- 0:37Speaker 4: crew May in the building, but they call you crew
- 0:41Speaker 4: crew Brooklyn in.
- 0:42Speaker 5: The building in the house, shut down.
- 0:45Speaker 4: I'm a rippable cloud everybody. Okay, Octave and I we're
- 0:50Speaker 4: talking off camera, and you were saying you can make
- 0:53Speaker 4: a mogul out of anybody.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Look, I'm gonna tell you I'm not saying that. Who
- 0:57Speaker 3: keeps saying I'm saying that I'm here to help.
- 1:00Speaker 5: That's what I said on the on the prep sheet
- 1:02Speaker 5: that we had.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Anybody has the capability of being a mogus. So yes,
- 1:06Speaker 3: I can make a mobile to anybody if they choose
- 1:08Speaker 3: to step into that light and choose to step into
- 1:09Speaker 3: that problem.
- 1:10Speaker 5: So you can make a believer out of some people.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you can make a better person at as.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Yeah, keep going. You got to add to it.
- 1:16Speaker 6: No, I was about to say, my cousin them need
- 1:18Speaker 6: to sign up for your programs so they can stop
- 1:20Speaker 6: asking me for money.
- 1:21Speaker 7: They just become moguls too.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Well, before before we get into how you make other
- 1:27Speaker 5: people moguls, can you tell us a little bit about
- 1:30Speaker 5: your mogul journey.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm gonna go all the way back. Okay, I
- 1:35Speaker 3: lost both of my parents growing up, I went to
- 1:37Speaker 3: seven different schools in nine years, had gast reflex disease.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I lost over fifty five pounds forty one days.
- 1:44Speaker 5: And what was that disease?
- 1:45Speaker 3: Gert gastroesophagal reflexsease.
- 1:48Speaker 5: And what is that?
- 1:49Speaker 3: This was a cancerous form of acid reflex. So where
- 1:53Speaker 3: my esophagus was so badly burned, I could be reality
- 1:55Speaker 3: keep food down. So I developed like an eating disordered
- 1:58Speaker 3: believe you right where out of you know? Following it up?
- 2:02Speaker 3: So that journey was a tough journey. But all of
- 2:05Speaker 3: these obstacles led me to realize these obstacles and just
- 2:08Speaker 3: opportunities for me to show my great mans. So during
- 2:11Speaker 3: these times, I've been able to discover breakthroughs. Instead of
- 2:15Speaker 3: breaking down, I was building up. And I went through
- 2:17Speaker 3: these seminars, and some of the seminars they taught me
- 2:20Speaker 3: so much how to transform my life and change my experience.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And it showed me that I am the one that's
- 2:25Speaker 3: the star of my movie. I'm the one that has
- 2:28Speaker 3: control of how my life goes. I am the MVP,
- 2:31Speaker 3: the most valuable participant. I have to show up and
- 2:34Speaker 3: do the things I need to do in order to
- 2:35Speaker 3: get what I want. So when I started to realize
- 2:37Speaker 3: that once again, I had wrote down so many breakthrough
- 2:41Speaker 3: so many insights, and one day somebody just gave me
- 2:44Speaker 3: the idea to turn it into a book because I
- 2:46Speaker 3: was just giving out so much game, so much powerful
- 2:48Speaker 3: a perspective that they realized that perspective changes direction. And
- 2:52Speaker 3: when I realized that too, I said, yeah, like I'm
- 2:54Speaker 3: a different person. My family had to get to know
- 2:56Speaker 3: me all over again, right. And when I realized that,
- 2:59Speaker 3: I said, Okay, let me sit and think about it,
- 3:03Speaker 3: because I do want to have something that can work
- 3:06Speaker 3: for people when I'm not around them. So that way
- 3:08Speaker 3: they can feel good about themselves, but also so I
- 3:10Speaker 3: can add value. And when I wrote this book called
- 3:12Speaker 3: Becoming More Effective, unless time when I was sitting in
- 3:15Speaker 3: my room, it was about like nine PM and it
- 3:17Speaker 3: was dark, and I had a thought in my mind,
- 3:20Speaker 3: let me write down all of these things that I
- 3:22Speaker 3: already put put together in my notes, and let me
- 3:25Speaker 3: start putting a structure together where other people could follow
- 3:28Speaker 3: it and give them the same exact steps that I've
- 3:30Speaker 3: done in order to get to where I'm at, to
- 3:32Speaker 3: where I can create the reality around me, where I'm
- 3:34Speaker 3: not attached to things, where I understand that everything is temporary,
- 3:38Speaker 3: so now I'm able to love better. I understand that
- 3:40Speaker 3: everything is temporary, so I'm able to be my best version.
- 3:42Speaker 3: I understand that there's two sides of pain, either the
- 3:45Speaker 3: pain of regret or pain of reward. I chose the
- 3:48Speaker 3: pain of reward. So I said, all right, let me
- 3:50Speaker 3: see if other people could reward themselves too. I wrote
- 3:53Speaker 3: the book people love It. It's all right cool. I
- 3:55Speaker 3: was giving out a free they love it put on
- 3:57Speaker 3: Amazon sell it. Now it's like one of the best
- 4:00Speaker 3: selling books. So like, honestly, this has been a great
- 4:03Speaker 3: journey for me, but I didn't. I just called myself
- 4:06Speaker 3: Sean Cupman. Other people called me the Mindset Mogal, So
- 4:10Speaker 3: I just took on the names like that fit good.
- 4:12Speaker 3: I don't see anybody really with the name. I'm gonna
- 4:14Speaker 3: take it. I like it, call me mindset mogl. I
- 4:17Speaker 3: like that it fit well because it's about being a boss,
- 4:21Speaker 3: and not to boss other people around, but to build
- 4:23Speaker 3: opportunities to serve society. And that's what I've been able
- 4:26Speaker 3: to do. I've been able to build opportunities to serve society,
- 4:28Speaker 3: to show people that they can become a better version
- 4:30Speaker 3: of themselves together, and it's all about becoming more effective
- 4:34Speaker 3: and less time. The way that you do it is
- 4:36Speaker 3: two strategic partnerships.
- 4:38Speaker 4: Show that book in the camera police.
- 4:39Speaker 3: So the primary focus, and this goes about everybody's lives.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Even if you look at your mom right on Friday nights,
- 4:44Speaker 3: your mom, your dad, they probably being more effective less
- 4:46Speaker 3: time too. They said, I don't want to come home
- 4:47Speaker 3: and cook after a long day of work. What you
- 4:49Speaker 3: want to eat? It ordered out. They became more effective
- 4:51Speaker 3: and less time everybody want, right. So when I realized
- 4:54Speaker 3: that was the goal, how can you make more money,
- 4:56Speaker 3: How can you make more impact? How can you have
- 4:58Speaker 3: better experience? It's the best way to do it is
- 5:00Speaker 3: to duplicate yourself or have delegation. So it's about becoming
- 5:03Speaker 3: more effective and less time. The primary pathway to it
- 5:06Speaker 3: is through strategic partnerships. So you have to work with everyone,
- 5:10Speaker 3: right because all the money that you want to make
- 5:12Speaker 3: is where in somebody else's pocket. So you have to
- 5:14Speaker 3: be genuine, You have to be sincere. You have to
- 5:16Speaker 3: find a way to add value. All the impact that
- 5:19Speaker 3: you want to make is in somebody else's hard So
- 5:21Speaker 3: you got to be vulnerable. You gotta be able to connect.
- 5:23Speaker 3: All the potential that you want to actualize is with
- 5:25Speaker 3: other people. Okay, this world is about creating beautiful experiences.
- 5:29Speaker 7: With other people.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Once I got that, I wasn't no longer introvert. Once
- 5:32Speaker 3: I got that I was no longer shot. Once I
- 5:34Speaker 3: got that, I start speaking. Once I got that, I
- 5:35Speaker 3: start writing, and I did it scared. Before I became
- 5:39Speaker 3: the mindset mogu y'all, I used to go to the parties.
