending Report. She's eager to throw out a question here.
- 28:57Speaker 9: Yeah, well, I'm curious what you're going to say. So
- 28:59Speaker 9: Audrey Hobert, she's the artist behind the.
- 29:01Speaker 6: Song Sue Me.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Yes, love her.
- 29:03Speaker 9: She just confirmed that she is off the market. In
- 29:06Speaker 9: a Cosmo cover story, she said that she has a boyfriend,
- 29:08Speaker 9: but she's keeping who he is a total secret. The
- 29:10Speaker 9: only hint she gave us is about how they met.
- 29:12Speaker 9: She said, we met through work in Hollywood. So I
- 29:15Speaker 9: do want to like dig into that a little bit
- 29:16Speaker 9: later because I do feel like the best place to
- 29:17Speaker 9: find somebody is at work. But she says he's really
- 29:21Speaker 9: smart and funny. And their idea of a good time
- 29:23Speaker 9: is low key, watching movies, going out to dinner, hanging
- 29:26Speaker 9: out at home. He doesn't like grand gestures or surprises.
- 29:29Speaker 9: And neither does she. No flash mobs, no surprise parties.
- 29:32Speaker 9: And then she said this. She said, some couples can
- 29:35Speaker 9: be opposites attracting, but I would love to marry the
- 29:37Speaker 9: male version of myself.
- 29:39Speaker 6: I think that's. who I'm with.
- 29:41Speaker 9: And so I thought, Ryan, would you want to marry
- 29:43Speaker 9: the female version of you or are you more opposites attract?
- 29:48Speaker 2: I would absolutely be appalled to marry the female version
- 29:56Speaker 2: of me. I could not stand that. To have someone
- 30:00Speaker 2: with my tempo with me all of the time. Asking
- 30:05Speaker 2: as many questions, over planning as many things. I would
- 30:08Speaker 2: not want to be with. I would not want to
- 30:12Speaker 2: be with me. Actually, it's a fair statement. I don't
- 30:16Speaker 2: want an opposite. Now, see, I don't think it's black
- 30:18Speaker 2: or white. I don't want an opposite. I would like different,
- 30:24Speaker 2: but compatible.
- 30:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Does that make sense?
- 30:27Speaker 14: Little, little bits of the good and the opposite and,
- 30:30Speaker 14: but not completely right.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Like you like to do. I do believe that couples
- 30:34Speaker 2: need to like to do the same thing.
- 30:36Speaker 5: Yes.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, I got some friends that go do stuff
- 30:39Speaker 2: by themselves all the time. Maybe that's what happens. I
- 30:41Speaker 2: don't know, but I'm not that guy. Like, I want
- 30:43Speaker 2: to be with you with you. Oh, right, right. Not
- 30:47Speaker 2: with them, with you. I got guys that go do
- 30:50Speaker 2: stuff for hours with guys because they're not with them.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I want to be with you, but not the same.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Not me. Mark, what did you do? I asked ChatGPT,
- 31:00Speaker 2: who's the female version of Ryan Seacrest? Who's the female
- 31:03Speaker 2: version of me? And what did ChatGPT tell you? Kelly Ripa.
- 31:07Speaker 2: You're kidding. That's amazing. Number one. Drew Barrymore.
- 31:11Speaker 7: Oh.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Jennifer Hudson. Okay. And Hoda Kotb.
- 31:16Speaker 1: These are actually kind of, I can see it.
- 31:18Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Well, I mean, maybe, but chat GPT has been incorrect before.
- 31:26Speaker 2: At least it didn't say Ryan Seacrest. That would have
- 31:29Speaker 2: been a disaster.
- 31:30Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 31:33Speaker 2: It's Bruno Mars. I just might on 102.7 Kiss FM.
