- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know cappin Monday, friends, thank
- 0:03Speaker 1: you for starting this brand new week with us. Ricky
- 0:05Speaker 1: Sanchez is right here. She's kind of out of voice.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Yeah right now, It's okay, but it keeps going in
- 0:10Speaker 2: and out.
- 0:10Speaker 1: So see how this goes.
- 0:11Speaker 3: She got.
- 0:13Speaker 4: SpaceX's Blue Origin is set to launch this morning with
- 0:16Speaker 4: an all female crew. Six women are going to take
- 0:18Speaker 4: the trip, including Katy Perry and Gail King.
- 0:21Speaker 2: The vehicle will ride to orbit.
- 0:23Speaker 4: It's Blue Origins New Shepherd, the same one that forty
- 0:26Speaker 4: eight other have rode to space in on ten previous
- 0:30Speaker 4: human space flights from the company in their West Texas facility.
- 0:34Speaker 2: So all should go well.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Obviously it's not like an actual like into space space.
- 0:39Speaker 1: They're going to orbit.
- 0:40Speaker 4: It's going to be about eleven minutes the whole ride
- 0:42Speaker 4: in total, but still very cool moment for everybody that
- 0:45Speaker 4: gets to do it. Obviously they're going to get a
- 0:47Speaker 4: site that not everybody gets to see, so cool stuff there.
- 0:50Speaker 4: It's set to go today as long as the weather
- 0:53Speaker 4: is still all good and updated signals at one hundred
- 0:58Speaker 4: and eight key intersections and has a room into my life.
- 1:01Speaker 4: So Nashville is rolling out this thing that I think
- 1:04Speaker 4: is great. Leading Pedestrian Intervals lpis so it gives people
- 1:08Speaker 4: a few extra seconds to walk into the crosswalk before
- 1:11Speaker 4: cars start to move.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Great genius. I love that so much.
- 1:14Speaker 4: They said the lpis reduced pedestrian vehicle crashes by thirteen
- 1:18Speaker 4: percent and offer added protection for those with slower mobility.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Great idea. Here's where they ruined my life. They said,
- 1:26Speaker 4: for drivers, you could now hit more consecutive green lights
- 1:30Speaker 4: because there's a new system that is aimed to improve
- 1:33Speaker 4: traffic flow by coordinating the signals used using.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Real time data.
- 1:37Speaker 1: That sounds like a good thing.
- 1:38Speaker 2: No, it's not not in.
- 1:39Speaker 4: The gulch where they are doing this, which is where
- 1:42Speaker 4: I live. So James Robertson Parkway, Eleventh Avenue North and
- 1:46Speaker 4: Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard are among the first
- 1:48Speaker 4: streets to.
- 1:49Speaker 2: See these updates. You can't there's no turn signals anymore.
- 1:53Speaker 2: For like, if you want to.
- 1:53Speaker 4: Go left anywhere in the gult you can't go lest
- 1:58Speaker 4: you get weight for hours hours hours and heels like hours.
- 2:04Speaker 4: It's really honestly though, I think it's added an extra
- 2:07Speaker 4: like twenty minutes during.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Rush hour times for me.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Lord yeah, that is financial.
- 2:11Speaker 4: It has added an extra five to ten minutes in
- 2:14Speaker 4: the morning, depending on when I leave. So yeah, it's
- 2:17Speaker 4: really not fun if you're in the gold Tree travel
- 2:19Speaker 4: a lot in the gulch. But I'm hoping that when
- 2:21Speaker 4: they see the updates and they see what this like
- 2:23Speaker 4: real time data shows, is that not all of.
- 2:25Speaker 1: The streets need to be that sure.
- 2:27Speaker 4: If a few are, that might be fine, but not
- 2:29Speaker 4: all of them. Fingers crossed. Also, lays do us a
- 2:32Speaker 4: Flavor contest has picked their three finalists. They received more
- 2:37Speaker 4: than seven hundred thousand submissions from fans across the country,
- 2:40Speaker 4: but they picked bacon grilled cheese, Valentina and Lime which
- 2:44Speaker 4: I'm not sure what that is, and wavy Korean style
- 2:48Speaker 4: fried chicken. So the new flavors are available in stores nationwide.
- 2:51Speaker 4: You could go try them out and then vote for
- 2:53Speaker 4: your favorite I do us a flavor dot com. The
- 2:56Speaker 4: voting goes from April twenty first to June thirteenth. Winner's
- 2:59Speaker 4: getting a million dollars, which is crazy to think about.
- 3:03Speaker 4: So choose wisely when you pick your favorite. Amricky Sanchez
- 3:06Speaker 4: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Thank you, Ricky, Going back to the traffic thing before
- 3:09Speaker 1: six am when we're driving here early? Are you okay
- 3:12Speaker 1: with kind of going through a red light if there's
- 3:13Speaker 1: no one around?
- 3:14Speaker 2: Absolutely not. Oh you are the worst if you do that.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah I do. I don't. I almost been
- 3:21Speaker 1: hate twice because you got to make sure nobody's around mine.