- 5:42Speaker 3: After the party, everything winding down, it gets a little quiet,
- 5:45Speaker 3: raise my hand, my heart pounding, boom boom, can I
- 5:49Speaker 3: just say something Everbody looking around who is like, I
- 5:51Speaker 3: just want to say something to y'all. I just want
- 5:53Speaker 3: to say that you all are amazing and without you,
- 5:56Speaker 3: without you, without you, we could make this beautiful experience together.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Not thank each and every one of you, but I
- 6:01Speaker 3: want you to think yourself, because how often do you
- 6:03Speaker 3: talk to yourself? I had everybody pull out the phone
- 6:07Speaker 3: and y'all can do it right now if y'all want,
- 6:08Speaker 3: just so y'all could get that value too. I said,
- 6:10Speaker 3: pull out your phone, put it on the selfie mode,
- 6:13Speaker 3: and I want you to speak to yourself like it's
- 6:15Speaker 3: somebody else. I want you to say I love you.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Everybody said I love you. I want to say I
- 6:18Speaker 3: appreciate you. Everybody say I appreciate you. I want to
- 6:20Speaker 3: say you were amazing. Everybody said you're amazing. And when
- 6:23Speaker 3: I started seeing a transformation through that.
- 6:25Speaker 7: I said, WHOA, So Ari Lennon's got that from you.
- 6:28Speaker 3: I don't know who got that from me, but this
- 6:30Speaker 3: is all document. You go down my story document long
- 6:33Speaker 3: time ago, and people came up to me like, yo, honest,
- 6:36Speaker 3: I want to thank you for that. That was amazing, bro,
- 6:38Speaker 3: I thank you for that that's amazing.
- 6:39Speaker 7: It's amazing.
- 6:40Speaker 3: And it all started with me going to seminars to
- 6:43Speaker 3: unlearn everything I had to learn and survive. I had
- 6:45Speaker 3: to unlearned right and relearn some things to help me thrive.
- 6:48Speaker 3: And that was the transformation to me because it was
- 6:51Speaker 3: about discovering your act.
- 6:53Speaker 7: Right.
- 6:53Speaker 3: My act was I was playing small, I was being shy,
- 6:56Speaker 3: being silent, and when I realize that there was a
- 7:01Speaker 3: me inside of me that I haven't met yet, and
- 7:02Speaker 3: I wanted to meet that person, what would it feel like.
- 7:05Speaker 3: What would it feel like to really live at your
- 7:08Speaker 3: highest potential. I'm not even there yet. But the biggest
- 7:12Speaker 3: thing is this, and this I tell everybody this, I say,
- 7:14Speaker 3: but celebrate your wins right now because the small wins
- 7:16Speaker 3: that create the big gains. But you may not be
- 7:18Speaker 3: where you want to be, but you're not where you
- 7:21Speaker 3: used to be, so right now, you're right where you
- 7:23Speaker 3: need to be. And the reality of it is is
- 7:27Speaker 3: you got to celebrate what you have right here, right now.
- 7:29Speaker 3: You got to focus on what you can control and
- 7:32Speaker 3: focus on the things that you do have, and those
- 7:34Speaker 3: are the things that's going to allow you to get
- 7:35Speaker 3: to the next level. It's not about looking at the lack.
- 7:37Speaker 3: It's not about looking at what.
- 7:38Speaker 7: You don't have.
- 7:38Speaker 3: It's about understanding who you are and you are shining Start, well, let's.
- 7:43Speaker 5: Talk about how you created other shining stars and.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Being a mogul. We were talking about becoming a boss right,
- 7:50Speaker 3: building opportunities, serving society because it was bigger than me.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Like at the job, I was taking one single income
- 7:58Speaker 3: that they pay to one person. That's enough for one person,
- 8:02Speaker 3: and then I was splitting it up with multiple people
- 8:04Speaker 3: because I got friends, I got family members, everybody at
- 8:05Speaker 3: my spot, and I'm just paying for everything seamless every day.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Remember seamless, seamless every day like Uber eats basically seamless
- 8:13Speaker 3: every day. And what I realized was like, I got
- 8:17Speaker 3: I need more, I need more, I need.
- 8:18Speaker 5: Especially living in New York.
- 8:20Speaker 3: It's expensive, you know, and I'm thinking that's regular right,
- 8:24Speaker 3: Like that's just a lot of people like why are
- 8:25Speaker 3: you eating New York when you could come down head
- 8:27Speaker 3: and get X amount. I'm like, because new York is
- 8:31Speaker 3: the way for me.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Too many people too in that a little small area.
- 8:37Speaker 3: So it was about, Okay, how can we start building legacy.
- 8:41Speaker 3: That's what it was. We started running with the theme
- 8:44Speaker 3: of you know, legacy over lifestyle. So it's one of
- 8:46Speaker 3: my my brothers and his partner, they started running with
- 8:49Speaker 3: that and I was just helping him. I used to
- 8:50Speaker 3: be behind the scenes, just filming because I'm doing the filming,
- 8:52Speaker 3: stiff doing the filming. And during this time, I'm just studying, studying,
- 8:56Speaker 3: study and studying behind some of these greats. And I
- 8:59Speaker 3: started seeing that, whoa, I have the ability to change
- 9:01Speaker 3: life like all of us. Like I'm a star, you're
- 9:05Speaker 3: a star. You're to start your movie, You're to star
- 9:07Speaker 3: your movie to start, but together.
- 9:09Speaker 7: We co star.
- 9:10Speaker 3: When I realized that, said, oh shoot, strategic partnerships, like
- 9:13Speaker 3: I need you, you know.
- 9:15Speaker 7: What I mean.
- 9:15Speaker 3: So when I said I need it, but if I
- 9:17Speaker 3: need you, that means somebody needs me. So everybody has
- 9:21Speaker 3: something that somebody needs. You already are that person. You
- 9:24Speaker 3: already have something that somebody desires. So it was about, okay,
- 9:28Speaker 3: how do we start making more? But the pandemic just
- 9:31Speaker 3: came right in the middle of this, right right in
- 9:34Speaker 3: the middle of this stuff. So nobody's paying rent. So
- 9:39Speaker 3: we're looking like, okay, real estate, just doing real estate
- 9:41Speaker 3: ain't gonna just be it, right, now, because how hell
- 9:44Speaker 3: they shut everything down like this. Nobody thought this was coming,
- 9:46Speaker 3: Nobody could see it coming, and it happened. So okay, cool.
- 9:49Speaker 3: We said, we need to do something that we do
- 9:52Speaker 3: one time and get paid for over and over again.
- 9:55Speaker 3: So we started hosting classes teaching people about credit right.
- 10:01Speaker 3: But the issue was we needed more testimonials, right, So
- 10:07Speaker 3: we needed okay, let me see if we can do
- 10:08Speaker 3: it with the family first, and as I mentioned, we
- 10:11Speaker 3: needed some ways to move cash around. So if you
- 10:14Speaker 3: got access to ten thousand, twenty thousand, fifty thousand dollars,
- 10:18Speaker 3: you got access to fifty thousand dollars, you got asks
- 10:20Speaker 3: us to fifty that we could pull that together and
- 10:21Speaker 3: go make some bigger plays. So we said, let's bring
- 10:23Speaker 3: the family together because we can't do it alone. And
- 10:26Speaker 3: out of everybody, we had one person, one cousin, who
- 10:30Speaker 3: had an eight hundred credit score. We utilized him, use
- 10:34Speaker 3: his score, put him on our operating agreement, and now
- 10:37Speaker 3: he was able to get us access to extra capital.
- 10:40Speaker 3: That we went and got some other deals that we
- 10:42Speaker 3: fixed and flipped that. Now now we're back in the game. Oh,
- 10:45Speaker 3: now we're back in the game. Now, now we got
- 10:46Speaker 3: a testimonial. Now we can show other people how to
- 10:48Speaker 3: do this. It's working, it's live. So we started hosting classes. Okay, cool,
- 10:52Speaker 3: ninety seven dollars, ninety seven dollars. We're gonna teach you
- 10:55Speaker 3: how to structure your business. We're gonna give you the
- 10:57Speaker 3: steps to like the business credit checklist, so that way
- 11:00Speaker 3: you could also be put yourself in position to get funded.
- 11:03Speaker 3: All right, then we start building relationships and then from there,
- 11:07Speaker 3: now we said, okay, we gotta take it of another level.