- 31:37Speaker 2: You know, you guys have not really been pressuring me
- 31:40Speaker 2: or any of us about Halloween this year. And I'm
- 31:43Speaker 2: thanking you for it. Because normally about this time, we're
- 31:46Speaker 2: down to what we have to dress up as a
- 31:47Speaker 2: show as.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Because it's on a Saturday this year.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Oh, so we don't have to do anything?
- 31:51Speaker 1: No, we have to dress up here. No, we don't
- 31:53Speaker 1: have to dress up. It's a Saturday.
- 31:56Speaker 5: No.
- 31:56Speaker 2: We don't need to. We have to dress up twice.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Yeah, twice is too much.
- 32:01Speaker 2: I agree with you. Disney's finally come along.
- 32:02Speaker 1: We get a little break, you know?
- 32:04Speaker 2: Well, we've always wished for it to be on a Saturday,
- 32:07Speaker 2: and we get our wish finally on a Saturday.
- 32:09Speaker 6: But we should dress up the Friday before Halloween.
- 32:11Speaker 2: You know what you should do? You should go to
- 32:13Speaker 2: USC with Bella. She's dressing up for the weekend. It's
- 32:15Speaker 2: Halloween weekend at USC. Is it what's the deal, Bella? Halloweeny.
- 32:19Speaker 3: It's Halloween weekend.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Halloween weekend. This weekend.
- 32:23Speaker 11: No on the weekend of halloween tanya i'm trying to
- 32:27Speaker 11: get the math right i get it.
- 32:28Speaker 14: I'm already going to costume parties like almost every weekend
- 32:31Speaker 14: leading up to i.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Just want thanksgiving to come go ahead bella so what's
- 32:35Speaker 2: the halloween in question question.
- 32:37Speaker 15: Okay so hollow weekend is comprised of three nights so
- 32:40Speaker 15: i need three different costumes and i don't know which ones.
- 32:44Speaker 2: To pick Well, now is there, is there a place
- 32:47Speaker 2: where you can get the list of popular ones or
- 32:49Speaker 2: what are you thinking about? What are you considering?
- 32:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 32:52Speaker 15: So my first and top option is Britney Spears at
- 32:56Speaker 15: the VMAs.
- 32:58Speaker 6: With the snake?
- 32:58Speaker 5: Yes.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Okay.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Cute.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Second option.
- 33:02Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I'm giving throwback.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Were you born?
- 33:05Speaker 8: I was.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Okay.
- 33:07Speaker 7: All right.
- 33:08Speaker 2: What's the second option?
- 33:09Speaker 3: Justin Bieber's white and purple outfit.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Costume.
- 33:13Speaker 14: Oh, just like the purple hoodie? Like his standard, like
- 33:15Speaker 14: when he.
- 33:15Speaker 2: First came out. Too lazy.
- 33:18Speaker 3: Too lazy.
- 33:18Speaker 7: Okay.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Comfy though. Comfy.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Third option is a London guard.
- 33:25Speaker 2: These are so random. You mean a beefeater? What are
- 33:27Speaker 2: they called?
- 33:28Speaker 1: No, like the very serious guards.
- 33:30Speaker 2: The ones that don't smile and don't talk? Aren't they
- 33:32Speaker 2: called beefeaters?
- 33:33Speaker 6: I believe they are.
- 33:34Speaker 2: I didn't know that. Beefeaters. I think they are beefeaters.
- 33:37Speaker 6: I love that name.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Maybe I won't do that. Beefeaters?
- 33:44Speaker 1: Not beefeaters.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Beefeaters.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Like they eat a lot of beef.
- 33:48Speaker 3: That's true.
- 33:50Speaker 2: The ceremonial gardens of the Tower of London are beefeaters.
- 33:53Speaker 4: Beefeaters.
- 33:54Speaker 2: I don't think you want to be a beefeater. No.
- 33:56Speaker 3: I don't know that you want.
- 33:58Speaker 2: That nickname all night. So what fits? Tanya, what do
- 34:01Speaker 2: you think?