- 3:26Speaker 1: It passes best on the way for the first caller, Ricky,
- 3:29Speaker 1: Zach and Mano in the morning one, Where.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Are you calling from?
- 3:35Speaker 4: Erica in Nashville? Welcome to one O seven five the River.
- 3:38Speaker 4: He's not excited to be in Nashville.
- 3:40Speaker 6: I'm from here. R.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Where'd you grow up?
- 3:44Speaker 3: Because me too, I grew up in the Anti.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Did you guys play each other in sports?
- 3:53Speaker 7: I think so because I went to Mount Juliet I
- 3:55Speaker 7: didn't play sports though.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Well your schools, I can confirm. Ne.
- 4:02Speaker 1: What are you doing this morning? Erica? You on your
- 4:04Speaker 1: way to work?
- 4:05Speaker 5: I'm actually working now, I dot Oh cool girl?
- 4:09Speaker 1: What is the weirdest saying?
- 4:10Speaker 7: People make you pick up from the store?
- 4:13Speaker 8: That weird?
- 4:13Speaker 3: It was just like kind of uncomfortable.
- 4:16Speaker 8: So someone ordered a box.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Oh, I mean that's bold.
- 4:21Speaker 4: I feel like if you're asking for someone else to
- 4:24Speaker 4: go get you that.
- 4:26Speaker 2: You are a bold person.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe they're doing something wrong.
- 4:31Speaker 7: What do you mean, it behind their partner's back, so
- 4:34Speaker 7: they have to have it deliver because they don't want
- 4:35Speaker 7: to go to the store and buy it.
- 4:37Speaker 2: That's even worse.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Hope you might have helped somebody create or.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Don't feel bad. Erica's just trying to make some money.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Hey, real quick, one more question about instacart if I
- 4:51Speaker 1: don't do it often, but when I do order instacart,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I heard a long time ago that like, if you
- 4:55Speaker 1: set a bigger tip the you know instacart, people are
- 4:58Speaker 1: going to pick your order first.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Love definitely, I'm definitely looking for the of today.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Okay.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Oh I didn't realize that you could see the tip
- 5:05Speaker 4: off the back yet either. Oh yeah, oh yeah, okay,
- 5:10Speaker 4: I mean I might get a second job with it.
- 5:14Speaker 1: They're good.
- 5:15Speaker 2: We've just been picking your brain and we did not
- 5:17Speaker 2: even get to tell you yet.
- 5:17Speaker 4: You are the first color of the day on one
- 5:19Speaker 4: of seven five the river.
- 5:21Speaker 2: You're going to get to go to my Mosa festival.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Oh my god, I'm so excited.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Cool, it's a month away May nineteenth, Riverfront Park. It's
- 5:30Speaker 1: gonna be great. You'll be there.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Congratulations, thank you, thank you so much. And you have
- 5:34Speaker 2: great energy.
- 5:35Speaker 4: By the way, Erica, your giggle made me so happy,
- 5:38Speaker 4: and your energy is high, especially this early in the morning,
- 5:40Speaker 4: so we appreciate you.
- 5:42Speaker 7: Oh thank you.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I tried.
- 5:43Speaker 1: All right, you get out there, you deliver those groceries.
- 5:45Speaker 1: People need them. We're gonna put you on hold for
- 5:47Speaker 1: a secon.
- 5:47Speaker 6: Okay, okay, I love It was kind.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Of because you guys know, I go to the grocery
- 5:51Speaker 1: store every day, multiple times, single day. I've always kind
- 5:54Speaker 1: of secretly wanted to be an instacr drive. You should
- 5:56Speaker 1: do it, make extra money. Why there you know that you.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Could pick the tip two with a higher tip, Like,
- 6:02Speaker 4: that's a game changer right there.
- 6:04Speaker 1: More and mos the best passes all week one O
- 6:06Speaker 1: seven five the River, Recky, Zach and Meno in the
- 6:09Speaker 1: mo I Kevin Mano have to address something. Ricky and
- 6:13Speaker 1: Zach don't know where I'm going with this. I have
- 6:14Speaker 1: no idea. Something online on social media that I get
- 6:19Speaker 1: tagged in every day of my life, gets sent to
- 6:21Speaker 1: me every day of my life. This weekend, it was
- 6:23Speaker 1: another spike and people sending this, let's play one song.
- 6:28Speaker 1: We'll play Lola Young's messy, and then I'll explain this
- 6:30Speaker 1: thing that just will not go away. Well, this is
- 6:32Speaker 1: what I'm thinking.
- 6:33Speaker 2: This is what it is, this is what I was googling.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Oh it is. You're told me a story a minute
- 6:39Speaker 1: ago of how she was googling me over the weekend.
- 6:41Speaker 1: This is why this is so funny. This is this
- 6:43Speaker 1: thing will not leave me alone. I'll explain next. On
- 6:46Speaker 1: the River one seven five, the River.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Recky, Zach and Meno in the Kevin said just a
- 6:51Speaker 4: few minutes ago, right before Lola Young saying messy on
- 6:54Speaker 4: one O seven five of the River, that he has
- 6:56Speaker 4: something he needs to address that he keeps getting tagged
- 6:58Speaker 4: in and he keeps getting sent to him. I wasn't
- 7:00Speaker 4: sure where this was going, but now I'm pretty positive
- 7:03Speaker 4: I know what it is because I was googling it
- 7:06Speaker 4: over the weekend.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Because you were trying to explain.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I was trying to explain what had happened to
- 7:11Speaker 4: my fiance AJ because he was like, I don't understand,
- 7:14Speaker 4: so I had to find the video.