- 11:10Speaker 3: My brother said, I'm gonna shoot a video course video series.
- 11:14Speaker 3: I said, bro let whatever you do, make sure it
- 11:16Speaker 3: look good. Ended up being an entire movie. So one
- 11:20Speaker 3: of the directors she had this vision. She was like, yo,
- 11:22Speaker 3: instead of just making it like this regular course that
- 11:24Speaker 3: everybody see, turn that into a movie. Turned it into
- 11:27Speaker 3: a movie, put it in theaters, and we sold the
- 11:29Speaker 3: theaters out.
- 11:30Speaker 5: What was the movie called?
- 11:31Speaker 3: This is called Making Up a Mogul, Right, so it's
- 11:34Speaker 3: basically talking about my brother's life. But behind the scenes,
- 11:38Speaker 3: I got it's two, it's three of us.
- 11:40Speaker 7: We all are.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Putting into this whole movement to create this big old legacy.
- 11:45Speaker 3: And it worked.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Once this this cost too, right.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Oh yeah, this cost one hundred hous dollars.
- 11:50Speaker 4: That's the credit thing that you had to get.
- 11:53Speaker 3: So you see, like anything that you want to do,
- 11:55Speaker 3: you realize you gotta have some funds for it. You
- 11:57Speaker 3: got have some relationships because if you want to do
- 11:59Speaker 3: it at a high level and get pay to do it,
- 12:00Speaker 3: you gotta have the capital. But you don't need to
- 12:03Speaker 3: have your capital. They started saying you gotta have opm
- 12:07Speaker 3: other people's money, and I was thinking, like on those terms,
- 12:10Speaker 3: so I wrote, wrote that down to other people's money.
- 12:12Speaker 4: Okay, cool.
- 12:13Speaker 3: What if we change up the term from other people's
- 12:15Speaker 3: money and we make it our people's money. Would that
- 12:19Speaker 3: change the perspective.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Of things like black people's money?
- 12:23Speaker 4: Right?
- 12:23Speaker 3: And that whole line of oh is black business okay
- 12:28Speaker 3: black black businesses came out right. The whole life was
- 12:31Speaker 3: of small businesses support black businesses. So it was just
- 12:34Speaker 3: in alignment. Everything's just started working in alignment with the assignment.
- 12:36Speaker 3: And it's like all right, cool and write that down,
- 12:39Speaker 3: wrote that down, and now we start articulating that, Yo,
- 12:42Speaker 3: this is our people's money.
- 12:44Speaker 8: So now people standing up, got their chest out, Yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 8: it's our people's money. Let's let's go ahead, and now
- 12:49Speaker 8: they're ready to take action. We're like, whoa price, don't
- 12:52Speaker 8: win up non ninety seven? Change it to non ninety seven.
- 12:55Speaker 8: So now we have a whole course laid out now
- 12:57Speaker 8: for him. Okay, cool, we did a whole business funding
- 13:00Speaker 8: course that worked. We said, now we gotta take it
- 13:02Speaker 8: up another level. That's what we've made the movie, right,
- 13:03Speaker 8: So we made the movie and the movie sold out.
- 13:06Speaker 8: But this was the first real estate course that really
- 13:09Speaker 8: showed you how to build a multimillion dollar empire. So
- 13:12Speaker 8: we've been able to accumulate these properties and now have
- 13:15Speaker 8: a million dollar portfolio. So it wasn't a million dollars
- 13:18Speaker 8: in the bank, it was a million dollar portfolio, which
- 13:20Speaker 8: means that we could actually pull from these and have
- 13:22Speaker 8: equity and may be able to make these moves. This
- 13:24Speaker 8: changed the game because now this opened up the door
- 13:26Speaker 8: to understand lines of credit. This opened up the door
- 13:28Speaker 8: to understand business credit. So now we're shaking and moving.
- 13:31Speaker 3: So we put together a program called Mailbox Millionaire Academy.
- 13:35Speaker 3: So now we teach people how to get mailbox money.
- 13:38Speaker 3: So where now you're getting money while you're sleep, Because
- 13:41Speaker 3: if you don't get money while you sleep, then you
- 13:42Speaker 3: work till you die. All right, So now we're like,
- 13:46Speaker 3: all right, cool, what n what can we do to
- 13:49Speaker 3: get people to have the best results? Because you probably
- 13:52Speaker 3: know you probably know you get some course, you just
- 13:54Speaker 3: let the course collect us. Most people let the course
- 13:58Speaker 3: collect us. This did some research on and I've seen
- 14:00Speaker 3: that only seven percent of people actually finish the course
- 14:02Speaker 3: and go on to do something with the course material.
- 14:05Speaker 3: So what's happening with the other ninety three percent? Life
- 14:09Speaker 3: procrastination painted the past trauma I need to put away
- 14:14Speaker 3: where we could heal our community, because before we can
- 14:17Speaker 3: get our money right, we got to get our minds right.
- 14:19Speaker 5: How did you do that?
- 14:20Speaker 3: I started hosting. I created an app called Love plus Transformation,
- 14:24Speaker 3: and basically all the breakthroughs that I've gotten, I put
- 14:27Speaker 3: them into the app so as challenges. So if you
- 14:31Speaker 3: got a money challenge, right, like, if money is your challenge,
- 14:34Speaker 3: you're having trouble making money right now collecting cash flow,
- 14:37Speaker 3: you go into the app and you type in money
- 14:39Speaker 3: as your challenge, and it will curate all the videos
- 14:42Speaker 3: that would be all challenges that would help you change
- 14:46Speaker 3: your relationship with money. So when I've seen that, started work.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I was like, whoa, we need to have accountability around
- 14:52Speaker 3: this because some people are dibbling dabbling into it. We
- 14:54Speaker 3: will make sure everybody get the most out of it.
- 14:56Speaker 3: So I created a thirty day program called Accountability. We
- 14:59Speaker 3: got re calls per week for about ninety minutes or so,
- 15:03Speaker 3: and you just kind of break down all steps, mindset,
- 15:06Speaker 3: public speaking, habit, hacking, systems for automation tools. So those
- 15:12Speaker 3: particular things started working. It realized, Wow, this is dope.
- 15:16Speaker 3: So people started calling me like Mini Myron Golden.
- 15:18Speaker 5: Who is Mini Myron Golden?
- 15:20Speaker 3: Just a person with mindset? Person who could change your
- 15:23Speaker 3: life through mindset? Just changing your mindset. GPS to success
- 15:26Speaker 3: is your mindset. So if you could change somebody perspective,
- 15:30Speaker 3: you could change the direction. And the first person I
- 15:33Speaker 3: used to first people I used to do this almost
- 15:35Speaker 3: my brothers because I'm the older brother, so the first
- 15:37Speaker 3: person I'm working with them and when I seen it
- 15:40Speaker 3: worked on them. It's just about somebody believing in you,
- 15:42Speaker 3: somebody showing you that you can do it. Somebody did
- 15:45Speaker 3: to support you. That's really what we need because how
- 15:48Speaker 3: many of us are the best of the best in
- 15:50Speaker 3: our families, but we don't get the support and love
- 15:52Speaker 3: that we need. Right, So if we're not getting a
- 15:54Speaker 3: support and love that we need, the nurturing, then we
- 15:56Speaker 3: can't grow as fast as powerful as we would be.
- 15:59Speaker 3: So okay, cool. Just because they called you family, just
- 16:02Speaker 3: that don't mean much. That just means you came from
- 16:03Speaker 3: the same.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Border of life. How did you market your app?
- 16:08Speaker 3: How did I market it?
- 16:09Speaker 4: When you put the app out?
- 16:10Speaker 3: Well, it I didn't put it out to everybody. I
- 16:13Speaker 3: left it in house as a as a in house feature, right,
- 16:17Speaker 3: so anybody who's in the mailbox, man the academy get
- 16:19Speaker 3: access to it. So I used it as a a
- 16:21Speaker 3: growth companion tool, right, a growth partner, somebody who can
- 16:25Speaker 3: help you actually streamline your success.
- 16:28Speaker 5: How did you grow that community in the first place?