- 34:02Speaker 6: I think Britney Spears, the VMAs.
- 34:04Speaker 2: What about the snake? Do you get a real snake?
- 34:06Speaker 3: Actually, I can.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Then that's your costume.
- 34:09Speaker 3: That would be so iconic. One of the frats has
- 34:11Speaker 3: a boa.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Oh my God.
- 34:13Speaker 1: This is so dangerous.
- 34:15Speaker 14: Maybe it's a friendly boa.
- 34:17Speaker 2: The frat has trained a boa, Tanya.
- 34:19Speaker 3: Yeah, they took the fangs out.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Everything's fine when you're drunk. By the way, just take
- 34:24Speaker 2: the attention you'll get with a live snake.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Okay, wait, no. I cannot hold it the entire time.
- 34:29Speaker 6: Just for the pictures.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Well, then go with what was the guy's name she
- 34:34Speaker 2: dated for a little bit.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I have a stuffy snake that Maxon has. He has
- 34:37Speaker 1: a bunch of them. You can just put it on here.
- 34:39Speaker 2: I think a live snake for a little bit could,
- 34:42Speaker 2: at least Instagram that. Maybe that could be your picture.
- 34:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Okay, but I need to go to the gym for that.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Well, I'm ready for more problems. Who's next? Coming up
- 34:49Speaker 2: at Kissing.
- 34:51Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Go to cat102. 7, Kiss FM. All right, it is Halloween time,
- 34:58Speaker 2: and all the theme parks are getting in on the action.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Halloween Horror Nights at Universal, which we gave away a
- 35:05Speaker 2: lot of tickets to. Big movie sinners, they have come
- 35:09Speaker 2: up with a maze based on the movie, and they've
- 35:11Speaker 2: cast the characters as well. Well, one of them was
- 35:15Speaker 2: so well cast that people are returning just to see
- 35:19Speaker 2: this actor. Yeah, the scare actor. Is that the name
- 35:24Speaker 2: of the actors?
- 35:25Speaker 14: They're called scare actors, the ones that are in the
- 35:27Speaker 14: mazes at Universal Studios.
- 35:29Speaker 2: Is that a type of actor, scare acting?
- 35:32Speaker 1: I believe so.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Well, there's someone I could never audition for. They call
- 35:36Speaker 2: them scare actors.
- 35:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:37Speaker 2: All right. How would we work at a haunted house?
- 35:39Speaker 7: Not well.
- 35:40Speaker 1: I would get scared within the maze.
- 35:42Speaker 2: I would not enjoy it at all. I would be
- 35:43Speaker 2: scared of just the normal people. So this is the
- 35:46Speaker 2: Michael B. Jordan doppelganger.
- 35:48Speaker 10: Right.
- 35:48Speaker 1: He looks so much like Michael B.
- 35:50Speaker 14: Jordan that people are going specifically for this maze and
- 35:53Speaker 14: going through it multiple times over and over and over
- 35:57Speaker 14: again just to get a glimpse of this Michael B.
- 36:00Speaker 6: Jordan lookalike.
- 36:01Speaker 14: Now, Sinners is already a very popular maze at Halloween
- 36:04Speaker 14: Horror Nights just because the movie was so great. And
- 36:06Speaker 14: the maze itself, it's just a really real feeling, like
- 36:10Speaker 14: the live performers, the actors portraying the characters of the movie.
- 36:14Speaker 14: But now imagine this guy, you signed up to be
- 36:16Speaker 14: a scare person at Halloween Horror Nights and you turn
- 36:19Speaker 14: into this like overnight celebrity.
- 36:21Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 36:22Speaker 2: So he should ride it, by the way. I mean,
- 36:25Speaker 2: you know, leverage that.
- 36:26Speaker 6: Oh, ride it. I thought you meant ride the ride.
- 36:29Speaker 6: I was like, it's amazing.