- 7:15Speaker 2: It's a video, correct, Yes it is.
- 7:17Speaker 1: And Zach, you're still based on what she and I
- 7:18Speaker 1: are saying right now, you don't know what I'm talking.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I have absolutely no idea. So funny, Zachary, It's it
- 7:24Speaker 1: involves me in Avril Levine. Now I know what you're
- 7:28Speaker 1: talking about. I used to host a show on MTV
- 7:32Speaker 1: called The Seven where I would interview people as a
- 7:33Speaker 1: live and Times Square situation thing. And the one thing, like,
- 7:37Speaker 1: nobody knows what that show was, nobody has any memory
- 7:39Speaker 1: of that show.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I kept calling it The six.
- 7:41Speaker 1: You're not gonna find it on Google that way. But
- 7:44Speaker 1: the one thing that just will not die is this clip,
- 7:47Speaker 1: this short little clip of me interviewing Avril Levine and
- 7:49Speaker 1: I'm asking her a question about her relationship with her
- 7:51Speaker 1: ex Derek Whibley if I'm forty one, and it was
- 7:53Speaker 1: a poorly worded question very and she lost that, she
- 7:58Speaker 1: got the giggles. She could not get her mind out
- 8:00Speaker 1: of the gutter. I didn't understand why she was living.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I didn't understand why it was dirty.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Part of this video is that he very clearly says
- 8:08Speaker 4: something that comes off so dirty.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and she's so innocent and like oblivioate.
- 8:13Speaker 1: If the clip is taken out of contact, like if
- 8:16Speaker 1: you saw the longer clip, it would make sense why.
- 8:19Speaker 7: It's not taken out of context. Kevin, it was just
- 8:21Speaker 7: a bad question.
- 8:22Speaker 1: No, I stand by it. But now, for some reason,
- 8:27Speaker 1: like once a week, these various meme pages on Instagram
- 8:30Speaker 1: will just post this clip and then people that throughout
- 8:34Speaker 1: my life I've known will send it to me. It's like,
- 8:35Speaker 1: oh my god, have you seen this? Yes, I've seen
- 8:38Speaker 1: it many many times.
- 8:39Speaker 2: It makes me so happy.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I feel like we should post it. See what we're
- 8:45Speaker 1: talking about.
- 8:45Speaker 8: We have to.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Now you got it out there, everyone's gonna know that
- 8:48Speaker 4: you already saw it. Then they'll see that you've already
- 8:50Speaker 4: seen it. Maybe you'll get less messages about this.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I feel like I've done a lot of stuff in
- 8:55Speaker 1: my career and this is my legacy. Does five second clip? Okay,
- 9:03Speaker 1: It's so funny.
- 9:04Speaker 4: It makes me literally I die laughing every time because
- 9:08Speaker 4: I cringe knowing that you cringe watching it.
- 9:10Speaker 6: Kevin.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I do. Sorry, And then we'll post, and then
- 9:15Speaker 1: somebody else posted, and then somebody else will posted, and
- 9:17Speaker 1: then somebody else Posy'll yeah, please, three things you need
- 9:22Speaker 1: to know? All right, just after seven o'clock on this
- 9:24Speaker 1: Monday morning, Thank you for being here, friends. Ricky's got
- 9:26Speaker 1: those three things.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Bens and Boone announced a new album and performed a
- 9:30Speaker 4: new song while on stage at Coachella over the weekend.
- 9:33Speaker 4: His new album, American Heart, comes out June twentieth, so
- 9:36Speaker 4: very soon, and the new single that he debuted.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Is called Mystical Magical. Here's a little clip of that.
- 9:41Speaker 9: We haven't exciting ice cream haking off your blue jean
- 9:46Speaker 9: stitching at the movie because it.
- 10:00Speaker 2: He's really sticking to like the old.
- 10:02Speaker 4: School vibes, well reminds me, which is so yeah, glad
- 10:07Speaker 4: you said that. Also, to wrap up his wild weekend
- 10:09Speaker 4: that he had at Coachella, he joined forces with Brian May,
- 10:12Speaker 4: who is the co founder of the band Queen. They
- 10:15Speaker 4: did a cover of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody while up on stage,
- 10:18Speaker 4: which is cool, pretty iconic if you ask me, really crazy.
- 10:21Speaker 4: It's also even more crazy to me because Benson Boone
- 10:25Speaker 4: was an opener at one of our river on the
- 10:27Speaker 4: rooftops like three years ago, three years ago, four years.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Ago, something like that.
- 10:32Speaker 4: And to watch him just blow up to the point
- 10:36Speaker 4: that he is on stage at Coachella and also on
- 10:39Speaker 4: stage with a legend.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Like what is happening? It's crazy to think about. I'm
- 10:44Speaker 2: so proud of him.