- 16:30Speaker 3: So online marketing in person events. So we do something
- 16:33Speaker 3: called mogu meetups. We'll meet up with some of the
- 16:36Speaker 3: members of our community and they would tell other people, Hey,
- 16:39Speaker 3: bring some people in New York Y anywhere anywhere I go,
- 16:42Speaker 3: I would do a Mogle meet up and Atlanta do
- 16:45Speaker 3: Mogu meetups.
- 16:46Speaker 5: But you started in New York, right, Yeah.
- 16:47Speaker 7: Start in New York.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Then we went Dallas. Then we just went to Cali
- 16:52Speaker 3: and we just started going all over the place. Miami
- 16:54Speaker 3: just just started taking off. But our allowed my strategic partner.
- 16:58Speaker 3: What a my strategic partner was my brother. See how
- 17:01Speaker 3: I believe. I believe that everybody works for you. Everybody
- 17:05Speaker 3: around you works for you, like you all three work
- 17:06Speaker 3: for each other.
- 17:08Speaker 4: Now.
- 17:08Speaker 3: I'm working for you now, but you all work for me.
- 17:11Speaker 3: So if everybody around you works for you, you also
- 17:13Speaker 3: got to realize that you work for everybody else too.
- 17:16Speaker 3: So when I realize that, yo, bro, you do the marketing,
- 17:19Speaker 3: let me fulfill the things on the back end, let
- 17:20Speaker 3: me let me put the strategies in the sales and
- 17:22Speaker 3: the techniques.
- 17:24Speaker 7: Business.
- 17:25Speaker 3: So you start realizing there's levels to business when you're
- 17:28Speaker 3: when you're a worker, I don't disrespect anybody because it's
- 17:30Speaker 3: just a level up. And it's great because I was
- 17:32Speaker 3: there right and I'm still a worker. But I'm just
- 17:34Speaker 3: saying when you when you go get a job, it's
- 17:38Speaker 3: like you only see the implementation level. I gotta work
- 17:41Speaker 3: and I gotta move up. But there's a whole of
- 17:43Speaker 3: a level to it. There's an imagination level that we've
- 17:46Speaker 3: forgotten about since we were kids because schools probably beat it,
- 17:48Speaker 3: beat it out of us. It's only one right answer.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Don't let nobody look at your paper. You work by yourself.
- 17:55Speaker 3: You're isolated in the box. No, it's about strategic partnerships.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I was working at people with papers, I mean nervous
- 18:01Speaker 3: to let somebody paper.
- 18:02Speaker 7: I was looking at people papers like what she put
- 18:04Speaker 7: on that test.
- 18:05Speaker 4: I mean if I could piggyback like you can literally
- 18:09Speaker 4: look as you continue to elevate that the higher you go,
- 18:14Speaker 4: it's it's less talent, more relationships. The higher you go
- 18:19Speaker 4: it's more relationships. There's almost no talent almost the higher
- 18:24Speaker 4: you go, it's literally positioning and who you know is
- 18:28Speaker 4: positioning yourself to be around someone to put you in
- 18:33Speaker 4: position like it's almost like a fraternity, sorority groups and classes.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Higher you go, the level up, almost like when the
- 18:42Speaker 4: job becomes available, it's already filled. The higher you go
- 18:45Speaker 4: up and anything that you want to go get, oh yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 4: you can go get the jobs down there, those are easy.
- 18:50Speaker 4: But these jobs up here literally are already ordained and
- 18:54Speaker 4: pre ready for somebody.
- 18:56Speaker 3: I want to add to.
- 18:56Speaker 4: That, almost groomed you, almost groom somebody to say, yes,
- 19:00Speaker 4: you're gonna be the you know, the next person up right.
- 19:03Speaker 3: I learned that because during my day at school, I
- 19:05Speaker 3: was going to school to be basketball player or whatever,
- 19:08Speaker 3: and one of the coaches sat me down and said, Yo,
- 19:11Speaker 3: be honest with you. I like you. You're a great person,
- 19:14Speaker 3: you got good talent, You're great. But the truth of
- 19:18Speaker 3: the matter is I don't have a relationship with you
- 19:20Speaker 3: like I have with these guys. I've known these families
- 19:22Speaker 3: since they were ten years old. I said, what he said, Yeah,
- 19:26Speaker 3: y'all all twenty plus, but I've known them for ten years.
- 19:29Speaker 3: We ain't already knew they were coming here, and in fact,
- 19:31Speaker 3: any school that I would go to, they were going
- 19:33Speaker 3: to come to my school anyway, because I recruited them
- 19:34Speaker 3: a long time ago, and you're not gonna be able
- 19:37Speaker 3: to get playing time over them anyway. Just being honest
- 19:40Speaker 3: with you, and that made me realize that it's about
- 19:42Speaker 3: relationships and that is also a talent.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Though correct last couple of jobs I got, they didn't
- 19:49Speaker 4: even post a job. They had to post it after
- 19:52Speaker 4: I was already told I had the job. And it
- 19:55Speaker 4: kind of also let me know, oh, okay, this is
- 19:57Speaker 4: how a lot of these things are you and It
- 20:01Speaker 4: would almost fool some people that were like, I got
- 20:03Speaker 4: a shot, I got a shot. They had the job
- 20:05Speaker 4: interview and everything.
- 20:06Speaker 7: It's like the one six in part they.
- 20:08Speaker 4: Had a job. You know what I'm saying. But I'm
- 20:10Speaker 4: learning the higher you go, the level, there's levels to
- 20:14Speaker 4: positioning yourself.
- 20:15Speaker 5: Can it takes you a while to work that relationship.
- 20:17Speaker 4: That this is true to This is also true, damn.
- 20:21Speaker 3: And this happened to me at the basketball we did
- 20:24Speaker 3: the tryouts all that all of us get to walk
- 20:26Speaker 3: on because you know, like I could. I had a
- 20:28Speaker 3: college scholarship, but I skipped that because it was D
- 20:30Speaker 3: three and I said I gonna go D one. I
- 20:32Speaker 3: could have just won D three STI would have been
- 20:33Speaker 3: the same. I still would have played, and I could
- 20:35Speaker 3: have moved up anyway. But I gave myself less of
- 20:38Speaker 3: a chance, and I went to a place just going
- 20:39Speaker 3: off my own merriage. I never I never not made
- 20:42Speaker 3: a team. I'm gonna go on and make the team.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Like you said, the spots was already feel.
- 20:46Speaker 5: But it's always an exception to the rule.
- 20:48Speaker 4: But they were empty, but they already feel.
- 20:49Speaker 7: They were ready.
- 20:51Speaker 3: The exception to the rule is that this is the
- 20:53Speaker 3: exception to that rule. But it's always exception to that rule.
- 20:55Speaker 3: But the exception to that rule is your relationship exactly.
- 21:00Speaker 3: So it's like, Okay, yeah, we don't have this spot film,
- 21:02Speaker 3: but damn, who can we feel as spot if we
- 21:04Speaker 3: didn't know the practice player. Let me go call up
- 21:06Speaker 3: my bro who knows talent, and he probably knows somebody
- 21:08Speaker 3: who can get somebody in the last minute, I'll bring
- 21:09Speaker 3: this car.
- 21:10Speaker 5: And if you work a relationship to rars Uh in
- 21:13Speaker 5: rars case for for a minute, like you sometimes have
- 21:18Speaker 5: to wait, you know what I'm saying, till it gets
- 21:20Speaker 5: open and then once agains you have it, you know,
- 21:23Speaker 5: and it just takes time or whatever. But you said
- 21:28Speaker 5: you make moguls. How many moguls have you made so far?
- 21:31Speaker 3: I can't count how many moguls I made because we
- 21:33Speaker 3: don't call the moguls. We just call the mailbox Minnis.
- 21:36Speaker 3: And it's up to them til box million. No box
- 21:38Speaker 3: Minni is right, it's up to them to be able
- 21:40Speaker 3: to do that. My role is to help you change
- 21:42Speaker 3: your perspective, to help you see difficulty differently. I'm not
- 21:44Speaker 3: here to make the mogal. I can't make you a mogul,
- 21:48Speaker 3: I can't. You got to make yourself a mobile. I
- 21:50Speaker 3: can only give you the foundation of blueprints. I don't
- 21:52Speaker 3: know if you keep track of that. What I keep
- 21:53Speaker 3: track of is how many people are changing their mindsetts
- 21:56Speaker 3: to see that they are the greatest version, that the
- 21:58Speaker 3: ancestors chose them, that they do have a gift inside
- 22:01Speaker 3: of them, that they are the people that can create
- 22:03Speaker 3: their realities. That's what I keep trackling.
