Schenectady Blaze Displaces Seven | Albany News
A fire erupted in Schenectady’s Emmett Street yesterday afternoon, sending smoke and flames from the attic and rear of a multi-unit building. Seven residents were displaced, though some returned home by 11 PM. One firefighter suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized, while a neighbor was treated and released.