- 10:45Speaker 1: So in other words, don't miss River on the rooftop.
- 10:47Speaker 2: You never know whom I end up being the next
- 10:49Speaker 2: big star. Carpenter played, Yeah, a lot of people have.
- 10:52Speaker 4: It's crazy to think about, but that's the one I
- 10:54Speaker 4: always go back to because Wow, just amazing to watch.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Tennessee has parted ways with their quarterback Eco.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I'm gonna mess this up. Ea Malayava. That is how
- 11:05Speaker 2: I would say. Is the last name. A lot of
- 11:06Speaker 2: people say it wrong.
- 11:07Speaker 4: On Thursday, One's Pete Nakos also reported that he's now
- 11:13Speaker 4: going to be seeking a new nil deal, so he is.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Not at practice, hasn't been at practice. On Saturday, they
- 11:21Speaker 2: said that.
- 11:21Speaker 4: He was not going to be participating in the team's
- 11:24Speaker 4: annual spring game. The head coach said, no one's bigger
- 11:27Speaker 4: than the power Tea when they talked about the situation.
- 11:30Speaker 4: So it seems like a lot's going on there and
- 11:33Speaker 4: he's no longer going to be with the team. They
- 11:35Speaker 4: said that after this they're going to have open tryouts,
- 11:38Speaker 4: so something to just kind of keep in mind, and
- 11:40Speaker 4: I will keep you updated on seeing how that goes.
- 11:43Speaker 4: And Easter spending is expected to hit a crazy number
- 11:46Speaker 4: twenty three point six billion dollars.
- 11:49Speaker 2: WHOA Yeah.
- 11:50Speaker 4: According to the National Retail Federation's annual Easter survey, over
- 11:54Speaker 4: half of shoppers are planning family meals, church visits, egg hunts,
- 11:59Speaker 4: all sorts of stuff that have to do with Easter,
- 12:02Speaker 4: including springtime deals. So this also includes shopping for things
- 12:06Speaker 4: like clothing and things like.
- 12:07Speaker 2: That, so it's not all just Easter themed.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I don't know, those eggs are probably a pretty big
- 12:12Speaker 1: part of that spending.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Yeah, honestly, at this point, they're coming down slowly, Yeah, slowly,
- 12:17Speaker 4: but Surelie.
- 12:18Speaker 2: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 12:20Speaker 2: need to know.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Thank you so much, Ricky. Here's Miles Smith right after stargazing.
- 12:24Speaker 1: You know what time it is, zaxbacks. We're all gonna
- 12:26Speaker 1: learn together next on the River one seven five The River, Nicky,
- 12:30Speaker 1: Zach and.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Mano in the Mornings Got Effect, Zex's got effect, Zex's
- 12:34Speaker 4: got effect on I seventy five the River theme song.
- 12:38Speaker 7: You guys, do you remember what age you learned to swim?
- 12:41Speaker 1: No?
- 12:42Speaker 2: Very young.
- 12:43Speaker 7: I read that apparently the average person learns to swim
- 12:46Speaker 7: at the age of eight years old, and I just
- 12:49Speaker 7: feel like we need to do better as a society.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I mean because I have two kids that we both
- 12:53Speaker 1: you know, put in swim lessons when they were very young.
- 12:55Speaker 1: We always heard that doing it as young as possible
- 12:57Speaker 1: is the absolute best way to teach them.
- 12:59Speaker 7: Yeah, so they can save themselves if they were to
- 13:02Speaker 7: fall in a pool or something and they just learn quicker.
- 13:04Speaker 7: I think they need to do better as a society
- 13:06Speaker 7: because the average is eight years old. And that's your
- 13:08Speaker 7: fact of the day, and I'm gonna stand by it quick.
- 13:11Speaker 2: A little fun fact to add to that. I learned
- 13:12Speaker 2: how to swim from my DT, who doesn't know how
- 13:15Speaker 2: to swim.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Teach you.
- 13:17Speaker 2: I don't know, guys, but I'm a phenomenal swimmer.
- 13:20Speaker 1: She can float and we can't. That's true, Ricky morning.
- 13:26Speaker 4: What is something that you learned about your significant other
- 13:30Speaker 4: once you moved in with them? Oh, honey, just did
- 13:35Speaker 4: a demonstration of what he learned about his significant other, David.
- 13:39Speaker 7: I learned that my boyfriend walks like this, but he's
- 13:43Speaker 7: so loud everywhere that he walks.
- 13:46Speaker 4: So what did you learn about your significant other once
- 13:49Speaker 4: you moved in with Kevin's being really quiet.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I'm just letting you, guys, just.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Five seven seven seven. Kevin's like, you are not getting
- 13:58Speaker 4: me in trouble.
- 13:59Speaker 1: It could be good, it could be bad. You could
- 14:01Speaker 1: be anonymous whatever you learned about anymous we want to hear.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I don't have anything, Manna said. I it's a little messy,
- 14:09Speaker 1: but I know. We're talking about it next seven.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Heiky zach and in the morning, we're talking about the
- 14:17Speaker 4: things that you learn about your significant other once you
- 14:20Speaker 4: move in with them. Sometimes it shocks you. You weren't
- 14:24Speaker 4: expecting it. Annie and Lebanon, what was.