- 22:06Speaker 5: So, you're not guarantee you will be a millionaire by
- 22:09Speaker 5: following your program?
- 22:11Speaker 3: How could I guarantee that. Let's just be real here,
- 22:14Speaker 3: There is no right if I sit up here and
- 22:17Speaker 3: say I can guarantee, I'm lying.
- 22:19Speaker 4: But is there a guarantee okay with anything?
- 22:23Speaker 3: Yes, the guarantee is you'll be better off, or you'll
- 22:27Speaker 3: be you'll become a different person. The guarantee is you'll
- 22:30Speaker 3: be a different person before me, and then like when
- 22:34Speaker 3: you experience me, you'll be a different version of yourself
- 22:36Speaker 3: after me, and you'll probably be a better off version.
- 22:39Speaker 3: That's it that to be totally transparent. I can give
- 22:42Speaker 3: you all the steps in all the blueprint, but if
- 22:44Speaker 3: you don't have the work ethic, sorry, it's not gonna
- 22:47Speaker 3: happen for you.
- 22:48Speaker 1: You will be right back with more of a ball
- 22:50Speaker 1: or Alert show.
- 22:51Speaker 7: He rid who are you up to?
- 22:53Speaker 4: Yes, making sure all the M and M's gifts are
- 22:56Speaker 4: wrapped and the.
- 22:56Speaker 7: Ball is failed. Remember that one holiday party? Would we
- 23:00Speaker 7: had no M and ms?
- 23:01Speaker 5: Ah? Boy, I still have nightmares. Yeah, you used all
- 23:06Speaker 5: the Eminem's candies that were meant to decorate the party
- 23:10Speaker 5: treits to decorate snowmen.
- 23:13Speaker 7: You get it again? Didn't you do the cute though?
- 23:17Speaker 4: Bringing cheer Eminem's for all fun kind?
- 23:21Speaker 1: You're listening to a special edition of the Bawler Alert Show.
- 23:24Speaker 3: It's Sean Creu, also known as the Mindset Mogul, and
- 23:27Speaker 3: we're building a community for the love, connectivity and financial prosperity.
- 23:31Speaker 3: So everything you do matters, your thoughts matter. So we
- 23:33Speaker 3: want to hear your opinion. We want to hear your words.
- 23:36Speaker 3: You want to hear what you gotta say? Comment, like, subscribe,
- 23:38Speaker 3: share this out come on. Y'all already know the vibes.
- 23:41Speaker 5: So what is the first step that they have to
- 23:43Speaker 5: do if they want to follow your program, Well, they will.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Have to like see themselves as first of all, see
- 23:50Speaker 3: yourself getting through what you're going through because everybody's going
- 23:53Speaker 3: through something. See the end in mind? Where do you
- 23:56Speaker 3: want to be? Because I only want the best of
- 23:58Speaker 3: the best. I only want the people that's the cream.
- 24:00Speaker 3: I only want the people who want to go to
- 24:01Speaker 3: the time. And the way that I see it is that,
- 24:04Speaker 3: And it's just my opinion. You don't have to believe
- 24:06Speaker 3: what I believe, but this is just what I believe,
- 24:08Speaker 3: and I believe that you need to believe that you
- 24:10Speaker 3: are the MVP. You are the star of your movie,
- 24:14Speaker 3: because if you don't, then you're just playing a background
- 24:16Speaker 3: extra in somebody else's movie.
- 24:19Speaker 4: I agree with that, but you know, we tend to
- 24:22Speaker 4: have people that will say, all right, cool, I'm gonna
- 24:24Speaker 4: pay this money for this, and I'm gonna want my
- 24:27Speaker 4: results to them.
- 24:29Speaker 3: You say what, I'll say, Okay, you want results. The
- 24:32Speaker 3: results are depending on you. I'm not in charge of yours.
- 24:35Speaker 3: I'm not responsible for your success. There's no come on,
- 24:37Speaker 3: let's be real here, y'all. Nobody's in charge of your success,
- 24:41Speaker 3: and nobody else made you successful. Everybody else helped you
- 24:44Speaker 3: become successful, and nobody made you become successful. None of
- 24:47Speaker 3: us in here are self made, but we utilize strategic
- 24:50Speaker 3: partnerships to get better, to become better, you just got
- 24:53Speaker 3: to become a better person.
- 24:54Speaker 7: For me.
- 24:54Speaker 3: I give you five steps to help turn your annual
- 24:56Speaker 3: income into monthly income. I could do that. You still
- 25:00Speaker 3: to go do the work.
- 25:01Speaker 4: So you are saying, though, that if they put themselves
- 25:07Speaker 4: through your program, they will come out a better person.
- 25:09Speaker 3: One hundred percent. It's no doubt about it. Like tons
- 25:11Speaker 3: of testimonials, hundreds of testimonials, it is what it is
- 25:14Speaker 3: because it's about environment. That's the one thing I realized, Like,
- 25:19Speaker 3: and I asked this question before, Like, but let me
- 25:21Speaker 3: ask you all, like, if you're the younger sibling, you're
- 25:24Speaker 3: small and probably like four or five, and you have
- 25:26Speaker 3: older siblings. You got a taller older sibling, and you
- 25:30Speaker 3: have a richer older sibling. Right, you got a rich
- 25:32Speaker 3: older sibling. Who are you more likely to become like
- 25:36Speaker 3: which one of those two?
- 25:38Speaker 7: You said, the taller, the richer, right, taller you say taller.
- 25:42Speaker 4: I don't know. It depends on who I'm closer to.
- 25:45Speaker 5: You're probably most likely grow into a taller one, but
- 25:48Speaker 5: you'll probably be more influenced by the richer one.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Okay, great answer, right, So first of all, why would
- 25:53Speaker 3: you say tall?
- 25:54Speaker 7: Oh, I thought you was talking about genetics.
- 25:56Speaker 3: I thought, I'm just saying I'm not I'm not getting.
- 26:00Speaker 6: I said taller just because of the simple fact that
- 26:04Speaker 6: when you look at most people's siblings, most people aren't
- 26:07Speaker 6: as successful as you know each other sibling wise.
- 26:14Speaker 7: So I was I was just going to off genetics.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Right, you're going off gen x. How do you feel
- 26:17Speaker 3: I mean for me?
- 26:18Speaker 4: You know, I grew up wanted to be like my
- 26:22Speaker 4: oldest sister because she was extremely successful early, but we
- 26:28Speaker 4: also had the best relationship. My middle sister, we didn't
- 26:31Speaker 4: have the best relationship, but I feel like maybe if she,
- 26:34Speaker 4: if me and her were close, I probably want to
- 26:36Speaker 4: be like her because she was successful to they're both
- 26:38Speaker 4: highly successful. They just have different paths. But I just
- 26:41Speaker 4: had a closer relationship with my oldest sister, and I
- 26:44Speaker 4: always wanted to be like her.
- 26:45Speaker 5: Elaborate on your answer a little bit, like why I
- 26:48Speaker 5: mean genetically you'll probably be tall like your siblings. But
- 26:51Speaker 5: you know, people see money and they want a piece
- 26:54Speaker 5: of it.
- 26:54Speaker 3: All right, So it's all great answers. There's no right
- 26:57Speaker 3: or wrong. It's just workable and non workable. What's more
- 27:00Speaker 3: workable you to for me to teach you how to
- 27:03Speaker 3: be tall like me, or for me to teach you
- 27:05Speaker 3: how to be rich like me.
- 27:06Speaker 5: So what is your answer?
- 27:07Speaker 4: You?
- 27:09Speaker 3: It's all of it.
- 27:10Speaker 7: That money.
- 27:11Speaker 3: I'm saying, I'm more likely to be closer to the
- 27:13Speaker 3: to the richer because that's agible that you can go.
- 27:18Speaker 7: Get right.