- 36:29Speaker 2: No, no, no, ride it out. I mean, yeah, enjoy it.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 36:33Speaker 2: And then I think they should get Michael B. Jordan
- 36:36Speaker 2: to play the role of this guy one night.
- 36:38Speaker 1: How great would that be?
- 36:39Speaker 2: And surprise people who come through thinking it's the other guy,
- 36:41Speaker 2: but it's really the real guy.
- 36:42Speaker 1: That would be so cool.
- 36:43Speaker 2: That's what should happen.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Is this up your alley? Do you like the mazes,
- 36:47Speaker 1: like the scary stuff? Can you do this?
- 36:49Speaker 2: On a date.
- 36:49Speaker 7: What?
- 36:50Speaker 1: On a date.
- 36:51Speaker 2: On a date. I don't mind going to Halloween stuff
- 36:54Speaker 2: on a date, but I don't need to go on
- 36:56Speaker 2: my own.
- 36:56Speaker 14: But are you like, do you get scared easily?
- 36:58Speaker 10: I do.
- 36:59Speaker 2: I do. I put you in front of me.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not a good date vibe for you.
- 37:03Speaker 2: It's not a good look. It would show a side
- 37:07Speaker 2: of me that may not be the most attractive at first,
- 37:10Speaker 2: but then can become charming if you take your time
- 37:12Speaker 2: with it.
- 37:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:13Speaker 2: It can prove itself charming, Tanya.
- 37:15Speaker 6: I don't know about that.
- 37:16Speaker 2: I will sit on the street side of the sidewalk
- 37:19Speaker 2: on the street As long as you stand in front
- 37:21Speaker 2: of me at the haunted maze.
- 37:23Speaker 6: Fair.
- 37:25Speaker 2: You understand?
- 37:25Speaker 1: That's very charming.
- 37:26Speaker 5: Yes, I understand.
- 37:27Speaker 6: That's not giving chivalry. Yeah, it is.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it is.
- 37:31Speaker 2: He's protecting you from the bus. I'm protecting the real
- 37:33Speaker 2: life from the bus.
- 37:34Speaker 6: You're going to make me stand in front of you
- 37:36Speaker 6: in the maze?
- 37:37Speaker 2: It's a Michael B. Jordan lookalike. It's not that dangerous.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Wouldn't you want to be behind him?
- 37:40Speaker 14: I wouldn't mind being in front as long as he's
- 37:42Speaker 14: holding on to me and we're going through cutesy stuff.
- 37:44Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about.
- 37:46Speaker 6: Pushing you in.
- 37:47Speaker 2: He's like, ah, you go in this room first. You
- 37:50Speaker 2: try it first.
- 37:51Speaker 14: With those little like flappy things that like hit your
- 37:52Speaker 14: face and you're like trying to swim through the plastic.
- 37:56Speaker 5: On a date. On a date.
- 37:57Speaker 7: All right.
- 37:58Speaker 2: So inside the IR radio app, Kiss FM, our page,
- 38:02Speaker 2: you got the red microphone, which is where you can
- 38:04Speaker 2: leave a voice note. So let me just run, we
- 38:06Speaker 2: get a lot of these and I love them. We
- 38:07Speaker 2: listen to them. Let me play some back. The first
- 38:10Speaker 2: one here. Oh, I was talking about my sleep details
- 38:14Speaker 2: from my aura ring. Beth, who listens in Montana, wanted
- 38:19Speaker 2: to share her sleep details with us. And here's Beth.
- 38:21Speaker 4: Hey, Ryan. On my morning walk to the bus stop,
- 38:25Speaker 4: I heard you got five hours and 33 minutes of sleep.
- 38:28Speaker 4: I slept from 9 to 1, approximately, 9 p.m. to
- 38:31Speaker 4: 1 a.m., putted around for 20 minutes to half an hour,
- 38:35Speaker 4: and then slept again for another three and a half hours.