- 14:26Speaker 2: That for you?
- 14:27Speaker 8: Our time from going from meeting to marriage was about
- 14:30Speaker 8: seven months. Oh, and it was very quick in that
- 14:34Speaker 8: time zone. I was allowed to sleep on any side
- 14:36Speaker 8: of the bed, and then it was like the day
- 14:39Speaker 8: after we got married. And for the last five years,
- 14:42Speaker 8: I've been forced on the left side, and I for
- 14:44Speaker 8: thirty years slept on the right.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Okay, I was gonna say. You said forced on the
- 14:48Speaker 2: left side, so you don't like that side of the bed.
- 14:50Speaker 8: No, I'm definitely the right side of the bed person.
- 14:53Speaker 4: And you guys just never discussed the side of the
- 14:55Speaker 4: bed that you liked the most prior to moving in.
- 14:58Speaker 8: I mean, I didn't know that was in the talk
- 15:00Speaker 8: to seven. I guess that's why you know it should
- 15:02Speaker 8: have been longer than seven months.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Asking that question.
- 15:06Speaker 4: I don't think I ever asked my significant other which
- 15:09Speaker 4: side of the bet do you know?
- 15:10Speaker 1: I don't think that's a very common question. Is this
- 15:12Speaker 1: any sort of a deal breaker.
- 15:14Speaker 8: I'm going home and I'm gonna tell her we need
- 15:16Speaker 8: to discuss divorce.
- 15:19Speaker 1: We did not condone that. We did not say that divorce.
- 15:23Speaker 8: Five years later, I am sick of it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I walked, she is ready to stop.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Can we maybe find a compromise.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Maybe you sleep on the right side half the time
- 15:33Speaker 4: and then she sleeps, so that's crazy the other.
- 15:35Speaker 8: Half because somebody will end up on the couch.
- 15:37Speaker 4: Oh okay, this situation.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Thank you for calling you best of luck. Okay, I
- 15:46Speaker 1: love it. We did get some text to Eric said
- 15:50Speaker 1: I I didn't know how someone could shed that much
- 15:53Speaker 1: hair and still have a full head of hair.
- 15:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 16:00Speaker 1: And then this one's anonymous as I learned that no
- 16:02Speaker 1: amount of toilet paper is enough toilet paper.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, I feel like AJ sent both of these.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Yeah, honest to God. The one thing that AJ always
- 16:09Speaker 4: says to me.
- 16:10Speaker 2: One we like moved in together.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Was I never realized how much toilet paper women use?
- 16:16Speaker 2: And I was like, well, we need it for every situation.
- 16:19Speaker 2: You guys don't.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it.
- 16:21Speaker 2: We're using it more often than you are. Because he's like,
- 16:24Speaker 2: how are we constantly out of toilet paper?
- 16:25Speaker 1: I by so much.
- 16:27Speaker 2: We're always that dolet paper?
- 16:28Speaker 1: Good point, I'm uncomfortable. Seven five the River, heiky Zachyla
- 16:34Speaker 1: in Nashville. We're talking about the things you learn about
- 16:36Speaker 1: your partner, your significant other after you move in with them.
- 16:39Speaker 1: You don't know these things beforehand. It's a pleasant surprise
- 16:41Speaker 1: after Welcome to one oh, seven five the River. Do
- 16:44Speaker 1: you have an example?
- 16:45Speaker 3: Yeah, So my husband and I have been together since
- 16:48Speaker 3: we were thirteen, and originally when I used to go
- 16:51Speaker 3: over to his house, he would clean his room when
- 16:54Speaker 3: I was coming over. Now that we live together, he
- 16:57Speaker 3: doesn't clean up at all.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Oh that's the word.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I feel like he duped you.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like if we have people coming over, he'll
- 17:05Speaker 3: help me clean, but normally, like if we're not having
- 17:08Speaker 3: anybody come over, his either his office or our bedroom's
- 17:12Speaker 3: kind of messy.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Oh calm, I'm sorry to hear that.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Do you have kids?
- 17:15Speaker 3: By chance, I have an eight month old son.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Okay, it's uh, you're adding another person into the mix
- 17:21Speaker 1: that will not clean a thing.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Cayla, When do you say he's messy?
- 17:26Speaker 7: What does he usually like leave around? Is it clothes?
- 17:28Speaker 7: Is it trash like?
- 17:29Speaker 1: What is it?
- 17:30Speaker 3: It's both and dirty dishes?
- 17:34Speaker 2: Relates to all of this right now a little bit.
- 17:38Speaker 1: It's okay, You're.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Not alone, Kailas. It's all I'm saying. Yeah, thanks for
- 17:42Speaker 2: calling in love. We appreciate you, thank you.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Congrats on the baby.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 17:48Speaker 1: If that baby or any babies like to win tickets
- 17:51Speaker 1: to things we have, I know it's a terrible transition.