- 27:19Speaker 4: You can't teach You can't teach them or someone to
- 27:21Speaker 4: be tall unless you go get surgery.
- 27:23Speaker 3: I can't teach that. So how many of us actually
- 27:25Speaker 3: are the same height as our brother and sisters.
- 27:27Speaker 4: But you can go. You can teach somebody how to
- 27:29Speaker 4: go get a tangible item or a tangible thing. I
- 27:31Speaker 4: get it.
- 27:32Speaker 3: The thing is most people think that way though. They
- 27:35Speaker 3: think that it's genetics. So they think, oh, I can't
- 27:37Speaker 3: do it. Oh I never seen my dad do it.
- 27:39Speaker 3: I never seen my mom do it. I never seen
- 27:40Speaker 3: my uncle do I never seen anybody do it. You
- 27:43Speaker 3: don't have to see them do it. You gotta see
- 27:45Speaker 3: yourself doing That's why I said the first thing you
- 27:47Speaker 3: gotta do is get through. Gott to see yourself getting
- 27:49Speaker 3: through what you're going through, because you might be the
- 27:51Speaker 3: person that feels like you can't do it. But if
- 27:53Speaker 3: you believe you can't, you won't. So for me, it's
- 27:56Speaker 3: more like you can't teach somebody how to be tall,
- 27:59Speaker 3: but I can teach you how to get money.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I agree with that.
- 28:02Speaker 3: I teach you how to budget, could teach you how
- 28:04Speaker 3: to actually invest. I can teach you how to have
- 28:06Speaker 3: strategic partnerships, but I can't teach you to be tall.
- 28:10Speaker 5: So you know, first time hearing about this program, like,
- 28:14Speaker 5: what is the selling point?
- 28:15Speaker 3: I can't make you a believer. You got to already
- 28:18Speaker 3: be a believer because I had tons of students.
- 28:19Speaker 5: Who we paid this money to take a chance. Because
- 28:23Speaker 5: everybody's doing that, everybody is an inspirational person on Instagram
- 28:28Speaker 5: buying my program. What makes sure it's different.
- 28:31Speaker 3: See, people buy into a feeling. Everything that you brought
- 28:37Speaker 3: into is because you felt that this thing would make
- 28:40Speaker 3: your life better. The reason why you have beautiful neils
- 28:43Speaker 3: On is because you feel like by you getting that
- 28:45Speaker 3: it's gonna make you better, You're gonna feel better about it.
- 28:49Speaker 3: You can feel an energy in a person like you
- 28:50Speaker 3: don't have to know my history to know my energy.
- 28:53Speaker 3: So it's about who do you want to work with.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Let's just take it back to the sandbox when you
- 28:57Speaker 3: were young. It's like who you want to play with,
- 29:00Speaker 3: that's the same thing. It's the same thing right now.
- 29:02Speaker 3: The way you do one things, how you do everything,
- 29:03Speaker 3: it's the same thing. Now You're only gonna work with
- 29:06Speaker 3: people you want to play with, that you want to
- 29:07Speaker 3: work with. So it's either do you want to work
- 29:09Speaker 3: with me, you want to play with me? You want
- 29:10Speaker 3: to get money with me? You want to do that,
- 29:11Speaker 3: you wanna have opportunities. My biggest things is I'm gonna
- 29:14Speaker 3: show you how to create beautiful experiences. Which one do
- 29:16Speaker 3: you want to choose? You want your current experience or
- 29:18Speaker 3: you want to create a beautiful experience.
- 29:19Speaker 6: So basically, what you're saying is that you're not promising
- 29:24Speaker 6: anybody like, yo, man, you're gonna get rich if you
- 29:26Speaker 6: do this. But what you are promising people is a
- 29:30Speaker 6: better situation that they're currently in.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Better them, I better you? Why because we're better together.
- 29:35Speaker 3: It's about the environment, like most people don't have. Let's
- 29:38Speaker 3: just be real, y'all. Most people don't have the environment
- 29:40Speaker 3: to be successful. Because you got a lot of people
- 29:43Speaker 3: around that tell you know, you share your big dreams
- 29:45Speaker 3: with small moms they dumb you down. We don't have
- 29:48Speaker 3: the people that says, yo, you could actually do it.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Come on, we don't got the best friend that's motivating
- 29:53Speaker 3: us every day. We got people that's in our family
- 29:55Speaker 3: that tell us no. So what are some of the
- 29:57Speaker 3: things that you teach? Like what do I have to
- 29:59Speaker 3: do to get money? Right? So, one of the things
- 30:02Speaker 3: you want to have is a foundational fib. Some people
- 30:05Speaker 3: call it the fantastic file. You want to have a
- 30:07Speaker 3: foundational vib. So what is your anchor?
- 30:10Speaker 7: Right?
- 30:10Speaker 3: You got to have an anchor, an affiliate, an asset
- 30:13Speaker 3: and upsell investment.
- 30:15Speaker 7: That's just file.
- 30:15Speaker 3: There's many other things you can do, but that's just
- 30:17Speaker 3: the foundational pieces. So for me, my anchor is personal
- 30:21Speaker 3: to business development. I'm teaching you how to be the
- 30:22Speaker 3: person that earns the right to have this experience because
- 30:25Speaker 3: success comes to the person that develops themselves, right, Like
- 30:30Speaker 3: as you grow within everything else around you growth.
- 30:32Speaker 4: So you're a development more like a development coach.
- 30:35Speaker 3: That's what people would say. People say development coach because
- 30:39Speaker 3: I'm selling you on you and then I'm telling you
- 30:41Speaker 3: how to make money.
- 30:42Speaker 4: I'm showing you this almost like a not the interrupt
- 30:45Speaker 4: you I apologize almost like an artist development for someone
- 30:48Speaker 4: who is teaching an artist how to develop as an artist.
- 30:51Speaker 4: You're teaching or you're coaching people how to develop into
- 30:55Speaker 4: a better version of themselves. Right, correct, like a coach,
- 31:00Speaker 4: because you have plays. The things that you're saying are
- 31:03Speaker 4: like it's like a playbook. Correct me if I'm wrong.
- 31:05Speaker 3: No, you're not wrong. You make total sense. I just
- 31:07Speaker 3: want to just add the context with it.
- 31:09Speaker 4: So, yes, So basically me, I'm just gonna use me
- 31:12Speaker 4: as an example if I I feel like I you
- 31:14Speaker 4: know what I'm not. I feel like I'm not growing.
- 31:16Speaker 4: I think maybe I need to, you know, sharpen my skills.
- 31:19Speaker 4: I get with you, take the class, and I'm expecting
- 31:23Speaker 4: to be a better me at the end result of this.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Let me show you something. So the app is basically
- 31:30Speaker 3: a duplication of me. But you can't get me all
- 31:33Speaker 3: the time. I can't be with you everywhere, but your
- 31:34Speaker 3: app can. But I'm gonna give you these l u
- 31:38Speaker 3: V l u h V with the plus symbol.
- 31:41Speaker 4: See I see it transformation, right, So.
- 31:43Speaker 3: If you can kind of look right there and just
- 31:45Speaker 3: kind of see there's challenges, courses and plays in there,
- 31:47Speaker 3: right So if you was to click that and you
- 31:50Speaker 3: is to put in the challenge that you're currently dealing with.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Let's say your challenge once again is money or consistency.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Maybe you've been inconsistent because honestly, consistency is the cheat
- 32:00Speaker 3: code right to success, just like failure is the cheat
- 32:02Speaker 3: code to success. So in this particular case, if inconsistency
- 32:06Speaker 3: is your challenge, then it's going to curate challenges for
- 32:10Speaker 3: you that will help you build habits that would create consistency. Now,
- 32:14Speaker 3: the habits can be within the money, The habits can
- 32:16Speaker 3: be within like production. The habits can be within just
- 32:19Speaker 3: loving you on yourself. But you cannot get the result
- 32:23Speaker 3: of a million dollar person without being without being that
- 32:26Speaker 3: million dollar person.
- 32:27Speaker 5: So you're showing you're challenging people, just like how when
- 32:31Speaker 5: you were sick, you start taking the steps to become well,
- 32:36Speaker 5: like eating better, finding your production company, quitting your job,
- 32:43Speaker 5: you know, doing real estate, all these things that you
- 32:46Speaker 5: were challenging yourself to become a better you.
