Tipp City, Ohio, just voted to bring a Meijer grocery store to town — ending years of residents trekking nearly three hours to shop for essentials. The 17-acre site at the intersection of State Route 571 and South Country Road 25A is just a 20-minute walk from city hall, making it far more convenient. After reaching out to 17 chains, Meijer was the only one seriously interested in building there.