- 17:57Speaker 1: The Game of the Day is on the way, that's
- 17:58Speaker 1: take great. Yeah, we can't tell you what we're playing
- 18:01Speaker 1: for though. We've got a mystery show.

- 18:18Speaker 4: Playing the game for today because they haven't announced it,
- 18:22Speaker 4: so we can't tell you what it is. And I

- 20:14Speaker 1: Hey, Megan, I am all for this. Don't think I'm not.
- 20:16Speaker 1: But did I hear somebody in the background kind of
- 20:18Speaker 1: whisper Katie Perry?
- 20:19Speaker 3: First?
- 20:19Speaker 2: Yes, my daughter hated you got that one.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I love it. You owe her. You gonna take her
- 20:23Speaker 1: to this mystery show?
- 20:24Speaker 5: Yes, thank you so much. Guys.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Nice job. Thank you both for calling and playing. And
- 20:29Speaker 1: have a great day and a great week.
- 20:30Speaker 5: You two by three things you need to know.
- 20:33Speaker 1: All right, let's go just after eight o'clock on this
- 20:36Speaker 1: Monday morning, Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Professional golfer Rory McElroy had quite the weekend. He has
- 20:43Speaker 4: hit a career high as he completed a Grand Slam.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Yesterday.
- 20:47Speaker 4: He won the Masters in a wild match against justin
- 20:50Speaker 4: Rose where a playoff took place because both golfers were
- 20:53Speaker 4: tied at eleven underpar for seventy two holes. Crazy crazy
- 20:57Speaker 4: moment if you watched it, Honestly, you don't even have
- 21:00Speaker 4: to love golf to just feel the intensity of that moment. Yeah,
- 21:04Speaker 4: the wind security spot is the sixth man ever to
- 21:07Speaker 4: complete a career Grand Slam.
- 21:09Speaker 2: So you won four.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Championships, the Masters, a PGA Championship, US Open, and Open
- 21:14Speaker 4: Championship in his career as a professional golfer, So big
- 21:18Speaker 4: congrats to him.
- 21:19Speaker 2: That's a huge feat.
- 21:21Speaker 4: When do you start to panic about your phone battery?
- 21:24Speaker 4: If you said thirty eight percent in your head, then
- 21:27Speaker 4: you're not alone. According to a new survey by Talker Research,
- 21:30Speaker 4: thirty eight percent is the point at which people begin
- 21:33Speaker 4: to get nervous, and they have dubbed it the panic percentage.
- 21:37Speaker 4: Thirty four percent. Don't get nervous until battery life drops
- 21:40Speaker 4: below twenty percent, which is really like when I start thinking, oh,
- 21:44Speaker 4: this should be charged.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I'm a ten percent guy. Really Yeah, because I close
- 21:48Speaker 1: all the apps that lower my brightness, I switch to
- 21:50Speaker 1: low power mode, Like there are things he can do because.
- 21:52Speaker 2: You're attached to your phone. So I'm shocked to hear it.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Well, I'm always usually within an inch of a charger,
- 21:57Speaker 1: so that's what.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Okay, so you got figured it all out. Gen Zers
- 22:01Speaker 2: and millennials are the worst.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Apparently they start to freak out when battery drops below
- 22:06Speaker 4: fifty percent.
- 22:07Speaker 2: That's like my normal day. I'm just kind of like, oh, well,
- 22:09Speaker 2: it's almost dead. What am I gonna do about it?
- 22:12Speaker 4: But thirty eight is the panic percentage. And Enchanted castles
- 22:16Speaker 4: are coming to Cheekwood this summer.
- 22:17Speaker 2: They look so cool.
- 22:19Speaker 4: The insallation is going to be five climbable castles that
- 22:22Speaker 4: were locally made, and they're going to be outside among
- 22:24Speaker 4: the trees and the plants.
- 22:25Speaker 2: At Cheekwood, you could.
- 22:26Speaker 4: Check out the Dragon's Den, Castle, Flower Fairy Palace and more.
- 22:31Speaker 4: May first through August seventeenth. You could see a full
- 22:34Speaker 4: list of all of them and what they look like
- 22:36Speaker 4: up on their website. They look pretty cool and I
- 22:39Speaker 4: know that, like I'm almost thirty three, but I want
- 22:40Speaker 4: to climb the castle myself. I'm Ricky Sanchez.
- 22:43Speaker 2: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 22:45Speaker 2: One ver Reicky, Zach and Menno.
- 22:48Speaker 1: In the morning, I stumbled upon a debate raging online.
- 22:51Speaker 1: It's one of seven to five the River. I posed
- 22:53Speaker 1: it to these two in here. We've been going at
- 22:55Speaker 1: it in the studio. How do we feel about portable
- 22:59Speaker 1: speakers at the beach?
- 23:02Speaker 2: Who who's opinon? Do you want first? Because both of
- 23:04Speaker 2: us can go on a riff right now.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I want everybody to been on six seven, three, seven, nine,
- 23:09Speaker 1: one o seven way in. I don't think it's the
- 23:12Speaker 1: place for speak. I don't want to hear your music
- 23:14Speaker 1: when I'm out there enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Okay, Kevin, let's see what other people have to say,
- 23:18Speaker 4: because I have something to say to that.