- 32:48Speaker 3: All right, Remember, the blueprint is taking your mindset turn
- 32:52Speaker 3: it into a tool set. That's the new skill. The
- 32:54Speaker 3: skill set is being able to create assets out of
- 32:57Speaker 3: your skill set. So out of the tools that you create.
- 32:59Speaker 3: So for one, for example, this is an anchor. This
- 33:01Speaker 3: is a skill set, like being able to create your
- 33:03Speaker 3: own reality is a skill set. So out of this
- 33:06Speaker 3: skill set, I've been able to create an asset. What's
- 33:08Speaker 3: an asset? What's the asset? Out of this skill sets
- 33:10Speaker 3: the app, it's the book that's an asset. These things
- 33:14Speaker 3: are bringing me things while I'm sleeping. These things are
- 33:16Speaker 3: helping people while you know they're on their transitional, transformational journey.
- 33:21Speaker 3: So these things are assets. So now, as I mentioned that,
- 33:23Speaker 3: I break down the foundational five. So that way that
- 33:25Speaker 3: gives you a structure. Right, So you want to have
- 33:29Speaker 3: your anchor. My anchor is personal to business development. So
- 33:32Speaker 3: now with my anchor, let's just say I sold my anchor.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I created a program around it. I got a thirty
- 33:38Speaker 3: day program. Thirty day program. I charged just maybe the
- 33:41Speaker 3: let's say no to ninety seven one thousand dollars for
- 33:44Speaker 3: the program. Let's just say only five people came into
- 33:46Speaker 3: the program. Five people came into my program. That's five
- 33:48Speaker 3: thousand dollars right that I made in that month. Okay, cool,
- 33:52Speaker 3: Now here's we go down the list of the found
- 33:54Speaker 3: the foundation five, So now I need affiliates. So out
- 33:57Speaker 3: of those five people who came in and said, yo,
- 33:59Speaker 3: I'm ready to try for my life, I'm ready to
- 34:01Speaker 3: become more effective and less time, I'm showing you patterns
- 34:03Speaker 3: and hacks and tips that will help you become more
- 34:05Speaker 3: effective and less time. Right, so now you go, Okay,
- 34:08Speaker 3: out of those five people, maybe only three people can
- 34:10Speaker 3: actually get funded, but maybe all five people want to
- 34:13Speaker 3: get funded. But maybe let's just say three people get
- 34:15Speaker 3: funded and I get people access to one hundred thousand
- 34:18Speaker 3: dollars quicker than their job could pay them, more faster
- 34:19Speaker 3: than they could save it. And I get maybe like
- 34:21Speaker 3: a three percent off that So would you trade in
- 34:24Speaker 3: three percent? Would you traded three thousand dollars for ninety
- 34:29Speaker 3: seven thousand dollars a person?
- 34:31Speaker 5: How are they getting one hundred thousand dollars?
- 34:33Speaker 3: They're getting funded based upon their business. So we help
- 34:35Speaker 3: them structure the business to get funded and get business credit,
- 34:38Speaker 3: business credit, get business funding. Right, so now they get
- 34:41Speaker 3: access to one hundred thousand dollars.
- 34:43Speaker 4: Do they get taught this as well, so they know
- 34:46Speaker 4: exactly how this is happening. They know like the trade lines,
- 34:49Speaker 4: and they are educated about this process as well.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Yes, so just in a clear sense, right, we understand
- 34:55Speaker 3: that a person is where they're at currently because of
- 34:58Speaker 3: the things that they know, and not where they want
- 35:00Speaker 3: to be because of the things that they don't know.
- 35:02Speaker 3: I know some things that you might not know that
- 35:04Speaker 3: I'm gonna show you that way you do know that
- 35:06Speaker 3: way you can elevate your life, all right, So that's
- 35:09Speaker 3: one of the principle that's all of us. There's a
- 35:11Speaker 3: lot of people who know things I don't know, and
- 35:12Speaker 3: that's how I'm gonna get to another level if I
- 35:14Speaker 3: continuously invest into like mentorship and be around certain people
- 35:17Speaker 3: who know things that I don't know to allow me
- 35:19Speaker 3: to get that information so I can apply it and
- 35:21Speaker 3: then change my situation. So with the let's say I
- 35:24Speaker 3: get three three people funded, and I get three thousand
- 35:26Speaker 3: dollars off each person who got funded, just as a
- 35:29Speaker 3: feed right, So a standard fee somebody would charge to
- 35:33Speaker 3: get somebody funded is probably eight to twelve percent. I'm
- 35:36Speaker 3: just saying I got three percent out of it. So
- 35:37Speaker 3: only three people got funded. How much is that? That's
- 35:40Speaker 3: none grand? But let's add the five thousand dollars that
- 35:42Speaker 3: I'll just created from the program.
- 35:45Speaker 4: How much is that fifteen grand plus nine grand?
- 35:49Speaker 3: No, that's five grand plus the non grand far right.
- 35:53Speaker 3: So that's a lot more than where a lot of
- 35:54Speaker 3: people get at their jobs anyway, right now along off
- 35:57Speaker 3: of two moves, that's just two moves ready. And the
- 35:59Speaker 3: craziest thing about funding, I don't need to have a
- 36:02Speaker 3: funding business. I just need to have the strategy. So
- 36:05Speaker 3: it's not that we have a money issue. We have
- 36:07Speaker 3: a strategy problem. You have a lack of a strategy,
- 36:10Speaker 3: which comes down to the mindset. So your first business
- 36:13Speaker 3: should be being a person that creates the strategy to
- 36:17Speaker 3: being a person that's an affiliate. Your first business should
- 36:19Speaker 3: be selling. You should be able to sell everybody. If
- 36:22Speaker 3: you can't do anything, you should be able to sell.
- 36:25Speaker 3: Because if I'm able to sell you on getting your funding,
- 36:28Speaker 3: and I get a cut from you getting funded, you
- 36:31Speaker 3: get your ninety seven thousand, or you get your ninety
- 36:33Speaker 3: let's say the fee was ten percent or whatever. And
- 36:36Speaker 3: I'm not the person that's doing the funding for you.
- 36:38Speaker 3: I'm just the liaison. I'm the middleman. And so that
- 36:41Speaker 3: person who's doing it takes seven and I take three.
- 36:44Speaker 3: I just got paid just to talk to somebody and
- 36:49Speaker 3: now I got paid nine thousand dollars just to make sure,
- 36:52Speaker 3: just to make sure a person is fit for the funding. Okay,
- 36:57Speaker 3: so now you add that we got fourteen thousand right. Cool,
- 36:59Speaker 3: So now we got the what do we have? We
- 37:00Speaker 3: got the anchor and we have the affiliates right now?
- 37:03Speaker 3: You got to have it an asset. My asset is
- 37:07Speaker 3: life insurance. I have a corporate own life insurance policy.
- 37:10Speaker 3: That's my asset. When I put money in it, it's
- 37:12Speaker 3: a curreing. If I'm MAX funded, it's a current. So
- 37:15Speaker 3: I'm good on that. I'm not worried about touching that.
- 37:17Speaker 3: That's like the new era of bank, and that's that's
- 37:18Speaker 3: my savings account. But if I wanted to, I can
- 37:21Speaker 3: pull from there and it still grows because our MAX
- 37:25Speaker 3: funded it. Right now, okay, cool.
- 37:27Speaker 4: That's something that I didn't know actually that you just
- 37:29Speaker 4: put in my brain.
- 37:30Speaker 3: What's it called the corporate owned life insurance? But you
- 37:33Speaker 3: can get I ULS to VULS, so I ULS yeah, okay.
- 37:37Speaker 5: So what is that?
- 37:39Speaker 3: Like? What the index life insurance? Universal life insurance? Like
- 37:41Speaker 3: the new era banking. You have a check account, right,
- 37:43Speaker 3: Let's say you have a checkingcount you put money into
- 37:45Speaker 3: check account, but you only get like what points zero zero.