- 38:38Speaker 2: I just thought I would share that with you.
- 38:41Speaker 4: I did get to sleep on an air mattress.
- 38:43Speaker 2: I think she's walking up a hill.
- 38:45Speaker 1: I love that for her.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Yeah. No, I don't putz around. What'd she say she does?
- 38:50Speaker 6: Yeah, she putted around.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Did she putt around?
- 38:52Speaker 6: Uh-huh.
- 38:53Speaker 2: I don't putt. I don't get up and putt anything. No,
- 38:57Speaker 2: but you get up and go to the bathroom.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's putting.
- 39:00Speaker 2: That's not putting. That's a necessity. Well, I don't putt around.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Putting is like I'm going to get up and go
- 39:04Speaker 2: to the fridge. Or putting, putzing around is I'm going
- 39:06Speaker 2: to get up and get a snack. I don't do
- 39:08Speaker 2: any of that. That wastes time. I just lay there
- 39:11Speaker 2: miserably and toss and turn. But thank you. Appreciate that.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Sound rested. Here is, we're talking about the scams going around,
- 39:18Speaker 2: different scams where people target you, text messages, whatever it is.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Eileen in San Pedro was a victim of one of
- 39:25Speaker 2: these scams.
- 39:25Speaker 8: Online scam that I fell for. I went to a rental,
- 39:29Speaker 8: went in. at the apartment uh the guy totally used
- 39:32Speaker 8: technology for me to send him the security in the
- 39:36Speaker 8: first month's rent and never got the key so i
- 39:38Speaker 8: lost out on over three grand not so fun.
- 39:42Speaker 14: That was the renter scam that we were talking about
- 39:44Speaker 14: a few weeks ago Yeah. I, anything, anything.
- 39:48Speaker 2: And it's tough because I see texts. They're really good.
- 39:50Speaker 2: These scammers at getting, Hey, I'm in town.
- 39:52Speaker 10: Are you up?
- 39:53Speaker 6: Are you up?
- 39:54Speaker 2: You're responding to it.
- 39:55Speaker 5: Are you up?
- 39:57Speaker 2: Whatever it is. Are you still working? Like stuff that
- 40:01Speaker 2: I would be like responding to quickly, but I don't
- 40:04Speaker 2: see the number in my context. So I stop and I,
- 40:07Speaker 2: I just delete it. I get rid of it immediately.
- 40:09Speaker 2: And they make them your area code. So you think
- 40:11Speaker 2: it's maybe someone, you know, Yeah, well, let it be
- 40:14Speaker 2: a lesson. Wendy in El Monte needs a restaurant recommendation.
- 40:17Speaker 7: This month is my husband's birthday, and I'm trying to
- 40:20Speaker 7: decide which restaurant to take him to. Either there's La
- 40:25Speaker 7: Rosa in La Habra, and I don't know if you've
- 40:28Speaker 7: been there, but it's absolutely beautiful, and the drinks are amazing.
- 40:33Speaker 7: Then I always want to try Javier's. We haven't been
- 40:36Speaker 7: there yet, but please let me know.
- 40:39Speaker 2: For me, I go with an Old Faithful. I don't
- 40:42Speaker 2: know that I would take the Javier's. It's great. But
- 40:43Speaker 2: if you don't know it, I don't know. I like it.
- 40:45Speaker 2: I've been there. I've not been to La Rosa and
- 40:47Speaker 2: La Habra, but it sounds like you really like it.
- 40:49Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Don't risk anything. Go with the steady flow. La Rosa,
- 40:54Speaker 2: La Habra. Here they come.
- 40:56Speaker 12: Right?
- 40:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 40:57Speaker 2: I'm looking at an upscale Mexican fusion and cocktail lounge.
- 41:00Speaker 7: Whoa.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Sounds good.
- 41:01Speaker 5: It does.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Thank you for the talk backs. Anytime we're here. All right,