- 23:20Speaker 1: I can feel where you're coming from.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Okay, call us right now six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 23:25Speaker 4: one oh seven, and then we'll chat about it.
- 23:27Speaker 2: On one o seven five the River.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Ricky thinks the beach is just like a bar, just
- 23:31Speaker 1: like a party for everyone. You know, it's not. Yes,
- 23:34Speaker 1: it is nature.
- 23:35Speaker 4: Oh I we're gonna talk about it, don't you worry.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Okay, speakers at the beach, let us know where you
- 23:42Speaker 1: Standards Milesmith on the River seven five the.
- 23:44Speaker 5: River, Hicky Zach and Nano in the morning.
- 23:47Speaker 4: Line on our way to Brentwood. Welcome to one O
- 23:49Speaker 4: seven five the River. What are your thoughts on speakers
- 23:52Speaker 4: at the beach?
- 23:54Speaker 5: My thought is, if you're going to play your speaker,
- 23:58Speaker 5: keep it at a normal level. I'm tired of you
- 24:00Speaker 5: blasting your ADM music at full speed. Yes, full volume.
- 24:06Speaker 5: But I can understand wanting to have music in your area.
- 24:08Speaker 5: It's just like, be courteous about it, you know.
- 24:10Speaker 4: Okay, I think that's a fair thing to say.
- 24:13Speaker 7: I would agree with the volume level. I think it
- 24:15Speaker 7: depends on how loud you have it.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Yeah, don't be an a whole and you know, have
- 24:22Speaker 5: it the laughing for everyone in their grandma here who's
- 24:25Speaker 5: just trying to enjoy a little, you know, Jack Johnson,
- 24:28Speaker 5: when you're trying to enjoy.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Kesha, Like, I appreciate you bleeping yourself. That was very kind.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Carolina was benefit so yes, thank you calling her the whole.
- 24:40Speaker 4: Okay, this is the thing though, I will say, I
- 24:41Speaker 4: understand what Caroline is saying. But if I'm playing my music,
- 24:45Speaker 4: beach is wide open. Why are you going to come
- 24:47Speaker 4: sit next to me?
- 24:48Speaker 1: Easton is on the line. Now we have a child.
- 24:50Speaker 1: How old are you? Eastern Okay, Easton, what do you
- 24:54Speaker 1: think about speakers on the beach? Oh, you're pro speakers
- 24:57Speaker 1: on the beach. Yeah, okay, So Ricky, he's playing her
- 25:01Speaker 1: rap music loud as it goes, and you're okay with that?
- 25:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know, move on, don't complain about it.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Thank you, Easton. I appreciate that.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Mm okay.
- 25:12Speaker 2: But here's the thing that he keep saying today.
- 25:16Speaker 7: The beach is like wide open. That's not necessarily true.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I'm not saying that's always what it's like, but I'm saying,
- 25:22Speaker 4: if it is, why are you coming near me?
- 25:23Speaker 2: If it's an absolute packed day coming where there's nowhere
- 25:27Speaker 2: that you could ever go.
- 25:28Speaker 4: To, Like you look around and you're like, there's not
- 25:30Speaker 4: a singular spot other than right next to me in
- 25:32Speaker 4: my music, Then yeah, I understand you being a little
- 25:35Speaker 4: annoyed by that, But that's hardly ever the situation.
- 25:38Speaker 1: I think we are like visualizing something different because in
- 25:41Speaker 1: my mind, my family is enjoying our nice, peaceful beach.
- 25:44Speaker 1: We've got our towels down, and then you roll up
- 25:48Speaker 1: loud as hell. You know. Just no regards to umping and.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Bumping, Okay, I like thumping and bumping.
- 25:53Speaker 4: What's your problem. I deserve to enjoy my time on
- 25:56Speaker 4: the beach, just like you did.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Wouldn't you go try to find a spot away from
- 25:59Speaker 1: the people.
- 26:00Speaker 2: You don't want to be anywhere near anyone. I don't
- 26:02Speaker 2: want to be anywhere near anyone, even if I'm not
- 26:03Speaker 2: playing my speakers. I want to be my little section
- 26:06Speaker 2: on the beach.
- 26:06Speaker 4: Heck, you talking about Heiky, Zach and Mano in the morning,
- 26:11Speaker 4: Ora and Murphy's Borough. Tell us what your thoughts on
- 26:15Speaker 4: speakers at the beach are.
- 26:16Speaker 6: Okay, so I just came from DestinE.
- 26:19Speaker 5: I was there this weekend.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Nice.
- 26:21Speaker 6: I'm definitely against doing.
- 26:23Speaker 5: That because you have kids sometimes with.
- 26:26Speaker 6: You, or you're there to like have the people calm.
- 26:30Speaker 5: Like listen to the sounds of the.
- 26:32Speaker 6: Ocean, segals and yes, just like you don't know what
- 26:37Speaker 6: everybody is there for.
- 26:38Speaker 5: So I think when you bring like a.