- 37:49Speaker 3: You ain't really make anohing of it. But if you
- 37:50Speaker 3: put your money in the IUL policy, that now, depending
- 37:53Speaker 3: on your terms, it can grow at a certain rate,
- 37:56Speaker 3: which is still higher than what you're at the bank.
- 37:58Speaker 3: So it's just all over high upsell upside to it.
- 38:02Speaker 3: So where we're at, we have fourteen K, right, So
- 38:05Speaker 3: we have fourteen K. Now, I got assets, So now
- 38:06Speaker 3: I got something working for me in.
- 38:07Speaker 4: The future too.
- 38:08Speaker 3: I want my money to be pregnant to get money babies, right,
- 38:12Speaker 3: So that's why I have it inside. That's why I
- 38:16Speaker 3: have it inside. Steal that, no, take that. That's why
- 38:20Speaker 3: I have it inside the corporate own life insurance policy. Alright, cool,
- 38:24Speaker 3: that's just something for me for later, but I could
- 38:26Speaker 3: use it now.
- 38:27Speaker 4: All right.
- 38:28Speaker 3: So now what we got, So we got past the a's,
- 38:29Speaker 3: Now we get to the upsell. Okay, cool, So I
- 38:32Speaker 3: upsold everybody. I mean I have everybody coming to my
- 38:34Speaker 3: program at nine to ninety seven, which is one thousand
- 38:36Speaker 3: dollars or whatever. So we got five K. Right, then
- 38:39Speaker 3: I got three people funded out of those five people
- 38:41Speaker 3: were just talking about five people here Okay, cool. Now,
- 38:43Speaker 3: out of those five people who came into the program,
- 38:46Speaker 3: who do you think will want replays of the program?
- 38:47Speaker 3: Who do you think will want a course from the program?
- 38:49Speaker 3: Who do you think will want to be able to
- 38:51Speaker 3: look at the material on their own time overtime for
- 38:53Speaker 3: the rest of their lives? Out of those five people.
- 38:55Speaker 4: I mean, I would say five, Yeah, I would say five,
- 38:58Speaker 4: but you know sometimes, right.
- 39:00Speaker 3: So let's maybe too. So let's just say to there,
- 39:02Speaker 3: let's go too. So let's say I charge to I
- 39:05Speaker 3: charge at nineteen ninety seven for the program. You can
- 39:09Speaker 3: have it for life, Like you can have this program
- 39:10Speaker 3: for life. I charged one thousand dollars for you to
- 39:13Speaker 3: come into the law program, charged two thousand dollars for
- 39:15Speaker 3: you to come in for you can keep it for life?
- 39:18Speaker 7: All right?
- 39:19Speaker 3: Two people got it? How much is that now? For
- 39:20Speaker 3: four grant?
- 39:21Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 39:22Speaker 7: Add the four.
- 39:22Speaker 3: Grand to the fourteen that we got eighteen Like, is
- 39:25Speaker 3: that still better than the job I'm not doing active
- 39:30Speaker 3: work on that. I did active work one time.
- 39:33Speaker 7: All right?
- 39:33Speaker 4: Cool.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Now we go into the investments part. My investments real estate.
- 39:37Speaker 3: I'm a real estate investor passively, so I'm not going
- 39:42Speaker 3: out and I used to go out and look at
- 39:43Speaker 3: all the deals. I used to call up motivated sellers
- 39:45Speaker 3: and get denied, and they used to tell me, make
- 39:46Speaker 3: me an offer, or shut the f up and get
- 39:48Speaker 3: off my lot, or whatever they used to say to me.
- 39:50Speaker 3: But what I'm saying is you can get fixing flips, right.
- 39:53Speaker 3: You can invest in fixing flips, and that can when
- 39:56Speaker 3: that can happen between fifteen to thirty for forty five
- 39:59Speaker 3: days or whatever, but up to you. So we give
- 40:01Speaker 3: you the contracts, we let we show you how to
- 40:04Speaker 3: call motivated sellers, We give you to motivated sellers scripts,
- 40:07Speaker 3: we show you how to vet them, qualify them right.
- 40:10Speaker 3: And then also we give you the contract so that
- 40:12Speaker 3: way you can write your own contract. So you can
- 40:14Speaker 3: go get a fix and flip, and you can have
- 40:16Speaker 3: a due diligence process where you can do like thirty
- 40:18Speaker 3: and thirty days or whatever the case may be, to
- 40:20Speaker 3: see if it's a deal that works out for you.
- 40:22Speaker 3: And then in that deal, you could say, Okay, I'm
- 40:24Speaker 3: ready to close on in fifteen days. You're ready to
- 40:26Speaker 3: close on it in fifteen days. Let's say your assignment
- 40:28Speaker 3: fee was just a modest five you're probably gonna make
- 40:31Speaker 3: way more than that. You're gonna make twenty fifteen. But
- 40:33Speaker 3: if let's say you JV with some people when you
- 40:35Speaker 3: got let's just say you made five k off of that,
- 40:37Speaker 3: add the five k to the eighteen. How much is that? Yeah?
- 40:40Speaker 4: Twenty three?
- 40:41Speaker 3: But are you seeing how easy that is? Moving without
- 40:44Speaker 3: me doing much work? Are you seeing it?
- 40:45Speaker 4: Or it's kind of delegating and strategically positioning.
- 40:51Speaker 3: So the way to become more effective and less time
- 40:53Speaker 3: is through strategic partnerships. And by having strategic partnerships, you
- 40:58Speaker 3: ultimately get multiple streams of packed. The multu streams are income.
- 41:02Speaker 3: So when you ask, like how can I actually do that,
- 41:04Speaker 3: that's a formula that somebody can pick up easily apply.
- 41:08Speaker 1: We'll be right back. Stay tuned with more of The

- 41:32Speaker 5: So how much is it to do to join your program?
- 41:34Speaker 3: So this program, well, we actually have a three day
- 41:39Speaker 3: summit that's coming up. But to join this particular program here,
- 41:43Speaker 3: this program is embedded within one of my communities at
- 41:46Speaker 3: a fifteen to twenty thousand dollars clip where we teach
- 41:49Speaker 3: you all of the strategies that you need to learn
- 41:52Speaker 3: in order to have well. But I would.
- 41:55Speaker 5: Fifteen to twenty thousand dollars clip.
- 41:58Speaker 3: At that'd be the prices.
- 42:00Speaker 5: Fifteen thousand dollars to twenty thousand to have to be.
- 42:03Speaker 3: A part of that become to be a part of
- 42:06Speaker 3: our entype program. Okay, right, so now.
- 42:08Speaker 5: We're gonna have some money, right, So now.
- 42:10Speaker 3: We also offer this as a separate program for none
- 42:16Speaker 3: ninety seven, so you can come into this program for
- 42:19Speaker 3: non ninety seven.
- 42:20Speaker 5: Is that one hundred dollars or is almost a thousand dollars?
- 42:24Speaker 3: You're right, you gotta be right. That's one thousand dollars.
- 42:26Speaker 7: Not nine dollars.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Okay, Hey, how come you took the three dollars off?
- 42:31Speaker 4: Why is it not a thousand? You're putting this one hundred.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Logy, y'all know that.
- 42:34Speaker 5: Come on, what is the psychologist something?
- 42:37Speaker 4: Make yourself one thousand nine?
- 42:39Speaker 5: What is the psychology behind that?
- 42:40Speaker 3: So you have to understand human behavior?
- 42:43Speaker 4: Right?
- 42:43Speaker 3: If I see, if I see nine thousand and I
- 42:47Speaker 3: learned this about being with my grandmother. Like, honestly, let
- 42:49Speaker 3: me take it back real quick. So I used to
- 42:50Speaker 3: be in North Carolina. This is Jacksonville, North Carolina, and
- 42:54Speaker 3: I was young. My grandma that she's driving, I was
- 42:56Speaker 3: picking up some from school whatever the case may be.
- 42:58Speaker 3: I went to school in North Carolina and in New York,
- 43:00Speaker 3: as I mentioned, I went to seven different schools nine years. Right,
- 43:02Speaker 3: So she's dropping and one day he goes to the
- 43:05Speaker 3: gas station and the gas station is like one ninety
- 43:08Speaker 3: seven for the gas overhere, and then it's like one