- 26:40Speaker 6: Speaker our particular experience this weekend, we're at a hotel,
- 26:44Speaker 6: so there's hairs on the beach and they're blaring like
- 26:48Speaker 6: music with not the best language. So like, if you
- 26:50Speaker 6: have kids with you and you don't want them and
- 26:54Speaker 6: listening to that, and you're kind.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Of imposing that.
- 26:56Speaker 6: But then also then they switch like heavy metal, and
- 26:59Speaker 6: it just didn't.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Go the vibe. Does that make sense?
- 27:01Speaker 1: Yes, I am with you. Yeah, we're Zach and I
- 27:04Speaker 1: are both in here shaking our heads.
- 27:05Speaker 2: That Ricky is argument.
- 27:06Speaker 4: Goes both ways, like why do you get to decide
- 27:09Speaker 4: the soundtrack to my experience at the beach?
- 27:11Speaker 1: I sing, bring in a speaker, Yes, silence would be
- 27:14Speaker 1: the soundtrack.
- 27:15Speaker 2: I know that is then the soundtrack. You're still picking
- 27:17Speaker 2: the soundtrack? Correct? I also like Devil's advocate here. I
- 27:20Speaker 2: don't have kids.
- 27:21Speaker 4: I have a different opinion about the whole, like what
- 27:24Speaker 4: I'm playing imposing on kids kind of thing, because.
- 27:27Speaker 2: I don't think about kids all the time. I don't
- 27:30Speaker 2: have any.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I get it. Yeah, thank you for calling. We appreciate
- 27:34Speaker 1: your input. We'll talk to one more. We'll talk to
- 27:38Speaker 1: Brandon in Nashville. Yeah, your name speakers on the beach?
- 27:41Speaker 10: Uh, I would have to say no. If it's crowded
- 27:45Speaker 10: and you got your speakers on and you're playing some
- 27:48Speaker 10: rap that's got every other cuss word in it, the
- 27:51Speaker 10: people next to you might not want to hear that. So,
- 27:54Speaker 10: I mean, if you're off by yourself and there ain't
- 27:56Speaker 10: nobody around, I can understand having a speakers, I would
- 27:58Speaker 10: say yes, And now it just depends on the situation.
- 28:02Speaker 10: But if it's a crowd at bag, I think everybody
- 28:05Speaker 10: should be listening to their own music just to save
- 28:08Speaker 10: about your drama.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 28:09Speaker 4: So also, if I bring my speaker to the beach
- 28:11Speaker 4: and it's at a reasonable level and it's not blaring,
- 28:15Speaker 4: but it's playing that doesn't bother you, then brandon.
- 28:19Speaker 10: If it distracts me from hearing my music.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yet, okay, so it can't be louder than your music.
- 28:28Speaker 10: Well, I mean, well that goes both ways.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going to bring a speaker and just play
- 28:34Speaker 1: like the sounds of waves crashing. You're drawn up both
- 28:37Speaker 1: of your music.
- 28:38Speaker 7: I feel like it all comes down to the level,
- 28:40Speaker 7: like the volume level. If it's super obnoxiously loud and
- 28:44Speaker 7: you're ruining my time, then no, I don't want to
- 28:46Speaker 7: hear it. But if you're with a group of friends
- 28:49Speaker 7: and it's playing cool, have fun, but don't make it
- 28:51Speaker 7: look so loud.
- 28:52Speaker 4: You're saying, it's just that's so hard, because that's always
- 28:55Speaker 4: up to interpretation.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Very true that it makes this so difficult.
- 28:58Speaker 7: Okay, maximum volume seven seven seven.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I'm going to Randon. Thank you for calling, buddy, You're welcome. Bye,
- 29:06Speaker 1: this for another day. But Ricky, if you're out on
- 29:08Speaker 1: a hiking trail, did you carry a speaker with you?
- 29:10Speaker 5: No?
- 29:10Speaker 1: Okay, good, You're not a monster?
- 29:12Speaker 4: No no, no, no, I'm I'm just I like a yarnie
- 29:15Speaker 4: party I like.
- 29:16Speaker 2: To have on the beach. Ricky Zach and Meno Benson Boone.
- 29:22Speaker 4: Our guy Benson Boone. He had a crazy Coachella weekend.
- 29:25Speaker 4: Over the weekend, he performed, lots happened, he announced an album,
- 29:29Speaker 4: he performed a new song like he debuted it at Coachella,
- 29:32Speaker 4: and then he also did a cover with Brian May
- 29:36Speaker 4: from Queen Cool on stage. Zach found Today's Daily Double
- 29:40Speaker 4: tap on one O seven five of the River and
- 29:42Speaker 4: it's that it's him performing.
- 29:44Speaker 7: Cool singing Bohemian Rhapsody, which is insane.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it's pretty cool. Here we go one of the
- 30:13Speaker 1: greatest songs of all time, I will say. And Ricky
- 30:16Speaker 1: and I were watching some other videos and stuff. It
- 30:17Speaker 1: seemed like maybe the crowd didn't get it. It didn't
- 30:20Speaker 1: understand that was Brian May of Queens or who like
- 30:22Speaker 1: who he was.
- 30:23Speaker 2: They were all too young I poor people.
- 30:26Speaker 7: I had no idea that there was a legit icon
